Professional, collaborative staff and clean, well managed facility. I just procured a used car and this went on smoothly. They covered MD State's inspection and were very responsive. Timothy from sales department was extremely helpful and did his best to seal the deal perfectly. He collaborated effectively with Mike from the finance department to ensure me enjoying car purchasing experience. Two thumbs up Timothy and Mike and Passport Infiniti of Alexandria.

As a follow-up to a previous negative review following an issue with the trade-in value for my used car, Said (who I believe is a sales manager) contacted me and made every effort to make things right. He was very professional, apologetic and personable. He ended up offering above trade-in value for my car, and allowing me to take 2 vehicles overnight for a test. I ended up purchasing elsewhere, but was very satisfied with the dealer's response. Overall, I would consider my next car from Passport.

After 2 weeks of looking and dozens of salesman I bought a car at your dealership. There were on 2 salesmen I liked enough to leave a review about and Bary Montano was #1. He was very knowledgeable and patient we me. He went beyond selling me a vehicle. When my insurance company was closed and I couldn't get up with them he figured it out. Since I had a rental and live 4 hours from Alexandria he called enterprise to see if I could leave my car up there. He was so nice and never tried to talk me into something I didn't want like all the others did.

Each time I visit the Alexandria, VA location, I am always satisfied. Their customer service in the Service Department is awesome. Drew is customer orientated and ensures your car will be handled with care. The Sales department, is by far, on par and impeccable. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have never been happier. No fluff, simple answers, great service. I will always purchase and have my vehicle(s) serviced and sold form here. Said and his staff work above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. They are personable and professional. The Finance area IS by far the smoothest transaction. It doesn't take long to close with the state of the art equipment used. Not a lot of paperwork because they provide everything on a USB! Cant get any better than that! Thanks to Said, Z, Timothy and TEAM! Getting the job done.

I needed a left front headlight replaced before taking a long trip the next day. Before starting the work, the Service Rep told me the cost would be $425 for parts and labor. The car's warranty has just expired. I'm handy, but had no time to work on this. The Service Rep returned later to tell me that he called Infiniti and they agreed to extend the warranty one week so that I had no charges. They washed my car, too.

The dealership had a very big inventory & seem to be good salesman with good customer service. I dealt with them over the phone for about 2 days because I could actually drive there since I was 3 hours away from them, so on my first day off they set me up an appointment to come see & drive the car. Well on my way there i was running about 30 minutes late so I gave them a call to make sure everything was fine & that I was still coming, & they assured me things were still in order. So upon arrival I get out & proceed to find the car I drove 3 hours to purchase, & then a salesman walks up to me & asks how could he help me, so I tell him I have an appointment to see this car & says we already sold that let me show you what else we have. To me that was very unprofessional & I wasted 7 hours of my day for something they didn't have & I talked to them twice before arriving.

I bought a used 2010 G37x. The price was great and I was treated as if I was buying a new car. I can't recommend Sam enough, he is a great sales person. He knows these cars inside and out. Everything was straight forward, no games. I was given a competitive price for my trade-in. Every minor issue I had with the car was addressed, even things I noticed a week after owning the car. The only issue I have is with the touch-up paint repairs that were made. It was not done correctly and looks bad. The person who made the repairs did not seem to know what they are doing. Sam addressed the issue with me and he even went as far as to do some buffing himself to make it look better. In all fairness, the sales manager did tell us we could bring it back and they could try something else. I appreciate the offer but I think I'll take it somewhere else for that repair. I have no complaints regarding the mechanical repairs that were done, everything is working great! I have bought a lot of cars, new and used, and this has been the best experience. I love my G37x. So much so that my husband and I are considering buying another Infiniti from Passport. The level of customer service we received was above and beyond what is expected.

The transmission in my 2009 QX56 was damaged due to transmission oil leak. I bought my vehicle Brand new and it only had 35,000 miles. Instead of having me pay for a new Transmission, Jon Connor and the service department recommended I contacted Infiniti USA and file a claim since my car was no longer under warranty. It took Infiniti USA about three days to approve replacing my transmission with a brand new one and all I had to pay was labor cost to the dealer, saving me about $8000. I want to say thanks to Jon Connor and the staff of Passport Infiniti service department from a grateful Army family. HOOAH!

So I purchased my 2010 G37xS from an Infiniti dealer in Maryland. At the beginning of 2015 I needed to look for an Infiniti dealership closer to my house in Northern Virginia for yearly maintenance. I had two choices and visited them both. I won't mention the other Infiniti dealership, but by far Passport Infiniti and their staff, especially Gary Drummond, take customer service to another level. Their attentiveness to their customers needs is very genuine and honesty. I want to say "thank you" to Mr. Drummond and Passport Infinit for making 2015 an enjoyable experience. I look forward to the coming years! Thanks.

Dealership is nice and clean. People are mostly friendly. There is nothing wrong with buying a used car from these guys, as long as you read reviews and come prepared. If you find a used car you like and it is sold by Passport Infinity of Alexandria - be aware, that they will attempt to charge you $620 "prep" or "reconditioning" fee. It is essentially a very expensive car wash. The car I got was clean, but had very dirty air filter, in-cabin filter, useless windshield wipers, was low on fluids and was grossly misaligned. So, when you see their advertised price - make sure to add $620 to it and then see if it is still competitive. Ask if other dealers change similar amounts. If you buy from Passport Infinity - PLEASE do not hesitate to ask what EXACTLY did they do to the car you are buying for $620. Ask them if they can give you an alignments report, test their wipers, ask to show you air filters, look to check fluid levels. You can do a LOT for $620.I had poor experience with my salesman Mr. Ahmed Koroma. I felt like I was inconveniencing him with my presence. When I asked about the alignment, Mr. Koroma sounded condescending when explaining to me that he drove the car and can assure me that it is perfectly aligned. He also told me that they had a second set of keys, while in fact they did not. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mr. Ahmed Koroma. On the plus side, sales manager Brian Dileo was very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. He listened to my complaints after I have purchased the car and have discovered all the issues with it. He reimbursed me for the alignment. He also ordered new filters for me. I did not press them for the windshield wipers, but I think he understood that the dealership has to show at least SOMETHING for the $620 "prep fee" they charged me.Overall, I am happy with the car and after Mr. Dileo addressed my concerns with buying experience, I am reasonably happy with the entire process. I just wish the experience was smooth from the beginning and that dealer did put in some effort to back up their $620 "prep fee".My final rating is AVERAGE at 3 stars, which fits between some very good and very bad experiences I've had in the past.

Salesman Sam Safi is the best. He is one who genuinely loves cars. After a few minutes of talking with him, he was able to match a couple of vehicles that would fit me and my budget. There was no pressure to "Buy, just to buy". He knew the different vehicles inside and out, answered my questions (without having to ask anyone or google it), and gave his advice, as to what would best suit my situation, based on what we had discussed earlier. I will definitely be recommending Sam to any of my friends that are in the market for a new vehicle. The facility is fantastic. Zamir the business manager had everything prepared and ready when we arrived to his office. He also provided great information throughout the financing process. The facility was immaculate. All of the staff greeted us with a smile. We highly recommend you visit Jayson (Sales Manager) at Passport Infiniti of Alexandria you will not be disappointed. Exquisite!

I have been going to Passport Infiniti for service and repairs for close to ten years and I will be back whenever I need work done on my cars. Ken Bond and the entire team - from the service reception desk to the guys in the garage - are world class. They are exceptionally competent, helpful and professional. They offer the option of a courtesy car whenever appropriate, and their facilities are set up to allow folks waiting for their cars on the premises to continue to get work done or relax in comfort. I admire them greatly and trust them completely. Thanks, guys! :-)

Customer service started out great...checked in with me to make sure of my appointment and a follow up call before the drive there from Baltimore, Maryland. After driving 50 miles, I get there, the salesman I dealt with named Sam was not available, the car was still not available for me to do a visual inspection and while several salesmen came up to me to ask if I could be helped, their attitudes were indifferent. THEN I find out that the automobile that I had inquired about (and was fully ready to purchase...the test drive was just preliminary) has a dent in the rear quarter panel that I happened to find out about from another salesman, something the salesman named Sam that I dealt with neglected to tell me before I made the drive out there. I walked out and wound up looking at a Mercedes E Class Coupe on the Mercedes lot next door. Worst dealership I have ever had dealings with and will not be even thinking of doing business with them again.

I came in Friday night to test drive a car, and left with a huge grin on my face because not only did I buy a car, but I had a wonderful experience. I met with Ron Woods to test drive the car, and he could not have been any nicer. He was knowledgeable about the car, extremely friendly, and he put me at ease. After driving the car with Ron, we met in his office where I was introduced to the manager, Brian Dileo. He was a breath of fresh air in the car dealership world. He had a friendly smile, was very non-threatening, and he was willing to negotiate with me. Before I knew it, I was signing paperwork and meeting with the "finance guy", Samir. He also was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about the whole process and he answered all of my questions. Not once did I feel like I was getting taken advantage of, and that is definitely something that I worried about when choosing a car and a dealership. I live an hour away from Passport Infiniti of Alexandria, but I would go there again just for the experience that I had. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone, and hope that you all have just as wonderful an experience as I did.

Infiniti is a nice car, and if it meets your needs you can work with this dealership, but get everything in writing and hold on to your wallet. Talked to a slick salesman about a car and in the space of 5 minutes he managed three bald faced lies. I've been buying cars for over 30 years and that was a new record.

I leased a G37XS in June of 2012. I had a great experience at Passport Infiniti when I initially leased the car and absolutely loved driving the car (the combination of power and luxury was perfect). Now I had to deal with a lease termination, including preparing for inspection. Brian DiLeo and Patrick McCarney were extremely accomodating. My timeline kept changing and they were very flexible and helped me have repairs done and set up my inspection. They truly went out of their way to make my life as easy as possible. They were always available when I called and stopped by the dealership. Based on my experiences with other dealerships, these guys are top notch. The sole reason I did not get another Infiniti is that the newly remodeled Q60 is not going to be available until spring 2016 and my lease was ending now (and I am really only interested in 2-door coupes). Thanks again Brian and Patrick!

I really enjoyed my experience with Passport Infiniti and would do it again. Besides me traveling over 100 miles just to do business with the individuals that followed up on my specifics on the vehicle of my interest. Taking the time to make sure it was a good fit for me and taking the time to show me the features of the vehicles before I departed was a great feeling. Even though I wanted to hurry and head back home with my new vehicle they took their time and did not rush the process because they are trained professions in doing what they do best. This dealership has "one of a kind" professions and great customer service.

i can't say enough how amazing this place is. It's not the cars...the luxury of the renovated spaces or the great staff on the service team but what i really appreciated is the fact that i was not judged. I walked in after just arriving from a west flight and i looked like a complete mess and even then I was not judged by what i wore nor how i looked (minority). I know this sounds funny but you have no idea how many people make judgement on individuals not realizing that perhaps they are professionals in the workforce as well. I've been coming here for years and this event truly has earned my complete trust. Thanks Passport Infiniti and i'm loving my new car!

