I recently purchased a 2016 Honda CRV. My sales consultant, Gary Manukyan, took the time to explain all the vehicle functions, including how to use the touchscreen system, which initially seemed very complicated to me. He helped me link the system to my phone and set up the navigation system, both of which were completely new to me. He also took me on two test drives. Gary was always available by text and phone when I had questions, and he was available to see me whenever I needed to come in. Thanks to Gary and the Piazza Honda staff for going the extra mile for me and my new CRV!

On Christmas Eve, we traded in my wife's 2012 Civic Coupe for a 2016 Civic Sedan. We could not be happier with the car or the experience. This is the 5th car our family has bought or leased from Piazza in the last 5 years. That should tell you something.The fact that our salesman, who we requested, came in on his day off, Christmas Eve, tells you more. We have had nothing but great service from the Sales and Service teams over the course of many years. We cannot recommend the entire team at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia enough!

My first experiece was to get my oil changed. While there, it was feasible to also have my state inspection done. I arrived and was greeted with a smile. I was using a coupon for a free oil change and decided to get the inspecton also. I was offered a service ride back to my home while this was completed. There were several folks ahead of me. The estimated time the sales person had given me was right on point. I had a excellent experience.

I brought my 2003 Honda Civic in for air bag check and some front end repairs. The service person Greg Trower wrote up the car, promised to call with the repairs and Greg did just that. My Civic has 121,000 miles and had not had any work done to the front end( I had it in for that repair plus the airbag check) Greg called back, as he had promised, we discussed the repairs and they were done on time and under budget. I took my car in on Friday and it was done by Saturday afternoon. This was NOT a painful experience( as we all have gone thru with some dealers). It made me feel as if I was dealing with a trusted local mechanic. It was personal. Piazza impressed me and I will be taking my car back for regular service. I expect to get 200,000 miles or more out of this car and with a dealer service center like Piazza I think I'll make it.

After negotiating for several months with multiple dealerships in my area I was losing faith in my belief that I could find a fair deal. With the information available on the internet there are no secrets on value and price, the difference is in the hidden costs. On 3 prior occasions I thought I had negotiated deals with other dealerships only to learn at the last minute of bogus charges like "dealer prep", "Vehicle Enhancement Package" and "documentation fees". One reputable dealer just flat out reneged on the price after I showed up. I don't care what you call it, just tell me the all in price. Brian Henderson at Piazza did exactly that. He negotiated a strong price right from the beginning and broke down all the charges right up front. I was so shell shocked from the typical car dealer BS I showed up armed with a print out of every email we exchanged just waiting for the hidden catch at any moment. No need. The experience was actually pleasant. Thanks Brian, you were worth the wait...and the trip! I need a new Pilot soon, I'll be calling you first.

Brought my 2015 Honda Fit from Piazza Honda of Phila. and the service I received from Andy Au was excellent. I was deciding between the Fit or Civic (had a Civic for 10 year). Andy showed me both cars and explained everything about them. I selected the Honda Fit (I always liked hatchbacks) and Andy reviewed all of the features of the car. When you need a great car go to Piazza Honda of Phila. and talk to Andy Au. The reason I chose Piazza Honda of Phila to buy my new car was because of their great Service Dept. (took my 2005 Civic there for everything) the staff is knowledgeable and courteous (Hi Marc Ferris).

Wonderful service from this dealership. Second car from Piazza Honda of Philadelphia within the last decade and always left there extremely happy. Our salesman Sophan Son was extremely helpful in the decision process for a family car. Excellent service from my salesperson Al Ulbaldini. I had been contemplating trading in my 2010 Honda accord for a newer model I had new car fever really bad, but the hubster and I were going back and forth about Al had called me on several occassions but I never went down to the dealership, unrtil one day out of the blue my husband said he was ok with the ideal of us getting a newer vehicle. Yay!!!! Al was the best he was happy to see me after our numerous phone calls after it was All said and done we drove away in our brand new 2015 Honda Accord Sport!!!! Nice... Go Al!!!!

