Great service and friendly staff at Notbohm Motors. I highly recommend. Service Manager and staff helped me out short notice with a “check engine light” on a 17’ Chevy Colorado during a road trip from Minnesota. Got me back on the road asap. I was very pleased and grateful for their expertise and professionalism.

Traveling through Miles City and we could tell our fuel pump was failing. Notbohm was able to get us in right away (on a Friday afternoon) and confirmed our fuel issue. They gave us the use of a rental so we could do what we had come to the area to do. Yukon was back on the road shortly after 5:00. The service manager was very nice and on top of the repairs. He communicated well. We appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of all the personnel we spoke to. A+ service

What a great place. They were able to help me with my truck while I was traveling. I pulled up without an appointment and they had a major repair done in 3 hours.

Travis and Ethan were wonderful, as always. I have submitted a lower score than I might have because the cost of our oil change had jumped by ten dollars over our last visit just two months ago, or so, for our other car. It jumped up because the "special discount" that shows up on the invoice and had dropped by 50 percent. That sudden and surprising jump caught us off guard. Better communication in that regard would have been helpful and appreciated.

these guys are awesome to work with, everyone there is very friendly, they are all experts at what they do and there knowledge and customer service show it. They went out of there way to help me and make sure i was well taken care of and make sure i was happy when i left the lot.