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!! I just had the most ridiculous experience there! I went there because they had a used vehicle that I was looking for. I had done my research and had online printouts from comparables. Before I went there, I knew the vehicle was overpriced but I wanted to take a look. I took a test drive and my salesman Fred was okay. I made an offer based on comparables and the sales guy wouldnt ask the manager. No big deal. I showed the sales guy my comparables and he showed the manager. In the meantime, my boyfriend (who is a former car salesman) reasoned me into offering more. The sales guy returned and while we were discussing the comparables, the manager ran in and said Are those the keys? I have someone who wants to see it. He snatched the keys from the sales guy and ran out. I thanked the sales guy for his time and started to leave. Of course, he stopped me and said Ill get the keys (you see where this is going right?). He got the keys and returned and I told him that Im not stupid and that he and his manager can run their games on someone else because CLEARLY no one else was there to look at the car!! The sales guy tried to defend the manager and said it was the new car manager and he was not the person to make the decisions. He offered to have the used car manager come to talk to me. But by then I was thoroughly ticked off! He went to ask the used car manager to come in and when he came back I told him that I will not beg to give anyone my money and that I did not appreciate being played for stupid and he laughed and hung his head since he knew it was a low-bottom trick to try to play. I gave him a lower offer than what my boyfriend talked me into because it was the only way I would still consider doing business there. He took it to his used car manager (that Im not sure existed) and came back and said no, but that the used car manager would be with us in a while. I left. They had wasted enough of my time and insulted me enough.

What a sorry excuse for a dealership. Took my QX in there twice. Both times they could not figure out what was wrong. They left the car with grease all over the interior from their filthy techs. MY SA lied and said there was no history, but when I challenged him as I bought the vehicle new, he retracted and stuttered on his own words.Contact the GM and the SM a couple times, but neither have the courtesy to return a call. Not only was the most pathetic dealership I have visited, I would NOT go back at all. If you cant even contact a customer back when they have issues, you should not be servicing anyone.

Not really much to say here, Infiniti made a 2:30pm Sunday appointment for me to meet with these guys, I drove all the way from the Shenandoah Valley and they were closed. That's very nearly 100 miles, one way. Super dissapointed in the whole experience, what a waste of my time and gas. Obviously there is no way I'd ever buy from these guys after that, I drove 100 miles in a different direction and found the same ride with less miles for almost 3K cheaper. Check out Pennsylvania prices if you're shopping, well worth the drive!

We went over my wish list for the QX60 and not only did he meet the items on my list he exceeded my expectations. Skylar took me out on a test drive and gave me some additional background on the vehicle which further convinced me that this was "the right time"After going over all of the specifics for the QX60, I was introduced to the business manager, Zamir Safi. He took the time to explain the financing options, allowed me to ask questions, express concerns and he even enlightened me on things that could benefit me in the long run.Skylar took care of all things pertaining to the QX60. He set up my online accounts for service calls, the Infiniti Connection system and made sure I was comfortable with the inner workings of the vehicle.Needless to say, I was driving home that very evening in my new 2014 QX60. I would like to start by saying I came to know Passport when I took my sister in to buy a new car. I had my lovely Honda that was only a year old. I had been a part of the Honda family for 5 years, and was completely satisfied with the customer service. Long story short, I left with my first brand new Passport car. As of today, I have been apart of the Passport family for 6 years now. Being a female and black I already have 2 strikes against me when walking in any business for service. So I knew I had to take this opportunity to share the awesome service I have always received form Passport since day one. The service is impeccable! I am treated like a new customer every time I go in. I'm always treated with respect. Even when I call on the phone, the operators are always patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. I've called plenty of times with last minute request, and they have been done in a timely matter. The guys that fix my cars have always been pleasant. They say hello with a smile. My service tech is Kenneth Bond. I just don't have the words to say how great of a help he has been. He listens to all my request I have, and always explains my options I have or can take to fix any issues at hand. He has never made me feel cheated or like hes trying to make extra bucks off of me by adding unnecessary service. One occasion I ran over a big nail, my vehicle has big costly tires, so I knew I needed a new tire. I was stuck on the side of the highway. I called Mr. Bond he sent roadside assistance to me. When I got to Passport, he told me my tire could be fixed, and it wouldn't cost me a thing. Need I say more? I plan on being a part of the Passport family for a very long time.

These guys are great. I initially bought my M37X from Jim Coleman Infiniti and was I displeased. I wish I had started my whole buying process with Passport. Believe, they are definitely on my list to purchase my next vehicle. Outstanding performance on all levels with Passport, I cannot say enough about them. They treat you as a person and not some number they can leach more money out of you. i live in Clarksburg, MD and I consistently drive to Alexandria to have my car serviced by their most dependable technicians. Not only do they provide outstanding service, they don't shy away from telling you if you have a warrantable item that could use some TLC. Most shops I've been involved with won't dream of telling you about an item that's covered under warranty and could use some attention. By not informing you, those shops play the waiting game, because your warranty will run out and then they have you on the hook to have the repair taken care of. Well, Passport is the total opposite. I've found them to be forthcoming and transparent, a very welcomed change. So, go to Passport, you won't be disappointed.

I called all of the Infiniti dealers in the Washington, DC metropolitan and Baltimore area and Nick Zahra at Passport was, by far, the easiest, most honest and fair salesperson. I brought my FX37 in 2007 and still have it. All my service has been performed my Infinite Dealership, Alexandria, VA. The customer service, quality of repairs, and the facilities have always been excellent. Now that my FX37 is older, I still receive top quality service from the dealership. My Service Rep, Mr. Ken Bond, is to be commended. His professionalism and attention to details of the vehicle is always detailed to ensure maximum performance. I have no doubts when I take my vehicle in for service he is going to ensure I receive top quality service with reasonable cost. Because of the service I've received and Mr. Bond's detailed dattention to my vehicle, I never worry whether I'm traveling locally or taking a long trip that my vehicle will perform at top levels. When I buy another vehicle the Infinite Dealership in Alexandria, will definitely be my first stop.

I was on vacation an my car started losing power. So, I was in distress. The service team at Passport came to my rescue. Mario was a complete professional. He keep me in the loop every day. He walked me through the process step by step with a smile on his face. He went over and above the call of duty. I thought customer service was a lost art. He proved me wrong. He is the quintessential service professional. In addition, I was shopping for another car and they did not have the one I wanted. However, I purchased the vehicle at another Infiniti dealership and they allowed me to have it shipped to them so I can pick up both cars at one location. I really appreciated it. Mario is a star! xxxx, the whole team is top notch.

Perfect sales experience. From salesman Ash, to the business manager Rodney who was truly the best, and Robert the general salesmanager. My experience with these three individuals were a car buying experience that I never had before. Just amazing . I love my new Infiniti G37 coupe. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was aware of this dealership after my mom purchased an Infiniti FX35 about three years ago. It wasnt until I purchased my first car their yesterday that I would be extremely pleased with the buying process. I would like to commend my sales person Mohamed Hussein and the Business Manager Rodney Martin for making first buying experience great. Unsure of how the buying process unfolds, I decided to go with a pre-approved loan from an outside company. Not only did Mohamed show me multiple car options with no hesitation, he also was able to get me a much better interest rate and Rodney explained everything about the financial responsibility as well as the warranty options as easy as possible. I was extremely satisfied with my new Infiniti G35 and I would recommend this dealership over and over.

After a month of used car shopping across the DC metro area, I was astounded at how horrible the customer service at Passport Infiniti was. After pre-arranging a test drive, the dealership bounced us from salesman to salesman, left us in the waiting area for over an hour, and was completely unapologetic when the long-awaited vehicle malfunctioned on the test drive. Shouldn't a pre-arranged test drive run smoothly? The whole experience was a horrible waste of time and absolutely insulting.

I spent about two weeks researching a car purchase and I came down to either Infiniti or Mercedes and it seemed no one at the Mercedes dealership believed I was qualified for a return email or phone call let alone a new Mercedes frustrated I went to the Mercedes dealership in Alexandria and I was totally ignored I didn't realize that the Infiniti dealership was next door I walked over and met a very nice sales representative by the name of Ash he was very knowledgable and didn't push me , he allowed me to test drive a new G37 and I fell in love. Ash then brought us back to the showroom and offered us some of the best coffee from a machine I ever tasted. So all calm we sat down to speak about price admittedly I had researched and knew all of the costs associated with purchasing a new G37 and I decided to offer $5000 under cost to test the waters just to see the reaction Ash immediately and very calm brought his manager Steven over who we later realized was the General Manager of the dealer he was a very nice man that sat with me for about a half hour trying to get to know us and he seemed like he really cared about me ... He even told me that he really liked and understood my negotiating style then I realized that I better make my offer such that they would accept and sell me the car I grew to fell in love with, I did let him suffer a bit so it wouldn't seem easy and we finally agreed on price. Ash and Corie then handled the paperwork and again I felt like they really cared about me and made good recommendations for a warranty which I purchased, by the time we had finished the paperwork our new baby was ready and with out hassle Ash went over step by step every feature and we drove out the same day. AWESOME experience .... I would never ever buy a car from anywhere else but from Ash Steve and Corrie they treated me with amazing respect and on top of it all the level of customer service is so high that when I returned to pick up my tags another manager Robert came out and installed them him self and had my car washed for me.....don't go any where else Passport Rocks!!!!

My husband and I went to purchase a vehicle and the salesman that we were assigned to was new. He was attentive and very respectful!!! It came time to talk about purchasing the car and the sales manager came out and started telling us false information about the vehicle. Luckily, I knew a lot about the type of car that we were looking at purchasing since I had researched that specific type of car for three months prior to our visit. He argued with me about everything even though I was proving what he said was incorrect. We then went to the table to buy the car and he was such a JERK! He was tapping his foot, took a smoke break outside, rolling his eyes. We finally could not handle his rude behavior and decided to leave. He then walked out the door before we did and shut the door in our face. The sales manager needs to be fired!!!! He gives that dealership a terrible reputation. Our poor new salesman deserves to not work at such a awful place!!!! Lay off the cigs around your customers!! I highly sunset do NOT go to this dealership. I am posting this review on every car site I can. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!

I would turn around and find another dealership especially if you're looking to buy a used car. Trust me. you remember those used car dealers that use to shaft you in the 80's with broken promises and sleazy sales tactics? Yeah, you got it at this dealership. Even their Manager Teric Khairzada is a broken promise guy that will keep squeezing you for $. Never take a verbal promise from these guys bc they will end up trying to take more $$ from you in every stage of the process. He first promised me my bumper on my old car on the trade in day....never happened. he then promised me that I can return the car I was interested in...ended up strong arming me to buy it. And when I bought it, he even tried increasing the interest rate by 1 percent!!! BEWARE of this dealership because they will try to take every penny once the deal is done. I even spoke to his manager Steven Bowdy and he totally ignored me. There is no customer loyalty at this place, take your trade in elsewhere!

This dealership is PHENOMENAL! I do not live in Virginia, but I drive to this dealership because the customer service is well worth it. I came to Passport Infiniti of Alexandria on March 14, 2013, to inquire about a 2012 Infiniti FX35 that I had seen on their website. From the moment I walked in the door, Mr. Ron Woods treated me as if I were their most important customer. This kind of treatment is rare these days, so it really had an impact on me. That day, I purchased the vehicle that I had seen on line, and the process was the smoothest I had ever experienced in purchasing a car. The Finance Manager, Ms. Corie Murphy, is in a class all on her own. She is Extremely knowledgeable about the finance world, and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Less than 3 months after I purchased the car, my vehicle was hit in a head-on collision and was a total loss. I contacted Mr. Woods and Ms. Murphy again at Passport Infiniti, and asked for their help in locating the same exact vehicle. Within a week of me contacting them, they had found the car. The process was so smooth it was surreal. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I STRONGLY recommend this dealership. As for Mr. Woods and Ms. Murphy, they are part of my family now and will be invited to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.

