I know someone that purchased a car at Piazza and was very satisfied. John took his time and was very informative with each car. there was no aggressiveness to purchase a certain car. Mike who handled the financial end of the deal, couldn't be nicer. This is how a Dealership should run.they strive to keep you a lifetime customer and I think I've found my dealership, I will be back next time I need a car. I love my Honda and I know I have a very dependable car.

I was interested in lease information for a Honda Accord. I am very knowledgeable in the leasing process. When I asked for ALL of the leasing numbers and information I was told they would not provide that for me. How can I make a proper buying decision when I can't get the correct and honest information. I can't. Is Piazza Honda of Springfield trying to deceive me? Probably not, just prophet from me. That's ok, but sometimes when push comes to shove you have to give it up to sell a car. American Honda has some lease specials going on at the moment, why not at least quote that. The answer, greed. I will not recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield. Their tactics are Old School and Unappealing. I in fact I will tell of my negative experience as often as possible, and definitely not recommend Piazza Honda of Springfield...We can guess what the Managers are saying, we don't need or want to do business with a xxxxxx like that. The truth is, if you don't want to participate in today's business world and practices you shouldn't be in business.

Because I have the utmost confidence in their ability to provide high quality service. I have never been disappointed by them. Excellent service and customer care. I have been to other Honda dealerships and never feel the same. I went in for the airbag recall and was given a rental to use until the part became available. Once it did (just over a month), my car was safely towed from my garage to the dealership and was ready to be picked up that same day.

My low pressure tire light was on, so I stopped at the dealership to check it out...My new vehicle only has 1, 500 miles on it....so I just thought they would put air in all four tires...To my surprise, they went beyond that and checked out all the tires and to my surprise , I had a big Nail in the tire.....WOW !!! Never expected that......I am so glad that I didn't put air in the tires myself, cause I wouldn't have looked for anything else...They deal with the unexpected everyday...What experience!!!!! That made my day!!! I learned a lesson even at 63 yrs old....NEVER ASSUME, LOL The Service writer John Fitzgerald stated they get at least 4 customers a day with nails in their tires....Something I never assumed...Bob Walsh, Ridley Park, Pa..

I have been looking for a used honda crv and piazza of springfield had exactly was I was looking for. Staff was very helpful and accomodating, Bill Reid was our salesman. He was helpful, nice and not pushy which I appreciated. He even went the extra mile and had some blemishes I noticed buffed out on the exterior upon request. As a new car buyer foreign to the process I felt like the exchange went relatively smooth, and they were able to work with me on the price. Over all I would recommend the dealership to a friend and love my new car.

This was my first buying experience with this dealership, I bought a 2013 CR-V EX-L with very low mileage and it was exactly what I was looking for. Bill Reid was my salesman and he was very helpful, nice and not pushy as other salesman can be. Bill went out of his way to please us and even had a few blemishes we noticed on the exterior buffed out upon request. The buying process started out a little slow and at first I was unsure if they were willing to work with my finance situation and trade in which to their credit was not yet at the lot to be appraised. I came back a few days later to finalize the deal and have my trade in valued. To be honest I was slightly wary of how the deal would go however the process went relatively smooth and they gave me a very fair deal, I left very happy with the outcome and have a great car to prove it!

Went in for an oil change. Also was due for inspection. I didn't have my current paperwork on file but he made it happen. Called my insurance agent for a copy of my insurance card and I was able to email my current registration. The oil change and inspection completed in a hour. Extremely happy with that.

From my first approach with Bob Foster my family and I equally felt his quiet charm, not pushy nor offensive sales manner. I told him we were there to see another salesperson, and he said "no problem", and opened the front door for us and even went and located the salesperson we were there to see. However, that person had just started with another sales, and we would have had to wait throughout that process, so we then chose Bob who had been so gracioius to us. Bob made us feel very comfortable the entire process, answering our many questions. He was very professional, and we can never give him all the accolades he deserves. You have a great salesperson in him, and I would recommend him and Piazza Honda of Springfield to any of my friends and associates.I also want to give a special thank you to Nick Loscalzo who took us through all the final sales paperwork. He again, made us feel very comfortable explaining every form to me as I was signing them.Bob Foster and Nick Loscalzo both have great personalities, while being very professional and learned in their professions. Both offered their contact numbers, should I have and questions or concerns. I left there with my new auto, plus an uplifted feeling of greatness for the treatment I had received.

I came in for a routine oil change and also wanted them to inspect my rotors and maybe replace them. The mechanic (Bob D.) asked me a few simple questions about my driving habits and gave me some great advice about when to replace rotors, and that you should never replace rotors w/o replacing the brake pads. In result I only had the oil change done and left feeling confident that I made the right choice to buy my first Honda Pilot last year. I know I will be a Honda driver for life!!!! Thanks again Bob for the advice and your help!!

Doug worked with me when I first came to inquire about a new civic. He was helpful and very informative. When I went to make the purchase Doug was not available, but Evan stepped up to the plate to help me find another car once I learned that the one I originally wanted was no longer available . The service did seem expensive, although I did have some crucial components to the car that were fixed. I then got a ton of discounts because I was waiting all day for a job that maybe should've taken about a half a day at most. However, they were understaffed on a Saturday. Saturday is currently the only day I can normally take the car in too.

I was in for b and 1,2 service for my accord. The tires were rotated and everything seemed fine until the TPMS light came on. I checked the pressure on all four tires and all of them were low. That leads me to believe that they were never checked by you guys. I pay a premium to use the dealership, but I also expect that issues like these are taken care of. Disappointing.

