Chris, over the period of three years, has become our personal shopper. I called with a request and when we arrived at the dealership a test ride car was washed, gased and made ready for our satisfaction. Because it was our third purchase Chris had everything ready to go in the paperwork by using previous purchases as a template leaving "signatures" as our responsibility. Bought my 2012 Escape in February of this year I've had it in the service department 5 times now to fix the air conditioning. I bought the extended warranty it's still under manufacturer's warranty. They never call me back to let me know what's going on with my car I have to call them and go through their horrible phone system that continually disconnects me or routes me to voicemail. Now I'm being told that the mechanic cannot replicate the issue. Air conditioning does not fix itself and I'm beginning to think this dealership doesn't like to honor its warranties and likes to sell used lemons

First off, Shawn Ryan and Paul are the greatest! They were patience, caring and wanted to be the best help they can be. If I could give them more stars I would. From the beginning of my transaction to the end I was shown nothing but great customer service. My credit score was not the greatest but I left leaving the dealership with a new car. Ryan Pratt was my first contact and I could not ask for better treatment, assistance, and guidance when I first started. Shawn Tamboia took his time to show me some cars and was overall a huge help! I never thought I would be in the market for a Ford Explorer but after having test driven one I knew I had to get one. I previously wrote a bad review for this dealer ship but after a cooling off period I am taking the time to write a more positive review. As a consumer or as a business we all want to be treated fairly especially when there is a lot of money on the table. Had an issue with an used 2012 truck day after I bought it, it did take 30 days to get the problem solved. During that time I did feel as if I was being blown off. The issues was that a sales manager that is no longer at that store failed to communicate thourghly to Paul Summa and staff about the issue. Paul and his staff got notice through the service manager John, the service manager went out of his way to let Paul know and both gave me a call. I admittedly was very anxious because I did not have a work vehicle for a month even though I was allowed use of a loaner vehicle. I was not in the mood to feel any perceived push back and probably did not give Paul and staff much slack being I was one week out from thirty days. By the end of the week Paul and his staff found a vehicle that was a real serious upgrade to my original purchase and at around the same cost.Thanks guys!

Life isn't monopoly but if you are in the mood to play go to Palm coast Ford.Only place that I have been too where my dealer comes out and says great news we got you approved for the car you want pending my approval to the conditions.35 minutes later they send this big lug out to me and he says to me.....THIS DEAL AINT HAPPENING AFTER SEEING MY CAR PREPPED OUT THE FRONT WINDOW.Talk about playing with a mans emotions.BUYER BEWARE.....stay clear of these guys.On a good note they are corrupting a young pleasant guy in sales person RYAN PRATT.Ryan get out while you got a chance! I have been a long time customer of Palm Coast Ford on the service side and my experience has always been great. Now, I can echo that on the Sales side. I met with Derrick Coleman about a pre-owned vehicle with many features and requirements that, frankly, I didn't imagine that he could provide within my price range. Over a period of weeks Derrick stayed focused, and, sure enough he asked me to check out a vehicle he was sure I would want to see. Basically, he nailed it! The wife bought a 2015 Triple Yellow w/black stripes Mustang. Brought it in for the application of Zylene and a little darker tint. On time and as promised. I also had a slight vibration in my Black 2015 Mustang. They took it back to the shop, removed all the wheels and reset all the balances. Vibration gone. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from a dealer in Orlando where I work and have had nothing but problems with that car from day one. Kevin has gone above and beyond the call of duty even going as far as giving me his cell phone number which he did not have to do. When we finally got to the breaking point with the car I went in see what my options were and I was not happy. Kevin introduced me to one of the sales reps, Barry Clark who made the whole process of getting us into something better as seamless and painless as possible. When Life throws you a major curveball and you're forced to have to buy a car when that was not in the plan or the budget it's typically not a good experience. Barry knew what our situation was and did everything he could to help us resolve our problem. I am in sales myself and I didn't feel at all like I got "sold" or taken advantage of in anyway because we were in a tough situation or just so he could sell a car. We love our new vehicle! I can honestly say... Garrett is a good guy and great at listening to his customers!! We were not sure what we wanted, but Garrett knew and after a test drive... We knew! As my husband said after speaking with Garrett on the phone... He's good at what he does... He said if we go there Garrett told me on the phone he knows we will be purchasing a vehicle! That is exactly what we did! They were also very patient with my kids running around their offices while we were signing... Our Diesel truck broke down on Wednesday evening when we got here for Bike Week. We contacted Palm Coast Ford service department. They helped us get the wrecker scheduled to tow our truck from our campground. I first talked to Kevin, then was taken care of by Karry. She let us know that the truck arrived with the wrecker and kept us informed about the problems with our truck and Expidited our repairs because we had to be back home from our bikeweek vacation on Tuesday. We are from Augusta Ga.Our truck was finished on Friday. What a Great Team at this Dealer. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Just purchased a 2015 f150 from Palm coast ford. Tried to purchase the same truck from a local dealership and it almost became a game so I inquired through the website and was contacted by Chris Smith. I walked up with low expectation thinking that this was a waste of time I should just get my car at Bozard. But if I'm spending my money I don't want to feel like that's all I am is a paycheck... Which is exactly how you feel at Bozard in St. Augustine. My mind truely changed when the doors opened and a gentleman named Paul walked up looked me in my eyes and said how are you today with a handshake like he's known me for years. And even introduced himself to my wife and included her in this so she didn't feel left out. He knew what he was doing and moved at my pace I didn't feel crushed at all even though I came in 30 mins before closing. He was very professional yet personable a true asset to any company. Charlie Altman and Andrew Combs were also very friendly and Charlie happened to recognize me because he sold my brother his first car when I was a little boy. Was nice to know that we again aren't a paycheck but a human and a friend. I seriously recommend anyone looking for a car and wants to have a great first or repeat car buying experience come here or back again. My cars will only be purchased from Palm Coast Ford!

Sold me a 2011 F-150 Ecoboost that has a horrible shake at idle. I didn't notice it during our test drive as we stopped only briefly and I was trading in an Escape so I thought a little more of a shake was normal a the time. After noticing how severe the shake gets, I immediately took it back to the dealership that is over a half hour away. They agreed the shake was not normal and tried to fix it. First they replaced the spark plugs. You may want to note that they put in a cracked spark plug so the truck was extremely unsafe for me to drive... they then towed it back to their dealership after it gave out on me. After that was fixed, the shake was still there so I took it back for service, they tried again to fix the problem but were unable too and then started to tell me that it was not fixable. It was within thirty days of my purchase, the truck being in their service bay for most of that time, and I tried to purchase a different vehicle. They offered me $8,000 less as trade-in value for this truck I purchased less than a month ago. I've been back to this dealership many times getting things fixed. I'm not happy with the vehicle and they would do nothing to get me into something I am happy and feel safe driving. The sales agent at one point told me "they wouldn't be able to sell my truck with the shake it has." My question to them is still... "then why would you sell it to me if you knew it was bad?" It's been almost a year and I still hate coming to a stop in my truck... You think that they would feel bad about taking someone's hard earned money and try to work with them. I don't want a free vehicle I just want one that's worth the money I'm paying.

We tried to buy a car from these guys and they love to play games. Before you give them a dime make sure they have the car in stock and a signed Purchase and Sales agreement. I tried to by a 2014 Shelby from them a year ago and they could never locate it after taking a deposit and we ended up buying from Gainesville Ford. So I thought Palm Coast Ford is local and have free oil changes and powertrain warranty for life so I thought maybe it was a one time problem so we tried to buy a 2015 GT from them. Without getting into to much detail all I can say is beware. There are much better dealers to work with. And the car we thought we bought was traded to another dealer and they never located a like car even though they had a deposit from us. Then they found an alternate car with different options and paint color which was disappointing but we reluctantly moved ahead. And that deal fell through because they tried to force us to finance through them at 3 points higher then we could get at another bank and they refused to honor the sales managers signature waiving that requirement. They do not do what they say even if you get signatures! And like my 2014 Shelby we went to another stand up dealer to buy the 2015 GT..

