I had an amazing experience at Nissan North when I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Accent in early November. I worked with Amira and she catered to every question and need and we so appreciated her service and the rest of the employees we worked with. One of the best, less painful car buying experiences. Ask for Jim Simpson if you are looking at Nissan North. Jim Simpson is exptremely professionsal with no high pressure. I bought a car and then my 16 year old son totaled it the very next week! :(, Jim helped me to get a new one, even offering to talk to the insurance company about the payoff amount. Relaxed no high pressure sales and they take care of everything: financing, registrating everything. They also gave me a fair trade on my trade in.

When I contacted Nissan North to test drive a used car, I spoke with Samantha Stover to set up a time to meet. Samantha was very courteous and helpful over the phone, and she made sure to find a time that was convenient for me (a Saturday).I met with Jason Peters on the agreed date to test drive the car I had picked out. Jason made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, and he informed me about all the procedures (detailing, inspection and so on) that the car had gone through before being put on the lot. I drove the vehicle around and was very impressed with how well it was maintained. At the end, Jason gave me a competitive quote that I was happy with. Overall: great experience, would recommend.

We had a terrible car buying experience a few cars back. The guy was rude, condescending, and had zero customer service skills. He actually told me I couldn't afford the vehicle I was looking at. I literally left the showroom in a rage. The last time we bought a car, we came to Nissan North after doing some online research, and while not perfect, it was certainly a MUCH better experience, so when we decided it was time for a new car, we decided to try Nissan North again. By luck of the draw, we ended up with Jason Peters and he was dynamite! From the start he was attentive and listened to what we had to say. Not only listened, but heard, remembered, processed, and tailored our car buying experience based on our needs and opinions. Everything we told him was important to us in a vehicle, he made sure to not only include those features in the vehicles he showed us, but he made sure to specifically demonstrate all of the features we had told him we were concerned about. One big worry was back seat room. We are both larger people and our old car left VERY little leg room for passengers riding in back. So before each test drive, Jason had me set the driver seat to the most comfortable spot for myself and then he actually got into the back seat himself behind my seat and had me get back out and look to see the fit for myself. He is quite a tall guy, so this was incredibly helpful in knowing which cars actually had excellent back seat leg room for most people. Talking about roominess or telling you figures or dimensions is one thing, but having a physical demonstration goes way further in helping make an informed decision and we really appreciated him not only taking the time, but the initiative to demonstrate the reality of the back seat passenger space for us in a simple, fast, and effective way. He brought me multiple cars to test drive, taking his time with us and our needs. We did some research first on the website and had some vehicles in mind, but Jason also made suggestions and the vehicle I ended up choosing was one he strongly recommended. This guy made our car buying experience a fun and informative afternoon to enjoy as opposed to a chore to be endured or suffered through. He was bright and charming, smart and funny. Absolutely knew his way around the lot and around cars. He gave me all kinds of great information to help me make my decision and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I drove off the lot the same day. Once I had settled on my Nissan Altima, he made sure to explain, at length, how some of the most important features functioned. He could have tossed me the keys once he had my money and said, "Have a nice day sir!" and that would have been that. No harm, no foul. He would have done his job at that point with no complaints from me, but he went out to the vehicle with me, synched my phone to the car's Bluetooth system and gave me an in depth demonstration of how the key fobs functioned. They are significantly more complicated than the ones I was used to for my old car, so his concise class on how to use them was invaluable. He also made sure I had his number in my phone and told me if I had any questions or concerns to feel free to contact him. When I left, I felt confident in both my choice of vehicle as well as my ability to operate all the bells and whistles on it thanks to Jason Peters. Obviously the first experience we had with Nissan North was better enough to make us try them again, but this experience has probably earned them a lifetime customer and Jason will definitely be our go to guy every time! Could not be happier with a car buying experience, unless we hit one of those, "You're our 12351254312th customer and won this car free!" kind of scenarios lol Two very enthusiastic thumbs up for Nissan North, and specifically for Jason Peters! Way to knock it out of the park guys!

