If you take your car to Nashua Hyundai for service, BEWARE of the paper work, do not sign it until after the work is done and do your own walk around of your car to insure there is no damage. Their paper work where you sign on their copy has the small print that states, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING (note anything} THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR VEHICLE WHILE ON OUR LOT. (not the exact words but you get the idea} this language is NOT on your copy. Once you sign it your freeing them of any responsibility. Either refuse to sign it or turn the page and cross out this language and watch them scream. They can leave an oil plug loose and loose all your oil damage your engine. As in my case, my 2016 Hyundai was damaged while under their control, I signed the paper work, I got screwed. These people are dishonest and unethical. Do NOT trust them, they got your money when you bought the car. It's all they care about. The only reason I have ever done business with them is because of Les Novak who I do trust. I tried to communicate with the owner but he refused, guess I'm just not important enough for the Thompson family, should have bought a Corvette things would have been different. Three Hyundai's bought from them, but never again. And will continue to get the word out to family, friends and anyone else who will listen.

We are extremely satisfied with our dealership, all of the sales staff were down to earth and friendly. We were impressed that not only was the owner/manager there on a Saturday, he personally came over and congratulated us on our purchase. Even with so-so credit we were able to quickly get approved for a loan and purchase the vehicle that we really wanted. Our favorite part was the fact that there was a cafeteria on site which served food that was inexpensive and delicious.

I have filed a complaint to the NH Attorney General's office, for poor customer service. Waiting for results. Let me be clear, I like the cars, I like the Salesman who sold me 3 Hyundai's over the last 3 years. But the service is not what you expect from a dealer that says they "Love all customers". Will not buy from them or allow my cars to be serviced there.

After going to a few dealerships Hyundia of Nashua was a geat stop. David Ritter was fast to come outside on a very hot day and walk us around to show us many different hyundias with different options. I felt bad for him sweating like a race horse on this hot day. I worked with Joe Dolan and Nina Cataldo. Together, they worked as a team to get the deal done. They were the only dealership that really worked with me to get the right car at the right price with the right features. There were a few hiccups along the way, but I expected that being an out of state buyer (they are in NH, I live in MA). At the end of the day, I am paying the price I wanted to, and am in the car I wanted. That is the main goal, and it was certainly achieved.

I was not satisfied with the experience I received working with Nashua Hyundai. The entire process lacked communication, organization, and good customer service. Some of the biggest issues were receiving a car that I had not purchased (it was missing things that I had asked for). They felt because the options it did come with made the car more expensive, that I wouldn't have a problem with it, and they didn't even inform me. I felt like they didn't care about my time or my experience at all. When I received the car, the sales associate, Ryan Laliberte, complained to me about this purchase and how it was taking up so much of his time he had only made $75 in the past few days because he couldn't be on the sales floor. Along with complaining to me when he dropped the car off, all he did was hand me the owners manual, the bluelink guide, and the quick start guide and then leaves. Later as I'm reading the quick start guide I see a checklist in the back of everything he was supposed to go over with me before leaving. I did not have help setting up the bluelink, the radio, my phone, anything. In three years time when my lease is over I will definitely not be returning to Nashua Hyundai to purchase or trade in the car, if to any Hyundai.

The sales rep was clearly only concerned with making a sale. I signed paperwork late on a Wednesday night and came back the second day to fill out more paperwork on the financial side of things and he was very hard to get a hold of the second day and seemed to continue to dodge questions. Once I had filled out all the paperwork and he was going over the manual and things like that with me, he wasn't even apologetic for things going as poorly as they did. Not only that, but he mentioned that he needed to go over certain things only because there would be a survey and he wanted a good score. I was very disappointed with the service I was given. As far as the financial part of things, the man I dealt with was very nice and had a great personality. I was happy that he was willing to let me go through my own bank and I did appreciate the dealership working with me. However, I continued to ask if I was signing a dealer loan, because my bank had warned me of this. He assured me I was not. Once all said and done and I spoke with my bank they were dissatisfied because I had indeed signed a dealer loan. I understand it's all business but you would think that if the dealership wasn't full of people trying to make a sale and screw each other over you would make more sales. No one ever wants to go buy a new car because you have to play the game. It's wrong and I think if you used more people in customer service to sell cars, your business would do a lot better. It's supposed to be about the customer not the money at the end of the day.

