I always feel that the service at Montrose Ford-Nissan is very professional, and that the employees make you feel comfortable and well taken care of! My husband and I both have Nissan vehicles and we are very happy with their service. I don't feel like I am imposing when I ask questions - they are quite friendly!

Had the works service on my van. I also had to replace a Key. The jobs were scheduled together and I was able to use ride home service and pick up after the van was ready. Great driver and service. Ten years of service from Montrose Ford, very happy customer.

After I had my Ford Escape in for routine service on Monday, Sept 12, the next day my battery died when I was in Grand Junction. I called the service department and was assured that the battery had been checked and was OK. I noted the fluid in the cells was low, filled them and charged the battery overnight. It started and drove fine Wednesday. I had the battery rechecked and it registered OK, however, on Thursday it died again. I charged it again and ended up replacing the battery on Friday, and so far everything seems to be going well. I guess sometimes you can't tell when a battery is failing.

All the maintenance staff are professional and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, especially the restrooms. Sometimes I ask for a ride into town while my car is being serviced, and other times and hang out and visit with other customers. All the work that has been performed on my car has been great, and the staff informs me of any future work that they recommend.

My wife and I were traveling from Arizona to Minnesota to celebrate my brother and his wifes 50th Wedding Anniversary when our car died 30 miles south of Montrose Colorado. Ford Roadside Assistance towed us to Montrose Ford Nissan where we were met by Mike Arendsee. I explained that we traveling and had to get to Minnesota for this special event. Mike said he would see what he could do and less than 2 hours later we were back on the road again!We want to thank the entire Montrose Ford Nissan staff for their excellent customer service and making what could have been a disaster for us just a small bump in the road!

The staff is friendly, helpful and they explain any maintenance needed and approximately how long the wait time will be. They always offer a ride to any place you may want to go. The waiting area is clean and well maintained and is a very nice place to wait if you wish to stay there until they are finished with you vehicle. If the maintenance/repair time is longer than anticipated they will come and explain the problem and if any additional repairs or part replacements are needed they will explain why the work should be done and give you the choice to have it done then or wait until later if it is not something that impairs the vehicles performance.

Before we moved to Montrose we inquired if Montrose Ford could service our Mustang Cobra. When they said they could, it was safe to move here from Indy. In eleven years we could not be happier with this dealership. My wife's Cobra looks as good or better than new. The people at Montrose Ford realize what this car means to her and take excellent care of it. I think we get special treatment.

We bought this used 2012 F150 xlt last November. We didn't have occasion to use the A/C until last weekIt got a little COOL, not COLD. It didn.t adequately cool the interior of the truck in 90 degree weatherI combined the need for an oil change with a request to repair the A/C last Tuesday at Montrose Ford's service dept.As usual, the oil change was handled promptly & properly. However the tech didn't find anything wrong with the A/C. He drove it a few miles and found that it meets specifications.Hmmmm. This is a WEAK A/C system - it gets a little cool, not cold.

Did most of the process online. After choosing the vehicle I wanted, I was pre approved. Went to the dealership after to provide document verification of the information I had provided to be pre approved. Process was fast and simple having me out the door in a little over an hour. Only thing I found odd, having bought 3 new vehicles from another dealer, is the car was left on empty when I took over possession of it. All of my prior purchases, the vehicle had a full tank and was ready to go for me. Not a huge deal, but I was definitely surprised. Will be the first place I look for a used vehicle for my daughter in a few years.

Recently bought a car from Montrose Ford, and everything from the moment I sent my inquiry email until the time I signed the final paperwork was an amazing experience. I don't know many dealerships that treat their customers this well.
