Nissan of Queens has been my go to dealership since I’ve began to drive. Always accommodating, conscious of what the buyer needs. Paula at Nissan of Queens was professional and warm, but most importantly, she was the most transparent car dealer I had ever dealt with. She worked the numbers with me and was not greedy. I had been talking to a few other dealerships and coming away with bad experiences of having been quoted rates much higher than others, perhaps in part because I'm a woman. Paula is trustworthy and patient. She took her time and answered all my questions, not showing any irritability or pushing me when I took a long time to think or to ask her to go over numbers again because I didn't understand. At other dealerships, this caused salespeople to leave me high & dry. You can also tell that she's very experienced and knows her stuff; she had an accurate answer to every question I asked. She also knows how to make the purchase smooth and helps turn what could be a 7 hour day from start to finish to a 3 or 4 hour deal. I appreciate her and my experience in so many ways, and I hope she's there in 3 years when my lease is up, because I don't think any other dealer could live up to her.

Bought My 2007 FJ Cruiser From Nissan OF Queens. All went Well Until.. I Now Have Made Numerous Call's asking about My Tags Due to The temporary registration expiring was told will overnight them you have on thurs . Yup No tags Called again Same Story let me call DMV ok will have them tomorrow and overnight them to you Monday yup again then Well have them and overnight it to you Thursday. NO TAGS an Now have an Expired temporary registration along with No vehicle to drive Now .I Now have to figure out how to get a Rental Car to Get to work. I don't live in a city and have no buses I can take work is 46 miles away this is going to be very expensive. This is a follow-up review to the aftermath. Seems once the deal is done and they have their money you are no longer cared about

I had called them a week in advance to make an appointment for Wednesday at 7am. I have work at 9 and needed to be the first one in so I can be the first one out. The receptionist said that wouldn't be a problem and called me a day before to confirm. I show up at 6:55 and park my car in front of the shop and out comes a mechanic telling me that I have to move and get behind a 10 car line. I told him I have a 7 am appointment and he said it doesn't matter because the other cars were waiting since 6:30am .I asked if they have an appointment also and he said no but they were there first. What is the point to make and confirm an appointment if it's voided as soon as you get walk ins???? Very unprofessional and unapologetic. This was going to be my first oil change with them and the whole experience was horrible. How can they run a service center like this?? Very disappointing!

George lucero was our sale person never sit down and tell us the price of vehicle also our monthly payment and he still come back and ask for more 1000 dollars more when we already put 8000 dollars down payment I am having sleepless night with what they did to us at this dealers they need to fired george lucero even the color of the2016 rogue change when the deal was closed no good no good sale person I even tip him 50 bucks for taking me to the bank to get my certified check very cunning also my$ 8000 was never put as a down payment on the car and my credit score is 700 also my monthly payment is $ 508 .00 will be paying that for 72 months also when I spoke to finance guy which is alex he said go back to your country also I asked about my $8000 down payment he said that they deliver the vehicle to me which is not true my husband drove that vehicle to my home the very same day we put that down payment also they add $ 5000 for extended service wow what a mess I have to put up with presently I owed them$ 29400

Mike's the man. Even though they originally underpriced the FJ Cruiser( yup I knew It Was) they honored the price they gave me no hassles .Mike stood by me all through the process. I have owned seven nissans in the past and this experience Nissan of queens made me feel nothing less than a complete fool! The dealership tried calling me twice a day to bring my Nissan in and when I put aside my crazy schedule to sit there for 90 minutes, they completely tried to rip me off. I have excellent credit and they tried to lease me a Rouge SV for 443 a month, which is a complete rip off. The sales woman, who I will remain nameless, then told me I had to wait longer for my car to come off lease. Then why were they calling me two times per day. Then another salesman called and offered me an S model for 350, another complete rip off. The dealership was run like a circus, bells and sirens going off for the people who fell for their schemes, I would probably set the sirens off too if I ripped off someone that bad! For reviews sake, I leased an SV model with premium package, including moon roof for 373 from Baron Nissan, who provided a great sales experience. Stay away from this ripoff sales act!

they are cheaters. Don't believe them.I was ready to purchase the 2014 Honda Odyssey van with their offer. But they don't give me that car and they are trying to charged me extra $1400 .In my opinion. don't go their .I am sure they will cheat you.