After completing our paperwork, Owali took us on a tour of the service department, showing us exactly where we would pull up car for our future maintenance. Owali also went through the important feature of the car which we will use on daily basis and he was patient enough to answer all my questions even though its end of the day and closing time . I called for an appointment because I kept getting calls from the dealership reminding me that I needed to come in. When I spoke with Kendall Smith he said that there were appointments for the same day or next day available. I told him I would bring my vehicle in at 7:30 am the next day. After looking at my last visit he said I would probably just need an oil change. When asked, he said it would take 45 minutes to an hour.I showed up at 7:25 am and there were three cars ahead of me. After being told by a different technician that the wait would be one hour to one hour and 15 minutes, I brought up what the K S moth tech had said the day before. It didn't matter what was told to me yesterday; the wait would be longer. I said that (the service department) needs to communicate better. The tech I spoke with the day before said that he never said that I had an appointment; he said he told me on the phone that oil changes are first come first serve only. I strongly disagree. I was encouraged to bring my car in either the day I called or the next day. At no time in our phone conversation was I told that I would have to wait longer than 45 minutes to an hour. At no time was the phrase "first come first serve" mentioned. Just be aware of this when you bring your auto in to this dealership for service.

We went there to make a purchase of 1 vehicle (Altima) only and ended up buying 2 from them (Altima and Pathfinder), Biggest reason behind the purchase is the way they operate, (Just so you know we also went to 2 other dealerships in this area) by that I mean no pushy sales tactics, Guys (Gabe, Jeremy and Scott) were very transparent during the whole process, Listened to our needs and worked with us very patiently. Their dealership showroom is also very nice with great entertainment area (including food) that our kids really enjoyed, it is very important feature to have for families with kids. We are very satisfied with the dealership and will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to make a new vehicle purchase. I hope it helps, Thanks.

I purchased a 2015 pathfinder and I worked with Bob and Wally. They did spend a lot of time with me be it during test drives or discussing Nissan in general. At no stage I felt I was being pulled/pressured into buying one. They had a genuine curiosity to help me and ensure I walk away happy with the deal. Its an open secret that one is ready to spend the money when searching for a new car. But Nissan North management and Sales worked in a way it felt like win-win. Other's I worked with were Tyler and Eric. Special mention to their support. Never seen a finance services manager ( in this case Eric) work with customer and explain different scenarios where the cost of ownership could be lower. I am pretty positive that if you made your decision to buy Nissan , you must safely consider that Nissan North is the BEST place. I had seen other dealerships which told me I was wasting their time 30 mins after purchasing the vehicle when they were asked some questions on certain things.

We had such a great experience, but our salesman Brian Hilyard was the BEST! I called right before closing and he didn't rush me or anything. In fact, he gave me his cell number and ended up taking the information for the vehicle home so that he could help us after hours. He was with us every step of the way and was so honest and informative, that he is a big part of the reason we bought the car! We took a test drive and an issue came up, and there wasn't any question of them taking care of it before we bought it. We just felt very safe and well taken care of by everyone. They have a great little play area for the little ones, and even snacks are offered for while you wait. I just can't say enough good things about Brian and the dealership! What a great group of people! If you're in the market for a car, save yourself all the hassle and headaches and give Brian a call! You won't regret it!

It's been 11 years since we purchased our last car. We had never been to a Nissan dealership nor owned a Nissan but decided last week to stop in at Nissan North and check out a Rogue. BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE!!!! We expected the "Typical car salesman" but much to our surprise, we were greeted at the door by JASON PETERS.....a NICE GUY who let's you decide if you want to buy a car!!!!! Jason was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and made sure we knew of every discount available to us. All of this after they were short staffed and he had been running around looking for OUR dream SUV in 90 degree heat!!! After finding our SUV and completing our paperwork, Jason took us on a tour of the service department, showing us exactly where we would pull up right to the bay doors for our future maintenance needs and gave us business cards of the people who head up the maintenance department. Once our vehicle had been washed and fueled, Jason walked us through the entire process of setting up our Bluetooth and showing us where and how every feature and display worked--AWESOME!!!! Tyler who is the general manager was just as pleasant and down to earth as Jason. I truly believe this dealership to be THE BEST if you want to to meet great and honest people!!!! Anyone who wants to buy a car as opposed to being "SOLD" one will be beyond satisfied and will be SOLD on NISSAN and Jason PETERS. Thank you for the awesome experience Nissan North. Fantastic customer service experience working with Mark Benver and the team at Nissan North! The Nissan North team turned what was a stressful process into an enjoyable experience! From the beginning of the process to the actual purchase, the everyone was helpful, and very personable. Initially I chatted with Rebecca about various models on http://www.nissanofcolumbus.com, and then set an appointment through Holly. Both ladies went out of their way to be helpful, responding quickly in a professional yet personable manner. Due to multiple reasons, my husband and I were under a stressful, huge time-crunch to make our purchase the evening we stopped by. The bank we did our financing through closed at 7PM, and we both did not get out of work until 5:30, giving us a mere hour and a half to drive in rush-hour traffic half-way across town to the dealership, view the vehicle, and complete the entire purchase (not an ideal situation). My husband dropped me off at Nissan North so I could handle the details there, while he quickly drove to our bank (trying to make it before they closed) to handle the finances on that end. After I explained our unique situation to Mark, he quickly assessed the needed process, and calmly expedited everything even going so far as to personably call our banker and speak with them on our behalf (with our permission since he knew my husband wasnt going to make it in time), faxing and personally texting everything needed over to our bank and obtaining the essential information for our purchase that evening. After Mark gathered all the needed documents, we relaxed while he finished up the paperwork for us. So easy! Due to Marks fantastic customer service, professionalism and promptness we were able to purchase our car that evening! So very thankful that the entire team at Nissan North was able to turn what we thought was impossible request, into a reality! Highly recommend!

