We drove from Maryland to buy a specific car, a 2015 Genesis, and worked with Lamont Dean. He was professional and knowledgeable about the car, but it took far longer than expected, as we were there all afternoon. I don't think it was a reflection on him, but the way the dealership is laid out- jumping from his desk at Mazda to Hyundai, to Ford for car keys, etc. I'm not sure what they could do to improve the logistics, but we watched all the salesmen walk in and out of each dealership all afternoon. This has to be taxing on both the dealership and the buyer. We were very satisfied at the end, as Lamont confirmed that we had chosen the right car.

We went in to lease an Elantra because of the competitive price. The pricing was excellent , but because of the attention and service we received from Steve Cromartie, we ended up leasing three cars. Steve was professional, knowledgeable and has a tremendous personality. He was tremendously accommodating, and I am only sorry that I didn't need a fourth car! When I do need another car, I cannot imagine the circumstances that would make me go to any other dealer other than Pacifico and to any other salesman other than Steve.

I gave my son my 2010 Hyundai Elantra for a drive across the country for a job so I needed a car for myself. I usually do a lot of research before buying a car, however in this case I need a car rather quickly. Feeling comfortable about Elantra, I check the internet for prices and Pacifico had some good offers. Coincidently, I bought my last Hyundai at Pacifico so I headed there. Salesperson Lamont Dean was very helpful in finding for me an excellent car at a good price. Pacifico had the car certified so I could get the entire remainder of the 10 year warrantee and an excellent load rate (thanks to the man in the load department) was much better than I could get at my credit union.

All the sales staff were friendly and let me browse freely. My test ride gave me a good feeling for the handling and features of the car. It took a very long wait to get down to the pricing of my lease. I was at the dealership for five hours. The last person I met with was the Finance Director, Jack Kettell, who went through a mountain of paperwork explaining all the details. He was most helpful. I feel that if you could reduce the hours of waiting time it would greatly be appreciated by future customers.

Our representative Jodi Delia at Pacifico Hyundai was fantastic. She was very thorough considering we were buying a car with our daughter who was heading to college. She spoke with her like she was an adult and not an 18 year girl. She worked with her to find the perfect car for her at a budget that we and she could afford without breaking the bank. Hyundai is very lucky to have Jodi on the team. She was just a complete pleasure of professionalism, personality and thoroughness. We spent about 5.5 hours from the time we initiated the final sale to the time we drove off. I didn't expect it to take quite that long, but we were able to entertain ourselves and it wasn't a big problem. The staff was friendly and provided refreshments while we waited. In the end, this didn't really affect our overall impression of the dealership. Everything else was fine, so the wait time is the only thing I am able to criticize.

Pacifico was our third Hyundai dealer after having bad experiences at Conicelli and Faulker. The salesmen at those dealers didn't seem to care about us and didn't want to work with us to give us what we felt was reasonable for our trade-ins. From the moment we walked in the door, Jodi made it her goal to get us in the cars we needed. Pacifico gave us nearly $1,000 more for our trade than anyone else would. Overall it was a great experience and we'd recommend Pacifico and Jodi to anyone.

Absolutely perfect experience leasing a Mazda CX-5 with Susan Timpe at Pacifico. Susan walked me through the whole process from beginning to end and made sure I got the best deal I could. She took care of all paperwork and had me driving the car home the same day. She even came to the office on her day off when I had to go back to finalize some documents. This was my first experience with my sales representative, Bryan Foley. I learned of Pacifico Hyndai through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential "Keeper" for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at this dealer, or the area. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested, the Nissan Rogue was avaliable, and I spoke with Bryan Foley who informed me that it in fact was still available. Going in to dealership I knew which car I wanted but would have liked if salesperson would have shown me the features of the car. I also had a trade in ( Hyundai elantra) and it seemed like dealership was set on price for my trade in with no chance to offer more. I know my trade was an old car but it was running great and I used it daily for work. I thought it was more than what they offered . They basically got my trade in for a steal . But overall dealership treated me good and finance department helped me out offering me some perks so I figured getting a low price on my trade in was worth it .. plus I did want a new car

I came to this location to test drive a vehicle the dealership had listed on their website. It took over an hour for them to even locate the car and when they did it looked as though it had been off the selling lot for months. It was falling apart and filthy on the inside. The salesperson kept telling me that his manager took it out on a test drive the day before and the interior told another story.The salesman talked about leasing so I test drove a new vehicle and decided it wasn't financially for me and I would look at a different used vehicle. It also took him almost an hour to find a new vehicle for me to test drive. The sales manager came over to "talk to me" about why I wouldn't lease a brand new car. The pressure and guilt nonsense from car dealers.We test drove a used vehicle and I decided I wanted to purchase it. They rejected my pre-approval check (cash basically) because I had changed my name a few months ago. I even brought the court documents proving the name on the check was in fact me. They decided to run me under their financing programs which I agreed to. I sat there for TWO hours which would have been three if I hadn't threatened to leave. Five minutes later, they found financing for me but I was making a down payment with a card under my previous name, the same name on the check they refused. Except they would accept my court documents as proof of identity to use the card for a down payment. I walked out upset at how much of my time they wasted at this location. They were disorganized, the cars are poorly cleaned up for sales, but primarily they change their policies as it benefits them at the expense of the customer. The salesman actually was fine and I recommend Michael. However, his manager's over aggressive interference and the finance managers completely ruined the sale. Would never return to this dealership and do not recommend them to anyone.

Greg was courteous and friendly. He answered all our questions and make sure we were informed during our vehicle purchase. After leaving the dealership we notified Greg that we forgot to remove our easy-pass responder from the front windshield. Greg took care of the problem immediately and we were able to pick-up the responder the next day.

I always dread having to get a new car because I don't know anything about them and I don't like to haggle. It had been 13 years since I went through the process. Gregory took all the pain away. He was knowledgeable and basically a very good educator. He explained things I had no idea existed and that includes most technology. The only recommendation I have is when a customer hasn't owned in a while, take time to talk about what is under the hood; how to check fluids, show that the fluids are full, talk about the tires, tire care, and any advice our helpful tips that'd would extend the health of the car And possibly save the new owner money and worry.

