This dealership will not honor their own specials on their website. You can see in the photos. I wanted to get the 169 per mo w/ 1595 down. When I first inquired w/ salesperson (Brittany M) she said that after speaking w/ the manager they will honor the price. I asked for the detailed lease #'s so I can review overnight. Immediately after she claimed that normally you have to put down $6k to get the 169 monthly lease. Based on disclaimer, I was willing to settle for $199 per month lease with 1596 down (+2500 in 'fees' for NJ). Even still Brittany would not respond to me. I emailed her multiple times and still no response. Well they lost my business and I went elsewhere (to Kia!).

Picked up my new Santa Fe last night. Henry Greco was our Salesman. He was great through the whole process. Go see Henry any day but Thursday when he’s off. Finance Manager Raphael got us through the paperwork very quickly and into our new car. This is my second car from these guys. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Wow, incredible service start to finish. We worked with Eric and Miguel over the phone and online to handle all the paperwork and go over any questions. I am a VERY unsatisfied customer. I purchased a car from them in March of this year, of which I was told was a CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED car. The car was a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with 39,000 miles on it, in mint condition. I went there on March 12, 2016 to get this car. I was there from 9 am till 8 pm, when I finally signed my finance papers and set up my insurance. Upon getting in my vehicle to drive away, the service light was on. I was then told that the Hybrid Battery Charging system needed to be replaced. But how did the car just pass inspection if the service light was on? Three days later, I was able to receive my car. About 3 months down the road, June, I brought the car in for an oil change. I get a call later in the day that the muffler on the car needed to be replaced, and this was NOT covered under warranty. But how did I break a muffler on a car that I have had for 3 months, and never was in an accident to cause that type of damage? They gave me a "courtesy" replacement of the muffler. Now lets come to 3 weeks ago, when I was driving my car, and all of a sudden I smell burning, and everything on my dashboard is blinking, and my hybrid system is failing as I am driving down a main road. I bring the car to the dealership, and went about my day. Later on I received a phone call from the service department that I needed a new Transmission ,Engine Pully and Starter! How does that happen on a car that has less than 50,000 miles on it and that I have had for 6 months?! Upon speaking with the general manager of the dealership, I was able to get a loaner car from the lot free of charge since the car was going to be in the shop for a few weeks ( I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to be fixed). After a week of not hearing from them, I call and ask about my car. I am then told that they replaced the Alternator, and the transmission is now fine, but I seized the AC Compressor and Hybrid lines that go to the Engine. So, we went from needing a new transmission to not needing one, that is a HUGE difference. I was then told that they needed to see if this was covered under my warranty. 2 weeks go by and I still have not heard from them. I call on this past Friday, and they said that the Adjuster was there that morning, and it would take about 24 hours for them to get an answer on if this was covered or not by the warranty company. The service department told me that they would call me on Saturday to let me know. Saturday came and went, and I heard nothing. Monday, yesterday, I waited all day for them to call, and once it hit 5 pm and I heard nothing I decided to call them. I call and speak with the service adviser who states that he forgot to call me, but it was approved that morning. How come it is so hard for them to keep in contact with me about my vehicle?! I should not have to keep calling and asking about it, they should be contacting me and keeping me in the loop. The adviser had nothing to say except "ok" and "uh huh" the entire conversation. Then as we were ready to hang the phone up he says "oh by the way, there is a $100 deductible for your warranty". EXCUSE ME! How come this was not brought to my attention 4 weeks ago when I dropped my car there to be serviced? He then advised me that in order to approve the parts through warranty he required my date of birth, which is my approval to them that they can proceed, so he wrote down my date of birth and gave it to the warranty company WITHOUT EVEN CALLING ME AND GETTING MY AUTHORIZATION TO DO ANY TYPE OF WORK! As well as telling me after the fact that I have a $100 deductible for my warranty. I have tried to get a copy of this warranty as well from the dealership, and have not received one to this date, 4 weeks later. This is the WORST service I have EVER gotten in my entire life. Forget about not going through them ever again, I will NEVER purchase another Hyundai again as this has been nothing but a headache from the start.

Good Afternoon,I recently brought back my leased Hyundai Sonata in August after a 4-year lease agreement was completed and received a bill in the mail about one month later explaining to me that I had several fees that must be paid in the next 15 days. I spoke with a representative in July and he had explained my situation to me in detail and he had advised that when the car was returned to call again and that some type of agreement could be made to lower the fees associated with my vehicles bill. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated when speaking with a different representative to find out that nothing would be done to help with my situation. I am a loyal customer of 4 years. I had a 4-year 48k lease for my car and brought it back with 38k miles (10k less). I was told there was a disposition fee of $400, which in the 4 years was never told about until I first spoke with the representative back in July. That fee was not made known on any paper or electronic statement. Every statement bill was paid on time and was never received late. How are customers expected to pay fees when the sales representative at the time of the sale never discloses the information to the consumer? They tell you to sign on 20 pages and never once disclose this information. This is a question I would ask before signing any documentation. This is not my first lease from a dealership and I have never paid any fee of this nature. This is truly a disgusting act to make people pay a fee when returning a car in pristine condition. I will never purchase or lease a car from any Hyundai dealership nor will anyone in my family after I explain to them what will happen if they go to a dealership. I cant see how after 4 years of being a customer and bringing back a vehicle under the mileage by 10k there is nothing that can be done to help both parties. This will be the last time I ever step foot in a Hyundai dealership and I will continue to write terrible reviews on every website imaginable about how I have been treated. I was lied to by your employees and told information that was not true. To loose customers for a fee that is large to me but so small to the company is bad business. You have officially lost one customer who will never come back. Thank You Have a great day

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER !!!Traveled In from out of state to purchase a vehicle. I was told everything was In order before I made the trip. After waiting four hours at the dealership the general manager came over and told me they could not sell the vehicle. He apologized and offered to cover my rental,tolls and even lunch. When I got home I sent receipts for the rental and tolls. ( I need to eat either way that's wasn't their problem) I never received as much as a call back. They won't respond to my emails or calls messages ect. The cars may be decent but THEIR BUSINESS ETHICS AND MORALES ARE UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER SHIP THEY WILL SAY ONE THING AND DO THE OTHER !!!!!

Sales are high pressure and time consuming. Service is like the 9th level of xxxx. They wouldn't give me a loaner car even though I live far (I work nearby). No communication. I literally spent hours on hold just trying to find out if the car was ready or not. Ultimately, they couldn't fix the problem. With a different problem, they said they fixed it and when I showed the guy that it still wasn't working he insisted it was. The air vent would not change levels. It still wasn't. Don't act like an idiot!

I has a horrible experience with another hyundai dealership earlier that say. After my husband became upset he called millennium where we originally got my 2014 sonata. He spoke with somebody who convinced him to come later that evening after we got out of our classes. We went there with low expectations since the people that we spoke with earlier left a bitter taste in our mouth. However, within 15 minutes of being there and speaking to Shakiir we were wondering what we were thinking going to that other dealership. Shakiir tried to make the process as painless as possible after explaining to him that I have no time since i work full time and go to school at night full time. He was fast as possible and two days later I came to pick up my car. Shakiir met us there to make sure everything was up to our standards and it was his day off. After having two great experiences in a row with millennium they have customers for life with us.

At times when you drive a car down the road you may be faced with some twists and turns, some tie-ups, and occasionally you may even hit a bump in the road. In many ways, buying a car is no different...your trip seems to going smoothly and then, wham, totally blindsided. Let me assure you, though, that this will not happen to you here, especially if you have the good fortune to deal with Frank Gioia and Josh Tauber. Frank is the sales associate that my wife and I dealt with and we could not have been more at ease or had a more pleasant experience; knowledgable, patient, attentive, responsive, low-pressure, the list of attributes go on and on. Josh, the general manager at Millennium, is exceptional. Displaying all of the same attributes described above, Josh truly cares that each and every customer has a positive experience, and he proves this not only with his words, but by his actions. Trust me, I did my due diligence, and the fact that I ultimately wound up doing business at Millennium is a true testament to the respect and professionalism displayed by both of these gentlemen.

Overall experience was good. I think Hyundai sales tactics are very odd and painful. Cant blame sales man they are just following their training! Josh Tauber was very helpful in getting the deal done. Shoshana Sade was extremely helpful in getting the paper done and even helped getting a second car the following the week. She was great at communicating all information regarding the lease agreement. Ms. Sade was even contacting me on her days off. Ms. Sade is a great asset to Millennium.

After researching the Tuscan and spending three hours in the Long Island City dealership, we were set to switch our lease from Hyundai to another company. Decided to stop in the Hyundai dealership in Hempstead for one last attempt and met with Frank who was extremely helpful and did everything he could for us. He ended up being able to sell us the lease for a LOT less a month than the Long Island City dealership! This was the first time we purchased a car without feeling used and haggled afterwards. Love our Tuscan & we're both so happy that we were able to get the lease that we wanted at a reasonable price. Steve was the finance manager and he was extremely helpful, as well. Was expecting a last minute "surprise" cost increase (as you usually fear when purchasing a car), but it never came! Frank & Steve were beyond honest and helpful! I'll be recommending Frank in the future & will be looking for him when we're ready to purchase again.

I came in for a test drive and to price out options on the new Tucson. I had no plan to purchase or lease the car. I guess it helped that I came in on the last day of the month because I feel I got a great deal. Frank Gioia was extremely helpful in showing me the model that best fit my needs and my budget. I did not feel aby pressure and I felt like a valued customer. Shoshanna (finance) was extremely helpful as well in making sure I stayed at the price point I could afford. This dealership is the lowest of the low. Buying a car they will try every trick in the book to get you to pay top dollar. But the worst part of this place is the service department. We went in for our 7500 mile service. The Hyundai Blue Link people told us it was $89 when we made the appointment. My wife went and not knowing any better they pressured her to do their 7500 mile service. It was $221. That was only after I complained and got some money taken off. It was like $250 before that. They told her that she doesn't know what needs to be done and this is what the car needs. They also told her that if she didn't do it it would invalidate the warranty which is a blatant lie. I have check their bill and basically they have done an oil change and rotated the tires. Oh yes they put air in the tires too and cleaned and adjusted the brakes. Which I am not even sure that they did. Any auto shop would have done this for $50 or less. These people have the nerve to charge unsuspecting owner $259 to this. I have called and tried to negotiate with these people several times and they do not care. They also do not return your phone calls if you leave a message. I will try one more time to reason with these people. If not we will be going to court.

