I really liked that our salesman Mark was not pushy, he didn't put any pressure on me and was patient. I decided to buy a 2011 Nissan Sentra. I am picking up today so hopefully the cleaned and buffed as promised. Finance guy Mike was also nice.

A harsh reality of my life is that ive been Savin up my money for a car since I was 8 years old. The beautiful reality is that that I finally have enough money to get a car!!! All thanks to Midway AutoHAUS. I originallywalked to Midway to use the restroom but this incredibly friendly and charming worker named Darius (I think it was that name) intercepted me and started chatting me up about cars. I told him my background and he was so understanding and gave me someFantastic advice on cars, life, and how to get my hands on a car. I might be going over the top here, but I really think this peculiar blonde fellow Darius changed my life forever and for the better.

We worked with Kaya, and our experience with her was great. She was very helpful in suggesting similar cars in our price range that we could look at and test drive. She was a great consultant both on the lot and in the office. The purchase took a little longer than normal because the office's printer was having some issues, but the office staff was friendly and made sure that we were comfortable while we waited.

DON'T do it people.Greg (big boss) told me he'll have my car waxed and buffed for when I pick it up..... Good one I got a car wash once I got home.. MINOR thing all good no worries.Car needed some minor paint touch ups (probably bc Greg was driving it everyday) soooooo I had to chase them down till they finally sent my paint they said they would (3 weeks later after I had to reach out, again&again)Bought the car with a little over 27,000 miles.... I knew Greg was driving it everyday till I put down the down payment and could pick up the car on the weekend... Come back car is up another 150miles... with a cigarette burn in the drivers seat and a cigarette (one of those skinny girly ones) in my cup holder Next thing...Everything should be disclosed correct? WELLLLL no one told me my AC doesn't work...Torn hose etc...AKA $700 out of my pocket!Mannnnnnnnnnnnn JUST don't do it.... otherwise if you really like the car go for it but just budget an extra 500-2000$ for needed repairs ONCE you pull off the lot.I don't usually write reviews but when you play with people's hard working money it's just flat out wrong.

I called in yesterday to view a car. They closed at 6:30pm. I didn't arrive until 6:15pm. I thought I would not be able to buy or test drive the car so late. However Mark was very helpful. They moved several vehicles and stayed after hours to make sure I got what I wanted. I got exactly what I came for a Mazda CX-5. I love my new/used SUV. It feels brand new. Chris T. the finance guy was very friendly and helpful as well. I did not feel pressured at all. They even bought my previous car. It was a nice trade. I recommend you go check out their lot. Great prices for used luxury vehicles! I came in at 6:15 and was out by 8pm. Super fast and easy.

Hello, I just wanted to share my great experience that I had with Midway Autohaus. I was looking for a car with my girlfriend. Specifically we were leaning towards a BMW. We looked through multiple websites Midway Autohaus had the best price and quality(mileage and how it looks like). After arriving to the dealership the first thing I noticed was the friendly environment that we were in. Me and my girlfriend didn't feel awkward or pressured at all. The dealership itself is very clean and organized compared to the other ones that I've been to. Another thing I liked was how diverse it is. After meeting our salesperson Kaja, she made us feel like we were part of the family and wanted to genuinely help us. After picking out the car we liked, we test drove it and ran our credit. While we were waiting for my parents to come to cosign, there was an employees birthday. We sang happy birthday and then we all had cake and coffee. I really enjoyed the experience I had, everyone was nice and we left home with our new car happy and full of cake and coffee. :]

Me and my wife purchased a 2013 Chevy spark from midway last week and let me say these guys are amazing. Any car we wanted to test drive they did not hesitate to get the keys and let us test drive it . The sales guy name was Chris and he was very helpful . The finance process was real fast I'd say about 30 mins tops , The financing guy was very friendly also . Over all I would recommend this place to all my friends and family

I've been searching for a newer sedan for a few weeks now. I recently came across a few vehicles on cars.com that were located at Midway Autohaus in Bridgeview IL. What caught my attention the most was the prices of the vehicles. I am super glad I came in because they helped me find my dream car!! A 2011 Lexus IS 250!! And the best part was my sales representatives made it fun and easy, Anette and Kaja! The manager Greg was simple and to the point! I knew I wasn't wasting my time. All my questions in the finance department were answered by Edith and Mike. I recommend Midway Autohaus to any one who is in need of a vehicle and doesn't like car shopping. I guarantee they will make it fun and easy!