This is my third Hyundai Sonata for 2015-2016 with Greg Glascoe. I purchased two 2015 Sonata for my kids in 2015. Greg was great. I received a great lease price for both. I thought Greg Glascoe was such an honest and trustworthy salesperson that I called him again. Last week my 1997 Pacifico Ford Taurus finally died. I called Greg - told him what I wanted and he had a car waiting for me when I got there. In fact, the lease price was great, but it was even better when he surprised me the day I came in to sign my papers. Greg upgraded my Sonata from an SE to a Sport package for the same monthly lease price!!!!! What a great person!!!! He is honest, and he is trustworthy. He will not disappoint. Jodi Delia was the 2nd Sales parson that I ended up with because Tyree became ill. They couldn't have put me in better Hands. Jodi is what I would call 1 of a Kind. Friendly, funny and make you feel like you've known her for ages. I even needed a ride to finalize paperwork and she took the time to take me where I had to go, waited for me and made sure I got everything straightened out before returning back to the dealership. I would highly recommend Pacifico Hyundai and the entire Pacifico Auto Group to my friends and family. I work in a similar environment where the customer is the most important person to the business. The customer wants to feel valued and appreciated. I will say I feel that way after purchasing a car from Pacifico Hyundai. My experience began with a visit to have my 2007 Madza CX-7 serviced by Pacifico Mazda. They performed the diagnostics and provided me with an honest evaluation of the car, what repairs would cost and the likelihood that I may need to look for a new car in the future. I appreciated the honesty they showed. I then started looking for a new car. I had a previous buying experience at Pacifico Ford many years ago and felt that this dealership was the best fit for me. I researched various cars and settled on a Hyundai. I had been in contact with a representative of Pacifico via the internet but when I arrived he was not available. I was greeted by Greg Glascoe who sat with me, listened to what I was looking for in a Hyundai. He found 2 cars that met my expectations. While Greg was getting the cars ready for the test drive, one of the sales managers, Jerry DeMary came over and introduced himself, explained everything, asked questions and thanked me for coming in. Greg returned and off we went on a test drive of both cars. He explained the features and benefits of each car and the differences. Once we returned the show room, there was no pressure. Everything was explained and broken out in easy to understand terms. They worked with me, answered my questions and still no pressure to buy. When I walked in I was not expecting to walk out the same day with my new car, but I did. They evaluated my trade, arranged the financing and I left driving my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra. The whole process from the time I walked in to the time I left took about 4 hours. I had brought my brother along to help with the process and he was highly impressed with how smoothly everything went. When I returned to finish up paperwork 2 days later, I was again treated professionally by Ed Dunning in Finance. He explained my options. There was no pressure. Again another great experience. The sales manager, Jerry even remembered my name when I stopped back to drop off my keys for the Madza. That small thing makes a difference when you deal with the public. I would highly recommend, Greg, Ed and the whole Pacifico dealership. And when I am ready for another car, this is where I will go.

Susan Timpe was great--very helpful & knowledgeable--I would never have guessed she was new to the dealership. My husband bought a Tucson at Pacifico in 2013 and our experience was also great back then. Chris Harmer remembered us when he saw us and also took great care of us. I often am responsible for bringing my husband's car in for service--can't say enough good things about the service department here either. One of the main reasons I chose to get a Sonata was Hyundai's excellent warranty but the reason I chose to purchase from Pacifico again was knowing that I would continue have a wonderful service experience after the sale. One of the people I worked with originally, Jay Reed, left the dealership or was terminated while I was corresponding via email. The only complaint I have is how long it took to sign papers and drive off. I was actually at the dealership in early January 2015 and the wait time was so ridiculously long I left. All in all though, my experience exceeded my expectations. I left with a good feeling and would recommend the dealership to other people.

I prefaced my visit to Pacifico with a statement that I didn't want to be sold to, pressured, or harassed in the process of buying my new 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport with both the tech and premium option packages. I had done my diligence through TrueCar.com and had already owned the same vehicle with the same options in the 2015 year (at least until my son totaled the car in an accident earlier that week). My father was being placed in hospice care that weekend and I didn't have the time or the patience for sales games. Sales Manager Jerry DeMary greeted me warmly, listened to my terms, and connected me with sales person Reginald Jefferson. Mr. Jefferson respected my time and intelligence. He treated me with a straightforwardness that surprised me. He was every bit the professional, answering my questions, and helping me through the sales process. Never once did Mr. Jefferson try to upsell or play the "what kind of payments can you afford" game that so many others seem to. I purchased the vehicle 3 days later and Mr. Jefferson remained the honest and open person that I had previously encountered. In finance, Mr. Ed Dunning was, likewise, the best finance person that I've ever encountered in over 5 purchases of new vehicles over the years. No game playing. No unnecessary options. We purchased our car from Pacifico and couldn't possibly have had a better experience. Here are the reasons why we thought they were the best among more than a dozen car-dealerships that we visited across both New Jersey and Pennsylvania:1) Great website with accurate breakdown of prices: Pacifico's website is user-friendly and lists the deals where you would expect to see them. They also have something very rare for car-dealership websites: For each deal, the Pacifico website gives you the breakdown of how much the car cost originally, itemizes each discount you're getting, and includes information about the reason for the discount so that you can calculate the cost of the car when you don't receive a discount that you're not eligible for.2) Sold us the car for the true car best price:We found the best price on offer from Truecar for the Hyundai Sonata that we were interested in. The best price from Truecar was the deal on offer from Pacifico. Besides, the price that I got from the sales rep matched the price on their website, which in turn matched the price on TrueCar, so they get points for transparency. They also accepted our trade-in car for its KBB value.3) Outstanding customer service:Folks at Pacifico are exceptionally friendly and are highly professional from the outset. Greg Glascoe, our sales representative, is affable and helpful, and helps make the experience of buying a car more pleasant (many other sales reps from other dealerships were sleazeballs!). Jason Oquendo, the manager, came across as honest and totally on top of things: he knows what he's talking about and he was able to handle all the more difficult questions we had (like how hard would it be to get the car registered in other states, how the down payments and car loans would work etc.). There was only one time that they were 'pushy' in the least, and that's when they were trying to sell us some extra warranty, but they backed down quickly enough once we showed that we weren't interested.5) Go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction:Our license plates were coming in from a different state and we had temporary license tags. The license plates were delayed though because of a blizzard and we were concerned about having the car parked out on Philly's streets. We asked Greg Glascoe, our sales rep, if we could leave our car at Pacifico until our plates arrived and he was more than happy to do this (even threw in a free car-wash!). Pacifico stored our car for three weeks (for a week even after the license plates arrived since we were on travel and couldn't come take the car). Our experience with Pacifico was hands-down *the best* among the dozens of car-dealerships we visited across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We endorse them 100%.

