When I went to buy a pre-owned Juke from Milford Nissan, I was under pressure because I needed a car immediately. The dealership was great, especially Darren Chamberlin, who understood my situation and prepped the car himself while we worked out the financing with Jim Wood. Jim is also fantastic, by the way. The best service I have ever gotten from any car dealership. They even offered pizza when it got to be lunchtime. Nice, nice people. I will be back...hopefully not too soon though!

I was introduced to Milford Nissan through a friend of mine and no regrets at all. I got a great deal which was better than my previously owned Maxima from another dealership back in 2008. From the test drive to the final delivery, Guy Bedau was there every step of the way to ensure all my questions were answered, took the time to know his customer and that I was comfortable with everything. I gave them what I wanted for a car and they had my car secured in literally the same night all the way from CT. Paperwork was easy and the transition into the new car was so easy and simple. Even the detailing crew in final delivery were awesome. I couldn't be any happier with my experience and would send anyone to Guy or Milford Nissan. They will get you into the car you want when you want it. I look forward to having my car serviced there too!

I went in with couple questions about cars and prices, but seeing as though i am a recent graduate, i believed that it would be hard to get something fair enough that i can handle.Fell in love with one car and test drove it ... came back and was determined to work some way to get it.When we sat down, Both employees, Jim and Jim (J-J) worked some magic and ends up i am with an affordable and car of choice. I went to Milford Nissan with my sister-in-law to help her purchase a used Nissan Rogue. Baye was very helpful and we found one that we liked. We were given a great price by Jim Wood and we decided to buy the car. However, we then noticed that there was some bumper and paint damage to the rear bumper that we had not noticed. Baye said that it would be taken care of at no charge but my sister-in-law was now turned off on that car and there was no other model that she liked. We then left and went to Westborough and went to a number of dealers and looked at a number of cars. While having something to eat at Wendy's, we decided that the Rogue at Milford Nissan was the car we wanted, I called the dealership and told them that we would be returning shortly to buy the car. When we returned, Baye informed us that the car was already in the shop and another bumper was being put on. In a matter of minutes the car was brought out to us and the bumper was perfect. We then purchased the car. I have never experienced a dealership where the salesperson was so nice and helpful, where the Financial Manager was so helpful and as a total picture, we received the best price and service that we have ever experienced in purchasing a car, used at that.I would recommend this dealership not only for their prices but for the way they conduct business.

I went in, not intending to buy a car yesterday but as I sit typing this I find a brand new shiny 2016 Rogue sitting in my driveway. Jim F was very helpful and contacted me many times before I went into the showroom by phone and by e-mail. I was doing my homework on different cars so I did not make up my mind until I went in to test drive the Rogue. I traded my 6 year old Nissan Sentra and got a trade in price that I was extremely happy with. Todd the manager was very nice and not pushy at all.After I made up my mind I was sent to Jim Woods office for the financial papers. Again, he could nothave been nicer. I would definitely go back to Milford Nissan! One suggestion, mark the parking lotbetter for customers who have never been there. Thanks to all. Kathy

As new residents to Milford we've been engaged in building relationships with local community service providers. We met with Guy Bedau on a few occasions to consider a trade in and purchase. Yesterday we closed on our deal and wish to acknowledge the straight forward and open negotiations to close on this transaction. I recently was in the market for a new truck. I researched a lot. I started out with three dealerships.My third stop was Milford nissian in Milford Mass. My salesman was Baye Lo, he setup an appointment With me on. Friday. WOW, great dealership, better salesman. Mr. Baye Lo was very knowledgable and helpful. He didn't pressure me in anyway, He asked my needs, showed me three trucks, When I decided that the first two were not what I could get, he helped me with the third, which I ended up purchasing. He made all this work. He spent four hours with me, made me feel right at home there. The dealership added many extras to my purchase. This saleman went above and beyond as far as I was concerned. Thank you Mr. Lo.

This was the most positive car purchasing I have experienced. Guy was the perfect person to work with as he is quite infirmative about all the cars and the technical aspects of each one. He did not high pressure me yet was available for answering all my questions. I ended up with the Maxima Platinum and love the car.

Guy Bedau is a superb salesman and representative for Nissan. He was honest, thorough, and mellow throughout the entire process. And he couldn't have been more professional while also being fun to speak with. The entire team at Milford Nissan was equally courteous, and they worked with me fairly and never with any pressure. It was a delight to work with a team who obviously operated with a sense of cultivating a future community rather than making today's sale at any cost. I grew up with salesmen: both my grandfather and father sold cars. And I have individually purchased at five different dealerships over the years. Guy and Milford Nissan stand heads and shoulders above them all, and despite the fact that their shop is 75 minutes away from my town, I won't hesitate to return there for all maintenance and future transactions.

I have never owned a Nissan before, my car of choice was always Toyota. But I wasn't impressed with the quality of the new Toyota models and started looking at different Brands. The minute I walked in the door at Milford Nissan I was impressed with the team. I was greeted warmly but not pounced on by the sales people. It just so happened the car that I reviewed on line, a 2016 Rogue was in the showroom. I met my sales rep, Jim Farrell while I was looking at my dream car. He was so informative and was able to answer every one of my questions. We took a similar vehicle for a test drive and I knew the Rogue would be my next new car. After we returned to the dealership Jim showed me all the features of the showroom car and I was more and more impressed with Jim's knowledge and with the quality of the Rogue. I returned on Black Friday prepared with the "numbers" I expected to pay for my new car and what I wanted to receive for my trade in. I was pleasantly surprised that we came to a great agreement and 1 hour later I drove out of the parking lot in my new Rogue. The team at Milford Nissan is wonderful, very respectful, fun, informed and very helpful. Jim in particular went out of his way to get me a great deal and followed up on every detail ensuring I was happy. I brought my Rogue back to have a remote starter installed and the Service department was just as impressive as the sales team. I was given a loaner car for the night, when I returned the following day my car had been washed, detailed on the inside and the starter was installed. Jim, my sales rep showed me all the features of the remote starter and made sure that I was totally satisfied with the service I received. I have never been treated so nicely at a car dealership before. I don't think I'll need to buy a new car for a long time based on the quality of my Rogue but if/when I do, I will definitely be going to Milford Nissan. Thank you Jim Farrell, job well done!

I recently purchased a CPO Nissan Pathfinder from Milford Nissan. Overall, the sales experience was excellent. I had done my research, knew that I wanted a low mileage CPO Pathfinder and made a reasonable offer via the internet on one in their inventory. I initially dealt with the Sales Manager, Michael Wisnes, who responded promptly to all my inquiries and offer and I agreed to come into take a test drive. After arriving at the dealership for the test drive, Michael greeted me and then sales associate, Guy Bedau, took over the process. Guy was excellent to deal with and accompanied me on a test drive and thoroughly explained every feature of the vehicle, He was very knowledgeable, informative, and easy to talk to. My experience with the Finance Manager, Jim Wood, was similar. I told Jim straight out that I wasn't purchasing the extended warranty wrap and he didn't try to oversell it, just explained the differences and moved on. No pressure tactics at this dealership which is refreshing. My only minor negative from the entire experience is that I felt the vehicle could have been better detailed prior to delivery. While the vehicle was clean, a better vacuuming and some cleaning of the trims on doors and other interior would have left a better impression on me regarding that aspect of the experience. Overall though, an excellent experience, and I would buy from Milford Nissan again.

I did extensive research leading up to my recent purchase of a Nissan Leaf which included visiting and talking to many dealers both in Massachusetts and neighboring states. The best person to buy a Leaf from turned out to be Guy. Compared to other Leaf salespeople I encountered, he's much, much more knowledgable. No one else was even close to his level of expertise and not all them were willing to admit what they didn't know, instead preferring to make things up. Some of them were also quite pushy, trying to get me to buy something as fast as possible. Guy was willing to spend a lot of time finding out what I wanted and was admirably tolerant of my changing my mind a lot. In general, I found him to be a really smart, highly educated, decent fellow and excellent communicator, the kind of person you'd be glad to know whether you're buying a car or not. I'm enthusiastic about the Leaf I bought and I'm going to try to persuade others they should see if it's right for them too. If they agree, I'll tell them what I'm telling you: start with Guy.

I purchased a new vehicle on October 31st and the whole experience was stress-free. I was very pleased with the price quote and all the employees were very helpful. I wasn't pressured in any way even when it came time to consider extended warranties. When I came back for my registration and inspection sticker, I had told the sales consultant, Jim Pronko, I had noticed a couple of small scratches on the driver's side doors and he had the service person buff it out and polished immediately. I'm very happy with the vehicle and I like the convenience of planning all the maintenance online.

These guys were excellent. I had just previously visited another dealer who was making purchasing a new vehicle the typical nightmare! I left that dealership and made a call to Milford Nissan. The Sales Manager (Mike) took my call after hours and ensured me after our conversation they would be able to help me out the next morning. The following morning I was greeted by one of the most relaxed sales people I've ever had to deal with (Jim Farrell). The sales manager Todd and Sales Rep Kyle were all extremely friendly and helpful. This Dealership was awesome start to finish!!!

I drove over an hour to get to the Nissan Dealer to look at 2 of their Nissan Rogues. I arrived 40 minutes before they closed and was expecting to be rushed because they would be closing soon, I was surprised when I was not rushed at all. The sales person who I worked with took his time to explain the whole vehicle and allowed me to take a long enough test drive to get a good feel for the car. The car was reasonably priced compared to other dealers I saw pricing the same vehicle. They were still willing to work the price down even more and replace the 50% tires for brand new tires. The very next day my car was ready to be picked up. Overall I will say this was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car from a dealer. The entire staff was very friendly and willing to do anything for me. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from them and would gladly travel the hour back when it comes time for a new car!

I hate car buying! I always feel like I'm in the midst of a scam which is inescapable. Working with Guy was a relief. There was no pressure. He was patient, informative, and helpful beyond belief. He even helped me research whether Thule had the right roof adapter to make my kayak rack compatible with my new Xterra. I recommend him to anyone who is ready to buy and does not want to deal with the stereotypical car buying experience. Buy from Guy!