I wish I had never bought a car from them ! I have been trying to get them to remove my name from there mailing list, e-mail and telephone call list. Just last week , for the tenth or so time I have been asked about the Fusion that I sold to my daughter over a year ago. Each sales rep that calls I have asked to remove me from there list, and every one of them has PROMISED me they would personally handle it . Well ,next time they call e-mail or send snail mail, I am calling Bogans munns and munns . I am so Dam angry I'm just about to go postal ! Take me off of all your list !

Leased a 2012 mustang from Sean Peveler. The experience was typical. Very nice and courteous salesperson, but when it came to the price, it was a couple of hours of the usual sales techniques. Overall, the deal was fair, and the car was good. As this lease was coming due, was contacted by Dwayne Schwarz indicating that he could lease me a 2015 with "little or no money down and a similar monthly payment". Now, I am not naive and know that this is another typical sales tactic. To be able to pull this off would be quite a feat for a salesperson. But given this claim, the end result should at least be fair lease terms that any standard calculator could generate. However, after multiple emails and phone conversations, the bottom line price he quoted was thousands above the standard lease payment calculator on the Ford website (and yes, I know what this does and does not include), let alone what he had indicated he could do in his email. When I mentioned this to him, his answer was just to add thousands to the down payment until the monthly payment matched what the calculator indicated. Save yourself some time and go to another dealer that will deal more fairly. I was hesitant to try Palm Coast Ford again after my first experience, but decided to give them another try. Shouldn't have bothered. So Sean gets 3 stars out of five, Dwayne gets 1, for my final average of 2.

Came to Ford looking for a new Escape, First was ripped off on my trade, Second The prices in palm coast ford are unbelievable they have $2000 to $3000 over MSRP Prices, haven't seen it any where else but In PALM COAST FORD, Third i walked in the door and there was no sales person available , so i came up to the desk where managers sit and asked for assistance, and Andrew Combs was so rude to me and to the sales person he asked to help me, i would never deal with this dealership again just because of Andrew Combs, Overall experience was awful, NEVER AGAIN I AM COMING TO THIS DEALERSHIP, AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FORD DEALERSHIP

I would like to say that this review has nothing to do with Palm Coast Fords Sales team. I was having trouble with my daughters 1999 Ford F-150 stalling while she was driving. I had a mechanic look at and he told me the issue was with the anti theft system that only a Ford dealer could repair. We then had her truck towed to Palm Coast ford. Rick our service advisor took the information from my wife and we were on our way. They called us the next day and said it was the battery which we authorized the repair and was told to pick it up. When my wife and daughter went to pick up the car it wouldn't start.(strike one) they took it back and called the next day to say they checked the ground wires to the PCM and that it started and they drove it and it was fine. I picked up the car and paid for the one hour of labor. So within a tenth of a mile driven the truck died while my daughter was driving. I contacted Palm Coast Ford and Rick let me know that we would have to have it towed back to them at my expense. I then spoke with one of the service managers Ken who had the truck towed back for free and told me he would get a rental car for my inconvenience. The next Rick then called me the next day to say the PCM was being looked a even though this issue was brought to his attention three days prior. He then told me they would be giving us a rental/loaner car that I would have to pay for it. Ken was kind enough to apologize that he had overstepped his authority. I am now having the trucked towed to Duval Ford in Jacksonville even though I live in Palm Coast because sometimes you just need to cut your losses when you know your not treated right. Duval Ford where I had it serviced before and Mullinax Ford where I bought have always treated me the right way. It is very sad I can't keep my business local. And I feel bad for the sales dept here where I will NEVER buy a vehicle.

Awesome Experience!!! when you arrive ask for Barry Clark. By far the best car salesman I have ever had!!! I bought a F-250 Platnium from him that Palm Coast ford did not have in stock, but Gary Yomens ford did. I refused to buy a car from Gary Yomens and wanted to stay at Palm Coast b/c of Barry Clarks customer service. From when I first met him over 4 months prior to me buying my truck. I use to visit Palm Coast ford just to test drive my "future truck" I have been wanting to get since I was first able to drive, but was never able to afford. Barry always took the time to let me test drive the truck knowing I wasn't finishing school for a few more months and I could not buy the truck at the time. He never judged me or my wife based off our young appearance and always was tolarant of my 3 energy filled children. Also he was always was the first person to greet us everytime we pulled into the dealership. When Palm Coast Ford did not have my truck Barry and his team spent 3 days tracking down my truck and finally getting it transported in from Kentucky or Alabama. When I received the truck there was a small ding in the hood and a scratch in the bumper. Barry assured me and I quote "if your not happy we're not happy" and that was the truth. He had the ding removed right away and then the scratches were attempted to be removed but the paint got faded in a spot in the process. Barry knew I was not happy and took my truck and gave me a rental. Then he had my entire bumper removed and a new factory quality bumper replaced. In addition Barry constantly called me daily and unpdated me on the progress so I was never left in the dark about what was going on with my bumper. Also, Barry knew I was slightly overwhelmed with all the technology this truck had and on 2 or 3 separate occasions Barry went through all the options of my truck and instructed me on how to use them. Also I have his number and can call him or drive in to the dealership any time I have a question and he will always assist me. I will for now on ONLY buy cars from Barry Clark. Unfortuantly for him my deisel will last me a lifetime, but he will be getting my business when my children start driving for sure. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone in the car buying process.

I purchase my car last year and after 23000 i need new tires. From all the ford cars (8) this is the worst car I have purchased. I call Ford and they told that there is nothing they can do for me.Then after all the recalls that this car had I"m having more problems with the same thing (cooling system).Tomorrow I have to take my car again to the service department to see if they can fix it and spend over $500 to change the tires in a new car that only have 23000 miles.At this time I will not recommend any Ford to anyone and I will not buy any Ford cars again.Note: Even after all these issues I will like to thank Mr. Kevin Tone from the service department. He is always very helpful in any issues that I have with my car. He is always trying to help.

I called to see if they could do an oil change. Yes. Not busy so come by. Got there 6 mins later. Drove in. Stopped. Got out. Stood there. Four employees (plus others back and forth to booths)...per their shirts..stood in booths or about and not one said HELLO, can we help you....so after standing a while....Jacki came out went the OTHER way, spoke to a young lady, came to booth and STILL not a word to me. Another car came up in other isle, LADY got out, WHALA!! a gal went running to assist her. Finally I got pissed, walked over to Jacki and told her I had just called about an oil change. She took my name...thats it. Went inside.. WAITED OVER an HOUR. For an OIL CHANGE at a dealership NOT BUSY???? Car came out, friend and I went to get in and OH MY GOD...the drivers door threshold was slathered, for lack of a better word, in a muddy oily wet looking mess, like a rig operator hand had just come in out of the field and wiped his feet on my door sill. Front to back of door panel, NOT JUST A SMEAR people!!! PLUS door rest was blackened as well. HOLLERED JACKI!! She came over, I asked her WHAT IN THE #$%%^& is THIS MESS? She said...OH HON thats just wear and tear. SAY WHAT? Oily black mud on my cars threshold is "wear and tear?" Do I look stupid ???? Bought car few months earlier, detailed it myself week and a half earlier and door looked like it was the day I bought it. I showed her the door sill. Bring it back next week and we will detail it. HUH???? Next Week? I am to ride around with this crap on my door sill and door rest for a week until they can get to it to clean something that NEVER should have been put in and or on my car to begin with? Not even an offer of a rag or towel to clean it or do it themselves? I couldnt believe the nonchalant attitude when I drove up....except it seems if I was a woman I would have someone run right over to me....and take the info as to what I wanted done. But to bring my new Prius out, covered in an oily crap on the threshold and door rest and then say ITS WEAR AND TEAR??! Insulting!! I will NOT take the car there to be "detailed" nor an oil change nor anything else. Their service sucked worse than a 25 year old Hoover!! PLUS, when I left, I saw the "Maintainence needed" sign was still on. They hadnt even reset the dang oil change notice monitor. SO I had to turn around and show them...only to be drove back into garage....again to fix THAT! Piss poor service.DEPLORABLE TO SAY the least. Previous experience was looking to trade. Long story short...they kidnapped my keys and I had to ge UGLY and DEMAND my keys back that NO ONE seem to know where or who had them....I know that trick...wont ever give my keys up UNTIL the numbers have been crunched. Period