today i came in 2/1/16 around 4:00pm to get my car worked on as i was checking out the cashier that i usually see was not there which was very nice . whoever your new cashier is was very unprofessional . she was on her phone the entire time & then got a attitude with me . she said her name was mary !! after that expierence i will never come back to your dealership ever again . who ever hired that girl needs to hire better people for the position . very cocky !!! i tried calling the manager & i dont know if she answers the phones but everytime i called i got hung up on .. veryy poor custormer service .

We are in the situation to be shopping for a new car to replace my wife vehicle, 2009 Sonata. Have been trying to find a Genesis and Equus physically available to look at and sit in and test drive. Eventually found a Genesis but today called Pacifico and was told they had 2 Equus' on the lot. So my wife and I drove down from Media to take a look. Walked in, was greeted by the manager and after telling him what we wanted, he went to get a salesman. Came back and said he was wrapping up something but would be right over. Why another salesman couldn't take care of us, I will never know. After 10 minutes, the manager came back, told us the salesman would be right there and an Equus was 10 minutes away from getting out of detailing. After 10 minutes of sitting in the showroom, a total of 20 minutes altogether, we walked out. Will NEVER shop there. I can only imagine what the rest of their service is like.

Before going to Pacifico Hyundai I went to at least 4 other dealerships, and this was the one I felt most comfortable in. This was my first ever Hyundai purchase and to be honest I was dreading to do it for days. The main reasons why I was prolonging the purchase was because like most of us I hate the car buying process. I thought I was going to get the usual car salesman sneaky procedure and then back and forth with numbers for hours to end the deal. I couldn't have been any more wrong. When I arrived I was greeted by Chris (Sales Manager) who didn't ask me the usual" how can I help you", but with a nice genuine welcoming. We talked briefly about how they do business here different than other dealers and when I told him what car I was interested in, he then set me up with the most knowledgeable sales consultant Ive ever encountered. Lamont has been with the company for over 10 years and it showed! He had answers to all of my questions and even went out of his way to assist me even when someone in the internet dept. told me about a car that was no longer there. Lamont was professional, knowledgeable, and an all-around stand up man. Chris Harmer was also great, he helped get me the best price for the car and also explained step by step how he arrived at the prices and why. I already have friends that are interested in the Hyundai brand and I didn't hesitate to tell them to visit Pacifico Hyundai and ask for Lamont Dean.

My wife and I just recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 and it is a great vehicle. We enjoyed our experience overall, but we took an overall shorter time because we came into the dealership prepared. Beyond that, our only issue was the lack of finance managers. Whether sales volume is up or down, there need to be enough staff to accommodate the customers. In our case, it appeared as if sales were up and being closed in a timely fashion, then you had to wait, potentially a very long time. Other than that, Steve was awesome and made accommodations for us in light of being understaffed. As stated before, awesome experience! Would definitely go there again, if another purchase needs to be made in the future!

I had an overall good experience at Pacifico. I purchased an Elantra at Springfield 30 months ago. I thought I would buy my Tucson from them this time also, but after dealing with Gregory, Jerry and Jason, I was so impressed that I wasn't smothered to make a guick committment, that I actually did. I had been at Sprinfield Hyundai earlier in the day, and was offered the car approximately $2,000. higher than Pacifico. I guess I wasn't regarded as a loyal customer.. They called the following day and wanted to know if I was going to accept their offer. I told them of my committment to Pacifico. Their manager offered to beat your deal by $500. I told him that I'm a person of principle and that their new offer, after the fact , actually turned me off. I never mentioned a price at Pacifico, nor did I try to get them to give me a lower price. I kidded with Jerry before he gave me a price that I didn't want Pacifico to make all the money. He asked if I minded Pacifico making some money. I remarked that if you don't, you won't stay in business too long. I am a man of principle, and my word to Gregory and Jerry is my bond. If Springfield had been as forthright as your dealership, I would not be filling out this questionnaire right now. I would not run back to them to save $500' after I gave my word to Gregory and Jerry. I look forward to recommending your dealership in the future. I hope your service is as good as the sales department.

Reggie is one of the most relaxed and easy going salesmen to work with! I went to the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted off the lot but I didn't like the price. Reggie was able to work with me on the price, offer me more money for my trade in that I had originally expected and got my monthly payment right where I wanted it for the exact car I wanted! It was quick, easy going experience! I even turned in my out-of-state tint waiver and inspection report very late in the titling process and I still received my tags 2 days before the temporary one was due to expire! Steve was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was good experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. The car I purchased from Pacifico today was a certified pre-owned Hyundai Elantra 2013. It was a great deal given the low mileage, but the dealership could have worked more on details and cosmetic. The care was not cleaned/detailed prior to showing it to customer for test drive. After the test drive, the car was taken back to the detailing department to get "cleaned." After I waited for 1.5 hours, the car came back looking better, but definitely not totally cleaned as promised. Steve took the car back himself and cleaned/vacuumed the interior for me. I

Every time I bring my car in everyone is so professional and very accommodating. Dennis and Everett in the Service Dept. are great and extremely nice. They always greet you when you come in for service and come out and explain everything in detail that needs to be done and/or has been done to your car. But the level of service doesn't end there, they mechanics who get your car as soon as you pull in the garage are good and the young lady that checks you out when you settle your payment for services is also great. I love the complimentary WIFI as well as the coffee, tea and Philly soft pretzels that are in the waiting room, which makes it nice to wait for your car. I actually can sit there and get work done while I'm waiting for my vehicle. Also I like to walk up to the showroom and see what new cars they have in there as well. All around great experience and I love my Pacifico for Life Membership which yields me free oil changes with my coupons. Thanks for being a class act!