I just recently got my third car from this dealership. We have always been happy with the dealership but this time around we had Anthony Alcindor as our sales rep and he was excellent. We did not at any point in time feel like we were being tricked (which often happens with car salesman) or taken advantaqe of. He was honest and got us the best price. Afterwards he has been extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork together and when I forgot to sign one paper he actually drove to my office so that I did not have to drive back there to sign it. He definitely goes out of his way. Would recommend him to anyone. Not to mention this was the shortest amount of time we were at the dealership too which was awesome!

Do not buy or lease anything here! 4 years ago we leased a sonata that we were bait and switched into after test driving the elantra. 6+ hours at the dealership and then they pulled that slimy move where the manager comes over and starts with, "ok so here's what we can do special just for you..." needless to say, we ended up over paying for the base model sonata that was promised to have many more features than it did. The service department is just as bad. Even when you have an appointment for your oil change they still take 3+ hours.The icing on the cake was when we went to go return our lease. We made an appointment and then double checked to make sure we still had the appointment because they never called us. When we arrived the first person we spoke to was very rude and asked if we had an appointment and then he said, "if you didn't lease it from us we wouldn't even take it back. We're doing YOU a courtesy." I was in shock since I thought I was the one actually doing them the courtesy of returning their car. As it turns out, they DID refuse to take our lease back. Their reason? They "didn't have any space for it." So my pregnant wife and I are being told that we took off from work, drove 2 cars to the dealership to make our appointment to return the car on time. This is when we were brought over to the general sales manager, Bryan Eustache. Never once did he apologize to us for the inconvenience of not being able to keep their appointments. He told us that he had a great weekend (who cares) and that he was selling so many cars but he doesn't have 1 spot on the entire lot to put our lease return. I asked why he couldn't have, at the very least, called us to cancel the appointment so we didn't have to take off from work, drive in and get nothing accomplished other than stress that they "probably won't be able to take it back before our lease maturity date." He claimed that his lease return department couldn't possibly have known that they wouldn't have the space to take in more leases because, apparently, "a different department handles the lease return lot"??? Even if that is true (and if so that is the worst management system I've ever heard of) the lease return department likely turned away other people that day for the same reason, but they could not be bothered to call us and let us know that the appointment that they have with us could not be kept. I don't even know if I can blame the lease return department for such horrendous customer service since their model for customer service is their general sales manager, who made it very clear that he was not only not bothered that his customers were inconvenienced, but also that it wasn't his problem or his fault. We asked if there was somebody above him to speak to about our problem. His response, "There is only one guy above me and he is on a yacht right now in Florida, so I'm in charge." How on earth did this guy get to run a dealership? His customer service skills are reminiscent of the dunkin donuts drive through. On second thought, that's offensive to dunkin. Stay far away from millenium Hyundai. If you are set on a Hyundai you should go to atlantic Hyundai or really anywhere else.

It's a simple concept really. If you promise to call a potential customer who has the money and is ready to deal by a certain time, make it your business to call by the promised time. That was hours ago. I will spend my money elsewhere on a new car. There are plenty of Hyundai dealers on long island where I won't have to settle on a color and can probably get a better deal. I guess all these negative reviews weren't kidding. STAY AWAY.

I dont write reviews often, but with the unprofessional manner in which this dealer works I felt obligated to share my experience. I was dealing with the Internet Manager, Alexis Carter, in trying to get a new Hyundai lease as my current vehicles lease was expiring. After discussions that sounded to be in my price-range, I came in to meet with a sales rep (Derrick- who was extremely helpful), to take a test drive and go over some numbers. After meeting with him and his manager for about 2+ hours (an expected time frame- no issue), we decided we couldnt get to the numbers that fit my budget and it was best to move on, so we left on amicable terms. So far, everything was fine. This is where the decent experience ended. 2-3 days later, Alexis called me to check in, and I let her my experience was positive however I was going to end up getting a competitors car that was more in my price range, and I told her what that price was. She then said she, the internet manager, would be able to come in at that price or even beat it if I went in that day. I was ecstatic, set up an appointment and headed there later in the evening. After WAITING for just shy of 2 hours, the sales manager came back with a price HIGHER than what was quoted to me on my first visit and said that was the best he can do. In short, Alexis Carter LIED just to physically get me into the shop to see if they can talk me into a higher price. HORRIBLE SALES TACTICS. I even called to speak to a manager later that day to discuss my experience with Alexis, and they either disconnected me accidentally or never called back. This is not a professional internet sales department. The Internet team leverages sales tactics that are deceitful and focus on wasting everyones time. It is as if they are paid by how many bodies they can bring in as opposed to how many cars actually close. Be VERY weary when dealing with this Internet Team.

Would highly recommend this dealership for customer service and selection. Frank Gioia provides 5-star service. The time that he spent with me on my test drive truly sold me on buying my car at Millennium. He also spent a significant amount of time with me when picking up the car, setting up the Bluelink, syncing my phone and explaining the myriad of new features since my last new car, twelve years ago. Well, let me advise anyone interested in purchasing a car from Millennium Hyundai to move onto another Dealership. On September 21, 2015, I responded to a ad on craigslist for a 2005 Ford expedition Eddie Bauer series from Millennium Hyundai. When I called, I spoke to Randy Silver who is the pre-own manager of Millennium Hyundai. My experience from Randy Silver was actually HORRIBLE.....Mr. Silver aadvised this writer that the 2005 Ford expedition was in excellent condition. So, I made appointment for September 22, 2015 to view the vehicle with Mr. Silver. I reviewed the expedition and test drove the vehicle. This vehicle had bumper paint damage all over, engine check light went on when I was driving it, the engine started shaking, the heated seats were inoperable, the brakes were shot, driver seat motor was inoperable, transmission banged in reverse, engine was leaking oil from the rear main seal. Also the engine was a gas engine but sound like a diesel with a knocking coming from the rear of the engine. I advised Randy Silver of want a mess this vehicle was. His response to me was that's the way it is.So, driving one hour and 45 minutes, one way, paying tolls and gas money to view a piece of junk. Wasted 6 hours of my time.Later on, I decided to contact Lawrence Hedge who is the general manager of Millennium Hyundai.Mr. Hedge advised this writer he would look into it and call me back. Well, after leaving six voicemails, no Return calls from Mr Hedge.After two days, Mr hedge finally contacted this writer. His explanation for not calling me back was that he had transpose one of my numbers for my phone number. He went on to say everything in favor for manager Randy Silver.Mr Hedge went on to say the 2005 Ford expedition was sold that very same day to a customer.I told him that vehicle should never be sold to another person due to the defects and unsafe conditions it had.Mr Hedge advise this writer that everything was fixed. I said "yeah right".I told him, "You just removed the vehicle from your inventory and it was never sold."Mr Hedge, was definitely trying to protect the interests of Millennium Hyundai dealership.My final word, "BUYER BEWARE!!!!One last thing, go on eBay and check there feedback for Millennium Hyundai. There are eight negative feedbacks out of eleven.

This past Monday, I took my 2013 Elantra which I purchased at the dealership for warrantee and recall work. I stood by the first desk because both service consultants were assisting other customers. After five minutes another gentleman walked in. When Brian Hanley, service consultant, became available he asked the gentleman who walked in five minutes after me if he could help him. The gentleman said that I was here first. Like I was invisible to Brian. I gave Brian a list of things that were wrong with the car. He was not very personable but said he would get them done. One thing I failed to tell him was that the yellow indicator light was on indicating that the tire pressure was low. I picked up the car after hours because I was unable to get there prior to closing. Everything was done that was on my list I but, was shocked to see that nobody took care of the tire pressure. I would assume that this would be routine in a normal service check up. Someone had been working on the car all,day but failed to notice the indicator light?Having been treated rudely and not receiving the service one would expect, I would definitely bring my car to a different Hyundai dealership for service!

It is impossible to conceive that Rolls Royce, Bentley, or any of the top end car dealerships provide their customers with a better service department than Millenium Hyundai. When you have Service Consultants like Brian Hanley (and "courtesy car" drivers like Oscar) on your staff, Millenium Hyundai is putting its customers in the best of hands. In my 40 years of dealing with various dealerships and garages on Long Island, I have never had a better experience in getting a car of mine repaired. --To that I owe Brian's expertise, friendliness, and professionalism. I had a problem with an XM radio and also needed to bring the car in because of an air bag recall. At first there was a little problem with the radio matter; but it was corrected promptly. By the end of the day I had the car back with a new radio and the problem with the air bag corrected. "Manny" in the service department was great. I'm not a fan of bringing a car to car dealer service departments, but this experience was happily pleasurable and satisfying.

I am totally disappointed with the service dept that has not honored the paint warranty that I was sold when I purchased my 2015 Sonata.It is two months and I am still waiting for a phone call from service manager and the adviser he assigned to my claim. I was sold that the car has a three year warranty on the paint and given an insurance document but when I went to dealer they have given me the run around now for two months. I was ready to buy two more cars from this dealer but I will never go back even for service. I will find a new service center to service my 2015 Sonata. Stay away from this dealer who does not honor their warranties.

me and my fiance came in a week before looking at a preowned to replace a sonata that was just in an accident. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of a preowned after a new car. with kevins persistence, he had me back in and sold me on the idea of getting a brand new car on a lease for less than it would have been on the preowned. I got my new sonata FULLY LOADED! so happy!

Test drove a beautiful Hyundai Santa Fe and loved it. We were interested in leasing the car for three years. It has been our experience that when we lease a car, after three years, the total of all the monthly payments should equal half the total price of the car. This salesman would have us paying over $600 per month for that Santa Fe. If you do the math, you will see that at that quote, we would be paying for almost the whole $36,000. When we said that was way out of our budget, all of sudden, he suggested that maybe he could find a way to bring the price down to $389 per month. Really?

