I conducted my deal via email from out of state for my daughter who had just moved to the area. Shannon was my email contact. After 2 emails and one phone conversation. An acceptable deal was reached. My daughter went to the dealership, completed financing paperwork, signed all necessary documents and was handed the keys to her 2014 Mazda3 w/tech pkg in approximately 2 hours. No other pressure to up sell or buy additional add-ons. She's very happy and I feel better about what she drives.

I recently purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Ourisman Hyundai-Mazda of Laurel. I am extremely pleased with the whole process and my salesman Mr. Bijan Karimi. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and took ample time to answer all of my questions completely and honestly. Just before I took the possession of the car Bijan went through every item in the car to make sure I know where everything is. Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of service I have received and I am sure I will be purchasing my next vehicle through Ourisman Hyundai-Mazda with Bijan as my contact person.

I recently visited Ourisman Hyundai of Laurel to find a replacement for my Elantra(also purchased from them). My salesperson Mr. Bijan Karimi in the Internet dept. who had also sold me my previous car found me the exact car I was looking for. His honestly and professionalism is second to none. I live over 50 miles from this dealership and pass several Hyundai dealers to get to Laurel but Bijan's patience and friendly smile and demeanor brought me back to this dealership. Thank you Ourisman for having a great staff.

I just bought an Elantra GT, 6MT, from Ourisman Hyundai. I absolutely love it. The salesman I worked with was friendly, did exactly what was expected, and did not waste any time. A couple of other people, however, tried very hard to sell me their dealership warranties, which wasted a couple of hours. Annoying, sure, but they're just doing what they're trained to do, so I can't blame them. After all, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to have when I left and I did just that. Overall, not a bad experience. I can't speak for the rest of the cars, but the one I ended up with is perfect, so I am quite happy with the purchase. Many thanks to Nick Cutlip.

I was completely blown away by the quick response from Ourisman to my online inquiry about a specific car I found on cars.com. I found the car I had been searching for all over the east coast, so when I found it, I was naturally very excited. The sales person not only got back to me quickly, but he also placed the car on hold for me until I could get there later that night. He had it cleaned and ready for me to drive away. I was very impressed with the service! The associate was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I felt like other dealers I met with did not really want to sell me the car I wanted, but rather their financing or whatever they had too much of on their lot. I would have like for my trade-in negotiation with the general manager at Ourisman to have gone much more smoothly, but overall my experience at Ourisman Mazda/Hyundai was pretty awesome!

We had a great time shopping for our car and or sales person (Ben Stark)was really great in making sure we were comfortable with our deal and went above and beyond in finding the car we wanted and got it from Virginia for us. The service department is excellent and they did a great job on my car..

I was thinking to buy Elantra for some time. My friends recommended me to look up on Cars.com. So I found the vehicle I like and contacted the dealership via the internet. They responded quickly regarding my interest in a specific vehicle. I went for test drive to dealership and bought the car same evening :) the service was great!

I saw an ad for a vehicle on Cars.com and contacted the dealership via the internet. They responded quickly regarding my interest in a specific vehicle and were easy to work with. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the vehicle it definitely felt like a "car dealership," and I was initially put off by the atmosphere and I experienced. However, everyone I dealt with was customer-focused and knowledgeable. I believe and area for improvement would be a quicker and more efficient "closing" process. After purchase i encountered a significant issue with the vehicle and the service department took care of things and resolved things very quickly and effectively with excellent customer service.

I would strongly advise that folks do not visit this dealership due to their bad customer service and care for the consumer. Purchased a used car with a bad alternator. When asked if there are any issues with the car, dealership including its management said no. Dealership forgot to photocopy back of drivers license so the process of obtaining tags is extremly delayed Called multiple time to obtain Radio and Navi codes, which were written down on a piece of paper within the car's file folder, dealership never got back to us. Terrible experience and would not even come close to recommending this place to anyone.

I spoke with the dealer about a car listed on cars.com. He asked what time I would come to Ourisman Hyundai used cars - did not tell me the car had already been sold. When I arrived, the person I spoke with was surprised to discover the car we discussed had been sold 2 days ago. He did try to interest me in other types of cars on the lot. I spent an hour driving because I was misled.