After driving over 2 hours to Nashua Hyundai, I was somewhat disappointed with the salesperson whom I was referred to. However, I ended up with Ian who did a phenomenal job with helping me purchase the exact car I wanted. I ran into some unforeseen issues that were out of the dealership's control but Ian and Jay Taylor assured that we'd get everything figured out and that the vehicle that I wanted would be put on hold for me. After days of communicating with Ian, I was able to finance the vehicle through my credit union and less than a week after looking/test driving the vehicle, I was driving it off the lot. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and I am happy that I chose the two hour drive to Nashua Hyundau!

Im not going to go crazy on here and I've never wrote a review before but what this place just did to me and my son was just unbelievable. Because are credit isn't the best and my sons first time buying anything, over night they added a $1000 to the price and said it was because it was certified. I went on Cargurus and Autrader and found many other cars certified with less miles for $2500 to $3000 less then what these guys were trying to sell me the car for with out adding this additional $1000 that was added over night. I was willing to pay a little extra because of are credit and the salesman Curtis working with us, but after what they did to me and my son today. I wouldn't recommend going to this dealership unless you can just walk in and buy a car without negotiating and not weary about monthly payments.

Nashua Hyundai has to work on the meaning of customer service both before and after the deal. I felt very well cared for and important during negotiations and Nashua Hyundai did everything that I asked for. But after I signed and left the dealership with my car, I experienced a problem and at that point, I felt their customer service took a nose dive. I felt I should at least have had daily updates on my problem, even if their still was no resolution. Instead, I didn't hear from anyone and had to initiate the call to find out what was happening. Having been in the customer service business myself, perhaps I expected too much. But it did leave me with a very bad taste. Will I come back to Nashua Hyundai? I'm sure I will. I've gotten wonderful service from them for over 20 years. We all make mistakes. Let's learn from them.

I liked that the salesman told us of the option package with the Bluetooth. While not from NH, we drive in the state often and the new hands free law makes the Bluetooth a must. Also the upgrade to the better rims over the hub caps makes the car look great. The dealership went and found the exact car we wanted, color and options, at a great price. Very pleased.

I typically am a fan of the Hyundai Service Department, but today I was disappointed with my experience. I went in for an oil change and overall it took about 30 min (which is fine). I had to remind the service adviser twice to apply the 5 dollar oil change coupon. As I was leaving, I looked at the reflection of my vehicle in a window behind me and saw that one of my brake lights was burnt out. This was not marked on my vehicle inspection report. Then I noticed they put the wrong mileage down (higher than my current vehicle mileage by about 30 miles). Finally, the report also shows they didn't check my my tires or brakes. As I said, I usually like getting service here, today was just disappointing.

Came in to buy a new car. Husband did the legwork and landed at this dealer. Sales person Curtis was GREAT. Was strong-armed by dealership management into putting down a deposit. Wife went in to pull the plug when she learned of the aggressive sales tactics used (this practice is SOOOO archaic, guys). Management was very demanding regarding why the sale was not going to happen. Would not take NO for an answer (don't all good moms teach their sons that when a woman says no, it means NO??) despite practically being begged for a prompt refund of the deposit. Took card and acted like refund was being issued. Kept hounding and harassing. Things finally got ugly when it went out into the parking lot, when management continued to follow and badger the wife that was clearly not interested in buying the car. Turns out that they did not bother to process refund paperwork because they were angry with the wife for the way things got ugly. Couple had to file dispute of charge with bank, and opened up cases with NH Better Business Bureau, the NH Attorney General, and Hyundai Consumer Affairs. Is this the sort of dealership that YOU want to do business with?? Think about it...

I recently read other poor reviews of this dealer and realized I may also be sabotaged if they find out who I am, so I can't provide any significant details about my experience. That being said, this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had and the pre-sale service and concern was nothing to write home about either. I wish I could say more, but I'm worried they'll narrow down or outright identify who I am and then take revenge, as I've read about from other reviewers who rightfully gave them a poor rating. xxxx.

Looked at a Truck during the day. Came back in evening ready to purchase and was told it was sold. Dealership made me late for work because truck not ready to view when I scheduled it and I drove out of my way to buy it for no reason. Poor communication by dealership. The only words that come to mind to describe my experience are disorganization and incompetence. I don't know why my wife and I continue to get discriminated against for our age by car salesman. We are two very nice people. If anyone asks me where to purchase a car, I will never recommend this dealership.

