I came here this past Saturday and after I asked to see Subaru Forester, Jamie one of the used car managers greeted me, and took me for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was very patient and not pushy like you see in some dealerships. Even though I didn't end up buying the car I wanted to give this location and especially Jamie a big shut out for being good, professional, friendly, patient and not pushy!!!

Great experience! They fixed 2 open recalls on my car and the service was quicker than expected. They included a complimentary car wash where they wiped down the interior mats as well.

I flew from MN to IL to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle was listed on CarGurus.com. Staff was friendly while having over the phone conversations, along with also in person once i arrived at their dealership. Sales gentlemen was easy to communicate with and even gave us a few suggestions on restaurants to check out on our quick visit! They were fairly quick going through paperwork as they knew I had a 7 hour drive back to MN. Vehicle made the 7 hour drive back to MN with absolutely no issues. Vehicle was nicely cleaned on the inside. We did discover when we got home that the second row bucket seat seatbelt did not work properly. Muller handled the situation very and i will be receiving a check to cover the repair. Based on my experience i would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!

I had a leak in my back left tire. I took it in to Muller and had Tony Rinchiuso as my service consultant. He explained everything and went overboard in his courtesy and service. I told him not to wash the car since they used automatic rollers and he had it hand washed! He kept me informed of the work and gave me transportation while the car was being fixed.Just great service, the best I have ever had in over 45 years of owning a car!

I stopped by the service department a few weeks ago and ask if someone could look at the scratches on my hood. After checking them out, Alex went back in the shop and came out with a can of waxing compound and proceeded to start rubbing them off. Although he kept working away at it, I thanked him and said that I would buy a can and finish the job. I thanked him again and tried to give him a few dollars, but he refused.Even though I didn't lease my Forester at Muller (which Alex noted), l intend to make them my first visit when I'm in the market again. My wife and I were looking for a new car this year after I was in a fairly bad head-on collision and our previous car (2008 Prius) was totaled. We were considering a new Prius and a used Volvo V60 and decided, on a whim, to stop in at Muller Subaru. I'm so happy we stopped! We met first with Ben, who gave us all the details and convinced us to consider adding an Outback to our list for comparison. Ben was great - not pushy at all, and didn't try to tell us that our other options were wrong. He just gave us the facts and put us at ease. We were driving a rental at the time, after the accident, so we had a pretty tight schedule. On top of that, I was pretty well-sedated for the injuries from the accident. Ben was extremely patient with us and made us very comfortable. He had to be out of the office the next week and, since we had to purchase a car right away, he introduced us to Bob to follow up with if we decided to go with the Outback. Bob was just as patient, informative, and friendly as Ben and he helped us answer some questions as we finalized our decision. I can't say enough about both Bob and Ben, and the dealership. This was BY FAR the best experience I've had with a car purchase. There was no pressure at all, and they made what was a difficult situation go extremely smoothly.

My daughter bought her first car recently, a 2013 Subaru Outback from Muller Auto Group. She paid for the vehicle in full with a personal check (no financing). Because she banked out of state, Muller informed us that the funds needed to clear to their account before they would release the vehicle.....that's understandable. She was also asked to fill out a credit application in the event the funds didn't clear.....which proved to be superfluous. The thing that was most disappointing though was that the money cleared to Muller's account the day after she wrote them a check, but Muller wouldn't release the vehicle until they received a copy of the returned check. As a result, we waited an additional five days to take possession of the vehicle. During that time, Muller had my daughter's money, a completed credit application, and her car. Our bank said they had never dealt with a dealership with such a goofy policy. The dealership did end up releasing the vehicle six days after my daughter paid for it, but only after our bank met Muller's demands and sent a copy of the returned check. This led to multiple phone calls and trips to the dealership which was a big hassle. Their policy is outdated, inflexible, and highly impersonal. Because of this experience, we do not intend to return to Muller in the future.