Major praise goes out to Sales Rep Derrick Coleman for his attention to exactly the car and deal that I was looking for ~~ quickly and efficiently, meeting all my requirements with regard to price of car, down payment, monthly payments and low mileage, as well as far exceeding my own expectations as to quality, style and condition of a car I imagined I could get! He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of his profession, has a very friendly comfortable personna which made him a joy to work with, and I have already recommended him highly to my friends and family for their future car purchases. Additionally, he went above and beyond by making arrangements to have me picked up and brought to the dealership to see and test drive the great car he and the Finance Division matched me up with. To my way of thinking, providing this "perk" seemed to be a sign of a GREAT dealership and owner/managers, and ultimately is one of the top reasons I bought my car at Palm Coast. I visited and communicated over five days to purchase a car from this dealership. Misty was outstanding, professional, and very impressive from the first time that I visited here. My wife found a Ford Fiesta that she wanted to purchase. When we sat down to negotiate the price of the transaction, Paul sat down to go over the numbers and the offer on my trade-in. He insulted me with a low ball $3000 offer for my MX-5 Miata. Paul and I sat down at the computer for the NADA and Blue Book offer of my trade-in that I was asking for. He left and came back with a $4000 offer and pushing monthly payment. He said write my price down which was the price I told him to begin the deal. He snatched the paper, rolled his eyes, mumbled "WELL", and stomped his feet back as he walked away. Very rude! My wife and I walked out and needed my car keys back. He then offered me $7000 for my trade outside and wanted to argue with me. I thought I was the customer? If we don't agree on a price then ok, nothing to get mad at or be rude about. I bought a Fiesta the next day at another dealership where I was treated right, respected, and my price. Misty was apologetic and knew how to treat people. Thank you, Misty! I will never step foot in that dealership again or have my three ford vehicles serviced there.

I was going to rate this dealership as Very Poor, but that would not be fair based on my one experience with a very rude and unprofessional person.I must first apologize to Andrew Combes....I believe he is the internet manager.....just before I left today I uttered a profanity to him.........it was quiet and heard just between him and myself. The reason for this was that Mr Combes told be to take my business elsewhere......this was in response to me asking him if he could perhaps give us a lease price on a Ford Focus that was very close to an advertised price...and avoid trying to find an exact car that we would want to lease. He told me that they had a system and it was not going to change for me.......and to please go somehere else to buy a car. I was actually speecless for a few seconds.......I want to thank Chris Smith for his time...my wife and myself were very please with his efforts.I can not believe that a person in a management position responded like that that to a customer...maybe he was having a bad day....The Focus did seem to be a nice car for the price....again...I apologize to Mr Combes...but he shocked the xxxx out of me !!!

This week I purchased my second Ford Flex. I was so pleased with my 2009, that I purchased from this dealership previously, that when I decided to shop for a new car, I pretty much knew I wanted another Flex. Chris Smith was the salesman on my previous car and so I was delighted to have him again. He couldn't possibly have been more accommodating and was very easy to work with. I ended up purchasing a beautiful red 2014 Flex and while I have only had it a few days, I love it. The dealership, as a whole, was just great, and Andrew Combs made the paperwork as easy as it can be considering the mind-boggling volume of it.Based on my experience, having purchased at least three Fords in the last 8 years from Palm Coast Ford, I highly recommend the dealership and the gentlemen who made a new car purchase a good experience.

Palm Coast Ford was great! I broke down on the highway and just so happened to be right up the road from this dealership. I had a 2001 Ford Escape that was "used" if you know what I mean. I went with hopes of getting my car fixed and back on the road. Kevin Tone was great and really provided me with the customer service and feedback I would hope for. After fixing everything imaginable on my last car and finding out the price of my new repair I decided to look into trading my car in. Since, this was totally random I walked in with no expectations and very little research done. Misty Lull really stepped into my shoes and looked at my situation as if it was her own. She was great and made my experience at Palm Coast Ford very personable. The process took awhile but was very enjoyable with her. As we negotiated the price both Misty and Paul Summa did the best they could to meet my wishes. I left that night with a beautiful 2012 Ford Escape and could not be happier! As a first time car buyer I have heard many horror stories on buying experiences but I guarantee if you visit Palm Coast Ford and ask for any of these people your experience will be a piece of cake! I am very thankful this was where I broke down!

I found that Dwayne was extremely helpful as we entered the dealership lot.. very little pressure. we started out just "looking" .. Dwayne was very knowledgeable and friendly.. he showed us around the lot when I spotted the Focus, he also said he had one himself which made it more interesting, as he went on to explain everything in and out of this car.After several days of back and forth calls and on site meetings. I finally settled on the purchase.. the experience was smooth from start to finish,, and he is there for the smallest questions, which is why I like to keep my business with the locals!

What a wonderful experience!!! The moment we got out of the vehicle Dwayne put us at ease. He listened to everything we had to say and really to took heart what was in our best interest. Dwayne made sure Paul was aware of our situation which I do have to admit was a bit difficult but they both took a really daunting situation and made the whole experience at the dealership great. We drove from Deltona just to visit the dealership because of the wonderful warranties that we had heard about. We are so happy with our purchase as everyone was very honest and upfront. There was no time wasted on either side and we couldn't be happier. We will have no problems recommending the dealership as well as Dwayne and Paul. Mike in the finance department was fantastic also. I highly recommend Palm Coast Ford and our Sales Representative Misty Hull. Our overall experience was excellent. Misty was so pleasant to work with, she was patient, informative, personable while always keeping a professional mannerism. We received a very good price for our trade in, and were able to purchase the truck of our dreams with great financing. Misty also followed up with us a few days later to make sure that all was great. We did have an issue with the fog light that had some condensation in the lens, turned out to be a very tiny pin hole in the lens cap. Misty right away spoke with manager and customer service to get us in and get that light replaced at no charge to us. The entire team is very professional and so importantly follows through on their promise of great customer service. We highly recommend Palm Coast Ford and will be going back to see Misty if we decide to purchase something else in our future.

Within 30 minutes Derrick Coleman was giving me a ring, and emailing info on vehicles of my liking. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was greeted by sales man Chris Caples. Let me tell you, right off the bat Chris was professional, upfront, honest, and trustworthy. We got right to business and figured out what vehicle would best suit me. Before I knew it, a well oiled 3 man team (Chris Caples, Derrick Coleman, and Andrew Combs) put together a deal no one could turn down. Awesome buying experience. This was the 13th new purchase vehicle in my adult life and by far the best. My first contact with the dealership was through the internet. This contact led me to Chris Smith, internet salesman. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the product, a Ford F-150. He explained the many facets of the truck and was able to answer all the questions I asked. There was no idle chatter and I never felt in an adversarial role. A very positive way to do business. After deciding to buy, Chris took it upon himself to pack and move the large amount of stuff that I had accumulated in my trade in truck to my new truck while I finished the financial details. The finance department completed my insurance change over, renewal of license tag, and other details. I did not have to do anything for myself. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the sales experience from management to the salesman. I recommend the experience to all. You will be respected at this dealership. After the deal is completed, you are greeted with an ovation from the entire staff, that is different.