I absolutely can not say enough good things about my experience here. I have leased a 2015 Nissan Rogue. I am so fortunate that a cold call to the dealership landed me Jason Peters! He immediately answered all my questions with great detail and gave me his contact info and schedule. Once I arrived he we went over the features of the car, introduced to me several management staff and gave me the car to run some errands. A few days later they gave me the car to drive overnight and the next day I signed my papers. Jason was just amazing and the whole process was so easy. Every time I was in the show room the general sales manager Tyler always stopped to see how my experience was going. I just can not say enough good things about Nissan North and their staff. I found this unit on cars.com and inquired about it. I decided to drive from kentucky to this dealership because of the professional attitude of my contact at the dealership and the car that they offered. I could have gone to many other nissan dealerships that were a lot closer to home, but i made the right choice. The gentleman that i worked with was John Gray. His approach to the car business is refreshing; he let the car sell itself and provided professional and very helpful info along the way. Negotiations went smoothly and John took time to show me all of the bells and whistles on the maxima. The car was loaded with the sv and premium packages and after driving cadillacs for many years i am one who appreciates the many options that this car offered. John had the car prepped for my drive home, and even took the time to program my navigation to make the drive home more enjoyable. I could not have chosen a better dealership and my sincere thanks to John, Scott and the rest of the staff at the store for a very very pleasant buying experience.

Me and my wife were looking for a used car. Our first car together as a couple. After going to Beyers, Rikart, Germain, we finally stumbled upon Nissan North. We found a car in really good condition with very low mileage so we decided to check it out. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how respectfully we were greeted by their staff (Jason Peters). He did not judge us by our looks or race and gave us full attention. We felt welcomed. My wife asked for a test drive on the freeway and there was no problems with that either. Peters knew his stuff and knew what he was talking about all the time...apart from the silly jokes, which he does tend to go a little over board with (Not a deal breaker in any way though). Its refreshing to see a sales personnel like Peters who loves what he does. So after spending almost 3 hrs in the dealership we managed to trade in our old car for a better one. The paperwork was relatively easy and was handled in a very professional manner. Heck we didn't even have to go to BMV for transfers as they took care of that too. I think it was one of the best decisions ever to buy a car with them. I would definitely go back. Thank you.

I began shopping for a low mileage Nissan on the internet, my search led me to Nissan North. I made contact with the dealership and worked with salesman Drew Sells. Drew took the time to discuss the deal and lay the ground work over the phone as I didn't want to drive the 3 hours until I was confortable that we had at least exceptable parameters of a deal in place. Others I contacted did not want to do that for me. I very much appreciated the straight forward professional approach. Once we took the Saturday to travel to complete the deal, I was very satisfied with the service I received, no suprises due to Drew's preparation. I will drive for a good deal and I'm glad I did. After endless hours of online research, I dismissed the (ultimately) false claims of 'great deals' and 'competitive market pricing' made by dealerships much closer to my home and decided to make the 110 mile drive to Nissan North to see a 2011 Murano. I had previously contacted the dealership via e-mail and when I arrived, there was a pre-printed record of my interest in the vehicle advertised. I was promptly greeted by Senior Sales Consultant, Jon Gray who proceeded to thoroughly and knowledgeably demonstrate all of the features of the Murano then accompany me for a test drive. When we returned, my trade-in had been appraised right in line with valuations readily available on the internet. I agreed to the deal, Financial Services Manager, William Joiner worked to provide the best financing options, I signed and was on my way back to Cincinnati. Over a span of 40 years of researching and purchasing new, used and collector cars, I would place my experience with Nissan North very near the top.

