Professional, courteous, helpful service from beginning to end. Once I pulled into the service bay, I was greeted and assisted immediately. Although the service department was extremely busy, my adviser, Ken Black, helped me right away. He is diligent and helpful. I always trust him. He explained the required services and kept me aware of the progress. Ken called me and told me that my car was ready. When I picked up the car, it was sparkling clean.

- Bill P. at Prime Motor Group MB in Westwood is amazing. Our lease was coming to an end, and Bill was our Sales Person, his level of patience, negotiating the deal, answering all of our questions is beyond the scope of professionalism. - Christine C, sales manager, is wonderful. She’s the most amazing sales manager we’ve ever have to deal with. She took her time to converse with us, and treat us like friends. I recommend going to MB in Westwood if you're in the market for a luxury vehicle. They welcome you at the door, treat you like one of their own. Our only regret is we didn't get the chance to close the deal at the MB in Westwood. We are Mercedes-Benz drivers, so we are looking forward to getting our 3rd Benz at MB in Westwood in 36 months or less.

My experience this time around was way above my expectations. The service advisor was top notch right from the get go! I knew I was in safe hands. Mr. Grant Gonzalez is on top of his game. He's professional and very knowledgeable about his job. The car feels great again, and my concerns were met. Thanks to the tech who took care of the car. My apologies to management for delaying the loaner, but even then, I was made to feel at home. Thank you guys as usual. I will see you soon!

I have both bought and leased several cars from the dealership. Mr. Thomas Parker helped me the first time around, but has since been promoted. But that didn't stop him from assisting me in the newest purchase. Most recently, I bought another C Class and Mr. Parker introduced me to another sales person, Steve Avelino, who was so easy to deal with. He was professional and personable, two traits I admire. All went very smoothly. Josh in Finance performed his tasks in a timely manner. I felt that my business was appreciated.

I had been looking for a used MB GL450 & found mine here. This was our first experience with this MB dealership. We've worked with a couple of others in the area and will definitely go back. I came in for service to Mercedes of Westwood. I asked that my car not be washed, to avoid damage to my aftermarket aluminium alloy with chrome lip rims. I was told by the manager of the rim store where I bought my $2,200 wheel and tire package by mouth and in writing to not wash these wheels in a drive through car wash, to avoid damage to the wheels finish caused by cleaning agents and brushes or cloth found in these type of car washes. This information was reiterated to my service advisor and I asked for my Mercedes to not be washed. My wish was not granted and in turn my brand new rims are now permanently damaged. I spoke to the service manager and we came to an agreement that my wheels would be repaired and scratches to my hood, roof, and decklid would be buffed. I had some minimal almost invisible dents, on three of my rims, which were replaced upon returning for repairs, promised by management. When I returned to the dealership my vehicle was again put through their car wash after being promised my car would be washed by hand. A total of seven luxury wheels were ruined by this dealership and except for the promise of removing scratches with a buffer, nothing was done about my wheels even after talking with the general manager. I highly recommend Mercedes owners stay away from this dealership. They intentionally ran my car through their car wash to match the original damage that was done. They are supposed to be professionals not scam artists. My approval of almost $2000.00 for what was basically a tuneup didn't earn me enough respect as a customer, nor did they respect my property. I feel discriminated and am very hurt and bothered by what these people did. I am a 70 year old woman and worked for many years to buy this vehicle. And so have my children who gave me these wheels as a retirement gift. I apoligize for having it come to this, but nobody deserves to have done to them what Mercedes of Westwood did to me.

