My mom bought a new 2022 Pathfinder yesterday and we were so pleased with the service we received from Mrs. Randi Trotter! She was amazing!!! She asked all the right questions, listened to everything she wanted and made the whole process SO easy and not a hassle like most car buying experiences are! She was a dream to work with!! Glad I decided to go here. I’m new to this grown up thing and all the other dealerships fast talked me to a point of no understanding, but not Randi. She met and greeted me at my car when I first decided I needed a new car and helped me every step of the way. She gave great advice and helped me make the best decision that fit me perfectly. 10/10 I will be recommending everyone I know to her. I could write a book of nice things to say about Randi (Ice) Trotter. We have been shopping around for months but we were to anxious to pull the trigger because we have never financed a car before. We pulled in the parking lot and we were greeted by the sweetest lady (Randi) I didn’t feel like I was buying a car from a salesperson. She made me feel like I was driving around with an old friend 😅 She was able to help us get the car we fell in love with and the payments were fair and affordable. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy and my toddler adores her! We will always come back to Randi for our car needs and we would recommend her to everyone. Thank you for being so kind and understanding ❤️

Purchased a new Altima that had scratches told salesman ab them the same day that I purchased the car was told to bring car back the next day.. Went and guy removed all tags from inside the car told salesman again that scratches were still there told to bring car back so back I go ab a total of 4 times each time being told to come back Bc they needed to bring in someone finally just gave up on that.. Next they called ab a survey regarding the service department apparently they didn't like the responses that were given in regards to the service department so the lady tried to get an attitude and I just hung up in her face.. Bottom line a survey is based on your opinion if you don't like what someone says then does ask them to do one.. Then months later get a call from a 1 800 # ab bringing car in for service and that the service department from ORR NISSAN SOUTH WOULD CALL TO MAKE SURE THE TIME WAS GOOD STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL.. So yes ORR NISSAN BY FAR HAS THE WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!

The sales staff was great. Purchased new altima and service plan.Found out how awful service department was. Have had car in shop several times for same problem. Todd, who I believe is service manager is awful to deal with and very unprofessional. Like I said, sales staff was great to deal with but beware of service department. Documented they performed work on car that they didn't do as well. Better mark your oil filter and mark your tires if you take your car in for service, you might be surprised what doesn't get done.

I purchased my maxima from here. I was treated great. The process was easy. I feel like if you do your research you wont have the woes that some people have in buying a car. Then again I have excellent credit and if I want, I can get it. Ty Taylor is my boy. Ask for him and he will treat you the way I was. Good luck and buy Nissan!

Just bought my second new Nissan from Orr Nissan in Shreveport and I can't say enough how easy these guys make it! I found the car I wanted online, set an appointment with my sales person Grady (he is great btw), and picked my car up that night. So easy! And everyone here is so nice. They really make buying a car fun. I even sent my sister to look and she got a new Nissan too! Thanks again!

If you purchase a car from this place, beware. Be sure you can locate all registration on the vehicle yourself. Make sure you go in the day time so you can check the car our head to toe before you end up driving 80 miles to end up bringing back what seem to me a car that just wasnt right... period point blank.... just beware of this place...
