My sales person Dan was so easy to work with, he always contacted me to let me know when my car would be in and he showed me all the details my car had to offer. Dan took the time make sure i was comfortable with all the gagets that were in my car. He also has followed up to see how things were going.

I always go to Minnesota Motor Co. because that's where my husband went. Plus I don't know a thing about fixing cars. Beside one of my old First Graders is one of the workers there so if I need to go to that building it gives me a chance to see him andremind him I taught him how to read! Carolyn Sund

I traded my Ford F-150 for a Silverado and I can easily say this dealership is top notch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, facilities are clean and the service department is by far the best I've ever been to. I definitely had the best experience buying a vehicle I've ever had at MN Motors.

i took my impala in for possible front valve cover leakage,i was not told that the super charger cover was to be removed and thrown away,the dealer did not let me know,i get home,open the hood,no cover on the top of the engine,i guess this was too much effort to let the customer know,instead i have to call the dealer and find out what happened to my top engine cover,i will not use this dealer for gm repairs anymore,also i waited in the customer area,not one person said hello,i also did not see any customers come through the south door,sales people walked by me many times,they must be important,again not even a hello.

I ordered my vehicle in October 2015 and received it in March of 2016. Was worth the wait. I now have my new Colorado and am very pleased. I have been very happy with the service from MN Motors and only do business with them because of the people; service; and if I have a question, it is answered. Would never change to another dealer or go to another place for service. When a person trusts the people then stay with them.

Minnesota Motor has been and will continue to be "my car dealership." I am very pleased with the service, the cars I purchase at this company, and all the other amenities that they provide. I have been a customer for over 30 years, and the service continues to improve with each visit. I am especially pleased with the Courtesy Car service which I have used many times since my job starts at 7:30 am, and this service is gets me to work on time with a pleasant and courteous driver.Thank you Minnesota Motor.

I saw a vehicle online and contacted the Dealer. That vehicle had sold, but there were some other vehicles there I was interested in. Dan answered my calls and emails promptly, and met me on a Saturday for test drives. Was a busy day at the dealership but they took care of me and gave me a fair deal. He had the truck cleaned and they got me into the service center so I could get some new tires, despite their tight schedule. Would buy here again.

I had taken my 2013 Outback in for its very first oil change. I had asked if they had 020 oil and the service man said they didn't but had something that was comparable. I said ok since I thought they knew what they were doing. About a month later I started smelling something burning thru my vents when I got home after picking my kids up, when I looked under the good there was oil all over my brand new cars engine. I was so upset, I called R and T and asked them about what I should do and about the oil that was put in. They said that one oil is conventional and the other synthetic which are not comparable. I returned the next day and told them what happened. Jason who I talked to, wasn't really listening and never once apologized during that conversation but instead suggested that I had my oil checked by someone else in that months time. They had taken my car, replaced the oil and degreased the engine but when I checked there was oil still around the battery. They took it back a second and it looked a lot better. They had cleaned the outside which was nice but my car had faint scratces on it. I will never back there again. I felt like I was taken advantage of. All I wanted was a sincere apology.

Searching on line for a used car I found one I was interested in at Minnesota Motors. I contacted them on line to set up a time to look at and test drive the car. I was contacted by e-mail in a very timely manner by the salesman to set up a time. The salesperson was pleasant and very professional. I test drove the car, discussed the price and bought the car. The dealership contacted banks for financing for me and drove the car home 2 days later. A great experience. Bill