After being what felt like being captured for 2.5 hours at a Honda dealership in another part of Nashua. They were so slow, wait times were over 15 minutes each time. More to find a car on the lot to test drive. Really ? There was only about a hundred on the lot. Annoyed I left.I then went to Nashua Hyundai. Immediately all frustration was defused. My dad arrived there 10 minutes before me and when I showed up the salesperson had a car in front ready for me to test drive. They were prompt, informative, courteous and respectful of my time. I would buy there again.

Good experience overall! I felt sales staff (Leo) were friendly and fair when it came to price negotiation. The only negative part of the experience was the amount of time it took for all the paperwork. In my opinion under no circumstance should it take 2+ hours for paperwork.

We weren't expectingto make a purchase that day but found just what we wanted so we made the purchase.Two days after picking up our car the battery went dead. I brought the car back to thedealer and they replaced the battery free of charge. Now that is good service. Thanks, I really appreciated that. My son leased a car from you just before we bought ours and recommendedyou to us. I'm glad he did. I will recommend your dealership to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle to purchase. Thanks again, it was a great experience.I only worked with Leo but this survey would not let me submit without checking a listed name so I checked Nate Green just to finish the survey. Bought a used '09 Elantra on 5/29/15. Leo Barroso was our sales guy, he was ok. Nice but I didn't like the way he negotiated. Overall he wasn't horrible. The problem I had was my deal was done at 11 and they had their deposit in hand, so I went to my bank to get the bank check they needed to complete the sale. We told them we would be back in two hours and we were told that that was fine. When we got back at 1:30 we were told the car was being looked at, would be cleaned and inspected and we could have it then; Leo said it would take about two more hours. To make a long story short, we didn't get the car until 5:30. I'm sure the service bay was busy and was told the car had only come in a couple of days before...but the deal was done at 11. They should have had that car in the repair/service bay by 11:05. When I write a check for the amount it takes to buy a car, I don't want to have to wait very long for that car. Mabye I'm wrong and if you don't agree with me then ignore this but the wife and I felt that a routine inspection and saftey check plus cleaning shouldn't be a 6 hour job. I must say other that the above experience the car buying process wasn't horrible. The only suggestion I would make for them is to put prices on the used cars.

This place is terrible. Every single person I dealt with was unbelievably irresponsible, dishonest and unprofessional. It took them a MONTH to get the paperwork together for me & all I was doing was purchasing the vehicle which I had been already been leasing. I had to call every day for a month. Not one person ever called me back. Finally, when they said the paperwork was ready, I made an appointment, showed up on time, and was kept waiting for an hour with no explanation.The final straw was that they forgot to cut me a check for the sales tax so they said it would be overnighted to me. That was TWO WEEKS AGO. I have called and no one has called me back. The only exception is the service department. They made a repair and they were great.

Dave Ritter was a great sales person and I would recommend him (as well as the whole dealership) to anyone. My boyfriend and I were just out starting to look at cars on a Friday and I found one I loved. I test drove it, he answered any questions either of us had but never was pushy about anything. I didn't have my trade in with me but we figured out a rough idea of price and 2 days later I brought it in to get looked at. We agreed on me coming in 2 days later and picking up my new-to-me car. I called him the day before I was supposed to pick it up at 3:30pm saying something had changed at work, was there anyway I could pick it up that night? He said no which didn't surprise me since it was unexpected. What was even more unexpected was the call I got not even an hour later saying it was ready and I could pick it whenever I wanted that night. Dave went out of his way and rushed around to help me out :) 2days after getting my car, he called to make sure everything was ok. A+ for customer service!