For the past 2 yrs. my brotherand husband have been recieveing phone calls to trade in a focus my brother, with my husband as co-signer, purchased 4 yrs. ago. The car in question was sold 2 yrs. ago and yet the phone calls keep coming. Numorous people have been told this many, many times. I was promised many times that our number would be deleted from the computer,to no avail. I'm wondering if some further action is necessary to stop this bordering on harassment. one of the best experiences i have ever had was treated with dignity. Have had problems with my credit and never thought i would get approved for a vehicle. Time frame was great didnt have yo wait around for hours i was in and out fast. and when i walked out of financeing everyone clapped ans said congratulations. Everything i asked for i got , unheard of in any delearship. My experience was outstanding and i love my ford fusion. my dream came through. About two weeks ago we took my wife's 2010 Kia Soul in for an oil change. Sean Peveler asked us what it would take for us to buy a new car. My wife responded that it would have to be something extremely special. He showed us a 2014 Ford Escape. He started explaining the various options on the car. Then Chris Smith joined us and continued explaining more options on the car. We took the car out for a test ride on I 95 and city streets. We were very impressed with the performance of the car and liked it very much. However this car had more options than we wanted. They had another Escape in the same color with the options that filled our needs. We worked with Chris on the paperwork and determined that leasing was better for us than purchasing the car. The final paperwork was prepared and Andrew Combs handled the closing of the deal. We are very pleased that we had the opportunity to work with Chris, Sean and Andrew on the leasing of this car. They are three fine Christian men who treated us like we are family. I have stopped in to say "Hi" to these three men several times since we leased the car.If you are looking for a new Ford product or a preowned car or truck I highly recommend Palm Coast Ford. My review will be a mixed review of both good and BAD! I will start with the BAD. We were sold a bad vehicle that has had nothing but problems since we bought it. I was in the service department every week since September 11th for repairs.On day 31 of having it, I had to get a tow for a leak. This made for a third repair in 31 days. We requested our money back and were basically told in a not so nice manner, we were out of luck and it wasn't going to happen. We spoke to 2 different managers and got no where. The final offer was a 50/50 split of the cost of the repair. This was a nice offer considering they didn't have to do that because it wasn't covered under the warranty (mind you NONE of the 3 repairs were covered under my warranty.) We were not happy with this offer as we thought it shouldn't have happened being we had the car 31 days and had 3 repairs already. Made us think, we were being taken advantage of and sold a bad car. Miraculousy, we show up on property with my Father in Law and were offered a different deal. One that was made up that day because they knew we were coming back with a ticked off father in law.We still are not happy with this car and are constantly worried something else will go wrong with it. It's a 2006 with 63K miles on it. It shouldn't be having the issues that it has had and been fixed. We still feel as though we should have been given our money back and the situation would have been rectified and PC Ford would have made the situation right. However, they did not. We will never buy again from PC Ford.Now, for the positive review. John L and Kevin T are the ONLY two people who never lied to us (yes, one of the managers lied to our faces). These two men, went out of their way to try and make us happy. I can not say enough good about these two men. I can not be mad at them for our situation, and we aren't. These two deserve a raise!We tried to get a hold of Don York to express our unhappiness and unprofessional-ism by his staff when trying to deal with this situation but of course, he was unavailable. Mr York if you are reading this, we would REALLY love to talk to you regarding all this mess. We still would like our $2k deposit and $1900 for our trade in back. This should have been offered even though it was 31 days and not 30. One day past, and we are refused our money...sad in my opinion. Our sales guy was Chris Smith. He should be able to tell you our last name if he reads this.

I had contacted the dealership trying to buy a ford edge the asking price was in my range I told them exactly what I was working with money wise and my trade in I also was very specific that was did not want to do any loans. After a day and a half I found out they could not make the deal work and kept trying to press me on getting a loan I told them no several times. It's like they didn't want to work with me at all. I have finally found what I wanted and enjoying my vehicle at the price I wanted it for. I guess next time I will look locally and not out of town.

We were lied to the whole time. When we arrived at the dealer, the agreed upon monthly payment was exceeded by $180 and there was absolutely no budging. The vehicle we were trying to finance was sold right from under us to someone with cash. The sales manager, Paul, said "as a dealer, what do you expect I'd do." By far, worst dealership experience we've ever had!!!

In 2007 I drove a 2003 Impala and a 2003 Chevy Silverado into Palm Coast Ford. I left with a 2005 used Ford Escape and a new 2006 Focus 2 door coupe with rear tailgate. The service has been nothing but exceptional. Then in 2008 we drove in and left with two new Fords, A 2008 4dr Focus sedan and a 2008 Ford Escape. One factory recall we heard about direct from Ford before the recall hit the national news and again the best of service. Then in 2011 I bought a 2011 Ford Escape XLS. In 2012 the seal around the rear lift gate wiggled out from under the trim and was replaced quickly. In 2012 the wife got her first lease, a 2012 Focus 4dr fast back with sunroof. She loves it. Up until 2007 I never owned a Ford. Since I have not owned anything but a Ford. Kevin Tone is "OUR" service manager and John L'heureux before him. Charlie Altman our salesman always comes over to us when he sees us. He does not ask if we are ready for our new cars yet first he asks how we are and if all is well. The 2006 Ford Focus is owned by our daughter in Atlantic Beach/Jacksonville area and just went over 70 thousand miles. New tires and one serpentine belt adjuster tensioner arm later and it is doing quite well and we know our daughter is still in a safe car. It would not be right not to mention Paul Summa. This guy does care about people. Palm Coast Ford is a business and is a for profit business. That is America and Palm Coast Ford does business in a manner to stay in Business. Now about that new Mustang.........Not yet Charlie, not just yet. Thank you all. Oh and by the way, Dick York is the guy who gets deals closed. He could smile a bit more but worrying about service and customer satisfaction he does not have a lot of time.

At first , I said over and over again to salesman I need a truck or other to pull my trailer for business. That was agreed upon. Salesman sold me a Dodge Dakota. Was suppose to be trailer ready. It was not. I had the sleeve put on at the cost of 246.00 . I went back and asked do I go to court or will you take care of this... They did, I was cut a check 3 days later. Salesman was attempting to say I bought the truck as is, but changed his mind. At the time of signing the final contracts, they take you in a room that is recorded and put on video. I stated in this room when they were telling me about my free oil changes car washes and loaners for life. I stated over and over again...."As long as I can pull a trailer with it , Okay" they said no problem we will make it work. I signed. twenty eight days later the truck broke down. I went for loaner. I was told all six were out. The next day I went for loaner, they had an f150 waiting for me. Nice huh? Was no good for me my business was already 2 days behind, The f15 WAS NOT TRAILER READY , as we agreed during signing. Finally I was able to speak to Don York ( GM).I told him of the situation. He said we cant give you anything to pull your trailer. Don't have the insurance. I said rent me one that can. He said NO. I said what about the income I am losing because of this.... HE SAID " ITS NOT MY PROBLEM. When he saw me getting angry outside the door he came to me and said I will get something from Enterprise. Instead he called the sheriff and had me trespassed. Then stated (even though I paid) he revoked my contract and I will not get oil changes, washes or loaners. He said Palm Coast Ford will not do business with me no more. The man who Referred me, told me he was sorry. Now get this. They refused to send him the check for referring me to them, even though they got the money from the bank. When I called the corporate office they said ( get this) we cant help you," you didn't buy a Ford Product". I laughed and said. Who owned it before me, who's paperwork states the company name where I got it. Who received payment for the truck....FORD DID.

I just had a very unpleasant experience with your sales manager today. I stopped to get a car wash on my new car. I was told that this must be arranged by my salesmen. I went to the sales desk and asked for assistance. One of the salesmen went looking for the salesmen that sold me the car. In the mean time I talked to Ron the sales manager. I told him that this new arrangement was less convenient for me the customer. Ron was dismissive and indeed insulting in his response. He then informed me that the dealership was not obligated to provide the car wash because the salesmen made the commitment.Disappointing response and it did nothing to cause my faith in the dealership to be maintained. It felt like the sales department had made their sale and now could care less about their customer relationship.I must say that this behavior was evident only with Ron and not the other salesmen. To bad. I guess I will be looking for a different dealership for future purchases. But if Ron is any indication you really don't care.

