I went to numerous dealerships within a 70 mile radius of my home to find many sales people did not know there product or were just to interested in "getting inside the building to get your information". I went to Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness where I was professionally greeted by Matt my sales professional. He stayed after regular business hours to help me find a truck I was interested in. The next morning I made a decision and bought my truck. He went out of his way to assure I was happy with the vehicle I wanted including after the sale when I came back in for service. I HIGHLY recommend Nick Nicholas Ford and Matt to assist anyone with a pleasant, professional, no pressure buying experience on there next vehicle.

I brought my 2002 Mazda Tribute in because I had a service light on and oil leak from the drain plug. This dealership said I needed a new alternator ($500+ charge) and a new oil pan gasket ($400+ charge). Since the vehicle is 13 years old I declined service.I brought it to a Mom & Pop repair shop in Inverness, FL. They checked the alternator & said it was charging fine & that the light was due to low coolant. The mechanic then checked the oil pan & said that since the oil pan is aluminum, the mechanic that changed my oil last over-tightened the plug. The mechanic said that he could grind down the indentation in the pan & replace the stripped drain plug.Total cost of repairs was less than $40, for a total savings of over $925 from the Ford dealership estimate. Don't think I will be shopping for a Ford at that dealership anytime soon.

I have purchased both new and used cars in the past, yet I have never had such an outstanding experience working with a dealership. The last time I purchased a vehicle, I waited in the dealership for over 8 hours and left feeling stuck and "worked over". Working with Michelle Russo at Nick Nicholas truly put the excitement back into getting a new car! Not only was she a joy to work with, but she had my deal worked out in less than an hour to include having all of my paperwork ready to be signed. They worked with me on my trade-in and was able to get me a great deal! I absolutely LOVE my Ford Escape and am so thankful to Michelle and all of the staff at Nick Nicholas!!!

I live in the Tampa area, but found this dealership through a vehicle search. Let me tell you that the transaction to buy my car could not have been easier and I'm a very tough customer. I was able to complete the entire deal via email and text message, while getting an extraordinary price on a popular car. Further, the salesperson and the finance manager stayed after hours on a Saturday night to accommodate my schedule and my drive up. Once I arrived, the vehicle was as stated and the finance process had no surprises. The employees are genuinely nice people and treat their customers very well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who likes old fashion customer service, great prices, and great choices!

I live in Wisconsin my wife and I came just to look and get an idea on a 2 nd car we were going to purchase when we returned home, we met Matt Wilson and he showed us several cars he never pushed was never disrespectful and let us take our time he called us 2 days later I gave him an offer which was accepted and he even came and picked us up from an hour away! He was a very nice person to deal with I would love to deal with him again

My wife and I were looking for a Sport Track Explorer, We were on our way to Ocala to look at one and came across Nick Nicholas Ford along the way. A young man by the name of Matt came out to help us. I will admit I was pretty rude at first I just had an unpleasant experience at another dealership But it didn't phase Matt he was very courteous and professional and very respectfully completely different than I'm used to dealing with from a car dealer. The Sport Track was beautiful it was everything we wanted Matt and his manager Roy gave us some time to think it over during lunch. We called back 10 minutes after leaving and told them.we would purchase the truck. We went back everything went nice and smooth the dealership was very busy that day and Matt could tell.we.wanted to leave, he actually went down to the car wash area and helped wash our car so we could get to dinner! I would have never expected that. I will without a doubt buy another vehicle from Matt

Being a first time auto buyer, I was quite nervous with looking for a new vehicle. Being turned down and denied numerous times at other dealerships, I had lost all hope. That is, until I found and fell in love with a certain SUV at Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness Florida. Michelle Russo, my sales associate, went above and beyond to work with me and put me in the car of my dreams. Our current lease we had obtained through a dealership closer to where we live, and after all was said and done, we were less than satisfied customers. We had shopped around a lot of dealerships, but found nothing that seemed to move us toward closing a deal. With one month remaining on our current lease, we had gone to lunch at Reds in Hernando, and thought that since it was the last day of the year, theres got to be a dealership somewhere in Citrus County. A quick search on the smart phone and we found Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness, so we got the directions and headed that way. Im not one to give praise to companies for doing their jobs well; that should be the normal thing to do. But here we had an exception, and it appears that we were led to Nick Nicholas Ford, and to Michelle Russo (our Sales Specialist) so that we would find the right car, at the right price, and handled with the expertise that comes from a solid history of success in the business. The more we talked, the more we learned that this dealership is an absolute gem to work with people that are open, friendly, and honest. There is no doubt in our minds that we not only saved money, but developed new relationships with the people of this company that will last far longer than the new car we just received from them.