The following day after I picked up my new Nissan Rogue, not 24 hours later after returning home from work at 5:00 P.M. the lights wouldn't go out after shutting off the ignition. After an hour I called the Dealership and told them I was on the way for someone to fix this problem. They thought I was imagining it. A technition name Guy unfortunately I forgot his last name immediately went out to my car and sat with me for an hour and finally it was fixed. The patience this man has was unbelievable. Spoke with the dealership on the phone at 11am. Agree on car by noon as well as trade-in value of my car (sight unseen). Changed my mind on color at 12:30. At 1pm, Mike the sales manager called to say said he'd send someone to get the car in the color I wanted. They went to get car at another dealership in a nearby other state MA -> NH, I picked it up at 7pm. Driving 40 miles from home to do so, as I was so pleased with the phone interaction with Mike vs face to face at local dealership. Received after hours tech support on Nissan dashboard/bluetooth technology. Drove car home.

This is my first experience with car dealership and financing and I can say that Guy made it a wounderful one. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with me to get what I want without any pressure. He was very kind to allow me to test drive a Rogue and a 2015 Murano twice before deciding. Guy and the Milford team provided very good financing options. Guy stayed late to finish my contract and provided me all the information he has on the car before driving it out of the dealership. He also provided me with a blank check for gas to full my car because he promised me the car would be full when I take it and he did it without a blink of an eye.Most importantly, Guy and the dealership team worked with me to get the exact car that I wanted, a car with no prior test driving, no one ever sat behind the driving wheel to test it or check it, a car that was just driven from their storage area to the Dealership to be prepared for me to take.Thank you Guy

Val Marcano was the best I could ask for being a newly college graduate and being overwhelmed with the car buying experience. There aren't enough nice adjectives for him but he was awesome, funny, nice, personable, realistic, and 100% customer satisfaction towards my mother, my father, and I. He made the process so much better then I thought it would be and I recommend going to this particular Nissan dealership. I got a Nissan Rouge and he put so much effort into making sure I got what I deserved, wanted and on a timely manner. He took a lot of time out of his busy couple of days just to make sure I was happy. I cannot thank you enough Val :) I am so happy!!

Michael Wisnes goes above and beyond to put his potential customers at ease. He is genuine, knowledgeable and knows what it takes to get the Sale. The entire group is professional, very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and sincerely interested in putting the customer in the car that best suites them. I leased a car from Quirk two years ago and I vowed I would never go back. Their agent spoke over my head to my brother when in fact I was the one getting the car. On Monday morning I left the comfort of the Milford Nissan service dept. and asked Guy Bedau what I should do with my 2013 Leaf SL when the lease expired in September. On Wednesday night I drove home in a sparkling new bright silver Leaf SL that felt even more comfortable than my old Leaf, but with an added backup camera and a lower lease payment! I brought my truck for service, Frontier that I bought from them here and ran into Guy and told him I will be in the market for another new car in couple of months. In over 45 years and 20+ car purchases, I have never had a car buying experience as good as this one. What was supposed to be an expensive, time-consuming chore turned out to be fun. The dealership specifically, Sales Manager Todd Rivernider and Sales Consultant Val Marcano, and the rest of the staff demonstrated, competency, knowledge, the ability to listen, patience and commitment to outstanding service I have not seen. They were determined to get the us the right car for us and at the right price - often offering information and advice against their own interest in terms of short-term gain, demonstrating a belief that a customer for life was far more profitable. They bent over backwards providing multiple test drives, and a variety of financing options. The delivered the vehicle in record time, from car, insurance, plates, inspection and made it all painless and fun. They are people that you would just like to hang out with, and my wife loved the snacks!

From the salesman Wayne to Mike the manager and Jim in finance it was the best car buying experience ever. Top notch, no pressure and extremely helpful. Next to buying a home there is may be nothing worse than buying a new (or used) vehicle.I recently turned my wife's Nissan Rogue lease (which came from another dealership) to Val at Milford Nissan and he made the transaction as smooth and pain free as humanly possible. I made it clear from the outset that I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend and he was able (with a little help from his friends) to make it all become a reality. After about 2 short hours from sitting down with him he was cleaning out the "stuff" from my wife's old vehicle and loading it into the new vehicle which I able to drive home in that day! I went to many different Nissan Dealers trying to find my ideal car. I went to several that simply were not willing to spend the time or the effort into finding the right car for me. This was not the case at Milford Nissan. The Manger and the Sales Consultant were both not only patient and helpful, but they put in the extra effort into finding the car that is right for me... and I love it! Even though there are many Nissan dealers that are much closer to me I will defiantly be driving the extra half hour to have my car serviced there and when I buy my next car it will defiantly be from this dealer! I walked into the dealership needing to purchase a vehicle that day. With the help of the stores general manager we located the exact car I was looking for which was at another dealership about an hour away. They immediately sent a driver to pick up the vehicle and within a few hours it was in Milford, detailed, with new plates and an inspection sticker. In the mean time Val Marcano walked me through all of the paperwork and handled all of the insurance/registration preparation. Despite being very busy that day, he made it a priority to get me out the door that day in my new car and even gave me a ride to drop off my rental car. I've had my Versa serviced at Milford Nissan for several years, and I've been considering trading it in recently. So when I received a promotional mailing from them last month ("Key-for-Key Exchange Program"), I went by to check it out. The salesperson I met, Val Marcano, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable -- he answered ALL of my questions about my eligibility for the offer, available inventory that met my needs, and financing options. I told Val that I was ready to pick a car, and he arranged for me to test drive 2 that were in my ballpark. While I was out driving, Val worked with their Finance Mgr, Jim Wood, to begin the paperwork and to do the necessary credit and insurance inquiries so that all I had to do was to decide which car I wanted. After I made my choice, Val went to bat for me to iron out a few final wrinkles, and I sat with Jim Wood to complete the paperwork. Meanwhile, Val had the car cleaned and prepped, and when Jim and I finished, Val handed me the keys!This experience was friendly, fast and efficient and convinced me that I will definitely continue to use Milford Nissan in the future, AND that I will wholeheartedly recommend them (and Val especially) to anyone that I know is in the market.

You will feel that you are in good hands if you end up working with him.A nice touch was not having to deal with the RMV--Milford will handle the full process of moving your plates over, registering the new vehicle, and the state inspection. They also handled the back-and-forth with my insurance co.I bought in the middle of snowstorms, but the dealership fully cleaned the vehicle so it looked awesome (it was a lot of work!). First year of service being free is great! Looking forward to having my vehicle taken care of here.

A nice touch was not having to deal with the RMV--Milford will handle the full process of moving your plates over, registering the new vehicle, and the state inspection. They also handled the back-and-forth with my insurance co. I bought in the middle of snowstorms, but the dealership fully cleaned the vehicle so it looked awesome (it was a lot of work!). First year of service being free is great! Looking forward to having my vehicle taken care of here.

I was very pleased with my experience at Nissan in Milford. My sister referred me after she purchased her car. I went there a couple months ago and received excellent customer service. I left with the intention on purchasing an Altima, but thought about it for a little bit and decided it was not the car for me. They respected my decision and did not call me several times hounding me on prices or sales. I recently returned and was able to get the right figures for the car I wanted. They made the process extremely easy and painless. The sales consultants and financial service representative were very respectful and understanding to my needs and wants. I will certainly be returning to Nissan in the future!

There is little pressure and they actually take the time to go over small details that normally would be overlooked such as what all the controls in the car do. I was somewhat apprehensive with entering into what would be my first car buying experience, but I could not have chosen a better dealership to work with through this process. From the very minute I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove away in my beautiful, new car, the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Val Marcano was so knowledgeable and shared his enthusiasm for his work, which shown through during out time spent together. Val was very accommodating and made the entire process effortless. I was not planning to purchase a car on my first day looking, but I loved the Nissan Rogue and I knew I would not be able to find such an accommodating staff at any other dealership, so I ended up leaving the dealership only a few hours later having purchased my new car. When I picked up my car just two days later, it was in perfect condition. The night that I picked up my car was a rainy one, and Val was kind enough to pull it inside the garage and to try to keep it dry for my big night! Val was also kind enough to spend time to review how to work the voice recognition, navigation and even set-up my bluetooth connection, so when I pulled out of the parking lot, I was able to start using it. This is a segment from a letter I wrote to Nissan corporate after making a 250 R/T mile trip from Plymouth Ma to Peterborough NH in my Leaf...........I was scheduled to have dinner with my daughter at 8PM ( I left Plymouth at 3:30PM) so I set out to the next charge station, Milford Nissan. I had called them . They assured me that they had a CHAdeMO Fast Charging station, and that it was available 24-7. I had only enough charge to reach them, and they were the nearest fast charging station to me. If there was a miscommunication, I would be left in the cold, waiting for AAA.I set outit was nearing the Milford dealership closing time. And it was dark. I pulled into the Milford dealership lot as they were shutting the lights, and I had 9 miles of estimated charge left.I was met with a warm welcome by all six staff members, including the ownerThis Nissan team of gracious professionals could not have been more accommodating. They stayed after hours to ensure my recharging went as expected. They had the Nissan OEM fast charging station, and they invited me in out of the cold, where we all hung around talking Leafs and carsThis is a professional team, and they made me feel part of the organization. I cannot say enough about their welcome and genuine interest in my adventure. The good news is that they are exactly halfway on my tripa trip I will make many times in my Leaf. On my return I stopped in again to re-charge. Norman Marcano and his brother Val greeted me with enthusiasm and called me by nameWe had only met briefly the night before. Impressive. This is important stuff. This is what cements customer loyalty.I have already recommended two sales to Sullivan brothers, my home dealership. Everyone was pleasant during the purchase process. The problems came after.When we met with the sales associate, we spoke with him AT LENGTH regarding my need for a car that would be good in the snow. When he asked me what was the most important thing I was looking for, I said that it had to have AWD and drive well in the snow. I am an essential hospital employee and have to commute to work regardless of road conditions. I also live on an extremely steep hill and had trouble getting home during winter weather in my previous vehicle. We came to the dealership looking for a Juke SV AWD because we had read about its ability to drive in winter weather. There were no Juke SVs on the lot, so the sales associate showed me a Juke Nismo, which seemed to meet all of my needs. I liked the upgraded features of the Nismo, but asked for verification that it had AWD and would be good in the snow. I was assured that it was. Because of this, I purchased the Nismo and drove it home on November 1st. Upon reading the manual and specifications of my car at home, I realized that the Nismo comes equipped with summer tires. I was not familiar with summer tires, so I decided to do some research. I read online that summer tires were not suitable for winter driving. I promptly called and emailed the dealership to get more information. When I finally received a call back, the sales associate assured me that the summer tires would be perfectly safe in the snow. He said that they sold many Nismos last year and didn't receive a single complaint about winter driving. I asked him to verify this because I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and do not want to put me or my child in any danger. He reiterated that the car would be safe with the tires that are on it.I decided to do more research. First, I called the tire manufacturer, Continental. They told me that summer tires ARE NOT safe to drive in the winter, and that they shouldn't even be on the car when the temperature dips below 45 degrees due to the rubber compound. They said that I would have trouble even driving in a straight line in snow or ice. I then called three other area Nissan dealerships who confirmed this exact statement. Finally, I called the service department at Milford Nissan without revealing my identity. Even they agreed that the tires were unsafe in the winter. I called the sales associate and presented him with this information. At first, he profusely apologized and said he had "no idea" the tires were summer tires. He said he would have to call me back. When he did, he said that he spoke with his manager and because my car had AWD, the summer tires would be fine in the winter. This is simply untrue. He said that the other dealerships were misinforming me because they are Milford Nissan's competitors (even though I didn't tell the other dealerships why I was calling). He again assured me that the car and tires would be safe for me and my baby in the winter. We met with the general manager this weekend who 100% agreed with the sales associate. I had no other option but to spend almost $1000 on all-season tires (not from Nissan) in order to keep my family safe in spite of what I was being told. I am afraid for the other families who may have bought a Juke Nismo from this dealership not aware of the summer tires. This type of misinformation could lead to injury and death.

