This place is rude unprofessional and so over pushy! I tried getting info on a veh listed on website I called didn't want to give me any information. Just let trying to get my information without giving me anything!? How does that make sense! So I decide to drive by that area and check it out because It was a good deal so I stopped by the lot to see the vehicle myself yea bad idea! The cars are messy all dirty and just no!bi shouldn't have gone especially after the BAD SERVICE DISRESPECT & fowl language while trying to tell me about the car!? Just don't do it! Not worth ur time!

I liked this dealership cause they have a helpful/ a team that has a huge amount of teamwork...the salesman who helped me was Jaime and again was very helpful.

Based on the listing on Cars.com I drove 3+ hours to get to the dealership. The truck was so misrepresented I left. The staff is very rude and there is no professionalism here. If you try to have a discussion and they don't like or agree with you they tag team you so it is like arguing with 3 kids at once. I called ahead and told them I was coming and would be there in 3 hours......the vehicle was dirty inside and had greasy hand prints on inside handles. The facilities are an absolute dump. Nothing like the old pics on Google Earth. It is a shame there is no vetting process for Cars.com. One visit to the dealership and you will know that the reviews posted here with more than one star are all fake. It is a travesty to have to give them one star just to be able to write this post!

I went to the lot the young man was very unprofessional and unpleasant. ...the vehicles look nothing like the pics on the in Internet. ...they were not clean and had a had an awful smell. ..waste of time

Visited this business on Saturday, March 26, 2016, to look at cars that were within my daughter's budget. While on their premises, my 2 daughters (one of whom was a buyer) opened the door to a nice SUV in the front of the business. They were looking at the interior when an employee of the business came out of the building and yelled at them to get out of the car because it wasn't in their price range. The employee said, "Why are you looking at cars not in your price range? You are wasting your time. You can't afford it." Whether he is right or not is not relevant. The employee was an older man who said he was the owner. I told him that he just lost a sale. We will not be back. Ever. Now, why would someone shoo away customers. This business looks like it needs more customers. And to be spoken to that way? If they treat us that way before the sale, you can forget about service after the sale.

Site was junky...Salesman was arrogant...price was increased contrary to online listing..did not appear to offer any other vehicle in the price range that I could afford...all cars were dirty..left very dissatisfied.

When I went to the dealership there was a variety of clean nice vehicles and a huge amount of inventory to choose from not like some other dealerships with small amount of inventory. Also they have excellent/respectful and helpful salesman....The owner also was really respectful and willing to negotiate.