We set up an appointment to view a car with Rex Adair. We live almost a 100 miles from the dealership so asking a lot of questions about the vehicle prior to arriving was important. Rex was honest with me from the very beginning. We arrived at the lot at the time we set up and Rex had the entire staff ready to assist us. We were in and out within 1 and a half hours including financing the deal. Very pleased with the way everything was handled.

I just want to thank Clint Schaak, David, and Adam for a wonderful truck hunt experience. Clint was great to work with. He knew what I was looking for and would text me when something came in that he thought I might be interested in. He was patient through the whole process, even when I changed my mind a few times. We love Nick Nicholas Ford. We have been using them to purchase and maintain our vehicles for years! We recently purchased a used 2011 Ford Taurus from Clint Schaak! He and Dave Clark helped us make an informed decision on which car to buy -- they were so patient with us and even though they were very busy, they stayed after hours and worked with us on the deal -- I can't say enough on the incredible kindness they always offer us. We love these people! If I had to sum it up -- honesty, integrity and placing the customer at the heart of all they do --- THAT is Nick Nicholas Ford!! I can't say enough. This was by far the least stressful and shortest delivery time of any vehicle we've ever purchased. Our salesman Matt was very patient while I jumped from vehicle to vehicle unable to make up my (my husband knew what he wanted) mind, and when we finally made the decision, it was quick and painless. I love the family feeling of everyone we worked with. Thank you Matt and Nick Nicholas Ford.

My wife and I went to Nick Nicholas Ford a few weeks ago we couldn't find a truck we liked in our price range obviously we liked all the ones we couldn't afford. Our salesman Matt found us an F150 in my range at their other location it was already 5:30 and Matt was off at 5 and that night still went to Crystal River to pick it up for us to see it in the morning I called Matt an hour after he left to pick it up to ask if I could come in earlier I told him I was excited since I've never bought anything this nice Matt said he would be back in 15 minutes and I could come look now before my son's baseball game I got there at 6:45 an hour 45 after he was supposed to go home and he waited on us. I saw the truck that night and picked it up in the morning. The customer service I received was top of the line. Shoot when I met Matt I'm surprised he took me serious I was in ripped work clothes covered in dirt and he treated me like I was a close friend. I will send Matt and Nick Nicholas all my business

My husband and I have been married for over 35 years and have bought several vehicles in this timeframe. We have had some great experiences, as well as, those that were not very good. However, Matt Wilson is the best salesman we have done business with! He is a very well mannered young man that is dedicated to assisting his customers needs. My first experience with Matt was via a phone conversation regarding my husband's interest in a new truck. Matt worked very diligently with us to make our transaction as cost effective as possible. He spent time looking on the internet, calling us with information, and offering us other available options so that we could make a wise decision before purchasing our vehicle. He was able to help us get close to our budgeted price for a new truck. My husband and I could not have asked for better service! During the test drive he was diligent in showing us every little detail in the mechanics, technology aspects and operation of the vehicle. The only improvement I would suggest for the dealership is making the paper work during and after the sale more time efficient as this was the longest period we have ever waited to sign final papers after a transaction at a car dealership. Overall we had an excellent experience because both Matt, our salesman and Adam, who finalized the buying process are fine young gentlemen who know how to treat their customers!

I don't usually go to dealerships to buy cars, but Clint Schaak told me about a minivan (which I had been looking for) that they just happened to have at Nick Nicholas Ford, Inverness. When I showed up, Cilnt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, as well as others that he had at the other Nick Nicholas location. Overall, Clint was very professional and didn't push me into anything. Moreover, the price was just right, and we were able to settle on some very reasonable financing. Working with Clint (and Nick Nicholas Ford) was pretty much the perfect car-buying experience. Thank you Clint! I'll be back!