Plainly said, my wife and I had the most enjoyable car buying experience we could have hoped for today ( Wednesday August 20th 2014),led by sales associate Jason Peters and backed by Nissan North's sales manager Tyler Baird. We have always approached a car purchase with trepidation due some past experiences my wife had to endure. And to be totally candid, we were not 100% sure we were going to purchase, as we initially thought that the 2014 Nissan Maxima we ( okay, mainly I ) had our eye on could be out of reach of our budget. However, Jason was a breath fresh air in both of our eyes... considerate, candid, knowledgeable. We shared honestly our interest yet concern, and Jason and the entire dealership team worked with us to get a price we could budget appropriately, and last but not least found us an outstanding car with the features we most desired at an EXCELLENT value. I will say that while the monthly payment ended up being about $30 more a month than we would have preferred, at the end of the day my wife and I determined that the overall value we were receiving was WELL worth the extra expenditure. We bought a certified pre-owned 2004 Ford Focus from Nissan North on December 20th after my college student daughter was in an accident and her previous car could not be repaired. She was excited about the new car but her father told her it had some front end issues so if Nissan North would sell it to her for less than the listed price of $4000, she could buy it and he would fix it. Amazingly, they did reduce the out-the-door cost to $3500 and we were very happy! We were very happy, that is, until the car did not start 3 days after we purchased it. We were having below 0 degree weather in Columbus so we thought that was the problem. It continued to not start, so, after jumping it a few times, we bought a new battery. That did not work so my daughter learned how to un-hook the battery when she went to school or work. Then we bought a jump starter so she could stop un-hooking the battery. After 3 weeks of dealing with it, we took it back to Nissan North and they readily agreed to test it. We have had the car now for 3 months and Nissan North has looked at it twice. The second time they kept it for a week and they can find nothing wrong. They mentioned taking it to Ford and letting them look at it but did not follow through with that. Then they said it was the battery terminals and said they replaced them. In reality, they only replaced one side. My college student daughter now has to carry a jump starter with her at all times. Today she is out of state and cannot start it or jump it. My problem with Nissan North is that we bought the car as is but expected to be able to actually drive the car. A car cant be driven if it cant be started. Nissan told me on 2/24/14 that they were escalating the issue to another manager and they would get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a thing. I even asked my husband to sell the car and he said he refused to sell a car with a known problem to someone else. Although that is what Nissan North did to us. If they were not aware of the problem while they had the car, the previous owner obviously did know it so it should be Nissan Norths problem as a major car dealership and should not have been dumped on a 21 year old college student who is just trying to go to school and work. We went from being excited about the car to not even liking to drive by Nissan North because, like any parent, I just want my daughter to have a reliable car to drive and she has had to resort to having to jump start her $3500 car almost on a daily basis. I am very appreciative that Nissan North agreed to look at the used car in the first place but have determined that since they bought a car with a major mechanical issue it should not be our problem and they should take the responsibility to resolve the issue.

I called in to schedule an Appointment for my Nissan Rogue 2008 which is making an engine sound. The guy who picked up the call at Service Center (Saturday 01/25/2014 8:12 AM Eastern Time) said he has no available time before Tuesday; which is fine. Since I work on weekdays, I asked whether an appointment on next Saturday or any other weekend could be available. He flat out said 'No'. Then when I said thank you, I will have to look somewhere else - he said Ok, and then hung up as if he did not care. He did not even make an effort to accommodate the timing or offer an alternative. He was like, I am the boss, I do not care what your constraints are; either my way or highway.

My wife and I went in looking for an Altima with certain features and packages. Mark met us and listened to what we were looking for then grabbed the car from inventory so we could look at and drive it. We got exactly what we wanted, and I feel we got a really good deal on it compared with what we've seen online. My wife is 8 mos pregnant and they expedited the process as much as possible so we could get out of there and get her some lunch! Thought you should know. I recently purchased a 2004 Odyssey and have already put $900 into it since the sale 2 weeks ago. Come to find out the brakes that I asked specifically about and was told were fine needed replaced (rotors and pads on both axles) and the transmission seal was broken and leaking. I am a little disappointed that these issues were not addressed before putting the vehicle up for sale. I know I purchased as is but I did so under the impression that the brakes were safe and the transmission was not leaking.

