I had a need for a new (or close to new) car so I would be able to drive to and from my new job. We met Eddie Botello, and he was able to quickly find us some suitable vehicles within the budget established. We were allowed to test drive, by ourselves, giving us complete freedom to test cars that would suit our needs. The process of purchase was much easier than expected. We felt that he was able to answer our questions and helped us to understand the new cars features. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.; there was no feeling of unease as the process of buying felt very organic. Highly recommended.

Great place to shop. This company is not pushy. You can wander the lot and look at your leisure without feeling pressured by anyone. You approach the sales rep. Eddie helped us with our choice of vehicle, answered all our questions. Traded in a vehicle and got a wonderful deal. Very impressed with all who work there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend going to Mills if you wish to purchase a vehicle - no pressure, no gimmicks, just hard working people who want to give you a good deal when making a purchase.

On October 22rd 2021 was when I had purchased my new truck at Mills Chevrolet. When I arrived to the dealership, another customer was right behind me entering the dealership. Once inside the man behind me was instantly greeted with professionalism and kindness and was asked if he needed any help. The same courtesy and professionalism was not given to me. As I walked around inside of the building, I observed only one family was in the process of buying a vehicle and so many sales rep behind their desks staring into phones. I spent 20 minutes outside at the new truck lot area. The weather on that day was quite nippy. Their wasn't any signs of the sun coming out on that day but it was still a dry, cold day. Nobody from the sales team came out to greet or help me. I finally made a phone call to the dealership asking if a sales person was able to meet me outside. I did advise the Mills Chevrolet staff that the weather outside was a bit nippy. Long story short, the man behind me that was greeted with kindness and professionalism didn't purchase any vehicle that day but was observed leaving the property in the same vehicle he drove in.

Extremely happy with my New Vehicle Purchase. Dane De Decker and staff were all so helpful and nice. Dane took the time to answer all my silly questions and show me all the great features that each trim level had to offer. I never felt pressured to buy anything that I didn't want or get features that I didn't need. Dane never gave me the impression that he just wanted to make a sale unlike other Dealerships I have encountered. From the Product Specialist, Finance Officers to the New Vehicle Delivery personnel everything went smooth and in a timely manner. They certainly have the car buying process down. I Love My New 2021 Traverse.

Our experience at Mills Chevrolet was wonderful! Our salesperson, Val Lawton, was such a pleasure to work with. Never pushy, yet knew a lot about the Equinox we came in for. She had the vehicle pulled up when we got there. She even drove it out to me, after pin stripe was applied! She helped us set up our phones, on star, and explained the new features not available on the vehicle we traded in. Everyone at Mills was very nice and professional. Will be back again, when we need another vehicle!

I hate going to dealerships because the salesmen are always so pushy, at Mills Chevrolet that is not the case. I emailed Paul Watts back and forth a few times about a car on the lot and wanted to hash out as much of the deal as possible due to my hectic work schedule. The day i was driving up to look at it I blew out a tire and couldn't make it. Paul offered to drive the car down to me because he knew how busy i am. The next day i made it up there and after test driving the car bought it at an even better price then we had agreed upon. The car had a recall and when i called them and told them when i would have time to bring it in they fit me right in. Best experience i have had with a dealership.

I hate going to dealerships because the salesmen are always so pushy, but did not have that problem at Mills. I work alot so i was unsure when i could make it up there and wanted to get most the deal laid out even before i drove up there. Paul Watts worked with me and after a snafu on the way even offered to drive the car down to me. Finally made it up there and test drove it, loved the car and in the end got an even better deal then originally planned. He even had the guys wash and wax it while we did the paperwork. Would have to say that this was the best experience i had with a dealership. The car had a recall on it and when i called them and told them when i would be available they fit me right in no problem.

I was looking on cars.com for a used vehicle. I found several choices, I was very interested in an escape. The sales man found it in the back lot and discovered it was not for sale. It had too many issues. He offered to show me another suv it was out of my price range. I was disappointed that the escape was online yet not for sale. I left to look elsewhere. The salesman texted me to let me know that they reduced the price on the other vehicle. I came to look at the suv again. And left without purchase. I looked at the suv three different times. All the while my sales man was patient and would check to see if I had made a decision. I asked for another price reduction. I bought the santa fe.

I am now the proud owner of a "New" to me 2011 Chevy Equinox. I told Scott what I was looking for and he showed me the Chevy Equinox, I drove it, fell in love with it, and drove it home that day. We purchased a new 2016 Suburban in January. We discovered the Suburban online. When we contacted the dealership, we were immediately connected with a salesperson who was willing to meet when it was convenient for us. Valerie Lawton spent over 6 hours with us on a Saturday. She could answer every question we had about the features of the vehicle. There were a few accessories that were not on the vehicle. Valerie and her associates were able to order and install them in time for pick up. Valerie gave us a tour of the dealership, so we would know who we would be dealing with for financing and service. Everyone was polite and courteous. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. We met the young men who had detailed the vehicle for pickup. It was obvious that they had been trained in customer service. They were proud of their work and asked us to look it over to see if it was detailed to our satisfaction. We discovered that there was a tiny scratch. They looked to fix it immediately. Unfortunately, it will require a trip to the service department. We were assured that it would be made to look like new.

After a quick negotiation over the phone and determining a reasonable price I picked my truck up the next day and brought it home. So far I couldn't be more happy with my choice in dealerships.

