I purchased a 2015 mustang from this dealership. Little did I know, they don't fully inspect the car before selling it. The taillight was broken, nuts and screws were missing, the trunk liner was cracked, the rear tire had a nail in it and some parts of the interior trim were broken. The best part is that when one of my tires blew out, the wrench to operate the tire replacement kit was missing! On the inspection sheet, they checked off that they inspected the tire replacement kit but the wrench to operate the jack was missing so they couldn't have possibly even looked at it. So if they didn't even look at the spare tire kit they probably didn't even inspect the major components of the car.I tried to go back to the dealership the day after I purchased the car about the cracked tail light but the dealership manager said that he can't do anything about it because the car was already delivered.IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY A PRE-OWNED CAR FROM METRO FORD HIRE YOUR OWN INSPECTOR. I made the mistake of trusting them and got screwed over. I probably won't ever purchase a car from here again.

Be aware the body is not Certified by Ford. The manager is arrogant and the assistant Sonia is just as bad think she knows everything. They totally messed up my 2003 ford expedition. The technicians are not certificated and its all a scam. BEWARE of this shop.

I had a really annoying problem at first. Had to keep going back for my registration and it was very frustrating. I wrote a bad review since my problem wasn't getting fixed. Paul Collins contacted me and personally brought my new registration to my job which was AMAZING! And unexpected. I really appreciate his help and wish i could have met with him before writing my review. Quick advice for the costumers at My Metro Ford 1 Ask for Sergio ( Unfortunately he wasn't my dealer but he always tried to help and explain anything i did not understand). 2 If there is any trouble before you write a bad review contact Paul Collins and i am sure he will help you and change your mind very quickly.

Worst experience ever. Disorganized ! Bought a nice car ! They tell me to come on Wednesday to make a copy of my key. So I go. When I go they tell me it's only at 1pm. I had to go back next Wednesday at 1pm . When I get there the guy that makes the copies of the keys asks me for a paper that my dealer forgot to give me! And with my luck my dealer wasn't there and had to wait 45 minutes for him to get there. I ask my dealer when will my official license plate arrive and he tells me in two weeks. So I text him two weeks later. Still not ready! A week later ? Still not ready! A week later? Still not ready! I look at my paper plate and guess what? EXPIRED! Driving around with an expired paper plate. I had to go back to get a BRAND NEW paper plate . Call my insurance give them my new temporary paper plate . And well when ever they decide to finally get me a real license plate I will be finally able to to stop going to the dealership ! PS still driving around with the temporary paper plate !

I usually receive pretty good service when servicing my Ford truck at Metro Ford located at 9000 NW 7th Ave in Miami 33150 but not when Im unlucky enough to get Service attendant Derrick Lankford. Ever time I get this guy its always something. Erroneous information, call backs are non-existent. and the attitude on the phone is the worst. I called to see if a part came in and upon answering the phone he thinks hes talking with one of his buddies and rambos on until I get a word in and let him know that I'm a customer. No apologies, just a "what do you need". I give him my name and remind him that I'm calling again for my part and I get the response "I've been busy, yeah the part is in" I go in and get the same response in person... It took literally 15 minutes to put the part in. Other than the lack of Mr. Lankford's customer service, Metro Ford is a pretty nice dealership.

I'm livid; not only am the recipient of a lemon; ( vehicle has over 200 problems) I'm unable reliable service from service reference repairs. Same repair for the same problem over and over.. Some times it takes days for a rental vehicle . Months before my vehicle is ready. This is unacceptable . Direlection of duty., and no regard for the customers inconvenience. They could care less.. I'm so disgruntle, and frustrated. I feel betrayed . My car has been in the shop an average of every three weeks since purchase. The food 500 is a piece of manure. And the services of Metro ford is unacceptable for seniors needing their service and help. I plan to go further with this complaint. They suck,,!!!!!!!!!! Disgruntled , highly irritated customer