My husband and I visited Pacifico to investigate a new car we saw through my company's employee services site while we were still undecided on the type of vehicle that was right for us. We were resigned to visiting multiple dealerships to try our top model contenders, but because of their great used options, we were able to try on a few models on our list and found an incredible used version of our top pick. Kevin Crump was a great guide through the process...a consummate professional. He left us to look on our own when we needed it and then patiently, and with good humor, took us out in all the cars we wanted to try. We had fun, we felt relaxed and we were able to really get a feel for each vehicle without feeling pressured. It felt like we were going shopping with our friend who knew a lot about the cars. All the staff around were friendly and funny, too. Ed Dunning walked us through the finance and signatures, explaining our warranty options clearly and succinctly (which we needed at that point...it was a long day.) We left feeling like we made a great choice, that our wish list was checked off and then some and our wallet patted us on the back on the way home. All around a great experience and we will be back.

Being my first time leasing a car on top of never owning one as well, I was nervous and cautious about the whole experience and the decisions to be made. Luckily, I could have not asked for a more positive experience. Everyone at Pacifico especially Roy Ruttenberg went over and beyond to meet my needs, but above all made me feel safe and confident in my choices. Roy literally walked me by the hand step by step, and made a once unfamiliar spectrum to me familiar. He clarified all the details and educated me on the vehicle itself. All along delivering specifically what I requested and not pushing things onto me. My overall experience, was fantastic and most of all left me with a sense of trust and security.

I gave Pacifico Hyundai a 5 star rating because my experience was, once again, wonderful! Everyone there goes out of their way to be polite, friendly, and helpful. They told me it would take approximately thirty minutes, and thirty minutes after I arrived, they told me that my car was finished. They understand the importance of being timely and realize that everyone's time is valuable. I already highly recommend this dealership to others. In fact, I've bought every car I've ever purchased from Pacifico Hyundai, and last year, my daughter and my father also bought cars from Pacifico. LaMont was the sales person for all three of us, and he was super! I can't say enough great things about this dealership!

I had a reason to be in the area of the dealership yesterday and I dropped in without an appointment to see if there might be a cancellation. Dennis was very helpful and he was able fit my vehicle in for an oil change, and he even arranged local transportation for me. Being able to do this saved my having to make a special trip for this service, and was greatly appreciated.

Really appreciated working with Greg - he's professional and attentive and follow-through with each aspect of the car-buying process. My husband and I knew what we wanted and have a 3-month old, so each time we came in, we stressed the importance of getting in and out of the dealership quickly. We didn't want to waste time with unnecessary sales, etc. Greg was so respectful of our time and helped prepare everything we needed before we got to the dealership. This dealership had a very relaxed environment. You don't feel pressured to buy instantly. Gregory took his time with every question that I had and made sure that I had a great experience. My only concern is I have insurance with the company and I was told I was covered for everything except tires (and I can't remembered if he said brakes!). I continued to for the services I receives even though I believe it covered under the warranty. I also felt, from the e-mail that encouraged me to come in, I was to receive some bonus discounts for the advertisement of which I did not receive. I love my car and appreciate the service, so now if I'm treated fairly-properly and honestly when I'm invoiced for payment, my respect and appreciation for the company will be even greater than my wholeheartedly fulfillment I have now!!!Thank you and I sincerely appreciate having this opportunity to share my sentiments.Tyrone L. We bought our Hyundai Santa Fe from Pacifico and have been taking it there for factory recommended maintenance and State inspection. We know that of course it would cost more at Pacifico comparing to other auto repair shops but we trust Pacifico who know our car and would do a proper knowledgeable maintenance on it.The nice and clean waiting room (with beverage and Philly pretzel) also a plus while I waited for my car.Stepp Steven was super nice and kept me updated thru out my wait!

Pacifico Hyundai took me under their wing and made me feel comfortable and gave me the tools I needed to succeed. Specifically Reginald (Reggie). From offering water every 30 minutes because of the heat, making sure I had sufficient gas in the tank before the car left the lot, and even taking a ride with me to the nearest CVS to insure I purchased the right USB cable for my vehicle. However at Pacifico Hyundai and Mazda I felt relaxed , well informed and very comfortable. I was met by salesman Mike Conahan. The car I was looking for from the Internet wasn't quite available yet. He asked me if I wanted to look at other vehicles to which I did. Due to his relaxing demeanor,professionalism and knowledge I purchased a vehicle. I made my appointment online a couple of weeks ago - looking for the soonest "first thing in the morning" appointment. Got an 8:15AM appointment about 10 days. Called to confirm and to ask about how long the appt would last - they said about an hour.- Pulled in - a very friendly man took my information, helped me out of the car.Make sure you have your Warrenty Coupon Book - and keep it in the glove compartment so you always have it available, as when I checked in, the Service Manager used the coupons and there was no charge for the service!- Waiting Room is clean and pleasant. Great coffee machine and the Philly Soft Pretzels were a tasty surprise - and much appreciated.- They need stronger WIFI signal, as I brought my IPad, but was unable to use it for Internet access. Luckily I had books downloaded.- Car was ready in just over 1 hour - and all was well.- Got a coupon for a free car wash - Didn't realize I had to drive around the block for this (thought they do this before they bring the car back to you). Unfortunately, the carwash was broken, so I have the coupon and just have to find a reason to come back to Pacifico to use it.