My husband and I just purchased a 2013 CRV from Al Ubaldini at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia and I couldn't recommend him or the dealership more. Al was an absolute pleasure to be around and worked hard to get us a deal we were really happy with. I didn't feel like anything was being pushed on us, and Al seemed to give his honest opinion of everything we asked him about - models, years, warranties, etc. He was also incredibly accommodating and flexible with our schedules. He even gave us a loaner to drive while our trade-in's title was being mailed from out of state. Awesome service all the way around.

I am completely frustrated after bought the odyssey. They missed to give the receipt for my warrant, I tried one week to speak with Finance manager about my receipt, they not even responded.I have not yet get it after a month. They are very kind when the time of buying the vehicle after that we cant expect anything from them.They didnt install the floor mat correctly and improperly close the hood. It is very headache to do a business with them. My best suggestion is : STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIND OF DEALERSHIP, SINCE WE EXPECT GOOD SERVICE AFTER PURCAHSE OF CAR.

HONDA service is excellent! I wanted to buy my first car so I walked into the dealership and was greeted by AL Ubaldini so sincere and he showed so much interest. He listen to everything that I told him I was looking for in my first car, & he basically worked with me the best way he possibly could to find something that suited me. He treated me as though he knew me for years and I felt very comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend if your looking for an long lasting car you should come to HONDA and speak with AL.

I have been using Piazza Honda of Philadelphia for my Honda Accords since 2009. I find them to be fair and cost competitive. Not only are the Advisors knowledgeable but they are personable as well. The waiting area is large and clean as well as the rest rooms. WiFi is also available with table space for laptops, work, etc. For excellent service, I recommend Piazza Honda for your service needs.

Our experience was second to none. Jen Christinzio was so awesome. She did all the work for us while my wife worked and I being home do to work injury. when we got the call to come in everything was good to go, all we had to do is sign paperwork. Great experience! Request an e-price and got a great quote! I called the dealership and they were able to put the car on hold with a refundable deposit. I was went to the dealership a couple of days later, and they were able to get the whole sale completed very quickly. Everyone there was REALLY nice and helpful I am glad I decided to come here instead of Piazza Honda of Springfield where I had a horrible experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Let's start with Tony our amazing and helpful sales man! My mother was shopping for a new car and we came in wanting to trade her old vehicle. Tony explained and answered every single one of our many questions because we are not familiar with trading in a car for another one. Must I say he respected my mother budget every step of the way and work out a great deal! He is so awesome! Mike the manager also was super as he explained everything about warranty and gave us a deal we just couldn't refuse! Not only did my mother leave happy and with a safe car I'm going back to trade my car there too!

Vince Iulianetti and Tony Yeung, are 2 true professionals. These gentlemen changed my mind on how I view car sales. Not only are they ACES when dealing with automobiles, they are honest, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient. These gentlemen, (salesmen does not do them justice), did exactly as they said they would do, "make sure the vehicle is perfect before my purchase". And this was a used vehicle! All of my questions were answered, my personal list of "fixes" were taken care of, even a few I had missed. The service department was also fantastic. Everyone involved went above and beyond my expectations. I have owned Honda products since 1981, and this was without a doubt the best experience I've ever had dealing with automobiles. Tiko was the first to greet me when I walked into the showroom. He was welcoming without being aggressive. My last car was a Honda that I liked so I returned 1st to Honda before going to Toyota. Tiko made all the difference. He was trustworthy, knowledgeable, helpful and made sure I had all the financing information upfront so I could make the right decision. We went for a test drive where he explained the features on the digital screen on the Honda Civic that were new to me. I just had a very pleasant experience at Piazza Honda. I bought a 2014 certified used Honda Civic. What made it a good deal is the fact that had only 600 miles on dash ! Call it brad new !I dealt with Tiko, a very nice and friendly sales person. He even gave me a ride to drop off my friends car before I drove mine. Akila is the internet sales person I highly recommend working with and Adam in the financial department to close the deal. Request an on line quote first and then make sure you work with Akila. He will try to accommodate your needs and is very honest. What he quoted me on the internet was the price I walked out with. Most sales people try to push you into things and maybe even buying extra but he didn't. All the questions I had were answered very quickly. He actually went above his own professional obligation to make sure it went smoothly. I was actually surprised as to how easy it was and how smooth of an experince it was to purchase my car. Go in with your own research. The more you know the easier it is to get what you want. Adam in finance was very simple with me. He explained to me that I should think about purchasing the extended warrenty in my situation. It was a new car. Although he voiced his opinion about how important it was, I didn't feel pressured about it. He has been with that company for over 10 years and has very knowledge on financing your vehicle in the most comfortable way for you. I highly recommend doing business with this group of people.