Took my car in for service and as always had an amazing experience. Was given a 2016 Forester to drive while they worked on my car. Fell in love with the new model. On return for my car I talked with Jeff and he gave me an amazing deal on a trade in for my 2015 Subaru Forester. The service I have received at this location will always have me coming back. We have purchased two Subarus from Muller Subaru. Alex Kutsko was our salesperson when we purchased an Outback in 2014. Her was very straightforward and fair. Honest, competitive pricing with no run around. When we decided to replace our 2008 Honda we specifically contacted Alex to look a a couple of different Subaru models and settled on a 2016 Forester. The process was again very quick and easy and we came away feeling very fairly treated. Alex is very knowledgeable about the various our models and their features.

Had the greatest experience here with Alex who sold me my car and Karl who was my finance guy. They both were terrific No pressure . This was our first experience with a Muller dealership and our second Subie. They had a car with all the things we were looking for. We got there after dark, so looking at the car outside was not optimal. Ruan was nice enough to pull it into the service bay, so we could inspect the car, to our hearts content, indoors in a lighted and heated facility. That was a nice touch. A no-fuss test-drive and a no-hassle negotiation later, we traded in our old Subie and drove home in a newer one. Quite honestly the entire transaction was effortless and did not involve any games or other shady things car dealerships usually try to pull on you. Overall, we're very happy with the purchase and the purchase process, thanks to Ruan and Muller Subaru for making it that way.

This was the 4th car we have bought through a Muller dealership. The car buying experience through a Muller dealership is always a good one. The Muller way of buying a car is the way it should be, exciting and fun. Well this time buying our first Subaru through Muller did not disappoint. Juan was great if not perfect to work with. His is very knowledgeable and insightful when selling a car. We came in on a Saturday, just window shopping and Juan introduced himself as if we were at party meeting a new friend for the first time. He understood that we were just looking and fully respected our wishes. The staff was easy to work with and I was in and out with a new car in a couple of hours. I have been a Muller Subaru customer for ten years now. I recently traded in my 2006 Forester for a 2016 Outback. I was able to order the Outback with only the things I wanted with a turn around time of less than a month. Bob Szramek is a great sales consultant and I appreciated the way he handled the whole purchasing experience. My new Outback has many "bells and whistles" and Bob was great in giving me just the right amount of information to get started but not too much overload. He also encouraged me to come in if I needed help. So far I've been able to learn on my own, but I would not hesitate to stop by if there was something I could not figure out. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this dealership!

I found the entire experience at Muller Subaru to be very pleasant and non stressful. Bob Szramek was very helpful during the test ride in explaining the benefits of the 2013 Outback that I was interested in. Bob also listened to my questions and concerns on what I wanted and did not try to oversell me into buying what I did not want. Throughout the process Bob explained each step to make sure I was comfortable and understood each area. When the car was delivered Bob stayed later and took his time making sure I was comfortable in the car and understood its features. I purchased my 2016 Subaru Outback here at Muller Subaru in October of 2015. I couldn't be more happy or impressed with the car itself - the car is awesome! And the dealership - it's just as fabulous! The people who work there took the time to show me the car, let me test drive the car on my own, answered questions I had. And Ben Cybukski in Sales is great to work with. I had previously been to two other dealership in the Chicagoland area and my instincts told me Muller was the dealership to work with and buy from. Ben was way above the other sales personnel at other dealerships in terms of knowledge of the car, customer communication, and genuine enthusiasm about the brand and helpfulness. The others on the team at Muller Subaru are top-notch. That includes the general manager and financing department. I'm looking forward to the cars first oil change. While searching for a new Subaru, I was put in contact with Ann Sergesketter. She was incredibly thorough in trying to help me find the specific vehicle I was looking for in the price range I was looking for. After ending our communication once we determed that the vehicle I was looking for wouldn't be available in the time frame I needed (essentially immediately), Ann continued to keep an eye out for me and emailed/called with suggestions as she came across them. My search had included many dealerships other than Muller Subaru and frankly I found that most salespeople didn't seem especially concerned with helping me in find the vehicle I wanted. Ann was pleasant, helpful, and went over and above for me even when it looked like my time restraints would likely force me to look elsewhere.The next time I'm on the market, Muller Subaru will be my first stop and I'll make sure to ask for Ann.