My wife and I have been patrons of Passport Inifiniti for 10 years and with the probable purchase of a 2014 Q50 later this year, intend to remain so. The central reason is Jon Connor as our Service Representative. He knows us; he knows the car. I rated price "good" because it's hard to say any price is great - unless one compares it with what I used to have to pay a Mercedes dealership (which I would rate as "bad"). But it's not outlandish pricing and because Jon knows we'll be returning, everything that "could be done" isn't necessarily done if it can safely be held in abeyance for another oil change or two. That really helps pace the expense of maintaining a luxury car. And it's the right way to do business.

First and foremost, I highly recommend Passport Infiniti of Alexandria for anyone in the market for purchasing or leasing an Infiniti. My recent visit to Passport Infiniti and Passport Nissan was truly a delightful experience. With both dealerships located side by side, my intentions were to visit both dealerships because I had been driving Nissans for the past 17 years. As I glanced at an Infiniti on the lot, a sales associate approached me and asked if she could assist me. I explained to her what I was interested in and the rest is history. Danielle provided excellent customer care service. She was superb and was very instrumental in assisting me in making a decision whether to go Nissan or Infiniti and on whether to lease or purchase the car of my choice, the Infiniti G37x. She thoroughly provided me with all the details regarding leasing versus purchasing; She road with me as I test drove the vehicle describing all the features. Once my decision was made and the deal was finalized, she patiently went over all the features of the Infiniti G37x and instructed me on how to operate the vehicle, providing me with detailed instructions on how to operate the Navigation system, voice command feature, and she even set-up my iPhone via Bluetooth so that I could have immediate access of my cell phone to share the good news with friends and family as I drove off in my brand new car. Danielle also programmed her cell phone number into my iPhone so that I would have direct access to contacting her regarding any questions or concerns I may have in the future regarding the car. She was very excellent with my 6 year old grandson as she communicated with him making sure that he had a pleasant experience as he patiently waited for the finalization of the paperwork and delivery of the vehicle. With the assistance of both Danielle and Brain, the Sales Manager, I left the dealership not only excited about my new car, but 100% plus satisfied.

I would really like to commend the upper management of Passport Infiniti for having such an amazing staff. We had been shopping for a couple of different cars mainly BMW and Lexus looking for a family sport utility vehicle that will fit our family of five we went to the Infiniti website after seeing the JX on TV and found our local dealer in Alexandria and inquired online first as shopping is difficult with two special needs children. A few minutes after inquiring on line we received a phone call from Ash who answered our questions promptly and also introduced Robert the sales manager while we were on the call I thought that was a very special touch, Robert assured us the test drive and presentation would be easy and without any pressure , when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted promptly and given a test drive very quickly the dealership staff also helped my wife and I watch the kids while we test drove. And as promised this was the smoothest transaction I have had buying anything I WAS SHOCKED how easy it was completing something that is normally dreadfull the Passport team is awesome. Oh one last thing I forgot ...the navigation system in the JX was a little to complex for my wife to remember and she had a few questions a week later we called Robert and it appeared he dropped everything and came to our house to show her how everything works .. We will for sure tell everyone we see how amazing and pleasant the passport team is and Imcan say that I will never buy a car from anyone else !!!!!!

I was shopping for a new JX35 and gave Passport a shot. Lenny was the salesman with whom I spoke. After three test drives we were set on purchasing this vehicle, but we wanted a competitive price. As you will read from multiple other posts, Lenny swore up and down about this "beat their best offer by $500" promotion. Considering their GM met me on the floor and also promised a $1000 Infiniti loyalty discount (I advised that we currently own an M35X), it seemed like we could strike a good deal. I verbally advised Lenny of price of a competing dealer. He followed up with an email laying out the $500 promotion, and offering to beat the price of the competing dealership, and included an out the door price - which seemed to forgo their GM's offer of a "loyalty" discount. All well and good so far. However, Lenny and Robert seem to have an issue with free market forces. Since the competing dealership then improved their sales price, they were under Lenny's offer. I forwarded the email to Lenny with the competing dealership's new sales price, and advised that the new price to beat was now xxxx and applying their $500 "beat your best offer" discount, the new OTD price should be xxxx. That email included the OTD price and VIN number for the JX under consideration. 7 days later (and no response from Lenny or Robert) I sent them a follow up email and advised that they seemed to be declining to beat the other dealer's price. They responded by claiming they lost the email in their subfolders somewhere. Nonetheless, they then advised that I had to show them a purchase order from the other dealership in order for them to beat the price. A purchase order! So presumably, I had to buy the vehicle from the other dealer. Show it Lenny and Robert. Buy their vehicle, and return the first one. Yes, it does seem like a scene from Theatre of the Absurd. All the while a buddy of mine forwarded an email from Lenny in which he wrote that "your email price quote will be enough. Bring me your written offer." Infiniti makes great cars, but these individuals at Passport are not going to keep their word. Know that going in the front door. You may be able to get a car that you like, but the minute they realize that they cannot hustle you, expect their price "guarantees" to fly out the window. Lenny has no juice to cut his own deal. You will find that the emails with prices come from Robert. I suppose that Lenny needs to get a permission slip to do anything of substance. Perhaps he has the latitude to use the bathroom when the need arises, but other than that ... Robert is the type of fellow who seems to have missed his calling as an extra for the old Jersey Shore series. His fancy bracelet must have cost him quite a few dubloons, or he hijacked the props from Good Fellas. Alas I did not speak him long enough to determine the answer.

I contacted the dealership on Thursday Nov 29, 2012 and talked to salesman Tommy regarding 2013 JX35. I was also checking prices from other local dealers. On Friday, I got a good price from one of the dealership and told Tommy about it. First he did not want to believe the price got and then later his manager sends me an email saying, they will beat the price I got by $500 and I need to just show the price to them. I told them that I will be there on Saturday December 1, 2012. Before leaving the house, I called the dealership and Tommy told me since I was dealing with his manager, he will let me talk to him on the phone. I told the manager that I am planning to be there to get the vehicle and he said come on in. I went to the dealership and met Tommy. I told him about the vehicle I wanted to get. He took me out to the lot to look for the vehicle and then said, we have another lot, the vehicle might be there and he will go get the vehicle. After coming back in the sales area, we sat at this desk while he went to the manager. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went to inquire about what is going on. The manager said, that we sold the vehicle last night and don't have the vehicle in stock, but promissed that he will get the vehicler from another dealership and told salesman to start the application process. We went back to salesman desk and started filling the form. I showed the salesman the price sheet that I got from the other dealer, he took that to the manager and here we go again...waiting for them. After waiting for 20 minutes, I went to the manager desk and asked how long we have to wait. The manager is like, oh we don't have the vehicle and we can't beat this price. I recommend you to go back to the same dealership and buy the car from them. What a waste of time? Will not recommend this dealer to any one. Don't go to this dealer and waste your time.

I bought an Acura MDX from Yamil. As I was from out of town he took care of everything over the phone for me and had it all ready for when I arrived later the same day. He took the time to go over every detail on my car with me over the phone and he really impressed me by obtaining me the best interest rate possible. I trusted him and bought the car sight unseen. When I arrived I was thrilled! There were no surprises what so ever when I arrived and I was out of the dealership in 20 minutes. I got a much nicer car and a much better deal than I would have gotten in my area. The service was spectacular and I highly recommend Yamil. While the dealership is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly it was Yamil that was the real stand out. I would absolutely buy my next car from him and gladly drive one and a half hours back to pick it up sight unseen again! I had been looking for a great car at the right price for several months so I am very pleased to have finally found one.

They tell you whatever you would like to hear on the phone to get you there. They gave me a lease price of $350 a month on the phone and I confirmed if any money down or not. They said 'No' When i got there they couldn't find the pricing paperwork they prepared for me so they had to prepare a new one. First they asked me to apply for credit to be able to give me a price quote. When I said I have good credit agent went to manager and came back with new price $525 a month with money down.. Quite different than what they say on the phone..

Adam was engaged without over communicating (bothering me) as we talked about pricing via phone/email. I finally came in to test drive the vehicle (G37xS Sedan) and Adam was very friendly and up front. I was not overly thrilled with the vehicle but still interested. Adam sensed this and really made me a great deal on the car. I left to return to work telling Adam that I would decide that day and let him know one way or another. I actually got a deal that I couldn't resist on the vehicle I like the most. Adam called me to follow up around 6:30pm. When I told him, he was not angry and did not make disparaging remarks about the competition. I don't understand why so many salespeople talk poorly about the competitor. It's a turn off. Even though I didn't purchase a car from Adam due to the car's shortcomings in my opinion, I had a very pleasant experience and wish more salespeople were like this. I highly recommend calling Adam if you're interested in an Infiniti.

On May 23 I brought my car in to the PASSPORT Infiniti in Alexandriafor a recall to change the SAB Connector that resides under the drivers side seat. I got it changed and was on my way but a few days later as I was adjusting the seat, I noticed that one of the seat adjustment buttons was not working properly. The seat was working fine until I brought it in VOLUNTARILY to get the recall done. The service specialist agreed for me to bring the car back and then told me that the motor was damaged. It's pretty unbelievable that I came in for a recall and the car is in WORSE shape than it was when I brought it in. I am really disappointed and have lost a lot of trust in infiniti to get mechanical fixes done PROPERLY. The Service Agent said that this is just a coincidence that this happened when the SAB Connecter was being replaced. Please contact me with a resolution.

I would like to commend both our sales person Jayson Craddock and the sales manager Chris Eader they made this the easiest car transaction in years. We originally came in looking for a new M37 and sitting in the showroom was a slightly used 2012 M that had been driven by a company executive with amazing savings we decided to purchase the car was in like new condition and Jayson spent at least an hour showing us how to use everything in this car. Now here is the real customer service note that everyone should hear we live three hours away from the dealership my husband left his laptop at the dealership in all of the excitement and when we got home and realized we paniked but a phone call to the GM Steve and his offer to meet us halfway between Alexandria and Philadelphia truly shows their commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to great customer service .We have already returned for service and will only deal with Passport in the future....Great job!!!!

Jayson Craddock was my contact here at Passport Infinity. He was fantastic and made the whole used car purchase so easy and enjoyable. I purchased a used Honda Civic from them and It was priced extremely competative for the year and miles on the car. When I came to see the car he met me at the door. The car was and still is fantastic. From beginning to end the whole experience was top notch. Corie... Murphy the Business Manager had my whole deal wrapped up in no time flat. She knows EXACTLY how to get it done. I told them I had to come back to get my car later because I drove myself there. When I returned they had detailed it and filled the tank full of gas. Top quality used car is an understatement. It looks and runs like new. Do yourself a favor and look at their inventory, then call Jayson Craddock. Nothing but smiles for this place.

I purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti Passport of Alexandria in March 2011. We called ahead to have two cars ready for a test drive. Upon arrival, we tested one car, and the other car had been taken out by another sales person with another potential buyer. They played us against each other. As we had driven 50+ miles to see vehicles, this was diheartening. When I came to sign paperwork and pick the vehicle up, it had not been cleaned properly. Stickers still on back bumper; etc. Issue was fixed when brought to their attention. I would have expected a clean wash and visual inspection prior to my pickup.Business Manager Corie Murphy had a very negative and condescending attitude. Almost treated us as if we were bothering her to buy a car! She promised to mail tags no problem. Once tags arrived at dealership, I contacted her multiple times. She never confirmed or responded to messages. It is as if, once you purchase a car, you are wasting their time if you want any type of customer service.I do not feel that I was provided any customer service, as I have experienced good service at multiple other dealerships over the years. I would not recommend this dealerhip for purchase or service. Several times when I called, I was put on hold for minutes just to get an operator. Customer service is clearly not important to them. Sales appear to be the only thing that matters.