Nothing feels better than walking away with a big smile on your face. Chris helped me get the vehicle I exactly wanted. Black on black Honda Civic EX. I did some research on the vehicle and had a ball park figure of how much the vehicle would be. When Chris came back to me with the price, I was literally floored. It was less than what I had expected. Chris did not try to up-sale me, and he actually gave me a few recommendations on some warranties and add-ons base on my driving habits. Recently bought a CR-V from Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. When I submitted a price quote, their internet sales manager Jennifer sent me an E-mail listing the price of the models of my interested vehicle. Our salesman John Zheng is very knowledgeable and attentive. He can speak mandarin to us and it is a huge benefit for me when communicating since I am Chinese. When I'm applying for the finance from Honda Finance, I wasn't approved at first because of my visa status and their finance department works very hard to get me approved.I enjoy the whole purchasing experience a lot. I was actually planning to test drive another vehicle on that day but eventually bought the vehicle because of their friendliness. I would definitely look forward for future business with this dealership and recommend anyone who is considering purchasing a Honda.

Trust. It's what I think of when I think of getting my car serviced at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. Trust. In the friendly technician who meets me at my car upon arrival. Trust. In the service advisors, particularly Chris Calciano, who listen, guide, and recommend in every professional way possible. Trust. In the Honda service technicians who I always refer to as the car docs because they take the symptoms that my car is feeling and go right to work diagnosing and treating the problem to make my Honda Civic all better! Sometimes, my Honda just needs routine maintenance and like with good healthcare and a routine check-up, the car docs keep my car well maintained with routine preventative maintenance. Trust. In the service parts and labor prices because I believe in servicing my Honda where the sign out front says Honda. Trust. In always getting a big hello and how are you from the Service Manager who clearly makes it a point to remember his customers like they are dear friends. Trust. In the super efficient shuttle service drivers if I need a ride back and forth into the city while my car is being serviced. Trust. In a clean and comfortable, user friendly service waiting room and an always pleasant and smiling cashier to complete my stay. Trust. In the name Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. After discussing what I was interested in, the Accord or the Civic, Andy lined up the cars outside for comparison; I decided on the Accord. General Sales Manager Vince Iulianetti and Sales Rep Joe Lewis made this the easiest thing in the world. The Honda product is probably the best in the world. New customer of Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. Bought a CRV. Great experience for me so far. Requested e-quotes from several dealers. Got back actual price quotes only from some of them, and even those only after a bunch of "spam" automated e-mails with no actual numbers. ONE exception, Piazza Honda - Philadelphia. From them a single prompt e-mail, from an actual employee (thanks Jennifer) with actual price quotes for every CRV subclass. Only one other dealership (located significantly further away from me) quoted a price similar to what Piazza Honda offered. In the dealership Gary was a friendly sales rep, who knew the product inside-and-out and answered all my questions, helped setting up the electronic features in the car, and played NO price games with me: the quote was more then honored, and by the time I got there he knew from my e-mail request what I want to buy, did not try to sell anything else. He did all he could to help me get a fast transaction. Financing was smooth and Nick was patient while I reviewed the papers - again the initial worksheet was honored. Finally, I had a flat tire (road debris) on my way home and was back in the Service department the next morning. They fixed the tire right away and free of charge (a nice courtesy that alleviated the circumstance), I was out in about 30 min (thanks Mike!). Observing in the waiting room, it seems that Service finishes a car every few minutes (I would say less than 5) which is a good sign as well! So yes, all I can say of this Piazza Honda team is "Keep it up!"

