Excellent dealership! I had a very pleasant experience when I bought my Escalade and now an even better experience with their service department. I met Paul the service manager and Steve my advisor, when having some warranty and service work done. They were both awesome and met all my needs and expectations, even the cashier was sweet and pleasant. I could not be happier with my experience at Parker Cadillac and I highly recommend them. I live in Mississippi and I wouldn’t hesitate to drive to Little Rock for all my needs, that’s how great they are.

Worst car dealership experience of my life! My husband & I were traveling from Texas to Mississippi to visit our son at college. Our 2019 Cadillac broke down outside of Little Rock. After waiting for over 3 hours to be towed into the dealership it was there closing time. We left our car & were told it would be looked at first thing in the morning. We asked if they could provide a loaner vehicle so we could continue to our destination and return it on our trip back. We were told no loaner vehicles were available & we would need to wait for our car to be diagnosed & fixed the next morning, assuring us they would get to it first thing. We did not even receive a call telling us what was wrong with our vehicle until late morning. We checked out of the hotel, went straight to the dealership & spent the next 7 hours in their lobby being told it should not take longer than 3 hours for our car to be ready. Also 1st being told our warranty should cover some if not all of the issues. Well $2,000 later & lots of mental stress that ended up in tears we did finally get on the road after a 3 hour fix ended up taking over 6 1/2 hours. Not acceptable at all!!! Do not use this dealership if you are stranded they do NOT care!!!!! If you expect a certain level of service when owning & driving a Cadillac you will not get it here.

I just bought my second pre-owned car from Parker Cadillac. My sales rep, Rachel, was awesome. I was looking for particular features and she looked diligently for several months until she found the perfect vehicle for me. The transaction process with Michael was super smooth and I was driving my new (to me) car out of there in about an hour. Buying my cars and having them maintained at Parker Cadillac has been a great experience!

I have been very pleased with Parker's service on my 2013 SRX that I bought from an out of state dealership. The personnel are always so efficient and helpful. I will buy my next vehicle at Parker simply based on the outstanding service. It's easy to be nice and helpful to customers when they are buying a vehicle, but quite another to provide service afterward. David is always helpful, polite and knowledgable. No hassle service is much appreciated!

The service department is great. The only recommendation I would make is to make appointments for cars when the department actually plans to start working on the vehicle. I was told on the front end that it would be several days before my vehicle would be returned, but I thought that was due to the difficulty of finding the leak. After three days, the car had not been touched. At that point, I was given a wonderful car to drive in the interim. Christmas season is a hard time to be without your vehicle for a week.

Robert explained the problem,very expensive for fairly new car. We needed it in short time. He expedited the replacement motor and had installed by the time we had to have it. While I am unhappy about the cost and the fact that it "shorted out" and cost $1000.00, l am very pleased with the service Robert and Parker provided. Would like to know why it quit and something like a seat motor wouldn't be covered under a longer warranty? ]p The vehicle has only 42000 miles.

This was our first time to take a vehicle to Parker Cadillac for service. Took it in for an oil change and recall on a seat adjustment problem. Was very pleased with the service and the friendly personnel. I was very impressed with the service I received at Parker Cadillac and it all started the moment I pulled my ATS in to the service area. The first thing I noticed was how clean the facilities were. Then I soon picked up on the number of staff in the area and how professional they were in dress and communication. My service manager was very thorough in the questions he asked about my vehicle. He then openly shared that the work they'd be doing was all covered by my warranty. I received clear information in regards to the estimated time it would take to complete the work and offered a ride to my office. I took them up on the offer. The courtesy driver was very kind and pleasant to talk to. He was happy to be an employee of Parker and spoke highly of the organization. When my vehicle was ready I received a call as to be expected. But when I got back I found something that I didn't expect...While I was visiting with the Service Manager someone was notified to pull my car up. Someone walked me to my car and made me aware that they had cooled it off for me. As I was getting in, I realized it had been vacuumed and that a small gift was left in my passenger seat. Thanks for the total service experience Parker Cadillac...and the cookies.

After dealing with a lady on the phone who did not offer me a courtesy car, I finally got her to agree to one because with my work schedule (being a teacher) I wouldn't be able to drop my ATS off until late. I was fine with the drop of and courtesy Car, but I was not happy that my car was in there for a week to fix the pinstripe and oil change. They did check out my smelly A/C, but a week for a days worth of work?? I had to call each afternoon before leaving work in NLR to check on the status of my car. I live in Cabot and driving to WLR is out of the way without having some type of information. My service advisor only called me once...when they wanted me to pick up my car. I also had to speak to another service advisor about the work done on my car, because my advisor was not around. Overall, I wasn't too happy. Parker needs to step it up because I expect perfect service when paying that much for a car. This was not that first time that I was not 110% satisfied.