I have been with the Hyundai family for years! This past Saturday I leased my third Sonata which makes it my fifth Hyundai all together. I had six months left on my lease and decided to go in early and see if anything can be done with a pull ahead. My previous Sonata had barely any mileage so who wouldn't want it. As I explained to Eric my salesperson that I am on extremely tight budget him and Laurence really worked hard for me to get in to the Sonata Sport. I am driving my 2015 Sonata Sport and love it! I was hesitant about giving up my 2013 Sonata since its such a great vehicle. I veered away from Millenium one time and went right back to them. I am glad that one time I veered away because I was able to meet Laurence. Thank you once again for everything Eric and Laurence. I also dealt with a great Finace person he's new to Millenium. It was also a pleasure meeting Fred as well!

The staff was very nice-- not too pushy. The area is not great - nothing around there or anywhere to go when your car is being serviced but on Saturdays they bring in breakfast and lunch for everyone to eat! We had pizza during our lease process. Michael was very laid back and great to work with.

I came here after a deal with a lease broker didn't seem right. I was very transparent and told them the broker had me at $300 a month with $1000 down and 10,000 miles a year for a 3 year lease. Can you beat it? They came back at $270 a month. I said I will take the car right now. I waited 4 hours for the car to be prepped and then another 2 hours for the finance manager. When I got into his office 6 hours after first arriving he said OK you owe me $4,000. I said the deal was $1000 down. He said its 1,000 plus tax. I said why would I take a worse deal then the broker. The one manager who gave the deal was gone so another manager came in and said he would make right and put the deal with 1000 down at 270 a month. Waited another hour or 2 for new paperwork and i signed and took the car. When I was signing the 20 pieces of paper you usually sign when you buy a car I would ask questions because nothing was being explained and they gave all these extra warranties and maintenance plans. I said I don't need any of this but was assured it was all free from buying a car from them. The next day I discovered that everything was free except a maintenance plan of $900. I called the finance manager up and he confirmed it was free. I then looked on the back of the paper and called the customer service for the maintenance plan and was told it indeed was $900. I told them I did not want it and wanted to cancel it. They sent me a check so it worked out in the end but really I'm driving a $270 a month car that could be $25 cheaper a month because of their deceit.

Even though we have had to hit pause on our plans to lease a new car, we plan to return to Mike when we are ready. Of all the places we shopped, he was most personable, really listened to what we wanted, and made us a great offer. He was also the only salesperson at any dealership to take the time to actually show us how to use the modern (and foreign to us) technology in the car. Mike's personality and salesmanship made us like the Hyundai Sonata even more. We definitely recommend Mike Sandoval at Millennium Hyundai.

i came in literally getting an oil change and stumbled across the new santa fe, right next to kevins desk. we started talking and got interested in some of the memorial day savings events the dealer had. after being showed a more standard model santa fe to match what I currently had, we agreed on price and after looking at the colors available, found that the color I wanted was around. so rather than them raising the price to get me into a car that was available, they gave me a better package (the premium package and awd) in a secondary color I wanted for the same price!I couldn't have been happier that I came to the dealer that day!

Negotiations went smoothly, financing was handled very efficiently by Matt, and Kevin was unfailingly helpful in finding the car that put a twinkle in my eye. I recently turned in my Hyundai Sonata 2013 for a 2015 Hyundai Genesis. I turned my car in on what I was told was a special early lease termination program. Walked into the dealer on a Saturday afternoon and left with the new car, Was pressured to do it the same day. The deal was good and I loved the car so I accommodated them and did the transaction the same day. My troubles started once I left the dealer - I was asked to return my extra key promptly which I did the next business day. One month later I get a bill from Hyundai finance with numerous charges including non-payment of lease payments, extra key missing, excessive wear and tear. My car had extremely low mileage and was in excellent condition. I called the dealer and was told I will send the key in and take care of this. One month later I get the same bill without the key charge, when I called the dealer my calls were not taken or returned. I called Hyundai Finance and they said there was nothing they could do need to hear from the dealer. I again continued to call the dealer and even noticed when I called there was no answer. When I changed phones the calls was immediately answered. Again, no one available so I insisted on speaking to someone. A manager from another department took my call and assured me I would be called back and the issue would be resolved. To date no return phone calls or resolution. I also was sold a car which I told had 7 miles on it and yet had 600. When I mentioned this to the dealer he was obviously not surprised and said again no problem we will make sure you receive extra mileage allowances on your lease - Of course nothing has been done about this. I am so disappointed thought the dealer was a good person, but now I see it was not real. I am even more disappointed with the manager of the sales department who won't even take my calls or call me back.

Met up with Frank Gioia thinking I was meeting a different Frank. The wrong Frank ended up becoming the right Frank for us. He was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Went over the Tucson SE and took a test drive. We loved the car and made a deal that day. Frank was awesome as well our finance manager Cliffe Smalls. As long as you go in with a realistic number, the service at Millenium Hyundai cannot be beat.

From the moment I walked in and heard the country music playing I knew this was the place I was meant to be in. Then Frank walked over and immediately made me feel comfortable asked me what I wanted, went into the lot and pulled up with the car I described. I then got to immediately take it for a test drive. Car ran beautifully it was everything I wanted except for the color. When I told Frank that he quickly accommodated me and we agreed on a black Hyundai Elantra. I was a repeat Hyundai customer. Never again. Took possession of a Santa Fe sport. As a previous Santa Fe owner I didn't test drive the vehicle as I liked the first one and couldn't imagine how or why subsequent models would be worse but it is. I've been a new car person for twenty five years , changing about every 3-4 years for quality , comfort and warranty reasons. This Santa Fe sport is the worst vehicle I've been in by far and my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Four days after getting this vehicle I returned to the dealer with complaints about the suspension and ride quality which was jarringly poor. I was told that nothing was wrong and that it takes a while to "break-in" ,ridiculous claim for a dealer to make. At the first service I repeated the complaint and again was told nothing was wrong. At 6k miles they repaired the hood which rattled loose. At 8k the driver door and hinge had buckled and the door was compressing against the front quarter panel. This was repaired yet I was told that nothing was wrong. Currently the door is buckling again but I'm told that everything is fine. The regional service manager was brought in to tell me that everything was fine. But he couldn't answer why a brand new vehicle that hasn't been involved in an accident requires body work multiple times. I need to jump start this car once a week. The traction control system is a joke , (I was "stuck" at a stop sign in a recent snowfall since the wheels wouldn't move , wouldn't even spin...traction control locked out) and there's an exhaust leak. But I'm told everything is fine. They'll be glad to take your money for service tho. Which is another point. I was told that I had one-year free full maintenance on this vehicle which evidently means three free oil changes. Do yourself a favor and go up the road a block to Honda. Same owner so might be the same but they couldn't be worse. Once they get you on a contract here you're on your own. They do not support their customers , despite referring five buyers to them , and do not stand behind their vehicles

Great staff at Millennium Hyundai. I called them and spoke with Fred Luhn their Business Development Manager who in turn introduced me to Bryan Eustache. Bryan worked with me personally and 2 hours later I was driving my vehicle off the lot. I feel I got a good deal and everyone there was courteous and helpful. Two weeks after buying my car I called and told Fred I had a rattle in the rear and he insisted I bring it back to have service take a look at it. I did and after discovering a loose tire iron I was in my way in 30 minutes at no charge. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Drove over 100 miles to purchase a car. They called me at 9:00 am to confirm appointment, called back at 11:45 am to make sure i was coming. Arrived at 3:00 pm met Joe who promptly advised me we no longer have that car," but I can put you in an equus for 10k more." No thanks, I wonder if these tactics actually work. Not for me I would drive another 100 miles before I would buy a car from this dealer. Cost me $ 100 + in gas and tolls. STAY AWAY. VERY TACKY.

He made me feel comfortable with him as I was signing and making my down payment. I would be doing business with Millenuim Hyundai and Gerard in the future. I have had a very unpleasant experience with Millennim Hyundai. I brought my car in for a service on a part that was covered by warranty. Due to the problem with my 2011 Santa Fe the car would not hold a charge and would need to be jumped to move it anywhere. After two days they informed me that the battery needed to be replaced for $200 "plus". When I refused to allow them to replace the battery the car all of a sudden had another problem and would not be able to be fixed unless the battery was replaced. The only way that I could get my vehicle returned to me is if I paid for them to replace the battery or towed it away. The service manger Greg did offer to give me a "deal" on the battery of $175. I had no choice or options so I allowed them to replace the battery. In the middle of these issues I received a call from Forest to try and talk me into purchasing a new Hyundai from Millennium.... really I guess I did not spend enough money on the battery and now they want me to purchase a new car from them... LOL don't think that will happen in my lifetime.

This is the most dishonest place I've ever done business with. They try to rush you into signing papers and the financial guy kept coming back to us with different figures. The bank they had us finance our car with is from out of state and the bank doesn't even send you a standment with your balance due. You have to call them to find out what your balance is, you can't even look it up online. In the end we ended up paying more for the car than we had originally agreed upon. And that's just the financial aspect of it. They tried to sell us a "brand new car" that had damages to the bumper and the door to the trunk. The manager told us that he would compensate us for all of our trouble. We told the salesman what the manager said and the manager tried to deny it. He eventually "compensated" us but than wouldn't even come talk to us and apologize for all the inconvenience they caused us.They are sneaking an I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Once we did take possession of the car, it was missing a key and the SD card for the navigation so once again we had to return to the dealership after spending literally the entire weekend there. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I receive courtesy calls every few months from Hyundai which I appreciate as this reminded me to schedule an appointment to address the recall on my 2012 Hyundai Tucson. My car was taken in immediately to be serviced and I was kindly informed of the maintenance schedule and given recommendations of what to address during that visit by Jadira. She was very courteous and I observed how she also handled other customers, keeping them updated on the progress of their cars and apologizing for any inconveniences. I was in and out very quickly and was extremely pleased with the overall service, especially on a Monday which tends to be a busy day.