I recently bought a new Honda Pilot and I LOVE IT!!!!!! I had no idea what I wanted when I walked in the door - new or used, Honda or not. I had never bought a Honda but thought I would give them a try since there was a beautiful new facility right around the corner from me. I was greeted by Bob Foster and Ron Carrea -- great couple of guys who put up with me changing my mind 100 times and asking 1,000 questions about each car I looked at. It was the first time I ever had fun when buying a car -- and I felt at ease with them through the sale and financing! A total win!! I put down $500 as a booking fee for a Honda Civic 2016. I signed all the papers in November since they told me I have to wait 3 months to get that particular color (cosmic blue). On 22 February, 2016 Kenny (the sales man) texted me saying the car is here. I told him I'll pick it up on 27th February. He said that won't be a problem since the car is under MY name. On 26th February I called kenny to ask him about my bank loan and he informed me they sold my car!!!!!! WHAT?? You told me the car is under my name no one can take it now you are saying you sold it??? On top of that the manager doesn't seem to bother much, he said it's a clerical mistake. Doesn't a sales person have to take permission from the manager before they finalize the sale? Even the manager that he doesn't want to deal with a customer who thinks his dealership is one of the worst... Really?? You want me to give you 5 stars?? Baby on the way and now I have no car. REALLY REALLY DISSAPOINTED!!

We were interested in a used car. I called to ensure it had the features I wanted and to make sure it was still available. After specifically stating yes to both, I asked about the inspection done on the car by the dealership. The salesman went into a 5 minute shpel about the stellar reputation of the dealership and how they wouldn't tarnish their reputation over a used car. So, we went to the dealership, despite it being a bit of a hike. When we get there, one of the power windows did not work, the power sliding door did not work on the minivan, the check engine light was one, the low tire pressure light was on, the change engine oil light was on, there was an interesting rattling noise when braking, the dvd player did not work... When I asked why this person told us that the car was in stellar condition, the Manager didn't apologize or offer any help. He just sat there. The dvd I used to check out the entertainment center got stuck, so I asked for them to get it out. When the manager gave me the dvd back, I asked why he offered no apology. His response was that he was "trying to figure out what is going on" and was "checking to make sure things didn't work" as stated by me. I told him that it was clear the power sliding door and window didn't work, and he agreed. Again, he offered no apology, even when I specifically told him that I thought it was in order. Needless to say, I walked out.

Frank Crinite at Speingfield Honda came highly recommended and it's easy to see why after having worked with him. My husband and I were transitioning to a van for the first time and had specific needs on a tight budget. Frank listened to us and really worked to make the right can work for our budget. He was very understanding as my husband and I needed to take some time to think through the purchase. Frank was attentive and helpful without being pushy and overwhelming. Overall, we ended up purchasing the van and felt good about the buy because of how easy Frank made the process. While everyone at Springfield Honda we interacted with were friendly and helpful, Frank is the guy to see when looking to purchase s new vehicle.

I worked with Tonya Johns and without her i would not be in the vehcile that i have today i upgraded from a 1997 civic to 2012 accord. They offer certified waranties and i persoanlyl would never buy a used car without one. The package deal that they offered is impectable. The only thing i was dissatisifed with was the price but they made it work for a college student with poor credit since i havent established any yet. I have a car that i love that is reliable and the services that they offer reassures that. Unless i become a milionaire i will stay with honda, i love their cars, i love their service definitely check them out.

We found a pre owned Pilot online, and went in to test drive it. Our sales person was a veteran and knew we were not new to the car buying game. We went back and forth with him on the price, the sales manager came over and did the old switch, but at the end we agreed upon a fair price. The Finance manager was new, but he did a good job at shopping the banks and getting us a good rate. We definitely recommend giving this dealership a try. But always do your homework regardless of what dealership you go to!

Horrible experience! I test drove a Honda here the other weekend and left to try out similar cars by different makers. I was told by the salesman and Springfield Honda that they would meet or beat any quote I received from another Honda dealership. Wanting to give my business to the the salesman I met with a week prior, I called him with a quote and then emailed it to him per his request. At this point he still said they could meet or beat the quote. A full day later, I received an email from him saying he could not match the price and congratulations on my new car. His word meant nothing and I am glad I didn't waste my time going back to their dealership to only find that they did not honor their promise. I would definitely not go to this dealership. I has a MUCH better experience elsewhere.

I brought my van in for a airbag recall and some body work. I was told the work would be done in 3 days. Several times the service desk told me they have nothing to do with their body shop. The body shop operates separately & I may come back and the body work might not be done. I can see why. I called after 4 days, never having herd from them & having a hard time getting anyone to answer. I was then told it's waiting in line for detailing. Day 5 I called again, no answer until after 9:30. When I picked the car up I waited while the receptionist continued on a personal call. I was then told my "cars out in the lot. Didn't I see it?" Odviously not with the size of the lot. They didn't even come out to show me the work. Then a man called after me did i find it. Big difference from their Drexel Hill location Sadly.

Bought a Used 2011 Honda CR-V at the end of 2013 and our Salesman was very nice and worked with us, well came time for its inspection , which was Free. That means for them to look at it its Free, everything else from then on is costly. The price of Labor I could rent an apartment. They told us we had New Brakes and a New Battery, now all of a sudden we need these replaced. We bought the Car with 37, 427 miles on it and they tried to say we put 13,000. miles on it in less than a year......We paid the Bill of 541.00 and some change and hubby came home and told me and i hit the roof. We could have bought a Brand New 2013 for what I paid for a 2011 and on this used car everything should have been replaced from the previous owner. We tried 3 times to call our Salesmen who at the Dealership was so nice and says this is standard use of a car.....After not being able to contact A.....we then went to the Manager who was Mr. J. Sabatini and he was very cordial and nice and made us a very nice Christmas Gift........We can see why he is the manager, he listened to us and wanted to make the customer Happy . Therefore when we decide on purchasing another vehicle we will consider this Dealership,,,,He made us want to come back and to refer him to other potential buyers..........again we say Thank You Mr. Sabatini and hope your Christmas will be as nice as you made ours.

We have been checking this beautiful Piazza Honda dealer at Springfield, Pa for sometime now. Now that we finally looking to buy a new Honda, we went in to see what promotions are available. Even though we have an idea of what we were looking for, we wanted to make sure the sales person show us all the available promotions and options. Our sales person, Bob Foster, really take his time to walk us through all the deals and we certainly appreciated that. Once we see a deal that was within what we were looking for, we were able to talk to the sale manager right away to close on a deal. And since we are not the type of people that like to hassle back and forth, we were able to negotiate and got a car a day before Thanksgiving. It is a really beautiful and well run dealership. So we couldn't be happier to get out of there with a new car the same day!