Shopping for the Pathfinder vs Murano at Milford Nissan - was a great experience. Guy and the team were extremely helpful and supportive in listening to the features of the Pathfinder that I needed and were using, but concerned that the new model Nissan - was much more than I needed and concerned that it was bigger than the model I had. I was looking to downsize and was looking at the Murano, but wasn't sure I wanted to give up the 4wdrive option to the AWD vehicle. In the end, the Murano was the right choice for me and I was able to opt with a version that didn't have all the features I was very nervous about - as I'm not computer savy ... Having the option of the electronic seat, gets me high up, so that driving at night won't be an issue and having the AWD and option to keep it in AWD, was the ultimate deciding factor. Guy was patient and supportive, as I'm night blind and needed to do most of the test drives after dark. He was great with arranging his schedule to meet my needs. The team at Milford Nissan, worked well with each other to support the clients needs that were in the building, even if that wasn't "the sales person you went to see". It was a caring atmosphere, which made you feel like one of the family ... and not like any of your past experiences with buying a car. There was no pressure, all were pleasant, friendly and respectful of my time and opinions. What I liked most was that I had it down to two different brands. Guy, nor the sales team did not "bash" the competition, when I was comparing the models and features of what I liked about them and also what my concerns were with each model. Guy acknowledged the likeness in the two models and focused on the benefits of the Nissan brand and what I was stating my needs were ... In the end, this too, made a huge difference in purchasing the vehicle.

I never once felt as though I was getting ripped off with Guy, a knowledgeable and refreshingly un-aggressive car salesman with a calm demeanor. I knew I wanted a 2015 Altima (I loved my 2013 Altima) and from picking it out to signing the final paperwork, I felt comfortable throughout my interactions with all the Nissan employees I came across. The purpose was to look over the new cars, I already had a Maxima (2007, my second one) and loved it. But my key batteries had checked out and I was stuck using the real key. Not too bad, but I liked the increased automation of Nissan's car keys. So I figured I'd check out the new cars. Everybody was really helpful, no pressure or attempts to talk me into something, a lot of assistance with my key problem, replacement of batteries, etc. I gave a rating of "good" on the price, because I really don't have anything to compare it to. I have owned Maximas for 15 or 20 yrs. I'm not about to change brands. Way back when I drove purely American cars (Pontiac, Chrysler, Fords), none were ever as reliable as Nissan, which used to be Datsun.I apologize if I've missed anybody on the review above, but I selected the ones whom I mostly relied on for information.

The reason I rate this dealer 5 of 5 in all categories is because the total process of purchasing the new 2014 Nissan Frontier SV 4x4 King Cab was efficient, pleasant, without any pressure, and the negotiation on price was simple and quick. With respect to the price my only responsibility was that I had to transact the purchase within a certain time frame. On top of the NMAC financing incentive I knew about, the salesman was able to find a separate discount I qualified for. Conversing with Guy Bedau about the vehicle itself was refreshing, because it wasn't like someone reciting a script; it was that he seemed to have taken the time to learn about the vehicle(s) he was selling. He was very good at filling in the time while paperwork was being processed; engaging in conversations of motorcycles, cycling, Mount Washington, etc. He also showed me around their facility and introduced me to the various people in the different departments. I was very impressed by the way the dealership was laid out and their huge service area; if I was a mechanic at that dealership I would be a happy camper. The service area is large with several lifts, very roomy, uncluttered, nicely organized. Guy explained the process of bringing in the vehicle for the first free oil changes, where to bring in the vehicle, making sure I knew that I could get the vehicle washed for free after the service, and where the customer waiting area was. He also pointed out that they have free WiFi in the waiting area, and if it is not working who to talk to. The other thing that was important to me, is that the vehicle was ready when he said it would be. They also took care of the registration, safety inspection sticker, and plates. He went over all the stuff that came with the vehicle, and did the final inspection with me before I drove off. The dealership really pays attention to all the details; the truck was fully gassed up when I drove it away and it was clean from head to toe. I would definitely recommend them and if I was buying another Nissan in the future, I would go there first.

I want to personally praise Norman Marcano as the best car salesman I've ever met. I bought a Nissan Murano from an out of state status and was literally going through hell to get the car's paperwork done. Nothing to do with Milford Nissan, the issue was to get the car registered in Boston's Motor Vehicle Dept. For days, I had to call back and forth to the dealership, my insurance agent, my contact in Boston just to understand what the motor vehicle dept wanted Honestly, buying an airplane would have been easier than buying this car. By the way, amid all this frustration that lasted days, Norman behaved with extreme courtesy and helpfulness. He really went the extra mile to help me out. He personally went to the RMV and waited 3 hours to get the license plate for me. And then he drove the car to my location so I wouldn't need to go his dealership. This is really outstanding customer service. The next car I'll be buying will be from Norman, 1000%. By the way, I'd also like to thank Lisa, who has been very helpful and gave me a very good price for my car. She's very personable and helped through all my inquiries.

I was in the process of deciding whether to purchase the BMW X1 and under heavy pressure from my uncle I test drove the Nissan Altima. Upon walking into the Nissan Milford dealership the met the owner Jeff and his trusty side kick Chester, the dog (adorable, the dog that is!). Jeff introduced me to Guy Bedau and I was never so lucky to meet such a great car sales person. After brief introductions he pulled up a Nissan Altima for me to test drive. Assuming I would just hop in and drive away, I was pleasantly surprised when he began to list the features and then explain under the hood. In all my car shopping he was the FIRST sales person to think a woman shopping by herself would be interested. It was that one act of kindness that secured my commitment with working with Guy. Little did guy know that I loved machines and holding a PhD in Engineering this peeked my interest. While I was not ready to purchase that day he and I exchanged emails over the course of two months. Guy was respectful of my timeline to purchase and never went over the line with pressure. I would recommend Guy any day of the week to any woman anxious to walk into to dealership all by themselves, because let's face it...it's a scary place.

Having previously owned a Nissan Pathfinder that I had traded-in to the lack of fuel economy, it was very surprised to learn that Nissan had made the Pathfinder so fuel efficient and with so many options, particularly the Premium Platinum that I am now driving. The turning radius is excellent, the 360 cameras eliminate any blind spots, and the vehicle seems to float down the road. My purchase experience was excellent. I was allowed to take the vehicle on an extended test drive and never felt pressured to make a decision. The financing was easy as was the transfer of the insurance and plates. My salesman spent nearly an hour explaining all the functions and even help set up the phone.I usually do not write reviews, but felt compelled to do so here. I highly recommend the vehicle and the dealership.(Further, the ease of this website certainly makes the process less of a hassle.)

Good Experiene, met the needs I was looking for in a car. I didn't negotiate, was a straight up easy sale - I was surprised it took 4 hours to complete considering I said yes after the test drive.My only recommendation is to cut down on the time - the location was not busy. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the "used" car after they cleaned it. Still smells amazing!!PS this survey is a PITA - needs to be more user friendly and intuitive! I rank the survey a F! The only reason I keep trying this thing is so someone fixes the survey.

Bill Shaw was great to work with. He is very down to earth and does not bring that "salesy" attitude to the table when you are buying a car. The dealership will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy, which is what you'd expect from a smaller dealer outside the city. The entire team, up to the owner of the dealership, are willing to get involved if necessary to have a happy customer leaving the dealership.