A business associate was looking to upgrade to a 14 F150 with an ecoboost he delt with Matt Wilson I told him I was looking at another dealership he told me to call jis salesman Matt at Nick Nicholas Ford I went up there Sunday while closed found a truck called Matt Monday told him I had to buy before the end of the year gave him an offer and without any hassle he was able to except I came up that night and bougjt the truck nothing was changed when I got there. I'm out of state currently (Airforce) and I decided to look into getting pre-owned F150 anticipating picking it up when I come home for Christmas. I was put in contact with Clint Schaak to help me find the truck I was looking for. He did an excellent job at keeping me updated on what trucks he has the ability to get me into. I brought my vehicle for a yearly check-up and told the service rep, I wanted it thoroughly inspected which it wasn't. Within two weeks, I had some work done and then other problems came up. I was so angry with their service and demanded satisfaction. Investing my hard-earned money for crappy work and excuses. I have never be so stressed out with dealing the Ford service OVER AND OVER AGAIN......I HATE FORD AUTO SERVICE PERIOD AND WILL NEVER USED THEM EVER AGAIN! I MISS SEARS AUTO SERVICE BECAUSE THEIR MECHANICS DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

I usually don't like car shopping, but this experience changed my mind. I hated to trade in my Tundra but with a 6'5" step-son and other step-children and grand children plus my own medical issues my truck just wasn't practical anymore. I went there and told them the range I wanted my payments to be and my credit score. The sales mgr looked over his inventory and told me that they had 3 cars that would fit my terms. The salesman, Matt Wilson, took me to the 3 cars. He was very helpful and didn't push me to pick one or try to upsell me to a car I couldn't afford. I felt at ease with Matt and not on edge. I told him the one I was interested in and he told me he would get back to me tomorrow since I had to go to work. He was very prompt in getting back to me. I had then changed my mind on the car and decided the 3rd option (Kia Sedona) was a better fit for what I needed. He was very understanding and redid all the paperwork to see what my payments would be and texted me the info. It was right in my price range, so my fiance and I went down to test drive it. My fiance also wanted to test drive the first choice (Accord) and I test drove Sedona and we decided on Sedona. Matt told us it would be just awhile to get it detailed and get the paperwork ready and said if we wanted to go home and wait that would be fine and he would let us know when all was ready. He let me know, I went up there and signed the papers and it was painless. There was a few problems with it and they are waiting on the parts to fix them. I have now had the vehicle for 1 1/2 weeks and am taking it to them tomorrow for the few repairs. They have been great and very helpful. I haven't had the best experience with car dealerships/salesman, they have turned my opinion around. When it's time for a new vehicle I will be going right back to them and Matt.

I had a lot of problems with my old vehicle and I had to bring it into the service department several times at Nick Nicholas Ford the service department was excellent. On one of my visits I met a young Salesman there named Matt Wilson he was kind enough to work with me over the next 4 months to find a carr that would fit my needs and most importantly not break down I could tell roght away that Matt wasnt just trying to sell me any old car so he could get a sale in fact 2 cars I liked he told me he did not think they would have the reliability I was looking for never had a salesman done that before. So we found a vehicle that we both thought would work for me and I would no longer have to keep bringing it in the service department I was still nervous because of my last vehicle always having problems And I did not want to go through that again so Matt did not push me into buying in fact he let me take the car home for 2 days and drive it on the interstate and make sure the car was something I really wanted so when I came back in to buy the car Matt Wilson gave me a very great trade in price, he sold me the vehicle at a price that which was well below Kelley Blue Bookand neber once said oh let me talk tp my manager or what would I pay for your new car. I would recommend Nick Nicholas Ford to any one of my friends or family and I will definitely recommend Matt Wilson I've bought several cars in my life and buying it from matt and Nick Nicholas was the easiest car buying experience I've had

I managed to keep my 2011 F250 Pristine, until backing into an Oak Tree damaged the right rear of the Bed. After my Insurance estimate, I delivered my Truck to the Nick Nicholas Body Shop for Repair. I have been having my Vehicles Serviced at Nicholas for the past 10 years and have found them to be Honest, and Competent. When my truck was returned I was quite pleased to find that I could not tell that it was ever damaged. the paint matching and Craftsmanship was excellent. I would recommend this Shop to anyone.

carried my f-250 in 2/17/14 for brake problems. had appointment for 9:30 am 2/18 so left truck. Travis at service was to call me when ready. at 2pm i called to see what was up - was told nothing wrong with truck, normal for truck with 20+ thousand to make noise but when i insisted brakes where cutting rotors he was going to check and call right back , one hour later i called him again to find they would keep till morning and check again for noise. Why if nothing could be found wasn't i called? now i am out truck 2 days. i have owned about 15 verticals in my life and brakes don't make that much noise unless something is wrong, and don't cut rotors. i really don't think proper inspection was done by pulling a wheel instead of looking and listing.