The entire team was friendly, helpful and worked to provide me with the best possible financing. The car I bought was in perfect condition with low mileage at a price that was not to be had elsewhere. Believe me when I said that I looked over a four state area, and Piazza of Philly provided the most competitive price. I leased an Accord from Piazza 6 years ago then strayed and leased an Infiniti for 3 years. There was a marked difference with my two experiences. Brian Henderson and the Piazza team went the extra mile to find me the car I wanted when every other dealer said they couldn't find me a car. I was given a great deal that was better than any other dealer, treated like a valued customer and not just a number and made to feel comfortable with the experience. Infiniti and two other Honda dealers could not do this. Brian texted me two days later to make sure that I was happy and enjoying the car and gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions. My overall experience was wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend Piazza Honda to anyone interested in Honda products. In addition their service department was second to none. I never had a problem or long wait when ever I brought my old Accord in for service. They were all professional, courteous and honest with any concern I had.

Khaled, as a customer service rep and sales person was great and I he has gone above and beyond to help me with my problems. However, my experience and expectations with this dealership was sub-par and borderline excrutiating. Considering the amount of money I spent, I expected 10 times better and more efficient service. Starting from my pick up time of my car to dealing with issues and receipt of a missing item (Front Toyota emblem), this dealership has not delivered anything timely. The details are as follows:*Pick up of the car: Initially I was promised that I could pick up the car with in an allotted and agreed upon time which did not happen, as a result I had to delay for another 3 days. *After pick up: As soon as I picked up the car and drove it, I discovered that the car had issues with the break caliper that wasn't identified during regular check. As a customer if a dealership cannot sell used cars in decent condition then they should not get into such a business*Fixing issue with break caliper: After going back and dropping off my car (spent another 3 hours), I was promised that I would get my car back the next day, but that wasn't the case. I had to wait another 3 days for them to fix the car and they were still unsure of the time of delivery*Issue with Toyota Emblem: Prior to even purchasing the car, I made it absolutely clear that the missing Toyota emblem was very important to me and I would like to get it ASAP. It has been 4 weeks since I told Khaled (Sales Rep) about this and after going back and forth him. For the last two weeks I have been pushing even more to figure out what I need to do to get this emblem. So I got tired and called Toyota to find out how long does it actually take to get such a thing. I called them today and I can pick it up tomorrow and it only costs 25 bucks!!!! I have been given the turn around by this dealership about this for the past 4 weeks and now Khaled (my sales rep) has stopped responding to my phone calls. It was great service. Dan did an excellent job. We were short on time, and needed to get the car ASAP. Piazza dealership was our first stop. Dan greeted us as soon as we entered the parking lot. He was very helpful. We didn't buy the car right away, But came back for it at the end of the day, because we didn't see anything else at other dealerships that we liked. Could've saved so much time just to sticking with Dan right away. Well, at lease we knew that there was no other better option for us.

Piazza Honda (Gene) was no hype, no pressure, comfortable, a completely pleasant experience from start to finish. I have never bought a used car before, but stuck with Gene and went with used. The price was fair, my trade-in was fairly priced. They even re-certified the car because it had been certified by another Piazza dealership. And found things that had not been done correctly and fixed them. I even enjoyed my time in the finance office with Kevin. There was no nonsense, no bull. Other than the seemingly obligatory hours long wait for I have no idea what, this was by far my best car buying experience. I am 64 years old, so I have been through many. Thanks, Piazza.