I recently worked with Manny and Judia in the service office. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I felt they went out of their way to offer me prompt courteous service. Most important to me was the cost of the service. Manny was especially fair in determining this aspect. He was empowered to make decisions based on the circumstances and not just quote the company (usually very high) cost of services. This was a very different experience than I have had at other Hyundai dealerships

At the end I find out that they want to charge me sperately for the services. They wanted to take advantage of me. They went back took away the services they did. When speaking to the manager he said he can't do anything and that his employees would never offer me that package. He ran away to his office and never came back. He wouldn't even answer the phone. Stay FARRRRRR away from this place. These people are NASTY and RUDE. They will take all your money and they run a HUGE SCAM.

If you want to be lied to and then ripped off, this place will do it to you. First they sell you a package and then claim they never did for service. When asked to speak to the manager, he never shows up. When calling the manager he doesn't answer the phone but continues to hid in his office like a child. The staff is so RUDE. The service is TERRIBLE. These people run a SCAM. Stay far away from this place. They will STEAL your money.

As I approached the door I was greeted by the friendliest staff. I've test drive two car which were ok but I didn't want "just ok," I want to love my car. So I purchased the 2013 Hyundai Elantra I fell in love with the car as soon as Joe showed it to me. I drove it around the block a few times with Randy and I felt so good driving. While the paperworks were being processed by Reggie and Randy checked to make sure everything was ok, Joe ordered lunch for me. This is what I call EXCELLENT customer service. I would highly recommend anyone who wish to purchase a car to this dealer.

When we went back, we discussed some previous damage to the car as the salesperson pulled the car out of the spot, he damaged the rims even further by scraping the tires/rims against the curb. When we pointed this out he told us "it's ok, it's a used car." Needless to stay, we didn't purchase the car and then we're told that the money would take a few days to be refunded and processed. I waited for the money to be refunded for a week, and had to call the dealership twice. Both times a receptionist took my info and said a manager would call back. They never did so I had to file a claim with my bank. I called back to tell them about this and that I was going to report it so that it wouldn't happen to others and a manager still wouldn't get on the phone with me. Terrible salesperson and bad business in general. Don't give them your business.

Their customer service is outstanding, They do not rush you, they explain all the features of your vehicle, they go beyond being helpful, and they treat you like family. I want to mention that I dealt with Eric, Reggie, and Lawrence, which I have to say are awesome gentlemen and they really show that they enjoy what they are doing, and also enjoy working with people. Willie was very professional, taking his time to get the best deal possible for me. Also, after I purchased the car, he was very patient explaining all the different features on the vehicle. Willie also contacted me after having the car for awhile to see how I liked it. I would recommend this car (2014 Sonata) and also the sales person (Willie Rodriquez).

I mistakenly purchased a used car from this sham of a dealership in April 2013 and have regretted it ever since. They do not back up their promises (known as "warranties"!) and they make a legitimate warranty claim void by claiming there is nothing they can do, and they did nothing wrong by not honoring their warranty that they kept reciting to me how "great" it was, during the purchase process. (Which took HOURS, by the way.) Do Not Do Business With millennium Hyundai. Don't just take my word for it. Check available resources, and see for yourself.

Very friendly but when it got down to prices they pulled major scams changing the #s multiple times. They were also trying to get our credit card before any negotiations in order to force a transaction with them. Please be careful with this place. We declined further negotiations with them and walked out of dealership due to their scamming ways. Goodluck.

Unresponsive...I asked them not to perform a service, which they did. Then broke my radio, had to come back when parts available, library CD was missing when radio was replaced. After 50 phone calls to follow up I visited with the invoice from library for $30 (which has locked my account); that particular person never heard of my issue. After being informed I would be called, I was never called (never after each 50 times I called) until yesterday, after I filed complaint with BBB. They said there was no CD. The other 4 are in the case in my car...the missing one? Never existed, really?

This has got to be the WORST dealership in America, I purchased a used car from them in June 2013, by that October they told me the car needed OVER $800 in work and that the warranty doesn't cover ANYTHING! They talk a good game, they will trick you into trusting them just to get your signature and once they do, they will take full advantage of you. Maybe I was a bit naive, being this was my first experience with a dealership rather than a private sale, but I was taken for a ride by this dealership, and I really hope they dont do this to anyone else.....

This is a follow up. Millennium Hyundai claims they did nothing wrong. They told me to call Roadside Assistance. I could not get my car towed through their Roadside Assistance because they claimed my contract expired 2010, even though I purchased car in 2013. Millennium Hyundai claims they did nothing wrong. The car needed work, but they would not honor warranty, because, they claim they did nothing wrong. Please do yourself a favor, and stay AWAY from MILLENNIUM HYUNDAI. They take your money, and kick you in the butt as you leave. Worst "customer service" I have ever experienced. They don't even respond to letters or phone calls. They do everything through their "counsel". But they claim they did nothing wrong!

My elderly relative went to Millenium Hyundai to purchase a car. Reggie Drumgold took advantage of his age and good nature and got him to sign a contract that added over $3000 in costs above the MSRP to the car that he did not realize he was being charged for. He also lied about the financing rates and charged outrageous interest. We had to go back to the dealership and after much arguing and fighting for 3 hours, removed much of the extra total expenses and financing charges. He then replaced some of the charges with other "Dealer Admin" fees that weren't there before. This caused us to spend another visit for 2 more hours to go through the paper work all over again. STAY AWAY from Millenium Hyundai and Reggie Drumgold !! He was very rude, unprofessional, aggressive and is a scam artist! If you want a good deal for a Hyundai car, go somewhere else --because you will only be scammed and disappointed at this place

In April 2013 I purchased a used Elantra from Millenium Hyundai in Hempstead, complete with warranty, which includes "roadside assistance". In June, the car would not start. I contacted Millenium Hyundai Service department, and they advised to call roadside assistance to have car towed to dealership, and they informed me that it was possible they may not get the chance to service the car that day. I called roadside assistance for towing, and they informed me that my contract had expired in 2010. I told them they were incorrect, I had only purchased the car in April 2013. They claimed they had no other information, and that if I wanted a tow, I would have to pay for it. I had the car towed at my own expense to my local repair facility, to have the car serviced same day. Since I need the car to get to work, I could not wait until Hyundai was able to get to the car, whenever that would be. I have since contacted Millenium Hyundai by telephone, and certified mail, with copy of my repair bill, to the dealership, and their corporate headquarters, seeking reimbursement for replacement of starter and towing expense which I should have been covered for. They have chosen to ignore my attempted contacts. This is terrible customer service. Do not deal with this dealership. Apparently they do not care about their customers once you hand them your money.

Rude. Held my car for 7 days with constant phone calls to her and FRED, they were always unavailable neither one knew what the other was doing. I live 300 miles away, stuck in a hotel for 6 days and they didn't seem to care at all. Finally picked up the car and it was filthy and full of grease on the interior. Wouldnt buy a bicycle from this dealership, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Great salesman but Not so great vehicle maintenance service Purchased 2013 Sonata on March of this year. What impressed me was the honesty and integrity of salesman Eddie P. at Millennium Hyundai. I will definitely return and purchase my next 2014 Equus with Millennium Hyundai, but before that happen there are some issues that Millennium Hyundai need to resolve. On 8/26/13 at 11am, I brought my 13 Sonata for the 6,000 miles service which should of include CHECK ALL FLUIDS LEVELS. After vehicle was service I decided to inspect the vehicle before leaving. Needless to say the technician did not check all fluids. Both coolant and washer fluids were half empty. Lucky for me the manager was nearby trying to resolve the same issue with a pervious customer who fluids was not check or filled. I`d left Millennium Hyundai as an unhappy customer. I saw an ad online and I called to confirm with Felicia. She told me the price was right and the car was still available. So I came down with my dad to check it out. First: Felicia never showed up. Second, the car was not even there! Third: The guy who spoke to me told me that the car even if it was there could not be sold at that price. It was only the down payment on a used car.... I was so disappointed. Waste of time, gas, and energy. :( I would not recommend this place at all. And be aware of their fake offers!

I am a Hyundai customer for the last 8 years when I bought my first Sonata (at a dealership in NYC). The visit to this dealer was so much more pleasant. They really went out of their way to show me the car(s) I wanted to see and worked within my budget. Though I wanted to go to other dealerships to see what I would find... I was sold on the new 2013 Sonata SE 2.0T... I love it!!! I pray I am as lucky with this car as I was with my 2004 Sonata.

had new car 32 days. warning light for tire was on , called for appointment, Fred wanted me to wait three days for appointment, said they were too busy. Went to South Shore Hyundai, they were also busy but they took me immediately. The new tire had a cut in sidewall. They got another tire and in two hours I was out. Millennium Hyundai should be forgotten for service needs. Go to South Shore at their new location.

I leased a Sonata the end of November 2012. The sales experience was average. The delivery was hurry up and wait forever. The explanations were rushed and not complete, but at that point I just wanted out of there. I have been very pleased with the service department. I am always treated courteously and serviced a timely manner. I was last in on May 8th for an oil change. Richard was my service advisor and he made the experience pleasurable. He went out of his way to correct the mistake someone had made putting my car in my daughter's name. Everyone in the service department, from the person who greeted me, to the service advisor, to the people who helped me with the coffee machine were extremely nice.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Millenium. I called attention to the tires not looking right, but was told that the car had passed 150 points of inspection. Before I drove off the lot, I called my salesperson's attention to the fact that the rear taillight had water in it from the pre-delivery car wash. He promised to have the tail light fixed or replaced. This happened on a Wednesday. To be clear, I drove the car home and to work 2 miles away on that Thursday, and Friday. Saturday morning there was a warning light for low tire pressure. I added air on Saturday, and by Sunday night the car signaled me that there was low pressure again. I took it in for service for the light and the tire that Monday. The replaced the tail light, and inspected the tires. I was told that there was a nail in the front passenger tire. I was charged $49.00 to plug the tire on a car that I had just bought! Two days later I received the low tire pressure warning light again! I brought the car to another mechanic who ascertained that the problem was now with the rear driver's side tire. I went to a tire center the following day, and had another nail removed and the tire plugged for only $20.00. When I called the dealership, they said that I must have visited a construction site! I work at a hospital 2 miles away from my home, and there is no construction going on either near my home or at my place of employment. In between, I must say that I placed several calls to both the salesperson and the service department. It was only after threatening that I would report them to one of those news teams who deal with fraud, did my calls get returned. Make no mistake, they know exactly what to say to make you feel that your needs are addressed. The bottom line is that they knew the car had tires which were just good enough to pass inspection. You can't convince me that they did not have to fill these tires while the car sat on the lot. All in all, post purchase service was not a good experience. I had a relative who voiced similar concern with her purchase from this dealer.