I assisted my 27-year-old daughter in a search to replace her 2005 Honda CR-V. We visited three dealerships in the process, driving four different vehicles. She decided to go with a new Subaru SV Crosstrek from Muller Subaru. (We drove out of our way to visit Muller Subaru, because our family has had excellent experience with Muller Honda just down the road from the Subaru store in Highland Park.) We worked with sales rep Alex Kutsko and sales manager Karl Novitskiy. From the very beginning, both were straightforward and respectful, and there were no surprises in pricing or anything else. We very much appreciated that Alex's approach was to discuss the advantages of the Subaru rather than to trash the competitors (Honda CR-V and HR-V, and Mazda CX-5, all of which are fine vehicles). Truly a slime-free experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or to return for another vehicle.

Starting with Tommy Pililimis at Mueller Acura (who sold me a pre-owned Subaru), the Mueller experience has been very positive. Tommy put me in touch with TJ at their Subaru service center. TJ wasn't available when I called and instead of having me wait until the next week, Tony Rinchiuso got the process started immediately. He helped me arrange a tow and took it from there. Tony is very friendly, communicative and helpful. Other than fixing the car, the best thing he did for me was handle the warranty company. This saved me from having to take time from my actual job to deal with that part of the situation.

Coupon on website said $28.95 oil change with "synthetic slightly higher". That's a direct quote. Well they want $59.95 which is over 100% more for synthetic on my 2013 Impreza. The service guys admitted it was "misleading". In my book when you make a mistake you fix it. It says a lot of reputation. In this case it wasn't fixed.

Everything regarding our experience with Mueller representative Bob Szramek and Internet manager Ann Sergeskettee was extremely helpful. Both answered all our questions and Bob did his best to make us feel extremely comfortable and even tried to help us find a good, quick, close restaurant for dinner prior to our driving back home. My son and I drove all the way from Grand Rapids Michigan to do a deal with this dealership. It was well worth our time and we would do it again.

This was our first Subaru purchase and we had checked Muller's website and noticed they had a few Used options that appealed to us. Right as we walked in Ruan welcomed us, got an idea of what we were looking for and took us to see the cars we had seen online. We didn't waste any time and got right down to business. We saw all the vehicles we wanted to see, got plenty of information on every little detail we had questions on, then took the one we liked for a test drive. Ruan worked with us on our trade in and a short while later, with the help of Andy Szozda for all the paper work, we were driving off in our 'new' car. Based on the car, as well as the purchasing experience, I would definitely recommend a Subaru, and specifically, Muller Subaru to anyone looking for a new car!

We have 3 Subarus. The brand is great and Muller has always been superb on the service end. Whether it is getting you in and out for a quick oil change or setting you up with a complimentary loaner for bigger service, Muller is as fine a dealership as I have ever worked with, including BMW and Lexus. No surprises or upsells. Their service consultant Lauren Gaines is as knowledgeable and accommodating a service professional as I have ever dealt with anywhere and is one of the main reasons I like to have my maintenance performed there.

I have been taking my two Subaru's (Forester and Tribeca) to Muller Subaru for a few years now. Service has always been excellent. Service has always been a positive experience with no surprises. Service advisor Lauren has been extremely helpful at each visit. The Muller ownership group did a nice refresh a couple years ago of the waiting area greatly improving the waiting area experience. I would highly recommend the Muller Subaru service department.