I just leased my first car from this dealership last Saturday. Kevin Crump, the sales associate was very patient, helpful, nice, and knowledgeable with regard to the cars. It wasn't all business however, which is what I really liked. He was funny and listened to what I had to say. I signed all of my paper work with Jason Oquendo who was also very helpful and nice and made the signing process very easy and quick. I left the dealership feeling very happy with my decision. I had a pretty good experience at this dealership although I was very informed about what I wanted before visiting Pacifico. The only complaints I had were with the initial financing offer and the time it took to get all the paperwork signed. I knew what my credit was (within 5 points), I also knew what my interest rate would be. In conjunction with my downpayment - I calculated my monthly payment within a +/- $3 margin for error. The initial offer came back super high, like somewhere between $30 and $50 per month higher which on average would have had me overpaying for this car by $2500. I rejected that offer and relayed my numbers to finance manager who countered again with a range that had my number at the very bottom of that range and $10 more per month at the top of that range. I circled my number and sent the offer back and the deal was made. I didn't haggle the price of the car. I was happy to give them what they were asking for. Once we reached an agreement, it took what seemed to be another 2hrs to get the paperwork signed and me out the door.Car buying is not an emotional experience for me. I know what I want, I know what I have and I know what should be delivered to me. So I needed this transaction to go as quickly as possible. After the test drive, I wanted to be done in about an hr. The process took about 3hrs.

I was greeted by Asst. Manager Steven Stepp, who was very professional and friendly. The initial paperwork was completed quickly. I waited last than an hour to have my car repairs completed and enjoyed a hot cup of coffee while waiting. South Philly pretzels were available but I didn't have one since I am watching my carbs.I perused the new car lot for the 2016 Tucsan with a Ed Jess, salesman who also was knowledgeable and professional. I was introduce to the sales manager who also was friendly. The service department has been greatly improved since my last service appointment.

My experience at Pacifico was wonderful from the moment we drove on the lot. Within two minutes Lamont greeted myself and my husband, he was very helpful and understanding of my wants and needs concerning the purchase , with trade in, of a new vehicle. He multi-tasked, getting one thing taken care of while we were did something else, saving all of us time. The typical dealings of a car sale happened and once the sale was agreed on, we were handed over to Jason...this guy made spending money fun and painless!!! Wonderful personality.Two days later I was in touch with Lamont about bringing the Tucson back to have a sunroof installed. Just this evening I dropped it off and was provided with a rental for two days. It's early in this "new relationship", but there is nothing negative that I can say about this dealership or its employees. Definitely will recommend to friends and family :)

On Wednesday, July 29, I went (with my daughter, Kelsey) to Colonial Hyundai, (45 minutes, Drive) with an agreed price and intention of getting a new car. What I got was a brawl with a pack of vultures disguised as car salesmen. The lying, mistrust, and rudeness, was something I've never been a part of, and I've been in the restaurant business for over 40 years. So, next night, Plan B, armed with a Pacifico Hyundai's TrueCar price. My first contact was with Jill Dawson. She was wonderful, answering ever question from car color to price, with niceness and professionalism. I explained my skepticism, but she just chuckled and said, "I promise you. You won't have any of those problems with us, especially with Gregory helping you." We pull into the lot, and immediately spot a black Accent. "Is that it?!?!" she yelled. "I hope so." I said and thought after being promised a black car from the previous dealer but once we got there was told they only had 3 other colors. We are quickly greeted by Gregory with a huge smile and friendly handshake. "You must be Sean?", he turned to Kelsey, "and you?" Kelsey introduced herself. "How do you like your new car?" Kelsey lit up. "This is the one! Is this what we're getting". "Your dad just has to come in and sign some paperwork". Once inside, we did the necessary paperwork, where Greg explained the car and financing details. So far, so good, my price and terms are being honored. As Greg took us on a tour of the site and introduced us to Jason Oquendo. Jason seemed nice enough, but then so did the finance snake the night before, when he raised the monthly payment $45. But Jason was as professional, thoughtful, and kind as everyone I had met so far. He did his job and educated me on my options without making meat all feel forced, pressured, or uncomfortable. We signed papers, shook hands, and finalized our deal. I went from anger, mistrust, and disappointment to one of the rewarding parental experiences of my life in 24 short hours. Because this wasn't just a new car purchase for my Kelsey, it was a long overdue reward. Kelsey just graduated Kutztown, but the last 9 months have been an emotional rollercoaster. Last December, during final's week, one of Kelsey's roommates went into cardiac arrest, Kelsey performed CPR until the paramedics arrived. It was touch and go for a few days, but Kelsey's roommate, Chelsea, after being in a 2 day coma, needing pacemaker, she came back to school in full health. Dispite the wonderful outcome, Kelsey still has emotional scarring, nightmares, and fears from that traumatic night which I feel last a long time. When Chelsea came back to college, she also came back with a brand new car. Now, my Kelsey never said a word about the car, she was very happy just to see her friend alive and back to school. Because my daughter Kelsey is one of the kindest, thoughtful, selfless people I've ever been privileged to know, and to say she's my daughter just makes me proud everyday. But unfortunately, I'm not Kelsey. That new car dug at me ever time I visited my Kelsey. The girl who survives gets a brand new car, while the girl who saved her gets to drive around campus in a 1997 Ford Taurus. But Kelsey never complained, it was me who wanted more for her, but couldn't to give it to her. And frankly, maybe I'm still not in the best financial position to it now, but Kelsey has waited long enough, she overdue for something special her life. She earned it, she save someone's life. So in closing, I'd like to say I'm extremely happy and grateful for Jill, Jason, and especially Greg for not just a great car purchasing experience, but for making a parental wish come true. The smile on her face, the hug she gave me, and "thanks so much Dad, I love you so much", brought tears to me eyes, and a memory I'll have forever. Your team gave me that moment, and I'll never forget it , and I'll never stop trying to repay by sending everyone I know to your great dealership.

They have a great price and they know it. They also aren't pushy at all because they know that their price can stand alone, but they are super friendly. You can't really negotiate on price, though. They ended up accidentally quoting a price that was higher than it actually was, but they sent me a refund for the difference quickly. The Pacifico for Life program is pretty awesome as well. I would obviously recommend doing TrueCar, but when it comes up that the best price is at Pacifico, don't be surprised when you find yourself driving off their lot in a new car.