God is great!On August 8, 2013, I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from the piazza Honda dealership located on 6935 Essington ave. This was my first time shopping for a vehicle. My initial thought was that the car salesman would not meet my needs because Im very particular. Plus, I was struggling with having to downsize to a car after driving a SUV for many years.This was not the case. The car salesman Brian Goode was amazing. He was detail oriented (taking the time to make sure that my car had the same features as my SUV), committed to making sure that I was a satisfied customer by staying within my budget and very patient at times when I felt overwhelmed. Mr. Goode made it his business to check on me after the purchase to make sure that I remained a satisfied customer. Ive had my car for a month and have taken it on a road trip. I just purchased an Accord from this location and I was VERY pleased with the customer service I received. The sales consultant, Dan Pezzetti, was very personable and relaxed. He wasn't trying to push a bunch of different higher priced vehicles. He was trying to be considerate of our time (as much as possible). He was ready to do whatever it took to make sure I received the car I desired. The Sales Manager, Mario Juncaj was AMAZING. I appreciated his honesty in trying to get me the best deals. Adam, the Finance Manger was great too. He explained all the paperwork and made recommendations without being too pushy. All of them were always professional and friendly. This is my 5th new car and by far one of the best purchase experiences I've ever had. I would definitely buy from them again. Good at apologizing, horrible at being honest, reliable, and customer-oriented. Brian was clearly new and knew very little details about how to sell the car. Mario and Brian told me that I would get the grad discount but NEVER mentioned what kind of documentation I'd need. Kevin told me he'd call me to let me know so that I could close out the deal and buy my car. He never did and he never returned my message to get the information. When I finally was told that I needed to print a transcript from my university online student portal, I brought it and was told it was insufficient. I needed to purchase the car that day as my rental (following an accident where my prior car was totaled) was to expire the following day. I was unable to get the discount they agreed to give me. Not to mention, my brand new car was delivered damaged and they did nothing to make up for that (i.e., comping the floor mats I purchased). Brian was polite but incompetent. Mario was slimy and untruthful. Kevin was obnoxious and completely lacked customer service skills. Thoroughly disappointed. I will NEVER return to Piazza Philadelphia for service or to buy another car. I should have gone back to Conicelli where I purchased my prior Honda.

Hello All,Me and my wife recently purchased a new 2013 Honda Civic LX Sedan and traded in our 2005 Hyundai Elantra at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia. I have no words to express my appreciation and gratitude for our sales representative - Tony Yeung. While we had been to several dealerships and test driven the vehicle prior to Piazza Honda of Philadelphia, our experience with Tony is one that we will always cherish. Having obtained several internet quotes for the 2013 Civic, Tony was quick to not only beat the best quote but to also give us a college grad discount for $ 500 (this is applicale only to recent graduates) and an extra $ 500 as a dealerhip discount. I am a big stickler for not sitting around wasting time. So, my experience was wonderful. I filled out a credit application online, and I received a phone call from a salesperson within an hour. He confirmed my information and took care of everything while I was at work which minimized the time I had to spend at the dealership when I went in to pick up my car that evening. As, I was signing my paperwork, my car was being detailed so, once I finished, I was ready to go. Thank you Piazza Honda of Philadelphia for a wonderful experience!

This dealership was very highly recommended, as was the salesman, Brian Henderson. It was one of the best buying expiences so far!Brian was very friendly & courteous. He was very knowledgable of the specific Hoda Civic that my wife wanted. She was in a mood that night and was ready for war. Brian eased her (something I had a hard time doing on the ride to Piazza). I had actually had an absolutely terrible experience at Piazza Honda of Drexel Hill. However, I ultimately found myself at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia after Jenn (the Piazza Philly internet sales manager) contacted me from an online car buying service I used. I told her of my experience at the Drexel Hill store and told her that "Piazza would have to do an awful lot to win me back as a possible customer". She was very apologetic regarding my experience at Drexel Hill and assured me Piazza Philadelphia would do whatever it took to make me happy. Jenn had Khaled, a salesman in their Honda Certified area contact me. He was great! Over a 2 week period, I visited the store about 5 or 6 times. Each time Khaled was available with a smile and great energy, RUNNING here and there showing me vehicles and getting me answers. I originally went in for a 2012 certified Honda Pilot Touring and left with a brand new 2013 Honda Pilot Touring... not because he "up-sold me", but because they made me an incredible deal on the 2013. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic... Including Vince the sales manager, who worked so many different price deals, loan rates and terms, and payment possibilities for me, we all got confused at one point. Look, I'm gonna be a commercial for these guys... If you're in the market for a Honda, do yourself a favor and visit Piazza of Philly and ask for Khaled. I went to buy a used Honda Civic and was greeted by the very friendly Bobby Mulholland. He was very nice and helpful. I truly felt that he was honest and would work hard to get me to car that I wanted. All of the cars that he showed me were very clean (inside & outside). Once I found the one that I wanted Bobby and his co workers really helped get me a great deal, I don't have a lot credit so my credit score isn't that high and they still got me a loan and the interest rate isn't crazy high. They also worked with me since I only had a trade in( a very old car) and no down payment. This was a all around great experience, I never felt pressured or bombarded and am extremely happy with my purchase. I would recommend this place and Bobby to everyone.