Ever since my car broke down about a month ago I've been searching for a new car. I've been to a few dealerships since then with no luck. That all changed when I went to Nissan of Queens and met Mike Davila. He helped me as soon as I walked in. He showed me plenty of options even with my fair credit score. He was very patient with me as I was making my decision for a few hours. He was upfront and very honest about every question I had. He was overall the best salesman I've ever dealt with. I will be getting all my future cars through him. I highly recommend him.

My wife called at noon and asked if a certain color car was in stock. The salesman Justin said they had two but asked if we could come in a few hours so they could prep the car. We arrived at 2:30 and told the car was still on its way and please have a seat. We didn't want to do a test drive but wanted to talk money. Justin disappeared and popped back once to take our car for appraisal for a trade in. No one spoke to us for an hour and a half. When we said we wanted to leave Justin (maybe 21 years old tried to lecture us). We called his manager who was very rude. They claimed to be cleaning the new car for a test drive. Does a salesman do that? No, he engages the customer and works out potential financing. You do not have potential customers who have thousands of dollars cash in their pockets to put down on a car sitting around. Extremely bad customer service. It wasn't like they were busy. Stay away from this place.

Mike davila is an excellent sells person. I brought it my car which a Nissan sentra 2002 to be traded in I managed to wall out with a Nissan altima 2008.. And I love the upgrade.. Last May 31, I need emergency repair from this dealer regarding coil problem. Inshort I drove from Long Island going to Manhattan city, in that day 1-495 queens area I had bad idling problem, so immediately I check Nissan in the area. Since no prior appointment I had no choice to leave my car for no definite time for them check the problem.After my 1 1/2 appointment from the city I immediately run straight to the dealer. Coming back while in the train adviser Joseph Dileo called to gave me a summary regarding problem in my car, coil, spark plug, and cleaning will costs me $1200+++. So right away I told him to change the coil only since that is the problem. After 30 mins I arrive in Nissan to check my balance I'm surprised that I need to pay $417+++ for the coil to be change.This is the magic words he told me "its corporate standard to charged high" in simple works or repair to be done. My lesson, I will not buy any Nissan units for this type of dealers that represent the Nissan company.My commendation to Ernest the operation guy who managed my repair.

My husband I and took our 2006 Maxima in for possible repair but also knew if the price was too high we may have to get a new car. I financed a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder 2/18/2016. It's my first time financing a car, I was extremely nervous about dealership buying because u hear stories about how pushy sales people can be just to get a commission. I asked of friend from work, he gave me his long time friend he grown up with. Two weeks later I went ahead and called Mike at Nissan of Queens. I was going in with the intentions of getting a brand new car. After speaking with Mike and listening to his advice. I went for the 2013 instead of the 2016. Mike wasn't pushing me for anything in fact by listening to Mike I was able to get the suv I wanted with more features then I was originally looking at, he saved me around 15,000 and a 7 year warranty. Although my interest rate is high at 14.9 as I build my credit my payments next year will be cut in half. Thank you Mike and the staff at Nissan of Queens.

We chose this place based on a verbal recommendation from a co-worker. I'm glad we did, it was a great experience!!! Our sales guy Nelson Cardona was awesome his manager Dominick was great and so was Rob the finance manager. ! Nelson was very knowledgeable, he worked really well with us and he got us a car within our price range. We were there from 4:30pm to a little after 9pm. Not too shabby! I'd really recommend this dealer! I'm a very tough rater, and they got a five stars out of me!

We found our dream car at this dealership. We worked long distance with our sales Rep Sergio Contes, from the start he was always attentive to me and answered my questions honestly and truthfully. Yes, he was honest with us always upfront & never wasted our time. Sergio even picked us up from the airport and drove us to the dealership to finalize the deal. We loved their attention to detailing the car, Thanks to Carlos Hernandez who made our car look BRAND NEW, he did an amazing job!!! Ed Kogen,the finance guy not too personable but very professional & thorough! I also want to acknowledge their General Sales Manager Paul Gibson, he has a great team and they work well together. Every aspect of my expierience with Nissan was 5 star. The Salesman Elliott and Sales Manager John went and continue to go above and beyond my expectations. The actual car buying experience was not terrible, and the salesman was very friendly & helpful, and got a pretty good deal, but 2 weeks after signing the contract I called the dealership with a question & was told the salesman was no longer working there. Ok, things happen, maybe the dealership was at fault, maybe the salesman, maybe the salesman just got a better offer somewhere else. I was re-assured that the sales manager would take over responsibility and handle my lease contract for its duration, and he was happy to do it. Well, the unfortunate truth of the matter was that the reality was the opposite. Throughout the lease I had a couple of issues come up and needed some help from the dealership relating to the car. Many, many phone calls were placed without any call back. I eventually was told to call consumer affairs (to get me off their back), and unfortunately the consumer affairs representatives, all based in the Philippines, were also unable to assist in my local region questions. At one point I returned to the dealership to speak to the sales manager in person. They kept me waiting a long time in the front, and after complaining several times the sales manager did come out, very annoyed, and very unhelpful. Funny thing is I keep getting automated calls from the dealership to return the car & get a new lease. This place has no concept of customer service.