I had the challlenging task of have to purchase a new car in a quick amount of time. Milford Nissan was by far, the best experience that I could ask for in buying a car. From my sales person, Caroline Araujo, to the manager, Bob Baillargeon to the finance guy, Jim Wood, they were all extremely courteous, helpful, patient and accomodating! I changed my mind several times during this process, and spent about 3 days at the dealership, along with test driving at least 7 or 8 vehicles. Caroline, was interested in only one thing, trying t make me happy. She was not pushy or demanding, but extremely understanding about the large purchase I was going to make. The entire staff was wonderful and I would recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family and others as well. I walked in this past Sunday afternoon and was greeted by Todd. Asked how he could help, I told him my criteria for being there; he proceeded to find a sales rep to help me...enter Paul Horan! Paul made me feel relaxed, asked questions about what I was looking for, what I wanted to spend and was realistic about what I should consider. He spoke with Jim Wood regarding what financial program I would qualify for and Jim secured it whambam thank you ma'am! They offered me a package and while Paul pulled my car off the lot, I asked about changing my trade in value and payment, Todd agreed to my request and in a blink of an eye it was done. Jim processed all my paperwork quickly without any last minute haggling. Being a female, this is the ONLY dealership where I was not belittled, talked down to or pressured into something I didn't need or want...the sales people actually listened to what this customer wanted!! After reviewing cars for sale on line we decided to start with Milford Nissan, we also ended with Milford Nissan. We started to look for a Pathfinder, which we had previously owned. Bill Gray helped us by showing us another Pathfinder and then I wanted to look a Honda Pilot.We didn't care for the Pilot, so we looked at other cars. Finally we decided on the Pathfinder we had originally looked at. Bill started the paper work, and I spotted a Nissan Rogue. I wanted to test drive it. I did and fell in love with it.Now, I decided on the Rouge. Through all of this Bill Gray was very patient and very professional. He explained the value of all the cars we looked at so we could make the decision that was best for us. We felt no pressure at all.We then dealt with Jim Wood who was just as friendly and helpful as Bill Gray. When we couldn't make a decision about something, he told us "we didn't have to make the decision now, go home and think about it." No salesman pressureI would definitely buy from then again. When buying my car I was first helped by Bill Shaw. He asked me I was looking to spend in monthly payments. I said I thought I could afford. Bill showed me a 2011 Nissan Altima. We took it for a test drive and I decided I would buy it. Bill helped with some paperwork, Then I went on to see Jim Wood. Jim helped me in getting financing for 75 months.(3 more months than usual) Both were very pleasant and helpful. I went home ready to pickup my car on Monday. When I got home and looked closer at our finances, I realized that the monthly payment would be to large for our budget.I went back the next day(Sunday) and spoke with Todd Rivernider.( he also was very pleasant and helpful) I told him that I had overestimated what I could spend on the car and asked him if he could help me find another one that would fit my budget. He said he would check and see what he could find. And Indeed he did find me a 2012 Nissan Sentra which fit my budget. Needless to say I was very happy to hear it. I'm very thankful and happy with the help and service I received at Milford Nissan in getting a car that fit my budget. I would(will) recommend Milford Nissan to my family and friends as a wonderful place to purchase a car.

I cannot tell you enough how wonderful this place is!!! I went in looking to buy a used Honda Odyssey of the same make, model, miles and year of one that I thought I had bought at Carmax (was going to cancel the Carmax order) because it was priced $3,000.00 cheaper. I was told that it wasn't going to happen due to a car value to money borrowed and negative equity thing. I could not understand this as the day before I WAS getting financing (so I thought). They patiently tried to explain the process and reasoning; I just was not getting it. About a half hour later (and a show and tell type of explanation) I finally understood what they were telling me. I was furious at Carmax for telling me lies in regards to letting me think I had a solid offer of financing from MY OWN BANK, when in fact I did not as they never ran my credit or even bother to do a tentative offer of credit.Then the true awesomeness of this place kicked in as they tried everything they could think of to help me out and to find a way to put me in something I would like AND be able to afford. I ended up with something totally different (Nissan Xterra S) then I planned on, but I am THRILLED with my purchase!!! A big heartfelt thank you to Micheal Yeshman for hanging with me for the whole day and putting me first and even sharing his lunch!! You couldn't ask for a more honest and stress-free sales person.To Bob Baillargeon for pretty much bending over backwards, jumping through hoops and brainstorming until we found the perfect vehicle for my needs. After 3 Honda vehicles we decided to take the plunge and switch to a Nissan Pathfinder. I was switching brands, service centers, contact people...didn't quite know what to expect. Guy was warm, friendly, and genuine...no pressure, no sales pitch, just authentically nice and knowledgeable person. He really took his time introducing me to the vehicle, explaining all the bells and whistles, helping me get acclimated. I really appreciated his careful inspection of the car inside and out before we drove off the lot. Guy also made sure we knew where to go for service and that we were aware of the benefits of our warranty program as well as the free wash and vacuum after service, which any mom with kids in the car greatly appreciates! I would absolutely recommend asking for Guy as he instantly puts you at ease and makes you wonder what took you so long to purchase a Nissan in the first place.

Called for an appointment to test drive an Altima and a Maxima in that order. Both vehicles were available at my appointment time. Loved driving both cars but purchased the Maxima as it was a little more comfortable. Traded a 2 door Mitsubishi that was giving my back fits entering and exiting, the 4 door Maxima has alleviated that problem. Darren Chamberlin was very knowledgeable about all the car features and was professional during my entire time at the dealership. The financial transactions were completed smoothly by Jim Wood and my overall experience with Milford Nissan was more than satisfactory.

Milford Nissan met the same discount on the higher priced model with no complaint or hassle. They were very friendly and did not try to steer us to a car they wanted to sell. I went in with the intentions of just looking and pricing out a new Juke. I wanted a white SL. The only one they had on the lot was a new 2013 midnight edition and as it was a nice looking car and I really liked it however I wasn't looking to spend that much I didn't really need all the extras. Gary and Todd were great they totally hooked it up and made it impossible to say no. My boyfriend and I went home researched everything about the make, model, price, etc. They were honest with us and we couldn't find any reason to continue looking so I bought the car the next day. When I showed interest on the internet he called right away and scheduled an appt. for a test drive. Two other dealers in my area really dropped the ball so Milford earned my business. The staff was very courteous, and Bill made sure to match the new Rogue with my old one so I could really do a "like to like" comparison. I brought my mother to this dealership in order to buy a used car. All of the employees were very helpful and patient in assisting her with her purchase. Salesman Michael Yeshman was very helpful, patient and professional. He did not pressure my motehr to make a purchase but simply gave her the facts. Jim Wood in financing was also very helpful and patient, answering any questions she had. The Sales Manager Bob Biallargeon was also very cordial, and customer service oriented.

I visited a few Nissan dealers during my search for a new car. I felt pressured by all of them until I walked into Milford Nissan. Wayne was great to deal with. He didn't try to sell me more car than I wanted. He listened to my 'wish list' and gave me numbers without the typical haggling you find at some other dealers. Everything was black and white, not gray. Doing business at Milford Nissan was a refreshing experience. They made buying a new car a lot easier than I expected. Jim the finance manager was good too, no high pressure....and let's not forget Chester, great mascot! Oh, and my new Altima, love it!!

Worst day of my life, my car starting shaking bad on the highway, I got off exit 19 off 495 and it felt like my wheels were gonna fall off. I was able to drive to this dealership and was unsure they could fix my volkswagen. To my surprise they were more than happy to address my issues and fixed my vehicle in a very timely manner as i was stuck in milford. I would recommend this dealership to anybody, no matter the make of their vehicle. I even met the owner while waiting, Mr. Batta was extremely down to earth and very hospitable.

I have never had a more positive experience purchasing a car in my life. From the moment that Kim promptly replied to my request for information online, I was in great hands. Kim delivered everything as promised. She was patient with my test drive (in the dark, in the cold rain, during rush hour). When it came time to negotiate, she was incredibly fair, yet direct, which I appreciated. I was offered a fair market value on my trade, which helped move along the process tremendously. When I arrived to close the deal on a Saturday, Kim made sure that my Xterra was detailed, and surprised me with having my running boards installed when it wasn't terribly reasonable that it could happen. She even offered to salvage old bumper stickers from my trade. Kim made sure that the paperwork for my financing was ready to go. It honestly couldn't have gone more smoothly. My time at the dealership on Saturday lasted no more than 45 minutes, and my total time with Milford Nissan from the initial test drive to driving away with my Xterra was certainly no more than three hours. I loved the friendly atmosphere at Milford Nissan. I would not hesitate to return as a customer, and will refer anyone I know to the dealership. Kim is fabulous!

I had been car shopping for over 6 months and found the process to be very exhausting and frustrating until I went to Milford Nissan. I received an online quote that I was very happy with and was set up with Sales Consultant Kim Liseby. When I got to the dealership the price was the same I was quoted with no hidden fees. Kim was great and knowledgeable; she never made me feel pressure to make a quick decision. Kim made me feel like my time was valuable to her. I found her and Bob Baillargeon very easy to deal with when negotiating the price for my 2014 Nissan Murano and I appreciated their professional and relaxed attitude. Just came home with a 2013 Nissan LEAF from Milford Nissan. Had a great experience there. Went by three times and asked A LOT of questions. Guy Bedau was super helpful and patient and if he didn't know the answer to a question would look it up or ask their LEAF tech. Did two test drives and on the second let us drive the car home to Framingham so we could get a sense of the range and whether I could get my bike in the back.

Just and Awesome Experience all around!!Mike and Bob were wonderful, very professional and very helpful. Bob went out of his way to fix a few things on a jeep that I bought instantly because I fell in love with it, he made all the paperwork so easy to transfer and expedited the purchase and it was done in one hour, on a very busy day at the dealership. He gave me all of his attention and made sure I was taken care of and very happy with my purchase.He went out of his way to accommodate me and rush things along so that I could have the jeep for the weekend. Prior to visiting Milford Nissan, my wife and I had visited at least 3 other dealerships looking to lease a full sized SUV. Each dealer we previously met with had difficulty understanding our needs and interests in a new vehicle. Our next visit was at the Milford, MA Nissan which proved to be the most productive of all. When we entered the dealership showroom we were greeted by Bill Shaw. Bill was able to make us feel immediately comfortable by allowing us to talk about our needs, interests and goals for leasing a vehicle. No pressure and the absence of a hard sell style made the experience at Milford Nissan an enjoyable one. All said we came to agreement on a new Nissan Armada which met all of our need for a full size SUV. I had a great experience at Milford Nissan - the best car buying experience to date. Unfortunately, I was not buying a car at my leisure - I was forced to because I was in a wreck which totaled my previous vehicle and I needed to get a vehicle rather quickly while working with a budget. Since I was paying cash for my vehicle it was a lot easier to go through the whole process and Guy was very helpful in working with my budget to get me into a vehicle that both met my needs and was affordable for me. I definitely appreciated the friendliness of all of the staff members at Milford Nissan. On the quality of work I gave a 4 because there were a couple items missing at the time I took delivery and there were also some dash alerts that I think should have been resolved before the vehicle was given to me. I am hoping for a quick follow up on these.