We had been searching for our dream car for a while when we saw their advertisement on cars.com. This was while surfing the internet after dinner and 88 miles from the dealer. We called, we made an appointment for that evening, got in the car and hit the traffic jam on I-290. Our salesman (Bogdan) was so nice to wait for us and 45 minutes later we were the proud owners of a Nissan Leaf in top shape. The whole process was easy and it was definitely worth the drive.

I don't even know where to begin, but honestly this was a wonderful place to buy a car from! Kaya was my salesperson and she was just wonderful! I originally went in there undecided on a specific type of car but had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I explained to her everything I was looking for in my new car and at the end of the day she found me the perfect match! I wanted to be sure I was making a smart decision And there was no pressure like the usual salesperson. after test driving several different cars, I received a call that she had just gotten in a beautiful 2012 nissan altima that matched all of my criteria. She was right! low miles fully loaded clean carfax and great price! She even held the car until i could get back there to test drive it. The car is spotless! Today I drove away with an absolutely gorgeous car at a great price which looks like a brand new car and I am beyond happy with the friendly and amazing service they provided. From beginning to end! Thank you to everyone there! Smiling from ear to ear!

I had a great experience buying a used 2013 Honda Civic . Both the sales people Mike and Mark very helpful. I just gave them the information of what I needed. I wanted an economical but reliable car for my son who is in college. I believe I couldn't have gotten a better deal on a car anywhere. These were just really kind and down to earth people-kind of hard to believe from an auto dealer. As a woman, I didn't feel like I was being patronized or talked down to through the whole experience. Some of the dealers that I met on Harlem Ave (the street is packed with them) didn't seem interested in helping us buy what we needed right now which was a more economical car. It will pay off for later for MIdway Autohaus when I decide to buy a new car for myself. The other dealers on the street could really learn a lesson from these salespeople.

Get a great deal and deal with great people at Midway Autohaus. Before I got there I checked out a few cars online that caught my eye. Upon arrival I was greeted and asked which cars I was interested in and I was on my way to buying my first car. I dealt with Greg Ciszek (ask for him) a salesman that didn't pressure me to get some car I didn't want, but listened to my likes and dislikes and helped guide me into a car that I was looking for. He was very pleasant to deal with, along with everyone else I met with that day. And after about a half an hour of hemming-and-hawing over a Toyota Corolla S or a Nissan Altima, I made my decision and picked the Nissan. I put some money down so it would be there the next day to go through all of the paperwork and pay for the car (good thing I did because others expressed interest in my car but were too late, for it was mine. Be sure to put money down if you're not paying for it that same day.) When I can back the next day I was treated with the same great hospitality as the day prior, filled out my paperwork, got my license plate, sticker and freshly cleaned and detailed car. Greg was there to hand the keys over to me and show me a few extra features with the keyless entry while a worker was putting my new plates on and then I was on my way. Overall, I couldn't of had a better car buying experience. I was afraid I was going to have a bad experience and pressured into a car that I didn't want but that was not the case. Fast, friendly and helpful that sums up my experience at Midway Autohaus. Again, ask for Greg Ciszek, he was beyond helpful!

Overall, this dealership was very easy to deal with. They were attentive, quick to respond with answers to questions (that were accurate), and efficient in getting the deal completed. Both the sales staff and the finance people were very knowledgeable. They also let us bring our dog along on the test drive, which we greatly appreciated. My one complaint is that they were supposed to do some touch-up work on the rear fender and lift gate. It appears they nothing was done. They did put a new battery in for us - as the car was sitting on the lot in 5 degree temps, so it needed to be replaced. All things considered, I would strongly recommend this dealership.