I went to Metro Ford to see an advertised used car. I told the salesman, who in my presence, told the sales manager that I would only negotiate a bottom line price, which includes all fees and add ons. After negotiation, we came to an agreed price. When presented with the sales contract 2 fees totaling $1200.00 had been added to the agreed price. The most outrageous fee add on was $599.99 for nitrogen fill for the tires. The typical cost for hydrogen fill, I learned, which is of questionable benefit, is $3-4.00 per tire what totals $583.99 less than their claimed fee, and which, was reprinted on the contract. Clearly the $599.99 fee was a bogus add on. The other fee of $599.99 was a "predelivery fee". Aside from being totally bogus fees, they were in $1200.00 in unnecessary fees in the excess of the agreed upon price, and which I had informed them I would not negotiate. They refused to honor the agreed upon price and remove the bogus fees. I walked out and did not purchase the subject car,

When I first came to look for a car it was never my intention to walk out with a car. I mean Yassar is an ideal model of what authentic & real customer service is. This is the second revision of my car. From the first and this now, I was served by Mr. Rodriguez who is attentive and polite professional.this revision was supposed that the car lights were checked, which did not occur, because when I got the car, I noticed that a flashlight that before was not working, was the same.I spoke to Mr. Rodriguez who promptly took the car for rechecking.Now I'm waiting for Mr. Rodriguez notify me when the part that needs to be replaced arrive.

Having moved to the US I started looking for my first car. Unfortunately I was limited by a number of factors which were small down payment I could afford, absence of POI as I just arrived to the country and 0 credit score. I went from one dealership to another and got refused each time due to the reasons mentioned above. 2015 F-150 Crew Cab Lariat. Service staff was very polite and helpful. They seemed genuinely interested in helping. The execution, as with most operations at this location, were seriously lacking. I was told to bring in the truck at a certain time and a rental car loaner would be ready. The loaner was not ready. I had to wait about an extra hour to then be driven to another location for the car. Upon returning, the truck was to be ready by 2:00. It was not. The repair has not seemed to help.

I purchased a 2015 Ford C-Max Energi. The sales team were very professional. Specifically, Jose Milian was extremely helpful in finding the car and features I wanted. Together with Jose and another sales person, I test drove several different cars. When it came to negotiating my deal, Jose stepped up to the plate and found the best deal for me. At one point, I had him comparing the best deals on purchasing a new C-Max, leasing the Energi plug-in model, and even seeing what kind of deal I could get on a demo car. He researched all the incentives, rebates, and leasing specials to find out which worked best for me. I was very impressed! He even managed to get the hitch that holds my bicycle rack transferred to my new car as part of the deal! Everyone at the dealership, including the service department, were very nice. The service manager kept me constantly informed about what was going on with the processing of my new car (and the hitch transfer). When the hitch transfer was delayed due to service back-up, I was offered a ride home so that I could wait in comfort in my house until my new car was ready! After I got my new car, the salesman Jose went over everything about the car with me. Actually, that is impossible with all the new technology in the C-Max Energi. Jose called me the day after the sale to see if I had any questions, and insisted I stop in and see him so that he could show me a few things about the Synch MyFord Touch and Navigation system. All in all, my buying experience at Metro Ford was really outstanding!

David was may service writer. As always, he was courteous and responded immediately with what was wrong with my vehicle, I was given a loaner and my car was repaired after one day. Metro Ford tracks my maintenance precisely and I needed brakes that were changed. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable and my car is perfect after the repairs and maintenance. Metro Ford has excellent customer service and is a top notch dealership.

Everybody was great and did their best. My tire was fixed and the engine was checked out. However, the main issue I brought the car in for continues to this day. My car started making a rubbing noise and started driving as if something were holding it back. They returned it to me saying they couldn't find anything but that everything checked out. So, I left there and drove across the state and back confident the car was okay though always aware that something wasn't right. I wonder if anyone ever took the car out drove it

Fusion 2014. I do not like the steering wheel, It is not that great the middle part gadget is kind of annoying, you really need to know the vehicle or have to concentrate really well for not getting your fingers trap on it while emergency steering..