When I first walked into Milford Nissan, I knew I was at the right place to buy a car. Bill Shaw was the consumate professional and very easy to deal with when negotiating a price for my brand new 2013 Nissan. We even joked that the beautiful black Nissan that I ultimately purchased was my new girl, "Angelina" (Jolie). Bob Baillargeon, the manager, was incredibly gracious and nice. He couldn't do enough things nice for me when I explained I wanted to fix my old car (as oposed to trade it in) and give it to my son, who is a senior at UMass. Bob threw in "freebies" so as a detail and reduced prices to maintenance the car for my son. Jom Woods was incredibly candid with me about extended warranties and the like. Brian in the service department was also very gracious and helpful. I'm hooked on this dealership. I will recommend it to ALL my lawyer and non-lawyer friends.

This was my second purchase from Milford Nissan. My first purchase was a couple of years ago. I bought a new nissan and ended up having to return the vehicle as a lemon. While that was a frustrating experience, I was always happy with my interactions with Milford Nissan. This purchase was a totally different experience for me. The day I came in the staff was all very friendly as they usually are. I was able to go for a nice long test drive and I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. When we sat down to talk about the numbers it turned into a very typical car buying experience. I was offered a very lowball price for my trade in, and they were unwilling to move at all from the advertised price of the purchase vehicle. After the typical let me go talk to the manager routine I was able to at least get the price that I wanted for my trade. And while they didn't move on the purchase price I was pretty happy with the price. Next we went to talk to the finance manager. He was able to get me a great rate for financing. He offered some various warrantees. I was interested in an extended warrantee. When I asked how much it would cost, I was told it would be an extra $14 per month on the payment. I did the math in my head and it seemed like a great deal. The mistake that I made was I did not carefully read the papers that I signed. The cost of the warrantee was not just $14 a month, but he also added three months of payments. My 60 months of finance was now 63 months. I can't stress enough READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN. I didn't think Milford Nissan was that kind of dealership. Now I bought the car on a saturday and we agreed to pick it up monday morning. Come monday morning I called to make sure it was ready. I left a message with my salesman because he was in a meeting. After about a hour he had not called back. I called again and after 2 rings I was put right to his voicemail. I guess he didn't want to talk. He blew me off all morning, and called later that afternoon to tell me the car was ready. I work in the afternoon and had cleared my schedule that morning to pick the car up. A simple phone call to let me know it was not ready for the morning would have been much appreciated. All in all I am happy with my purchase. Its a nice car for a reasonable price. But the purchase experience was very poor.

I went to milford nissan to look at a new car because my lease was ending. This would be my third nissan. My husband and I first leased a brand new pathfinder in 2007 then we leased a brand new 2010 murano, so I wasn't sure whether to look at the new pathfinder or the new murano. Guy Bedau was the sales consultant I worked with and boy was he patient. I test drove both, ended up going back three times but in the end we ended up with a fully loaded 2013 murano platinum, I absolutely love it! Guy was great, he gave us a great deal. Not only was Guy very patient, he was able to answer all of our questions and he's just a very nice person. I have to say everyone I encountered at the dealership was very friendly. This is my 3rd Nissan-1st was a Pathfinder that I had for 10 years-traded that for a Rogue in 2010. Loved it. Went into Milford Nissan with a minor problem,which they fixed,but being a women,decided I wanted one( Rogue) with all the bells and whistles . My daughter needed a new vehicle. Her old one was dying fast and she needed a dependable car as she will be graduating this May from college. We had already purchased 2 vehicles prior from them and turned to them for her. The experience was great. Guy took the time to determine what my daughter's needs were going to be, what she might be able to afford and what she liked as an overall style. He was honest and upfront and looked at several possibilities to make this purchase affordable for her. She tested several vehicles and ran numbers. At first it was not going to fit comfortably for daughter. He, and Bob, looked at their inventory, pricing and different pricing options, and in the end, were able to get her in a decent vehicle that fit her budget. Even though we closed the place, 2 hours after their close time, we were never rushed. When they turned it over to Jim to complete the financing end of the deal, he took the time to explain every detail to my daughter, as this was her first big purchase dealing with financing. She came away very pleased with the experience, and she absolutely loves the car. We will defintiely be back when our 2 other boys need vehicles.

Purchasing a new car at this dealership was easy and quick. As always, preparation by the customer (researching current selling prices and trade-in values) helps to set a baseline for the negotiation process. As a long term Nissan owner. I was familiar with the vehicle line, but both Mike and Bob outlined the features and costs of the different models and years available to be sure I was aware of all the possibilities. I have had other Nissans serviced at Milford Nissan, and found their quality of work and attention to detail helpful in selecting appropriate service for the vehicles. The sales process was low-key but thorough, and final negotiations went well. While I was completing the sale paperwork, Mike spent time going over the vehicle manual with my wife, which was helpful in familiarizing her with the new features. I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle and received a fair trade-in value for my older Nissan. This was one of the better buying experiences I have had over the years.

I was looking to buy a new pickup truck.I met with Kim and told her what i was looking for.She showed me what they had,and told me she could get anything I was looking for.I chose a truck she had on the lot.Kim brought me inside and was very easy to deal with.We agreed on a very good deal.and was driving off the lot in less than an hour.Kim was extremely nice and very reasonable. Be sure to ask for Mike Yeshman to help you select a new or used vehicle. We were lucky to have Mike help us when we arrived.Mike is kind, patient, helpful and easy to talk to. He is not a high-pressure salesperson which made us comfortable and able to ask as many questions as we'd like. If Mike didn't know the answer, he went out and found it! He even asked the Service Manager, Phil, to speak to us about the hauling capacity of the Frontier vs. Titan. Phil was very knowledgeable. We learned a lot from him about towing.In the end, it was Mike who sold us the Titan. I had to return to Milford Nissan to have a hitch installed and Mike was there to greet me. I was in the market for a car being in one that was 10 years old and unsafe. I was very hesitant due to my credit score and wanting to make the financing work for me to even start the process. Plus I am no savvy car buyer I can assure you. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted warmly by all. My sales person was Guy Bedau and I have to say I could not have done better. Not only did he work extremely hard to get me into the car I wanted he showed the utmost concern about getting me into a safer vehicle. He really knew his stuff, he made me feel very comfortable and really helped me with the decision making process which made this an overall awesome experience. Even the part that I was the most nervous about the financial piece he and Jim Wood made it stress free. Can't say enough about this place. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants an incredible car buying experience. The entire staff made this a memorable one. My next vehicle will be purchased here no doubt.

This was a wonderful experience from top to bottom. Joe, Bob, and everyone else who helped were relaxed, supportive, and no pressure. The first time i walked into the dealership I was still comparing different makes and models of cars, so all I really wanted to do was take a test drive, and move on without the usual "Lets talk price" conversation. I was able to walk in, test drive a car and walk out with no issues, or unwanted conversations. Kim was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer any questions. Once I made my decision they were very competitive on price and the whole transaction was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend them as a nice low stress dealer.

Guiy was friendly, personable and straight forward with me and my Dad during the negotions. I was assisting my elderly father in purchasing a new 2003 Nissan Altima.When we walked in the salepeople on the the floor were tied up and a young woman approached us for asstance. She was very cordial and went into the backroom and found Guy to assist us. She also asked several times during our lenghty visit if she could get us a bottled water or something. The General Sales Manager, Bob Baillargeon, introduced himself and was very amicable and asked if there was anyting he could help us with both during and after the sale. JIm Wood, the Finance Manager, was very comfortable dealing with, firendly with a good sense of humor and very efficient. Guy was extremely thorough in explaining to my Dad and I all the options and how they work in these hi-tech vehicles.

Originally, I was looking to replace my 2012 Versa with a 2014 Versa Note with specific requirements that would require the dealer to locate the vehicle for me. Of the 10 Nissan dealers I dealt with over the past week, only Lisa Bayley followed up with me and was the reason why I chose Milford over all of the others which required me to travel out of state. Once at the dealer, I was introduced to Kim Lisenby by Lisa and Bob Baillargeon. As we started to work on the paper work for my trade-in and new Versa, I asked Kim about the Juke parked in the showroom next to her desk. She walked me through the car's features then took me out to see 2 others versions of it. As we walked the lot looking at the other Jukes, I asked about the Rouges we were walking by. She told me about all of the features on those cars. I was impressed with her knowledge of the cars and shocked to learn that she had only been at the job for 3 weeks! I expressed an interest in the SV model which she went to the storage lot and brought back the car that she thought I would desire and we went for the test drive. Again I was impressed by her knowledge of the SV features as we drove. Well she was right and it was the one I ended up buying. As we got into the negotiations, I had my idea of what would seal the deal and between Kin and Bob, they satisfied my needs. Then they started the process of preparing the car for me to take home that day. I waited in the customer lounge and enjoyed the free beverages and treats. Then I met with Jim Wood to finalize the paperwork which was completed in short order. Then Kim brought me to my new car, sat with me and went through all of the features and helped me pair my phone. Then Bob came out and thanked me for my business and I was on my way. I will definitely recommend this dealer and all the people I dealt with to others.