I had recently experienced car problems and decided to purchase a newer vehicle. Normally I had used a dealership which was closer to my home, but had experienced poor customer service. I tried several dealerships prior to coming to Piazza. I called first to make an appointment. When I arrived I had a vehicle in mind. After having a conversation with the salesman, John Mara, based on my driving needs he suggested another vehicle which would fit into my budget and suited to my day to day driving needs. I had not planned on trading in my car, but Piazza's used car manager offered my a better price than any of the other dealerships I had visited. I was also impressed with the no nonsense application and approval process. Everything is right in front of you on paper. If you have good, marginal or poor credit you know right up front what the deal will be. I have never closed a car deal in one sitting, but because all my questions were answered up front I made a deposit on Tuesday and picked up my car Thursday. I was able to get the car that was right for me at the price point that was right for me, it even included an extended bumper to bumper warranty. It's a little further drive but for the top notch service its worth the trip. Piazza is my new Honda home.

My wife and I just had a great experience at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. We traded our vehicle in for a minivan after we concluded that we needed more space than our Acura MDX could offer. I did research on a number of vans and had a price in mind that I wanted to pay. I was very apprehensive trading in a vehicle because previous vehicles that I traded had low trade numbers at past dealerships. This time was surprisingly different. We worked with Frank Crinite which I would recommend highly. He was very easy going and extremely knowledgeable even for vehicles that were not Hondas on the lot. This was a one and done transaction, Frank got back to me with a fair price for the minivan and a surprisingly high trade offer. We had a couple requests with the vehicle including an alignment and new floor mats, Frank was prompt in getting these done for us. We really appreciate a dealership that skips that appreciates our time and skips the games and gimmicks!

From the minute you pull into the service center, until the time your service is complete EVERYONE is pleasant. I only went in for an oil change this time, but, it doesn't matter. The service tech came right up, said hello, took my keys and moved my car right into the stall. Went inside, greeted again, and info was taken. Waiting area was clean, with coffee, tea and cookies to pass the time :) while watching TV. The time went by quickly, service performed, spoke to mechanic, everything was ok, and I was on the road again within 40 minutes! LOVE this place! You have an awesome staff, starting with sales and following thru with service. I have been a customer for many years, and these are the reasons I continue to lease my car here.

Great service. Got an appointment for the next day. I was initially going to pick up my car in the evening after servicing but I preferred to wait as I had to wait for just over an hour. The pricing is great. They even found a problem with my cars fog light and ordered the replacement from Honda for a later date. I have recently moved back to this area and was happy to be back at this joint after not so great experiences in Harrisburg.

Took my CRV in for an oil change and the "once over." Every time I bring my car into your dealership it's a very pleasant experience. Everyone is courteous and friendly. If something might need to be done on the car one of the service people will come and speak with me. They don't push, they suggest - it's up to me. Great way to do business. I hope this doesn't change when you move to the new digs!!!

I can honestly say I felt like I was in good hands with Frank, he listened to what I wanted and what concerned me and worked WITH me on this sale. I love your dealership. You do great work! I bring my car in when the lights go on and you tend to it.You even handled my overexcited wife who was having a melt down that a radio !!station decided to stop broadcasting. She did not know how to handle the Navi system and they helped her.You helped us when a car decided to do a left hand turn for a burger and stop right in front of us. I believe Mr. Green got my wife of write an OK for you to take the car because we both had to go to the hospital via ambulance. Complete Waste of Time!!! Terrible Sales Dept. (Sean) So, I looked up a Nissan Rogue online over the weekend, found 1 that I liked at Honda of Drexel Hill. So around 10:30am I called to make sure it was still available & it was, so I asked when I could come in to test drive, well SEAN the Sales Rep. tells me I can come in at 1pm b/c he is meeting with someone at 11am... (Just for full disclosure I recently had a child - 2 weeks old, so anytime is valuable at this point....) Well, I showed up at 1pm as I was told - TURNS OUT someone else is already test driving the car - even though I made an appt. for 1pm. Now I am waiting for about 30 minutes to test drive the same car I made an appt for, so I test drive the SUV and it was FILTHY DIRTY. For example as I was looking through vehicle there were at least 15 beer bottle caps in the back seat pocket, floors were scuzzy and steering wheel was broken. I asked if they just received the Nissan Rogue in? He said no they have had it for a month... Why they had not cleaned it in over a month is ridiculous, especially when you know someone is coming in to look at. So, I test drove the Rogue and it was fine, seemed to have no issues except filthy & broken steering wheel. I can always clean & ask for $ off for steering wheel, so I was interested in purchasing... WELL, as it turns out they already SOLD the car to the person who just test drove it during my appt... (meanwhile, she is sitting right next to me) HERE IS THE KICKER - SEAN, the sales rep. - only made the appt. for 1pm because he wanted to make the sale himself - I could have (& would have) come in anytime and just saw another sales rep. but nope SEAN was a greedy USED CAR SALESMAN who wanted the sale to himself, so in turn we lost out on the Nissan Rogue. ABSOLUTLEY TERRBILE SALES TEAM... They have lost a customer for life - as well as anyone I know.