Customer service with the Service Department is not a top priority. In fact, it does not even enter into the picutre at all when dealing with the Service Department. Not focused, totally disorganized and worse yet, nasty and belligerent and condescending. I would have thought that the department often known as the front line with customer in a dealership would have been much more polished and professional.On the flip side, the Sales Department was fantastic.

My wife and I entered the dealership looking for a used car primarily for her to drive to and from work. We were introduced to "Red." We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a very nice used car with low mileage and at a price we could afford. He had the car detailed and filled with gas before we left the dealership. I recommend Red as an excellent salesman who is not only knowledge of Ford cars but also any car he may show to a prospective purchaser. After purchasing the car, we have received many letters and emails from other employees requesting that any time we return to the dealership we stop by an introduce ourselves. Everyone there is very friendly.

We came in just to look at used SUV's, and left with a great 2012 Ford Edge. Our sales person, Jeff Moore, helped us zero in on the Edge. It was a perfect match for our needs, and looks great. With the dealership only 5 miles from our house, it makes using the lifetime free oil changes a real advantage. The entire dealership staff was helpful, and friendly. The dealership manager came over and we had a nice talk about his dealership, and the Ford Edge. We feel we made the correct choice.

Be careful before you plan a trip to Palm Coast Ford. I asked for information about a used truck over the phone because I live a little over an hour away from the dealership. After we started to talk about price I was transferred to an internet sales manager. I told him that I did not want to drive to see the truck if they weren't going to get close on the price I could pay. He assured me that if I made the trip they could do $19,500. After I drove over an hour to get to the dealership they were now telling me the best price they could do was $20,500. The internet sales manager that had told me the $19,500 price was already gone for the day. Supposedly the general manager was called and there was nothing that could be done. I wasted half the day driving to look at a truck because they told me a price over the phone that they would not honor. Johnny the original salesmen that I spoke with was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately he had no control over what his bosses had promised. The next day someone else in internet sales called me back and apologized about the situation. He told me he was going to do anything he could to get me into the truck. After that first call I never heard back from him. I bought a truck at another dealership.

Although not my favorite way to spend the better part of an afternoon, Messrs. Sean Peveler, Kenny Tutter and, especially, Steve Peters did a great job of minimizing the pain of automotive buying and selling (from a customer's perspective!). These gentlemen proved themselves to be uncommonly adept automobile service/sales professionals, and maintained an easy-going, friendly demeanor in spite of having to attend to a myriad of tedious administrative details. Unexpected e-mail and telephonic follow-up inquiries from Messrs. Peters and Peveler also served to reinforce my initial favorable opinion of Palm Coast Ford. As for the "just OK" price-related rating, what can a sticker shock-afflicted senior citizen say? I just hope that the above-mentioned gentlemen derive a well-deserved fair share of the profits from my business.

When we stopped into Palm Coast Ford, the sales manager, Paul Summa greeted us, answered questions, and introduced us to Ken Tonak. Ken was polite, listened to us answering questions, explained the terrific deals presently active with Ford and their dealership, and spent time with us patiently showing us many variations of Ford models, always checking on our reactions/perceptions, and then guiding me accordingly. Ultimately he helped me select a car I really liked to road test. He was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy or over bearing. He and his manager offered a fantastic deal which I could not pass up. Ken has continued to check with me on how I like my new ride, has spent time during succeeding days showing me how to operate my cell phone with synch up, Sirius radio and programing the stations on the radio. Any calls i make are always returned quickly if not immidiately. Any time I stop in, he and everyone at Palm Coast Ford is helpful and accomodating, insuring that I am comfortable and feel well taken care of. I am so happy to have a truly friendly, accomodating, concerned and helpful dealership right here close to home. Customers are treated with courtesy, respect and accomodation to your concerns.

I have less than stellar credit from years ago and Paul Summa & Jeff Moore worked hard to get me approved with Space Coast Credit Union with zero down & thanks to Scott Anderson the payment that Paul quoted me ($233) was LESS ($221) when I went to actually sign the paperwork. I am in the customer service field and therefore I know far better than most what to look for where customer service is involved and I assure you anyone purchasing a vehicle would be FOOLISH not to drive out to Palm Coast Ford and speak to the 3 BEST guys in their field in my opinion!!!

The letter they send in the mail to get you to go to the dealership is all lies. After you get out of finance all kinds of reasons they cannot give you anything promised even including a Walmart Gift Card. They use pressure tactics to sale a car including keeping your keys so you cannot leave after looking at your car. Everyone is all over you. You are given a 2 month warranty on the vehicle & when you call for service they tell you that is normal for the car to be making noises. Funny it didn't make the noises till 2 weeks after purchase. I would not recommend anyone stepping foot in their door.I look to have nothing but problems from the auto I purchased from them.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I recently had a car accident and my vehicle was totaled by the insurance company. I needed to find a car within a week before I had to give back my rental. I mainly had dealings with a dealership at the Daytona Auto Mall, and I dreaded going there. Their tactics are very pushy and demeaning. A friend told me about his experience with PC Ford, and I got in touch with Chris and Terri. I was very anxious and worried about being able to afford another car, and the hassle with the financing. (that's what I was dreading the most). Chris made the whole transaction a breeze. I was able to do most of the initial info gathering via the website, and the PC Ford staff did all the legwork before I went through the doors. I was greeted with friendly faces and felt very comfortable. Chris found a good, reliable pre-owned vehicle for me that was more fuel efficient and had lower payments than my last vehicle. For a single mom, with a single income, that was a huge blessing. PC Ford turned a very trying, upsetting experience into one that was enjoyable and stress-free. I was in and out in two hours....all my other experiences lasted no less than 6...and many times I left other dealerships because they were so inflexible. I will definitely reccomend Palm Coast Ford to everyone I know. They were wonderful to work with.

Visited this dealer to look at new f150 trucks. The salesman was pushy and insisted that I wanted options that I knew I didn't. His knowledge of his inventory and of the trucks themselves was terrible. He tried to talk me into a higher Priced truck than I was interested in purchasing. Told me my trade in vehicle had been in an accident although as the original owner, I know it never was. He also told me my air conditioning was inoperable. It works perfectly! After all these bad experiences the manager assured us he would find us a v8 truck that we would like and get back to us within 24 hours. It's been 3 days and still nothing. I just purchased a new ram truck and couldn't be happier. Not only did I not buy from this dealer, but ford lost a buyer as well. Stay clear of these guys, typical bad car salesman nonsense!

I debated ordering a new Mustang between Palm Coast Ford & Bozard Ford, and decided on Palm Coast Ford since they were the closest. The ordering process went well and Sean Peveler was very helpful; however, the problem happened when I tried to change the order. The Ford web site is not accurate in regards to the colors and since they did not have a Mustang on the lot with the colors we wanted we had to assume that the Ford web site was accurate. But I read a lot of online posts and many expressed the same and convinced us that we needed to re-evaluate our choices. My wife went to the dealer and Jerry Martin showed her other models that had the same colors, which assured us that we needed to make changes, which he said were not a problem since the order was just placed a couple days ago. To make a long story short the next day they claimed they could not change the order and the car would be coming as ordered. I received some legal advice and after I relayed that to the dealer I was told I could get my deposit back but the ignored me in regards to re-ordering. And my wife wants a new Ford Escape in the not so distant future and I mentioned that as well to no avail. I emailed every manager and even the GM but none of them got back to me, so I ordered from Bozard Ford, which was a much better experience. When I went to Bozard it was a much nicer dealer and everyone was busy; most of the sales people at Palm Coast Ford were standing around but I think I know now why - Bozard Ford appears to be #1 in the area for a reason.

