We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the folks at Mooresville Ford. Our experience started roughly 60 day ago when we began our search for a new vehicle. We were warmly greeted by Ray and Scott, who we immediately felt comfortable dealing with. They were at no point pushy and showed us a couple of Expeditions they thought matched our wants and needs. We were able to do a test drive and really get to know the vehicle. While we were not able to come to terms at that point, we kept in contact and eventually drove off very pleased with a new Expedition. The ENTIRE process was easy and at no point did we ever feel pressured to do anything. Ray and Scott are top notch and really took the time to understand what we were looking for based on the questions they asked and what we told them we had in mind. Scott was really great after the sale by taking time to familiarize my wife with her new Expedition. This experience, without a doubt, has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mooresville Ford, you have earned lifetime customers and we will do our best to send more business your way. If you do drop in as for Ray or Scott. You will not be disappointed. Update #1 - went in for a recall service on 6/6/20 and this experience definitely lived up to the first one. Everything was just as stated and we had an easy pick up and drop off. Thanks Mooresville Ford Service Team! Update #2 - I visited Mooresville Ford again on the morning of 11/7/20, looking at F-250 trucks. I was greeted by Scott Speagle, by name, after our purchase 6 months ago and within 5 minutes of that we were joined by Ray Woody who also helped us 6 months ago. With all of the customers in and out of that dealership daily, he remembered my name after 6 months. This tells me all I need to know about Mooresville Ford. Within 10 minutes I was on a test drive in the truck I came to see and within an hour and a half, we came to terms on my new F-250. I have to reiterate this, I have NEVER had car buying experiences like I have had here. It is not the dreaded all day affair of test drive, the back and forth of negotiation, and then waiting in line for finance. In and out in less than 3 hours! Do yourself a favor and stop in for a top notch experience, start to finish.

Got my car fixed in a day, and they shuttled me back to my house and picked me up later that day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. --- Edit: Had another service done a few days ago - NO ONE WAS WEARING MASKS. The customer waiting area had not been adjusted to keep people from sitting close to each other. I had to get up and leave the waiting area because I didn't feel safe as people came in and sat too close. If there is a requirement for customers or employees to wear masks, it was not being enforced.

If I could give this place a 10 out of 10 I would! A few days ago I purchased a 2017 ford f150. I got a amazing deal on a low mileage f150 and Larry cheek made the process super easy. Larry was super helpful extremely kind and a stand up salesman. He was honest non pushy and just a awesome person to deal with. I highly recommend dealing with these people! This afternoon I look my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and upon completion I pulled away from the dealership and could immediately feel something was wrong with the vehicle. Before I could turn around and take it back I could see the driver rear wheel outside the wheel well and coming off. I am fortunate enough that I caught this right away as their neglect could have been disasterous. I have had bad dealings with their sales department before and would never buy a vehicle from them but service had been ok until this point but now I will never step foot in their dealership and do my best to make sure anyone I know uses another dealership for service or sales.

Took car in for warranty work. Car has under 14,000 miles. The seat trim panel won't stay attached to the seat. The seat fabric was replaced when I bought the car (different dealer, different city). I was told I would have to return car to the mechanic that originally did the seat fabric replacement. Really? Evidently Ford warranty is only honored by the selling dealer.

I recently needed to replace my old winter rat and, once again, Mooresville Ford had the best deals and I know from my experience with the Mustang that they will take care of me and my vehicle after the sale. They are consistently friendly and courteous. I work mostly with Larry Cheek, who treats me like family and takes the time to listen to my concerns and helps find a solution. I would recommend him to anyone. Honestly, I haven't met anyone at Mooresville Ford who is not extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It is well worth the 700 mile drive to do business with Mooresville Ford.Treating people well is truly where Mooresville Ford excels.

Had plugs changed and oil change on my f 150 pick up- the only person i dealt with was the service writer his name was Lou. Lou was the most pleasant person I have ever dealt with. Please let him know I am bragging on him. We had checked with dealerships all around the Charlotte area - Gastonia - Huntersville and Hickory and every body's pricing was in the same ball park however the way Lou talked to us not only on the phone before, but during our visit there made us realize that this was the ones we wanted to take care of my vehicle. I will be back next Saturday to have the front brakes serviced. Thanks again for having professional folks working for you ones that seem to care about your customers.

Was looking to purchase a newer car for my college daughter. Was looking at three different makes when we came upon the ford escape in another dealers lot. My daughter liked it but being it was a ford and we were at a dodge Chrysler dealer the salesman could not tell us much about the car so we decided to go right to the source and drove over to Mooresville ford. I can't express how knowledgeable the salesman was out the car and its features. After a test drive and long talk about the cars features we sat down and were able to work out a payment structure and warranty that was great. Bottom line my daughter drove out with a newer car at a great price. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.