The people when u pull in are very nice however the ladies inside seem to be a bit snobby. I stood at the window for a few minutes to ask a question however they noticed me standing there and never said a word until I yelled and ask which way can I go outside to look at the preowned vehicles. That experience proably just lost a customer. I was prepared to possibly trade in my CTS Cadalliac 4door to a 2 door. My advise is they have no reason to be snoody especially when they are sitting there to help customers. Isn't that what they are called. (Customer service) maybe this is not the career for them.

I was out of town for my son's wedding and My car had some issues. Parker was wonderful as they needed to keep my vehicle overnight while awaiting parts they provided me with a courtesy car which de stressed the situation. They also had the car completed to allow me to come back home in a timely manner and all things were corrected.

Front left tire is my issue and while I had to pay to replace a 2nd time Randy is planning to speak with tire manufacturer to see if they will work with us on A. finding why this is happening B. Financial relief. Amazing service.My car is a lease from Chicago so not even a Parker car, yet I am treated like a VIP every time I walk in the door. I brought my mom's Caddy up to have a rim "fixed" and the company that repairs them looked at it and said that it couldn't be repaired, but the employees that had the case are in contact with them and they are going to be on the lookout for a used replacement rim in order to save us some money. They were very nice and that is a big help in trying to find one.

I showed up without an appointment in the afternoon and they took me right in and had the shuttle bring me home. They diagnosed the problem and had the car ready the next day. The shuttle came to my home and picked me up and brought me back to Parker.

I needed roadside assistance and a new tire during my recent vacation to Arkansas. Roadside assistance was provided by Parker Cadillac, who were very prompt to rescue me and my vehicle. Once we arrived at the dealership, they very courteously provided the service I needed in a minimal amount of time. They even washed my SRX before it was returned to me.

A number of years ago we came to Parker Cadillac after dealing with two other Cadillac dealer service departments, one in California and the other in Arkansas that I would have not rated even up to the level of "POOR" customer service. Our experience was terrible and we were planning to move away from Cadillac and GM totally. At the suggestion of the owner of a local tire shop we tried Parker?s service department. Parker listened to our issues, resolved them, and treated us as if we had been lifetime customers. We have since purchased 2 new vehicles from Parker and plan to be ?lifetime customers? based on the true ?Customer Service? of the service department. At Parker you have gotten it right, a great sales department and an outstanding service department.

Such a great first time experience with Parker. I bought my car at another dealership and I've never in my life had been treated so wonderfully! The staff was warm and welcoming and the service process went very smooth. The cookies aren't too bad either. I however didn't like the cashiers tattoos. I felt they were a bit tasteless for where she is working.

Everyone on staff that I passed stopped and said hello and asked me if they could get me anything. The dealership is always spotless! I couldn't ask for better service. I'd been on a trip out of town when my Check Engine light came one. I took it to that dealership. They told me it was the fuel and that I hadn't closed the cap correctly. Believe me when I say that dealership wasn't anywhere close to Parker in service or cleanliness. When I mentioned this to Parker during my oil change, they found that I had a solenoid valve out. They immediately gave me a Courtesy Car and told me it would be ready by 4 pm. It was ready by 2! They are absolutely amazing. I love them - and the cookies they leave in the car when it's done!

First of all I am not sure what happened to the survey that I completed within 36 hours after I brought my car in for service. Never the less, the service experience was excellent. As soon as drove into the service area there was an attendant there to check my car in. The attendant was very courtesy, knowledgeable and helpful. My first thought was that they were laying out the Red Carpet for me because I was a ne customer and this was my first time there. It did not take me long to realize that this was the way that that treat all of their customers everyday. Based on my personal experience I would I would have no problem in recommending this dealership and service department to all of my relatives and friends.

We came into Parker Cadillac after doing some research online and after visiting several dealerships. The dealership did not have exactly what we were looking looking for in a CTS, because having FWD was a requirement, We discovered that the CTS did not come in FWD, but the salesman Bobby Arnold stated that they could possibly a XTS which met our specifications. They eventually located a XTS, which meet basically ally the requirements that we were looking for. They were very professional in walking us thru the sales process and all of the perks ( free oil changes, tire rotation and various warranty clauses and issues ), that we will definitely be considering Parker if we purchase an additional vehicle.