The day my husband asked me to test drive the Ford Fusion the last thing on my mind was purchasing a new car. I agreed to go believing it would take 15 minutes of my afternoon. Needless to say, after driving the car, I had to admit that I was getting tired of all the rattles and noises of my old car. My last 2 experiences of Palm Coast Ford has not been good. The first time the sales person never followed up with us. This last time we were feed for 30 minutes the BS line of why they need to make money to keep the lights on and why the pricing was the way it was. Well that was all good until,(NOT) the sales person had to insert his opinion of gas prices when our president Obama took office. They are welcome to watch all the FOX News as they want in the break room, but keep it there. I am a democrat and being in the sales business I know better than to insert anything about politics or religion in to a conversation as a professional. I didnt need to know his opinion and brain wash about the price of gas when our President took office. I will suggest that the owners of Palm Coast Ford to coach their staff to keep their politics out of the sales speech. This experience was so unprofessional and disgusting. This experience was enough for me, I will be sure to let all of my liberal friends know the opinions and political view of Palm Coast Ford so they can beware. I will never do business with Palm Coast Ford...ever.

We finally found the one that fit all of our customized options, and Sean did everything possible to help us out. He did a massive amount of work over the phone in case it had to save me a trip to Palm Coast, but in the end all of the numbers were right so I drove to his dealership for the car. Once there, the process was smooth and I never once felt pressured, unknowledgeable or helpless. Sean was very nice and overall I am very happy with my new 2012 Explorer. However there was a misunderstanding on traid in price. We ended getting $2000.00 less for our traid than we agreed on. After looking over the paper work at home I found a addition mistake that wasent a mistake but where they show a total of the rebates cash ext. So I called to have this fixed and they would not fix it told me it is what it is and that was it. So take you calculator with you and take the time to know what the paper work says and ask if it is not right.

I had inquired online but saw nothing special. After many emails to me, I decided to call and maybe stop in. It was late July. The girl in the internet department was not there when I stopped in but it was her birthday and she had left early. Understandable! I was handed off to Sean. After a few minutes I was ready to purchase. Sean seemed to be truly interested. It was late in the day and again, understandable that he was due to get off and could not stay late. He was to check inventory and call the next day. No call came. I called the birthday girl. She assured that he would call. He did...said he was checking on a few great deals and would call by days end. Two days later and no call had come in. He had wanted to close a deal due to specials and financing deals that ended at the end of the month. I guess I missed all those finance deals and end of month specials Sean was speaking of, but hey, it was not out of his pocket or did he care about my desire to buy a car! Approx. a week later I received a letter from the General Sales Manager thanking me and encouraging me to stop in if I had not bought a car yet. Now mid August and I get a letter that eliminated the thought that my credit was weak.....a bank had given me an amount approved for and was looking forward to working with me on my purchase. As a curiosity I went online to look at Palm Coast Fords inventory, Don't know why, they have no interest in selling me anything. Saw an interesting car and for the heck of it, submitted an online offer. Less than 2 minutes later, here comes an email from Sean. While I expect this review to be dropped, again I'll watch it for a few days before following up with the management. I wonder if they are aware of how much advertising money is being thrown away? My sister in-law was looking to get a car too based on the good that started out....as time progressed she qave me a hard time for being too patient and has been working a deal someplace else. Palm Coast Ford probably did need her business either!

In our economic troubling times, most of us find ourselves between discretionary and indiscriminate spending. I have to say that Sean put together a fantastic package. He is a salesmen yes, but still remains human first. Which is a quality unto itself. Along with Kenny they both were able to pull off an economic suitable sale, keeping me within my means ( I just hope they didn't get yelled at for it, lol). I sometimes believe that most organizations would prefer to make a dollar every hour instead of a nickle every minute. Palm Coast Ford, as I can see it, operates in the later. I drove a 1994 ford mustang convertible and wanted a new mustang convertible, but needed a new car. I never thought I would be able to afford to drive my dream car. Thats when we found Sean. He is by far the best car salesman we have ever worked with. Palm Coast Ford sold me problem under the waranty and did`t responsebel for the car. In a car clutch noise and they sad its normaly for thattruck but St Augustine Toyota found the problem in the clutch and transmission. To fix problem they ask almost $ 900 becouse Palm Coast Ford before change the clutch and put no original part which one kill the Toyota warranty (60000 mi)

After months of searching online through cars and autotrader etc..We are glad we found your dealership even though we had to drive 350+ miles it was WELL WORTH the trip. Sean was great and straight forward he definitely didn't fit what most people would call a car salesman which is great. It's nice to have a personable salesman. My husband and I had a great experience buying a new car from Palm Coast Ford. Jeff Moore was right out there greeting us in a calm, friendly, very approachable manner. He certainly is a breath of fresh air compared to previous encounters with agressive car salesmen. I feel Jeff is such an excellent salesman, he can gel with any type of customer from high brow billionaires to a couple of 60 year old bikers. Not for a second did we feel pressured or foolish for not buying the first time we visited Palm Coast Ford. His follow up phone call inviting me in for a test drive was wonderful. My husband is a die hard Chevy man and it took me more than a month to get him to even take me into a Ford dealership! We knew I needed a better gas mileage car and I had really been dragging my feet as I had zero interest in driving a Honda or a Mitsuwhatever. I watched all the TV commericals, fell in love with that Ford Mike Rowe guy, and wanted very much to check out Fords in real life. Husband circled Palm Coast Ford twice before his Silverado could make the turn in! I am thrilled to pieces with my new Focus! It is a great little American car...visually inside and out. Jeff Moore was sooooo helpful explaining all the bells and whistles. Luckily, he seems willing to continue to help me even after we waded through all the paperwork and drove a new car off his lot. While Jeff showed extreme patience with me, going over some features twice as I just wasn't getting it all, I know I will be back in to see him soon as I am still struggling with some features. One quick email to Jeff was answered within the hour and he got me on track with the Satelite radio.Husband grumbled when Paul Summa said NO DISCOUNT on Focus cars but hubby knew how happy I was with the Focus and when I am happy, he is too.Everything about Palm Coast Ford was terrific. It is spotless, inside and outside, all the staff seemed up and positive and we loved the Americans helping Americans banner. Driving an American car was, is important to me and I am very proud to be driving a 2012 Ford Focus.Jeff Moore is an excellent salesman and talked directly to me. Other car dealers seemed to always direct every conversation to my husband. I would honestly say it was Jeff's very personable manner that kept us at the dealership with no desire to shop elsewhere. Our experience was way better than I expected. The man that helped us was Sean. He was the complete opposite of a salesman. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable at anytime. In fact, I had to stop back in to ask a few questions about how the car worked (because it has more bells and whistles than I am used to) after we bought the car and he continued to be extremely helpful...way above and beyond. He was even kind and patient with our daughters, one who had hundreds of questions, and the other cried in she realized that we were leaving my car.

We went in to inquire about price and trade-in values before deciding to trade-in our 2010 Mazda. It was getting difficult to get into the Mazda as it is so high. We were very favorably impressed with the salesman we were given and made a committment to purchase a Taurus Limited. We were offered an extended warantee and were pleased to not have to deal with insistant, obnoxious salesman when we declined. All was explained but the ultimate decision was ours and this we liked instead of having to explain over and over again just what NO means. Overall, I would rate this the most pleasant experience of purchasing a new car that we have ever had. A "5" rating for our salesman should have been a "10" or better. Way to go Palm Coast Ford, we are looking forward to a long pleasant association.