I am a hard guy to please, i'm very tight with my money so unless i feel like i'm getting a good deal, you're not getting my money. With that out of the way, I've made 2 other purchases at this dealership and each have been smooth. First purchase was a 2009 Toyota Camry that I snagged at an unbelievable price when my other car died. 2nd purchase was a 2008 Honda Fit Sport that I was able to get at a good price after my wife's car died. Each purchase was handled by Trevor Foster. So after having already dealt with Trevor, I had a recent promotion at my job and wanted to treat myself to a "fun" car. I reached out to Trevor and told him I was interested in a Acura RDX, or MDX. He text me back asking me details and what not, and after a few phone calls he said he'll keep his eye out for one. Couple hours later he calls me up and asks me have I looked at the new Accords. My main focus was on Luxury and Technology. Being in the IT field i'm a complete techo-Geek so technology was pretty high on my list. Trevor knowing that asked me to take a look at the accords online and let me know what I think. So after looking at them online, i saw alot of cool technology, but i still wasn't sold yet. So i informed him that I wanted to test drive one just to see what it was like. I get to the dealership and we go out on a test drive, but before the test drive when i was in the showroom, they have an Accord in their that is all white and is sporting the High Performance Package. I never thought an accord could look so sleek and mean in my life. So during the test drive, I was wowed by the blind spot camera, nothing irritates me more then having to turn my head to change lanes in order to make sure no one is there. Now, i flip the turn signal to the right, camera shows me what's on my right, i either wait for the car, or i turn, easy peasy (did i just say that??).So I was sold at this point. This is what I wanted. Looks nice and has all the technology that I wanted. There was just one problem. They did not have the color blue that I wanted in the coupe and in the trim that I wanted. So after waiting for a couple days Trevor was able to find the car and after getting what I felt was a good price on the car, i can say this was the most fun i've ever had buying a new car. I've purchased only one other new car in my life when i was much younger and that was a huge regret and mistake. Unlike this time, this experience was more then I could ever have asked for.

I have only very positive things to say about Frank. He was always very professional, patient, and helpful during my interactions. I felt he genuinely cared about what was right for me, vs just making a sale. On two occasions he stayed with me after the dealership closed at 9pm to answer all of my questions and make sure I knew all the features on my new CRV. He never rushed me and was patient through my decision. Most of all, Frank has always been very responsive to me, even AFTER the sale with any concerns, which is very important to me. He wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Great customer service!! Even on his busy nights with numerous customers, I felt he gave me the attention I deserved. Without Frank I would probably still be driving my 2003 Chevy Malibu because I did not feel comfortable with any of the previous salesmen I dealt with. Keep up the great work Frank! Only downside is that the sales manager would not agree to match a competitor's price of $300 less as I was originally told. However he tried to make that up to me in my trade-in. I am absolutely referring all my friends to Frank Crinite! Only word of caution: Be sure to read through all the finance paperwork. Mine was rushed because Damian wanted to go home so mistakes were made on my extended warranty (name spelled wrong, wrong city, purchase price on warranty was lower than mine (I guess someone got a better deal than me) and on the finance papers I was charged for temp tags when I never needed them so I had to return to the dealer for them to make it correct. I wish he would have spent more time with me vs rushing me through signing papers. I like to actually know what I am signing.

It was wonderful working with Mr. Rostin. He was personable and not pushy given the nature of the business. He gave me his personal cellular number to reach him off hours. In addition, the dealership gave me a really good deal for my trade-in and acquired a decent interest rate given my credit history. They also threw in a gas coupon and an extra oil change.The only issues I had was with the detailing of the car and the finance dept. It was detailed twice and I think a better job could have been done on the interior. Also, I had called the finance department the following business day and left two messages for two different people in that department and never received a return call.

I secured financing before contacting the dealership and had negotiated a 'good' price on a used Honda at a different dealership. A friend told me to call Trevor Foster, a sales rep to see if he can beat the deal the other spot offered. Trevor explained to me how not all certified Hondas aren't equal and the value of lower mikes and maintenance. He also tried to find me a lower interest rate before using my financing. He explained in great detail everything from financing to maintenance and more. I never felt rushed and left feeling a very valued customer. Not only did I buy my car at Piazza close to the offer of the other dealership, I bought a certified car with 35k less than the other dealerships certified Honda. We solicited price quotes from 10 dealerships and this one, we thought, had the best price. Our salesperson, Greg Martinelli, called to confirm our specs and mentioned that the price might differ for cash or financing, and that he would have to check with his manager. In the written quote that followed, he wrote that "This price is good for both cash and finance deals" and added "No surprises or hidden fees". So, we packed up our two kids and drove about an hour to the dealership. After sitting around for about a half an hour, the sales manager comes over and tells us that there has been a "misunderstanding" and that there is no way they can sell the car for the price we were quoted in writing, and that that price was only good for financing. When we told him that the email specifically stated that the price was for financing or cash, he just repeated how they couldn't sell it to us for that. So, we left. I don't like being lied to (understatement), but even more than that, I don't like the fact that my young kids learned from this experience that grown-ups sometimes lie to people's faces. Needless to say, we bought our car somewhere else.

I was recommended to Frank Crinite by some friends and we could not be happier with Frank's responsiveness, knowledge and straight talk. I dealt with a couple of dealers when looking to buy our Honda Pilot. Most dealers were pushing me to come in without telling me specifics on the pricing for the vehicle. Others wanted big down payments and higher monthly payments. One salesman laughed and was quite incredulous when I told them I got much more competitive terms from Frank at Piazza. Disrespectful, poor service, dismissive. Will never do business at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill again. After buying a new car, purchased an extended warranty from Joe Lutz, their director of finance. Went to cancel the warranty, but Joe who sold the warranty could not be bothered to return my phone calls. Went in person and waited 30 minutes to speak to Joe. Was told the warranty was cancelled. Turned out they faxed the cancellation to the wrong place, and I continued to be charged for the warranty. Called Joe to discuss the matter. Not surprisingly, my phone calls were not returned. Called the owner of the dealership, who also could not take the time to call me back.

My father and I recently bought a certified used 2010 Honda CRV from Frank and I couldn't be happier with the service I received and my experience. I was very nervous going in, this was my first car I was buying and I am a recent college graduate with student loans and everything else. I also was having my dad come with me as a co-signer and he can be very intimidating. Frank was more than accommodating to both my hopes and wishes for a car and my dads expectations. I never once felt like he was anything but upfront, honest, friendly and respectful which was very reassuring since I was making such a large investment. This was my first purchase from Frank but my fathers 6th time working with him. My father swears up and down that he will never buy a car from anyone but Frank and now I understand why! I will *NEVER* take my car to this dealership again for service/maintenance. My car was making a rattling sound while driving earlier this year, so I took it in to this dealership and the service representative looked me straight in the eye and said that the transmission was about to go and that my options were 1) pay $4k$5k for a new Honda-certified transmission, or 2) trade in my car towards the purchase of a new one. I have taken EXCELLENT care of my 10 year old car, always getting oil changes and maintenance done at the recommended mileages. I take care of my car like a baby, so I was shocked to hear that my car had reached the end of it's life at only 150,000 miles. Before making a decision, I took my car to a local mechanic to get a 2nd opinion. The result? A loose lug nut on one of the tires, which he only charged me $50 to fix! I was so relieved, but at the same time, felt SO BETRAYED BY these people at HONDA to whom I had taken my car for 6+ years and to whom I was extremely friendly. IT FELT LIKE A FRIEND STABBING ME IN THE BACK. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN FOR SERVICE OR TO BUY A NEW CAR. In trying to trick me into spending a lot of money for a new transmission or buying a new car, THEY LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER! TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FIND A GOOD LOCAL MECHANIC. A local mechanic wants your repeat business and does not have an alterior motive of trying to get you to buy a new car (because a local mechanic doesn't sell new cars)!