The level or customer service is fantastic. The sales team and the service team are great. I highly recommend Muller. This is the second Subaru that I have owned. I had a issue with my airbag alarm over the weekend. I called on Monday and they took the car in and solved the problem very quickly, plus did an oil change , tire rotation, and checked over everything.. First of all I love my new Subaru outback. It took me a while to decide what I wanted to purchase. Everyone at Muller was extremely helpful. There was no pressure to buy and they patiently and quickly responded to my phone calls and emails when I had a lot of questions that needed to be answered. The process was straight forward. The day I purchased the car the process went quickly and smoothly. Since then they have followed up to see if I had any other questions about the car. Bob Symarek was our salesman. My wife and I factory ordered a new Subaru. We definitely got excited when we heard the car had arrived. Everything went fairly smoothly until we went into the finance office Looking through the paper work I was asked to sign an arbitration agreement. It is essentially a waiver form giving up legal recourse against the dealer in the event of a dispute. Neither of us felt comfortable signing the paper so we didn't. I felt like I wanted to research this more before making any further commitment. I called a few dealers and ultimately contacted my attorney and they all assured me it was a common form and it didn't necessarily waive all of my rights. Feeling more comfortable, we went back to the dealer a few hours later only to be confronted by the General manager Jeff Harris. I can honestly say this man had the social skills and compassion equal to someone from the third reich. He spoke 4 times louder than he needed to, spoke down to both of us, and essentially told us he was no longer interested in selling us a car. For all of the talk about this being a "family operation" I have never left a place more upset, perplexed, and thankful the transaction did not complete. Honestly if you read this, by all means steer away from this man, my wife and I concurred he is unbalanced and has no business being in control of a hot dog stand let alone a dealership. We purchased our car at Grand Subaru and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.

We chose Muller - because it was closest to where we lived. Easy to arrange a test drive. Alex Kutsko was very, very knowledgeable about the Forester, and very personable. We made a series of 3 or 4 visits to the dealership, drove a variety of cars and changed our interest to an Outback. All the while Alex was patient and there was never any pressure. My wife and I did our research on features, packages and pricing - and Alex was able to get us it all. Again.... never felt pressured, got all my questions answered, and was frequently told, by all involved in the transaction - we just want you to be happy. I am. Thanks for a great buying experience.

We came to Muller having had a rough experience at a few other Subaru dealers in the city. Bob and Karl worked with my wife and I to get a price that allowed us to get the car that we wanted with a manageable monthly payment. Bob also gave us good advice as far as managing our trade-in as well. Overall, we were really happy with the service that we got at Muller. We got a decent price with a good financing rate and we walked away with the vehicle that we wanted. No false advertising, no nickel and dime-ing, no hassling, no BS. Thanks, Bob and Karl! We love our Outback.

My husband and I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester. Bob Szramek did a wonderful job sharing information about the vehicles we were interested in, and treating us like old friends. This was buy far the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of. I was in and out in under an hour and everything was handled great by the Muller staff. Bob did a great job of giving me a great price upfront and answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Subaru.

We were treated very well throughout the car buying process. Everybody was friendly and respectful of our decision. The customer service, where we also met Lauren, was thorough and encouraging. We would definitely recommend Muller. We've had good experience also with our previous experience with Muller Honda and Karl Novitskiy. Bob Szramek was very helpful in getting us ready to appreciate all of the special features of the vehicle. Mr. Marc Muller made the car buying trip so worthwhile. Karl and Ben worked in great tandem to get me my car at the right price. They were both extremely knowledgeable and were able to show me all the car options available to me. Karl was extremely patient, answering many questions I had weeks before I committed to buy anything, to me, that's good customer service.

Prior to visiting Muller Subaru, I had previously resigned myself to purchasing either a Mazda, Toyota, or Honda. I just wasn't familiar with Subaru at the time and it always struck me as an outdated brand. My resignation/preconceived notions quickly changed once I met our salesman, Ben, who skillfully and pleasantly introduced us to the Subaru Forester. Ben's excellent knowledge of the product and friendly/non-pushy demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. He just had a natural love for Subarus. And once we finally made our way into test driving the vehicle, it was official. The Subaru was by far the best vehicle in its class (I compared to Mazda CX-5, Honda CRV, and Toyota Rav4). I have a feeling this is the very beginning of our Subaru "family" and I will not hesitate to return to Muller Subaru for any future purchases.