He informed me about all the latest upgrades are in the new 2013 Elantras and Tusons. This place was the ultimate 3 ring circus. My sales person, who I had to seek for and ASK for help, was unknowledgeable, unprofessional and never asked me questions or explained anything. I practically filled out the paperwork for him and told him what the car was all about. He was ready for me to leave a deposit and sign the papers before even offering me a test drive. When I said, I'd never driven one and would like to, he replied, "Oh, ehh okay, ya wanna drive it, sure sure." He slouched in the front seat and was practically falling asleep for the whopping one block adventure. Against my better judgement, I left a deposit for the color I wanted b/c it was the last one on their lot. They kept saying no pressure but pushed and pushed for my credit card. I said I'd be in the next day or so and decided against it and the entire deal after they called me literally 100 times the next day. I had emailed my sales person 1st thing in the morning saying I'd be unable to come that day, but I don't think he knew how to use a computer or read so he must have missed it and decided to harrass me over the phone instead.Turned off to the entire experience I went to another dealer and made a deal there. Do you think I ever got my deposit back? NOPE.... they gave me the run around and no one was ever available to take my call. I disputed it with my credit card company and it's funny b/c when all is said and done no one there could help me, but when they wanted my business they couldn't keep from blowing up my phone. Unprofessional clowns and scam artists.... DO NOT GO HERE!

After losing an Equus to Sandy we knew we would be a return Hyundai customer. We've also own, at our Florida home, a Genesis. We began our search via telephone & email. Morgan was fantastic in this process & by the time we returned to Long Island all the hassle was eliminated. Vishnu became our sales person & he was extremly helpful in getting the new Genesis out the door! He even went above & beyond by coming to our home to exchange the dealer plates because we took the car with dealer plates(due to our insurance co. being unable to fax the insurance card until Monday). Monday evening Vishnu came to our home & put the regular plates on the new car.

Both Eric and Joe walked us around the complete inventory, which was enormous, and allowed us to see the colors, options and interiors up close and personal. There was no fooling around and they gave us the best price from the beginning. This is the way purchasing a car should be. Reggie the finance manager had all the paper completed and organized. We signed our names on the highlighted lines and we were done. There was no high pressure sales pitch for after market add ons which was greatly appreciated. We did purchase the spare tire for the Elantra because we felt it was a necessity. The service manager, Bob, introduced himself and made us feel comfortable about having our service done at the dealership. Overall I highly recommend the dealership for sales, inventory and personnel.

I recommend Chris Greiner for his high level of professionalism during my last visit to Millennium Hyundai. He is extremely polite, I didn't feel any pressure and I had a great experience working with him. We were going to see the actual car in the back of the lot but instead of us walking in the cold he drove the car to us. That is extremely thoughtful of him.I was so close in closing the deal but in the end I didn't buy the car from Millennium Hyundai due to negative experience from the finance and upper management. I feel bad for Chris that he didn't get the credit for his hard work. this is a very SKETCHY outfit! went to lease a new car..deal was made and money charged to our credit account. Car was supposed to be delivered at a certain date in a desired color and never was. they never returned calls . they consistently lied to us. We later got the vehicle at another dealership which they claim they called but never did! Beware of the sales people and management at this particular dealership!

i called in for some information regarding getting into a new lease of a hyundai elantra. i was not sure in between choosing leasing and financing i called and spoke to a representative kielle blackman she explained to me that leasing is not as cut and dry as it is to purchase a vehicle so suggested i come in and speak to a representative. i came in and was introduced to rob he was very warm and welcoming took me on a test drive of the vehicle and explained to me the coupe may be a better choice for me. I met with the manager everyone was very warm and welcoming and i did not feel pressured at all i would recommend millennium to any one my experience was great.

Back in mid January, we went to Millennium Hyundai in Hempstead and met with Robert Coley. Robert started off very nice but then he became very rude, angry and unpleasant to speak to. His tone was almost that of a yell. Robert had taken my license to run all of the necessary things. Once presented with the price etc., we decided that we wanted to continue to shop around. Robert then refused to give me my license back and we needed to have a manager come over. Robert then threw the license on the desk and threw his hands in the air. Professionalism out the window.

In June of 2012, I went to Millennium Hyundai to lease my first car. When I first left the dealership, everything was fine. However throughout the past 8 months, I've had nothing but trouble with them! When working up my deal, I was told I would receive a $400 discount for being a college graduate however was never given the discount. From August through November I spent hours on the phone trying to get in contact anyone at the dealership. I would call and leave a message with the person "I needed to talk to" and be promised I'd be called back by the end of the day. I would never receive that call. I would then call back the next day and be told that "the person I needed to talk to" was off that day and I should call another time. I've spent hours on hold, been hung up on and completely ignored. Since then, I've taken this matter to corporate Hyundai who is also having trouble getting in contact with the dealership. After 8 months, it is ridiculous that I'm still pursuing this matter!This dealership made what should be an exciting and fun experience, purchasing my first car, into a nightmare! I would not recommend this dealership!

I was just coming in to look at a new SUV....but, as I was looking at the prices they were a lot more than I had seen online. Max gently persuaded me to look at some other models. I was hesitant, but I test drove the Elantra GLS & the GT models. I unexpectedly loved both. During our conversation I mentioned to him I had planned at looking at other manafacturers & other dealers, but I would definately keep Millenium in the forefront. Max wasn't pushy at all....but convinced me to purchase the car that day....a great price....warranty & servicing.....and a beautiful car......how could I refuse? salesman not knowledgeable .he appeared to have been hired the day before.it wasn't until after I got a flat tire that I realized it wasn't a spare tire in the car .I was never told by the salesman about there not being a spare tire in the car .just a very unpleasant experience I wouldnever go to this dealer again . after several calls from my insurance company to get documents for the purchase of the car he never return the phone call he put the temporary registration sticker in my driver's manual instead of on the windshield

I"m a hurricane sandy victim who came to millennium Hyundai. It took over 12 hours to get a deal done on a used car. One month later I turn on the heat for the first time and it's blowing cold. This car was supposedly inspected before I bought it. I brought it in for service and told I have to pay to get it fixed. I spoke to the manager looking for assistance; he told me "so what", it's a used car what do you expect, "have s nice day" and walked away from me. Really nice customer service, huh?! I've asked all my friends on Facebook and twitter to boycott Millennium Hyundai!

The buying process went as expected. They obviously want to sell a car and treated me well. I lost a vehicle in sandy and went in looking for deferred payment as I was waiting for a check from my insurance company. I was told by the finance person that I could bring in my downpayment two weeks and when I expressed I may not have it at this time I was assured it would be no problem. Two weeks later I was still waiting for my insurance company to send a check. Since they had made the sale already the manager was no longer so helpful. I have perfect credit and was obviously dealing with a lot after the hurricane. The manager demanded I have the check in right away and I needed to borrow money from family. Not compassionate at all. Especially after being told it would not be a problem. I know you shouldn't expect much from car salesman but these guys are lacking the compassion gene.

I lost my 2012 Elantra to "Sandy". An email had been sent to me advising that Millennium was there to help people who lost their cars.I was put in touch with Rob Betts, and was lucky to have worked with a wonderful salesman. I never felt like I was under any pressure, and he was extremely helpful and understanding. This was a great experience. I brought a 2013 Sonata in July and lost it to Hurricane Sandy. Replacing it was a breeze and Micheal that works in finance was great and Rashawn. Would reccomend this dealership in a minute

Lead to believe I was purchasing same type as last year, I was mislead into believing Mr. Lugo was GIVING me extras due to the need for expedition due to severe circumstances of superstorm Sandy, while he was taking advantage of my situation and exhaustion by adding on at least $7000 I would never put on my families stressfull situation .

I needed to replace a flood damaged car. My current credit score was not good. I pick out a vehicle, a 2013 elantra and told the sales person what payment range I would be comfortable with. He came back several time with monthly payments that were based on very high interest rates that were not acceptable even with my five thousand down payment.The hustle continued as the finance manager suggested that if I added approx six thousand dollars worth of extras, the banks financing the car would look at the deal more favorably and give me a better interest rate. I did need a vehicle, time was short, and I signed the deal with a 8.9% financing rate with Hyundai Motor Financing, but I certainly did not need nor want the dealer extras.You do have a solid professional sales staff, very attentive and knowledgable. Honestly though, I would be hard pressed to recommending purching a vehicle from this or any of its related dealerships.

I was shopping for a new Santa Fe for my mother who was replacing her old Santa Fe. The dealership was absolutely amazing! Everyone was helpful to my mother and I and they were helpful to each other! Top notch sales with Syed as he was very descriptive and helpful explaining the vehicle and consistently being available via phone or at the dealership. The entire team including Roberto, the manager, Joe and Verdell in finance and of course Syed as well, couldn't do enough for us in getting my mother in her new car and approved for her first lease! I cannot say enough about the dealership, their professionalism and expertise is second to none! We shopped at a few dealerships and chose Millenium due to their hospitality and friendliness! We will not shop or have service done at another Hyundai dealership as long as Roberto, Syed, Joe and Verdell are at Millenium! I have bought many cars from many different brands and have never been treated as well as we were last week! This dealership is an A++++++++++++++++++. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Rob Betts was EXTREMELY helpful and gave me the best service. He was honest and very quick to do everything with me and very knowledgeable. I would recommend people to do business with him from now on.

I found Millennium Hyundai and its staff to be quite friendly and polite. The manager Shermica Malcolm was very professional, considerate,and knew how to take charge and make sure that I was a satisfied cutomer. My sales rep Koree Darden knew the product; however she needs coaching on follow through with the customers. When I purchased the car she only gave me 1 key and promised to have the other the following week. I called her for 4 days, she was never available or returned any of my calls. I had to make a trip back to the dealership twice before the issue was resolved.