BAD BUSINESS!!! I was interested in purchasing a 2012 G37 coupe from this dealership. Spoke with Mr. Tommy Stith and he informed me they didn't have the particular color in stock but could order the car for me. I decided to check another dealership and they were able to give me a better deal than what Passport Infiniti could so I decided to do business with them. I informed Mr. Stith of my decision. I then received voicemail from Mr. Stith informing me that they have the car I wanted and if I didn't conduct business with them, they would not release the car to the other dealership. These types of sales tactics is what made me decide not to do ANY FURTHER BUSINESS with this establishment. I wouldn't even take my car to them for service. Please be cautious of this dealership and the salesperson that are employed here.

I brought my car in for service and it needed a fair amount of work done. Jon Connor made the experience not painful! He was wonderful friendly explained in detail what needed to be done. I did not feel pressure to do everything but ended up getting all of the suggested service done. The atmosphere of the entire place is great everyone is always friendly and curtious. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. While they may not be the cheapest I and my family always feel confident in the work performed and they always do some little extra thing....a future discount on oil change for example. I do find the price reasonable because in my line of work (construction) there is the saying " you get what you pay for!" And I do believe it is the same in the automotive world....you pay for what you get...and Passport overall is great and I do not mind paying a bit more for better top quality service.

STAY AWAY from Passport! GO TO TYSONS CORNER Infiniti instead!! 10 out of 10 service every time since I vowed never to go back to passport. I went to passport to see if a TSB for brake juddering applied to my 2008 G35S sedan (33k miles). He told me that the TSB did not apply and that I would need new pads all around (3-4mm) and front rotor resurfacing for some ridiculous sum of money. Part of the TSB entails installing a cooling duct to allow more fresh air through the discs to prevent warping which leads to juddering (car vibrating). So I mentioned that if I do decide to pay to have that work done, can you still also perform the TSB so my NEWLY installed and paid for brakes don't warp and wear prematurely. He said "I do not have premature wear now, so I will not have it later...The TSB does not apply." I declined service and went to Tysons Corner Infiniti and had TSB performed for free under warranty AND they said my pads were at 6-7mm!!! Beware of passport and the liars that work there!

The sales people at passport Infiniti went out of the way to make sure I got the car that I wanted. Their was no pressure from the sales staff to make a decesion. The only thing I wish was that I was given more for my trade in. Thank you and I'll see you soon.

After a bad experience locally, I found Passport on the web and was able to negotiate a price in 5 minutes over the phone. The next day I drove 1.5 hours and was welcomed by a knowledgable and friendly salesperson named Tommy Stith. I was nervous that they would try to sneak in a price increase somehow but found that my vehicle was 100% ready to go and paid the exact price we discussed. It was without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ask for Tommy when you go!

Our car was totaled in the flooding a few months ago and we couldn't decide what to replace it with we looked at Lexus ,BMW , Mercedes and Acura when we noticed a Infiniti FX at a festival in Alexandria and we fell in love with the looks and we decided to visit Passport Infiniti , truthfully my husband and I never had Infiniti on the shopping list we were greeted very early before the dealer opened by the dealership manager who happened to be there he opened the dealership and personally showed us several new FXs and we then found our new baby a beautiful white FX that we just had to have. Steve then had one of his colleagues Sandra take us for a test drive our love for the FX grew much stronger so the the hard part negotiating the deal. Steve then showed us several financing and leasing options and we decided to lease. So while our baby was being prepped we did the paperwork with Corie she was very nice and she also made us feel very comfortable and before we knew it we where done and ready to drive off in our shiny new Infiniti. The crew Steve, Sandra and Corie made us feel like VIPs like we mattered the whole experience was amazing they weren't pushy they paid attention to cur needs and they genuinely cared about our needs. Passport Infiniti is Simply the Best.....we love our FX and we love Passport!!!

After shopping several Infiniti dealers in the area we were not impressed with the attitude of the sales people. We then happened by Passport Infiniti we were greeted by a very nice man the General Manager Steve Browdy he along with Sandra really made this the most special car buying experience I have ever had in over 20 years of purchasing a new car every 2 years. He really made us feel like family and when all of the items we had in our Escalade wouldn't fit in our new G. Convertible he personally followed us home to Great Falls and it only helped us unload bu also re-explained all of the operating controls and features at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. He went above and beyond the call of duty for us.....

The first salesman I spoke with promised to call me back within an hour with answers to a couple of questions. Six hours later I called him and asked what happened. He told me that his manager had been in meetings all day. I called and spoke with the General manager, Steve Browdy. I told Steve the message I received was that meetings wer more important than customers. He apologized and said he would handle my sale himself. I went in and met Steve and he seemed like a decent guy. However, over the next three weeks Srteve completely waster my time by never returning texts or calls with answers to questions. One Saturday we traded texts and he specifically promised to have a VIN number for me the following Monday. 10 DAYS LATER and I still haven't heard a word from the GENERAL MANGER. The sales force do not keep promises. They are generally uninterested in selling cars or customer service.I called and left a voice mail for the owner of the dealership -- presumably Steve Browdy's boss. The owner never called me back. So now I know where the unconcerned attitudes comes from.Do not buy from this dealership if you care at all about a decent customer service experience. For such a high end brand they suck at the customer experience part of selling cars.

I have been so impressed by the integrity and followup with the staff of Passport Infiniti. Their customers service goes above and beyond normal expectations and really sets a new standard. Furthermore, the Personal Assistant Program offered by Infiniti has taken not only my driving experience but my lifestyle to a whole new level. I am so happy to I am leasing a car from this dealership and would recommend them without hesitation.

I can only think of one example of a customer service representative going above and beyond in my experience, and it wasnt even that significant, it was also about 30 years ago - in the days when a company was concerned with every individual and the customer was always right. I thought those days were completely gone and certainly not part of todays generational view of the customer. That is until I went to Passport Infiniti in Alexandria, VA and was transferred over to Mr. Jon Conner, the customer service technical rep. Once maybe in your lifetime you run into someone who is pleasant, approachable, listens and truly shows sympathy with a customers woes. My Infiniti 2011, I30 had an engine light on and this prevented me from passing the emissions test for a registration renewal. To make a long story short, I had to return three times, each time the engine light came on again, and again. After about $4,000 the car is fine now. You would think that after returning time after time after time and spending that large sum of money that a customer would get mad - even worse - screaming and yelling. I could have taken that route but it was Mr. Conner who somehow made me feel OK about having to go through this episode of car repair. I don't have the kind of money to lay out $4,000 in a clip, it hurt, it hurt alot but somehow I am ok with it. My conclusion is that a sympathetic, cordial, kind and understanding customer rep. can make even the worst of situations ok. Thank you Mr. Conner. I only wish I could duplicate you and your character over and over and over again and have you work at all the businesses I deal with.Tom Trivisani

My initial inteoduction to the dealership was not as friendly. The first salesman didn't seem to want to help, but did ask another individual to help me, who I found very nice. During my test drive visit, another individual had to help me since the 2 nd salesperson was with another client. The third salesperson worked out well. She was friendly and accommodating. The managers were very cordial and helpful in finding the exact vehicle I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Overall, my experience in purchasing was good, very close to great.

Passport Infiniti should really be a model for all businesses, as their customer service, vehicles and business environment are all top quality. John Craig and Latoya really know their business and were accomodating in all of our requests, in addition to answering any and all of our questions within a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

BEWARE! The dealer employed unethical business practices when selling us our lease. Salesperson, Min, gave us all charges in writing which were paid upfront, in cash, towards a new 2011 Infiniti G25x lease. Between the time the paperwork travelled from Min to Soleiman (Finance manager) another charge of $400 was inserted in the lease papers. This charge was NOT DISCLOSED at any time by Min or Soleiman but squeezed into the contract in the finance office during signing without notifying us or our consent. The Manager, Jeremy, and Soleiman were called and messages left for them. Even after salesperson verified the charge was not disclosed, the GM called us with inadequate/unsatisfactory responses. Tags were to be sent via FedEx but never delivered. Took twice the promised timeframe to give trade-in check and keys. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I negotiated on the phone with Robert before going to the dealership. When I got there, the deal was exactly as we discussed. Robert is cool, calm and collective- a refreshing change from what I'm used to dealing with when it comes to car dealers. Sandra is a great salesperson and able to read her customers well- friendly & not to pushy. The dealership comes with complete transparency- we went over the numbers together. They answered questions objectively. It took several hrs to work through the deal. Passport worked hard to get me in the car I wanted. Latoya is great to work with and knows her stuff! She obviously comes with years of experience, friendly and didn't try to up sell- again, stuff I'm not used to.Overall, a good experience with a friendly yet not pushy dealership- just what I was looking for!

She took the time to explain all of the features (paying for) during our test drive so I had the ultimate experience. She also worked to be sure she got the sale and matched the price she knew I was willing to pay. As always, Passport treated their customer with respect made the buying experience hassle free. My husband and I just purchased a 2011 QX56 from passport infinitit. Due to my husbands crazy work schedule we were often pressed for time. Johnny Craig was fabulous! He helped us get the majority of our paper work done before arriving and we were literally there for 45 minutes total! We had very specific features in mind for our car and passport and Johnny made it happen. They had our car shipped and delivered within a week and half. When we arrived to pick it up the entire staff was great and our car was beautiful! We live in Florida half of the year and usually buy our cars there, but passport has been wonderful! We have only had our new car for two weeks but we did have it in for a routine service appointment and the staff there was awesome as well! Johnny has personally called me since taking our new car home, just to check in. I hope this outstanding service continues for us in the years to come. Go to Passport Infiniti in Alexandria and see Johnny Craig!!!

Johnny Craig who is a Sales Consultant at Passport Infiniti of Alexandria is really a patient person and made sure the great customer satisfaction is met. After he showed several new FX35 cars, filled out a credit application, answered any questions, etc...to my fiance and me, we then went to fill out a contract agreement and loan to purchase the FX35 with a Business Manager at the Finance center. Even though the dealership is closed at 7 PM, but we just started asking a lot of questions to the Business Manager and signed paperworks until 10:30 pm. Yes, I am seriously not kidding. And we were so surprised that Johnny was delivering the new car and waiting for us to get it at 10:30 PM, instead of going to his home for the day when the dealer is closed at 7 PM. We really like Johnny and are satisfied with the overall experience at the Passport Infiniti of Alexandria. We would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing Infiniti cars.

Totally unprofessional. It took 5 weeks to get my title work to me and when I finally received it the title was not signed, so I had to mail it back. Since you have 30 days to get license I was driving the car without license for over a week and when I was finally able to get the car licensed I had to pay a late penalty.I started calling the dealer 2 weeks after my purchase to find out about the title work and the business would seldom answer her phone. When I was able to talk to her she would give me a date that it was going to go out. On 3 seperate occasions the date came and went without, but no paperwork. This was very frusterating. This was by far the worst car buying experience that I have had.

I brought in my FX for maintenance. It was such a pleasant experience. I felt that I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and with excellent customer service. I pulled into the service lane, on time for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and had no wait. My service advisor went through the process smoothly and explained exactly what was going to take place, told me the estimated completion time and then directed me to the right area to pick up my loaner. I received a phone call that afternoon when my truck was ready. It was a seamless process and my truck was so clean when I picked it up. WOW.... very happy!

The entire staff that I dealt with was great. The negotiation went as planned with a little back and forth, which I had no problem with. I am satisfied with the vehicle that I purchased. I have only one issue that I was a little surprised. I am a resident of Maryland and during the paperwork completion, I was told that I needed to get the vehicle inspected in MD and bring the paperwork (receipt) back to the dealership. It was kind of surprising that I would have to go spend another unplanned $100 plus. Other than that, my experience of great and will return....maybe for an Infiniti.

