The wife and I found a used Camaro on there website. We live 200 miles away they preappoved usdid, all the negotiation over the phone. We drove down for a test drive they had the car ready and waiting for us. Everything was just as promised and we finish the paperwork and was back on the road in under two hours. Easiest car buying experience we have ever had!

I was the first one in for an oil change and my vehicle sat for over an hour. One person working on two vehicles at a time. Very frustrated I had to wait so long for an oil change and I feel bad for the people in line behind me

My husband and I were told that an extra roof and an extra set of tires were traded in with a 2015 Corvette Stingray that we were earnestly trying to purchase, only to be told they couldn't include them when we made the actual offer. We had already sold a vehicle, preparing to buy this one, and had been pre-approved for the car loan at the credit union. The two items total about $4,900.00 on this car, and that clearly makes a materially different representation. I am also going to file this complaint with the Sedgwick County District Attorney, under the Statute 50-626 (by the same name as my review) and I encourage anyone else with a similar experience to do the same. I am glad I read other reviews of this company to add to that complaint. Clearly, we will not be buying that car, unless they stand by their original deal. Bait and switch is what it used to be called, and it is illegal. Steer clear.

In 2011 we purchased a pre-owned 2010 Suburban with the Active Fuel Management 5.3 liter V8 (shuts off half the cylinders under light load for improved fuel economy). Parks performed oil changes and other vehicle maintenance. In late 2014 with 96,000 miles on the vehicle, I discovered that the engine was using a lot of oil. Since Parks was performing the service, I was not monitoring oil levels and consumption as closely as I should have. By the time I discovered the engine oil consumption problem , we were 1 1/2 weeks beyond the 5-year power-train warranty (but still within the 100,000 mile limit). This made us responsible for %40 of a very expensive engine repair. I am disappointed with GM for not honoring the powertrain warranty, particularly since the problem obviously had developed over a period of months prior to my discovery (and within the 5 year warranty period). I am equally disappointed in Parks for not letting me know about this excessive oil consumption which they should have noted during previous oil changes. Due to this experience, I will not be a return customer of GM or of Park's Motors.

OVER ALL, BRETT DID OK, HE WAS TRYING TO HELP ME. ITS WHEN ALAN STEPPED IN AND TOOK OVER. ALAN WAS RUDE, DEGRADING, AND OVER POWERING. I THINK HE THOUGHT CAUSE I WAS A WOMAN, I KNEW NOTHING. WELL LET ME TELL YOU, APPARENTLY I KNEW TOO MUCH AND HE FELT THREATENED. I OFFERED TO FINISH THE OTHER PARTS THAT WERE NOT FIXED YET, AND HE ACTED LIKE HE ALREADY HAD ALOT OF MONEY INTO IT. I KNOW BETTER AND WHEN WE CAME BACK TO MAKE A DEAL, HE POINTED TO THE VEHICLE, THAT WAS BEING TEST DRIVEN AND SAID " TELL IT BYE BYE, " AND STARTED WAIVING. THAT IS NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED. MATT IN THE SERVICE DEPT, WAS THE ONE THAT HELPED ME FIND THIS VEHICLE. HE COMMUNICATED WITH BRETT AND THEY BOTH TRIED TO HELP. WONT BE BACK TO EVEN LOOK AT A VEHICLE IF ALAN IS STILL THERE. I HAVE ALSO TOLD LOTS OF PEOPLE HOW HE ACTED AND I ALSO KNOW OTHER CAR SALESMAN THAT DONT ACT LIKE THAT AND DO GREAT AT THERE JOB. ALAN NEEDS TO FIND A BETTER CALLING IN LIFE AND NOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE.. THANKS, CHRIS

Went looking to purchase a truck and left with two new vehicles! Very pleased overall with our experience at Parks! We will be back when looking to buy again in the future. Tony attended to our needs and got answers to our questions! Definitely will recommend Parks to all my friends looking to buy a vehicle!

Brett Osburn did a fantastic job. He listened to our needs and came up with a list of vehicles to look at. After test driving and negotiations, we purchased a pre owned GMC Sierra. Zach Ellington took time to explain all the details of the financing process. He answered all of our questions.