very uninviting atmosphere. the ladies at the front were very nice. Joe and ROSS WERE exceptional. but the rest of the crew walk by you as if you dont exist. JOE made my buying experience very easy. he did exactly what i asked. no back and forth. ROSS ALSO was straight forward and fast with getting the paper work done! thanks guys. just get the rest of the crew onboard. being welcomed into a business is always important!

Joe Lewis stole my year 2000 Civic trade-in; he only allowed $400.00 for my old car. Also, I was charged a $131.00 document fee-Bogus. Nick pushed the add-ons way too aggressively. The roughly four hours it took the sales staff to complete the purchase was much too long. I am very unhappy and would not (facebook, twitter) recommend or do future business with this dealership. some of the comunication recieved via emial was not accurate.Nick pushed a little too hard with tryring to sell the additonal serivces that Honda offers.the time line of when I went to pick up the vehicle and when I left was entirely too long.I came close to leaving, it was not long. (2 hrs to handle the process)

Bought a new car from this dealership back in 2011 a hybrid and was highly pressured from the Finance Manager to purchase a extended warrant from Zurich that the dealership sold and was never told about Honda Care. I expressed how I don't keep my cars for long and don't think I need it, after being pressured and lied to about how hybrid tech is new and this would cover anything, I purchased the Zurich extended warranty and the finance manager told me I could cancel at anytime and get a prorated amount back. Well I moved out of state and traded the car in and cancelled the policy directly through Zurich I waited 45 days and when I never received my refund back I contacted the dealership per the rep at Zurich and I was told that I need to bring the car to them to inspect. Well, I was never told these " rules " when I purchased the extended warranty and no where in the paper work I signed does it state this, I followed the rules per the Zurich guidelines and no Refund. Long story short, DO NOT buy a extended warrant via this Dealership go directly to Honda Care, this dealership will only steal your money. This dealership spends thousands on advertisement every year, but the best advertisement is word of mouth. I will not recommend this dealership to NO ONE.

Joe located the fairly rare color/optioned Fit Sport I wanted within 48 hours, I got a great deal, and the buying experience was professional. Joe was very familiar with the features of the car and was a pleasure to work with from a customer's point of view. All in all, a smooth and positive new car buying experience.

I dealt with Jennifer over the Internet and then Andy to finalize the deal when I got to the dealership.Very friendly and smooth deal. Had to return a couple of days later to sign some more papers and they filled my car with gas again. By FAR the best deal of all the Honda dealers around the Philadelphia area for the Honda Pilot.

The team at Philadelphia Honda was excellent - they were courteous, explained everything fully and gave me a great deal. I would absolutely tell a friend to buy a car from them. The finance guy did a great job in trying to sell me on some extended warranty services; even though I opted out he was great. I'm looking forward to a long relationshipp with the guys at the dealership and I'm sure their follow up will be just as good as their sales process.

I went around to 5 different Honda dealers including the Piazza Honda located in Drexel Hill PA and it seemed like no one wanted to sell me a new car at a fair price and I was almost ready to give up on my hopes to purchase a new car. I tried one last dealership and it was the Piazza Honda in Philadelphia (this location) and I am soo happy I did. The salesman Andy was so helpful and completely honest from the start. Not only did he get me in my brand new Honda civic he quoted me a fair price and worked with the bank to get me a fair percentage, I would confidently send everyone I know to buy a car here.

Staff were friendly and informative. Our options were presented in an easy to understand format and staff were NOT PUSHY!!!! They were respectful of our need to digest all the information presented so that we could come to a decision. After using many different dealers in the past twenty years we found we got the best deals here. Just arranged my third lease at Piazza and will keep coming back!!! The service department is also a plus. They are very organized so you are in and out and our cars are in top condition.