I had already been waiting since November of 2014 for this appointment, As the parts were on back order. Car runs awesome, better than before! cant complain about that. My 2013 Escape was getting its 25k mile service. I had bought an extended service plan when I purchased the car and this was suppose to be my last "free" (included) service. But when I showed up I was told I had used up all of my warranty coveted repairs, even though my 3 year/30,000 miles had not yet been reached? I was disappointed to be told that I would be charged for the oil change. When I last had service (in November 2014 at Metro Ford) I should have been told that that was my last included service! I also would like to suggest that the service technicians not complain in front of customers. When waiting to check in my car, I witnessed two service techs talking to service advisors complaining about other service techs and parts department. It made me feel like my car may not be getting the best service and care. However, my car was serviced correctly, my advisor gave me a discounted price when I found a coupon on the Metro Ford website, and he said new wiper blades were included in my extended service plan. While I waited the 2 hours for service I was able to use the free internet which made time pass quickly. And gave me time to find the service coupon on the Metro Ford website.

The people are quite helpful and accomodating. THe receptionist doesn't give up despite it being very busy. I had a Recall and service won't give up getting it right, even though this is the 13th time they had to rework the electronics. They keep good records. But this time its a repeat of a down battery, a repeat of previous recall condition. We got through in an emergency down time with storage overnight and I got to work though a little late, due to the overworked pick-up driver.Ford has to do better on training to new products, so everybody knows the risks. For the first time I felt like i'd have to trade the product and keep the service; becuse they're great to make a sad song better.

I used your online reservation system and arrived a bit early. The staff put the car right in for service and said an oil change would take about 2 hours. I explained I was waiting and asked if they could try for an hour. They beat that by a few minutes and that was great! I was using one of your oil change coupons and the computer system did not recognize the wonderful discount that brought me to Metro and that issue was handled by staff to my total satisfaction. It took a little while but I was on my way in about an hour and a half. With a smile!!?

I have never been to your dealership before. I came in because of a postcard for a recall regarding rotted out gas tank supports on my 2004 Ford F-150. I googled "ford dealer" and you came up as the closest to my home in Miami Beach.I used google to call your store and was connected to Armand. Derek warmly greeted me. He remembered me from a previous service visit. He was very solicitous, was able to get a rental even though I came in the day before my scheduled appointment. He was very good about calling me to update on the service that was required and what the cost would be. Also love that my car is returned to me washed!

I leased a Ford Escape 2015, the salesman was awesome, awesome, very willing and patience about my questions and explaining all about the car and the papers i need. He helped me a lot and i recommend this place for that.The place is clean and neat, with stuff to drink and wait and wifi.Although the salesman was great beware about the financial guys, i can't say the same. The lowest lowest grade, they help me with all the paperwork as they should in order to make the deal of course but always on a harry and wanting me to sing everything without questions, not clear at all about the final numbers on the car, discounts that i have right to and payments. I really don't know what was the cost of the car so far because they couldn't explain clearly the numbers.An exhausting 9hrs day but i have the car, so go because you will be treated great but give sometime to the last part of payment and a good eye because they are not very clear.

Dealing with Lynne made it so much easier, my brother said it right from day one that he met Lynne, that she was a pleasure to work with, and when he pointed out a few thing on the vehicle, it was immediately addressed it with management, although management attempted to renege on the promise to repair minor deficiencies it all turned out well in the end . Lets give credit where its due. The repair performed on my vehicle was good, they fixed my problem even though it wasn't as fast as i was told it would take. The price was also good when i bought the vehicle.Now other than that, the minute you walk out the dealer i have received the worst customer service experience of my life. People who answer the phone with an attitude, that's if they answer after calling 2 weeks straight. every simple process seems to take longer than anywhere else. the people assigned to do certain things nobody else can do is "Never Around" or always out on an emergency... the list goes on. they might have a good mechanic. but they're staff is quite horrible with a few exceptions.In conclusion, i will never buy from here again or refer anyone. im not the type to write reviews but i was so mad at their service that the least i could do was share it with other people. (I'm pretty sure most of the positive reviews are people that work at the dealer, so im guessing they're also good at keeping a good image at all cost)