It took me a few days to think about what I would say so here goes. I have dealt with Greg Glasgoe , baught 2 cars from him in the past, my family of at least 6 baught cars from him and my 2011 Sonata was baught at Springfield Hyundai, due to the fact the Greg took some time off for a tradegy in his life. When I heard Greg was back I couldn't wait to trade my 2011 in just to buy another car from him. My experience between Springfield and Pacifico, cannot compare. I work in real estate and I know what it's like to make commision and to me it's not all about the money, it is about making the buyer happy, that's the best reward. Springfield was about the money, Greg was not, he cares about the customer so much that half my family has his cell number. He is a stand up guy, honest and caring. I have to be honest, if I didn't find out that Greg was back I would have went with another type car all together and not have even thought about Hyundai again, not because I don't like Hyundai but because of Greg. My only comment at the end of the visit was the gentleman told me that I would need several things upon return. Some oil thing, not sure of filter , but two other things I'm not familiar thing. When I returned for my recall item to be installed, I asked for the list of things that I needed and that gentleman said I needed 2 new back tires and one other thing. None of which was told me upon the first visit. I was disappointed about that.....

The only negative issue I had was the amount of time it took to get the deal done. My family and I already knew the car we wanted to purchase when we walked in the dealer, although we changed the trim level at the last minute. We had the pleasure of working with Ed Jess who was the 1st to greet us at our 1st visit to the dealership. We have also worked with Chris Harmer on an issue we had after purchasing the vehicle. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. No pressure sales and everyone was very friendly. Jason Oquendo helped us with the financial end and got us a great rate! The only thing that bothered me was that the front left tire did not pass inspection. At the end of May I had replaced the two front tires with used tires due to two flat tires. I was told by you guys that the tires one had a reading of a 2 the other a 5. I took the tire back to where I bought it and they showed me personally that the reading was 5 all around. I'm a little bit confused as to why you read it as a 2. I was very disappointed.

Overall I enjoyed purchasing my vehicle from Pacifico. They matched the price from another dealership, gave me good deal and untill purchase of vehicle things went preety smooth. I know they could have definately given me more money for my tradein vehicle.One incident which I didnt like was sales person promised me on the day I purchased vechical that he will help me get license plate installed from another dealership near my house so that I dont have to drive 75 milese to just get plates installed. But I called him for like 2 weeks non stop and he never returned me my phone call. I even called him yesterday and he still didnt reruned my phone call. I went to another hyundai dealership near my house and got front plate installed for $25 dollar finally, althought I think they should have put it for free since this is Hyundai and atleast they can do this much favor to hyundai owners for purchasing new car. I didnt expect this from a sales person to whom I tipped $25 dollar on the day of vehicle purchase but oh well I guess some people are like this.Overall I enjoyed purchasing vechicle from this dealership and will definately recommend to my friends and family.Best person who worked with me was James Fisher, Chris Harmer. Christian Ross was my sales rep and overall he was fine but after vehicle purcahse was completed he never called me back for anything I called him.Overall very good dealership and beside this one incident I am glad I went to this dealership. Steve was very courteous and and helpful. I was in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and I told Steve that my sun visor was broken and he said that he would see if it was covered by Huyndai and he called me the next day to say that it was covered and for me to call to make an appointment to have it replaced. I had recently been in a car accident where I was hit by an uninsured driver, and experienced a total loss on my car, so I had been pretty frustrated with the situation. I came to Pacifico after receiving some Truecar estimates through my insurer. They offered to text me (which is very convenient, because I can't access personal e-mail/take calls easily at work), and set up an appointment for me with a sales rep. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by the sales rep, who let me know what they had in stock. It was a breeze being able to find the car I wanted, and they were SO helpful in getting me the best price/interest rate they could. They really seemed to care about me and my situation, and they did an amazing job. I never could have imagined leaving a car dealership so satisfied, even though there was a bit of a wait (being a Saturday at the end of the month). I'm so happy with my new car, and I will be recommending Pacifico to everyone I know!

Took the matter up with the general sales manager and after a hour or so conversation a settlement was offered and accepted. Therefore, check websites thoroughly because its possible for pacifico to advertise vehicle cheaper on the internet.

I have spent the last 15 years living abroad, so the last time I bought an new car was in the late 90s. I already had the car selected and a loan approved, so I thought there wouldn't be any problems, smooth sailing, no bumps in the road, and other cliches along this theme. So I walk in to the showroom, prepped for battle but I get James Fisher, then Marc Lightsey, both are smiles and handshakes. This is not exactly what I had imagined. Surely, I thought this will fade and the car sales guy we all know will show up to rip me off. That guy never made an appearance. Marc and the staff at Pacifico knew more about the processing of my pre-approved loan than my bank reps did. I called the bank 3 times and got a different story about purchase procedure. Mr Lighsey told me different and understood why I would side with my bank of several decades. In the end, he was right and the bank was wrong. If I took parts of each bank call, then the bank could be right also, but each call to them just muddied the waters more. Anyway, Marc was totally cool, talking to me like I was on the playground again ready to fight little Johnny over nothing. He says, "After the house, the car is the next most expensive purchase, so it is expected." and "Studies have found that people would rather go to the dentist than buy a car". I guess these guys are sort of emotional counselors or something because I was ready to blow 30 years of sobriety over a car purchase. I wanted the old sales guy back, you know the one, he got your money, divinity, pride and all you got was a shiny new ride. That guy I understood.But instead, I got Marc Lightsey and Pacifico Hyundai. Thanks for the experience