My visit to Queens Nissan was very refreshing. Especially after visiting a Brooklyn Nissan dealership on 5th ave. I walked in knowing what car I wanted and my sales rep. Mike Davila showed me those and some with better values. Never felt pushed or pressured by him or anyone else. Their website prices weren't different when I walked in and no silly "numbers" games. Mikes demeanor was cool start to finish. He assisted me with his expertise of car insurance (on point). Mike even helped me return my rental vechile after I made my purchase. Even the business manager (Alex)was pleasant and helped me save some money. A very good team effort with Mike Davila being the star.

He was so honest, and helpful that when I went back to Nissan of Queens to get my 3rd Nissan recently, I requested to only work with him. He is friendly, honest, and extremely helpful. I've called him a few times over the years when I've had questions, and he was always very helpful. And, he remembers his customers ;) Elliott is the only Sales Associate that I want to get my next Nissan from ;) I HIGHLY recommend him!

Came here to buy a rogue with a promo deal in hand that was $3099 down and the car would be $199 a month. they said "sure no problem" i didn't wanna put anything down to roll all the fees into monthly payments. Dorothy "helped" me and she turned out to be a disrespectful and nasty liar. she promised me i would put nothing down and my payments would be $289. i ended up staying there 4 hours they wore me out and i ended up getting tricked into paying $3700 down and $289 a month!!! i am so upset and got taken advantage of. i ended up just signing and leaving and when i called the following day they were so rude and dismissive as if I'm the idiot that shoulda never signed.... never again! i want to urge anyone to not go here to even waste time with them

Jimmy Rosario was my salesman. He handled everything smoothly and professionally. I negotiated a fair deal, returned my leased Altima, purchased a new Rogue, and drove away happy, all within a couple of hours. Alex Pollack is the finance manager. On Wednesday, I had to return my 2012 Nissan Altima back to the dealer because my lease was up, and was not sure if I wanted another Nissan. I was greeted at the doors at Nissan of Queens with freindly faces and car salesman Kevin met with me promptly to discuss my car options. He sat down with me and really took his time working numbers and quotes for me. He understood what I had in mind, listen to me as a customer and was able to quote me a brand new car that was within my budget. His patience was remarkable! He made sure that my experience with Nissan would be a great one. He then took me to finanical manager, Alex Kogurt who helped me with the signing of my new lease agreement. He was professional and answered all the questions that I had. I ultimately walked out of the dealership with a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima. Upon entering Nissan of Queens I was immediately greeted and introduced to my salesman, Rob Garcia. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the differences between the various models. Rob educated me regarding the models as well as packages. He was able to explain the pros and cons of each and helped me make an informed decision about the new car I was purchasing. As many of you know, the process of buying a car can be quite daunting; especially for a first time car buyer like myself. It all started with a simple phone call that lead to an in person visit. I was scheduled to meet with Mike, but by the time I arrived to the dealership Mike was busy :( Luckily he was honest enough to let me know that he would not be available to give me the attention that I deserved and had his colleague, Sergio, help me instead. This was definitely a good thing because Sergio was GREAT! He was patient, not pushy (which is a major plus) and made me feel extremely comfortable as inquired about several vehicles that were in the used car lot. The only problem I have with is the gentleman I went in the office with to finalize the deal with they push you to make higher payments and I am not a happy person. I hope that anyone who reads this review be careful. You shake hands with the salesman for one price and than in the office they shake you down for some more money. What this dealership is missing is a sales manager who is willing to share his time with his customers. Our salesman worked very hard in hammering out a deal. We were trying to lease a Pathfinder and return our 2012 Maxima early from our current lease. What we got was a five hour wait for nothing. All car deals are done with the salesman, and almost all the time, if you are an informed consumer, the sales manager will get involved when the numbers are in your favor. This is what is most troubling, the sales manager allowed his salesman to construct a deal which, I guess he knew was not possible . We figured this out because he didn't even bother to address the deal or to greet us. So when we saw the finance agent, to deal which we had agreed to could not be completed. Any smart car buyer knows that when you see the finance department, they always try to change the terms. For example they will try to have you pay taxes or other fees in addition to your prior deal set with the salesman. This is the way all car dealers try to do business and it's dishonest and wrong. The deal you work out with the salesman should be it, except if you want to add additional equipment to your car. I have leased several cars in the pass and thought that I have seen it all. Well today has taught me a lesson, NEVER let the run a credit check on you until you reach a final price with the finance agent. They ran my credit, when I told them that my credit was EXCELLENT, now this hard inquiry into my credit will stay on my credit report for two years. No big deal you say, well not only does this inquiry stay on your credit report but it will lower you credit score substantially, and believe me, like in my case, if the deal fall through they don't care about your credit score. Please do your home work, these car dealers will take advantage of you, make no mistake they are not your friend. Even if you see a five star rating it means nothing unless you receive the respect you deserve and the honesty of the entire staff. After a bad experience with Bay Ridge Nissan, I was lucky enough to find Mike Davila of Nissan of Queens. From our first conversation, I knew my luck had changed. I wanted a particular car in a particular color and Mike used his expertise to find it for me. Upon meeting him is person, there was an instant connection due to his pleasant manner and easy going ways. He was waiting for me outside the dealership and the car was ready for my test drive. We finalized the deal and then Mike went above and beyond. Since I was not accompanied by a licensed driver, Mike offered to drive the car to my home, so that I wouldn't have to return to the dealership. I'm sure you've heard the expression "sevice with a smile" and Mike certainly lives up to it. Another great thing is that he always answers his phone when you call and is able to answer your questions.

