My husband and I went to purchase a car 10-30-16.Our salesman Don was helpful and friendly We got the minivan we wanted at the price we could affordAs I was driving home the engine light came on. They had me bring van back that Tuesday Mark the service supervisor was also helpful and friendly turns out all it needed was a tune up. Runs beautifuly now. We are very happy we went to New Deals for our purchase

I BOUGHT A FORD F150 LAST WEEK FOR THIS DEALER AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE GREAT. WE ACTUALLY BOUGHT TWO VEHICLES!

As stated already, I came to this dealership as a first-time buyer. Initially, I researched the car that I wanted online--a 2004 Toyota Corolla, 180k miles. This car had a Carfax and all the information I could find about it! I came into the dealership the next day with my co-buyers (parents) and the sale was phenomenal. We saw the car right away and our salesperson answered every question along the way. There was NO PRESSURE in any way upon buying the car. We were well-informed about the buying process and every step along the way was explained. The dealership worked with us in paying the price in a few segments to make the sale easier on our bank accounts and the warranty was great. We did not have lengthy waits for any services around us, the car was in wonderful shape, the price was phenomenal, and everybody was pressure-free and very friendly. We finalized the sale within the hour. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend buying used cars here--especially for any young/college student like me.

We bought two vehicles here and are very happy with the whole experience. They treated us with dignity and respect. I see some bad reviews and hope the people it happened to were ultimately reconciled with a better outcome. We hope our purchases do not run into a nightmare.

We worked with Teesha and got great service. I prefer to look at cars without being followed like a puppy and she gave us the keys to the cars we wanted to see and gave us lots of time to examine them, test drive what we liked, and spend time discussing the benefits of each car. On the first visit, we were just shopping around for a deal and we ended up leaving without buying. A week later, we returned and Teesha remembered our preferred car and they still had it, so we bought it. When ready for another car, I'd definitely work with Teesha again.

Our sales representative, Mike, was awesome. He was very professional, friendly, and was able to respond to all our questions and concerns. We were able to buy the car that meets all our needs. . Great service and great prices!

very friendly people vehicles at a reasonable price anyone ever asked me where to go I would send them there they have lots of different kind of cars to choose from and SUVs and pickup trucks all makes and all models just a great place to go

Several days ago I set out to trade in my vehicle and purchase another. After four failed attempts at other dealerships I happened upon New Deal on Glendale Avenue. Upon arrival I was met by a salesman named Mike. Mike listened to what I was looking for, we hopped in a cart and within minutes we came upon the car I eventually purchased. Mike was great and I was in and out of there with my new car in about 90 minutes. I never felt pressured and was treated very fair.