Having to select 1 star above does not do justice in rating my lack of satisfaction with Parks Chevrolet. I brought my 2007 Suburban into Parks Motors to diagnose a check engine light that was on. The service department said the check engine light was due to a misfire on cylinder 1. The service advisor, called back later that afternoon with the diagnosis that this cylinder would not hold good compression and claimed this was due to a damaged lifter. He quoted a "worst case" price of $4,965 to replace the lifters and cylinder heads. Shocked by this price, I asked what the best case was and they said that to replace only the lifters in that block and if there was no further damage it would be $2670 (although he said they wouldn't recommend that). Knowing that these prices were nearing the price of an engine replacement, I asked him to quote this as well and in which he quoted me $7470.Mind you, I drove this 15 miles to Parks Motors from my home and had heard absolutely no knocking sounds that would lead one to theorize that a lifter was damaged. With this in mind, I told Parks motors to zip the Suburban back up and that I planned on getting a second opinion before I were to spend $5K on a repair. I paid the $116 bill for the diagnostic and took the Suburban to a trusted mechanic at John K Fisher GM dealership in El Dorado KS. The next morning, the service writer there explained that they had driven the vehicle, ran a diagnostic (while driving) and found a misfire in all 8 cylinders. They then removed 80mL of gasoline from the tank and found a bubble of water the size of a quarter. They added a fuel system cleaner and dryer to the fuel system, and after a $160 bill, I filled up the gas tank from a trusted station and was on my way. I have driven over 500 miles since and have had no issues.Parks Motors recommended that I make $5K in repairs that were completely unwarranted and unnecessary. If I had agreed to these repairs, I would have paid for the unneeded repairs and would have still had the bad gasoline flowing through the engine (and the problem would have remained). Parks Motors did not do a thorough job of diagnosing the problem, but quickly jumped to an overpriced conclusion that wouldn't have solved the problem. $5000 is A LOT of MONEY!!!! You are messing with people's livelihood. When you quote a repair bill like this, you better be absolutely sure! I went back in to Parks to tell them what the REAL diagnosis was. They were surprised and they said they would talk to the tech that worked on it. They offered me a free oil change to make it right. SERIOUSLY???!! You tried to charge me $5K for a repair that wouldn't have even fixed the problem and you offer me an oil change to make it right?!!You could give me lifetime oil changes and I will never, ever set foot again at Park's Motors, and I will tell everyone else I know about this experience.

I could have easily walked away happy after purchasing a new Camaro from Parks Chevrolet. However, the days following were a nightmare full of lies, excuses, blame games, and just downright horrific customer service. The f&i clerk rushed through my paperwork on the night I purchased the vehicle and made some mistakes in categorizing the expenses, but the bottom line it was a valid contract. He said "it's 8 o'clock, let's get out of here". I received a call a few days after driving off in my awesome Camaro from the F&i clerk stating that he found me a better interest rate and that I should come down and sign new paperwork. The new rate would save me literally pennies so I politely declined. He then demanded that I come in and sign a new contract because the contract was invalid, which was a bogus statement. He said that I needed to pay $325 more in documentation fees. At that point I became angry because of the simple fact that the dealership was not being honest with their intentions. A few days later the sales manager calls and says they need me to sign a new contract, I told him it wasn't my problem. After arguing and being cussed at by the sales manager, we finally came to an agreeable term in which I would receive an extra $1000 rebate if I would sign a contract that would remedy their accounting error. I was also told that the paperwork would be ready and I would be in and out of the dealership in minutes upon my arrival. When I did arrive much to my surprise (*sarcasm) the paperwork was not ready. I was told by the f&i clerk that it would be 2 hours before the paperwork was ready and he would call me. I received no call and therefore had to barge in to the place and talk to the f&i clerk as if he were a kindergartner in order to get the task accomplished. The bottom line is this place is dishonest, unorganized, and careless. After this was all done, I asked for the general manager Jeff Horning to call me to discuss the situation. I was told he would call me the next day, This never happened, but I can't say that I'm surprised. Watch out for the $88 key fee, and the very excessive $399 documentation fee. This place will nickel and dime you until you're blue in the face. Go to Joe Self, Don Hattan, Conklin, Davis Moore, don't waste your time with Parks.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They will change price of vehicle in finance office on the paperwork and try to hide many charges added to price of vehicle. If you confront them on it they will want you to sign away all of your "free" extras / parks advantages in exchange for removing the extra cost. All that was missing from the circus show in the business office was the guy in the chicken suit from the ford dealer down the road.Jordan and the chevy sales team did a great job making a deal, its ashame the business office cost them a sale.

I had a great experience at Parks Chevrolet. I had my old truck for over nine years and had bought it at Parks in 2004. I decided when looking for a new vehicle to start there again. Deborah and all staff were a great help and answered any questions that I had. They searched around and found the exact truck and color I was looking for and had it ready to go when I arrived. I recommend Parks as a place to start your vehicle search.