Sam Peterkin at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood is an excellent sales consultant and I would highly recommend working with him. Informative but not pushy, Sam was very attentive and I never felt that he was trying to over sell me on a feature, color or model. It was clear that the entire team was dedicated to maintaining the loyalty of a return customer (I was trading in my 2012 C300) and committed to going the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase (features and price point!). Sam and Shawn worked with me to find options that fit my preferences and requirements (the list was long) and found me the perfect car in my budget.Im truly grateful to this team who stayed after-hours to close the deal on my 2016 GLA 250 so I could pick up the car the very next day. Jason was extremely well-organized in processing the financial/business matters with whip-fast efficiency. I recently purchased a brand new 2016 MB GLC300 from Mercedes Benz of Westwood. First time buying a new car and first time owning a Mercedes. It was one of the BEST car buying I have ever experienced. Everyone weve met was very nice and friendly. Thomas Parker was our Sales Associate, who is very professional, knowledgeable, and always cheerful. Did his best to find the colors and options we wanted. Showed us some awesome and useful features on the car that we would otherwise overlooked. Answered any questions/concerns we had and prompt with calls and emails. Also called to follow up after delivery to make sure we were happy. Shawn Ramos was the General Sales Manager, worked to get us the price we wanted. Trisha Winski did our financing. It was very quick and no hassle. She explained everything very well and was not pushy to sell us anything we didnt need. Will definitely recommend Thomas Parker to all my friends and family who will be looking into buying a Mercedes Benz.

I had to write about my experience at Mercedes of Westwood,. EVERYBODY was so kind, courteous, and above and beyond friendly. My salesman: Tom Parker, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and dedicated. I was never rushed into making a decision. Not even when a new customer walked into the dealership.I absolutely LOVE my new to me 2014 GLK but the service is what sealed the deal. from my Salesman to the Business Manager all the way to the General Manager.The service after the sale is what blew my mind. I received calls asking if I had any questions or concerns and if there was anything that they could do to make me happy/happier. Truth is, I am and was very happy with the entire experience.If and when my friends or family are looking for a new car I will refer them to Mercedes of Westwood and I would highly recommend Tom Parker. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Thomas Parker. Thomas was great to deal with. I am very happy with my car. He was generous to throw in free weather mats for the car because he had them at home from one of his other vehicles. Thomas was sick during the time I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, but still made sure to handle my title, registration, etc and came in to deliver the car to me. He has been responsive to me if I have had any questions about the car after purchasing.

Have attempted to buy a Mercedes here 2X now, and I won't waste time again. I presently own my fifth Mercedes, so clearly I am in the market and love the brand. Thomas Parker from sales attempted to help us, told us we were "too big" for the GLA, and after some discussion we put money down on an ML. We later found out the ML had a title issue and we would have had to use a loaner until that was sorted out. I got a better deal down the road, a one year younger ML with AMG sport features with less mileage and the same price. This is where it got sticky: I couldn't easily get my $1,500 deposit back, although was charged they had to cut me a check. On the third day of waiting I was yelled at by a manager saying "You broke the deal! I told you I would call when it was ready." I requested a call from the GM Dennis, but that never happened. I ended up being sent to Honda dealership three towns away for the check. The experience was disturbing and hostile. Clearly the respect level isn't there for customers, whether actual or potential. Service here is good, I will continue to get my vehicles serviced here that I buy elsewhere.

BUYER BE AWAREAbsolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" Mercedes from Mercedes-Benz of Westwood and later found out the automobile was involved in a car accident and sustained frame damage. Furthermore, the car was fixed in their collision center and re-conditioned for resale at their facility in Westwood. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase and was later found out when a CarFax was run on the car when I was trying to trade-in at another dealership. I spent alot of time at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood to reconcile this matter and they have been less than accommodating. Most of my conversations took place with the general manager (GM) and the sales manager. I am now in litigation with Mercedes-Benz of Westwood for consumer fraud to right this wrong as they sold me a vehicle that was supposed to be "Certified Pre-Owned" (NO FRAME DAMAGE is well documented in the CPO definition).Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase a vehicle from them as they are not operating on a trustworthy level including operating within the limits of the consumer protection laws of MA.The only reason they get a one star rating is because YELP wont let me post my review unless it is rated.-Concerned Consumer

I was a longtime Herb Chambers customer--not any longer. Mercedes Benz of Westwood has really proven to me that it is the best to do business with when purchasing vehicles in the area. When you go there, do yourself a big favor.....wait/actually INSIST to see salesman Joe Rodriguez, because I have never encountered another salesman that goes above and beyond like him. What a pro. I believe this so much, that I recently purchased (2) 2016 Mercedes GLE 350's from Joe/MB Westwood. I am an extremely discerning customer and treat people the way I wish to be treated/professionally. Joe was there at every turn and really steered everything the right way behind the scenes for us. The dealership could not have been nicer and Sean the sales manager is awesome! BTW - I never right reviews.....but I feel compelled to do so in this case! MB Westwood/Joe Rodriguez....the best!