Reggie did an awesome job from start to finish. I am a very picky person and everything has to be just right. Reggie was very patient with me and attended to my every request. He never pressured or rushed me in any way. He drove me around on a rainy night to look at many, many cars and I actually ended up buying the very first car he showed me. The man is good. I highly recommend seeing him for your new/used/leased car purchase. Great dealership also!! I live a half mile from the Turnersville Auto Mall and they couldn't make the deal. Pacifico could!! My experience at Pacifico Hyundai was bitter sweet. Bitter because I wasn't sure what to expect knowing my credit score was not the best and that the people working there might look down on me. and sweet because I kept thinking maybe we will drive home in a new car today, our car was dying. When we first walked into the door,Steven Cromartie , a very pleasant man asked did we need any help, and then went to get a sales person for us. Out comes this young man,{Marc Lightsey}, with the biggest brightest smile with his hand extended to shake hands. At this point I felt like we were in good hands. I told him about my credit fears and he said that there were options for people with credit concerns. The whole time I was there , Marc was great, he kept me informed of every detail and was extremely polite ,professional and friendly even when I wasn't. He was always upbeat and gave eye contact when explaining anything to us. HE HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST EMPLOYEES Pacifico Hyundai has. I also met Cris Harmer who also was not only very Professional and Knowledgeable about my concerns, but he was comforting as well. He too gave great eye contact and lots of reassuring when he noticed I was still scared some. THANKS CHRIS FOR ALL YOUR HELP! Last but not least, we met Mr. Ed, the finance man was very friendly, he made us feel very relaxed and that was no easy task , because we were more afraid to go into his office then any other office not knowing what type of money questions he might ask. I was helping my mom find a car for lease and after I felt I wasn't getting the best deal from another dealership, I reached out to Pacifico Hyundai/ Mazda. They did give us a better deal over the phone so we went with them. Gregory Glascoe was the salesperson assigned to us and from our first introduction he was very upbeat and enthusiastic and a had a very positive energy. He was genuinely interested in making sure we had a great experience and that all our questions were answered. Most dealerships say they are all about customer service but few actually are. Gregory was outstanding and did everything he said he would. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. If I have anything negative to say its that the first person I'd spoken with (not Gregory) did not return my call in the 30-45 mins that he said he would, I reached out to him again after about 4/5 hours...it was the end of the month so things could have gotten busy but still felt that he could have gotten someone to call to let us know he hadn't forgotten about us.....but all in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership and Gregory in particular.

He came in on his day off and sat with me to go over all the figures. After reviewing everything, it turned out the rate his finance team came up with was the best rate. I surfed the Internet for new small car prices - Volkswagen, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Kia, Ford, Toyota, Hyundai. Pacifico Hyundai's Accent came up the best. I was pleasantly surprised when Cynthia Crum gave me over the phone the exact price of the hatchback, right to the penny. The very next day, Reggie Jefferson took me to the Pacifico office and within two hours, handed me the papers and the keys to the Accent. It was brand spanking new, only 3 miles on the odometer, and sparkling clean, gleaming in the sunlight. I love that car, and like it more with each day. I am writing this review now to show my gratitude for the friendliness and quick help given by Ms. Crum and Mr. Jefferson. My previous experience with car sales folk has been dreary and a drag but these 2 Pacifico employees make me look back with fondness at their honesty, complete command of their material, and their forthrightness. I actually enjoyed buying this car as much as I now enjoy the car itself!

I took my car to Pacifico Hyundai twice in that last 2 months. Both times I had made an appointment online. I had to make an appointment online because I was unable to get an actual person on the phone in the service department and my voicemail messages were not returned. The first time I went there I waited 3 hours for them to tell me that they needed to order a part. They assured me that they would call when my part came in. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally called to see if the part came in, of course it took serveral attempts and more unanswered voicemails for me to get an acutal person on the phone who told me my part came in quite a while ago. I went ahead and made another appointment to get the part installed, thinking I would have another 3 hours wait I opted to use the shuttle service thist time. 2 days before my scheudled appt, I get a call telling me if I do not call and schedule an appt that they will send my part back! I tried to call them back and tell them that I had an appt in 2 days and not to send my part back, but of course again I was unable to get anyone on the phone and again my voicemail messages went unanswered. I make my appt for 11am and indicated that I would like the shuttle service. When I asked how long the repair would take they said 1.5-2 hours. After waiting an hour and the shuttle still had not arrrived I opted to just wait for my car to be finished. I was there for over 3 hours. This service department is a DISASTER! Please save yourself time and frustration and take your car someone else. In my opinion this dealership only cares about selling cars not servicing them. There is no point in making an appointment with the service department because they will treat everyone as a 'walk-in' and make you wait anyways.

My lease was almost up on my 2011 Sonata. I loved that car and wanted something similar. My salesperson Steve Chromartie worked hard to provide me with not only similar, but better than what I had. Although price was important, I was accustomed to a certain amount of luxury I had with my previous car. Unfortunately, Steve's manager insisted he show me a level below, with cloth seats, no sunroof, etc. to keep the monthly lease at the same level. Steve apologized to me for bringing it out. I almost walked away, but he then brought me out to the lot to show me what he thought I would like, and I loved it! I signed the paperwork and drove out with that car, at a price that I could work with. Thank you Steve for listening and translating what you customers want into a reality.

Compared to many dealerships I have been to, Pacifico are the most honest, and least hassle and I have been to so many including Toyota, Nissan, and other Hyundai and they also gave us a real good price. I was nervous, my '96 Maxima broke down - I couldn't get to my dealership as scheduled, but Reggie was kind and came to pick me up from my house and drove me and my daughter to the Dealership. I chose to browse through most of the delaerships along the auto-mall area in search of quality used car. Let's just say I didn't have much luck, nor did I enjoy a few of the sales reps I spoke with. I did enjoy my first visit to Pacifico Hyundai, where I spoke with Brett. He was very patient with me (after all I was buying my first car) and took the time to get a feel of what was right for me by taking price, style, and the "eye-test" into consideration. I told him I liked a few things, but that I wanted to bring my dad back to help and that I would ask for him. He was very open about his schedule and assured that he would have availability to work with me. I was back 2 days later and Brett, once again, took his time to narrow down the search and carefully explain the financing. Needless to say, I fell in love with a pearl blue Sonata and couldn't thank Brett enough for showing me a car with great style, modern design, and most importantly- THE RIGHT PRICE. I would highly suggest people ask for him when they are either an experienced buyer, or a novice like myself. Thanks for all the help!!!