I am so happy with the experience I had with Milford Nissan. Let's face it--buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming, to say the least!! Bob and Kim worked as a team to ensure the smoothest transaction possible--not once did I feel the stereotypical pressure that usualy accompanies a car purchase. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to buy. I gave them a little information about my job and size of my family, and needless to say, they paired me with the perfect vehicle. My husband and I were ready for the high pressure sales pitch, instead we were greeted, and asked what type vehicle we were interested in, we asked him a million questions, and dragged him around the lot. Never mention of let's work the numbers or let's go in and see what you have to work with. I test drove the Juke and was hooked, even my husband who is 6' was comfortable. We told Bill we needed to work out a few things first and that we would be back in a week, he said no problem, I have never felt so comfortable purchasing a vehicle. Bill was and continues to be an exceptional sales rep., he has helped us any way he can throughout the entire purchase process. Unlike other dealerships, it was nice to experience no pressure sales. Bob Mucciarone (Sales Consultant) listened and understood our needs which made for a pleasurable car-buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Jim Wood (Finance Manager) worked hard to make the numbers work for us. The bottom line is that we got a more-than-fair amount for our trade-in and a discounted amount off the fair market value of the vehicle we purchased. You can't beat that.

WOW what a great experience. This is car buying at its best. No pressure and excellent customer service. My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Murano. We decided to stop in at Milford Nissan on Friday 8/16/13 to see some of the cars we had viewed on the web. We were later than expected and the dealership was closed (around 6:30PM). My wife saw a salesman come out look up at us and then got in his car and left. That is when we realized they must be closed. A few minutes later a gentleman came over to us to see if he can be of assistance. His name was Bob Baillargeon. He was great. Walked around with us a while and after inquiring about what we were interested in Bob showed us where the Muranos were located. Even showed us one that was not with the other Muranos. He gave us some insight into them. We told Bob that we were just checking them out tonight but would be buying something in the next day or so. Bob told us he was the General Manager and would be around all weekend and to feel free to come in and take whichever ones we want for a test drive. We left thinking what a good guy. On Saturday 8/17/13 we went back to Milford Nissan to test drive the Murano that we really liked the night before. As we pulled up and started walking into the dealership Bob saw us and came out to greet us (even know there were plenty of customers there). He said he was glad we decided to come back. We let him know which Murano we wanted to drive and he set us up with one of the salesman, Mike. We took the car for a ride and thought it was the perfect one. We went back into the showroom and Bob came right over to see how we liked it. I told him although we really liked it the price was more than we were looking to spend. He said to let Mike take the information on the trade etc. and he will see what he can do to put us in that Murano. Things just got better and better. No hard negotiating. Bob came back with his price and we did counter it and ended up coming to a figure we were both happy with. Again Bob was great he definitely went above and beyond!!! This was nothing like your typical dealership. We decided to get the paperwork done right then and again what a smooth process. We met with Jim Wood, the business manager, and he was very pleasant. We were very comfortable dealing with Jim. He offered various options we could add without any pressure. Jim got us a great rate, even lower than the rate we used in figuring out a monthly payment with Bob. This meant our payment was lower than we expected. The process was very quick. As we were leaving and thanking Bob for everything Jim came out of his office and asked if we want an even better rate. While we were speaking with Bob Jim had received an even lower rate from the same bank and came out to get us. WHO ELSE WOULD DO THAT!!! He reprinted the loan document in a minute and we were now paying about $10 less per month. Bob had come in Jims office as we were leaving and we thanked them both again. We joked around for a minute (where else would that happen) and we were on our way. Picking up our car Tuesday we cant wait!! I have bought many cars in my life and have never had such a experience. Thanks again Bob and Jim!!

Brian Rogers, my sales consultant was very personable, which immediately put me at ease. This is the second car we have purchased from Guy. When my 2003 Honda Accord died, I knew I had to go see Guy. When I got there he had 2 cars ready based on my specs. They were both worthy cars that met my requirements. I fell in love with a 2011 Sentra and after some back and forth we came to aa deal that was fair for both of us. I have had the car for about a week now and love it. Absolutely no buyer remorse, but I know if there were an issue they would work with me to find a solution. Definitely recommend Milford Nissan and in particular Guy.

Guy Bedau was terrific. My wife was looking for a new vehicle and was down to three or four mid-sized SUVs. In her search, we dealt with probably six or more salespeople for the various makes, and Guy was--hands down--the most direct (he e-mailed us a real price), helpful, and straightforward: no b***s**t. Unfortunately, because of a mix-up in telephone number digits, when my wife became exasperated with the process and wanted to get the purchase done, we wound up buying from a related dealer (Marlboro Nissan) who had the exact model my wife wanted, and Guy--to our regret--did not get the deal. I would highly recommend Milford Nissan. My first impression upon walking into the showroom was excellent. Bob greeted me right away. He was very friendly and eager help me. My salesman, Brian was very informative and answered all my questions. The price I was given was very good. When I asked for an explanation about comparison prices from competitor dealers, I was treated with respect and was given a break down of their pricing and my trade. I purchased my new Pathfinder with financing through Nissan. The finance person Jim, was very low key and easy to understand. I had been to three dealerships prior to going to Milford Nissan. Have been searching for a new/slightly used Chevy Tahoe for a while. Spotted a used one that Milford Nissan had for sale on the Car Guru's website. Seemed like a good deal so I was willing to make the drive (over an hour from where I live) to check it out. Was pleasantly greeted by Brian Rogers and dealt with him as far as purchasing the vehicle. My husband is a very busy man and unable to accompany me to car shop. I have been to a number of dealerships over the past few months and have to say that this one treated me the best. Being a woman out shopping for a vehicle, I found that I was treated fairly and seriously here at Milford Nissan. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jim Woods made the financial end of it go very smoothly as well. I would definitely be willing to drive back to Milford to work with this group again!The only minor complaint I have and I think this goes for most dealers and their policies...just because I'm buying a used car, I should still get a full tank of gas when I purchase :)

Bought 2 vehicle at this dealership. Sales, overall, went nice and smoothly. Basically, my general experience with this place can be rated as satisfactory. Today came over for "complimentary" multi-point inspection. Dealt with Brian Plasco, who's on the phone was kind enough to schedule service within an hour. Upon arrival I told Brian that I don't have much time, so I was informed that oil change will take 45 minutes. But "Complimentary MP Inspection" required additional time, plus tire rotation additional 15 minutes. Washing? Additional time. Then I spoke with Service manager who told me that only tire rotation requires more time, not CMP Inspection. Miscommunication between front desk and actual serves? Oil change was done in 29 minutes. I guess that rotation, which allegedly takes 15 minutes, could've been done as well.

WOW! These guys do it right. Having never bought from a dealer before, I wasn't sure what to expect and had heard mostly horror stories. Negative reviews of other dealers had me dreading the process. This was the first place we visited and, in the end, the only one we needed to. Brian Rogers made us feel at ease from the start. There was no high-pressured sales pitch, no attempt at upselling, no sleazy tactics. He was honest and straight forward and that made for a stress-free experience. We ended up with a great car - exactly what we were hoping for - and at a very fair price. The other members of the staff with whom we dealt were just as friendly and helpful. Jim, the finance manager, explained everything and took away any anxiety associated with the financing process. It wasn't very time-consuming either. The General Manager, Bob, also made a point of coming over and congratulating us on our purchase. We wouldn't hesitate to return the next time we're in the market for a vehicle and will gladly recommend this dealership to friends and family. I can see why they get such great reviews and win those awards.

Bill Shaw listened to why I was at the dealership and answered all my concerns WITHOUT putting any sales pressure on me. He followed up my visit with appropriate E mails. On his day off Wayne worked with me to get the price I was looking for...Tod finalized with out any pressure. The finance person, Jim, continued the process without trying to sell me ad ons I didn't want. All and all many dealerships talk about a no pressure sales experience but this dealership actually delivered on that promise...they are a rare bird in the world of car dealerships. I would have no reservations in recommending this dealership.

Brian & Jim were WONDERFUL!!!! I had previously dealt with another Nissan Dealer in Rhode Island and needless to say I had a sour taste in my mouth the way I was treated, I decided to try the milford dealership and that's when I met Brian & Jim. I went in nervous and thinking my credit was not good enough for anyone to be able to help me. Jim sat with me and reassured me that they could help. They knew exactly what I was looking for and sure enough I will be picking up my car tomorrow. They have to be the BEST salesmen I have EVER met. They are kind, professional and rather humorous. I was so nervous going in there and left feeling like I had met a whole new group of friends. These gentlemen are such an asset to this company that other dealerships should take lessons from them. My car that i bought in 2000 was on its last leg. In a panic i called Nissan and was immediately connected to Brian. I told him my situation as tears welled up in my eyes. I was honest and asked if there was anything Nissan was able to do for me as I know I did not have the best of credit.Brian told me to come in, as I walked in the door he greeted me promptly. I was very nervous about the whole situation but Brian talked to me and kept me informed of the whole process. he made me feel calm as we proceded with the application process. Brian then took me over to show me the car he picked out, JUST FOR ME!! I was moved. Never had I been treated with such dignity and kindness in a dealership, to most dealers its about the sale and getting you out of the building. Brian stayed with me for over 3 hours as Jim Wood processed the application. they were able to give me a fair interest rate, and Jim reducated me on the finance paperwork, once again never making me feel inferior or naive, and as a consumer that was important to me. Brian and Jim were kind and professional helping me with the paperwork and it made me feel like my trust has been restored in a dealership. I know going forward these two men will always be there for you and make you feel like a valued customer. This is cusomer service at it's finest and the staff was so warm and helpful! The experience was what car buying should be. Thank You Brian Jim and staff, you came through for me when I needed help. I am forever grateful.

Employees were nice once I was finally acknowledged (after waiting in the show room for 45 minutes)Bill took me for a test drive and answered all my questions (was never condescending as other salesmen have been to me). Bob would not negotiate on the price until I told them I was not ready to leave a deposit. Overall not a terrible experience, but they didn't have the car I was looking for at the price I was hoping for.

