No pressure. I told mr Patterson what I wanted to do and he did just that. He explained what the process would be and that is exactly the way it happened. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand.

Pricing was more competitive and better on the vehicle I had in mind than any dealer within 50 miles....even better than a model I "built" on Jeep's own website. I had this particular vehicle in mind for more than a month...Pepper's had the competition beat by over $3K. And I think they were more than fair with the trade-in, which should probably have gone to the junkyard.I knew the vehicle I wanted, and it was made easy.The extra services...oil changes and such, are a nice attraction and do save the customer time and money.

Everything!! Raymond is a great salesman! We told him what we where looking for in a new car and future truck, and made several suggestions...He is not high pressure and very customer service pleasing. We liked that Peppers worked with us on pricing and contacted our insurance company and arranged for our new tags!! Great job!!

I recently bought a used truck from them and they were great to deal with. They were more than willing to accomodate my every request. I was impressed with Paul Hughley, a salesman. He wasn't pushy and even went so far as to text me some pictures of the truck I was interested in. The next time I am in the market to buy a vehicle I will go back to Peppers.