I traveled from Vermont to work in the Mooresville area for a few days when my Ford F150 began making exhaust noise etc. On a Saturday morning I limped into Mooresville Ford Service Area and was met at the door by Amanda. From there on it was the easy button. Amanda was great in setting up an appointment, explaining the repair, and also explaining the costs. She was very attentive and thorough. My husband & I had driven to NC from VA to purchase a car at a local family auto dealer and a friend had recommended that we take the vehicle to Mooresville Ford to go over the car before we purchased it. Mooresville did COURTESY FREE multipoint inspection. We could not believe it was FREE and we weren't buying a car from them. Incredible. They were very nice, considerate and very thorough in the inspection. Their shop was clean and organized too. If I lived in NC I would be a regular patron of Mooresville.

Bumped up to an other appt which was missed because of unexpected time at dealer. Priority should have been given. I informed ihad a appointment but wasn't informed iwasin a queue until too late. Unacceptable especially for a long term customer who's bought 6 cars over 13 yrs from this dealer. Should have been better communications with me. This dealership is way above average. Our salesman Willie Ammons believes in the Ford product he sells and the dealership he works in. We were given all the information we needed to make an informed choice and our questions were answered honestly and completely. It is obvious on entering the dealership that pride of product and attention to detail is the usual here.I was frankly astounded at how well everything was taken care of and the quality of the service and follow-up by the dealership. There was a mix-up regarding the navigation system which was resolved by the dealership to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without reservation.

Purchasing the vehicle from this dealership was a normal purchase... the customer service when dealing with the service dept was a NIGHTMARE! The car is under warranty but good luck getting them to do any of the work in a timely manner. Multiple recalls, we make an appt to have the recalls fixed and they call after having the car for 4 hours and tell us that they took care of one recall but will have to order parts for the other 2 recalls.

I was driving to visit family at the lake when my car started having problems with the transmission so I decided to take it to the nearest dealership where I wouldn't have to drive the scary car all the way back to downtown Charlotte, come to find out I'm greeted by snotty attitudes and rude comments. I have never experienced such poor service at any place ever! I decided after research and my car being in the shop for over two weeks and then me having to take it back again the day I got it back that I would look into a replacement and now they are demanding money for me to get my vehicle because of the technician looking at it, well it's a security problem (recall), it shouldn't cost me anything to get something checked out by a technician that is not my fault. It's ridiculous and I would not advise anyone to even step foot there, I can't believe my experience and I would hate for someone to go through the horrible experience I've had to go through.

Went with my husband to look at a used Explorer & ended up buying the 2015 Explorer off the showroom floor! The vehicle was the first one I saw when I entered the dealership & I loved it. We drove in at 4:00 PM with a "Check Engine" light that had just come on. We were leaving on a trip in the morning. They had the car in the shop in minutes, found the problem, fixed it under the "Emissions" warranty and we were out of the in about an hour at no cost to us. Can't beat that for service!

Mooresville Ford makes us happy. How? By doing the right thing when we had a tire issue. The tires that came on on our car started making a roaring noise, they were very noisy - we had to keep the volume on the radio so high that we could not carry on a mild conversation. Mooresville Ford supported us by asking the tire manufacturer to change the tires to a softer ride. They did it. We are so pleased with the new tires. And by the way, the new tires still carry the high milage rating.

from the time I walked in, to the time I drove off with my new Mustang, these folks were just outstanding. My salesman Larry Cheek, was extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The entire sales staff made a point of saying hello and asking if they could help, but were not high pressure at all! Even the owner came over to introduce himself and to thank me for buying at his dealership. The finance staff was also excellent, again, giving me options on extended coverage, but not being too pushy. I felt extremely at home and very well treated. This was my first new car in 13 years so it was important to me that I was treated well, and I WAS! I would highly recommend Mooresville Ford to anyone, and I would ask for Larry, his southern charm put me at ease immediately and took all the stress out of what is usually a very stressful experience. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership!

I have had my 2013 mustang for 11 months now and love it! I took a year to research and look for the specific car I wanted and talked with dealers in 3 states. The only one that had my car was mooresville ford. Since I live in Charleston,SC I did my shopping online and by phone. Allyson Odendahl was extremely helpful in finding what I wanted and working with me to secure the deal. When I drove up to the dealer (4 hours) Allyson met me and did an excellent job making me feel at ease with her experience and knowledge which encouraged me to do this deal. The car she showed me was beautiful, I didn't have to test drive it but did. I waited a while to write this because I could not believe that I got my mustang and a great deal and thought something wrong was about to happen. I will go back to Mooresville Ford and look for Allyson when I buy my next car. She was honest and very helpful! Thanks!

