I would like to commend Barlow Dean on his thoroughness, professionalism and honesty! We are new to the area and was faced with having to get a vehicle quite expeditiously. The first time I stopped in, I explained to him up front that I was beginning my looking process and that i was looking at other brands. He still answered every question with enthusiasm and provided me with information I really had no idea I even needed. He left a lasting and great first impression and due to that among other things, I gave them my business. I have driven a different brand (and only one brand) my entire driving life, but this time it was important to me to support local and American. O'Brien and Barlow have a customer for life and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and/or experience. I recommend these guys for whatever your needs may be. They worked with me diligently until I was satisfied and comfortable with every aspect of my purchase, without hassle or pressure. This was a very good buying experience, which I am surprised to say, after some past car buying experiences. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. I worked with Donna for several days and she was very professional and helpful and got answers to all my questions quickly and contacted me with the answers. When we negotiated the deal, there were no games played, and we were able to reach a deal within 20 minutes. Mr. Gren, the dealer's co-owner who we dealt with for final approval was fair and very pleasant, and overall I think I got a very good trade allowance and used car price (actually below book value). Besides I would always rather deal with a hometown smaller Dealer than the jumbo shops. I highly recommend them and will have my service work done there due to the pleasant experience so far!

My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 F-150 from O'Brien Ford. We had a great experience! We loved the laid-back atmosphere of the dealership, and Chuck Logsdon was good to work with. The dealership took the fair offer we made on the vehicle, so there was no haggle at all. The only thing keeping the Customer Service from a 5 star rating was that we did not receive a full tank of gas (it was on half-full). I've received this from other dealerships in the past. It would have been a nice touch that really would have gone the extra mile. Other than that, the truck was extremely clean when we picked it up (it was dirty when we first saw it). We were pleased with the entire transaction, and we will be coming back to them for any future car needs.

I bought a used Toyota Rav4 in Aug 2014, I had a couple of issues and thought here we go... I will get a run around, but no, Todd the service manager called me right away and took the car and fixed it and some. Every time I have a question on maintenance he calls me right back and always has an answer for me because I have always taken good care of my cars. My salesman Sean Sensenig was very nice and professional and has always returned my emails. A true experience of buying a used that I have never done before, great people to work with and I will be buying another car soon and send all my friends and family there as well.

We stopped in looking for a low mileage 2011 small car. Met with salesman Alec Simpson who showed us two Ford Fiestas. Decided to test drive the one with the trunk rather than hatchback. Loved the test drive and especially the low 42,000+ mileage. We made an excellent deal with Alec and bought the car. There was a couple of very minor issues with it but Alec made arrangements to have those will be fixed in a couple of days. His taking care of those matters is very professional and we enjoyed his handling the sale to us. Great job Alec! We really appreciate having you as our salesman.

We ordered a new 2015 Fusion Titainum back in July. Our sales person was Chuck Logston. This is our third purchase from Chuck. He called us Tuesday and told us our car was in. We picked it up the next day. Our new Fusion Titainum, not only looks good but it's ride and handiling is great. The 2.0L Turbo EcoBoost engine has plenty of power. Lot of good compliments on the "Brick Red interior and wheels" Several people told us that it was "one awesome car". We think it is also. We have been doing business with O'Brien Ford for several years. Chuck and the sales staff has always been helpful as well as their service department. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

WENT TO GET OIL CHANGED IN FUSION HYBRID. CHECKED OIL AFTER CHANGE AND WAS WAY OVER FULL. QUESTION MANAGER TWICE AND SAID THIS WAS CORRECT BUT WOULD DOUBLE CHECK AND LET ME KNOW LATER. IT WAS SATURDAY AND THEY COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH DETROIT FOR ANSWERS. OWNERS MANUAL SAYS 4.5 QTS. WITH FILTER CHANGE,HAD 5.7 QTS. VERY POOR SERVICE!!~!

I went to O'brien Ford Shelbyville, KY looking for a good used car. They had what I was looking for in 2012 Escape. After much negotiating agreed on a price of difference between my trade in (2000 Mountaineer) and there 2012 Escape. There Escape was to have had their 171 point inspection and certified. However after getting car home found more then one deceptions. O'Brien Ford had 2 day money back warranty. I bought on Friday afternoon took it back on Monday morning. I was able to turn it back in for my old car and my chech that I had paid in cash. However, the sales manager was most defensive and very unprofessional in the entire deal.
