I am absolutely happy with my shopping experience with New Line Motors. I bought my Renegade in January 2021. I wanted a 4x4 6-speed manual that was solid, and plus it was a Jeep! I test drove it and loved it immediately more than everything else I looked at prior. The buying experience was very easy and they worked with my credit to get a good loan. Once the snow went away and I could appreciate the car more, I noticed my front driver wheel looked odd. I contacted New Line Motors and asked them about past issues with the Jeep. It had repairs done in the past that were not done correctly. New Line Motors went out their way to make sure it was repaired and it has been driving like a NEW car ever since. I am impressed by this and I am going to enjoy my Jeep for many years to come. If you are buying a car from here, you see my 5 stars to add to the many hundreds here. Even though my Jeep had prior damage, it was made right and I have to honest there.

The car bought is nice, Clean and as advertised was told that a charge cord was supposed to come with the vehicle and that they would call the auction place to get it as the paperwork noted that the charge cord was available. Several attempts at communications and never got a follow up, information or notified that the part could not be had. Poor customer service and follow up. Pricing was fair, the car was in great shape, just not happy with the lack of follow up. I would not recommend as they don't negotiate nor deal otherwise. And definitely will not follow up.

The two men there were incredibly rude and uninterested in wanting to work with us. I feel like it had to do with them not wanting to take us seriously due to our age. (We are in our mid twenties). We walked out and will never go back here again. I don't see how they stay in business.

Living in California I had my uncle handling the purchase of the SUV I wanted and saw online at NLM. The process went smooth, my uncle left with the truck and I flew in a week later to drive it back. Thank you Dave nlm. I heard it was a pleasure to do business with.

Christmas Hugs! Very satisfied with overall experience. Sales man showed me a few options to consider since I was unfamiliar with 2014 Toyota Camry. We test drive it to get feel for stability of ride. No hard sell tactics which I appreciate. Felt like I got a fair price on the vehicle with the features I needed, sales man spent a good deal of time explaining car features and Bluetooth setup. It helped that he drove a Camry and was very complimentary to that model and style, he really sold me on it. I was actually considering a Honda also but have had Toyotas for the last 10 years. Overall great experience, no buyers remorse for me!! Thank you.

I bought an Infiniti coupe almost 4 months ago. I am very pleased with it. The only thing that I was having problems with was the navigation. I called my salesman Tony who promptly told me to come in and he would work with me. He was very patient and made sure that when I left I felt comfortable using the navigation. I am very grateful for his kindness, guidance and overall friendly manner in which he helped me. I am very glad I bought the car from New Line Motors Inc. They treat you well!

Always question these vehicles. Called Toyota because the 2013 white Camry SE had engine issues on test drive. Toyota stated this vehicle had been under water and the engine has serious issues. Long story short, always call the vehicle manufacturer and run the VIN through them. Carfax on this car did not state these problems. New Line Motors needs better customer service when issues are brought to there attention. Used car dealers hate when they have been proven wrong and be careful with this one!

Nice cars at a great price. They aren't a new car dealer, but they do have used cars that are in pretty good shape. I bought a Honda that had over 30,000 miles on it and am very happy with the purchase. They also got me a good rate on my loan.

I was definitely skeptical about purchasing such an expensive vehicle from a used car dealership. I always leased my vehicles from my local BMW dealership, but due to my current job, leasing is not an option for me any longer. I came across a vehicle that I really liked New Line . As I said earlier, I was skeptical, but the price got me to take the ride and I am glad I did. From the first phone call to the dealership to the gentleman who cleaned the car for me when we completed the purchase, it was a positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership. I must say that Tony and Dmitriy put me at ease and exceeded all of my expectations. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and I appreciate that very much. Overall, I must say good job and keep up the good work!

Buying a car from New Line was not the most enjoyable experience. The price was non-negotiable for my 2008 Saab, and I ended up having to deal with all three salesmen (Dave, Tony and Boris) to buy one vehicle. The day I purchased the vehicle, the deal for an extended warranty had been forgotten about, and when I drove my car off the lot... the tank was empty.