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima in August 2013. It had a scratch on the back bumper they agreed to fix when I purchased the vehicle. Not only did they give me a 2013 Nissan Altima with less than 200 miles to drive while my car was getting serviced, but they also delivered my car to me when it was finished. That may not seem like much, but I was 35 miles away at a hospital while my mother was in ICU. Kas Jeffries didn't give it a second thought. He delivered the car to me...on his birthday no less! I can't recall ever getting that kind of service from a dealership and it won't be forgotten! I recently bought a used 2010 Nissan Altima. I found the Altima with the price I was looking for online. I went to the dealership and Jason Peters was the salesman that helped me. I took a test drive, didn't feel comfortable turning right out onto the busy street so he took me to a parking lot and took me around the back roads til I was comfortable on the busy streets. I had a special situation with how I could get money. A situation most of the people I talked to there had never experienced. He was a huge help and was very patient to help me through the process. My car had broke down and I told the girls at work about it and said I was looking for a Chevy with cheap payments. They had recommended Nissan North & Larry Woods. So we got online, checked the inventory, and printed off a picture of the White Chevy Malibu. I immediately wanted it. I told the girls to call and see about the car. I bought a 2011 Nissan rouge from this dealer back in February of 2011, I had special orders with the vehicle and upgrades, no problems at all. I kept up with the maintenance schedules and the Nissan runs good. I recently have some sort of problem with the front end making a loud noise when driving over 35 mph and disappear almost going 65. My sun roof started whistling too. So, I called Nissan north to talk to the salesman I dealt with, unfortunately, he had moved on, so I talked with the service manager, discussed the problems and scheduled a appointment to repair the problems. so far so good. I will write more about how the repairs went.

Sales representative was great to work with and the buying process was positive and easy. Only negative I would call out is detailing of the car purchased was not the greatest. Superficially cleaned and wiped down on the interior but a lot of interior smudges and loose dirt. I'm probably anal about it but when i bought My acura it was toothbrush cleaned. They appeared to be selling a lot of cars - so maybe just no time to get into the nooks and crannies.

Nissan North Service has been efficient, accommodating, and accurate.I highly recommend them. I might add that before I purchased this Nissan, I drove Hondas for over 25 years. First Class - no complainants! The car started driving funny over the Thanksgiving weekend. I had the car towed to their location and met with James and Rory in Service. They did the troubleshooting and advised me of the cause and repair cost. They were able to beat their own repair estimate. No worries and no issues! Nice work and the wife is happy! From the Service Manager, Andy, down to the technicians I couldn't be happier with how I was treated from start to finish! Thank you.

Did most of my searching online before going out to test drive vehicles and Nissan North was not initially on my list of Dealers until I searched for a Sentra and saw what they had in stock. Was greeted by Jason R. quickly and professionally and we took a test drive of one of the Sentra's on my list. The location of this dealer has very heavy traffic so it's not easy to do a test drive especially at rush hour! I usually like to drive without the sales person present but this was not the case here. Jason was very knowledgeable and informative during the test drive and was not obviously making a sales pitch. After the test drive, I wanted to get a quote and Jason did this promptly with the minimal expected discussion but he realized I wasn't a 'rookie' so he didn't waste too much of my time with unnecessary sales talk. He quickly developed a very nice price quote and didn't pressure me to accept. I went home and did further research and even went to more dealers to test drive similar vehicles before making my decision. I really intended on getting a Civic so had to do serious comparison between Sentra and Civic. Honda has a manufacturing facility in our area so Honda prices are higher and this was a factor in leaning away from the Civic. The 2011 Sentra was more comfortable than the 2010 Civic. The features were slightly better and I really liked the CVT. Some of the body parts of the Sentra are of less quality. The reviews saying the Sentra is 'under-powered' are wrong at least for this class comparison. I drove 12 vehicles and I believe the Sentra has better real-life power. In the end, I chose the Sentra and informed Jason and we started the financing part which I could do online and over the phone mostly. I arrived later that day to finalize the sale and most of the paperwork was ready but they had to make the obligatory pitch of the extended warranty, etc. They explained things clearly and answered all my questions. The whole process took less than an hour which is significantly better than other experiences I've had. I waited an extra few minutes while they finished prepping the vehicle and they even filled up the gas tank! Jason then helped make sure I knew how to operate some of the things we didn't use during the test drive and I was on my way! I highly recommend Nissan North and would consider buying more cars from them in the future.