I took my truck for a break switch the guy tried to tell me that my tires was unsafe to drive. My wiper blades was no good and i just put them onlikes 3 weeks ago i had my oil cchanged also and he told me that my rear brakes was no good and my power steering fluids was low. He made it sound like i was driving a piece of junk. I really felt like he was trying to get me to just junk my SUV . As a customer we should not be made to feel this way.

My car was ready when it was supposed to be, and although Leonard was not available to assist me when I came to get my car, another service advisor stepped up and brought my car to me quickly, giving me some good advice. I went in to have the driver's side door handle fixed on my vehicle as it would no longer open from the inside. The rep assured me that this was a common issue and they would be able to fix this quickly. They did just that and thankfully I had some credit with the dealership which lessened the cost for the repair. All in all the experience was good.

Which was very convenient and she was super helpful. We came in about 30 minutes before closing but did not feel rushed or hurried. This is the WORST DEALER EVER!!! Super slow and they have no idea what is going on. The guy that sold me my truck "Lino Castro" was rude and EVEN GOT LOUD. He's totally unprofessional if I was his manager I would have sent him home for making a customer so upset. Moving forward its been 5 months and my F150 truck wont start. I got it towed to metro ford and its been 2 days and they still have not looked at it. I asked to speak to a manager and of course they say the manager is not available. After going back and forth with the service guy he then tells me I have to buy a battery. Why do I need to buy a battery if they never looked at the truck. People told me about this place.. I should of listened. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This is my 5th Ford vehicle purchase. In comparison to previous purchases I have made from other dealerships, I was very pleased with the treatment I received from all the staff members. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase and they were patient with me to make sure I was happy and that I would buy the exact vehicle I wanted. In the end, the vehicle was located at another dealership far away and they took care of delivering that vehicle instead of trying to sell me one that they had on the lot. I am very pleased with the vehicle because it was exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. The sales staff and everyone I interacted with, was friendly and helped make my purchase a good experience.

Sin we arrived at Metro Ford, Mr. Miguel Angel Carrillo welcome so friendly that it felt like family getting to see each other. He worked with us without any reservation, first seeing 2013 used cars and test driving it. No being very convinced to purchase the used car due to the mileage on them, he then took us around the entire lot of brand new cars until we were satisfied with the 2014 Escape that we got. The hardest part was to decide on which color, he was very patient, then test drive and get started with the paper work for which Mr. Zaal was at hand and between both of them everything went extremely smooth. I had researched vehicles for several months and narrowed it down to the Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium with no sunroof (I need the headroom). Metro Ford had the model and trim I wanted. Test drove it with Jose Diaz, sales representative. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and did not pressure me at all. I drove it the first time early on in my research, and then after looking at several other hybrid sedans, none matched the comfort and value of the Fusion. I called Jose about 3 weeks later and the car I drove was still on the lot. Made an appointment, drove it with Jose again, and bought it that evening for a fair price (including for my trade-in) with no hassle and no back-and-forth. Jose was great and has contacted me several times to make sure everything is A-OK. He even programmed my phone for Bluetooth before I left with the car. I was so impressed with the dealership that I plan to use them for regular service. I recommend Metro Ford - their web site has a wealth of information including detailed pricing and the window sticker for the vehicles. Great buying experience, and the car is awesome. I am averaging about 41 mpg so far after 1,000 miles and am still learning to get to peak efficiency.