I scheduled an oil change for my 2010 Nissan Maxima for 3:30pm on November 25, 2014 at Nissan of Queens located at 84-24 Rockaway Blvd Queens, NY 11416. I was held hostage from 3:30pm to 5:30pm without any oil change done. Nissan make good cars but Nissan of Queens Repair Services is operated by morons that have no respect for customer time. If you dont believe me then read similar reviews on yelp, google, and all over the web. This is a big sham.

I purchased my 2006 Toyota Sienna at this location. It was my first time buying a car. It was the experience from xxxx. The car I originally purchased was a 2005 Toyota Sienna a total lemon. The customer service sucked. When I called back the next day I was told the person who sold me the car no longer worked there. This car sat there for almost three months before they got tired of me and offered me another car. Don't trust anyone, Sheldon, Dominic, Paul any of them right down to the receptionist at the door. These guys are CON ARTIST at best! I brought the car back the very next day. The car had a bad engine. I was told by the mechanic that helped me the car wasn't even supposed to be on the lot or sold and management knew there was a problem with the engine. I was ripped off for my first time buyers discount among other things. I did not purchase through a finance company. I paid by check in full. Don't give your hard earned money to these scammers take your business to a reputable dealer.

My experience was amazing thanks to Mike Davila. I walked in the delaership lost and on defense for the typical "eager" car salesman. Unlike most who act like vultures swooping in on its prey, a relaxed but very confident Miike greeted me at the door. I made him aware of the fact that buyign car was a completely new experience for me. With that, Mike took the utmost care in handling the sale. Laying out all of my options that I didnt even think I had, I left the dealership a little more knowledgable but most importantly, a car owner. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota RAV4 from the Nissan of Queens dealership. During my car shopping, I had visited many other dealerships only to receive the "smoke and mirrors" that typically comes with buying a vehicle. Dealerships posted low prices and them charged many various fees to drive up the price beyond book value. Other tricks have been showing cars with high mileage for high prices. I also saw newer vehicles that were not in the best of condition for the young age they were. Working from an ad on Cars.com, I came to your dealership (without my calling ahead of time) to look at a RAV4. I liked the car from the ad very much - right mileage and right price. I met Mike Davila and he was very professional in explaining to me that the car was at the paint shop until the following Saturday. I figured I lost out on the RAV4 since I was going to be out of town that weekend. Mike offered to call me when the car came back to the dealership. As it turns out, the car was delayed until I was back in town. Mike called me as soon as the car was available and I came right to the dealership. After a good test drive, I signed the papers to buy the RAV4! I am so very impressed that Mike took the sincere interest to match me up to the RAV4. Mike worked to accommodate my schedule for my visits. Upon completing the purchase, we discovered that only one key was available. I was so very surprised when Mike make the arrangements to have the customer's second key mailed to him and then to me. With the key being a computer chip key, this saved me a large expense. I wanted to share my very positive experience with your dealership, from Mike's efforts to the business manager Mike Scheff. Although I live in Lake Ronkonkoma on Long Island, when I am ready for my next vehicle, I will be checking with Mike and Nissan Queens first. Today's economy presents a different (poor) work ethic from years past. It is great to experience two employees who really care about their work and the customer. Both Mike's delivered on their word in this transaction. They are both a credit to the dealership.

