aside from time to appointment, everything was great. I do understand that an appointment three weeks out is reasonable but not quite top notch. I really appreciate the video review of the vehicle. Facility is clean and feels safe during these unique times. Not lavish but I'd rather see lower overhead than stadium seating and fresh cookies.

Military stay away from here don't buy from here! And if your trying to contact service forget about it, can't get threw nobody answers the phone but when u do finally get your rig in there your gonna have to bring it back 2 or 3 times for them to fix it again and charge you because there staff didn't do it right the first time. So if your looking for a place to waste your time, or possibly buy an overpriced rig this is your store!

Good service. They wouldn't work on my vehicle because of the age and they explained why but recommended a place not far away with real good reviews. The dealership was very helpful, they printed out a map of how to get to the other location. I was treated like I had just bought a new very expensive vehicle with cash in hand.

From the moment I called the service department about my car, Tim was absolutely amazing and so helpful. His integrity and hospitality was amazing . It really eased the stress from not having my vehicle and worried about how much it would be to fix it. The entire service department was so helpful and wonderful. I will definitely come back if my Chevy ever needs repaired.

My spot always good to stop in and chat with James, Michael, or Mark. Friendly staff that'll help you find the vehicle your looking for. No hassle sales, low sales tax I've purchased 2 from here and can't complain about it so yeah 5 stars is what I rate.

Horrible service department and a very unprofessional staff. I had high hopes when Baydo was purchased by new owners and changes to Northwest Chevrolet but any hope I had is now gone. We brought our fleet vehicles here for my business and more than once we have been talked down to, lied to, and overcharged. All 26 of our trucks will now go to Olympia along with all of our future purchases.

Andrew and James were great! Made the check-in process painless, kept me informed of the progress of the repair, and closed out the service session buy going over everything that was completed. Would highly recommend.

I had a motor blow in my Trailblazer. Had to shop around just to find someone who could give me a QUOTE. (Ya know, a hard copy, itemized list of the projected expense?) Several other dealers shot me a simple email, or made a hand-written note. Not James at NW Chevy! Within minutes of talking to him on the phone, I had an OFFICIAL quote emailed to me, with a follow-up phone call to make sure the email and attached quote made it ok. NW Chevy was the ONLY dealership I contacted that met my simple request for the quote, and they got my business. I was not unhappy with my decision! James kept me up to speed on the progress of the repairs, and helped with a few follow up issues (Mostly related to me trying to self-diagnose a non-existent issue... I should stick to diagnosing helicopter issues) I must say James and the team at NW Chevy far exceeded my expectations of the nightmares that are common when that dreaded "clunking/scraping" sound starts coming from your family vehicle. I hope I won't need their services again, but I will not hesitate to return to NW Chevy should I have another catastrophic vehicle failure.

Stopped off just to browse and price some trucks, but with the no pressure, no hassle experience we got from Jordan, we drove away with a perfect fit. All of the staff there is very friendly and we couldn't beat the price and the cleanliness of the vehicle. The truck we bought was a 2011, but it still had the "new car smell" and the interior looked brand new as well. They gave us a really good deal on the price and got us an even better monthly payment than expected. Prior to this, I had not purchased a vehicle for 10 years due to the long and painful process, but Ryan made it so smooth, I almost forgot we were signing for a vehicle. As said in the title, it is worth the drive to McKenna!