We explained our needs and within minutes she located two very good choices for us that quite frankly either truck would be great. Our purchasing experience with Allyson was easy she understood all the features of both trucks and gave us a little time with no pressure to decide for ourselves. Once we deceideds she took a few minutes and came back with a fair and reasonable offer for our trade in and a very good discount on the truck . I had a wonderful and positive sales experience with David Stonestreet that I wrote about in a previous review. I would like to take the time to highlight another wonderful employee, Michael Blank. He is in finance and customer relations. Michael Blank took the time to explain in detail how to use the bluetooth system. He was very patient with my 12 year old daughter as well who asked continuous questions about hooking up her ipod to the system.I was also thrilled with the low interest rate that he got for me on my used car. He beat USAA's rate which is one of the lowest in the industry. I was impressed with his professional demeanor and relaxed style. He also has an excellent personality and he is very likeable.

Stopped just to look, had no intension of buying anything. Spotted a used F550 P/U ( that doesn't exist), while looking it over, Doc came over then went and got the key so we could check the mileage. 2003 with only 28000 miles! Future plans were to find one that would take a P/U camper. Couldn't pass it up and with almost no hagling, Doc and I worked out a price and took it home that evening. Real helpful, nice guy, probably could have hagled back and forth and saved a little, but didn't feel it was worth it. I certanly would go back and deal with him again when we replace my wife's car.

Allyson Odendahl was great as a salesperson, and the overall buying experience was good. Very friendly staff. My only complaint is with the sales managers, John Keyes and Sumner Corrigall. My husband and I had received an offer from Carmax to purchase our trade-in car. I was told by Sumner and John that Carmax charged a "disposal" fee, which meant Carmax's offer was worth less than what we thought. Based on this knowledge, my husband and I accepted a lower offer from the dealership for our trade-in. Turns out, the information they told me about Carmax was completely invalid. I received an email from John Keyes apologizing, stating they were unaware that Carmax "discontinued" the disposal fee. Per Carmax, they have have charged a fee to begin with. We felt they completely lied to us, and based on this lie, we were were jipped out of money on the trade. Mooresville Ford did do the right thing, and my husband and I were mailed a check for the amount we were shorted. All's well that ends well, and I sincerely thank John and Sumner for making things right. I understand that the car business is about selling cars and making the deal quickly...but I just didn't appreciate being outright lied to in an effort to get papers signed.

I found my Kia Soul online at Mooresville Ford. I called the dealership and set an appointment with David Stonestreet. Got there early Saturday morning and took the car for a test drive. Fell in love with the car and made my offer. They accepted and David had the paperwork filled out in a matter of minutes. He sent the car back to get cleaned. He offered me coffee or drink. We chatted and he is very nice. Sent me to financing (right there) and was finished in about 10 minutes. Whole process probably took 2 and a half hours. Very nice experience at the dealership. No one was pushy at all. David Stonestreet has style---laid back. I like that. Thanks David!

This is my third new vehicle in 2 years and every facet of the buying experience has been outstanding. These folks simply do not disappoint. I would recommend Michael Blank in sales for his in-depth and extensive knowledge on all facets of technology. Michael has been a true "point man" in every purchase and he truly belongs in a Bentley dealership.Gray in F&I is a good person who I truly trust in the financing process and is one of those rare folks who takes great pride in working the best deal with a local lender so everyone feels good and wins. He says I need it, I buy it.Jeff & Brad, a father and son team in service are fantastic and treat you a level of respect not common and they insure you never buy anything you do not need. Thats an oxymoron for a service department! I could go on and on about this place but they are that good and the key to maximizing your experience is to negotiate a deal from a level of respect and trust the process. I have never once felt I was being misled and at any time :-)

My experience at Mooresville Ford was great. I was assisted by two very helpful sales representatives who were able to get my college age daughter into the right car for her needs and her budget.They assured me that the car we were buying was reliable and that Mooresville Ford put each and every car through an 18 point check list before they qualified to be sold.The car we bought did have a problem that we discovered a few days after the purchase. Mooresville Ford sent my daughter to a dealership in her college town and promplty repaired the problem. They stood by their product and took care of my daughter.We have two Fords now and will be in the market for 3 cars in the next 5 years(one of our Fords has 297,000 miles on it) I will be buying my cars from Mooresville Ford.

Ford Offers Service Rebates but I failed to see one yet..Seriously thinking of new dealership all together..They tell you what it cost to service your vehicle then they add more to the bill.. they never give you an exact price.. They charge you for parts, but they never put them on.. they fix your old part and charge you for a new one..found this out just recently.. On a car I bought from them in 96..

Bought my 2000 Mustang with 12,000 miles and still under warranty. Since the time I bought it I have had problems with the clutch (throw out bearings). Took the car back to the dealership more than seven times still under warranty and three years and nearly 70,000 miles later they still have not fixed the problem.