This is the second car we have purchased from Parks Chevrolet. I went back the second time because the first experience was so positive. My husband and I have bought a number of new cars, the staff and management at Parks Chevrolet are by far the easiest to work with. When it is time to trade in my new Impala LTZ, I will go back there to do it. The service department is also number 1 in my book.

My husband called and told the salesman Joel exactly what we wanted, he said that you had one on the lot, when we got there and there was not one on the lot, the salesman waited our time trying to sell us a vehicle that we were already sold on. We were at the dealership until 11 pm that night my husband and I had mentioned multiple times that we had an 11 year old who needed to get home and go to bed as he had to go to school the next morning. We had to order the in, it took 14 days for it to show up, we picked it up there was rubbing compound all over it, found 1 spot where something was dragged across the finder. The car started dropping cylinders at about 500 miles, we scheduled service, the service department told me it was because we were not using a top tier gas, and that the cylinders had over carboned it had 2500 miles on it at this point. They changed the oil, and ran a fuel treatment through the gas; we have made sure that we have used only Quick Trip gas "A Top Tier Gas" since we have picked it up. When I dropped off the car for service they set me up with a loaner that was dirty, and smelled of smoke so bad, my son and I are allergic to smoke. When I drove the car it shook so badly when I got to 60, and at idle it scared me, I took it back to the dealership and they gave me a safer car that didnt smell and was clean. I drove my car home and it was still doing it upon shutting the car off and restarting it after a couple of hours. We have called Joel a couple of times to get service set up again on the car; however, he is not returning our calls. So I called left a message 5/29/13 tat 7 am thought I would get a call back to get the car in for service and I have not received a call as of 1:30 PM today. I did have the pleasure of speaking to a wonderful receptionist EVA.... She did all that she could do and listened to my concerns and empathized even though she could not help fix the issue with the car. So to her I would like to say Thank You. You need more people like EVA working for you.

The service department employee (Ed Moore) was very professional, polite and pleasant. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle needs and thorough in his explanation. I have used Parks for general vehicle service and warranty repairs. Their service department extremely clean and the process from start to finish was exceptionable.

Today I took my 2012 Chevrolet pickup in for it's 1st oil change, under prepaid service contract. As always, I was greeted cheerfully by Ed Moore, and was given a loaner vehicle to drive. When my truck was done, Ed called me on my cell phone to tell me it was ready. He told me everything checked out fine. Every dealing I have had with Parks Chevrolet, with everybody I have dealt with, has been very pleasant and rewarding. I would highly recommend them to others.

Darin was the perfect sales person. He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying, but not overbearing. I truly appreciated the fact that he worked on a deal for me and called me back with the details. It was a totally enjoyable experience not just from Darin but Adam was entertaining as well. This dealership knows how to treats their customers before, during, and after the sale.

Right when I walked in I was welcomed without feeling like prey (good start), and lobby was clean and tidy. I worked a with sales associate named Brandon with the help of Angel, they listened to my requests and what I was looking for and pulled several cars right up to the service lane for me to test drive! They were great at staying in my price range without pressuring me to go over. After test driving a few I decided on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. They didn't pressure me into anything which was awesome, and we settled on a great price! They worked with me on the financing and also got me a wonderful rate and payments that I was comfortable with. Overall my experience there was fantastic! I didn't walk away feeling like I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere, and they automatically sign you up for a great one year protection and rewards program, for free! Couldn't be happier with my new car, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!

Brett Johnson is a great sales person. No matter how busy he is, he always makes you feel like you are the only one there. My husband and I have bought several vehicles from him over the years he has been at Parks Chevrolet, and quite frankly that is what keeps us coming back. The service department is also very good, and therefore we know that any vehicle we purchase will be well maintained.

This is the worst dealership I have ever visited in wichita and surrounding areas. I was approached by Brandon on the lot when I was just looking at the new trucks. I asked if there were any rebates and Brandon just talked over me and insisted I come inside if I wanted any info on that. When inside, I was just waiting for a price and Adam Approached me asking a lot of personal questions. I saw no reason for any of these questions. I decided to leave, and Adam and Brandon followed me to my car, basically just high pressure selling me. It was a bad experience and I will tell everyone I know that this place is corrupt and scandalous.

