Great customer service. Very friendly. Safety check on all vehicles. Bought 2 vehicles in less than 6 months. That's how good of an experience was. Repairs are quick. Very professional. They like to help. Thank you Tom for both my cars.

I have stopped by this dealer ship in the past just to look . I like the no pressure attitude of Tom Shepard. He is always very helpful in answering questions and showing vehicles. Stopped by this weekend on a whim and fell in love with a car. Tom Shepard was so helpful once again with out pressure. We left to check other places and do our research, only to return knowing this dealership takes great pride in what they do. The cars are very clean and they treat you with the same respect if you are buying or just browsing. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Tom, you will not regret it.

My son is a student up in Boston area and he needed a new car. I called this dealership from Georgia - I read the reviews and felt comfortable. Great Experience, buying and selling a car has never been easier. Salesman listened to what we needed and did everything we asked. Great car, for an honest value. The salesman even stayed late on a Friday night so my son could pick it up after classes. Car was spotless and repair team had gone over every single item in car. Kudos to Tom Sheppard and New England Motors, even though I live in Georgia I will be back to buy a car here again.

Tom and Steve were very friendly the moment I walked onto the lot looking to upgrade from my old vehicle. Tom took me right in, I told him my basic needs and within moments he had a car that came right to mind. He worked efficiently and quickly on the paperwork and had me in a new car the same day! He was very accommodating with my needs and work schedule and did everything in a timely manner. Definitely a place to go to if your looking for a nice, clean used vehicle.

Been buying cars from Steve the owner for the past 20 years, I have to say I am pleased in every way with his vehicles, NEVER had ANY issues and if so the owner is quick to take a look it and fix the problem. I will say that from the seven vehicles I've owned from New England Motors have always left his business with a smile and of course II go back for another purchase after a few years. I would not change my dealer for anyone." 20 years and counting" :) :

I JUST PURCHASED MY MOM MOBILE ~ 2006 KIA SEDONA AND LOVE IT. EXCELLENT CONDITION, LOW MILES AND VERY CLEAN. TOM ENCOUNTERED A UNIQUE SITUATION WITH ME & AT ALL TIMES KEPT THINGS PROFESSIONAL & EXTREMELY HELPFUL. TOM EVEN WENT A FEW EXTRA STEPS AND CAME TO MY WORK SO I COULD SIGN PAPERWORK FOR MY VEHICLE. I recently bought a used 2009 Honda Civic from Tom at New England Motors in Leominster and he was very helpful! He was honest and kept open communication throughout the entire process. I have purchased a handful of cars before this, and this was by far the most painless experience I've had. This is a great team and I couldn't be happier with their service!