From the moment we entered the door, we were greeted by kindliness and a plethora of people who were willing to help us. I was in the market for a used Toyota Sienna and had a very specific year and price range in mind. I found a vehicle listing online that met my specifications of price and vehicle type. I called the dealership and was first greeted by a very pleasant woman over the phone and was connected with a sales person, Kenny Ma. Kenny was very friendly and helpful over the phone and told me the vehicle I had seen online was in stock. I told him I would be there in 30 minutes to look at the vehicle.Upon arrival at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill, I was again greeted by a warm staff member who directed me to a parking space. Then, my wife and I met Kenny. Kenny was a refreshing change to many other car salespeople I had experienced in the past. Kenny directed us to the vehicle and it met my expectations as represented online. It was clean and reasonably priced. Actually , below Kelly Blue Book for a vehicle of similar condition and mileage.The negotiation process was very easy and comfortable , probably due , in large part , to Kenny . The paperwork and vehicle prep were smoothly handled. Overall , I would rate my experience with Piazza of Drexel Hill as better than satisfactory. Jim Helmig was my Sales Associate and was friendly, informed, and honest. He worked with me to choose between a 2013 and 2014 model. He and the staff at Piazza worked with me to arrive at the right price for me for my trade-in as well as the new 2014 CR-V I purchased. I was given a tour of the Service Department and was introduced to staff in the Service Department. I was made to feel very comfortable and not rushed. I am 6 months pregnant and wanted to get a new car before my daughter is born. I was refered to Frank by a friend and right away Frank got me in to the dealership and went over my options with me. Within 4 days I had a brand new accord that I absolutely love. Frank is easy to get ahold of if you have a question and makes the car purchase very easy and FAST! As a working mother who is always on the run, i dont have time to waste and Frank had me in and out with my new car. He immediately showed us to the vehicle we were interested in looking at, and then took us inside to talk about our options. We have heard of the many horror stories of people spending hours upon hours at dealerships wading through all of the negotiations and paperwork so we did NOT want that experience. I was interested in getting my first car after graduation and didn't think of anywhere else besides Piazza Honda. My family has gotten their fair share of cars from there and have never had a bad experience. I put it out there that I was interested and right away was contacted by Greg Martinetti telling me that I would be eligible for leasing under the College Grad Program. Knowing nothing about cars or really how to make a deal at all, Greg was so helpful in giving me all the information I needed and really helping me understand the whole situation. My wife and I, just purchased our second cr-v from Frank Squillace at Piazza honda in Drexel Hill. The experience was positive in every sense of the word. Never did we feel pressure to sell our present car, nor any pressure to buy the new one. Frank was always professional, never trying to force the issue of a new purchase. His offer for a trade-in was far better than we expected, making our decision to sell that car and buy a new one, a very easy decision. The hardest part of the evening, was choosing the right color. Never once was there any high pressure tactics, only making sure we were comfortable with our choice. Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill really came through!! My wife and I visited another Honda Dealership closer to our home and were not very happy with the customer service provided there. However, we were interested in purchasing a Honda vehicle, so we decided to venture a little further from home (to Drexel Hill) and couldn't be more happy with that choice! Piazza Honda, and Frank in particular, provided us the right atmosphere and information to make our purchase with confidence. I previously tried to purchase a Honda Civic at the Honda dealership in Fredericksburg, VA. The car salesman was terrible, had no customer service, was slow, and did not completely know what he was talking about. Since I am originally from Ridley, PA, I decided to look at the Piazza Honda Dealership at Drexel Hill. Greg was an INCREDIBLE car salesman--he was so helpful, and I got a genuine and trustworthy vibe from him. He did not try to cheapen my experience and pressure me into a car, he was honest about all of the cars, and he was the perfect amount of friendly and helpful, yet not too pushy. I was SO pleased with his service to me as I was purchasing my first car. Also, it was a hassle trying to get VA plates sent to me from Philly, but Greg was GREAT and did all of the work for me. I felt taken care of, and because of him, I now have a positive experience buying my first car. I would and will definitely recommend him to people I know who are trying to buy a car.

I definitely enjoyed my experience at Piazza Honda of DH. I talked with Mr. Russo on the phone during my work day and he stayed in touch with me later on and even offered to send a vehicle from a different Piazza Honda down to Drexel Hill for me. When I finally met Mr. Russo in person he was honest and straight forward with his approach, and I was so glad for that. Having a wife that is due with our second baby any day now, my time was very valuable. Mr. Russo understood that and we got right down to business. By the end of the day, I was very pleased with where we ended up with my new Honda Pilot and my monthly payments. I just got home with my 2012 Honda, and could not be happier! The staff at Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill could have not been any nicer, informative, willing to be patient and work with you, and very freindly. I went to a different dealer a couple of days ago and it was like night and day. Mr. Martinetti was so helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy like the other car dealer. I will never go back to the other dealer but I will always go back to Piazza in Drexel Hill. I highly recommend this dealer to everybody!