I was trying to buy a new Chevy Truck and was told by the manager Mr. Guy Quinn that they would'nt be under sold several times. Mt wife and I even took a short test drive in a 4x4 truck. During this process another local Chevy dealer by email quoted me a price on same 4x4 Chevy truck. I emailed Mr. Quinn the other offer, and he sent me he would "match the price" but it was "TODAY ONLY". I emailed him back are you serious? We got no reply, he would not answer. I called him on the phone and he said he could possibly hold the truck one more day, but those trucks were FLYING off the lot.My wife and I went out there that evening all the way from Wichita and after showing up Mr. Quinn said we could do the paper work and take the truck home. Then he came back and said he could NOT sell us the truck for that price and offered us a lesser truck. This seemed to me to be related to the old BAIT and SWITCH routine. I told Mr. Quinn what happened to "WE WONT BE UNDER SOLD" your words? He just looked at the floor. So we left to go to the other dealer in Wichita that has been honest with us.Parks also says if they cannot BEAT the price they will give you $200.00 and a full tank of gas which they never even offered us one time.Bottom line is Parks of Augusta were poor listeners and thought they knew better what we needed than us. I also feel they are intentionally dishonest with potential customers. My wife and I do NOT recommend Parks at all, in fact we suggest folks can do much better else where.

Parks Chevrolet was recommended to us by our daughter, she had a terrific experience buying her new car there. She said it was so friendly and easy. When the time came for us to buy a new car we went to Parks Chevrolet. That is when we met Chris Samuels. Chris and the whole Parks staff made our car buying experience so quick and easy. We told Chris all that we were interested in, our options, and our price range. He narrowed down our search, had cars ready for us to test drive the next Saturday and he had an appraiser ready to drive our car while we were there. The whole thing was over and we were the proud owners of a Equinox by Saturday afternoon. Easy, quick and painless. The whole time we were there we were made to feel like guests, drinks, snacks, and food were offered to us. Parks Chevrolet has a nice comfortable atmosphere, a hometown feeling. Plus we were really sold on the Equinox after Chris provided us with stats and options, but the test drive sealed the deal. We drove Fords the weekend before and did not like the drive, or the power of the Ford's 4 cyl. We definitely would recommend the Chevy Equinox, Parks Chevrolet and CHRIS SAMUELS!

Parks Motors is the nicest dealership I have ever dealt with. I just bought a new Cruze from them and they were so great to deal with. They made sure I got the vehicle that I wanted, then they made sure I understood all of the features of the vehicle. They really make their customers feel like family. I had dealt with Parks before, they always treat their customers right. Their service department is honest and great. I had taken my old Saturn in for service some time back and their service department found my problem and did not charge an arm and a leg like some places might. I recommend Parks Motors to everybody I know. Parks is the BEST!!

I've bought three cars from Parks (and Brett). We've always been treated great and even had some fun, which is hard to say about buying a car. If you're looking for a car you at least have to go out there and see what they have.

Looked at buying a new truck at Don Hattan, Donovan and Joe Self before Parks. Went to Parks and talked with Cowboy John, who referred me to Ed Moore since it was a new Chevrolet. Ed was GREAT to work with! I had everything already figured out, researched and financed so it was just getting Parks to the right number. After two short conversations, they were there and I got my new truck....with more options and cheaper than what I planned to pay at another dealership! The paperwork was a breeze, and the truck looked incredible after Stewart cleaned it up. Ed went over all of the features with me, helped setup OnStar and the bluetooth and did a great job at explaining things. Definitely a pleasure to work with this team and I would highly recommend them!!

I knew what I wanted before going to Parks, having done all my research (drooling) beforehand. I went to Parks having been recommended by family (we have bought from the Dodge side multiple times and had stellar service!) Met with the salesman Brad who listened to what I wanted and did his best to meet my requirements. Unfortunately, he left the company halfway through the sales process (after ordering the car directly from the factory in Canada). A few times I went in with questions and dealt with Steve Klein who knew what he was doing and always personable. Then the sale was passed to Ed Moore who I think had it easy. :-P He had to do was answer questions Find some accessories asfter the order was placed, and find out where my car was a few (dozen) times toward the end. He never made me feel like I was bugging him or wasting his time. When i dropped by he would call and inquire as to the status of my car Usually my car was between Oshawa, Canada, Fairfax and finally and the dealership lot. He called me AS SOON as my car hit the lot. Jeremy Mitchell also made things easy for me, to finance and trade in my old car, (ok its not THAT old), like Steve and Ed, hes very easy going and a pleasure to do business with. top notch! I couldnt be happier with the whole experience and would DEFINITELY recommend this team!! GREAT JOB!!!