I have brought my new purchased car, 2005 FX35, for a routine post purchase inspection at the Passport Infinity of Alexandria, VA. The only repairs that I requested were related to 2 door actuators malfunctioning and one window control switch. Unfortunately the car was returned to me with additional issues. The driver side mirror controls were not functioning and there was a scratch in to the window protective film. I report my findings as I pick up the car and it was suggested to me that it may have been a contact left loose in the door as there was work that have been performed and that the scratch in the window film was not their fault as noting in the door could have scratch the film. I returned my car the next day and following the investigation was revealed that the entire engine of the controls needs to be replaced. The entire mirror minus the casing was replaced. This process took more than a week, with the car blocked in the service. Picking up the car for the second time I have observed a bump in the back bumper and ask the Service technician what happened? He flat out insinuated that I am imagining issues with my car and that there was nothing high enough in the garage that could my car have been backed in to it. The bottom line is that I left the dealership with a car that was hit in the back bumper and with an interior window scratch of the protective film. Also there were 2 paint chips scratches from doors that have bumped in to the sides of my car during the weeklong stay at the dealership. The Post Purchase Inspection stated in writing that I have a car in Excellent Condition. 1 week after this report was give to me ( for 250$) by Passport Infinity of Alexandria, VA my exhaust system start rattling and upon future inspections I discover that the entire system was heavily corroded, including 2 large holes. As it was explained to me by exhaust systems experts in a different dealership garage, the problem that I was dealing with is quite common for cars with low mileage and over 5 years of age. As the car was not run enough the acid have not exited the exhaust and so it corroded more aggressively the system. As you could imagine I did not return to the Infinity Dealership to have any more work being done on the car as I have released that not only they were lying to me but they were actively messing with my car. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this Dealership and do not fall for the apparent nice looking facilities brand new actually. Service is terrible and the risk of walking away with additional issues is real.look what happened to me. Cheers.

I have purchased a pre-owned 2009 FX35 at Passport Infinity of Alexandria and I would highly like to recommend my sales person Johnny Craig. I've spent almost four hours at the dealership looking at three different year models, Johnny was very professional with great integrity, and he is patient and kind while demonstrating solid understanding about things that really matter for you as a buyer. The car I've purchased required some minor repairs and Johnny was so kind to come over to my house with a loaner car, he took my car to the dealership made sure everything was fixed to perfection and then returned my car to my work, so essentially I had nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend passport infinity of Alexandria as your dealership and especially Johnny Craig as your next sales person. Thanks,Yariv Mazor

Yes I would recommend this dealership and I would specifically recommend Johnny Craig. Purchasing/Leasing a car is a very time conusming process and often can make the consumer a bit irritable. Johnny made it less so by his easy bannter and charismatic personality. He was knowledgable on a variety of subjects and always kept the conversation light. He was very interactive. He made the wait a little less painful while the paperwork process was being handled. Arthur was a treat as well. And the finance officer (white female) sorry can't recall her name was just a s friendly with her easy conversation and friendly personality. It is a wonderful family Infiniti has. Thanks,Lisa Pasini

I put my car in service for clutch repair at 9 am in the morning. As I was leaving the dealer I noticed the new IPL G37 Coupe in Malbec Black with a manual transmission. A few hours later I received the call that everyone fears from their Service Advisor. My car was going to cost more to fix than what I owed on it.I called the Sales Department and spoke with Minho Kong. I was very straight with him by telling him how much I didn't want to sit through a dog and pony show of what may be a three hour experience. I gave him the basics and hung up the phone. Minho called me back and what surprised me was the text updates I also received. Now I'm a 58 year old who really dosen't text too much but in this instance, I was busy at work and couldn't talk.He told me that he had a deal I couldn't refuse and he was pulling the car out of the showroom for a test drive.I've driven the G37 before during the initial release. I knew that once I was behind the wheel it would be hard to go back to my 6 year old 2004 G35.Well I'm now driving my new G37 Malbec Black IPL after dropping my old G35 off on the same day.The numbers worked for us both and I believe they know how to sell cars to people that really want them. Even Latoya, my financial close-out person was wonderful. She explained the deal and my additional options. This was truly a wonderful experience and I'm still all smiles.

The reason I bought my Infiniti at Passport was because of the professional approach to buying a car that Min Kong and Arthur Lauer consistently exhibited. I test drove a Lexus ES350, Audi A4 and Infiniti G37. I narrowed it down to an Infiniti, then worked with three different Infiniti dealers. I chose Passport. The reason, again, was Arthur and Min. They were very fair, upfront, and straight forward. It was easy to work/negotiate with them and, as a result, they earned my business. Additionally, I really love the G37. What a great car.

I will recommend Minho from Passport Infiniti of Alexandria to all my friends and familyWhile I was waiting for a car sales man from Chantilly I decided to call Passport of Alexandria and Minho Kong answered the phone. After speaking to Minho Kong on the phone for two minutes I immediately knew that he would be the one I would get my car from. The folks at Passport Alexandria are very friendly and nonaggressive. They were willing to spend the time and effort to work with me, which I find very valuable. They made sure that I received the lowest rate for the exact car I was looking for. I had visited many dealerships before choosing an Infiniti from Passport Infiniti of Alexandria. So when I say the lowest rate I really mean that!

My friend and I called this dealership after seeing their ads for March Madness. The person picked up the phone was Min. He was very professional and detail oriented. We asked him several questions regarding the deals listed in the ads and he answered all of them carefully, then he invited us to stop by the showroom to look at cars and negotiate. We stopped in around 5pm that same day (Sat) and were quickly greeted by Min. He was very helpful and easy to work with. The whole negotiation process was so easy which is my 1st time experiencing it at a car dealership. My friend and I both got the 2011 G25x for each of us and are very satisfied with the car as well as the service.

I have submitted an online request on the Infiniti web site on March 13th. On Monday March 14th I was contacted by Victoria Anderson and got a quote for leasing new FX35. Later on the same day Arthur Lauw called me personally and assured me that I will not regret if I stop by the Passport Alexandria dealership. I visited the dealership and after a test drive and great customer service i signed a lease and drove home in a new FX35 (all that on the same day March14th). Arthur and Victoria were very professional and nice throughout my visit and made the purchase of my first new car a pleasure.Victoria has been great with arranging a follow-up meeting for answering questions about my new car. Victoria has been also extremely helpful with answering some additional questions about the vehicle registration and use which I send over e-mail.In my search for new car I had to deal with many car dealers and Arthur and Victoria were by far the best and most professional of all. I strongly recommend the Infiniti Passport of Alexandria dealership!

Purchased many cars in my day and when someone is about to spend $65K on a car I would expect a little more customer service. The good thing is they worked we me to get me a very good leasing offer. The finance manager (Courtney) and Business Manger (Rodney) were helpful. The bad things are I was hounded after I decied not to purchase. If I say I will call you back that does not mean call me 8 times in a 24 hour period. Also, when you call me 8 times don't leave rude messages. Pretty much ruined it for me. Lastly, know you business! The sales person could wrongly answered questions about the car (IE, if you don't know where the DVD/CD go...ask someone and don't make it up)! Things started off good but ended bad.