I entered my 2012 Explorer the other day and to my dismay when I turned the key there was absolutely nothing. The electrical just shut down completely. It was as though "someone turned off the switch". I immediately called Metro service dept. They gave me the number of Ford Roadside. At first I thought I was In for a long tedious experience. To my delight a very polite and courteous young lady took my information and a tow truck was outside my door in approx. 15 minutes. The service rep from Metro called me to tell me that he was advised that my car was on the way to him and he would keep me updated. A few hrs. later I was informed that my car was repaired, serviced, and ready to go. VERY FAVORABLE EXPERIENCE

Great experience all around. Even though we were coming in with a pre-arranged deal through a buying service (which limits the sales commission), the entire sales staff treated us the same as any other customer. The vehicle was actually a little better / more options than the original negotiation but they honored the deal with no hassle. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

I received a call from Jose Hernandez, internet sales, he promised me that Jesus Alvarez, pre-owned sales manager, accepted my cash offer on a 2013 Mustang. I showed up, cash in hand to buy the vehicle to find out that they were not there, Jesus or Jose. Paul Collins, New vehicle sales, didn't know anything about the promised "deal". Very unprofessional. Worst dealer experience I have ever experienced. If you are a serious buyer, don't ever take them seriously.

Bought my car from the used lot with the extended warranty. Sales man was ok, nothing spectacular. But he was fast, which is nice. I honestly think I could've gotten a little better deal on the car. But whatever, that's not the point of my review. So key note here is they offered me the extended warranty, which in this case profits them. With that being said, they shouldn't have a problem when I bring my car in for service. So this case. The a/c went out along with my window regulators on two doors of my car. I may not be a master mechanic, but this fix takes 2 days, 3 days max. Even with a shop with 1-3 lifts. So I brought my car here, to their disgust they HAD to work on my car. Don't see what's the problem, I mean they did offer me the extended warranty and I accepted the offer. So they happen to all be nasty. Service manager kept saying "bare with us" Ok, cool. I'm a reasonable guy, no big deal. Then I called about a week later since they never called us for any updates whatsoever. For a dealership that been open for 28 years, an A/c job with window regulators should not be an issue. Or is it just me being unfair? Back to where I was, I called. I got a promise that my car will be done in the following day. Long story short, I got my car a week after that. Truth of it all, my car was fixed properly(shockingly). After two weeks.\r\n\r\nI wouldn't send anyone here.

My wife and I recently purchased a new 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. We were able to locate the Fusion model we were looking for on Cars.com and Cathy was able to confirm the vehicle was in inventory. We made an appointment to look at and test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival we were advised that Bill would be the sales representative handling the sales transaction. We were also trading in a 2011 Ford Edge Limited. Once we agreed upon the value of the trade, the purchase of the Fusion was straight forward and seamless. Within 2.5 hours of arriving at Metro Ford, my wife drove off the lot in her new Fusion. Brought in my 2012 for transmission noise, oil change, and recall issues. Because of previous experiences with my other cars manufacturer warranties: i.e. excuse for why this and that is not covered, I was expecting a fight and a large bill. But I received a small bill only for the oil change and a loaner car until my transmission part arrives and repairs are complete. What a great surprise and relief that Ford stands behind their products and METRO FORD of Miami delivers great service! Thanks

My husband and I decided to visit Metro Ford for the Sign and Drive event in March. Let me tell you, what a great choice we made. I just had a baby and we were in great need of a family car to fit the stroller and pack and play when going to trips to grandma's house in Orlando. Initially, we came in and just looked at the most family friendly cars, the Explorer, Edge and Escape. Jose Milian, an extremely patient sales welcomed us to the lot and thoroughly showed us his stock as well as the features of each vehicle. Both my husband and I test drove each of these vehicles but we were not happy with the basic features and walked away. We went to look at other vehicles, comparables like the Chevy Equinox, Traverse and the GMC Acadia. Upon a drive back from Orlando in a small VW Jetta filled with baby items, we remembered Jose, who had kept in touch with my husband that week, and found out he could give us the best deal on a Ford Edge. Jose showed us the Edge again and we drove away with a beautiful Kodiak Brown Ford Edge. Roland from New York sealed the deal, he was extremely helpful and got us the monthly payment we wanted. Overall, our experience at Metro Ford was fantastic. The facilities are extremely clean, they have complementary cookies which is nice when you're hungry and starving after work trying to make a deal. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. If you're looking to buy a car, ask for Jose or Roland from New York! Good luck out there!