I prefer to shop for a new car online. Many of the dealers, when you contact them for a price on a model write back and say come on in and we'll talk. If I wanted to come in and talk, I wouldn't have contacted them online.Those dealers can take a lesson from Piazza Honda.Bill Reid responded to my request for a quote with an email listing the msrp and Piazza's price on all of the Honda CRV models that I was considering. Piazza's price was excellent, so I called Bill, and made an appointment to come in. He had the time slot reserved for me, and met the price that he had quoted without any further negotiating or hedging on his part.All of the staff at the dealership made it a point to speak to me, and were all very friendly.Piazza Honda has outgrown their current location, and according to one of the people there, they are in the process of moving to a new and larger location. I wish them every luck on their new location. If they continue to treat customers in the manner in which I was treated, I'm sure they will keep on growing. It was a great buying experience.I haven't yet had occasion to use their service department, but I sincerely hope it is run with the professionalism that the sales department is run.Thanks Piazza Honda for a pleasureable buying experience.

My wife and I were looking for a Honda Odyssey as we have a growing family. We did have a 2008 Honda Civic LX with 65,000 miles and were looking for a Odyssey under $10,000 with under 100,000 miles. After inquiring over the phone about the Odyssey on their lot and what our family was hoping to do (practically a 1-for-1 swap with very little cash wiggle room), I went in to Piazza and met with a salesman, Sean Wilkinson. I was very straightforward with Sean about what we were able to do. He understood where we were and quickly had our Civic valued for trade-in, which the price we received was extremely fair - truly better than fair. Joe, their used car salesman, met with both of us and expressed what they were able to do - simple and straightforward. Within 75 minutes of walking in, I was able to meet a salesman, have our car valued for trade, test drive the Odyssey and receive an offer for the swap. Couldn't have asked to work with better people that were very fair, respectful, professional and personable. I would recommend this dealership, these three men (Shawn Pecora - their finance guy included) to anyone. We purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from this dealership and would highly recommend the sales person Frank Crinite who is not just great with what he does but also provides great after sale service. I found some problem with the wind shield wipers a week after and he had them replaced even though the car had new wiper blades at the time of sale. He provides his cell number on his business card which I find was helpful. He is a great sales person to deal with and I would highly recommend him.

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience with Piazza Honda. It was probably the best sales experience we could have hoped for, and we visited a large number of dealerships in our vehicle search. Not only did Frank S. provide an excellent price, the customer service I received from everyone at Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill - from the sales people to the parts department to the service department was beyond any expectation. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Frank worked very hard to earn my business, but was never pushy or bothersome. When it came time to pick up my car, Frank was off, so his colleague Greg walked us through the process. Greg was so friendly and helpful - even though we were not even his customer - I can't speak highly enough about him. The finance process with Joe was quick and painless - and he didn't try to push any packages on us that we weren't interested in. I also worked with parts and service to have products added to the car before pickup, and they gave me great prices and worked seamlessly with the sales department to make it work. I really cannot speak highly enough about my purchase experience with Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill, and will direct my friends as family there in the future. There are other dealers located closer to where I live, but I will travel to Piazza for future sales, and likely for service as well.

I had my car towed 60+ miles to this location because they have serices my 2005 honda since I purchased it. They are honest and accommodating. Susan Con;ey and George Hassis are the Service Advisors who usually handle our three Hondas. Brian Tansey is a fist rate Technician and does all our repqir and Maintenance work. My wife drives an 04 Pilot and when she hears something r feels something out of the ordinary, her words to me are "take this is to Brian to see what is wrong".Now I know that these folks deserve compliments but there is no more ringing endorsement than a wife diricting a husband to a technician and a husband trusing the safety of his wife and family to that Technician.One more boquette of kudos should be given to Joan Lawson who pointed out a mistake in a Sevice contract i purchased from Honda and Tony Felici who is always available to take a test drive when I cannot adaquatly describe the problem we might be having with any of our vehicles.Great peaple. I'd recommend this dealer to anyone and in fact, two of my children bought Hondas form this dealership and have them serviced here as well.Roger DiRocco

Bought a 2012 CR-V EX-L back in July from this dealership. Price wasn't the best deal we found, but they were more than happy to match it as the better price that we did find was from Piazza of Philadelphia. Even if it had been from another dealership they would have been willing to match it. I really respect them for that. (These are new cars, I can't speak for the used car department) The salesman that we dealt with, although very nice, very helpful, did not have any sense of humor. Made the buying experience slightly less exciting.

After shopping around, I was recommended to Frank by a family friend who had purchased a car from him previously. When negotiating, Frank laid out where all of the money was coming from, not only focusing on the final price, but the monthly payments. I'm not a spontaneous person and Frank offered to let me bring home the paper for review, something the previous dealership I went to refused to do. The previous dealership that I had visited had left me with a feeling that something was sneaky, but working with Frank made me feel like I was working with an actual person. He took into account that I was a recent graduate with student loans in an entry level career. I would definitely recommend Piazza Honda.

The fact that the whole transaction only took 90 minutes to complete was a welcomed change from other car dealers in the area where it has taken me longer than an entire day to wrap up a sale. The staff is friendly and more importantly efficient. The price is unbeatable. I bought an Infiniti and the exact same one with 10,000 miles more miles was available at an Infiniti dealer for $7,000 more. Of all the dealers I have been to in the area, they far and away have the best combination of customer service and price.

Toke my 2002 ford truck in for an insurance claim work. Piazza of drexel hill did not do the work that they got paid to do from my insurance company. Being sick the day I picked up my truck and an 80 degree day and being told to pay for the work first after I had paid receipt in my hand they brought the truck to me in a high traffic area so u only have time to glance at the work they do. So after I was walking to my truck in a parking lot a couple of weeks later I noticed that the clear coat on top of the paint had bubbles and was peeling. After another week had went by and I looked at the work performed by piazza I made note that where this peeling was taking place there was still a big scrape almost in the metal that wasn't fixed the way my insurance had paid for. So I toke it back to piazza of drexel hill was told that I would have to wait for the tech that did the work to look at it and he was at lunch I leave and come back . Then the tech and pat o connell "body shop manager "whom I spoke with about this from the moment I walked in the door. Said the tech says that the paint and damage is from previous damage. Uh the only damage was from a car accident that was on the estimate of damage from the insurance adjuster. then I'm told I can drop it off in 3 wks. No mention of a rental car . Insurance paid for 5 days of rental I should have known something wasn't right when they had the work done in 3 days . Mr o connell looks at the estimate of record and got upset with me saying they only gave an hour in a half for paint I tell him I don't know anything about that .and that you toke the job . After getting home and looking and the estimate I see that the whole panel was to be taken off and painted. THIS WAS NOT DONE. And I'm guessing I'm suppose to PAY for a car rental for piazza to repair what they got paid to fix and do right to begin with. I think this is more like insurance fraude. Thought I would start here first before moving on to phone calls to insurance co and maybe this is something other persons would like to know before you take any insurance work to piazza honda or out of pocket. I have never been treated so badly. I'm really thinking about. Making this known to everyone ! This is the reason for my rating!