Ok where do I start? I'll make this an interesting story about my NEW car buying experience. I had to turn my SUV in for a its normal oil change, and noticed I passed the normal 5 yrs 60k power train warranty by 3000 miles. I began to talk to a friend about cars, then was encouraged that its time to buy a new car. I decided to do so and began to start my research on line on specific cars. I simply ran a search on Google top 10 luxury cars. As such, it listed 15 luxury vehicles. I immediately began reading the articles supported by 12 different published magazines from Car & Driver to Automobile Magazine. To name a few of the competitors Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Lexus, Audi, Volvo and more. US news not only provided as much as information from different sources, but as well as True Score pricing (with proper options listed ) and places to take advantage of Financing. The following week, I applied for financing approved by Navy Federal for 3.9 and Capital one for 4.5 APR. I printed all of my true price report, literature on each cars, and lastly the options I wanted if I were to purchase a car. After receiving the blank checks from my 2 banks, I decided to take my time and test drive the cars I was most interested in. So my journey began that same week going as I had jotted down on a list of dealers that Capital One and Navy Federal was affiliated or considered them to be the banks recognized dealers to accept their blank checks. On the 2nd week of October, Passport Infiniti was close to my home and Infiniti was in the top 3 ranked vehicles by US News Ranks & Reviews. So I decided to drop by for a test drive to the dealership and doing so I was introduced to Sonja Bracey (New Car Sales Rep). She greeted me with a smile, and gave me a nice hand shake. At this time I was in no need to deal with the typical (LETS SALE YOU A CAR TODAY) attitude, so I was very grumpy at the time and decided to answer all of her questions in regards to what kind of car I was interested in. Although we walked in the parking lot looking for the car I wanted to test drive, I made it clear at the time, I wanted to test drive the vehicle that is fully equipped with the options I was looking for. Sonja Bracey, was very persistent to getting me what I wanted and didn't haggle about trying to bump me into another car nor persuade me to choose a different color. She was extremely polite (The Dutch are very nice people) and very respectful. She took the time to explain each options and what it came with in the package. She then decided to bring the car to the front of the Dealership to explain to me about the car and its benefits. She explained majority of the features and technology to me, but in my head (I wanted to just test drive the car) I wanted to feel what the car felt like on the road. After, a small presentation of the car we went onto the test drive. She gave me opportunities to feel the car the way it should be handled and driven. Which I did with caution, and being more attentive to the noise level of the road and the feel of the car on the turns, and bumps. The test drive came to an end, and Sonja simply asked for my contact number, as I clearly mentioned to her that I was just in the market to test drive a few High line vehicles and will get back to her. She then made a request as to follow up on my test drives. I accepted the request. The same day I went out to BMW of Fairfax and saw 6 sales reps sitting at one table joking and laughing as though they've sold 600 units that day and they were ready for retirement. Obviously that display of unprofessional ism showed me that Fairfax BMW doesn't care for their customers as much as they should. I then approached the receptionist for an available New Car sales rep, and in a matter of minutes one approached me. Almost the same routine occurred with BMW, except........ I was bumped up from a 535x to a 550x so that I could be more impressed by the comparison. The sales rep showed me all the gadgets and then brought me inside his office. After all said and done, the sales rep then brought me back out, and stated, since I'm spending that much money, I might as well invest in a 3M. Then tried to pressure me into test driving the vehicle. I declined the offer and walked away disappointed on pressured sales. That evening I went to volvo of Don Beyer in Alexandria and looked at their S80 series with almost the same amount of options as the comparable infiniti line. The car was noisy, the equipment look very lousy for it being a 2011, the sales man was very nice, but yet, not completely knowledgeable on the product when I had questions in regards to the packages or options that was offered on the vehicle. After leaving the dealership, I knew in my gut that IT WASN'T GOING TO BE A VOLVO.The next morning I received a phone call from Sonja as a courtesy follow up on how my test drives were going. I had nothing to hide and told her the complete truth and stated I was very impressed with the BMW Technology, but their sales staff is grade 3 out of a 10. I then decided to cut the conversation very short and stated I was still testing other cars. She wasn't reluctant in her car and respected my space. Neither dealership from Volvo or BMW ever followed up, I never said no to them nor did I say I was interested in any other car, which included the infiniti.I then decided to visit Pohanka of Lexus and met a gentleman who knew someone I knew personally. What a coincidence, (small world) I then asked to test drive the GS350. Sat in that car and BAM! I was impressed. Then........came the PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE SALES MAN SIDE. Let's look at your car, we can give you a good deal if you buy the car today, can we appraise your car? I decided to see what I was going to get for my '06 Armada. He came back with a reasonable offer on the table for their car and for my Armada, 18k. I said as I am impressed with their vehicle I still want to test drive all the rest of the cars. This person was EXTREMELY PERSISTENT, calling everyday, emailing me everyday, it then became an annoyance. That was a lack of professionalism if I do say so.During that same week I test drove the Audi A5, Mercedes E Class 4matic, and Acura RL. I wasn't that impressed with neither of the cars, but Chantilly Audi new car sales seemed to be under staffed and seemed to have forgotten about me. I would receive calls on a rare occasion. MBL of Tysons, the sales manager was very disrespectful to low ball me on my SUV and I took it personal and walked away without thinking twice that people their had low class. If I had the chance I would of encouraged the manager to take a course on mannerism. I went to both Radley Acura in Falls church and Woodbridge. The Falls Church had a nice sales rep, but just the wrong car. Woodbridge Acura, simply NO CLASS ACT! Might as well sell HONDAS.This has now been an ongoing 3 weeks of test driving and dealership observation. Now, as I am doing my test driving in those 3 weeks Sonja Bracey kept in contact with me about how my test drives were. I kept it straight with her and very honest. In the mean time I decided to narrow down my options to 2 vehicles, without test driving a Jaguar and Cadillac. I dont prefer American at a high end, no offense to Caddi & Jag lovers. It was going to be a Lexus GS 350 AWD or the Infiniti M37x.So I decided to give Lexus the first hit, and ended up visiting Lindsay of Lexus and met another individual who knew a friend of mine. When it came down to it, I ended up trying to sell my self a lexus, but couldn't do so, because they haven't redesigned their edition and it wont be out till 2012 and then there is a lack of technology that they had, so I said, the heck with it, why am I tormenting myself over a car I in whole DO NOT WANT, WHEN IN 2012 A NEW REDESIGN IS COMING OUT. I received a good deal with 1700 under invoice on the GS350 AWD and 17600 for my trade. I simply turned the head and said "I'll think about it". That evening I kept pulling up the Infiniti USa website and ultimately decided its going to be the Infiniti I will buy. I visited Tysons Infiniti great deal, good trade, no pressure sales, but I DONT CARE ATTITUDE, as though the Dallas Cowboys game was far more important than to focus on trying to make a deal. I could of cared less for that and decided to move on to see if another dealer would match that price. I ended up visiting a family member out at south riding and came across Chantilly Infiniti, went to take a look at their cars in the lot. A sales rep approached me and I stated to him I was in the market, and he immediately wanted to appraise my car, introduce me to his wholesaler and make a deal that day. I told him I just wanted to show my family member what my targeted car was going to be. Well, one thing led to another and it came to a point that I was given a phenomenal deal with an ok 17k for my trade. I just looked at him and said I'll think about it, but regardless, I ended up going on with my daily activities during the week and this individual ended up transporting the vehicle in without my consent, and began down grading my vehicle and the decisions I made to my car was a horrible one, including disrespecting an associate that has professionally altered cars in a unique way that it would look normal in L.A. or Miami. I knew that this wasn't going to be the person that was going to sell me the car, because again, BAD SERVICE MEANS NO SERVICE IN MY BOOK. I then decided to contact Sonja Bracey in Passport, and in doing so we made an evening appointment and I gave her along with her used car mgr. an opportunity to appraise my car. The used car manager and I didn't see eye to eye, as he was too far on my trade that I simply gave Sonja a handshake and wished her the best in her future deals. Although I walked away without a deal at that time, I was still treated with respect by the sales manager Rodney and Sonja of Passport. I further continued my quest with an appt with Annapolis Infinti and Bethesda Infiniti. Between the two, I only was able to go and visit Bethesda. They were indeed nice, but their sales manager had no care in my car and left the door ajar as rain soaked the driver's seat. That was the burnt crust on my toast that left a bad taste. So, when they informed me that the only vehicle I wanted was in Alexandria, I decided to head home, until I received a phone call by a mysterious man. Steven Browdy the General Manager of Passport Infiniti of Alexandria. He made it very clear that his motto is "WE WILL NOT BE UNDERSOLD BY ANY DEALER AND WILL TREAT YOU WITH THE RESPECT THAT YOU DESERVE, AS OUR CUSTOMER!!!!!" he then added "YOU LIVE IN THE AREA, YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY AND WITH HIGH RESPECT ON A LUXURY CAR, AND WE ARE THAT DEALERSHIP THAT CAN PROVIDE YOU THAT SERVICE YOU SEEK, WE WILL MAKE THE DEAL HAPPEN" After making such statements he wanted to take a picture of my vehicle and to give him 24hrs to see if he could get a buyer that would give money for my car. I gave him my word and stated I won't go anywhere else until I receive a phone call. During this time Sonja Bracey was communicating with me through text on the status and as things were in the works, GM Steven Browdy followed up the next morning at 1043 am Novemeber 5th. He came back with a number on the trade, which I wasn't ecstatic about, so I replied to him "I'll think about it". He then decided to work the deal even further to make the gears in motion, he offered more on the trade and stated "We will do everything we possibly can to provide you the BEST service and make your new car buying experience a breeze. I'll try to make it as smooth as possible as I can." So far he has lived up to his word. I ended up making that deal that evening at 540pm, on a new Malbec Black M37x Tech & Prem Pkg. I didn't leave that dealership till 933pm. But, the whole process was smooth without any problems. Now, to summarize this ENTIRE New car buying experience. I was approved by Navy Fed and Capital One for their lowest APR of 3.9 and 4.5. I walked away with 2.9 instead, by Passport Infiniti. They saved me money versus that of my own two banks. That blank check? TRASH. As far as professionalism, product knowledge, PRICE, GM approach, Mgr presence, and of all... Sales Representative Sonja was an experience that can not be replaced nor duplicated. General Manager Steven Browdy was unwittingly professional, determined, respectful, A+ Class Act, & persistent, gave me a whole new PERSPECTIVE on what a REAL HIGH END AND CLASS ACT A high lined dealership should present themselves. Sonja Bracey, extremely patient, persistent, professional, well structured, courteous, A person with a high degree of skill in or knowledge of a certain subject, which I would call an EXPERT in her own class of sales. These two individuals has made my New High End Car buying experience an incomparable match with their competitors visiting over 7 luxury car dealerships and with the majority of them grading lower than a D for customer service, presentation, and overall experience. They say a good product doesn't need a sales person, but a good product does need a PROFESSIONAL sales person. And that is what I invested in, The PASSPORT INFINITI, GENERAL MANAGER STEVEN BROWDY, AND SONJA BRACEY. That is where my investment went, and at no point do I regret it. It was an amazing experience that I've shared with everyone and I strongly hope that every buyer out there that wants to invest in a luxury vehicle that wont let you down (look at the reviews, M37 is the top in its class), with a professional atmosphere that you will be comfortable to purchase your NEW CAR at, see Steven Browdy the General Manager & Sonja Bracey. Now I can go to the Olympic Team Trials with a clear mind. Thank you Steven and Sonja, for making my new high end car buying experience a smooth one, you guys are great!!!!!!!

Recently purchased a used G37, a very nice, expensive used vehicle, they treated us like we purchased a $3000 beater. The sales man was rude, showed us cars that employees used to run errands and eat in leaving trash and dry cleaning in the vehicle. Once we did find a clean car the tire light was on, I was assured it would go off, once we got home and looked the car over during the day light there was a golf ball size bulge in the tire. We had to drive 3 hours back to the dealership to get a new tire after arguing on the phone, only to be treated even more rudely for asking for 2 tires so the car would drive correctly. So we have owned the for 1 month and have still not received the license plates or a call regarding the plates, but they had no problem cashing our check. I wish I could take back the car and go somewhere else, this is not a luxury car dealership, this is shady used car dealership tactics at it's best.

We bought a $13,000 used car there. They were supposed to send us the title to the car, however it did not arrive at our house. So I called. And left a message. And called again. And again. And again, and again. Left messages, both on machines and with people, and then called again...over the course of a week. Nobody ever called me back, not even the manager of the dealership. Nothing. Totally ignored us, forcing us to drive back down there to find out what was up. Really really irritating. I guess they got our money for the car and then figured they had no stake in dealing with us any more. I won't go back.

Today, I purchased a G37 Coupe from Passport Infiniti in Alexandria, VA. My sales experience at this dealership was exemplary. The price negotiated for my new G37 Coupe and the trade value for my former auto was outstanding. Jason and Sonja were bright, professional, knowledgable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Donna in finance was fantastic. She too was bright, professional, knowledgable and a pleasure. The forthcoming and honest experience was appreciated. My family and I were treated wonderfully. If you're in the market for an Infiniti, you owe it to yourself to contact Passport. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

While we were visiting northern Virginia, we found this dealership on the internet. We were looking for a used EX35. Passport Infinity had several in stack as well as an extremely helpful website. Our salesman, Yamil Abed, was super....very knowledgeable, interesting, patient and customer service oriented. When we met Chris Eader, the used car manager, I thought, oh no, here we go with the usual "car dealership routine". I was so wrong! Chris was extremely personable and HELPFUL throughout the ENTIRE process. Both Yamil & Chris did everything possible to help us take the vehicle home. Everyone who buys a car should have the experience of working with these two gentlemen.Within a week, we had a small glitch and needed a replacement part and a manual. Thanks to TONY, in the Parts Department, we do not have a glitch any more. All is well. He took care of it!And did I mention that Dorothy did a great job with all of the paperwork? Well, she did!In summary, checkout their website for lots of information & visit Passport Infinity for an excellent car buying experience. We LOVE the EX35!!!

Great experience, Donna, Jason, and Tommy all stayed 2 hours after close to wait on me to finish my paperwork. The price agreed to on the phone was very good and below invoice. When I arrived the price was the same, the deal was real! This was not expected, and I was ready to walk out if not.Tommy was very helpful and nice, pulling out lots of cars out of their back lot on a really hot day. And was insisting on showing me the features of the car even at 11:15pm. The car had plastic on it still and only 7 miles on it, awesome! When I came out to get in the car they had cleaned most of the sticky plastic off the car. Let a scratch or two on the driver said rear quarter panel, that I am hoping will buff out. I got a 2010 Black G37x sedan, and love it.I hope their service will be as good as the sales experience.

I've owned my FX35 for 6 years and have used this dealership 3 times. Their web-bases services are poor. I made an appointment on line a few days ago asking if parts were available based on damages assessed by Geico. The voicemail I received today didn't address that question. When I called to ask, Russell didn't know, and when he went to ask the service department, they said something to the effect "Well we don't trust Geico and you have to bring the car in. If we don't have the part, we'll have to order it." Translation: I'm making extra trips most likely and they don't car. I suspect they never looked at the Geico assessment as it's just two plastic parts broken from hitting an animal. My previous contact with this dealer was just as bad...I gave them a second chance because they're close to were I work. That won't happen again. In contrast, I've had excellent service with Infiniti of Tysons Corner...they're double the drive, but 10x better with service. They also sold me a 2010 G37 at a great price. Unlike Lexus, not all Infiniti dealers give great service.

Purchased a used G35 in June 2010. Mr. Yamil Abed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did not experience any high pressure sales pitch, which is one of the reasons why we ultimately bought the car from Passport. Yamil ensured that we spent enough time to look over the car prior to our purchase. He even offered us a very lengthy test drive on our own. Our email inquiries were answered promptly and thoroughly.Ms. Latoya G. (finance dept) was also very helpful. She was very straight forward and did not try to pressure us to buy things we didn't want. She was also very friendly and ensured that our transaction was accurate. Thank you, Yamil and Latoya!

