I took my car in for an oil change and $800.00 later it was fixed by someone "reputable". This car had never had any problems and I contacted the dealership/service mgr. It took two weeks for him to get back with me. No type of compensation was offered. I wish I have read all the negative reviews that I am now seeing on the internet before calling the dealership to schedule the oil change. It's clear they have no regard for it's customers. I understand mistakes can happen, but, admitting and fixing the situation is what a reputable dealership should do. Do your homework and look at all the reviews before going to this dealership.