Incompetent would be an understatement. We dropped off my daughter's car for inspection. Received call from Susan stating three service jobs, two suggested, one required for passing inspection. Price est $250.00. I called the shop myself and spoke to Joan, who re-read the list from the mechanic and stated that ALL three service jobs would be REQUIRED to pass inspection. Price est $808.00. I told Joan to not do any work, we would take the car elsewhere. I placed a call to my husband to ask his opinion. My husband called Piazza and spoke to George, who simply stated that ALL services were SUGGESTED, inspection was DONE and the bill was $53.00. When we went to pick up the car, we were clearly upset and wanted to get to the bottom of the mess. Joan was rude from the start, interrupting us, trying to get in "her side of the story", George was clueless and Susan tried to interject, but eventually snuck away. By the end of the very loud encounter which drew quite a crowd, Joan decided to be apologetic, but it was too late at that point. Joan's excuse was she didn't understand the mechanic's handwriting. I work in the medical field and if I didn't understand a physician's handwriting and gave a patient the wrong diagnosis, that would be called medical malpractice. We knew they were trying to rip us off, and we found them out before it was too late. DO NOT take your car to Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill. We were long-time customers and have always been Honda owners. We will NEVER take another vehicle there and will make sure everyone we know stays away from Piazza Honda. Rip off artists at their finest, scammers, cheaters, until, that is, they met us.

They are cheats. They work the math wrong and make you feel that you are paying just the sales tax, but they actually calculate things wrong and they tax already taxed amount. Please be ware of this dealer.. big fraud!!I would never step into this dealership again. I caught them doing this and walked out of the place.. sent an email to them explaining all the price/break up and asked for an apology and wanted them to admit their wrong doing.. never got a response back. I would double/triple check the numbers, they will show you one price but at the last minute add the additional fees (sneak them in) during the credit check.. or towards the end... when you think the deal is done.. please be careful...-fellow consumer :)

We came in to trade my wife old Mitsubishi for a Civic. Ive had oe for year and my wife loved driving it so much that she wanted one of her own. We met with Trevor and let him know what my wife was looking for in a car and he was able to her in the car that she wanted almost like it was intuition. He was very genuine and down to earth and did not try to B.S. us. He was able to answer all of our question and concerns with ease. I called this dealership to see if they had a certain color Pilot available and spoke to Bill Reid and that is the reason I came to the dealership. Bill was professional from the begining and I really enjoyed speaking with him on the phone. When I arrived I was greated right away and before I knew it Bill was there to help. We drove the Pilot and he went over some options. I told him I wanted to lease and what I wanted to use for a down payment. Within minutes he had a payment that I agreed on. There was no pressure and I felt at ease. I filled out the credit application and gave copies of my info and within 15 minutes I was introduced to the finance manager Joe Lutz. Joe Lutz was extremely professional and helpful. He took me through the process that was going to happen and explained the warranty. He was fun to deal with and very sincere. Within a couple of hours from the test drive to the paperwork I was on my way with my brand new car. Judging from the amount of customers in the showroom they must be doing something right. Our CRV was fixed at the Piazza Honda Body Shop in Drexel Hill, Pa. with over $8,000. in damages. The seat still needs fixed from the accident and the Body Shop says it can't even look at the car on a Monday & Friday because they are Too busy. What kind of customer service is this? They are only open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. three days a week? I love the Service Dept at this dealership but the Body Shop needs to be more accessible and accountable. So I have to take at least a day off work on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday just for them to look at the car? Very disappointing!

I really can't say anything bad about my experience. It was okay. He was very nice and patient with me. He looked into each car I wanted to buy. The only thing was I have great credit and not alot of money. I think once he realized that maybe he didn't care. I am bothered that I had no idea that they sold used cars that would have been in my price range and I was never showed them. I wonder why I wasn't. I grew fustrated with not being able to afford monthly payments and there was no talks of making a deal. I would have bought a car there if they had made me aware of the used cars they had. I am not saying anything really bad. The experience wasn't bad. I am just dissapointed. I would even go back there but I don't want to waste anymore time. I should have known the first time I was there. Moral of the story- Pay more attention to what the customer wants and try to help them out. I think if you have money you will have no problem and enjoy your experience. If not things get hard.

Frank was my contact sales person,he was quite professionl; but seems not to be able to take dicisions by himself.I got what i could call a good deal.I was able to get a request i could not get with other dealers i visited.negotiating margin was quite wide,i was able to negotiate close to my priceThe original car i saw on their site was a disappointment when i eventually got to their shop,i had to pick another more recent one.some of their cars called o accidentsere not actually really it,some were repainted and all.In all it was a good expirience

We recently bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill. There are plenty other Honda dealers closer to our home, but the customer service that was provided by Greg M. both via email, phone and in person was the reason we chose Piazza honda of Drexel Hill. Greg was always friendly/ courteous and went out of his way to find the car we wanted and made sure that it met my desired specifications and sincerely honored the pricing that he had provided over the phone. He was flexible with his work hours to enable us to come in and responsive to our needs and made every effort to ensure that the car was just right and made sure that we had a good buying experience before, during, and after our purchase. My experience was truly great. Other dealerships rush you into buying too fast, not at Piazza. Bill Reid was so nice. He showed us 4 or 5 cars. Within 40 minutes we had picked one out. I couldn't believe it. My wife and I are very pleased. Thank you very much Bill Reid! Everything was done great. I never bought a car so fast before. We tell everyone about how easy it was dealing with Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill.

