After warranty expired started having issues (of course, that's always the way it goes) and took my vette in. They found problems I didn't even realize and I was in and out of there in no time, compared to other mechanic shops. I WILL bring my car back here if anything else goes wrong (and it will... it's older). Overall great experience

I've been here a few time before. The last car I bought (not from here) I had fixed here. This time I'm getting another one. Always a pleasure, as usual. Will report back after my next purchase!!! Great customer service with a smith and smart folks to help and advize along the way...

Went in looking for a Brand New Chevy and was pleased to have done business with Bill Pierre. When on the lot, I asked to see the factory invoice for the 2013 Chevy Spark. And wow, they produced it really fast! I was impressed with the dealerships honesty! I went home with my car that day and simply had to produce a hold check. I'm completely satisfied with this dealership! Awesome Experience!

Went there to see if I could get financing that wasn't like 30% like everywhere else. I mean even with bad credit I still need a car to get to work and make money and start paying my stuff off! Still they were real and straight with me, got me a good rate, now it's time to shop. Props, brothas

Car shopping is just a hassle in general. I wish I could order a car online to avoid the pushy salespeople. Came here to shop used cars and was pleasantly surprised. Salesman Kenny introduces himself but left me alone. Then I didn't have to go find him when I had a question but he didn't get in my face. Just wanted to let others like me know, this is an all right place to go.

Had a great experience with this dealer. Nate was very helpful and spent his entire day ensuring that I was able to find a vehicle that met all of my needs. They were enthusiastic and willing to work with me. I would reccomend this dealer for anyone looking for a positive experience.

I called this dealer interested in a car they had posted on here. A sales person answered and said that they had two available. I went to the lot after work and was told that they both had sold in the three hours since I called. I thought: Oh well.. you snooze you loose. I didn't give them my phone number. So, no big deal, right? That is until I get a call on my drive half-way home from a guy asking what it would take to get me in to look at one of the three cars I was interested in. I said " I was just there 10 minutes ago and was told by two different people that all of them had been sold. He said "No we have three on the lot right now. Let me check on something and I will call you back." I received no call back. I waited a few minutes and called the number back and asked for the original sales person that I talked to when I was at the lot. The guy said "He's not available and we're in the process of closing anyway." Just to clarify: I got to the lot at 6:45PM on Sunday night and was told the cars were sold. I received a call saying they were not sold at about 7PM, on the way home. By about 7:15PM I called back and they said they were in the process of closing. NOTE: They close at 8PM on Sundays. I would have had no problem if they wanted to close early due to lack of business if they had just told me that. But, I hate being lied to and given the run around. If this is simply a communication break-down It's a mistake that is costing them my business and a very negative score on cars.com

I Recently purchased a 2005 jeep Grand Cherokee form Pierre Chevrolet. First problem I had was at Highway speeds the rooters had a really bad shake when I called them about it they offered to pay for the fix which was to turn the rooters which was great. Two days after buying the jeep it developed a strange intermittent vibration no big deal. I paid for the extended warranty which I was told was a type 2 that covered a lot more than the basic engine warranty. When I got the warranty paperwork out I noticed that the wrong box was marked. I contacted the guy who sold me the warranty I believe his name was Scott. He said it was a mistake and that it wold be taking care of quickly that was two weeks ago last week when I contacted them I got the run around and no call back. At this point the vehicle is unreliable. I would take it to a shop but i want the warranty i paid for to pay for the repairs. This is to let them know that I will not be letting this go and that I will be posting bad reviews on every venue I can until this is taking care of. So please avoid Pierre Chevrolet and let them know why maybe a few lost sales will prompt them to do the right thing.

Buying a car always makes me nervous. You don't know what to expect when you walk into a dealership. I was very pleasantly surprised with the guys at Pierre Chev. My salesman, Chris, and the sales manager, Blake, were friendly, respectful and funny. They were knowledgeable about their vehicles and explained things clearly. They went out of their way to accommodate me and got me the car I wanted. They gave me a fair price for my new car and a fair price for my trade-in. Plus we joked around and had a good time! Chris and Blake really made this buying experience great.
