I was helped by Corey while picking out a different vehicle to replace my very small Mazda. I bought the Mazda thinking it would be a great family car only to find that I can barely fit a car seat in the back and cannot fit a stroller at all. Getting closer to my due date I got nervous and decided to get something with a little more space. I went with a beautiful 2012 Chevy Equinox that I absolutely love! Everyone at the dealership was helpful in making sure that I was able to work out a payment option that works for me and the car is perfect. I really appreciate all of the help I received and would definitely recommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet to anyone.

My sales rep was Mark Hazelwood and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He also assisted with me some significant discounts/rebates. On the day I picked up my new SUV, he spent a lot of time going over all the details of the interior/exterior components, make sure I felt familiar and comfortable with all the amenities. The financial assistant that I worked with was also very helpful and knowledgeable, making sure I knew exactly what I was signing. I would definitely recommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet - Gas City to a friend/co-worker.

I was looking for a certain type of Camero and it was found for me in just a few days. They found financing at a great rate also. The few times I've had recall work or something that was under warranty for my Acadia the service was great.

We had the pleasure of working with some very knowledgeable people at this dealership. Corey Franklin, our salesman, was very patient in answering all of our questions about new features that we werent familiar with, a very personable young man, who was very helpful throughout the process. We had never leased a vehicle before this and he pointed out the pros and cons in doing so. After we selected the car we wanted, he put us in the hands of a great young lady, Wendy Simpkins, their Finance and Insurance Manager, who went through all the paperwork, no pressure, explained everything, was very professional and just a breath of fresh air to deal with. About six to eight weeks afterwards we received a recall on our vehicle and called to schedule it in for service and found the guys in the Service Department to also be very professional and prompt in getting our vehicle taken care of. We were quite pleased about this, as service after the sale is very important to us! Overall, would say a great experience and we look forward to working with these people in the years to come!

Love my new Equinox and the service that I received at Gas City. They were able to help me with what I needed and what was available. Corey was great helping us with the decision on which vehicle that suited our needs. Rod and Brent were very patient with me as I looked at all the options. The first time I went to Mike Anderson in Gas City, I was was not too impressed. I was out looking at cars for a good 10 minutes before anyone even came out to greet me. When I was greeted, it was not very friendly. The next day I spoke with another gentleman that works there, Rob Althouse. He has always been very nice! I told him about my unpleasant experience and told me he would fix things for me. About 10 minutes later I was getting a call from Terry Riggs who also works at the dealership. We set up an appointment for me to come in and look at some cars. Today when I went in, Terry was very nice and is even letting me drive the car for the day so I can get a good feel for it before making my decision! Rob saw me and came and apologized again for my previous experience. I felt like they did a good job making up for the way I was treated the first time around! Kudos to Rob and Terry!

we found a truck over the internet called to get the information about it was told the truck was in excellent condition .mark the sales person answered all our questions and assured us we would like the truck because we were driving 365miles one way to see it .when we arrived the truck was ready to go and detailed. we were out and back on the road in 45min.five stars is not enough for this dealership.

My salesman, Corey, was amazing. He was extremely knowledgable of the product he was selling and made sure I had fresh popcorn and coffee. I did not feel pressured into any certain vehicle, he answered every question I had and you could tell he loves what he does. The buying experience was made even better with the seemless transition from choosing a vehicle to getting financed. I walked into the F & I office and Wendy had everything prepared and was ready, she REALLY knows what she's doing. I definitely felt like everyone involved truly had my best interests in mind, certainly recommending Mike Anderson Chevrolet to anyone looking for a great deal and new friends!!

I couldn't be more excited with my new car. I've been shopping online for awhile, trying to find what I thought I wanted, and struggled finding the perfect car....until I contacted Corey at Mike Anderson Chevy. I called him about a Equinox that I saw online, although it had just sold, he was able to find me one just like it, except lower miles and right in my price range. We love our new vehicle and appreciate all that Mike Anderson Chevy did to help us find the perfect car for my family.