In fact I happen to be a loan officer for a city credit union. I send my customers to purchase there automobiles through Metro Ford. My customers receive the best care not to add the best deals. Members of the credit union always come back to us with a smile on their face!! Buying a car can't get any better at Metro Ford. Metro Ford offers a large variety of new and pre-owned vehicles. The inventory itself is kept in prestine condition. Overall, I had a great experience with Metro Ford, the vehicle I purchased had a part that was broken and they immediately explained that they would cover the expenses associated with the repair. The atmosphere is very laid back and the dealers are there to ultimately please you. I am now 22 years old and I never dreamed of buying my dream car at such a young age but Metro Ford made it happen.

I would like to say thank you to Metro Ford, but specifically thanks and ats offto salesman Sheldon Holland. Sheldon is a definite asset to Metro Ford. He was very professional and consistent from day one of my ar buyingexperience; despite my being "one tough customer". His consistency drove me right back to Metro Ford after each & every time I visited other Ford dealerships. He insisted I would not find a better deal at any other Ford dealership in South Florida; he was absolutely right! Sheldon's personality, professionalism and interpersonal skills as a salesperson is highly recommended if you are looking to purchase a Ford vehicle.

My wife needed a newer car for her work. We decided on a Honda Accord so I started the online search for the model, features and mileage we wanted. I found several within about 1,500 miles that met our needs and that is an easy 1 day flight from home. I checked a few on a sales trip I made to Atlanta at used car dealers and was disappointed at what I found. I decided that I needed to go through a dealer rather than used car lots. I found Metro Ford had the 2011 Accord we wanted and after working out a deal on line with Steve March, I flew down, inspected the car, completed the paperwork and drove back to the Nashville area the next day. Metro, and especially Steve, was polite, helpful, accurate and represented the car very well. I am pleased to be giving them 5 stars.

My experience with Metro Ford was very positive in great part due to the great listening skills, friendly and helpful demeanor of my sales agent Lenox and his willingness to present options that accommodated my interests. I shopped around a bit for my new car and I gained an appreciation for how independent dealers like Metro Ford can be more flexible and responsive to customers. It was also great working with Ted in Finance. Customer service at Metro Ford is excellent.

Went to check out the 2013 Mustangs. Marcell took care of us. He was a professional, no stress kind of salesman. We never said we were buying a car, but he showed us everything we were interested in anyways, without pressure. Once we decided to buy, Nick Varella, the manager, helped us fine tune a good deal and we ended up buying the car. The dealership has been remodeled to a great looking modern structure with an immense inventory of great looking cars and trucks. I am very impressed with the dealership and their crew, and recommend everyone to stop by and check them out before any purchase.

To get a great deal on a new Ford Edge lease, I always turn to Roland Bolis at Metro Ford. He always works something out and gets to the price that I want. He also makes it very easy to roll over from one lease into another. I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately, I felt that the management at Metro was less than sincere and had broken a pricing promise during negotiations. Having said that, I found the new slaes rep to be excellent. Marcell Osvath was conscientious, responsive and intent on making sure that we got the car we wanted. He's young but talented and has a great deal of potential. He has a promising future in sales

The salesmanager wanted a physical confrontation with me after I politley walked out because he could not deliver the interest rate originally promised. This is a very unprofessional dealership that takes advantage of customers.This is terrible service and I would never purchase an american made vehicle because of this dealership. Escalated to several Ford CEOs via mail becasue of this issue. The dealership or Ford would not reply. If you are assualted at this delaership make sure to have witnesses and file a police report.