My wife and I bought two cars and we're considering a 3rd, but had brought my Sonata in for a recall. They did not fix a 2nd part, just checked it, and when I called after leaving they said the part would have to be ordered. I then get a call 15 minutes later saying they had the part, and set up time later that day. Mind you each trip is 30 minutes each way to get there. Once there the mechanic proceeded to put greasy fingerprints all over the interior of my car! No lie. The kid at the desk couldn't apologize enough, but it took 3 more visits over the next 2 weeks before it was close to clean. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The 3rd week of June I had an oil change and inspection scheduled for 1PM. Upon arriving I realized that I did not have my registration with me so instead of cancelling the appointment, I decided to just have the oil change done. I left my car there and said I would pick up my car after work (5 pm). Upon arriving a little after 5 pm, my car was no where to be seen. I waited until 5:45PM before my car was driven onto the lot!! Remember I dropped my car off at 1 pm. I scheduled an appointment with another auto care facility for my inspection a couple of days later and to my surprise they mentioned I needed an oil change which I immediately said "I just had one"! Yes, Nashua Hyundai did do it but forgot to change the oil change sticker in the window. While inspecting my car, the other auto care facility noticed that my air filters needed to be changed desperately as they were BLACK. Nashua Hyundai had never mentioned or shown me in previous oil changes that they should be replaced. When I brought this to the attention of the service manager, his answer to me was that these filters were scheduled to be changed at the 30,000 mile maintenance checkup. His resolution to me was a free oil change. Thanks but no thanks! I asked for a refund which he said he could do but I have not seen a check in the mail and its been 1 month! I called the service department today however the service manager is not in until Monday. Hopefully, the person I spoke with will take care to present this to him on his return and my check will be forthcoming. I will never take my car there for service again as he apparently didn't feel my business or satisfaction was worth saving.

I started at Manchester looking for cars (I had leased Honda's for that past 12 years) and attempted to look at AutoFair Hyundai. they did not have the car that I wanted to test drive but were willing to get it for me. They did but in the end it was not what I was looking for. they were pushy about trying to get a "deal" done and it was pricey.I did some more research and stopped by the nashua Hyundai dealership. They, too, did not have the car that I wanted but showed me another option. They were not pushy in the least and weren't calling me every day to see if they could "help me" in any way. I test drove the Elantra Hatchback the way I truly wanted to test drive a car (poor Paul-holding on for dear life!) but it really gave me an idea of how the car handled. I brought my husband back with me and upon further talking we decided that it would be a great lease for me. I am very, very pleased with the car, the follow-up from Paul and the easiness of the whole process. It did not take long at any point. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We did our research on small SUVs / crossovers, and ended up test driving at Toyota of Nashua, Tulley Mazda, and Nashua Hyundai, as well as having experience with a '13 CRV. Upon entering Nashua Hyundai's lot we met Curtis... to make a long story short, Nashua Hyundai did not have what we wanted on site. I was not thrilled with the idea of locate and I vocalized this (be aware that I was tired and hungry, and probably a little snarky at this point) but Curtis won us over with his wonderful customer service! We test drove at Irwin, and put in inquiries at other dealerships but continued to come back to Curtis each time. The sketchy antics at Irwin pushed us back to Curtis once again, but he can certainly stand on his own two feet! We left with the car of our dreams at a price we were comfortable with! We have since recommended Curtis to everyone who is willing to listen! We would absolutely buy from Nashua Hyundai / Curtis again!

My left brake light wasn't working, I took to get serviced last Thursday, it's under Manufacturer recall, so it's free of charge. After an hour or so, he said it's fixed, switch being replaced. I went home, asked my husband to check if it's really working, but NOPE! Early Monday morning I called to tell them that they didn't fix my brake light, they asked me to come back on that day at 1PM. After 2 hours the guy said it's fixed. Hooray, it's fixed after the 2nd time around!. So I drove away to get some food for my 20 months old baby. Then I noticed a yellow tape around my driver's window and the screw cover was hanging out and it looked like they did something on it without notifying me or at least said something about it. I removed the tape because it's very ugly then checked my window. It won't go down!!! I found out it's broken which never was! After I got some food for my daughter, I went back to them for the 3rd time and told them what I found out. He said, they didn't do anything about the window because the window has nothing to do with my brake light. Exactly! but why they took it apart without telling me and now it's broken. As upset as I am, I thought they're trying to ripped me off by breaking something else in my car so they can charge me. I asked him to give me an appointment at 9AM for the next day because I want them to fix my broken window and he said ok. So the following day I came in for the 4th time and guess what? I didn't have an appointment according to Denise Breen. By the end of the day, I end up paying them $119.40 to replaced the power window regulator. My sales person was outstanding. Probably the only reason I purchased the car from this specific dealership. He was responsive and knowledgable but I didn't feel pressured. The sales manager was completely impersonable - never once stepping out of her office - at one point she even yelled from her desk for my salesperson who was in the middle of a conversation with customers to come to her office. She most certainly did NOT create a very welcoming environment within the dealership. It seemed a bother for her to have to deal with the sales of cars.The lot is very cramped. The new car I purchased actually had some chipped paint on the wheel well where it looks like it rubbed another car. (The dealership did fix it before I bought the car and they did do a good job). I don't think the A/C was working on the day I purchased my car. Customer Service was excellent from my sales person Lou. Poor from his sales manager. Quality of work was excellent regarding the body work/paint they did to the wheel well - I would give it an OK from the recon standpoint as there was crumbs and dirt left in the glove box. Friendliness excellent from sales people - Poor from sales manager.The price I got was "ok". Negotiating here is not easy. I would recommend this dealership simply because Luis Rodriguez has to be the best person I've ever bought a car from. I'm in my mid forties and have purchased many new cars. Lou was refreshing as he was himself and spared me the dog and pony show. Nashua Hyundai had a good selection of vehicles and their doc fees are low.