Jeff was very knowledgeable about their stock and what was available. We went to see a suv that was advertised and realized it was not suitable for us. We wanted something that we could carry 6 or 7 passengers plus my husband's electric scooter and walker. Jeff showed us a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country that would fit all of our needs and carry the passengers in comfort. We have a one car garage and Jeff went home with us to see if it would fit. Wife and I went to dealership, just to look around for a new Ford and to compare to a new Toyota Camry we had just made a handshake deal on at a Toyota dealership. My wife was very disappointed with her experience at the Toyota dealership and convinced me to look at Palm Coast Ford for a car. The best adviced and experience both my wife and I had in shopping for a car, the sales personel are both friendly and knowledgeable, no one pushed us into anything. I fact after I told them what I was looking for, and what features I wanted and didn't want in a car, they showed us a late model "Certified Pre-Owned" car that they had with low milage and all the features that I wanted at a very good price. I went to the dealership with the idea of just looking around for something to replace my van. Jeff Moore came out to see if I needed any help and I told him what I was looking for and at. He was so helpful. He answered all the questions I had and then some. I never felt pressured like I have at other dealerships in the past. Everyone there was so friendly. I did trade my van in for an Explorer. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. It was the fastest and easiest transaction I have ever made for a vehicle. I had to bring my car (1994) into ford for repairs. I was told that my car would be done by 430 that afternoon, this was a Friday April 15,20011 unforseen problems made the repairs imposible. I had plans for the next day to take my son to Universal for his birthday, a husband that need to be picked up at 130am from work and another son that needed to be picked up from school. I do not no the last names of the employees but the first names were John and Randy,they both went out of their way to make sure that I was able to do all the things that needed to be done, they made my weekend a very good one. I thank them very much for going ABOVE AND BEYOND any customer sevice I have ever had they are both amazing. When I returned for my car on Monday I was greated by Randy and later by John they asked how my trip was, rechecked my car and went out of their way to make sure that my family and I were safe in my car. My husband and I were traveling from Massachusetts through Florida towing our 5th wheel camping trailer when our 10+ year old Ford F250 diesel pickup had a sudden catastrophic breakdown of the clutch. We were strangers in FL and had never known about Palm Coast Ford but "limped" our ailing truck into their lot where Kevin Tone in the service dept. greeted us and welcomed us to stay overnight in our camper in their parking lot while our truck was being repaired by senior master tech Jim Allen and his crew. Kevin was excellent with his knowledgeable, positive, caring, attentive attitude and Jim was brilliant in dealing with the lengthy, complicated repair. Jim explained every detail about the project and treated us with respect, warmth and friendship. His mechanical AND people skills are unsurpassed. By the 3rd day of RV life in the parking lot, we got to know many of the employees at Palm Coast Ford, and every one was genuinely kind and concerned about our comfort + satisfaction. Then, Sales manager Paul Summa informed us about the option to buy a new pickup rather than paying the great expense of the repair of our old one. Although we hadn't even considered buying a new truck, we listened to Paul's offers. We were initially very reluctant to make a deal, but eventually did decide to buy a new 2011 F250 diesel for which we are very pleased. Chris Smith helped to finalize the deal and familiarize us with all the bells and whistles of the new high-tech truck. He and Paul did a fine job in making us comfortable during the sale of the truck and getting it set up with the 5th wheel hitch necessary to pull our camping trailer back up north. During our 4 days of unexpected "vacation" at Palm Coast Ford we met many wonderful staff and talked to General Manager Don York several times. He runs a fine business and has an exceptional staff from Service to Sales. We highly recommend this dealership to everyone for service AND sales! :-) Linda + Brain

After the help we recieved from Chris, even though he knew we weren't buying that day, it has narrowed us down to probably Chris. See you in a month or so. After going to another Ford dealership where the experience was less than gratifying, I entered Palm Coast Ford with some trepidation. I need not have worried. My experience at this dealership was more than pleasant. I immediately was met by Jeff Moore, a sales consultant. Jeff took on the task of listening to my husband and I, our personal worries about achieving our goal of a new car, and what exactly we were looking for, and would be best for us. Jeff put us at ease immediately and went to work explaining each and every detail about each auto we looked at. When we finally decided to purchase the Fiesta, Jeff took his time to show us each feature and exactly how to use it to our explicate need. Financially I believe he did what was to our benefit. He then turned us over to Kenny Tuter. Kenny was gentle and walked us through the details of what is always a frazzling experience. he talked to us about what he thought were good accessories for us and showed us every detail of our purchase and financing to make the experience less frightening. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the managers were also friendly and kept the time we spent there a very pleasant one. It didn't hurt that we got to eat free hot dogs and soda either!!!!! My first meeting with Chris Smith accurred when I visited Palm Coast Ford with a view to replacing my Toyota with a Ford product, and ended with me doing a trade-in. My decision to go through with a sales agreement had as much to do with the vehicle I was getting as with the total experience. I was treated courteously, Chrisr' sales pitch does not put a prospective buyer under pressure and his easygoing manner dispelled any tension from our negotiations enabling me to relax and feel that i was getting a square deal. Let me start off by saying that our experience working with Kerry, Sean, & Don far exceeded our previous experience that we recieved at Gary Yeoman.For over a decade, when we lived in Deltona, we bought over 8 vehicles from Deland Ford before their buyout. We used to get treated like old friends. Then we moved to the lower side of Palm Coast over 5 years ago and started buying from the Auto Mall and were quite dissapointed with the old high pressure sales and lies, lies, lies!!So to say the least we dislike going to car lots and getting the run around and high pressure sales between salesmen and management alike, that's why I looked online to find the exact vehicles we were looking for. I searched all dealers within a 30 mile radius and found that Palm Coast Ford had exactly what we wanted!! I filled out the few online questions and was surprised the very next morning I recieved a phone call from Kerry who was very polite, helpfull, and NO BS or games!! I told her what I was looking for, told her my current payments, and payoffs, and where I needed to be!Not only did she get to work looking, but she found 2 vehicles that met our parameters. She sent me an email with the window stickers to see if they would meet our needs. Then she told me her GM wanted to talk to me, that's when I thought the games would start!!! I was pleasantly surprised to find Don was very personable and helpful. He assured me that he would not waste my time and could put us in the vehilces we wanted and even lower my payments!! My wife and I went to the dealership after work and within 2 hours walked out with 2 brand new escapes!!!! Don gave us very fair trade-in allowances, all rebates and credits possible, and YES got our payments LOWER!!. Not only was everyone helpful, but we were really treated like old friends and taken care of, right down to even Sean helping explain everything about our new sync and navigation systems to helping transfer all our stuff from old trucks to new!!We also ordered bug shields from parts, through Kerry,and tomorrow morning she is getting them put on for us! You just don't find that level of service anymore. I will definetly buy all our future vehicles from them including for our soon to be 16 year old!!

The Customer Service was good but when I arrived the vehicle I had called about was not on site so I had to wait about half an hour. The dealership got me a better interest rate than my bank did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price on the 2006 was comparable to an 2003 model of the same vehicle at a closer dealership.

I went to look at a 2010 used Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. My son in law had been communicating with Kenny via phone and email. I had seen the car on the web. I ws an owner of a 2002 Explorer so knew what I wanted. I showed up with my son in law and three young grandkids and the sales people were very friendly and patient with the grandkids. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Sean helped me set up the Sync system and I was told to call him at any time with any questions. In fact, I did call today to see about the keyless entry code. There was not one in the glove compartment and he was searching all afternoon to try to find it in the system by the VIN number but I don't think he had any luck so I may have to drive back down there to have them pull the information from the computer.