My wife and I went in knowing what car we wanted to look at. We met with Jason in the used car sales area. He was very friendly and had been expecting us (my wife talked with the online sales person earlier in the day). He pulled the car up for us and opened everything up, letting us have a look. He told us as much as he knew about the car and was honest when he didn't know something. He didn't interject his own opinions and didn't try to push us towards anything other than what we were interested in. I appreciate when someone listens to the customer and Jason did just that. He was required to ride along for the test drive. I don't typically like to have the salesman ride along, but it was actually very helpful considering the traffic at the time of day that we visited. I will shop with Jason, again. We actually plan on trading in our other vehicle and will be contacting him in the coming weeks with what we are looking for.RE: Financing - Dan Garwatoski: Dan did a great job. He was able to find us a lower interest rate than what we were quoted by our own long-time banking institution. He made the process as quick as he could (we had our child with us and it was getting late). He didn't try to pressure us into anything extra (warranty, etc.) that we were not interested in. He simply presented us with the facts and let us make our decision.OVERALL: I've only found one car salesman in my life that I would have repeated business with (he has since retired). Today, in the age of the internet, we review all of our cars online and have traveled up to 100 miles to purchase a car. I feel confident now saying that I just have to drive down the road now to buy another vehicle. I will be a repeat customer of Nissan North and Jason.

Jon Gray is a great salesman. No pressure and provided complete information for each vehicle we wanted to look at and drive. He also gave my husband and I privacy to discuss our impressions. After letting us take a car for a while to have our son and son-in-law look at it and give us their opinions we made our decision and moved on to work with Dave Dillon for the financing. We have a great interest rate and a very, very nice maintenance package. Nissan North is all around a great experience. I leased a car and our sales person was fantastic. We purchased the maintenance package. So we do all our services there. The team they have are friendly and on top of it. They did a routine inspection when I was getting the oil changed. They found the battery was not holding a charge. They also found that the lens on my front head light had condensation. Needless to say they replaced the battery and lens. No charge to me as it was under warranty. I was thankful that they found these issues and addressed them. As we were getting ready for vacation. We could have been stranded somewhere if they had not checked the battery and found it faulty. We have had such a great experience there that my husband bought a car, as well as my daughter. Nothing but praise for the Team at Nissan North.

I had to get a new battery and an oil change. Not only was it easy and efficient to drop my car off overnight for service in the morning, but I was charged less than what other non-dealers quoted me. No better feeling than having the dealer work on your car - and not paying an arm and a leg. Rory was very helpful, but everyone was professional and courteous.

I bought a 2010 used Prius from Nissan North. I believe Jon Rix was my salesman name. The deal was made over the phone and I drove over 4 hours to buy my car. Very fair and easy to work with.Jon was great and made the deal a pleasant experience. my 2011 Nissan Juke had a fuel pressure sensor failure. This defect was under recall. It had failed and I was having gasoline leaking under the hood. Nissan North understood the urgency from my call at 7:50am this morning. They took me in with no appointment, corrected the problem with no cost to me and returned my car to me at noon. Couldn't be happier, they'll see me again.

I absolutely recommend this dealer. I was looking for a new Nissan Juke with very specific details, and of course the right price. After talking with many pressuring dealers across both Indiana and Ohio, I found relief in working with Rebecca. Because I lived several hours away, Rebecca helped me search their vehicles without coming on site. She also helped me decide what was best for me over the phone. She was always extremely responsive and genuinely cared about me and what I wanted. She was so dedicated to helping me find exactly what I wanted, that she even helped me find my dream vehicle at another dealer. I never felt pressured to purchase anything that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. She knew how big of a purchase this was and put herself in my shoes before giving me advice. My wife and I love Nissans. My wife purchased a used 2010 Versa which was brought in from another location. The car was defective, having multiple scratches, the bumper shifted to one side and one new headlight. It was obvious to me that it had been wrecked even though the CarFax report said nothing about that. When the SES light came on the first day after purchase, my wife was in tears and I was livid. Tyler, the sales manager and Jeremy, our salesman and Dave, the Finance Manager, scrambled to track down the paperwork from the two day old purchase, including contacting the bank, to get the entire purchase voided. Then they gave me a great deal on a new 2012 Versa and secured a great finance rate with the bank. They went more than the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were happy. I think I know where I'll be buying my next Nissan.