A friend had referred me to Nate and was immediately welcomed with a genuine comfortable feeling from the get go! I was upside down in my trade but before test driving car after car first, Nate suggested they work numbers and details with the banks first. The following day Nate followed up with phone call after phone call, patiently working out best possible scenarios and options. Collaboratively, we were able to make it happen and I literally purchased a brand new Elantra over the phone within 3 hours. When I went to Nashua Hyundai, I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I was looking at new and used Elantras and Sonatas. I went to the dealership three times to take test drives and ask questions. The salesperson, Curtis Parsons, was helpful and patient through the whole process, answering all of my questions about the different models, features, and warranties. I never felt pressured at any point. He went the extra mile by looking up some information that I wanted, and promptly emailed it to me. Decided on buying a new car, Had a 09 Hyundai Gen for trade. Looked at 3 dealerships. Got the Best price with less hassle then the other two dealers, Also got the best trade allowance, actual dollars for my car, Then a discount from MSR. People there treated me with respect and didn't try to push me into a car just to get the sale. They also had to locate the color and options I wanted and did so within 24 hours. The sales person asked if I was a veteran and explained Hyundai supported Vets with a $500 rebate in addition to the loyalty rebate. Friendly sales person, A manager that didn't lie or try to push or beat me up, (one of the other dealers Manager killed any chance of me buying from them) So friendly, quick response, good pricing, introduction to the service manager equaled a sale.

At first I thought Les was a typical talkative salesman. However, I was wrong about the 'typical part. Les does care about the customer, never pressurizes a purchase and will try to help you out. He gets back with regular updates and keeps you posted at all times. He is an honest and genuine guy. I had trouble in getting the vehicle I want and he went shopping around. Although all the dealerships in the area had similar pricing (a max difference of $200), Les and this place were honest and genuine folks. They never lied to me to get my sale and always gave me the facts. They do not lie just to get you to the showroom to make a sale. I did experience this kind of behavior with Autofair Hyundai in Manchester. Nashua Hyundai won me over by their integrity and ethics for sure. I am happy with the vehicle so far and hope that the service department will also be the same. Keep up the good work folks.