It was POURING when we went to go check out the van we wanted to look at and possibly buy. Sean had it already pulled up for us and ready to go so there was no waiting around or getting soaked while we searched the lot for it. Went on a test drive, knew I wanted it, and had all the papers signed, paid, signed sealed delivered all in about an hour and a half I'd estimate (It would have been quicker than that, but his computer was not cooperative =) ). They even filled the tank for us which was a huge plus. All of the guys we dealt with were great! I believe a man named Paul did the business part of it all (the regular guy was out for some reason) and he was great, too. There was another man that I did not catch the name of that took care of some things, too. The entire atmosphere was so different from any other car dealership we've ever been to. We were staying at the Hammock Beach Resort and last Monday night, January 24, as I approached the entrance I hit the curb on the left side of my car damaging both tires. Next day called AAA and suggested the nearest Ford Dealer which fortunately was Palm Coast. Called Service and I spoke with Joe Ammirati. I told him that AAA would be bringing my car, which was Fusion rental, with tire damage. He called me shortly after the car was delivered and informed me that both tires needed replaced. After we discussed the matter he suggested that it probably would need alignment and I agreed.The repair work was finished by Noon and he called me. All this to say that it was a stressful situation. I had a rental car, I had to return it the next day and leave for Detroit. Joe was very helpful and I am grateful for his professional manner by helping me solve an emotional situation. We purchased a used Ford Explorer today. Our salesperson, Sean Peveler, was very courteous and knowledgeable and helped us with our purchase in every way. He has a partner who works in the same room with him who was also informative about our purchase. Sean did not pressure us at all and was willing to work with us about the price. We needed a radiator flush, detailing of the car, and making an extra key. Sean was on top of this and concerned with how long we had to wait. My wife and I took our 2008 Edge in for the 30K service. When we were picking it up afterward, we got into a conversation with salesman Jeff Moore about any 'leftover' 2010 Edge's and the new 2011's. We loved our 2008 and I'd been mulling over extended warrantee's, new tires etc. After some discussion and looking at vehicles on the lot, Jeff asked us in to discuss what it might take to trade our 2008 for a 'newer' one. Because of the new MyFord Touch and the BRIS system on the 2011's, we looked at sticker prices and I had them appraise my 2008. When I told Jeff I was serious about buying that day if the price for trading was right, he got Paul (sorry, I've forgotten Paul's last name) involved and they worked the numbers a few times and made me happy with the cost of a trade. We bought a new 2011 Edge Limited. Jeff was knowledgeable, polite, patient and never 'pushy', which would have driven me out of the showroom. Paul was a delight; a funny, engaging gentleman who also was serious about making a deal. Everyone we came in contact with at Palm Coast was pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. This is the second Edge we've purchased there and have already recommended friends to try them. Everyone who has seen the new car loves it, and so do we!!

Working with Chris was such a relief for me. For weeks I had been getting phone calls and e-mails from pushy salesmen; I was about to hire somebody to go buy a car for me. When I visited Palm Coast Ford, Chris and I took one of the new Escapes for a ride. I told him I was still looking around, and he actually let me walk away. He didn't call me 15 times a day thereafter nor fill my inbox repetitively. So, of course I came back the very next weekend. I finally settled on a certified 2010 Escape with a great price and excellent warranties. Chris was so patient with me, and he took the time to speak to my parents on the phone to answer all the questions that they had. The staff was so friendly and outgoing- they even kept me updated on my NFL teams throughout the day! I'm looking forward to my lifetime oil changes so I get to spend time with the staff again :)

My experience at Palm Coast Ford was excellent. From the moment I stepped out of my car, the friendly sales staff could care of my every need and question. I test drove three different trucks with no pressure. They were very fair with me on my trade in and worked with me extensively to get my payment where it needed to be while also getting me in the truck I loved. I've since returned to get floor mats as well as to have a bug shield installed and the customer service has been impeccable. I plan to return to the dealership in the future for window tint and a bed liner as a result of the friendly atmosphere and outstanding service.

I traded in two cars on a new 2010 Fusion. Because of eye problems, I seldom drive any more and my wife is the principle driver in our house. Thus, we really do not need two cars anymore, although it was nice to have one car to back up the other. One of the tradeins, a 1998 Taurus, suddenly needed approximately $1000 work on its air conditioning system, and I was unwilling to put that much money into such an old car. The other car, a 2006 Fusion, worked fine, but it seemed as if a two-car tradein might be financially advantageous. I thought the deal we received at Palm Coast Ford was good (so long as I was able to pay cash and not finance) and the people at the dealership were certainly friendly and helpful.

We went in to trade in an Expedition for a smaller vehicle that could be towed behind our RV. We settled on a Focus and were on our way out when we stopped to look at a new F-150. My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new/used car for her. She was currently driving a very used vehicle and was in need of something more reliable for commuting back and forth to a new job 30miles from home. We had been to alot of other dealerships in the area for weeks prior trying to make a sensible deal work. With no luck whatsoever from any of the previous 5 we visited Ayn Bishop from the internet department contacted us from Palm Coast Ford stating she had a car that would work. Hesitent to go down there based on some of the treatment I had personally recieved before from that dealer I figured it was worth a shot. We were greeted promptly and profesionally by several salesman there, and we began the car shopping process with Sean Peveler. We explained to Sean and Ayn what we wanted concerning payment, type of car, and finance terms. I mentioned that I myself was also in the markwt for a car but so far noone had been able to meet my needs or standards. Both Ayn and Sean were very attenative to our needs and concernes and showed us car upon car and truck upon truck untill we could find something that made the deal. By the end of that Friday evening we walked out of that dealership with buying her a beautiful used car with low miles and low payments, excactly what we were in the market for. And Sean was even able to get myself into a pristine used truck with lower payments then what I was currently paying and even lower miles! The red carpet treatment we recieved from this dealership made me forget about the past experience I had 5 years ago. In fact the very next day her father purchased a car from them, and my father and her sister are currently working out deals themselves for a new car. Hands down Sean has earned my business back and I would recommend anyone regardless of what you have been told from any other dealer give this dealer a chance. I have been in retail/management for over 10 years and was very impressed with the way everyone from the GM to mechanic handles their customers. The other dealers in town should be worried, because by far Palm Coast Ford put there sales ans service to shame! My wife and I were shopping for a new car for only 2 days when we visited the Palm Coast Ford Dealership and were greeted by Jeff Moore. Jeff explained every detail of the car and how to access features that were new to us. To our delight, with the efficient manner which everyone worked, the new car was detailed, all paperwork prepared and ready to go within a couple of hours. I even was able to have a couple of delicious hot dogs that the dealership provided! We were able to go home with our new Ford Fusion with a full tank of gas. This was our very first car buying experience here in Florida and a very pleasant one. I would like to share an experience I had with Palm Coast Ford. I made an appointment with Sean, after receiving a letter and wishing another vehicle - I was already a Palm Coast Ford customer. I drove away a happy new car owner and it was thanks to Sean Peveler and Michael Fuguet. I was met with smiles and treated with the utmost respect, honesty and consideration of my needs. It turned out to be a time-consuming event; however, I walked in knowing that it would be, as my circumstances were not of "the norm". During the day, Sean did all possible to make my experience a good one and my waiting time less stressful. He took the time to show me the ins and outs of the Sync system in my car, instead of handing me a manual and telling me to "call if I had a question"...I can't tell you how much this meant to me. In 2 years, hopefully less, I will return to make yet another purchase, my "dream vehicle", an Escape, black of course with a moon roof. Buying a car whether new or preowned has always been a nightmare. Charles , Mike and 'Congo' especially (but all the employees) were friendly, helpful, attentive to our questions but not at all pushy at Palm Coast Ford making this experience delightful. Making a decision on the model and price has always a very lenghty process for us. We still were able to take our time and never felt we must sign the deal right then without sleeping on it. Other dealerships have always said "if we meet your price on trade and options will you buy today". I would recommend all our friends and relatives to this dealship. Jeff was very friendly and helpful when I told him what I was looking for in a car.He kept my price range realistic and was very knowledgable about the cars I looked at. I had never bought a car with same day delivery. I did not plan on buying a car on that day but the deal was good and I couldn't pass on it.

I had some major problems with my Ford Ranger truck and took it to Palm Coast Ford to get it fixed. The service department was helpful and courteous and made every effort to help correct my problems. After considerable time and investigation by Palm Coast Ford and me, we tracked down some other minor problems and the truck is now running great. Thanks Palm Coast Ford.