I've bought several cars in my life and I don't know if I can speak for everybody but the first feeling i would get with even the thought of buying a car Was nervous that I wouldn't find the exact car and a nice salesman that can be fully understanding of my personal/financial situations. One woman who had told me about the experience sheshad at Nissan of queens was way too excited to share. She dealt with Mike D and has recommended him to several people I. The same situation I was in. I hD credit issues he didn't pressure me at all. Which most salesman would to get there quotas but he didn't at all. When I was ready he told me to come right in .he found the best deal that beat fit my situation. HE EVEN CAME TO JERSEY AND BROUGHT MY CAR TO ME AT MY CONVENIENCE!! So before I purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Queens I had went to three different dealerships. The cars were either over priced, the salesman were rude or I felt extremely pressured to buy "NOW". Nissan of Queens was very professional. My salesman Juan was a great help. I didn't feel pressured to buy. Juan helped me find the vehicle that was right for my family and I. Amazing experience from start to finish. I was in the market for a mid size pick up for my electrical company and I needed something that met my needs and most importantly my BUDGET. From start to finish the process was a breeze. I found a beautiful 2012 frontier with 29 thousand miles on it well within my budget Larry had pointed out that it was fully certified so there was no need to spend extra money on a warranty (I appreciated his honesty). I have always been a little nervous with car dealerships but this was the best experience I'v ever had with one. I would highly suggest buying your car from Nissan of Queens (Larry in particular he was great) I really enjoyed the process of buying a car from them. The management team was extraordinary Dominic gave me a very good offer for my trade in and a great price on the truck. I recently purchased a vehicle from Larry at Nissan of Queens. As soon as I got there they made me feel like part of their family. I was in the market for a preowned Maxima and they had quite a few online so we decided to take a ride down there. From the minute we got there Dominic and Tom the managers made us feel very comfortable. Larry allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles and helped us narrow it down to the one that met our needs. . The sales man was nice and truthful but Aladen the finance manager and Paul the general manager where two lying ******* I can't believe these two clowns call them selfs managers....I financed with one bank and ended up with another bank, the online price was not honored and I was disrespected from the moment I got there....I guess these days dealers are only worried about making that one sale but they forget the fundamentals that go behind running a business and a very important one is that if the customer leaves happy they'll most likely come back but those two clowns need more business etiquette or they just simply don't care because its not their company....oh we'll, sucks for Nissan for entrusting these two clowns with their brand...

First let me start by saying this, If you want to be ripped off,taken advantage of, low balled, lied to, and get taken for everything that your worth then this is the dealership for you. I would NEVER refer this dealership to anyone in my life. Not only are they NOT willing to work with you, but they lie to you just to make a sale which seems pretty desperate to me (i guess thats why they aren't in the top 10 Nissan dealerships for NY or NJ). Not only did the two associates I had the unpleasure of dealing with have an attitude like i've never seen before but absolutely lied. For example: they told me one thing the day i was in the dealership and then a few days later said they never said that and denied denied denied when they got caught in a lie. This dealership can give two craps about its customers but rather treat people like garbage and gossip about you while you walk around the showroom. I leased a vehicle from them and purchased the extended warranty which covers the extra stuff the regular warranty doesnt cover and when i had an issue with the vehicle they told me it wasnt covered under any warranty the regular or extended and had to come out of pocket to fix it (whats the point of a warranty then?). Anytime they would get caught in a lie they would either deny or quickly change the subject or all of a sudden have a phone call and had to step away (terrible customer service if you ask me). DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY ABOUT THEIR WARRANTIES OR FINANCING OR LEASING UNLESS ITS IN WRITING. Their prices were much higher then other dealerships in the area that I went to and were unwilling to match or beat their prices. The car I leased from them will be my first and ONLY car I ever get from them. I HIGHLY suggest going to a different dealership if you're looking to purchase or lease a Nissan.