I had a very positive experience at Muller Subaru--and, specifically, with Ben and Karl--on two separate occasions in the past week. Ben spent a good amount of time with me on a recent Saturday afternoon, sharing his knowledge of and enthusiasm for Subaru vehicles. When I expressed my strong interest in the 2015 Forester, Ben invited me to test drive a Forester. The driving experience was oustanding; I found that the car truly lived up to everything that Ben had described and explained to me while we were in the showroom at the Muller dealership. Karl came to greet me on that same afternoon, and I was very impressed by his sincerity and wamrth. Ben did such a great job selling us an Outback I returned a few months later to buy a Legacy. Ben has the perfect combination of belief in what's he's selling, knowledge of what he's selling and willingness to listen to the customer's needs. He makes his case strongly but is not annoying or pushy. I honestly can't think of how he could have done a better job. The man is a true expert in the mechanics of Subarus and has a gift for patiently and carefully explaining the features in simple language. I was texting and emailing with Ben often and he always responded quickly and with detailed answers to my questions. In the end I wanted a perfect balance of cost, fun-to-drive and safety. Ben helped me get exactly what I wanted from both my cars. My wife, daughter and I could not be happier. I recommend him, Karl and Muller Subaru.

We were so impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge of the sales person (Bob). He was never pushy, but always respectful and patient with our questions. He spent time with us to explain all details of the car we purchased and never rushed us. As I was somewhat unsure of trading in my old car as I had been pretty happy with it under most circumstances, he quietly demonstrated the strengths of the Suburu without any pressure. I am very happy with the car and know that I can call or stop by if I have any questions. I have no complaints about the entire sales process. We were both very satisfied.Please do not send me emails other than for service reminders and any recalls or info I need to have about the car.

We had a great day at Muller. Ben was extremely helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured, and even left for an hour to grab lunch so we could think more about this large purchase - we weren't hassled to stay. Ben let us test drive all the cars we wanted, and also explained the different pricing for purchasing versus leasing. Once we chose our car, Ben was very knowledgeable about Subarus and took us through the Outback's features. Ben's manager was also very nice, as was Keith, the finance manager, and the cashier. We noted how friendly the entire staff at Muller Subaru seemed - it seems like a genuinely happy workplace.

As a single female buying a new car, it is very hard to find a saleperson that takes you seriously. They usually ask if you would like to bring your husband in with you....annoying! Bob did not do that. He spoke to me in a respectful manner and was very through answering my questions. I was very pleased with my experience. I had a remote starter put in and it is not working to my satisfaction, so I called Bob tonight and he told me to bring it into the service in the morning and they will make it right. Good to know...

I bought a new Outback. Via email, I received 5 very competitive quotes from 5 dealerships in the area. Muller was the most competitive quote but also the most geographically desirable so I went there. My salesman was no pressure and honored the online quote to the penny. Very nice courteous guy as was everyone their. A very no hassle experience with no extra sales push. Great experience for me.