I have wait wait out for quiet bitt sometime, before I would want to place any kind of feedback for this dealership, even thought the whole purchasing process was very pleasant .It took me almost 3 months to realize , that I am 100% happy from the purchase I made at Midway Autohaus. The vehicle(2010 lexus is250) is flawless. The vehicle was in pristine conditions , it had no problems or any issues, and on top of that I got it for way under market value! I could easily turn around now and sell it and get whatever I payed for! even though its been 3 months and I did put some miles on it.Overall its been a great experience and I would strongly recommend this dealership to any potential buyer.

Be sure to get a clause in your agreement to have the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic--not their preferred mechanic and if there are issues, the deal is void. Our mechanic let us know that the check engine light was triggered. When we brought the issue to their attention, they asked us to let their mechanic look at the vehicle. We did, and he of course found nothing wrong. Thankfully, we insisted on a Honda diagnostic at a Honda dealership. The safety system was not repaired after the accident in the vehicle and the seat belts and airbags would not have deployed had we been in an accident. The car was not safe to drive per Honda. Honda talked to the dealership and explained the issue. The dealership did not want to fix the SRS system so we returned the car. It is back on the lot today--though it is still not safe to drive. Additionally, we had a hard time getting our $3000.00 down payment back. We had to drive back and forth to the dealership several times through the process and finally demanded a cashier's check or we were going to file a police report. What a bad experience....Key Learning: Do not believe the "story" get the facts!!!

After looking at a few more cars and asking about accident history he got upset and said "some cars have been in an accident and some haven't I'm not sure which ones."

It's had alot a cars don't get me wrong but if u sit their and wait 20 minutes for the guy to find the keys and then say he sold the car 2 hours ago I think was very crazy that it happened like that and then he made the first car beep and tryed playin it off that it was that one and ontop of that I seen a different car I was alittle intrested in and well he didn't have time to show me becouse he had customers? I thought I was. A costumer? Worst experience in buying a car never again

I purchased my Lexus Hybrid 2 months ago and even left a good review for them on Cars.com. First of all I didn't get the registration and had to wait for 2 months for Autohaus to send it to me. Today I got a flat tire for the first time in 10 years and when I started changing my tire I found out that there's no lock key for the lug so I couldn't take the tire off! I called Midway Autohaus and told them the situation. I was upset because I had just bought the car two months ago and had already dealt with having to call them repeatedly to get the registration. I called them for help so they could track down the Lug key and they were really unhelpfu!l They said the only thing they can do for me was to give me a tow truck phone number so I can get towed to the place where they will unlock all the tires (big pain in the a...!!!!!). The tow truck was going to cost me at least $100! The most upsetting part was that they sold me a car without all the proper paperwork AND missing pieces....Thank you for the help!!!!

Initially David showed us the cars and although he was new, gave us enough information and was good. Then came the man with attitude, Mr. Luke. When he spoke to us for the first time we knew this is going to be an unpleasant experience. I had a trade in good condition which I bought from a private party for 4K an year ago (I got a good deal then). He asked us how much do you expect from this car. I said I am not sure as the service engine light was on. He offered us like 1K for it. WTH!!! His verbatim, "I caught your lie when you said you are sure on how much you want from the car". Who speaks to customers like this? For the car I was interested in, he did not budge on the price even though the car had scratches and really worn out tires. Super waste of our time and I a bad feeling of someone calling you a lair!!! Was left feeling humiliated. Do your business elsewhere.

A few weeks ago I called and talked to a salesman. I told him I was very interested in the pickup they had listed for $4995.00. He said he wasn't sure if it was still for sale but that he had a couple of other pickups in that price range. I told him that I would like to hear about them. He said he would check on them and call me back. He took my name and phone number but I never heard from him. Perhaps he actually didn't have anything similar to what I was looking for, but a good salesman would have called me back and told me that he would keep looking for me. I haven't found a pickup yet so I am still a potential customer but I doubtt that I would deal with him now even if he did call me.