I would like to recommend Marc Caple and Brian Harrigan for an awesome buying experience. They went the extra mile to make the deal. I bought a 2010 FX35 last week due to their preofessionalism, courtesy, and willingness to make sure that the customer is happy. I am a USAA member and presented my car buying service certificate which they honored and even did one better. Marc was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He also was not pushy. We test drove a QX56 but decided that it was too big. I initially thought that the FX was too small but reconsidered what I was getting after looking at my priorities. It's an SUV, a sport car, and a tech toy all rolled into one. The truck handles like its on rails, got tons of power and has more tech perks than any other competitor on the market. The product itself is good but what sealed the deal was the overall sales experience from Marc and Brian. If you're looking for a great buying experiece coupled with the best price/deal, then see Marc and Brian. On another note Latoya was great with the financing and warranty/maintenance plans.

I towed in my 2005 FX Infinity (77460 miles) because the engine was not staring. The next day I called to check the status and I was told to contact Jon Connor the service consultant. I went to the dealeship and met this guy, he told me that the engine is locked up and need to be replaceed with new engine. And he told me It will cost me $ 14818.38 cents. I try to ask him why it locked up he said I have to pay if I want them to tell me what caused the engine to lock up. He was rude enough to tell me to take away my car from infinity parking lot immidiately and force me to call a tow truck if i don't want to replace the engine at their location. I towed my car to a German auto mechanics in spring field and find out the only problem with my Vehicle was starter and it only cost around $500.00 dollars Part + Labor. And I was wondering how many people exposed to unnecessary expense because of an awful service consultants and Mentally poor Mechanics working for this dealership. I talk to that particular location Infinity General Manager, Tim Raymond about my experiance with his service department, hope he will take some action to improve their service; but for me I will never take back my car for their service . If you still want to go there seeking their service My advice if they suggested an expensive service on your car get a second opinion. You will save yourself a lot Wossen

I've been shopping for a new car for a few weeks & thought I had actually decided on another make & model until I went to Passport Infiniti. Went there just on a whim & was quickly sold on an EX35 with the excellent service from Yamil & Brian.I think the product speaks for itself. However, no one can go through the hassle of car shopping smoothly & successfully without the help of competent & well-qualified sales people. Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, & knowledgeable about their products. It almost made car shopping fun. Thanks guys!

I recently bought a 2010 Infiniti G37xS AWD Sedan. As a member of USAA, I was able to get the vehicle ~$4,000.00 under MSRP, and ~$1,400 under invoice. It was such a great deal, that I had to pounce on it. Tommy Smith was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding throughout the whole process. When I asked him a question, he gave me efficient answers. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I went to the dealership on Sunday needing a vehicle to drive to Norfolk to ensure I was at work on time by Monday morning. Brian Harrigan gave me the OK to take the car on a 24hr overnight drive permit with agreement to come back the next day to hash out the final financial aspect. I am very appreciative that they did that for me because I dont think my car would have made the trip. Donna Mosley was exceptional. I got the maintenance premium package, a steal of a deal. She lowered my interest rate to make the loan more affordable and really looked out for me. I am very grateful to the above mentioned personnel at Passport Infiniti. I highly recommend Passport Infiniti, especially those who are members of USAA.

Outstanding, Outstanding! From start to finish. From the moment I pulled onto the dealer parking lot every person I encounterd was extremely professional and helpful. The manager allowed me to test drive a vehicle and showed me the respect of being able to drive a car without him being in the car. Next, there is the salesperson. Jason Richardson made the difference. He is wonderful! Jason's knowledge, experience, and attentuion to detail is outstanding. Over the years, I have purchased numerous cars and visited many dealerships. Jason Richardson's esprit de corps made a difference that stands head and shoulders above any other dealership and purchase. Most impressive was Jason's knowledge of the features of the car and how they work. His style was not just to tell my husband and I "about" a feature, but to allow us the opportunity to "do" an action. This imparts better knowledge when the customer is "doing" an action him/her self. Fantastic teaching technique! Jason, did not stop at the features of the vehicle, he leaned forward to provide a personal touch in helping my husband and I program our cell phones to the vehicle. This can sometimes be a complicated process, but Jason willinfully did this for us. Oh, what a difference this makes!! After making the decision on the vehicle, Jason referred me to the financing department which too was outstanding. I came with approval from my credit union, and the finance manager matched my offer. In fact, I was offered a better warranty than than the one I would have received from my credit union. It then became a "no brainer" as to which offer I should take......Passport Infiniti of Alexandria, of course! In today's economy, it is good to see that dealerships have not forgotten what it takes to come away with a successful sale. Their primary goal is to please the customer. It is evident that every person of Passport Infiniti of Alexandria shows they understand this concept, and makes the customer their #1 priority. This is how it should be. I will without a doubt pass this information on to my family, friends and collegues. Thank you Passport Infiniti of Alexandria for a true positive buying experience!J Pearson

As an active duty military memeber for 25 + years I utilized the USAA car buying service. I was able to save thousands of dollars on the Infiniti I wanted. Although the dealership was located approx 130 miles from my home it was worth the drive and savings. I was contacted promptly by Jason shortly after he received my information from the USAA website. I contacted Jason several times with many questions and concerns regarding the car I was intrested in. We spoke at length on the phone and he answered every question and even mentioned that I had made a few selected options that weren't compatible which would reduce the price of the vehicle I selected. He went out of his way to locate and obtain the exact color and options I requested since the dealership did not have one available. I was able to take a day off from work and make the drive to look at and test drive the car I had built and was price quoted from the USAA website. I informed Jason the day before so he would be ready for my arrival. When I arrived with my wife he greeted me by my first name and was very friendly and persoable and was preapred. The vehicle I had built was ready for me and we proceeded to look the car over. Jasson explained all the options and then we took the vehicle for a test drive. After returning to the dealership my wife was attracted to the special anniversary edition AWD Sedan on the Showroom floor. After much deliberation and discussion we decided to buy that one instead. We received a very fair price for the Anniversary edition even though I did not receive any special procing through USAA. I along with my wife was treated exceptionally well and fair. The dealership is very clean and well maintained and classy as are the sales personnel. I have been around for a long time and it is my experience that if one or two individuals have a bad experience it is because they themselves have contiributed in some way to cause the bad experience. I highly recommed if your in the market for an Infiniti visiting Passport in Alexandria. I personally gurantee that you will be taken care and not disappointed in any way, shape or form.

Here is a letter I sent to the GM about the customer Service and as of Today 5 days after this was sent I have yet to get a response......I would like to begin this letter by stating that I have never been more disappointed with an automotive dealership than I am with Passport Infiniti Alexandria. I noticed an advertisement on the dealer website for a 2010 Nissan GT-R, listed at approx. $69k. I was interested in purchasing the vehicle, so I contacted Shayne on Tuesday, April 6. He asked me to fill out some paperwork, which I returned to him at 8 p.m., completed. I requested that he look over the paperwork and inform me of anything that might be a flag preventing the sale from completing. I did not receive a call. I had forgotten that Shayne was off on Wednesday, and I texted him that day to ask if there had been any word. He responded that the finance manager was in the process of looking over my information and that he would contact me. Again, I received no phone call. On Thursday I called Shayne again. This time, his story changed, and he informed me that I would need to contact Chris to get more information. I asked him to conference me in with Chris, but Shayne said that he would have Chris call me back instead. When I received no call by that evening, I called Chris directly at 7 p.m. Chris informed me that he had not even received the information on my trade-in, which had been in Shaynes hands (with the exception of the VIN) since Tuesday. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call from Shayne asking me for the VIN, which I gave to him. Shayne told me that I would receive a call back at 9 a.m. Friday morning. When 10 a.m. Friday morning came and past, I decided to drive over to the dealership myself, since it had been demonstrated that there was a complete lack of interest in my business. Unfortunately for myself, I believe in committing to a deal, a sentiment that was apparently not shared by Shayne. When I informed him via text that I was in the dealership, he ignored me, deliberately walking by me after he saw me. Instead, Chris walked out and informed me that I was declined. Please understand that I am not particularly upset about being declined. Banks are being very cautious about to whom they loan money, and being declined is just business. What I resent, though, is the lack of service that I received from Shayne, Chris, and the dealership in general. If I treated customers at my company in the same way that I was treated, I would be out of business. Perhaps that is why the dealership rating on http://www.dealerrater.com/dealer/Passport-Infiniti-of-Alexandria-review-10545/ is a pathetic 2.8 out of 5. I cannot believe that someone who was trying to do business with you was treated without any respect or professionalism. I wonder how a sales representative can justify spending any time on a deal if they are going to make the customer do the actual selling. As a final insult, I noticed today on the website that the price had been marked up to $75k. It seems clear to me that they were never interested in selling the vehicle for the advertised price, which I feel is borderline fraudulent behavior. I do not appreciate being lured into a dealership with false advertising, only to be given the runaround for four days. I wonder how many people had their time wasted in this manner. I would be happy to share any details of my experience with you directly.

Market themselves as a customer-friendly dealership but that's simply not the case. Classic old-school "make them wait", "have to see the manager","we are making almost no profit on this car" blah blah blah tactics. Offered a car that was,"in mint condition" but had all sorts of body damage if you looked carefully and seemed mechanically poor. They will try to get you to submit a credit app even if you already have financing or are paying cash and have specifically said you absolutely do not want credit or even credit applications. Once they realize they can't match your financing, they lose all interest and customer service goes out the window. Same song and dance whether you are buying new or used. Total waste of time. I won't bother going there again.

1. Not well informed about car.2. Had us outside in sweltering heat (when similar model inside).3. Never offered bottle of water or soda4. Never returns phone calls (states will call back in 10 min but never does).5. Very poor communication with his managers (maybe not his fault as not sure if manager if not even in building).6. Arrogant attitude - told us not to say anything bad on car questionnaire from manufacturer (we never got one). Also spoke with Manager Alex Macatuno several times and again found him to be arrogant and not responsive to our needs.Would love to be able to speak with higher ups at Infiniti about this dealership. They are horrible and not even close to what a luxury dealership should be. Would suggest they go to Lindsay Lexus to get an idea as to how they should act.

We bought a new Infiniti from Passport, but I am not interested in going though their sales process again. First we spoke with the internet salesman, Steve. He was friendly and easy to work with until we went into the final stage. Then it was wait, wait, wait... typical retail car dealer game. We were thinking about walking out on the deal, but then he said that we were waiting for the finance officer to get to us. I asked him why since we were financing the car through my credit union, and I had a check from them. He said that she was the one who had to accept the check, so we waited for her. Finally we were allowed to see the finance manager. She then proceeded to totally ruin any positive thoughts that we had about the dealership! She brought out a long list of additional packages that we could pay for... extended warrenty, etc. I cordially told her that I would take the literature and look at it later that night when I had time to look at it carefully, but that it was getting late and at the moment we just wanted to pay for the car and head home. Although she had been all smiles when we first walked in, now suddendly to her, we were the enemy!!!! She was furious, and she let it show. I was shocked! Although Steve had told me that the management would send us a customer survey, they never did. We have five adults who drive in our family. We have bought another car, since then, but we did not bother looking at Passport. Currently two of our cars have some age on them, so we are looking for two newer cars. Again, we are not going to consider Passport. From then on we have only been dealing with dealers who don't play games with their customers, and especially those who don't have angry finance officers.

Today I bought my first car from this dealership. I had a very pleasant experience and everyone was very kind and helpful. The car was just as I had expected, used with only minimal wear. I also traded in my old car for this car and they were very helpful during that process. I would recommend them to other buyers.