I was in the market for a new car because I got into an accident with my Miata and it ended up getting totaled. I was out of the country for vacation the week following the accident, which lead to another week of being gone for work. In that time, I began my search for a car and came across Muller Subaru's BRZ listing online. I asked for a quote for the "e-price" and got an email from Ann right away with a lower than expected number. I've had experience with some shady dealerships before, so I came in skeptical after getting an "e-price" online. But that skepticism was quickly swept away.I threw many questions at Ann to understand the price and specs of the car. She answered them with ease (and enthusiasm) and I figured it was exactly what I was looking for, so I came into the dealership early Monday morning.I ended up working with Jeff the rest of the way. We went for a test drive, did a look over on the car, he honored the price I was quoted via email, got me financing at a fantastic rate, and I was signing papers in no time. Again, I've had bad experiences before, but I was feeling good about everything...too good. But in the end, everything was so smooth and was done with little pressure. Jeff was honest and knowledgeable and I really appreciated that.I also got to meet Ben, who is another salesperson at the dealership, and a BRZ owner as well. We got to chat specifically about the car and he showed me how enthusiastic he was about the car.Muller has a great sales team at this dealership. Of the few cars I've bought so far at dealerships, this was the most satisfying experience I've had. This is the way things should be when buying a new car. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Muller Subaru and Benjamin was a huge part of that. He was extremely helpful and patient, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Not only did he take the time to help me find the car that best suited my needs, but I couldn't be happier with the price I ended up with. Benjamin is extremely personable which made for test drives that I actually enjoyed. I normally wouldn't take the time to write a review, but I was extremely impressed by Benjamin's attention and consideration when it came the needs of his customer. He also has a Chive mug, turns out he's a real person, not just a salesman! KCCO! Overall, the best car buying experience I've had in a long time.

After having past awful car buying experiences, I went in expecting a fight. I went in expecting to look at a specific car, I got there and found out it had been sold the day prior. I was a bit put off by this lack of notification by their on-line person Ann who I was communicating with. But Ben was very helpful in showing me other option. I wanted things to be as simple as possible, no back and forth no sense. Ben was able to locate the exact Outback I was looking for and in a few simple e-mails we settled on a GREAT PRICE! I went in the next day expecting the rug to get pulled out from under me, but no the price stayed the same and the sale went as easily as one could only dream of! Ben was great and patience with showing me all the feature of the navigation and how to work the car. Ben is someone we will continue to buy cars from. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was NEVER pushy, always kind, honest and straight forward. If you are looking for an amazing car buy experience go see Ben, you wont be disappointed. Even after the sale he was kind enough to set up an appointment for me to have some additional purchased accessories put in, he could have easily given me the service number, but he took the extra step to take care of this for me. Ben, Karl, and the rest of the staff at Mueller made purchasing a new Outback and "easy to work with" expeirence. Both Ben and Karl were helpful with all area of the Outback including features and benefits for various packages. Ben's understands Subaru and functions very well. I believe Mueller Subaru goes far beyond expections with pleasing custormers. Thank you too for Mark Mueller who operates a very effienct group of dealerships.

This is my second experience at this dealership and most definitely my last. Unfortunately, with both experiences, this dealership doesn't really care that much about your car. Others, for example, treat your car like it was their own so I'll be going back to those places now even if it is a much longer drive. This dealership also doesn't offer to accommodate you very well and I have had an argument with them because they refused to give me a loaner car even though that is guaranteed with my warranty. And now my A/C is out again with the exact same issue that I went to this place for just over a month ago. This place also has issues where even if you have an appointment, they will wait much longer to start working on your car and of course your car won't be ready when they tell you it will be. Even though this place is only 3 miles from me, I'm definitely going to drive the 25 miles to a dealership where I've had EXCELLENT service at. It's just disappointing that you can't be trusted. Guess that's why they say it's so hard to find an honest mechanic because it really is after experiences at this dealership. Shame on you! I'd expect you to treat my car like it was your own...

Our experience with the Subaru Impreza lease purchase at Muller has been exceptional. The pricing received from Muller was very competitive and second to none comparing to other Subaru dealerships in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. I think this is the reason why our company purchased majority of our company fleet vehicles as well as personal vehicles from Muller for the exact reasons.The only thing that I would like to point out is that Muller didn't indicate the fact that this vehicle has already accumulated almost 200 miles through a trade until the time of signing, whether it was a demo or purely driven miles from the trade. We didn't care much for it because it is a lease vehicle, but if this is a new purchase, we would've considered other options or final pricing. Also, we have indicated that the vehicle needs better cleaning/detailing before the actual pick up, and it was not performed as requested. The interior door handles were dirty and filled with greasy finger marks as well as various debris throughout the interior. Those are just small things, but other than that, the Muller experience has been exceptional as I have indicated above. I strongly recommend Muller as the prime candidate to anyone who are considering a Subaru, VW, Nissan or Honda as their next car.