I have been buying GM vehicles for many years and have found that Mills Chevrolet (Davenport store) has provided excellent and friendly service. Jacob (sales) has been great in keeping in touch with us to help us remember our service needs. Tom (service) has been so friendly and helpful with both of our vehicles. We purchased a used 2015 Chrysler Town & Country Touring Van from Mills Chevrolet. The sales person was Valarie Lawton and she was excellent to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. She helped us look thru several vehicles and brought in the van that fit our needs from their Moline location. We did the test drive and then worked with us as we checked out the van from top to bottom and front to back. Made sure all the different functions of the van worked great and made sure we fully understood how to use it.She provided assistance with a few defects the van possessed such as scratches and dings. We have an appointment to bring the van in to have the defects repaired and the entire car will get a new coating to protect and prevent rust. She included remote start and put gas in the vehicle.She made the effort to help us get the best deal and I fully recommend that anyone in the market for a vehicle to come and talk with Valarie. She works at the Davenport location of Mill Chevrolet.I had service performed on my Pontiac G6 and they were fabulous when they worked on my vehicle for a recall repair. They were very good, provided a loaner vehicle and repaired a burnt out bulb inside for automatic shift mechanism that fell outside of the factory recall. They did not charge me for that bulb. It was that service that made me come back when it was time to purchase a new vehicle.Thank You

I was lucky to get a sales lady the day I walked in. She was a great help to me, as I'm a female myself, and all alone buying a new car. She was so nice to me and really cared about my situation.after buying my Trax, she stayed with me and set up phone and showed me how to use it. She also went over every inside the car with me. Without her help I'd be leafing thru the book to turn on the lights, windshield wipers and opening and unlocking the doors. I feel if I have any questions she will always be ready to me. I had an oil change at Mills Chevy and was very statisfied. Although at the time they also discovered that I needed the air filters changed. I agreed to this. However they did not have one of the filters on hand and needed to go out and get it from another dealer. Do to this problem I had a longer stay that I anticipated. Adam Hultman was very concerned and kept me informed as to the progress of finding a filter plus the time it would possibly take. So instead of about a half hour wait it took and hour and ahalf. I recommend Mills to anyone needing a good service.

Bought a new Chevy Cruze, and oh what a mistake this was. Our downpayment was stolen by management, loan documents were falsified to the bank, and we are still trying to clean up the mess that these convicts created for us months down the road. Someone must be paying customers to write these reviews on here, they are awful and unethical people. Buyer beware! Stay away from Mills!!!!

From the minute I walked through the front door at Mills I felt at ease. Valarie was never pushy and did not try to sell me a vehicle I didn't want because it was in my target price range. She was very knowledgable and helpful. The finance department was excellent as well. They financed me with my credit union without my asking them to. I pruchased my very first car from Mills almost 20 years ago and in 20 years I will still be purchasing my vehicles from Mills. I have already referred several friends to Mills Chevrolet and Valarie Lawton. Both are highly recommended!!!!

I needed a different vehicle as the ole van was getting up there in years, wanted a pickup in a given price range but it had to be decent. Valarie followed me around the parking lot, was patient and showed me everything. When all was said and done, she had a vehicle and after a bit of talking we got a mutually agreeable deal and out the door I went. Very pleasant experiance...Only regret, I had just filled the van with gas!!!!This was the last place to visit at the end of the day and I felt really good about driving the pickup home... I was looking for a sort of a needle-in-a-haystack Grand Marquis, 03-05, Ultimate, lower mileage, and in one of a few specific colors. I ended up finding the right one, a 2005, at Mills, and I dealt with Bob every step of the way. For buying a Ford from a Chevy dealer I'd say it went pretty well! I got a fair deal, and the car was definitely as represented - everything works, no ghosts in it after a couple months, and during the heat wave we had in the Midwest the last couple of weeks, even the AC is working! I'm from the Chicago area, but if Bob and Mills Chevy have what I want again, I'd make the trip!

Working with Vaiarie was grate, She work with me on getting a grate price that I felt I could be happy with and work within my budget. Being a woman there were times when looking at other dealers I felt that I was not taken seriously. That was not the case with Valarie she was just woderful. I recently purchased a vehicle from Mills Chevrolet. I contacted the dealership online about a car I was interested in. I was contacted within minutes by the Internet Sales Manager about my interest in the vehicle. I explained to him my situation and he offered to explain my options I would have. Andy Maberry helped me with this. I set an appointment to look at the vehicle and when I arrived, the vehicle was obviously just cleaned and was ready for me to look at right in front of the showroom doors. It was just as he had described and we looked it over and went for a test drive. This vehicle had a few more options on it than I was used to and Andy explained how everything worked as we went. The vehicle was just what I was wanting. When we returned to the dealership, we proceeded to get down to the business of price. I offered a fair price of what I was wanting to pay and we agreed on a number that I was comfortable with paying. I love my new car and would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Mills to anyone I know. A great experience of a usually dreadful thing to do.

The car was a special order and the staff made the whole process quick and painless. Paper work was ready the day I came in to pick up my new car, my OnStar account was setup, they found the best financing rate for my loan, and even provided a free tank of gas.Buying a car should not be a hard time, nor stressful and Mills made sure of that.

I have gotten great service every time I have called or visited Mills. The salesman who sold me my vehicle was courteous, informative, and professional. The service advisor who has taken care of me on subsequent visits has also been courteous and professional. I really feel as though they care about me as a customer.