Reginald Jefferson and Pacifico have once again surpassed my expectations. I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Civic LX Coupe from Pacifico Hyundai. This is my second purchase at this dealership and with Reggie. I had stopped in about a month prior to this purchase to look at a couple cars. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a vehicle that matched my needs or my budget. Thankfully, I had Reggie in my corner. He continued to communicate with me through both emails and phone calls to let me know about additional vehicles I may like. I came back in to look at one of the cars he suggested and to kick the tires, but I really wasn't interested in it. Reggie took me around the lot to check out a few other selections he made. As we were looking for one vehicle, I happened to spot a 2010 Honda Civic LX. After taking it for a test drive, I was very interested in it. Reggie was extremely empathetic to my needs as we negotiated the price of both my trade and this car. I really wasn't expecting to leave with this car. Ultimately the deal got done. I was very happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Reginald Jefferson. Reggie even took the time a few weeks later to call me to wish me Happy Birthday. As a side note, I had a couple issues with water coming into the spare tire compartment and right above the driver seat in the headliner. Both issues were immediately addressed by both Reggie and the Pacifico Mazda Service Department. Both problems were quickly resolved. Loved this dealership. We went to a few Hyundai dealerships and dealt with a few over the phone, but this, by far, exceeded our expectations. First dealt with Tim, whom helped us decide b/w a Genesis or a Sonata (yes yes, we know...huge difference bw the two). We test drove both, loved both, but although Genesis would have meant a bigger commission check for Tim, he steered us to the Sonata bc that was a better fit for our family. He cared more about us than getting paid which was awesome!Then the next day, we were helped by Chris over the phone. He was absolutely amazing. Over the phone, he seemed so upbeat and willing to help us in any way he can. I didn't feel like I was bothering him with questions or negotiations. He met us part way with our trade in numbers and worked with us with numbers regarding our new vehicle purchase. He was also very fast in rreturning phone calls too.Next day, husband and I came in to put a deposit down bc we thought we needed to get a vehicle we wanted shipped. Well, Hyundai didn't offer that color combination we thought they had. :-( We wanted the Hyundai Sonata limited in White with black interior. The limited in White only came in Brown, Gray, or Beige. WTH sonata!! Anyway, Cynthia, and Greg did everything they could to find a vehicle we absolutely wanted. Cynthia searched over 500 miles to look for a vehicle we wanted and Greg walked the lot (I swear about 10xs) bringing up tons and tons of different vehicles. Even if we didn't even ask him to. We really wanted to see what a brown interior looked like. He was determined to find one, and wala...he did! We hated it! LOL, but he didn't stop there. He was determined. Finally found a black interior with white exterior and panaramic sunroof. Drove it up. Showed it to us. We loved it, but it was the sport model which we hated the drive. He walked to lot again. I LOVED how determined he was. He was such a blast to work with. So upbeat, funny, and willing to find something we absolutely loved. BC they didn't have absolutely what we wanted, both the dealership/manager (Tim and Chris) and I worked together so we both be happy. They worked out an amazing deal with me with a vehicle on their lot and I walked away a happy customer.Jason helped with financing. He was the one that ran my credit score, got me an amazing financing number, and went over all the paperwork with me. He made the process so easy, I felt like I didn't have to question any of his work. Most dealerships would say to finance with Hyundai, but this one didn't care as long as I got a great rate.Come here. You will not be dissappointed in the service you get. I honestly can say they care more about customers happiness than anything else. :-) I absolutely LOVE my new car and I've been showing it off to everyone.

This was my first time buying a car and Reggie Jefferson made my first-time experience very pleasurable. He answered every question no matter how small, and was very friendly. He is not only great at his job, he is very personable and was involved in every aspect down to making sure I loved every part of the car, the price, the color, made sure I had afforable insurance with an insurance agent on-site. He even noticed as I was pulling off the lot that one of the back break lights was out and immediately called me. Christian Ross is an amazing salesperson, and will continue to be my family's salesperson going forward. I bought my first car from him 2 years back and it was a steal of a deal. He did everything in his power to get me into a car that fit my budget and my conditions. That ended up being a great 2006 Saturn ion 2, I still have and it runs great it but decided it was time to upgrade to something newer and bigger. So I went back to Christian and he found me a 2011 Chevy Impala LT that was amazing and I am happy to have. Christian worked his magic on the numbers and was able to get the car to fit my budget, I am appreciative and will only consider buying cars from him going forward. I didn't know if I was really ready to trade in my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, but I was browsing on Pacifico Hyundai's website, and started talking to wonderful Cynthia Crum. She set me up an appointment to come in and meet with Lamont Dean. Lamont is a very experienced sales person that knows a great deal about every car out on the lot. We test drove a lot of vehicles, and I decided on a 2015 Hyundai Tuscan. Lamont was very professional and made buying my vehicle from Pacifico Hyundai such a wonderful experience. The team did everything they could to help us in getting a financing deal with a credit union even with the fact that we were relatively new to US and have limited credit history.Chrisitan was very friendly, patient and would find us any information we needed even if that meant walking back and forth between offices a hundred times. I came into Pacifico Hyundai with the intent to lease a car for the first time. Before I even entered the building, Ted came out and greeted me in the parking lot. We had an appointment (scheduled with James Fisher, the internet sales person who got me into the door in the first place - great salesperson!) and Ted was able to help us right away. He was patient and answered all my questions without rushing or pressuring us. We test drove a Hyundai Elantra and loved it. We sat down to negotiate the lease and things went smoothly for the most part. It went on a little longer than I expected - we were probably there for over 6 hours. Once all the papers were signed, we went out to take the car home and realized that the carpet floor mats were missing and they forgot to fill the gas tank. They told us that they didn't have any mats in stock but that we could pick them up as soon as they arrived at the dealership in about a week. They also filled the gas tank before we left. Overall, we had a relatively positive experience and I'm happy the car leasing experience wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Reggie was friendly and honest from the moment we met in the parking lot. He greeted me, asked if I had an appointment, then immediately took me over to look at the car I was interested in. He shared some of his personal experience with buying a new car and helped me pick the right one for me. The process was quick, no hassle and I was always treated with respect. Lisa was not a service advisor but she says to me tell me what is going on with your vehicle maybe I can try to answer your questions and she did. Lisa was very professional, caring, and took the time for me. Lamont stuck by me during my indecisive journey of picking out the right car for me. He helped me weigh my options, gave me the pros and cons of all of the possible cars to select from. Was honest about what was and wasn't in my target budget, and worked for HOURS to get my dream car, which was way out of my budget, into a comfortable monthly payment range for me. He didn't give up! He worked with me from beginning to end, was PATIENT, didn't rush me, didn't get annoyed with me. And was willing to run through the numbers as many times as I needed to.