My first contact with Nick Nicholas Ford was on the internet with Matt Wilson. Matt stayed in contact with me for several days while we talked through the options I was interested in. Eventually we got to the point where I went to the dealership to test drive the 2013 Ford Edge we had picked out. We decided on a different Edge, test drove it and had our vehicle appraised by Richard Garrett. Within a few minutes we had agreed on a trade in price and finished the deal. Truly no hassle at all. My wife and I were treated with respect at all times and never felt pressured in any way. If you are looking for a new vehicle you cannot go wrong with this dealership. We would highly recommend Matt as your salesperson and know you will appreciate an honest and friendly encounter while trading your vehicle with Richard...we love our Edge also. Lots of neat options and safety features.

This morning my "Low Tire Pressure" sign came on my 2011 Ford Escape. No biggie I will call on my way home from work. I called and was transferred to Service. A man answered and I told him about the light that came on. He proceeded to tell me that I can check the tire pressure myself. I said, why would I do that when the car tells me it is low and I need hydrogen in the tires. He continues to tell me to check the pressure myself. He is speaking to me in a tone that I was stupid. I said, do I need to make an appointment? He said no just come in. What the heck just happened in this conservation with this man. I thought his job is to say, no problem mam, bring it in and we will check it for you. Why is that so hard to do the right thing. 30 minutes later I walked into service and asked for him by name. He responded and I told him I did not appreciate the way he talked to me on the phone, it was rude. I have a smart car and when it tells me the tire pressure is low then it low and you should fix it. I proceeded to step into my personal space and continued to tell me that I can check it myself. I was furious. He turned around and walked out the door to take my car to the garage. He came back and told me the back tires were low and he put hydrogen in them. I said thank you and went on my way. I am still angry that he spoke to me that way, stepped in my personal bubble so he can show me he was in control, and he did not even apologize even if it was a misunderstanding. Your the dealer you fix it happily. Don't argue with your customers.

I went there to buy my car They were so Rude I went to another Ford Dealership to buy my Fusion (brand new) The other dealership was wonderful to deal with! I just brought my car to Nick Nicholas Ford to have a issue looked at since my Ford dealership is about 45 min away They are just so RUDE I RECOMMEND YOU DRIVE TO ANOTHER FORD DEALESHIP instead of dealing with these people! SAD

A friend of mine, came to this dealership to buy a car. Apparently, as most dealers do, she was allowed to take the car home, over night, to try it out. Let's face it, cars are not cheap, and you want I be happy with your purchase. When she went to bring it back, they would not allow her. I have done this a few times, (2/3, I bought the vehicle.) The third car that I did not take was because it was not comfortable for long drives, and I do a lot of driving. The others were great. I am shocked to hear that this was not honored. It is not always necessary to do this, but if you want to feel comfortable with our purchase, why not? I did have mo show proof of where I lived, and could not drive a ridiculous amount, but was allowed. I guess times have changed? Higher prices. No trust. Not good PR.

My car had a slight altercation with a guard post at the service station and I diligently got three estimates...the middle one from Nick Nickolas Ford. After several weeks of "digesting" the damages, I finally called the collision centre in Inverness. They were extremely helpful, and I dropped my car off. It needed to have the passenger door and front fender replaced. Five work days later, I picked up my car. It was Beautiful! Cleaned inside and out. Shiny new door and fender. It looks brand new and it looks like it was never in an accident. Thank you, Nick Nicholas Ford!

My father in law got the best price here for his F-150. He was in the military and his salesman Rex was the best. He got everything he wanted . Nick Nicholas Ford takes care of their customers. I purchased my first vehicle from them in 1999 and I'm still using them.