My wife and I starting thinking about what we were going to do with our Toyota Sienna Lease. The options became clear. We needed to buyout the van, or get an SUV. Our original shopping strategy was to compare the mid/full size SUVs like the Toyota Highlander and the New Nissan Pathfinder. On Saturday, May 11th we went to Milford Nissan to check out a used Nissan Armada and to drive the new Patfinder.The first contact person I had was Wayne on the telephone to make sure the used Armada was still there. Once we got there, Bill helped out and worked with Wayne to show us the vehicles. We looked through the vehicles to our satisfaction and I was dreading the beginning of the high pressure sales tactics I've seen so many times. This did not happen. We gave the information about our Sienna which was leased and wanted to know we could do based on our affordability. This was done with simple, personable conversation, and done very professionally as well. We had to leave for an appointment and took their cards and information with us, thanking them and the Sales Manager Bob for their time.The next day, I talked to Bill and Bob and was able to come up with an agreed price on the Armada. This was at closing time and I live an hour away, so I would come down the next day and sign the forms. I did and met with Jim, who breezed through the forms showing his experience with the process. He showed me the numbers to confirm everything negotiated and went through a few 'extras' that could be added to the purchase. On my way out I conversed with Bob and thanked him for a great non pressure, satisfying experience. The next day my wife came down to pick up the car and had no issues and drove away happy.The bottom line is that from the moment we called them to the moment we left, all staff including the female receptionist were friendly, personable, professional and did not do anything sneaky. I am well aware that the car business is a business, so everyone needs to make money, but the way I feel when I left makes just as much as an impact as how much money I 'saved' by making a good deal. I would recommend this dealership for anyone to check out and will look forward to go there to get my next car as long as the attitude is the same!!

Nissan Milford is a tremendous dealership. I came in looking at a very specific model. Brian Rogers was a great salesperson who helped get us the best car for a great price. When I went to pick the car up, everything was ready to go. It took just about 30 minutes to get in, sign all the paperwork, and drive the car off the lot. They are a great team and a great dealership. I'd recommend everyone to this dealer if they are looking for a Nissan.

I had a very positive experience with Milford Nissan. Mr. Brian Rogers sold me my car and he was exceptional. He is an extremely nice man as well as courteous, professional, efficient, and accomodating.. a stellar salesman! He took the extra steps to make my decision to purchase a vehicle rather easy! Brian allowed me more than adequate time to "test" the car. He was available the entire appointment and answered all questions we had with helpful detail. The car was in perfect condition when I picked it up, and all driver requirements were completely taken care of ( (plates, inspection, registration.. everything!)...Jim Wood was very cordial and he took great care of us with paperwork and documentation. I don't like to spend a lot of time at car dealerships and Milford Nissan was willing to work with me over the telephone. I first saw the 2012 used Nissan Sentra on the website and after speaking with Brian Rogers visited the dealership. I knew I wanted the Sentra as a second Sentra in the family and did not want to be feel pressured into up-selling. I was pleasantly surprised to have an ease of negotiation with Brian while purchasing and did not feel pressured as I have felt at other dealerships. Jim Woods Finance Manager was also pleasant to work with and explained the process well. As an owner of Nissans for many years, this was the best experience at a dealership and I have been to many others! I hope the service department will do as well.

He took the time to show me the cars that were the best fit for me and my needs. He was very patient as I drove many cars before I chose the one for me. I was actually shopping for a Honda and stopped by the Milford Nissan dealership to confirm my decision. I ended up buying an Altima. I'm over 6 feet tall and the Altima was much more comfortable to sit in and drive. Brian was probably the most friendly and relaxed sales person I've ever dealt with. He was there to show me around and help me with whatever I needed but with absolutely zero pressure. In fact the whole transaction went quite smoothly. Overall a great experience and I love the car.

I would definitely recommend this dealership. It has been a most positive and pleasant experience. Mr. Darren Chamberlin was very informative and helpful. He let me test drive the car and bring it to my home, so my husband could see it. He made us feel that we were in good hands in our quest to purchase a vehicle. He answered all of our questions and, most importantly, made the purchase to be the easiest and quickest we have ever experienced. He took care of all the paperwork and we were able to pick up the new car the next day...with everything taken care of, inspection, lic plates, etc...all done for us. Brian Rogers took great care of us in purchasing our newest vehicle. He was very attentive to our budget and explained all of the features and benefits of the truck we bought. We are incredibly pleased with our interactions with him.The finance process was, unfortunately, exactly what we expected. Very typical used-car-dealer rhetoric claiming we would get the payment we needed for the monthly term that worked. When we went to pick up the car, the terms changed. Every car dealership does this and its to be expected, but the incredible experience Brian provided led us to believe that the finance process would be just as pleasurable, and it was not.I expressed to Brian that a few of the figures the finance person came up with were far too low and we wouldn't take the vehicle. Brian spoke to whomever he needed to speak to in order to make the deal. We bought the car at exactly the terms we initially agreed to. Brian was a huge help, and even entertained out daughter a bit while we were there. He earned every bit of the sale we wrote today.

This was my first trip to Milford Nissan. I went shopping to look for a new car but was not planning on buyinga new car. I do not like when sales people 'hover' over me while looking. I was quite surprised as to my shopping experience. Everyone, especially the sales person, Mr. McRaiby, were friendly, professional and very helpful. I have never owned a Nissan before, but ended up purchasing a Nissan Maxima. I am quitehappy with my purchase and cannot say enough about the staff, especially Mr McRaiby. They are an assetto the company! I highly recommend this dealship.

First, Darren helped me get a loan with little money down, at a rate I could actually afford, then, when I found out that my insurance was going to be way more then I could pay, he helped me with that too. After visiting many new and used car dealerships, my car buying experience had been exhausting and aggravating. I stopped by Milford Nissan to just take a look at their Certified Pre-Owned cars. My intention was to just look, but I ended up leaving happily after purchasing a vehicle! Per my research, their pre-owned inventory was priced very fairly. Most importantly, my sales representative Brian Rogers was outstanding. He was straight with me at all times, provided me with all of the information I needed, and did everything possible to make me happy. My situation for purchase was unique and he did not try to coax me into a higher down payment, or a more expensive car. He read me loud and clear. He even worked with the dealership and pulled some strings to make me happy. He brings a great attitude to work and made my car buying experience quite fun. Sales Manager John McCarthy checked in during all key times to make sure everything was okay and also made sure I was satisfied - but without pressuring me or stepping in over (or for) Brian. They worked as a team. Lastly, Jim Wood the finance manager was outstanding as well. He was able to help me get an outstanding interest rate and warranty. What sets this dealership apart from all others I have visited is that the staff seems happy to work as a team, versus separate departments of different rank that try to step in over each other. It was simple, Everyone seems happy to work their and I am happy I bought a car there. If you are looking for a place to purchase a vehicle, I strongly suggest making a trip to Milford Nissan. 10/10.

It was a pleaserable experience working with Darren as our car salesman. We've purchased many new vehicles in the past and Darren from Milford Nissan did not pressure us with the typical salesman pitch. It was our first leased vehicle and Darren made it easy for us to understand the difference between leasing or financing. On two separate occasions we had our two young daugters with us and Darren was very patient and nice to them as well. We explained to Darren what type of vehicle we wanted and he recommended the new pathfinder. The vehicle meets all of our needs as a family and as outdoorsmen. My experience purchasing a used Nissan Altima at Milford Nissan was great. My sales person, Brian, was very professional and answered all of my questions. I test drove the vehicle I was interested in with my husband but we had to leave due to a snow storm. Brian did not pressure me at all; instead he followed up with me two days later and I agreed to purchase the vehicle; in part due to his low pressure approach. Let me begin by saying that this car buying experience was by far the most pleasurable in my 40 years of driving. Armand Rotolo was friendly honest and listened to exactly what we were interested in. Owning as many cars as I have, 16 total, you get to dread going to any car dealer. Absolutely NOT the case with Milford Nissan. Very straightforward and trustworthy people! Couldn't have been happier with the service we received and the deal that was made. And when I thought my payment was low enough for where I needed it to be, when I went back to sign the papers the next day it was $18 cheaper than originally thought! THAT NEVER HAPPENS!! A big thank you to Guy & John for doing such a great job and doing good by their customers. That's how businesses should be run and why I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not experience much in the way of pressure sales. They worked with us to get us the price we needed to make the transaction possible. The vehicle is very nice and the ease of the transaction was pretty smooth. I was a little irritated that the upgraded or wrap warranty was not mentioned until we were already in the process of purchasing the vehicle but that is my only complaint. Overall the experience was pleasant.

The quality of service was exceptional. I have never felt so content walking into a dealership until I walked into Milford. All the salesman were polite and offered their assistance right away. Brian Rogers is a GREAT salesman, he answered all my questions and was right on top of things. He made sure I got what I wanted. My wife has RA and because our 2004 Quest provided her with a good range of accessability we were interested in trying out a new one. The newest quest is built higher and was not easy for her to get into so we decided to try other options. Guy was a complete professional and worked his hardest to try to fit us with a vehicle that would work, but we just couldn't find one. The one vehicle, the Cube, that was a perfect fit didn't work in some other areas so we didn't end up buying at this time. We will shop this dealership again and hopefully we will be able to buy a car from Guy. By the way, we have had our 2004 Quest serviced here (broken drive shaft) and were very satisfied with our experience.

I used to buy my cars at Framingham Nissan, but they went out of business. I visited 3 other Nissan Dealers and I was not happy with any of them. My local Shell dealer suggested I try Milford Nissan. I was an indecisive buyer. Armand was patient with me during my multiple trips to the dealership and didn't pressure me into making a hasty decision. He also didn't keep walking off for lengthy "conferences" at the sales desk while leaving me sitting at his desk twiddling my thumbs! I was offered a fair deal with minimal haggling and I'm happy with my 2013 Nissan Altima and the price I paid. Jim Wood, the financing and paperwork guy, was very straight-forward about costs and also didn't pressure me into buying a bunch of back-end stuff I didn't want. I would be comfortable recommending this dealership to my friends and family.

Allright, so I may have jumped the gun a bit with my last review. The dealer had to, and did replace my transmission, front bearings, and exhaust leak all under the warranty. However, I still feel that these were things that should have been identified before placing the vehicle on the lot for sale. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.....