I was surprised at how smooth the car buying process was at Nissan of Queens after all of the horror stories I have heard about my friends experiences at other dealerships. I met with Wilfredo Otero who was patient and listened to all my wants and needs. My credit was not the best but he was still able to work with me and find me a wonderful fuel efficient Nissan Sentra. I highly recommend this dealership as a whole and hope your future car buying experiences were as great as mine.

I have been to a few dealerships before I came to Nissan of Queens. I was unable to land on a vehicle at other dealerships because I felt rushed and pressured. I was referred to Nissan of Queens by a co-worker of mine who had done business with Will Otero. Will made me feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure I found the exact car that was perfect for MY needs! Although the vehicle I was looking for was not in their stock, they found a way to obtain it from another location. I would definitely refer ALL friends and family to meet with Will at Nissan of Queens because the entire process was enjoyable and effortless.

Michael Davila helped me with my purchase he is great , He explained everything in full detail , every time i have a question about the car i can always go back or call him. He is always there to answer all of my questions. i have gotten some of my friends to buy cars there as well , and they have nothing but good things to say about him. out of all dealers in the area i got the best deal there. I recently just began leasing my new Sentra from Nissan of Queens and could not be happier with my experience there! The management as well as the sales agent took their time out to make sure. I was 100% informed and satisfied with my decision to lease with them. A member of the team was there with me every step of the way, whether it was filling out paper work, contacting my insurance, discussing and browsing the features of my car and even keeping me company as I awaited it. They exceeded my expectations of a car dealership and made me feel comfortable as a first time car owner. I feel like I have had an issue every time I brought my car into service. I have had stuff stolen out of my car but the most recent issue I have had was the worst of them all. The entire experience took just about 5 hours. I brought my car in at 7am, thinking my car would be done at a decent time. I had an issue with my front power socket. 2 hours later I was told my car was done. I checked and they did nothing. They claimed they worked on the wrong power socket for those 2 hours. So they brought the car back in to have the right socket fixed. They then tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the socket and it was my phone charger that was broken. After showing the mechanic, service advisor, and service manager that not just my phone charger but my GPS charger and USB plug did not work either. I then showed them that they all worked in the rear socket. So 4 hours later they finally decided to change the socket for me. 4 1/2 hours later my car was finally ready. When I got in the car I realized the mechanic installed the shifter backwards. They had to bring back the car and after 5 hours my car was finally ready. They charged me $60 for this. My car is still under warranty and the service advisor claimed I had a $50 deductible. Which is not true and I proved it by explaining that I have never paid a deductible all the times I've brought the car in. He went back in the computer and could not find a time where I paid a deductible. Still he claimed I had to pay. They were not helpful and showed not a care in the world. I would recommend to stay away from this place.

Buying a new car is not an easy task especially when you have a specific color and package in mind. My family and I were interested in purchasing a 2013 Sentra SL with leather interior and a navigation system. We were not interested in other amenities such as a moonroof and Bose audio system. After visiting a few other local dealerships and not obtaining satisfactory results we decided to make a personal visit to the Nissan of Queens showroom after checking out their website. Wow, I was very impressed! The showroom was inviting and the staff was very friendly. I was greeted by a terrific sales consultant, Jimmy Rosario. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and made my family and I very comfortable and at ease while we considered our options. He found the exact car that we wanted even though other car dealers stated it was impossible to find on the east coast. . .and the best part was that the price was great. I highly recommend this dealership, especially sales consultant Jimmy Rosario. Jimmy went above and beyond the call of duty to make this process smooth. Even after a deal was made, if I had questions Jimmy was always available and easily reachable by phone. My experience with the Business Manager, Alex, was also a pleasure. The paperwork was thoroughly explained and when I returned to the dealership to have a car alarm installed I received the same royal treatment. Luis is the best Sales Representative that I've ever dealt with. I initially went to Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram and I ended up leaving from there and withdrew from the deal I had with them. I heard about Nissan of Queens and the manager referred me to Luis. Bought a 2010 Nissan Altima fully loaded for 16,900. Of course after taxes and dealership fees it went up to like almost 30,000. It was worth it because the vehicle had 18k mileage implied. Very appeased with Luis. Got me a great deal with a good interest rate. I would recommend Luis Felix to anyone who's interested in buying a nissan car. (Ms. Torres)

The reason why I came to Nissan of queens, was in the past I have used them for service, with this good experience, I choose to use them to purchase my next car. Nissan's have always mean reliable cars, for me in the past, I came to the dealer to buy a car, and to drive it off the lot the same day. Working with Dominick r was a great experience, he took his time with my concerns, this why I would use Nissan of queens and Mike for any future purchases and I will recommend both to anyone interested in buying a car.

