friendly , went the extra mile to get rebates and low interest rate, explained about the new truck helped with the new options on the truck, back up , they are always nice when you come in for what ever the reason is. i always check in with the same salesman. david pate. he is great.

The service department was excellent. The sales department will tell you lies and can't be trusted. They will lie to you from the salesman that sold me to the truck and most of all the new car sales manager.

Justin, Vickie & Jim were all great. Justin especially. I'd never bought a vehicle sight unseen and was a bit anxious. He set me at ease by answering all my questions, providing documentation, taking lots of pictures and even hosted a Skype tour of the car with my wife and I - just exceptional! He will get the first call when I buy again. I can't thank him & the team enough!

1. Work done in time I was told it would take. 2. Waiting area clean, comfortable and packed with snacks. A 'wow' moment when -- after i arrived without having eaten -- the service fellow said I didn't have to walk down the road for something and went into the room to pull out fresh supply of crackers and things.3. WHEN I confessed to being bad about not keeping up with service, the gentlemen named Guy made time for extra explanation about my specific car model and WHY it particularly required attentiveness. His time, willingness to offer added info and ability to explain in terms I could understand will mean a change in my behavior. 4. When I paid bill, not only was it less than I expected, woman at window was friendly and engaging.

The salesman, Mark Stallard, is my all-time favorite sales person. I would like to have had a new Ford F-150 truck. However, since Mark works at the Chevrolet Dealership, I had to buy a used one in order for him to get the comission. I'd rather buy a used truck from Mark than a new one from anyone else.