I bought my new 2013 Santa Fe at this dealership because Nate Green was the first salesperson of the several dealerships I contacted who asked me "what I wanted" and didn't try to sell me what was in stock. Seems hard to believe but true. I told Nate the car and amenities and within 2 minutes he had located the exact one I wanted. He gave me the MSRP and told me to call back with any questions or if I wanted to pursue the vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure or "pushy salesman" attitude. I researched the vehicle, called Nate a few hours later, made an offer and concluded the deal within a minute. All the subsequent paperwork details such as title and inspection were discussed on the telephone. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership to pick up the vehicle all the paperwork was ready and accurate and Nate was waiting to complete the transaction, explain the vehicle and see us on our way.This was an entirely pleasant experience with an knowledgable professional salesman. I had gone to Nashua Hyundai to look at a couple of cars that I saw on their website. When I got there I was greeted by Nate who had also responded to my inquiry for information on one of the cars I saw through autotrader. He showed me car that I wanted to look at and we took a test drive. Despite having the features I was looking for, the car was not right for me but Nate was able to (on the fly I might add) suggest a car very similar he thought I may be interested in. It was a 2011 Sonata and drove like a charm! For a 4cyl engine it definitely had more zip than I thought it would while still being fuel efficient. I decided to go for it we came to a more than reasonable deal on the car and for my trade and drove away happy! I'd definitely suggest Nashua Hyundai and to work with Nate! I really wasn't looking for a Hyundai, but I knew I needed a bigger vehicle than my Camry Hybrid to haul some of the softball gear I need for coaching. I researched many different crossover/SUVs, was looking for something bigger, but also offered reliability and gas mileage for a reasonable price since I put 20k miles a year on my vehicle, and finally drove around the Nashua Hyundai lot as I was leaving another dealer. You know the feeling you get knowing you are probably going to be attacked by some really hungry salesmen as soon as you enter the lot. My experience with Nashua Hyundai was quite the contrary. I had a chance to get out of my vehicle, look around the lot for at least 10 minutes, and then finally had a salesman (Nate Green) come up to me and politely ask if I had any questions. After answering my questions about the new Hyundai Sante Fe Sport, he had me take one out for a test drive. It was a very impressive vehicle and handled really well. We went back to the showroom, sat down, discussed my requirements, had the manager give me a quote for my trade-in, and talked about the price. I ended up leaving the showroom because I really needed to do my homework on this vehicle before I could agree to a deal. Once I completed my research, I discovered the the price for my trade-in was really fair, and the price of the vehicle with the options I chose was very good. I stopped by in a few days, Nate remembered me, and we sealed the deal. The deal that I chose was a grey car with grey leather interior. Unfortunately, they did not have one on the lot but there was a dealer close by that had one. When Nate called me the next day, I told him I really wanted a White one with Beige leather interior. He found one that was showing in the system as in transit to another dealer from the manufacturer. He worked out a deal with the other dealer and I waited patiently for my car to arrive. Nate kept in constant contact with me and the day for pickup finally arrived. Because of my schedule, the only day I could pick it up was on Nate's day off - which he instantly agreed to come in to go over the car with me. This is a true sign of an employee willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I picked up my car last night, and I must say that I love it. All-in-all, my experience with Nashua Hyundai and Nate Green were very positive and I would certainly recommend friends and relatives to this dealer and this salesman in the future.

I purchased a new (2013) Hydundai Elantra at Nashua Hydundai working with Nate Green and Anne Plourde. They were both great at pricing, service, filling out the paperwork etc. There is a Hydundai closer to my home - however they choose to put the pinstripping, molding on the doors and charge a very exorbitant rate on all of their Elantras. That option does make the car look great but when you are trying to save money it is something one can do without. Thanks for your service and great pricing. Tom

Upon arriving at Nashua Hyundai, I immediately found a 2013 Sonata Limited in Dark Blue that was calling my name. Loved it from the first look. Thought to myself, I can't afford this. Drove it, loved it more. Nate asked if the numbers worked would I want to buy it. Heck yeah! Buying a car you always have a number in your head that you are willing to pay. For the first time in my life, Nate Green and Nashua Hyundai came back with a number lower than mine on the first attempt. No dickering necessary! Then due to the Labor Day holiday there was bonus cash on top of the great news and lastly Hyundai Finance threw in $1000 for financing with them. The process was painless. Bernie listened to what I could afford and paid attention to the safety features I wanted and found me a vehicle that had the gas mileage that was required. Bernie made the buying process pleasant. I didn't have to play negotiation games. Cut to the chase with price and it was good. I am a sale person and truly hate the haggling. It was refreshing to have a reasonable price out of the gate. Bernie then turned me over to Les to finish the deal. Les was pleasant and well versed in the processes. Took limited time to finish the deal. Love my new Accent!

After shopping at the Nashua Hyundai dealership, and working with Peter, I don't think I will go to another dealership again. From the test drive to the paperwork Peter and Anne made it the easiest process in the world. Peter was attentive and pleasant to work with, allowing myself and my boyfriend to test drive the car even after we had sat in traffic for thirty minutes on the highway. After the test drive and we had made the decision to buy, they were able to tell me the 2013 Hyundai Accent I wanted would be arriving Monday. I just went back today to finalize the paperwork and get an overview of the car and the entire process took around a half hour to fourty five minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealership, there was no pushing and no pressure. When I told them I had already been preapproved for financing through Chase, and not Hyundai's financing, I was told they work with the bank and did all of my paperwork for me as well as getting me a lower interest rate than originally given. It was literally a sign and drive!