Reluctantly I listened and meet George who was friendly, helpful and explained my wife knew me better than I knew myself. I so glad I listened, the car I took home became the new car of my dreams. The salesman Andy was very nice but he failed to tell me that a personal check would not be accepted. When I went into the finance area I spoke with another man the paperwork has the name Minuk Han although Nissan called him Jason. He had all the paperwork filled out and just needed my signature. This is when I got scared I ask him what the finance percentage rate was and he told me then 4.99%. My credit is very good so I knew I could of gotten a better rate but they financed through Nissan for 72 months. I was afraid that I wasn't be given the amount originally discussed with the sales person. As I am typing this I receive a recorded call from Anthony Panrello the sales manager telling me to call Nissan that the paperwork does not show that I am entitled to service. Mr Han stated I was entitled to 1 year of oil changes and 2 years of tire service. When I called NISSAN OF QUEENS I spoke with Ramona Panday and she told me no one can help me other than Jason also known as Minuk Han and he will not be in till 1200 pm this afternoon. Unfortunately the experience has not been a good one the woman name Ramona wanted to hear herself on the tape it was ridiculous. I guess this is what is expected when dealing with car sales people. They want you to register which makes me think they will try to screw you if you need to deal with them in the future.

Worst experience just a dealership filled with lying sales associates looking to make the Most money off of you. Marked up Msrp 6k to make payments more! This dealership is just a joke already had 2 cars from them and they still tried to rip me off. It's ok though they lost the sale of 4 cars from me this month. Also there wheel package is a joke they make it sound great they don't tell you it takes 6-8 weeks to get a check. Just jokes don't even waste you're time go to a real Nissan dealer not these clows over there. Lost me as a loyal Nissan customer was on my 4th Nissan and everyone I know looking for cars will not be stoping there.

Larry Brewer was GREAT, In the past I've had bad experences with this dealership but not this time this was the BEST visit ever from the 1st call from Larry to the 1st meeting his guest service was EXCELLENT, I was so Happy about the service that I received that I took my friend back the very next day, Larry was off so we returned the next day that he worked and drove away with an additional New Car. I would totally advise anyone that is shopping around for a new car to visit this dealership and have Larry help you. You will be sure to walk away with what you want and a great big smile.... I was referred to Felicia by my in-laws. She explained to me how the entire process would go. When I arrived at the Pre-owned Car lot, she introduced herself and also introduced me to a salesman by the name of Neil Singh, as well as the Sales Managers Dom & Marcos. Felicia made sure to let Neil know what I was looking for and Neil showed me several vehicles that fit my criteria. My wife & I decided on a vehicle and the Sales Managers worked within our budget. Even though we purchased a few months ago, Neil and Felicia keep in contact with us to see how everything is going, Neil even called me & my wife for each of our birthdays and wedding anniversary.

I have just purchased a 2012 Rogue. I must say Queens Nissan fulfilled and exceeded my expectations. I contacted Ms Felicia Richardson, online representative. I informed her exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a car fully loaded to surprise my husband for his birthday. I arrived first thing in the morning. I was approach by Store Manager Paul who new my name and was well aware of all the details. I then sat with Mr.Charles who went above and beyond. I printed all the quotes from edmund.com, truecar.com and overstock.com. At which I did not have to mention any quotes. Nissan from Queens beat the price of all 3 quotes without requesting it. Ms Felicia followed up with a phone to just to see how everything went. I can't emphazies enough how appreciative I am of Ms. Richardson service. Nissan is fortunate today, to have the employees of such caliber. They truly are an asset to their company.

My salesman neil was great, explaining everything in detail and answered all of my questions. They are not reasonable when trading in a car that is in show room condition (everything is perfect). They insult you by offering you $3,000.00 below poor condition trade in value and give you a stupid reason like we do not follow Kelly Blue Book or NADA. Customer service called me after a fews days to ask how did my appiontment went. When I told her that I was insulted by their trade in offer and how they were trying to fix my payments where I would pay sticker price for their car and give me negative value $3,000.00 on my trade in, she was shock. She responded by telling me she will have a talk with them and give me a call back. To this date I have not received her call back. So much for customer service. I guess they service ended as bad as it started.