My brother found this place online few years ago and since then it became our family's dealership. I recently purchased '10 Lexus RX 350 and I had a very pleasant car buying experience. My sales person or I should say persons were Greg and Luke and they were phenomenal. I'm a very meticulous person so when I initially went in and saw the car I did not like the color of the interior. I found our car online and called the dealer. They were helpful and honest! They agreed to holding the car for almost 3 weeks while I made arrangements to fly out and pick up the car. They would have shipped it but we wanted a road trip! They made financing easy. I was leary at first because they made the sale go so smooth! I had been looking at buying an auto for some time but was so turned off by various dealers not wanting to be open and honest about pricing. Thanks again to Mike and Luke! We love our new car!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and none of which have provided me more trouble than the one I bought from Midway Autohaus. The sales manager is very arrogant and rude. They market the cars with low prices, but believe me you will end up paying with all the repairs you will need. They sold me an Audi which looked ok, but was mechanically in very poor condition. A month after my purchase, when I took it to the Audi dealership in Westmont, they couldn't even believe this car was on the market in this condition. They told me that the oil looked like it had not been changed in years and couple months later, I needed to replace the transmission, starter, tires, and alternator. I had to get rid of the car within 6 months after my purchase because I could not continue to pay for all the continued repairs it needed. My friend also bought a Land Rover around the same time and needed to replace the engine within a year after his purchase. In the winter as you drive by Midway Autohaus, you will see porters jump starting the cars on their sales lot. This place needs to be shut down for selling nothing but junk!

Called the main company about a car I seen on the website, turns out the car was at one of there diff locations. Finally ended up at this garage that holds up to 5 cars max. And let me tell you, this place is a DUMP! All the cars they have at this location are crappy, horrible cars that are mainly used for parts but they try and sell for a profits. When I finally spoke with the ideate of a "sales kid" he could not tell me one feature of the car. He did not even know where the engine of this particular vehicle was.

Went to look at a car on the lot salesman was very rude when I asked him the price he told me I already new what the price was. Was turned off by the first sentence that came out of his mouth. Then tried to tell me what my trade in would be without even seeing the car.After looking at the car I wouldn't have wanted it anyways had dents in it.Was turned off by the whole experience they need to teach there people how to speak with customers.I will spend my money elsewhere.

We purchased our daughter a 2010 Volkswagan CC, from first intial call to delivery, their services was GREAT! After Daughter drove car past the factory warranty and she went in for an oil change and was told she had a small anti-freeze leak. We took the car to an auto garage and I decided to call Luke at Autohaus and he said no, we have a 60,000 mile power trans warranty and provided us with a number to call Fletcher Jones Volkswagan dealer, we left a message and they called us back and told us that they will send someone out to pick up the car and drive it downtown to their dealership, and if they find anything wrong with the car, they will take care of it because it is under warranty, they stated that they would bring the car back to us. If it wasn't for Luke at Autohaus, we would have never known that we had a warranty. The pick up and drop off service was the 1st. time that we have ever experienced this type of service and was overwhelmed. They always stated to us from the time we purchased this car, if we have any problem to give them a call, and when we did call, we were always able to talk to Luke. We would recommend our family, friends and anyone that needs a reliable vehicle to Autohaus. When a man gives me their word and lives up to it, they get nothing but respect from me! I love this place. I have purchased many vehicles and you can tell when someone is honest and really passionate about what they do.Midway Autohaus was terrific.I was looking at used Acuras and they gave me so many options.My sales person did not rush me and answered all my questions.I ended up purchasing a 2010 Accord which i love.I am not sure what some of these reviewers are talking about but it appears they are just the complaining' type if you know what I mean.I had a great experience.Thanks Midway Autohaus.

Everyone from the salesman, sales manager, and finance & insurance manager were very courteous and professional. We called a night before about a few specific models that we saw they had online and they did have them on the lot the following Saturday afternoon. Very straight forward negotiating with no games. Friendly atmosphere with a large selection of well priced vehicles. And of course we love the car!

