Recently purchased a Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen SE from Miramar Car Center. Our salesperson, David, was great. He knew a lot about the car that we were looking at, as well as others on the lot, without making us have to deal with any of the usual used car salesman jargon. When we made the decision to purchase the car, he did a great job of getting us through the deal quickly and painlessly.

I called Miramar Car Center on a Friday after finding the car I was looking for in their inventory and spoke with David. David took a close look at the car for me, and sent me specific photos of the car that I was interested in that afternoon. I made an appointment for Saturday morning to test drive the car, quickly worked out a fair deal, and was down the road in less than two hours including an extensive test drive. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process, and their inventory is very impressive!

i am a mililtary member active duty with a family of 4 and needed to upgrade from a jetta. our first stop was at miramar car center and david reynoso attended us, very polite and understanding we told him what we were looking for and he knew right away the cars he had in stock to show us. we loved the toyota and gave us an unbeatable price. we stopped at several car lots after to keep looking and at the end of the day we came back and took the car home.

I was referred by a family member to come here and by my first car. so i decided to give them a try. My first impression was they were friendly, the facility was nice and clean. I was greeted by a young man named David, let me tell you he was amazing!!!!!!! He was very knowledgeable about all the cars in the lot, he answered all my questions and was extremely patient with me. Everyone is weary of a used car dealer and I was no exception. Fortunately, David Reynoso is the sales rep that first approached me. He was friendly, helpful, and more importantly he wasn't pushy at all.They had several different options for me to choose from and when I made the decision to purchase, they were able to work with me and get the sale done fast. I have been looking for ages and have gone to all the big dealers and smaller ones as well. Finally found a car that brought me to this car lot and from entry to finish everyone was very friendly. No pressure, just honest service. David was great to work with, informative, cheerful and follows through. He confirmed my appointment and ensured I had directions. The car was well work the wait and would recommend anyone to come here, best prices in town. Even with not so stellar credit, they really worked out the numbers to made my budget work.

The staff was very helpful and the process was very smooth. David was the rep I dealt with and he walked us through the whole process. I got to inspect the vehicle and take it for a test drive before we signed and I was very satisfied with how the whole process went. The manager on duty even tried searching for a better rate for us even though we had come in with our own approved financing.

From the moment I walked in the dealer I did not feel that annoying pressure you get in different dealerships. Collin (Salesman) showed me the exactly car that I found online. We took it for a test drive (Freeway and regular streets), and everything went well. Like I wrote earlier the thing that I like the most was the hassle free environment.

Went in after finding specific car online that I was interested in. Was very helpful for test driving even though the car was buried way in the back of the lot and a pain to move. Fixed two small issues (no key fob and missing bolts from center console), but less helpful about other issues (missing floor mats, no owner's manual, missing headrests). Overall positive experience. Would recommend if specific car is already known and sought, though mileage may vary if just browsing.

I recently purchased a Buick from this dealership. A young gentleman by the name of David helped us out. Of all the dealerships I have been to and of all the cars I have purchased in the past I have never received such great customer service. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and best of all he had a great sense of humor. If it wasn't for David I wouldn't have made a purchase that day. If you do go to this dealership please ask for David, you will not be disappointed.

I came to look at a 2013 Ford Edge. Don was our salesman he was super nice no pressure. We ended up purchasing the car for the same price it would have cost to purchase at the auction direct. This was the fastest car buying experience i have ever had. I had the deal done and signed within 1 hour. I would recommend this company to anyone. Since 2008 I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer. The first two cars, Audi A6 2004 and Infiniti M35 2007, I purchased from their office in Kearny Mesa in 2008 and 2010. My recent experience with them, I was looking for BMW 328i and yes, I found the best deal at MCC, was good as I always expect from Peter and his team. Even after the purchasing, Peter has never left me alone if any minor problem comes up. Keep in mind, you are buying a used car and the best way to protect your investment is to buy an extended warranty for the car. Having the warranty purchased from Peter, I did not have any problem with the insurance provider. My overall experience with this dealership is only positive and I will recommend it to all my friends.

I bought my lightly used Kia Sportage from Miramar Car Center in 2010. It was my first buying experience, and it was SO seamless thanks to Art Molina! I expected a long, hair-pulling day, but it was easy, smooth, and didn't take nearly as long as I expected. Art was super helpful and friendly, and there was no pressure.Just last week, I had to have a taillight replaced- Art ordered it for me right away, and then had me come in the next morning to get it installed. Such excellent service. I am not a fan of cars in general, and especially not of car problems, but working with Art at Miramar has been a delight!

I stumbled across this car dealership while putting gas at the Arco station across the street. I have always been hesitant about buying used cars but the staff at Miramar Car Center made me feel so at ease and provided me with ALL (and I mean ALL) the service records, reconditioning reports and carfax for the vehicles I was interested in. I went in with an open mind and a budget of under 25k. To make a long story short, I test drove 2 cars and ended up trading in my crappy Ford Mustang for a GORGEOUUUSSS Saab 9-3 Convertible for only 19,998 with under 30,000 miles. I honestly couldn't be happier with my car. It is my pride and joy and I will forever recommend my friends and family to Miramar Car Center. The finance department is superb and they do everything in their power to get you financed. Amir and James helped me throughout the process. Oh and forgot to mention how BEAUTIFUL the dealership is... Modern, beautifully decorated, CLEAN and comfortable. Complimentary waters and plasma TV's.... doesn't get any better.