I have to say that this dealership has the best customer service I have ever seen. The Managers are very fair and truthful when we went to purchase our 05 Nissan Titan. My husband and I had been looking for the truck and they were willing to accomadate us as much as possible. I would recommend their services to everyone I know. Their service department has also been great with our oil changes and making sure that our vehicle comes out of the shop without any issues. What could go wrong did. I bought a vehicle from this dealership, but they did deliver what they promised. After I signed on the dotted line. It went down here. They lost my license, took three weeks to register my vehicle, and I still have not received the registration to the truck. If you don't live in local, and are looking out of state. Stay away from them because they don't know what to do with out of state customers.

MY first time car deal Maxima 2004 Pre-owned and I was very disappointed. Numerous visits for a temporary registration card and I purchase the car march26,2011 and didnt receive the one from dmv until sept 2011 after going and doing paperwork over that was somehow LOST. Had the car for three months and had to save up 900.00 to pay for work that was not covered under warranty and all I went for was an oil change at WINDSOR NISSAN and was also informed that the car was in a ACCIDENT shaking my head. I spoke to IVY on a return visit about that and the best she could say to me was stay with the car for one year and comeback. I went to GREAT NECK NISSAN and was treated like ROYALTY and they got me out of the BAD DEAL. Thanks GREAT NECK and your SUPERB STAFF for the RESCUE. I did reccommend this dealership only because I got a fair price ( fair, not great), after getting the runaround all day at other dealerships. They did tack a hidden charge on after all the paperwork was done--so I got a little aggravated with that--In the lying, sneaking, underhanded world of car dealerships--All I can say is that I wasn't mistreated too badly here-- I do believe that that is the best you can do when trying to buy or lease a new car..unfortunately these unethical business practices arethe accepted norm in this businessRoy Johnston was ok though--and the finance manager did not push us too hard

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, I've been shopping around for a Maxma for the past month and baisically got a bunch of BS at every dealer. I decided to give them a shot even though they were out of my way, I spoke to one of their sales representatives over the phone before coming in she gave me all the information I needed to know about the vehicle, I went in the next day and the process was quick and easy. My aunt is looking for a Sentra now and she is going to Nissan of Queens so yes I would absolutely recommend this dealer.

Very expensive and unfair. Took my car to get a new mirror assembly installed. It ended up costing me over $350... I found the same authentic assembly online for $90. Crooks. I've dealt with nissa of queens many times in the past. Never a satisfying experience!

This dealership is by far the most uprofessional and unethical dealership that i have ever come across to date. We walked in with lease numbers we had been assured on the phone were correct. We were also told that the vehicle we wanted to lease would be there in about 10 minutes. We wound up waiting about an hour which at the time was not an issue as they seeemed to be friendly and we engaged in friendly conversations which made the time go by. They also started the preliminary paperwork, and qualifying was not an issue since i have a credit rating of 760+. Finally the car got there and we went for a test drive. We came back and sat down for the final paperwork at which time they presented us with a lease payment which was $130 dollars more a month than we had agreed on the phone. So we started walking out and Thomas asked to please wait and he would talk with Marissa. They both came over and i quote 'You have to understand these are the realistic numbers'. I have never had my intelligence insulted in such a way. To make a long story short the numbers they gave me on the phone were bogus, so we walked out. These dealeships need to understand that once in a while someone will walk thru their doors with an IQ higher than room temperature. This was just a ploy to get us thru the doors, even after we had just told them that we walked out of another dealership because they did not have the car they promised us on their premises. Total Scam. Do not deal with these people. I only live a few miles from them but would not even dream of having my vehicles serviced there.

Was friendly, but was ran my credit profile through every available bank in NY I believe, without my consent. I walked out with 20-25 new inquiries on my credit profile, which lowered my already low credit score and those inquiries are going to last on my credit profile for 2 years. Horrible service!!!!!

I was referred here b/c of it was supposedly a place where i wouldn't have to deal with the usual BS. It seemed like i was getting a great price and everyone was really nice. I ended up leaving a down payment on the car and when i went to pick it up 2 days later, the manager would not "sell me the car, unless i gave them $2000 more." They had apparently misquoted the price of the car to me and had charged me less for it than they had wanted to even though the contract had the quoted price on it. No one wanted to accept responsiblity for this, the sales person tried to blame the manager, the manager tried to blame the sales person. Needless to say, they did not think it was important to call me and let me know about this discrepancy until i walked in, which was their attempt to try and get me in the door so they could get more money out of me.