The salesman we dealt with was laughably dishonest. We were looking for a Mazda3 from 2008-2011, and had already test driven several before coming here (as well as a few afterward). When we looked at the 2010 Mazda3 at Midway Autohaus, we immediately noticed that it had significantly more vibration (even at idle) and was extremely loud compared to the other cars we had driven before (and after). The salesman continually insisted that this was a 2010 version, and they had improved the engine to make it more fuel efficient, and that's why it had so much vibration. He also said that the noise while driving was just because it had cheap tires. In the end we drove five versions of the Mazda3, and this was the only one that did not run smoothly. I was shocked that they would try to blame this on a more efficient engine.

I've bought many cars and none of which have provided me more trouble than the one I bought from Midway Autohaus. The sales manager is very arrogant and rude. They market the cars with low prices, but believe me you will end up paying with all the repairs you will need. They sold me an Audi which looked ok, but was mechanically in very poor condition. A month after my purchase, when I took it to the Audi dealership in Westmont, they couldn't even believe this car was on the market in this condition. They told me that the oil looked like it had not been changed in years and couple months later, I needed to replace the transmission, starter, tires, and alternator. I had to get rid of the car within 6 months after my purchase because I could not continue to pay for all the continued repairs it needed. My friend also bought a Land Rover around the same time and needed to replace the engine within a year after his purchase. In the winter as you drive by, you will see porters jump starting cars. This place needs to be shut down for selling nothing but junk!

Recently purchased a 2009 Lexus IS250 from theses guys and I could not be happier, the car was a little dirty at first but they did buff and fully detail it for me which was awesome. Great part about this place is there was no pressure to buy and once I did decide on my Lexus I was out of there with in about an hour. 5 stars guys!! Keep up the great work!!!

To start off the lot was small, but there was many nice looking cars. I've better buying experiences but this on was ok, it took longer than it should have. I do wished that they had detailed the vehicle a bit better and had put gas in it before delivery. I will say they will work with you and if a problem does arise with the vehicle they did a good job of eradicating the problem, in all I was satisfied.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe from Nissan Autohaus and I am completely satisfied with my purchase! The staff was friendly and accommodating and worked exteremely hard to get me into thr car that I wanted. They also have quality vehicles that are reasonably priced. I Just purchased my 2009 Subaru Forester from them about two weeks ago. The car is in excellent condition and the price was the best I had seen (still is). Just a warning they advertise the price to sell, no room for negotiations (still not bad since it is already cheaper than most dealers). Their customer service is excellent. I worked with Mike, but all of the sales representatives seem very friendly and willing to help. The purchasing was grueling but it was only because my credit was not very good. So it took longer than it should. The bank they worked with settled an interest rate somewhat fast but i was waiting on my credit union so i received a better rate there. the bank they worked with offered a very good rate but the credit union was still better for me. During the process they were very understanding with my needs. They didn't push any of the extended warranties on me which was nice.. Over all i am incredibly satisfied and very happy with my purchase. I love love my car!

So, i don't think I've seen any dealer that sells great cars with awesome mileage at a jaw dropping price as these guys do, which sets them apart from the rest. I just bought my first car with them and the whole journey was consistent. Very happy people who genuinely worked with me and gave me all the information i needed to know before buying the car. I admire their work ethic. I will definitely do more business with them.

My son and I were shopping for a car, and found Midway Autohaus and our salesman, Greg, to be very professional. They went out of their way to be helpful, we special ordered the car we wanted, and everything worked out just the way they said it would. The prices are great, better than any we'd seen anywhere else. I will be shopping there again next time I need a car.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I have to write this one. I couldn't be more pleased with my 2011 Mustang Convertible I bought from Midway Autohaus. I seriously searched the country for a comparable car/price and no one came close. I saved thousands on the car - I didn't even haggle on the price. When a mistake was made and regular oil rather than synthetic was put in the car, the dealer called to tell me and then sent a $50 card good for a new synthetic change. I drove out there from Detroit to pick up the car. The car was as they described it. The customer service was just great. The guys at the dealer made us feel at home and were very kind and helpful. I start off with saying that the office looks like a complete mess. It wouldn't hurt to hire somebody to clean all desks from time to time. This really doesn't look professional. I didn't purchase the car because we couldn't agree on the price. Sales person had a good knowledge about the car and he knew how to talk me thru without being too pushy.