I have been dealing with Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill for over seven years now. I just purchased my third vehicle from them. (I also get my cars serviced there.) Everyone I have come in contact with has been very friendly and courteous. The person I purchase my vehicles from is Frank Crinite. He always takes the time out to help me. He is friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He has always returned my phone calls/emails. I have recommended Piazza and Frank to several people who have also purchased vehicles there. I have given the rating of 5 due to the responsiveness of Frank Crinite. He did more for me as a customer then I have ever seen in from any dealer. He took his time and really helped get out of my old car into a more relable car. We did have a couple hurdles but he never stopped working for me during the entire process. Not only would I recommend Piazza of Drexil Hill but I would totally recommend anyone to contact Frank Crinite his expertise is above the standards. It was absoluely hands down the best car buying experience ever. My parents are looking to buy from him in 2012 and after years upon years of buying Ford only they are looking at Honda due to Frank. Both were very helpfulin showing me the car I wanted not want they wanted. I got a great price, they went out of thier way to get me the car in a day or two. Frank went over all the features and I've been calling to ask more questions and he always takes the time to answer me!

Everyone at Piazza Honda is very professional, especially Frank Crinite. I bought my brand new Honda Civic from Frank 11 years ago and since then have bought three more cars from him. I have been dealing with Frank Crinite from Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill for many years. He has been fantastic with his customer service and pricing on the past 3 cars I have purchased. I was very unfamiliar with Honda's when I bought my Honda Accord. Thankfully Frank is very knowledgeable about all the cars on the lot. If your going to be purchasing a Honda make sure you call Frank.

I recently purchased a new CR-V from Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill a few weeks ago. My salesman was great. Everything worked out to what we wanted on the sales end. After we got all the paper work together thats where it went bad. We waited almost 45min to get in to see the finance manager Han. My salesman was very accommodating while we waited. Once we got into the office I said you must be busy we waited awhile. He responded very rude by saying "That happens". The whole time we were in there he was very short with us and we felt uncomfortable. I was buying almost a $30,000 car and he treated us like we were on a street corner. I wouldn't recommend this place because of how we were treated in that office. Other then that I was pleased with my experience.

Greg the salesman was really great, very informative and really listened..The problem occurred when Greg was supposed to come back with the amount out payment would be on a Lease vs. purchasing, but came back with his manager.We had waited about 15 minutes when Greg came back with "The Sales Manager"who was so busy telling us what we should be doing, that he was not listening towhat we were saying. He had the price of the car, the term and with zero down... but he kept trying to get more information about us... He talked over my wife twice while she was explaining our position.and finally he threw a paper in the air, and stormed away from us... in the showroomin front of other customers, yelling out that he could not do business with us.We felt ambushed... that he was not listening...and we feel he had an agenda and when we would not comply he thought we were a waste of his time.

I had a very pleasant experience at Piazza Honda Drexel Hill! My salesman, John Callahan, was very friendly and easy to work with. He did not pressure me into my sale either. He worked with me to get the deal that was best for me. The finance manager, Joe Lutz, was nice to work with as well. This was by far my best car buying experience. I would recommend anyone to go to Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill!

I received an email from Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill stating that Honda was offering a double incentive for current Honda owners. I was interested in a 2010 Accord Coupe and Piazza did not have it in stock. So I contacted other dealerships that had an Accord Coupe in stock but they were not recognizing this Honda special loyalty program/double incentive reward. Piazza Honda located the exact model and color that I wanted and had it at their business the next day. Forgot to mention, I live 2 hrs from this dealership and they got the car without a down payment from me. The price was below invoice, great deal, great salesman.

We already bought 2 Honda Civics from Piazza, so we thought we could expect a good price and decent service. First, Rob quoted me an incorrect finance rate of .09% -- it was actually 1.9%. They act like they are doing you a big favor selling you a car. When we showed them a lower quote from Conicelli, the sales manager responded arrogantly: If you can buy the car cheaper from another dealer, go ahead! Also when we bought a Civic from this dealer in January (paying cash) they did not have the car ready when my husband came and kept him waiting so long he finally rescheduled his "appointment" to get the car, and when we finally got the car it had 50 miles on the odometer.We bought from Conicelli and they were superior in every way, a real class act. We will never deal with Piazza Honda again.

I was charged for a repair by PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL that should have been covered completely under my Honda Care warranty. When I called Honda Care to ask them why I was charged for an alignment which was deemed necessary by PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL's Service Advisor Mike Troll after my warranty repair, it took them about 5 minutes to get a verbal confirmation from Mike Troll that I would be issued a refund for the portion of the repair for which I was charged. Then Mike himself phoned me to assure me that he had charged me in error and that I would be refunded the charge.Four months later no refund has been issued and Tony Feleci, the Service Manager at this dealership (PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL), does not seem to have a fire under him to get this resolved for me. According to a phone conversation I had with him on 8/15/06, even though I had been charged in error, I will not get a refund unless and until he gets HIS refund from Honda Care. This despite the fact that I was charged for an alignment that was done because PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL's Service Advisor Mike Troll, by his own admission, was new on the job and didn't know that I wasn't supposed to be charged for the alignment. Tony Feleci (Service Manager) acknowledged the fact that I had been charged in error for a repair that shold be covered under my Honda Care warranty, and still will not issue me a refund.Honda Care has been more than accommodating in trying to resolve this issue. They have asked me to submit my invoice for the repair to them, and they will reimburse me directly and later settle the problem with the dealership, PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL. I thank them and look forward to a speedy resolution. I will never patronize this dealership, or any of the Piazza family of dealerships, again. I am considering never buying another Honda again based on the poor service experience I've suffered with PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL.Might I add that Joan, Gary, Stan, and yes, even Mike Troll of PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL are very courteous over the phone and in person, and with the exception of Mike Troll they are excellent customer service employees. I wish they could be part of another service team, one that doesn't charge customers for repairs that should be covered under warranty.I hope PIAZZA HONDA OF DREXEL HILL understands that they have lost themselves a customer over the paltry sum of $95.35.