This is our opinion of Nashua Hyundai service: Service department does mediocre to poor work. The manufacturer's service schedule is not followed. Instead, work is done much sooner than is required, resulting in significantly higher maintenance costs with no benefit. For putting electrical tape on three wires (5 minutes work max) we were charged $90 and they said they would not reduce the exorbitant fee. To add to the insult, the wires were left dangling near the road, subject to damage. After paying them over $1600 for one service visit on a relatively new car, the coolant reservoir was not even topped up. There is no need to have your car serviced at any dealer to maintain warranty. Use a local shop that charges less for the hourly shop rate and less for parts and materials and save your receipts in case warranty service is required. If the dealer argues about warranty coverage, report them to the Hyundai regional office. Don't waste your money paying for service you don't need, or for "repairs" they claim are required for NH inspections which are not actually required. It is my experience that local shops are far more honest in advising what service is required and in charging for minor repairs. (The shop we regularly use would not have charged anything for taping three wires, versus $90 at Nashua Hyundai.) After four years of bring our new vehicle to Nashua Hyundai, we will never have them do non-warranty service again.

Brought my 2005 Sonata in for engine service. Car had 90k miles on car, well cared for. Turned out to be an issue requiring an engine replacement. Due to cost I opted to have car returned to me in unrunning condition.When I recieved the car there was excessive damage done to the front driver door. It clearly appeared as the lift was brought up on the door as there was a crush mark that looked like the car lift pad, as there was also yellow paint on the underside of the door (same color as lift) and grey paint on lift pad (same color as car).I immediatley contacted Skip Bell who was in charge the day I was there. He informed me to contact "Tom" the service manager.On contact (took several weeks to get to him as he was always "busy") he finally told me "Okay bring the car to me and I will fix it dont go someplace else" I explained that I wanted to take it to a non-bias shop that was not involved in the incident his reply was "then good luck your on your own".On having the car reviewed for repair the damages amounted for just under 3000 for the door damage. On repairing the engine I found also that unbenounced to me the tech had not only discharged my A/C which I just paid 150 the week prior to have it serviced but also cracked the condensor unit for which they also denied it and that cost me an additional 400 in parts.I contacted my ins. company for assistance and even they had no luck and were given the run around and excuses. In the end I got the money from my ins. company but lost out on the 400 in parts for the AC and an additional 500 for my deductible. I was a loyal customer of theirs dispite the fact that they were always rude in sales, but I will NEVER EVER EVER go to any of the Thompson Auto Group dealerships because of this one locationthey are all the same.I also bought a brand new car the year before and was greated to see the saleman driving my car there was trash in it, he was eating McD's and the car smelled of hamburgers and to top it off they but over 300 miles on the car and were like Oh well. Needless to say didnt end up buying that car.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU EVER GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS IT IS A LAST RESORT AND ONLY TO BY PARTS FOR YOUR MECHANIC.

The sales experience was pressure-free and pleasant. Pleasant isn't normally a word used to describe a car purchase! I traded in my 7-year-old Santa Fe for a new 2012 Santa Fe. The price was right and $2,300 better than the price from a Manchester dealer for essentially the exact same vehicle. We'll be back in a month to purchase a car for my daughter.

Everyone at this dealership was very nice, very accomadating, and did everything in there power to get me everything I needed. They got me discounts and lowered my interest rate. For my first new car, it was a great price. I didn't have much of a crdeit history, but they still pulled some strings so I could get the loan. they really do everything for you and put you first. The only issue I had which was very minor was the fact that I feel like I couldnt get a hold of my sales person when I needed to talk to her. It was constant back and forth phone calls, but I understand they were busy trying to get everything I needed. The process at the end was easy. They explain all the paperwork and make sure your comfortable with your new car when you leave. My dad went through this process multiple times throughout his life and he told me that this was the best experience he went through trying to buy a car. So I trust his judgement.