This dealership is totally dishonest and worse! When I took my larger sedan purchased new - in for excessive oil consumption - 2 quarts/1,000 miles -I was told that it was NORMAL! The explanation would've fooled someone who never heard of an internal combustion engine, but as an experienced car buff and expert mechanic myself, the LIE I was told would've meant this: When you turn the engine off, it turns itself upside down and then the oil runs down from the oil pan, past the rings, through the valves, and out the exhaust pipe although the car does not leak a drop. I called them on it and was told to set up a test -I must bring the car back in EXACTLY 1,000 mile inervals. They changed the oil and when I got it back and checked it, it was two quarts too full. When I couldn't time my return to EXACTLY 1,000 miles, I was told I had ruined the test. Also, the car burned out the audio amplifier. The car also burned out my radar detector and cell phone charger, so I used my top of the line digital voltage meter and found the voltage to run as high as 14.86 volts. I asked them to check it and they found that it never rose above 14.2 volts, so I actually have no problem. The amplifier had to come from Japan (apparently by sea turtle) so it was two months before they got it installed. In the mean time, I had filled in a negative report on their performance on the mailed to me customer satisfaction survery which I marked: do NOT disclose my name. So on the second visit, when I got the car back, the little button on the seat belt that holds the clip up was gone! The clip now slides down under the drivers seat every time I let it go. Also, while they were in the trunk for the amplifier, they apparently adjusted the trunk opener device so that now when I use the interior button or the remote to open the trunk, it pops open only to go right back down and latch again. Not to mention that the airbag warning system malfunctened five times in a row requiring a return to the service department and each time I had to leave it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The new addition of their recent servive director at this location has made a tremendous difference at this location. Exceptional service all around!!!! My loaner car was waiting for me and the repair was as smooth as can be. Perfect repair; everything was explained to me ahead of time without any surprises to catch me offgaurd. I didn't have to come back after the repair was finished. It was repaired to my total satisfaction. Quick response time with the repair. Totally recommend without a single doubt. If everyone was treated this nicely in life, we wouldn't have the problems in this world that we do now. I am so totally satisfied with my repair that I will not go anywhere else. They've got my service!!! I will definitely continue to return to this location for all my repairs.

I bought a used car from them and was lied to concerning the condition of the car, I was told by Mr. Ortiz that they had done a 120 point check on the 1995 Gold Lexus and that he had not problem with it and was in great condition. After only having it for about 9 days I noticed oil leaks, it that it to a repair shop here in Indiana were I live(I drove all the way to Alexandria,Va. to purchase the car)I would told by the repair shop here that the car had major engine problems:Missing engine cover pan, drive shaft belt needs to be replaced, front pump pressure hose leaking, license plate bulb out, front drive shaft flex disc cracked, engine seal oil leaks, power antenna motor needed to be replaced, passager side door does not open from the outside, engine will need to be steam cleaned because of oil leaks spraying every where, timing belt needs to be replaced.I have emails where Mr. Ortiz stated that they had done a 120 check on the car and that everything was great,he lied. They gave me a 30 warranty and told me when I purchased the car that it would be no problem for them to honor the warranty for me here in Indiana. I have tried to contact them all several times and they would not return my phone calls. I have contacted consumer affairs concerning this issue and Mr. Russell responded to them saying that I needed to bring the car all the way back to VA. to let them look at,this is not what they told when it bought the car. I can not drive the car at all. I have it would cost me over $500.00 just to get it back to VA.People do not trust these people, they are liers, all of them, they will tell you anything to get you to buy a car. Warning do not buy from them, you will be sorry!!!I bought this car from them on Nov. 16,2008 and I am still fighting to get the warranty work honored on it. I bought this car for my son and he still is not able to drive it.Passport Infiniti should be investigated and charges should be brought against them for their auto fraud , fraud, fraud selling practices. If they had done the 120 point check as stated, then they knew of the problems with the car, but they sold it to me without disclosing this to me.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!dixon2526atsbcglobal.net

I purchasde a used suv from this dealership about a year ago. At the time of delivery I was promised a couple of things involving my car by the used car manager Kevin, which was never taken care of. I went back several times for these issues and nothing was ever done until the last time I went in and was introduced to the current manager Keith Rodriguez. He took my concerns seriously and said he would do everything he possibly could to resolve my complaints, he then gave me another car to drive while my car was being repaired. A few days later, recieved a call from him letting me know that he was on top of the issues with my car and would be back in touch with me as soon as the car was completed. I recieved the call the following friday that the car was finished an that I could pick it up the following day. I went in to pick up the car and was very pleased with the outcome. I would strongly recommend Keith Rodriguez for any sales or service, he was very pleasant to deal with and got the job done as promised.

I took my car for SES light and to check the brakes. I dropped the car off on Saturday at the dealership and filled about paperwork with the problem and was told since I have no appointment, they will call me on Monday. No body called on Monday until I called them around noon. They had no information about the car, so i gace them my information over the phone and the guy on the other side said he will investigate and call me back. Teo hours passed by and no phone calls, I drove up there and they said we will look at it and give you a call. An hour later I received a call and mr. Jon mentioned the key to my car is not working and I need to bring my other key in so they can reprogram the keys, he did not forget to recommend all the services that would total up to $1500; when i asked about the reason about me bringing the car if they can figure out what it is and fix it, he had no clue what i brought the car in for.I brought them the key and was told they will call me on Monday with what needs to be done. I was also told there are no loaner cars and when i asked for a rental that i would pay for he gave me a phone number and said call them since we deal with them and they will come tp pick you up. I drove home and before I parked i get another call that there are no problems with the car and the keys are fixed and that i can come pick it up.I picked the car up and had a couple of questions in which i got the infamous i have no idea and i don't know answer.(thankfully they hosed the car to wash it, yup and i was not charged a dime, after all no work was done on the car) after i got home i figured let me try the keys that they fixed and to my surprise only one key is working. The valet key is not working. (It was working fine before).I recommend you never take your car there.

I brought my car in for repairs, I had a rattle in the front right side they told me they knew what the problem was and it would cost $1150.00 and any other place it would have cost $600.00. I got the car back and was told that the problem was 99% fixed but a front strut needed to be replaced but after 2 weeks I briught the car in and got a call saying sorry we missed this but the noise is the top engine mount. I'm not rich and 1100.00 is allt of money to have someone miss diagnose your car. the said the would put the part in and did not charge me for it but $160.00 vs 1100.00 is a big difference.

Found this dealership to be considerably less than honest. Throw in deceptive, and evasive and you get BUYER BEWARE.

What a horrible dealership!Went to buy a used honda accord for an internet advertised price of $16, 897. Met with Charles Shewmaker and Kevin Drost, and Charles Blackstone. Gave $1,000 deposit and a buyers order. Was told I would be called when "maintenance was done." Then, no call. Every time I called, was told that tires were ordered for the car from "Seattle." Now, has been over one week, and suddenly the internet price has changed to $19,647. Refusing to honor their written and verbal agreement. The people there are a bunch of crooks and liars. They wasted my time, effort, and now they are in breach of contract.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Use it only for test driving, but NOT buying.

This dealership is not honest. Bought a brand new infiniti, only to find out after bringing it home, it had previous paint work done. Took it back and had to spend more money to get another new one. If I had to do it all again, I would have asked for my money back and ran. I will never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone. Don't trust them.

Okay experience, did not like the fact that the sales rep had to bring his manager out to haggle prices. Manager was not that friendly but other than that everything was okay.

The following is my experience with Passport of Infiniti in Virginia Alexandria on April 27, 2005.<br> <br>From an internet quote request. Passport quoted me an advertisement of 500 dollars below invoice on an all new 2005 G35X excluding taxes, tags, and destination charge. The model I was looking for was a base 2005 G35x. This particular car had splash guards, trunk mat, and spare tire.<br> <br>Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by the dealer and we test drove the car. Everything was fine up until we sat down to start the paper work. The price this company quoted me was about 610 dollars over what I was expecting. Turns out they included the destination charge as part of their original invoice. So this is how they calculated the invoice price:<br> <br>Invoice = Base + Options + DESTINATION CHARGE<br> <br>The calculation of the final price is:<br>Final Price = Invoice (from above) + DESTINATION CHARGE (AGAIN) - 500 (from the internet quote)<br> <br>Basically the dealer is trying to make you believe you are getting a 500 dollar discount but in reality you're not. They make it up by charging you Destination charge twice. True, some of you may think that's still a good price, which I believe is true. There are other dealers like Rosenthal and Timonium that will give you deals for the same if not better.<br> <br>When I pointed this out to him, the sales person got his manager and his manager came back to say "take it or leave it". The guy lied straight to my face saying that they are not charging me destination charge twice. The manager even printed out the invoice. Even the invoice showed the exact calculation above, but the manager refused to admit he was charging me twice for destination. They knew I caught them in a lie and that's when I just packed up and left.<br> <br>Just be wary of dealer tricks like this. I would not trust anyone at that dealer.

Best dealership for Infinity purchase. I got a quick response for my quote request via internet. They gave the best quote and didn't low ball me when I went in for my car purchase. I forgot the smarttag for my tradein and when I realized that, they tracked it down for me though the tradein car has already been sold.<br><br>I dealt with Jim Coleman before I bought the car from passport and the experience at Jim Coleman was quite bad. They said one thing on the phone and changed their words when I went in to the dealership.<br><br>Of the three Infinity dealerships in the DC metro area that I contacted (Rosenthal, Passport and Jim Coleman), Passport Infinity has the fastest response time and they tried their best to get my business.<br><br>I was considering Acura TL and Infinity G35. When I went in to test drive the Acura at a local dealership, the sales guy asked me what other cars I am considering. When I mentioned that I test drove G35 at passport Infinity, the Acura sales guy said if you are buying infinity, buy it from Passport, they are the best infinity dealers in this area. He said he owned a G35 coupe before and he bought it from Passport.<br><br>If a sales person from a competing maker has good words for passport, then passport infinity is a good place to buy your car from.

Let's see... I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but what they wanted to give me for my trade-in was less than what I expected. This was no big deal to me since I had a friend that was going to buy it from me anyway. I was told I could keep in on the lot until he was able to get me the money. My friend got me the money that same week, and I told them I would be in to give it to them towards my purchase and pick up the truck then. All of this was agreed upon. They wound up selling my truck to one of their employees, even after my friend had registered it in Mass already. The manager, Mike, couldn't come up with an answer as to why it was sold and told me I couldn't get it back. he asked me to leave his office telling me "he didn't want to deal with me anymore". Good Customer service, Mike! I was in my right in wanting the truck back and you go ahead and do that. Anyway, the very same day I purchased the new truck, I was told the plates would be in less than 30 days later. I received a call after that 30 days telling me that i had to get it inspected in MD before I could get my new plates. What? why wasn't I told of this WHEN I BOUGHT IT? I'm from MA where we get plates the same day we buy it, and I just moved here. It's now been 6 weeks and my temp tags are expired, no plates yet. Also, they never call back. I've been very patient with them, but I'm about to lose it

This dealership is a good place to buy a car only if you finance through them. If you finance through your credit union or bank, this dealership will not sell you a car, unless you authorize them to run another credit report check; thus lowering your becon score. When asked why do you have to run another credit report check, there is no good justification. Also, this dealership will not sell you a car, unless you sign a privacy notice that states that they can do pretty much whatever they want to do with your personal information (e.g., SSN) without giving you an opportunity to opt out. However, they say you can scratch out whatever you don't agree with -- this won't hold up in a court of law. It appears that there is an underlining marketing ploy - be cautious! Ruth and Barry are professional and very friendly and great to work with. Bottom line, I was sent away with a $16,000 check in hand from my credit union, because I did not authorize another credit report check.
