I bought a 2006 Cadillac from Leikin Motors. Larry was cordial and straight forward when showing me the car. They worked hard to find the lowest percentage rate for my loan. My wife and I were more than satisfied with the Leikin's sales staff friendliness & professionalism. When I'm in the market for my next vehicle they will be at the top of my list.

I purchased a used 2005 Honda Pilot from here a couple days ago. Phenomonal experience. Ive purchased several vehicle over the past 15 years. This one is at the top for all aspects of the buying process. Jordan made sure it was as smooth as possible and made my wife and I feel at home while there. Accomidated several test drives and worked with my financing to ensure I had the best deal when leaving there. Checked up on me after my purchase and ensured if i needed anything o give him a call. Outstanding customer service!!

I finally wanted to upgrade from my 2002 S60 (214,000 miles!) and contacted Volvo of Willoughby. The sales rep (Dave W.) was a pleasure to work with and made what could have been a stressful time very positive. In fact, everyone was great to work with during the process. Overall, I was extremely happy with the deal and how I was treated. I'm confident that my experience will continue during the scheduled maintenance periods. Thanks guys!

I recently purchased a used truck from Leikins. The experience was exceptional. Right away I was treated like I was buying a new car. The salesman was honest and like dealing with an old friend. I was surprised when the deal was complete they sent a driver over an hour away to pick me up to take delivery. Thank you .

I recently bought my second vehicle from Mercedes of Willoughby and as expected had an outstanding experience. The sales team (Mike and Andy) do everything they can to ensure a "Best in Class" service! Customer services is also top of the line and they do everything possible to make sure your not inconvenienced while your vehicle is being serviced. If that means the provide you with a loaner car while yours is being serviced, they make it happen.

Andy Rupert at Leikin Motors is one of the best salemen I have ever worked with. He took his time with me, answered all of my questions and is easy to work with. I'm very busy and can be hard to reach but he was pateint and gracious the whole process through. He also knows how to put an attractive deal together. I appreciate his straightforward, no games, mode of conduct- another rare find in today's world. I highly reccomend working with Andy!

I just bought a GL450. My sales person made it the most pleasent experience I've ever had buying a car. The place was clean and the people were very professional. I had a chance to meet the owner and both he and Craig wet out of their way to make sure I left a happy customer. From the sales guys, to the finance guys, the the service guys, the folks at Leikin are wonderful. I just purchased my first Mercedes from them (that I found on cars.com), and it was absolutely everything you'd expect a Mercedes buying experience to be. They were helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and fun! If you want a great experience while you buy your dream car, it's worth driving to see these guys.

I had the best experience ever purchasing my new vehicle at Leikin motor companies in Willoughby, Ohio. I actually felt like I was treated fairly with my trade in and felt very comfortable negotiating a fair deal with their sales team. The salesman I worked with was Josh and he was wonderful. I felt very comfortable from the moment he introduced himself. I actually use to hate purchasing new cars because of all the pressure from the salesman etc. However, I have to say this experience was outstanding!

I don't know why I am wasting my time writing this review. Maybe I'll save one other person from the horrific treatment we received. My Husband had spoke to Paul before we went out and explained our financial situation.We had an appointment but we were late because of a traffic accident. The salesperson who took us on a test drive was very nice but had to leave because of an appointment. The sales person he turned us over to was very put out by having us"dumped on him". I explained to him I was on disability..he said let me guess..you were in an automobile accident..really? Sorry no Stage 4 Breast Cancer. Anyway We were treated very rudely and denied credit. We were told no one would fiance us. I wanted that car so badly, anyway we found one and we got financing with no problem. So if you go there be sure you have cash, and 850 credit score and be there at 8 am so you do not inconvenience anyone. Every time I see their commercial it reminds me this dealership isn't for everyone,especially the dregs of society like me.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience when purchasing my S80 AWD in April, 2011. Mr. Holovati was always friendly, accommodating, and attentive to detail. The Sales Manager demonstrated a genuine interest in offering the most attractive vehicle price and trade-in offer possible. They are not pushy and make the buyer feel comfortable. Plus it is convenient for me as they are located about 10 minutes away from my employer

This is my seventh car in 40 years and my first Volvo. Seven must be the charm. This was by far my best experience. Josh Holovatti took care of every question and concern, worked everything out for me seamlessly, spent an hour showing me all the details of the new car when it arrived. What a nice guy! What a nice experience! Oh, by the way, I love the car--XC-60.

I live in Edmonton, Alberta Canada and dealt with Paul Friedman and Michael Leikin at Leikin Motors only by telephone and e-mail.It is always difficult to buy a car that you have never seen or driven. They were excellent to deal with; always responded quickly and appeared to be fair and accurate in their information. I did buy the car and sent them about $60,000 - a lot of money simply on trust. Michael said to me in a phone call that he fully believed the car is exactly as he described it and that I will be pleased.They arranged for transport to Spokane MB; where I picked up the car. When I picked up the car it was more than I expected. Michael even had the extra rims refinished (at their cost) as he believed they were not as preseted to him. An excellent gesture. I am extremely pleased with my purchase; they honoured all our agreements and I would not hesitate to purchase my next car from them.