Any potential customer be aware that there is a tactical sales ploy used at Parker Cadillac. If you are thinking of trading in your vehicle. HOLD ONTO YOUR CAR KEYS!! they deliberately will hold onto your keys and move your car from the front lot for hours. They admitted they do this to keep potential clients from leaving. I asked to leave and could not because they had my keys and car for over 2 hours. This was one of the worst experiences. To not be able to leave of my own accord. They need to immediately STOP this practice. It is unprofessional and completely disrespectful! I wanted to warn others.

The back window still had dirt all over it and someone had unscrewed my antenna and had not replaced it. It was in my door pocket. Took my Cadillac SRX in to check for tail lights occasionally sticking (staying on) when parked/locked with remote.Service Attendant, David and the Mechanic Techs could not find the problem. As stated, They went through "extremes" to locate the problem, but was unable to detect the area of defect.However, I wasn't charged for leaving my vehicle at the dealership all day, nor for use of the equipment and labor charges. I commend Parker's for not billing the customer for problems not found technically.David was superb in assisting the Techs for hours, trying different methods in searching for the problem, Great Teamwork, Great Service!!Although the problem still exists, the dealership is "always closed" when it occurs. Hopefully, this malfunction will be taken care of when the "timing" is right. Thanks

I've purchased a lot of cars and I recently traveled to Little Rock to purchase a used CTS-V. The car was just as described and the salesman completed everything before I got there. They picked me up from the airport, I looked over the car and drove it and it literally took 5 minutes to complete the purchase (fastest time I've ever had). The sales staff was very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate one second to recommend them to anyone.

I enjoyed the time and the show of concern from Margie. I even mentioned to her about someone parking upon my car and it needed to be buffed off and she told me she would have the guys take care of it when I came back in. Makes me feel good to have a shop I can depend on to take care of my needs.

I experienced a very disconcerting problem with water accummulating on the front and back passenger sides of the vehicle. Understand that the vehicle was purchased new in 2008 and registers a little over 41,000 miles. The problem was diagnosed and corrected in a few days; however the 2013 CTS loaner helped with the comfort while waiting. I appreciate very much the attention and care of Steve McKinnie in the service department.

I came by to have someone look at a spot on my steering wheel....To my surprise I was asked if I could wait a few minutes so the techs could fix it. Not only did the service dept. respond immediately, but they replaced my whole steering wheel in minutes! Thanks Parker Cadillac!!!

It was a pleasure to deal with true experts. They found the source of the suspension "popping" noise (left lower front control arm bushing), replaced the defective part and returned the car to me the same day. My car is now like new. The Cadillac SRX has been the best car I have owned.

To start this adventure I feel like I should give a small look at where we had been. My wife and I started out at lets say Searcy!!! A major mistake (review will come for that dealership later). Now back to The Parker Team! I started looking for a new CTS comparing everything about them on the internet, and knew for the most part what we wanted. I met Michael on the web and started the ball rolling forward. Michael was able to answer all our questions (very knowledgeable) no hesitation. We talked over everything from our trade to exactly what it was we were looking for. Michael said he would like to take a moment to find us a car, within a few minutes he calls to tell us he has the perfect car, we discuss it and set a time to meet in person. My wife and I might have been a little early, but Michael met us at the door (the car door) that is. He said, since he new we were coming he left time open, just for us.. no interuptions. Totally a new car buying experience for us. A no hassle, no haggle, we went out to look at the car and WOW!! it was exactly all he said it was. SCAREY right? Not this time!! Michael, my wife, and I went in set down and started working on the numbers, again no surprises,well ( one we were told by the dealer in Searcy that there were no incentives on any of the 2012's but could get us in a 2011 easier ). We worked with Michael for a short time, (not the old let me see what my manager says) Pretty much cut and dry. I had told him upfront I was not there to waste his time and did not want to waste mine. My wife is now driving a 2012 CTS with all the bells, whistles, plus a very nice INCENTIVE!! I only wish we had decided to buy a new Cadillac years ago. I plan to be a Cadillac owner for a long time to come. Hats off to the whole Parker Team... If you are looking for a new Cadillac, do yourself a favor make PARKER your first stop and it will be your only stop.. Made us feel like family not just another car buyer.