I arrive at the dealership with just looking and thinking of purchasing another time. I browse the parking lot for a few minutes then I entered the showroom. A young man approach me by the name of Max. He was pleasant and friendly. He listened to me and my concerns. We took a walk to the parking lot and we discussed color, size, test drive, price and another model instead of an Elantra which I currently own. Well I ended up leaving on September 29, 2012 with a Sonata 2013. Why I gave Max 5s? Being an excellent listener, patient, funny, respectful and having integrity. At the end of the sale Max gave me his number and said you can call me anytime with concerns. Well a few days later my radio didnt work call Max, it went to voice mail but he called me back quickly. Max insisted to bring the car to the dealership, he tried and sought help to rectify the problem. This was out of Maxs hands he proceeded to set up an appointment to have the radio working. Great service from time we walked into door . Rashawn explained in detail about car and made the buying process including the trade-in very smooth with no hassles.My only complaint is with the HYUNDAI CORPORATE OFFICE for not supplying a spare but instead some sort of foam applicator for flats. This ended up costing me over $350 dollars for a temporary spare and kit for peace of mind. What does one do on a back road or bad area somewhere with his family with a a blowout or shredded tire and has to wait for a tow which may or may not come for hours and then be towed somewhere. Hyundai you are penny-wise and pound foolish.

My wife and I were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism Mr. Robert Betts displayed during our sales experience with him. Mr. Betts answered all of our questions and did not pressure us into purchasing something we did not want. We do not appreciate pushy sales people in any business and would have walked out if that were the case. Mr Betts listened to our needs and cost request and recommended the 2013 Elantra. We had the pleasure of going over to Millennium Hyundai when it was time to buy a new car. We worked with Kwesi Gyasi and Shermica Malcolm and our service was outstanding. Kwesi was the first saleman that I ever had who actually sat with me in my new car and explained everything! Shermica was wonderful and got us the exact car color features and price that we wanted.

I have purchase a hydai veloster. This vehicle is not for NYC driving. This is a low performance car with low profile tires. The sales person Didier Latortue did not inform me there was no spare tire that was his first mistake. It's only been 2 months and I had to replace two tires at $200.00. I have contacted cooperate to complain that i had to replace two tire in a two weeks. They strongly suggest to GO back to hyndai dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I went to the dealership and was informed by Didier Latortue my sales person that I was on my own and that there was nothing he can do with the situation.. SHAME ON YOU. HYNDAI CLAIM TO HAVE the best vehicle warranty...... SO NOT TRUE.......

I went to Millenium Hyundai to look for a new Hyundai Elantra. I chose this dealer because of the great reviews that it received online. I was told on the phone that they had plenty of 2012's and 2013's. Once I arrived I was told there were no 2012's. I test drove the 2013 but was not sure that I was ready to buy that model. My salesperson, Oscar, was very friendly but would not give me definite answers to my questions. I asked what my trade-in would be and he said 1-2 thousand. I asked which one...1,000 or 2,000? It's a big difference. He went to talk to the person in the back and then told me $3,000. We talked for about an hour more, discussing the price, and then all of a sudden my trade in was worth 1,000. After discussing prices for over two hours, my head was spinning from the numbers being one thing one minute and then something else the next. I decided that I wanted to think overnight about purchasing the car and I put down a $500 deposit which Oscar said was refundable.I went to another dealer the next day to see if they could give me a better price. It was like night and day. Whereas Oscar was confusing and would not give me clear answers, the dealer was pleasant and clearly explained all of the prices/fees. The new dealer also told me that Oscar was charging me additional fees that were not necessary in order to increase the price.Needless to say, I bought from the second dealer and wanted my refundable deposit back from Millenium. I have called six times in the past week and have not received a call back. I have asked for Oscar personally and I have asked for a manager and no one has returned any of my six calls. The last time I called the receptionist told me that everyone was really busy, took my number, and then hung up on me.It should not be this difficult to get a refundable deposit back.

Jared Varnadore was proffessional and answered all questions. He stayed after the dealer closed to assist and expedite my buying the car. Process was quick /efficient. Jenna Sims explained the features of the car. She was thorough and answered all questions. Very efficient and sat in the car with me and gave a hands on demonstration. Was there for hours. Started with Rashawn who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We weren't too sure of what we wanted exactly, which Tuscon we wanted. It got very confusing at one point. He kept leaving us and coming back with other deals. Then Roberto took over and it got really confusing. He was very pushy. Our biggest problem I think is that not one person stuck with us. Rashawn started helping other people and Roberto was jumping from customer to customer. We didn't feel very important and felt invisible. When we finally told Roberto we had to go home and think about what car we really wanted, he got angry and very annoyed and that was when we walked out and we cancelled the deposit we had on the Tuscon and went to another dealership. Sorry but I can't recommend this place, it is like a factory and very impersonal. We were there for 5 hours and bought nothing b/c of Roberto's attitude. Would never go there again.

Although this was a lengthy process I was very pleased at the end. Rashawn was presistent but no in a aggravating way. He was a doll. I am very pleased and I am looking forward to my 2020 Hyundai. My sister works in the Alabama plant that builds Hyundai and I am so glad she does.

I walked into Millenium Hyundai after visiting a couple of other dealers in the area. I explained to Oscar Morel what I budgeted for and was not successful elsewhere. It was late and I just wanted to cut to the chase. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. I think I drove my new 2013 Hyundai Sonata out of Millenium at midnight. I am sure Oscar and his colleagues weren't planning on working there that late but they have a satisfied customer who will reccomend them for this excellent customer service. One day in and I am loving this vehicle.

One month ago, I had the pleasure of working with Michael Hariton for the purchase of my first vehicle, a Sonata. He was straightforward and responsive to my needs as a buyer. I was treated with respect and left the dealership happy with my purchase. I waited one month to write this review because I wanted to see how I felt after the excitement of a new car wore off. I am still very happy with my Sonata, the price I paid, the service I received from Mr. Hariton, and the Millennium Hyundai dealership as a whole. I went to millennium after deciding to buy a new Hyundai. Upon arrival I met with didier who came across as Very professional and knowledgeable. In the past I have heard many negative things about millennium Hyundai but decided to determine that first hand. My initial visit was for inquiry purposes and to get a feel for the people I was doing business with. After being there for approx. 2 hours and not even a word of price about the car that I wanted was brought up, I was getting a feeling that I'm in the wrong place. When you have not so good credit you have to be very careful who you do business with because they will try and take advantage of you. They do just that at this dealership. On my first visit it was made for me to believe that they were "helping me out" (A phrase that was said many times). After having me fill out a credit application, giving entirely too much personal information, and a 200.00 deposit( after expressing my concerns about giving up a deposit without discussing a vehicle) I was told that we will call you and let you know. I was not too optimistic about what information I would get next so I decided to visit another dealer and weigh out my options. Totally different experience. On my second visit to millennium I met with didier once again and was asked to fill out another credit application. After about an hour I wAs approached and questioned about my visit to a competitive dealer. Then immediately rushed out to see a car I was to believe was mine, however it was not the car I wanted. There was still no diss usDoin of price of the car. At this point I was sure that I was in the wrong place. After viewin the car we went inside and I was shown some rediculous numbers. I immediately declined and asked for a better deal. Reference's kept being made about my credit opportunities. When asking questions about exact numbers I continued to get very vauge answers so after about 4 hours of being haggled about the car I was shown and clearly said no to numerous times, I was ready to go. I asked for my deposit to be returned and I was gonna leave. Then I was introduced to Sean the finance manager who decided that we were gonna go over my credit report as if I didn't know what was on it. I felt very uncomfortable with this practice and declined once again. After several more NO's I told them to refund my deposit and I left. After being told it would take three to five business days for my refund. I received a call from didier two days later asking if I wanted to go forward with the deal when I clearly said no several times. They have had more than enough time to refund my money but still have not so I will have to go about getting my money in another way. This dealer has poor business practices and are very unprofessional I would not reccomend this dealer to anyone let alone step foot in there again.

Max was a great salesperson to deal with. Efficient in his presentation, Max described the many hundais in the lot regarding navigation systems, engines, sunroofs, dual temperature controls, interior and exterior color combos etc. Max dilligently worked to keep me satisfied that I would leave your salesroom driving a Hundai, and of course I did. His demeanor kept me there as he was always a gentleman, firm but never pushy or arrogant, and always smiling.Shermica of course gave the last word on closing the deal.Kudos to Shermica Malcolm on her frienliness and warm smile. Not only did she exude enthusiasm at the time of purchase, she was dilligent to come outside to shake hands with my husband and myself at the time of pick-up. Please add this to my comments. Hats off to the both of them!

Walked in at 2pm and met Dee. He listened to my questions, laid out several possible options within my Price Range. Came back at six after having dinner and running a couple of errands, and drove home with my new car by 9pm of the same day. Amazing. Emailed Dee several times and even visited him again after the purchase and each time he patiently answered whatever questions I had. Great service from Max and an excellent follow up from both fred and shermica. Max is a great salesman who answered all my questions. He went above and beyond by keeping in touch via email with oil changes and maintenance. I got a great deal for my elantra and I also had great customer service from Fred and Shermica. I recommend millenium hyundai and am very pleased wih the overall level of quality displayed both during and post purchase.

Roberto was very pleasant. All my needs were met. I wanted a specific color including my choice of interior which was not available at that lot. staff was extemely helpful and personable with all of my needs. i'm a very discerning and can be very demanding and kevin and roberto went out of their way to help me with an xm issue i was having with my car.Roberto spent over an hour on the phone with 6 different xm persons trying to resolve my xm nav issue. also another gentleman in service helped me with xm service issue, he had to re-boot my system. kevin was very knowledable and helpful and goes out of his way to make sure i was 100% pleased with my purchase. i could not have been anymore staisfied with this dealer.keep up the great work.

As this was my first time buying/leasing a car, my experience was great! Our salesman, Willie was friendly, patient and knowledgeable making the experience easy and enjoyable! He fully answered all of our MANY questions and even helped me set up the car!He gave us his full attention from the time we entered the dealership until we drove away with the vehicle. And he didn't stop there! He has since called to confirm that everything is going well with the car and answer any new questions that I had. Overall, a great experience! Thanks!