I am thoroughly pleased by the experience I had at Muller Subaru. Bob Szramek was such a pleasure to work with - very kind, patient, and obviously very knowledgable in his field. I had 3 criteria for my ideal car - all wheel drive, sedan variety, and within my price range. Within an hour Bob helped me find a car that met all my needs and more. Throughout this experience I just had a really good feeling about Bob - I felt I could trust him and I knew he had my best interests at heart. If I were to ever buy another car, I definitely would seek him out first, and I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Ben made my first ever independent car-buying experience absolutely painless, and even borderline fun on occasion. This was an overall great experience with him and Muller Subaru that, in theory, I would like to repeat. However, given the longevity of Subarus and my satisfaction with the used Forester I purchased, I may not have the chance for another 10 years.Ben utterly surprised me with the fantastic attitude and approach he took to selling me a sweet little car, plus my trade-in, which actually took a fair amount of patience on both our parts. At the end of the day, it seems like Ben was much more of a customer's advocate, trying to get the best for me, the customer, and not simply trying to shark anyone out of what they're able to pay. Popular wisdom has it that buying a used car is a trial upon one's soul and pocketbook: By default, the dealer will try to sell you something that's not even what you really want, or worth your money, and give you as little as possible in return for your trade-in. "Negotiating" with them is basically them telling you you're stupid for not "doing this deal" to their benefit and you having to stand fast against their impugning of logic and fiscal sense. With Ben, I was entirely comfortable telling him my absolute can and cannot values. He, in turn, made the deal work for me, never nagging or trying to move my positions from what I'd established. This shows the large amount of respect Ben has for the customer, and I very much appreciated that. tl;dr: Ben is awesome, and a very comfortable person from which to buy a car. If you have the chance, do it. There's no chicanery or dishonesty to him, he'll make it work for you and you'll drive away happy.Also, on the dealership side, my used car came with a warranty (90 days/3000 miles) which is very rare these days, and saves you the cost of an independent inspection, pre-purchase. Muller warranties all their used cars, so keep that in mind.

Bob was a terrifc salesperson. When I walked in the door, he greeted me with a smile and asked if I had any questions or if he could be of any help. He took me around and showed me the cars, colors, and options I was interested in. He also took the time to check pricing of add-ons and availabilty. He talked about the service department and hours. He did not give me a hard sell, but rather gave me lots of information on the car and did not pressure me in any way. I explained I was considering 2 other non-Subaru vehicles. He gave me his thoughts on how the Subaru vehicle was better with certain things in comparison. He followed up with an email a few days later to see if I had any more questions or if he could be of further help. I came back a week after my initial visit to purchase an Outback from Bob. The price negotiation was painless, as well as the financing and paperwork. I was able to drive my new Outback off the lot in under 2 hours from the time I walked in! This included the time Bob took to show me all of the bells and whistles on my new car which was great. I had to return to the dealership about a week later to have some extras put on my car that I had ordered. The service department was just as friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating as Bob. They washed my car and delivered it inside the garage since it was raining outside. I received several follow up emails and a call from Muller Subaru to be sure that the sales and service experience I had went well and to be sure I was happy with my purchase. I couldn't be happier with my Outback, especially since the whole buying experience at Muller was a no-hassle and positive one! Thanks Bob and Muller Subaru for your help and outstanding customer service. I have been raving about my car and your dealership to everyone! I feel like I am part of the Muller Subaru family!

Jeff was very understanding of our needs,never pushy. The entire staff was helpful and the finance dept explained all of ur options. The had a large/variety of cars to choose from.