I walked into Piazza knowing what car I was looking for, the welcoming atmosphere, friendly people, and not being pushy were worth my time. They asked me what I was looking for, did not push a higher model on me. I would recommend Piazza to all my family & friends. In fact, my daughter had recommended me, as she was just as pleased as myself.If I ever have to buy another vehicle, it will definitely be a Honda, and be purchased at Piazza!!!Great people, Great vehicles!!!

We always go to Sam Rizzello for any deals at Piazza Honda. He is great!! He provides great service and always try to make us happy and accommodate us. The only thing I would change or recommend is the wait time for the paperwork to get done.. We were there for about 4 hours and I believe that with all this new technology out there , that can be cut down. The process from buying a car and for waiting for the paper work to be done should not be that long, they really should look into that. Other than that, service was great as usual.

Piazzi is not the closest Honda dealership to my home, but for several reasons, I chose to buy my car there. It offered the best (lowest) pricing and had exactly the car I wanted in stock. The sales consultant, Tony, and other staff, were very knowledgeable and friendly and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase the car or accessories. The general manager, Ross, was extremely helpful. This was the easiest car buying experience I've had. I plan to take my car there for service as I will trust its quality of service and it offers amenities (for example, refreshments, internet access, transport to airport during dealership hours), that will make the servicing experience pleasant. I would highly recommend using Piazzi.

I have to say this rate is under scored they should be given a 10+. I have dealt with andy and his finance managers for years now 3rd time lease. I was in a situation due to a car accident and Piazza and Andy along with his crew were the only ones able to help me. He spent numerous days on his won time also to go out of his way. I have dealt with another honda dealer in the past and all I got is this is our best price no negotiating. Excellent job Andy you and your team have earned our business for life. Walking into a car dealer can be very a very intimidating process. Our car salesman Chris Tran worked with us in every way possibile to make this process less tramatic and and more satisfying and pleasure. I can not say enough about Chris and how well we were treated as customers. My husband and I left feeling 100% confident and secure with the decision we made with Chris's help. We would definatley remain loyal customers to Chris for the outstanding customer service he showed us. I would not hestitate to recomend Chris to family and friends as an outstanding car salesman! I recently took my car to a different shop for service. The other shop was awful. My car was running terribly. I took to Piazza late on on Monday night and they fixed it in less than an hour. They were fantastic. I will never go anywhere else again.

I was very nervous as a younger girl not knowing what I wanted to buy and how much would I have to spend. Dan showedme a few different Hondas and went with me to test drive them around. This dealership is friendly but I must they do a very poor job of retaining customers. They clearly do not value customer loyalty and there price offerings are average at best. I wanted to renew a lease with them but they were not willing to meet my price needs and tried to nickel and dime me on everything. If your looking for a dealership that's willing to be flexible and meet your needs (esp. price)..this is not the dealership for you.

Each time my car needs service I find everyone that I come in contact with at this dealership helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.I receive timely reminders regarding the preventive maintenance my car needs and when a problem has arisen as it did recently the service department quickly analyzed the problem (needed a new throttle body) and replaced the part without any undue delays. In a time when so many organizations are inefficient and ineffective it's a pleasure to do business at Piazza Honda Of Philadelphia.

I am writing this review I believe I have a great purchasing experience there at philadelphia. the sales person alex was very patient with me and answered ask my questions along with up front pricing. Mario sales manager have me confidence in my purchase. As with any purchase of any vehicle it does take a little while for paperwork but that was expected they seamed busy. over ask i love my Honda and am pleased with the service. and will be using there airport parking.

I was a telephone call-in to the Piazza dealership after doing car shopping in my home state of Delaware. I knew what options I wanted and when I was connected to Jennifer in sales she was able to provide me with a favorable quote and I told her that I would like to do the deal with her. I went there today for an oil change and some other minor work. Mark is the man who waited on me and once again he is amongst one of the most exceptional people I have ever met. He truly shows and expresses his care and concern for his customers. I hope this doesn't go unrecognized.