My experience at Millenium was quite pleasant - definitely not the usual car dealership where you are bombarded with the "what do I need to do to get you to buy a car today" banter. Kevin was very helpful in giving me all the information I needed and made this entire process enjoyable, as the experience of purchasing a new car should be. Similarly, the other members of the team were equally as helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Jared was very helpful & friendly. He kept checking in with us during the process to keep us posted on price, paperwork that was coming through & getting the car ready to go. He took us for a test drive & wasn't an "over-the-top" and overbearing sales person. He was there to answer question, but was not too pushy. Our Finance guy was terrific, too. He was knowledgeable & personable and was sensitive to shredding personal financial info, etc. I would recommend both of them.

As soon as I walked in the door of the showroom, there was a smiling Willie Rodriquez eager to greet me... and quickly assured me that he would work with me to get me the BEST price and put me in a new car the same day!...AND HE DELIVERED ON BOTH PROMISES! Frankly, I had been to 3 other dealerships this week (2 Nissan dealers and even another Hyundai dealer in Bayside). Willie put all the other salesmen to shame & was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, personable, enthusiastic and never over-bearing or pushy kind of salesman. The deal was so good, that I didn't even wait for my husband to give his final approval and signed on the spot. Since my insurance company was not available to fax over an insurance certificate, Willie even arranged a loan of dealer plates for the weekend, so I could drive the car home that night! My car was loaded (& I do mean LOADED--both trunk & backseat) with office materials..and Willie even helped move the heavy crates from my old Nissan to my 2013 SONATA. It was time for a change--and SO glad I decided to visit Millennium on Sat. and delighted that Willie was my salesman. Not only am I now driving a 2013 Sonata that I LOVE --& is loaded with options that my 09 Altima DIDN'T HAVE-- but I'm paying $50 LESS per month for a brand new car! Am I happy?...you bet! would I recommend Millennium? Absolutely!...and make sure you ask for WILLIE,because you won't be disappointed! (p.s. He gave me the deal I wanted, thoroughly went over my vehicle with me in great detail from the engine to the trunk and all with a helping smile. I've had had 2 voice mails from Max checking up on me about my car (I am unable to answer at work)and he ended both messages with "if you have and questions or need any help feel free to give me a call." I went there to purchase a new car. I traded in my 2007 scion tc to purchase a 2012 genesis coupe 2.0T and as soon as I walked in the salesman approached me and helped me. I explained what amount I had expected to recieve for my trade in, and what price was reasonable for me to pay per month to finance this car. Robert helped me accurately and efficiently to process the paperwork and to make sure I recieved the deal that I had hoped for. I have been going there for service since I purchased the GENESIS COUPE which is an AMAZING car, and Robert & Anthony have been amazing as well. Overall, this is the best car I have had and the best dealership I have since dealt with. I completely trust them with my car and believe they do the correct thing at all times, regardless of what assistance is needed. Rashawn greeted my family and I at the door and immediately started asking questions about what brought us in. He did a great job sharing the attention between my grandparents and I. He seemed to have a real understanding of what I wanted in the car and helped confirm that the accent would be the perfect choice. Rashawn was able to fit the car in my perfect price range which, to us, showed he truly cared. My family was constantly laughing and smiling because he had a great personality. Even when I came back a few days later for a few questions he was able to balance out the customers he had and help me out. He talked to me as if he knew me not just as a customer. Rashawan was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He worked very hard to providing us with a deal we were happy with. Our intention was to replace a leased vehicle whose lease was up. Millenium offered to acquire the leased vehicle from us, in order for us to be able to leave with the new car the same day. They evey offered to cover the wear and tear on the vehicle we were turning in. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely return in the future.

Willie Rodriguez was the best. However, the Finance managermade additions to the price which I still do not understand. He has not given me a detailed itemized list of all expenses added to the basic car price of $ 18,500 as agreed upon with Willie. I was told the Administrative cost was $ 700, I still do not know the cost of the added warranty. I must have the entire listing of every item adding up to the tital cost.

BUT PLEASE DO NOT INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE!! i was trading in my 98 corolla.ok car to be paid off! so i did not want to make payments on pretty much same thing in Hyundai! so they took my money deposit , was told id be called XYZ! NEVER CALLED ! i CAlled no response except once to show me a out dated 03 or so hyndai. Was not interested at all and upset i traveled from queens to only see that. I sold my corolla to increase deposit amount , and they still did NOTHING! Now im awaiting my deposit refund!! Unproffesional on EVERY LEVEL! all they had to say was they could not help me! so now im CARLESS ! did not appreciate! they talk a good game! Buying from Millennium Hyundai was a pleasure. Everyone was polite and eager to help, but you can say that about almost all car dealers, what set Millennium apart was I didn't feel like a sale. Other dealerships just kept pushing to make the sale, they didn't want me to leave. It was so bad at one dealership that I kept saying that "I am going to be late for work" and they kept talking and it eventually came to me having to be rude and get up and walk away.Oscar and Shermica went in my opinion above and beyond to make car buying easy. They didn't try to push me into a car that I didn't want just because it would move something off their lot. They had no problem calling other dealerships to make sure that my needs were filled. Fortunately it didn't come to that and they had the exact model on their lot with every bell and whistle I was looking for.I already plan on buying my wife a car from Millennium Hyundai when the time comes, and I will also recommend the dealership to anyone who asks.

My sister and I were in a similar situation as [sara1000]s review below. Just like Sara1000, my sister and I are compelled to write this review. While our experience was not a good experience and after much resistance, we were finally given the Customer Care whcih should have been given from the moment we stepped into the dealership. We give a bit of credit to Roberto Toros, our salesman for trying to work with us and we also thank Fred for making things right after a too long of a fight after a purchase/lease of a car. Our advice, with any purchase or lease of any car, take the time to be well-informed, read the fine print, and most importantly time to slow down fast talking/with no straight answer salesman or "finance managers". From the time I walked on the lot, I was greeted with a smile. I knew what I wanted and I was not swayed into purchasing something else. I got exactly what I had come to the dealership to get. I was actually thinking about trying another dealership in Queens before coming to Millennium. Although the interest rate was high, due to my credit score, I was advised if payments are made on time for ten months, I could negotiate a lower rate. I am very satisfied with my purchase so far, and I get a lot of compliments on the vehicle.

I came to the showroom and it was very neat and clean. I than was given Max Reitmayr as my salesman. He was very pleasant and explained the car to me. We than went out for a text drive. I was very impressed by the handling of the car, Max was also very patient and very helpful in telling me all about the car,how to do the seat the mirrors how to do the wipers etc. He is a very good salesman and very caring about his job. I was asked to pick it up the next day only to find out he added $2500.00 to the sales price. Still trying to get the different back only to get the run around. I leased a new 2012 Elantra Ltd from another dealership of the NY Auto Group which also own Millenium. I went to millenium for service and a warrant issue. The interior bracket of the Fog Lamp broke off and now the fog lamp is out of place. There is NO DAMAGE to the car and even the lamp still works. BUT, Millenium, wont honor the warranty to replace the bracket. They claim something must have hit the car, causing the interior bracket to brake but miraculously that "impact" did not cause any scratch on the bumper nor the fog lamp itself. Obviously the bracket was defective, or not even assembled correctly at the plant. I asked them to raise the car to check for undercarriage damage ~ the service manager refused. He told me, however, that if I did not like his explanation that I could go elsewhere and that he did not have to fix my car. BTW: when I took the car in 6 weeks ago they said they would order the part but that it was on National Back Order. I never heard from Millenium again. However since I was in the area today, I stopped in to find out the order status of the part. They said the part came in, but it was sent back. They never contacted me about the part !!! Now, they are saying I might have to replace the whole bumper because the Fog Lamp bracket (that is attached to the INSIDE of the bumper) is part of the entire bumper assembly. I looked up the part on line, its clearly a separate part with holes on it to screw into the inside of the bumper. Its amazing, that so-called experts cant even give you the FACTS about the repair. My first visit it was just a bracket, now the service manager says its the whole bumper. Yet, and the car does not even have a scratch. How can the service manager claim the bracket broke from an impact that was strong enough to break industrial plastic, yet did not leave any mark on the car? Answer: They dont want to honor the warranty. But when you complain (loudly as I did) they manager tells you to leave and go get your car serviced at some other dealer.

I visited the dealership in search for a preowned car. When I walked in it took 15 minutes for the people at the front desk to notice me and have someone assist me. They had a gentlemen named Dee assist me. I found a car online that they were offering for 8,900. After test driving the car we began to talk prices. First, Dee and his manager come up with 13,000 for a 2003 Maxima with 62,000. He knew that I saw the car online, did he really think that I didn't see how much it was going for. From then on any question I asked him he had to leave for 10 minutes to ask his manager. He finally informed me that I was "lucky" because they were able to honor that special rate. Then, as any preowned buyer should do I asked to have the car brought to my mechanic just to make sure everything is running properly, since they refused to offer me a warrenty. They refused to bring the car to have it inspected. When I told him that was redicilous, he brought me to his manager who treated me like I was wasting his time. I have NEVER heard of a dealership refusing to bring a preowned car to a personal mechanic. They fed me some lie claiming that their insurance wouldn't cover it but my mechanic was fully insured and I was willing to show proof of insurance. The latest is that now I have the sales associate calling and texting me and hanging up on me when I tell him I refuse to provide them with any service. I thought this would be a great deal since this dealer had just opened but as you can see they are already creating a bad reputation for themselves.

I received a letter from the GM Jason to visit him for a great deal. When I went to Millenium he was not available. I did strike a deal with Syed and Shermica. I left a deposit to show that I was serious. The next day, prior to picking up the car, I received a call from Atlantic Hyundai beating the deal that I left the refundable deposit on. For the past two weeks I have not been able to get my deposit back. I cannot get the general manager on the phone or the sales manager. I have been receiving a runaround. I would never deal with them again, nor would I advise anyone else to deal with them. What they say is not what you were told the first time. Beware!!!!