For the past few weeks i've been looking for a car and this dealership was one of the first ones i went into because of how close to me it is. From the second I stepped into the dealership I was assisted. I went to other dealers on the same day and had to wait 10-15 minutes just for them to get some one to help me. Guy was one of the salesmen who helped me out and was great, he was very knowledgeable of the car that I was interested in. I came in the next day and Tom helped me out and showed me other cars that were around my price range, they followed up with me to see what my thoughts were. I didn't end up buying a car from them because of personal issues but my overall experience with the people in this dealership was great and I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I recently purchased a used vehicle at Milford Nissan, and needed them to repair all (4) brake rotors just days after I had drove off the lot. I also mentioned that the front end didn't feel right, but they just told me that it wasn't "safety related", so sales wouldn't allow them to perform the service. I'm also now having transmission issues, so we'll see how that goes. Waited over (3) hours for my brakes to be fixed. I guess when they say the vehicle was "fully serviced", it only means they topped off the fluids.........not happy.

I saw my vehicle on cars.com and email the dealer. Couples of minutes later a gentleman named Ken called me with more information about the car. I work all the way in Boston but he sounded so friendly over the phone that I had to go down Milford (55 minutes from Boston) to check this car. Got there little after 7 and was introduced to Brian, anither very friendly gentleman :) tool the car for a drive and fell on love. Than the financing part came. They worked with me and have me the most money possible for my car ( more than the actually value of the car), got me a discount on the vehicle, was able to get me a very low APR and I was ready to leave with the car that same night!!!!!!! :) very easy to buy a car with them ... You will not even feel the hassle of purchasing a car. I don't take the at home the same night because I wanted some other accessories added to the car... Brian explained me how to take advantages of all of the features in the car gave me his card to call anything happens :) great experience :) I will be back soon !!!!!!!

This was my first experience of purchasing a new car so I do not have many experiences to compare with my experience at Nissan. What I did notice was that the employee (Guy Bedau) who sold me the car seemed honest and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. When it came to the financial process during the last steps in purchasing the car, the finance manager (Jim Wood) did not pressure me or my father into purchasing something that we weren't interested in at the time. The only negative part of the experience was that I felt as if I had been waiting for a long periods of time to talk to staff because the dealership appeared busy that night-it seemed that there was not enough staff at the time. Overall, I thought my experience at Nissan was a very positive one, and I absolutely love my new car.

The overall experience was positive. Very personable people. I do wish they had been more up front about how long I would end up being there. I asked at the beginning and was told 40 minutes. I left 3.5 hours later.It also would have been nice if someone had helped me transfer my personal items to the new car. They just kind of walked away once the sales part was done.The other issue is that I drove the car to work this morning and when I got here, I realized I was driving without a sticker. They said they took care of everything last night. So I'll be calling them today and suggesting someone drive to Stow and put the sticker on. Hopefully, they will do that. I don't want to get pulled over.Jim Wood was my favorite part. Explained everything clearly and what a nice guy. They were all very nice. I was just a little disappointed when no one helped me transfer my stuff.

This was my first car purchase so I don't have anything to compare it to. With that said I honestly don't see how the experience could have been much better. Very friendly and pressure free enviroment. I expected to be swarmed by sales people as soon as I got out of my car, but I was able to look around with out anyone following me around. When I did have a question Brian was very helpful. One thing I really liked was that he let me test drive the car alone. I liked that simply because it allowed me to check out the car without any sales pitch. When I got back from the drive, I told Brian what I was looking for and the next day he had located the car. The buying process with him was straightforward and went very smooth. He was always quick to return calls to any questions I had and simply easy to deal with. Likewise dealing with Jim was just as great. He told me what extras the dealership offered and didn't push when I said no thank you which I appreciated.I happened to go to this dealership because I was in the area, and I'm very glad I did. If you are looking for a Nissan I highly recommend you check this place out.

I was in the market for a certified Nissan Maxima or Infiniti G37X. Guy and Todd were able to deliver a no holds barred, loaded to the gills Maxima with a to die for 7year 100,000 mile no deductible warranty that is almost a bumper to bumper warranty. They did this as I was driving to Warwick Infiniti to purchase a G37X and at a very realistic price. The dealership genuinely seemed to be working toward the interest of the customer, me. A refreshing experience. I would urge anyone in the market for a car to let these folks take a bite at it. I think in the end you would buy here.

Our overall experience was pleasant, and John and Brian were easy to deal with throughout the process. The transaction from start to finish was very professional, not a high pressure sale.Brian was very knowledgable about all of the features of our car, answering all of our questions and more! Once we were at the finance stage, they were able to get us an even lower rate than promised! Our vehicle just came off the truck a few days before we picked it up. Upon closer inspection, Brian agreed that it was not up to par re: cleanliness and picked up the vehicle at our home, re-prepped it and re-delivered it back to our house, with an inspection sticker the very next day. In addition, John offered us a free detail in the future for our "inconvenience".

This dealership (Nissan MIlford, MA) was great. I was greeted quickly, spoke with a representative about my needs and took a test drive in a Nissan Murano (color and style that I wanted) within about 30 minutes. Guy Bedau was very helpful, courteous and I felt extemely comfortable talking with him about options. I did not feel like I was getting the run-around. I had gone to a different Nissan dealer in the area and had an extremely poor experience there (sleazy is the only word that comes to mind) and was reluctant to try Nissan again however I have to say that my experience at the Milford store was fantastic. Guy Bedau was very knowledgeable of the cars that were in my price range and could give me so much information on the car that I had bought. Being my first car, I would not have had the service and experience any other way. Guy was also very friendly and could always keep a fun and happy conversation going! I have been a Nissan customer for about 10 years and this is my fourth dealership in MA. This has been the most seamless and easiest purchass with the Nissan corporation. They are polite, respectful and not just "trying to sell". From the beginning, on the phone they were helpful and knowledgeable. I had a real nice experience for purchasing the car. I was very particular for the model, color and the trim and the dealership was easy and not like other dealers who push to buy the vehicle.I liked the friendly nature of Brian as well others in the dealership. Even Jim Woods who is the finance manager was really enthusiast and explained each and every questions to us. Jim was very patient in answering all my queries before signing the contract.Everything went well but one thing I felt a bit wrong was the miles on my new car. It had 106 miles on it when I was called to confirm the color I was looking for. It was mentioned to me that the car was brought from a nearby dealership as Milford did not had the interior color I was looking for. As I understand these car was brought from very far and they could have towed it rather than driving it 100+ miles. Apart from the miles on my new car all was really fine.Price was good, Car was clean and had a new car smell when I drove out from the dealership.I would really recommend this dealership to my friends/colleagues as they are not hassle like other dealers and push the buyers for signing the deal right away.

This was the best experience I had with buying a new car. Sumner and John were terrific. I knew exactly what my purchase price was and my payments before I agreed. There was no pressure, no games or gimmicks, everything was spelled out. How refreshing is that? I was greeted immediately upon arrival and the discussion was revolved around what I was looking for and if it could be met. Sumner worked with me to find just the vehicle that was right for me.Upon delivery of my vehicle, Sumner went over all the features, set up the blue tooth and introduced me to the service department. He set up my first oil change appointment. He was very professional about spending the time to ensure that I knew how everything functioned. We had a brilliant experience from beginning to end with Armand. He was professional and helpful and made me feel at ease through the whole process of buy a new car. He took acre of absolutely everything including filling the car up with gas, to cutting tags off my carseat!! You can't get much better service than that! On each occasion that I went, I was treated superbly by all the team at Milford Nissan and they were patient and friendly with my 3 year old (so much so, that she now enjoys it there more than the playground and calls them all her new best friends!)I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants their hand held through the experience of buying a car. I didn't have to do anything except sit there and sign....They are all LOVELY! Thank you for making shopping for a car so easy. I am not sure my husband would say thank you for making it so easy though! :) Armand is a star and if you go to the dealership, DEFINITELY ask for Armand, he will help you through the process. I would definitely buy my next car there. In fact our daughter (aged 3) has asked John and Armand to make her a pink convertible for her 4th birthday.so no pressure guys!

I went in because Jim Wood moved to Milford from Marlboro. I had bought 2 cars from Jim in the past so it was very easy to go back to him. My car had died and I needed to replace it. Having this great working relationship with Jim (who always came out to service to say hello when I was in having my car routinely maintenanced) made purchasing my 3rd Nissan from him a no brainer. Milford is a beautiful showroom and all the people there were very nice and helpful. They made it easy to move forward with the purchase. Jim had me work with Brian in the Sales Department and it was so much fun. He has a great sense of humor and really took the time to get to know me and my family and my needs. I will be going back there and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car and great service.

Milford Nissan went above and beyond so I could get the car I wanted at the monthly payments I wanted. They worked with banks to get me a great rate for not so great credit. The sales personel is excellent, personable, and not like most sales at other dealers. I felt comfortable and I didn't feel pressured into buying a car that I didn't want or couldn't afford. I went to this dealership to purchase a used car. Some of the NEW car salesmen that I dealt with were excellent, (Brian), and the President, Jeff, was also excellent. However, my experience with Tom was horrible. He promised me the world and delivered absolutely nothing. Never have I dealt with such a "yes man" in my life. It was a terrible experience dealing with him. I think if I were to purchase a NEW car, I would consider using this dealership. This is because I felt that both Brian and Jeff tried very hard to smooth over the difficulties I had with Tom, and they didn't have anything to gain from it. I would like to go back and purchase something from them because I know they really care. But I would strongly caution anyone from working with Tom. He does not return phone calls, does not follow up, and definitely does not delivered what was promised.

I test drove about 12 different medium sized sedans to see what make/model I liked best and it was the altima. I had a terrible experience at the first place I went so I called around to different nissan dealers in the area to get pricing and see who was more willing to help me. The second I called and talked to sumner eagerman I knew I was in great hands. He listened to me, gave me great advice, gave some very competitive prices on new and used altimas, and made himself very accessible. When I got to the dealership everyone was nice and down-to- earth. I spoke with several people while I was there and they were all very knowledgable and it was clear that they weren't out to waste your time and play games. Between the sales manager, sumner, and jim (financing) they were able to get me in a brand new 2012 altima 2.5S for several thousand less than any other dealer... not to mention they gave me more options! They made every attempt to help me get what I wanted without playing games unlike other dealers. I am a very proud owner of a nissan and I am so glad I called milford nissan.