I have dealt with other dealers before, and too often am subjected to the classic strongarm and pressure tactics dealers are often associated with. This experience was just the opposite, with friendly, no-pressure service, and a willingness to negotiate in direct and fair manner. Nate was very personable and friendly, and I would recommend Nashua Hyundai to anyone.

Took my daughter to buy a used car. It was 10900. and had been previously hit. It was also over 2000. at needing a timing belt change. my daughter wanted to put a deposit and bring it for a pre sale inspection but instead Les wrote up a bill of sale and attempted to make her sign it. We of course did not and they he tried the strong arm approach. We walked away but are waiting for our deposit to be retuned. So what Les did know is I was also interested in buying a new car.. So sorry to Les but you would be the last person on earth that I would buy a car from.Perhaps he thought because we were bough women he could screw us. Not.

Went shopping for a new SUV and stopped by Hyundai of Nashua first. Test drove the 2012 Santa Fe and was very impressed. The sales associate was very knowledgable and not pushy. We left to continue shopping around at other dealers, got a fantastic deal on a 2012 Kia Sorento, but really liked the Hyundai so we went back to see if they could match the price that we were quoted at Peters Kia. Within 10 minutes and no hasseling we walked out with the Hyundai. Very peased with the whole process and can't wait to drive our Sante Fe off the lot!

I visited this dealership with my wife while we were out doing a series of test drives. After a test drive of a Hyundai Tuscon Limited, We were waiting to be attended to. Jose (a new rep) was over with Ron (later introduced as the assistant manager). My wife actually heard him say "do they know it's 30 grand". At that point we wrote the place off as an option to buy. None the less, we sat down with Ron and he ran us through several "facts" about the car and the local market. He told us car dealers in Massachusetts (where we live) actually price cars above MSRP and if people haggle the dealers won't do business. I know for a fact this is a lie. But to back up his story he pulled out a large black folder with several blue stickers inside it and asked us if we knew what these were. Apparently these were stickers Ron pulls off cars at other dealerships and collects them. They all had various prices scribbled on them showing what he claimed to be the MA dealers high prices. Additionally he asked about our trade. It was a Mazda 3i with 100K miles, fully loaded leather, sunroof, etc. KBB provides a fair price of over $5K, he proceeded to tell us he could probably only give us $1500. Which in his attemp is a good sales tactic but clearly is so far off the mark, it was laughable. Aside from that he talked down the other car options we were looking at and tried to back up his argument with an issue of consumer reports, only to find that the other cars were either rated higher or comparable to the tuscon. All in all, we only lost time, thankfully. But Hyundai Nashua is cleary tries to deceive potential customers and with blatant lies. If you do a little research a head of time you should see through their deception. Don't make any snap decisions and don't buy from Hyundai of Nashua.

I called this dealership at 10:30 AM to request a quote on a 2009 Hyundai Sonata LE. The salesmen said he would work up the numbers and get right back to me. I called at 3:00 PM the same day to follow-up and left a message on his voicemail. At 4:15 PM on the dame say I still haven't had a callback from this salesman. I can't even imagine what the service would be like if this is how they respond to potential customers.

I bought a new 2006 Hyundai Tuscon from this dealer and have received poor service from the get go. Most recently, I had a slow leak in my tire and when I went to have this checked, the mechanic told me he was plugging a plug that was already in the tire. I had never had an issue with any tires. When I called the dealership, I was ignored. I finally was able to get Bernie Thompson after numerous calls. Upon meeting this man, he was rude, had a terrible attitude and told me he would check the tires but that he was telling me NOW that the tires are fine. When I wanted clarification he told me that if I was so smart I could inspect them myself. He treated me as if I was not only a waste of his time but had no intention of standing behind his produt. When I told him I would never buy another car from him he said well you already did so... and he made various references to the fact that he was the dealer and I was just a "women" who would probably not even understand. I told him do not treat me or any other women with such disrespect because women drive a vast majority of what is purchased in a household, he just smirked and said he was "done" I requested a card and he refused and told me he did not need to do anything for me. I have contacted the BBB and the Attny. Generals office. I would never buy a vehicle from this man due to his attitude and unwillingness to assist me or stand behind his cars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AND ALL MCMULKIN VEHICHLES, DRIVE FURTHER, THE SERVICE, SALES AND MANAGEMENT MUST BE BETTER THAN WHAT THEY OFFER!!!!