I had the worst experience of my life with this dealership this past weekend. I purchased a used Hyundai Elantra. Bait & Switch tactics, made up fees, making me wait hours- literally hours, giving me a car w/only one set of keys when 2 sets were turned in one month ago, no records of service. - Just horrible.My wife went back today to bring a check for the balance of the price and she ahd a similarly horrible experience and did not receive a bill of sale. Incredible. They were nasty to her well.

Service promised was extraordinarily poor. They promise a I believe a 142 point check they did nothing about a hole in the exhaust system that made the car sound like a jet plane. They fixed problem when I lost a days work to bring it back. I would not recommend this dealership based upon my experience

I brought my car in for service. The building itself was so nice and so clean. Everybody was friendly. I had some maintenence done and the car is running great now. They had me out of there faster than I thought. I had coffe and watched TV in the waiting room.In the past I was bringing my car to the hicksville location, and also the valley stream location, but theyre service was not as good and was horrible at times. Worst experience ever. Everything was great until I left the dealership, having left a deposit on an 08 Sonata. Was promised the car the next day and over a week later, I was still without a car. The employees there do nothing but lie and string customers along. They play it off as if this is going to be the easiest process when in actuality they suck and it becomes the worst. My phone calls were left unanswered, messages were never returned and the employees would just claim they never got the message, or blame it on another employee. They lied to me day after day, and strung me along. They sold me a car without all the paperwork for the title in order, and then blamed it on the DMV when they were the ones who should have had this information, or at least told me I was going to have to wait 2 weeks for the car. It was just AWFUL. I later found out that other family friends had bad experiences at this same dealership as well as other Millenium dealerships. I would never recommend going to this or any other Millenium to buy a car because they'll take your money and give you nothing.

I never bought a car on my own, and I wanted to by a Hyundai so I went to the dealership in Hempstead New York....I't was there that I met my salesman Robert Betts. He was so helpful in helping me choose my car and explain EVERYTHING about it from under the hood to inside,.Everything..I never met a sales person who cared and was so professional in taking his time with me...I ended up buying a 2012 Accent and LOVE the car!I would most definitely recommend this dealership and salesman (Robert Betts)when shopping for a car...I sincerely hope your shopping experience is as wonderful as mine was...:))))))))Courtney

The manager Anthony Nesnick was excellent. When I told him about my other experiences with dealers, especially Millennium Hyundai W. Islip, which I wasn't very happy with, he was more than happy to help me look for the car I wanted. His understanding personality and enthusiasm to find us a car was refreshing. He found us a car that we wanted and was the only one who stayed within our price range. My daughter now has a car she can drive back to college with. Thanks Anthony and Ira : )

Our salesman Rob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time explaining every detail of every car we were interested in. He was patient even when we were not sure which car we liked the most. We told him, when we first visited him, we were just looking and not ready to make a purchase. We told him all the different makes of cars we were interested in and he accepted our choice of shopping around with no problem at all. We were prepared to make an offer on our third visit. Rob, again, had no problem going over every detail. I would definitely recommend Millenium Hyundai, and Rob Betts especially.

I initially did a web contact with Millennium Hyundia and recieved a follow-up phone call from Darese Hayde. She was very nice, asked a few good questions and called me back when she had the car I wanted in stock. This was the third Hyundia dealer I visited. I liked the low pressure approach compared to the other dealers. Sales Associate Robert Betts was great. I already knew alot about the car but allowed him to give me the grand tour of the car's features. He knew alot about the car but didn't come across as pushy or arrogant. He was very easy to work with as was Mike in the finance dept. I would buy from him/them again.

Best car buying experience of my life. EVERYONE was helpful, polite, curtious, friendly, etc. Ira, the sales man, went out of his way - literally - to help me take my Tuscon home on the same day I first went in to shop. A GREAT DEALERSHIP WITH AN OUTSTAND STAFF.

I was interested in a used car but undecided. The salesman suggested that I leave a deposit to hold the car for a day until I made up my mind. I stupidly agreed. But I did get the agreement in writing.The next day, I called the salesman and told him that I decided not to buy the car. He became nasty. Previously, when he thought I was interested, he was as sweet as could be. That was two weeks ago. He has not returned my deposit. Calls to managers go unanswered. Leaving messages is futile.

Right now I am leasing a 2007 Santa FE. I wanted to trade it in for a bigger vehicle, the Entourage, because the Santa Fe is just to small for children. I called and spoke to a salesman and specifically told him that to pay off the lease was $17, 500 and we went over all the details he would of needed. Because I had problems with them when I first leased the Santa Fe I wanted to make sure they wouldn't screw me again. The salesman insisted with me and told me he spoke to his manager and that there would be no problem trading in the Santa Fe for the Entourage. My payments would only be a few dollars more then what I am paying now which is $319 a month with no money down. After making sure he would cut me this deal I dragged MY WHOLE FAMILY down and sat there for an hour for this salesman to come back with $3000 down... $500 a month. I flipped!! He flat out lied to me over the phone and when I showed how upset I was... the managers laughed in my face. Honda offered me a better trade in and when I told them that they said Honda had better lease deals. You think they would try to keep me as a customer? They completely insulted me and I cannot believe that they did this to me. What upsets me most is that I sent 2 more people there last year to get a lease from them and this was the thanks I got. BUYERS AND LEASERS BEWARE!! The managers sit behind the long couter when you walk in like they are the Godfathers!! Should we kiss their rings upon entering?

Words CAN'T DESCRIBE how awful this place is, but I'll try:- what a fraudulent image they put on- How manipulative and distrustful they are- they're blatent disregard for rules, laws, and general ethics I placed a $1000 deposit check on a car I had planned to pick up the next day. I called to let them know I was coming to pick it up and they not only sold the car, deposited my check. They then proceeded to drag me around in the pouring rain tried and sell me a car $3000 more expensive and no where near the mileage or deal I had originally accepted. Did NOT get my deposit check back, had to put a stop payment on it. As I walked out one of the managers literally tried to pick a fight with me and taunted me....LITERALLY.I know this saying gets used alot, but I have NEVER seen business like that. They should be shut down, employees fired and banned from car sales, and put in jail. I am making it a point to let the world know to NEVER go to Millenium Hyundai in Hempstead, Long Island.

Are these people for real? I went looking for a used car for my daughter; was shown 2 - needless to say, the salesman kept pushing the newer, higher-priced one. Not that he would give me a price right away. When he and his manager finally gave me price figures, I almost laughed -- they were so ridiculous that I almost laughed in the guy's face. But I figured simply leaving (and not coming back) would work better.

This is the most unprofessional dealership, the salespeople have no idea about their vehicles nor do they know what they have in stock. the salespeople look like they just rolled out of bed and have attitudes like the customer owes them something... They run ads and when you get there they say you read it wrong.

The worst car buying experience of our lives. Beware of the "sales consultants" working at this dealership. False advertising on cars.com and Yahoo auto for cars that DO NOT EXIST on the lot, unbelievably rude behavior (which is actually funny because they have signs that state that they will treat their customers like visitors to their OWN homes ... needless to say, I'm glad not to visit any of their homes), deceptive practices, failure to know the vehicles they sell, and on and on.Hyundai is a great auto manufacturer on the rise. This dealership gives Hyundai a VERY bad reputation. This is a perfect case of a huge chain not responding to the need of the consumer (Millennium owns almost every car dealership on this stretch of Franklin Avenue and then some - they are HUGE). So THE BOTTOM LINE: caveat emptor and Millennium, shame on you! We will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau, Nassau County Department of Consumer Affairs and Hyundai USA Customer Relations. The worst car buying experience ever!

Not only were we promised financing but we were promised the pick up of our new car with in 24 hours. 5 days later after leaving a heavy deposit we do not have our new car, a refund or the respect we had when being a potential buyer. Our messages, email and calls are being transferred and ignored. No one knows the answers to our questions and each person is "busy". We are out of the money we had for purchases and lost complete respect for this dealership.

Buying a new car from Milliennum Hyundai was one of the worst sales experiences in my life. After 4 hours we finally agreed on a price and signed a sales agreement. Then the real scammmer games started. The finance manager then wrote into the contract, without my approval, that the price was only contingent on the dealership financing the price of the car before we started discussing interest rates. I explained to him that ammending a signed contract without both parties agreeing to it, was unethical and against the law in New York State. After three more hours of haggling, he finally agreed to the original price and rewote the original contract. We entered the dealership at one in the afternoon and got out at eight! In addition, the car I purchased came equiped with carpeted mats. Unfortunately, they did not come with my car at delivery and two months later I'm still calling and writing letters to the dealer and Hyundai's USA Headquarters in California to get what I paid for! It's too bad because Hyundai is manufacturing a quality product. Milliennium is just one of those multi-mega dealerships to avoid at all costs! They are only interested in selling high interest rate loans.

Absolutly do not buy from this dealership....I drove two hours to this place with the promise of a good promotion on a Hyundai Tib I really wanted to get. I got a good impression from the sales staff when I got there but after 2 hours trying to negotiate a fair price on the car we got nowhere. They mislead me twice when were trying to settle on a price.Called the next day to run some numbers on the car and I realized something didn't make sense; they were not adding up the price of the car right (inflating the number by over 400 bucks). I told the manager he wasn't adding it up correctly and he refused to admit it and said this newer, higher price was the now cost of the car. He then refused to honor a internet coupon that I had.Beware, this place is shady. They promise you the world and then try to trick you with the numbers. If not that then they are incompitant because they cannot do simple addition. I would never buy from these guys.Though I will say the sales staff was friendly, hence the 2 for that. Manager is a moron though.

We agreed on a price for a car, filled out paper work ,signed and left a large deposit. Was told they would call me when car was located. A few days later was called and told that they could not sell me the car for the signed and agreed price. Intead was told I could have the car for an additional $750.00. Needless to say I hope I can get my refund back! Any one that goes back on their word can't be trusted.

After the purchase of my Sonata they treated me with carelessness and unconcern when I called and did not give messages to those I asked for. It also took them over one month to reemburse my credit card for the trade in amount, costing me 2 months interest. Then, when I complained that there were a few problems with the car I couldn't get a service appointment for 3 weeks, and no loaner car so I wouldn't have to take a day off from work, though they promised me the best service when I bought the car. The talk a great game but don't deliver in reality!