I am the type of person who will be very loyal to the dealer if they are good to me. I am the type of person who can purchase multiple cars at a time after knowing the fact that the dealer does truly in fact care for me. Sadly, this dealer hasn't done that. The salesman I dealt with was rude. He kept on making up reasons for why he couldn't do something. And when I was interested in purchasing my vehicle, he did not seem interested. I would not come to this dealer again and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Now I am thinking of purchasing a brand new S class and boy am I avoiding this dealership.

I've bought almost 2 dozen cars from this dealership and it's former Clair Mercedes. This time I brought in a year old SL 500 with 2000 miles for a " B" checkup. When I returned to pick up the car I never saw my service rep and found the car dirty, including dirty rags on the passenger seat.I think it's time they understood there are other dealerships in the area and I'll bet THEY don't return customers cars in this condition!

I recently went to MB of Westwood shopping for a CLS63 vs an E63 AMG. The SA Quan Dao in his introduction boasted about their transparency. I drove both vehicles, the SA was very courteous and did take the time to show me all the features of the vehicle. However they kept delaying the disclosure of the trade-in allowance of the vehicle I brought to trade in presumably to butter me up to see if I would bite on their ripoff offer and after asking 3 times they finally disclosed what resulted in hindsight to be a intelligence-insulting lowball that made the whole deal crumble. I had gone to Prime Porsche in the past and had a similar experience where their trade in offer was way below what dealers in the same market area were willing to pay (about 15-20% less with Porsche), which leads me to conclude the issue of lowball trade in allowance is specific to Prime. They tried to justify by saying they use autotrader, which is a lot of BS, since their offer is not even competitive with the dealers near them. They offered me 10K less (or 25% less) on my trade in than a dealer about 20 miles from them offered me without haggling. Taking the time to show you the cars and trying to justify an unrealistically low trade in value made me feel they were out to rip me off, which I corroborated when I was able to get a completely different trade in allowance on a dealer in the same market area. If you are dealing with them or any other Prime dealer and have a trade in, beware, with so many other dealers in the area I would strongly suggest you shop around because after two experiences with Prime where they were so far off on the trade ins I have to conclude this was not an isolated incident and part of their business practices. I have bought 4 Mercedes, 5 BMW's, and three Porsches in the last 10 years, all new, and they will not be seeing me again because of their penny wise/dollar fool approach. I ended up buying two vehicles, an E63 AMG and a CLA beater after being offered a competitive trade in allowance and new vehicle price lower than MB of Westwood from a nearby competitor.

I showed up without an appointment due to an ignition problem on Jan 2nd when they were completely booked. The couldn't have been more helpful and after hearing my sob story about how I live on Martha's Vineyard and how difficult it is for me to get off island, they took the time to help me out. I felt awful to trouble them, but the whole service staff made me feel completely welcome and found the time to fit me in to their busy afternoon to try and diagnose my car's problem. Ken Black was particularly helpful and I really appreciate the effort he made to help. To this very minute I have no idea what's wrong with my car, but I am blown away by their willingness to help me out. I am officially a customer for life at Mercedes of Westwood!

The salesman I used at MB of Boston, Thomas Parker, had recently switched to MB of Westwood, and I was happy to follow him there to work on a new deal. The negotiations, transaction and sale were easy and stress-free. Follow-up after purchase has been great. I will definitely use Thomas and MB of Westwood again for future car purchases.

I would have to say the process was very pleasant for me. Chris Essor the sale manager there made sure I understood my options what would work for me and what maybe not be a good idea at this time. I have leased a lovely C300 and it's an adjustment but, I feel good about the services Mr. Essor rolled out to me. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. My husband and I purchased a car with Mercedes-Benz of Westwood a couple of days ago. The sales person was friendly and easy to deal with. However, when it comes to the finance person (or the person you close the deal with), he was very pushy and wanted you to sign everything he puts in front of you. He tried to sell us a lot of service products such as restoration/ding protection, tire, extended warranty, etc. He spoke very fast and when you ask for written description of these items, he does *not* provide any and repeated his description very quickly. He kept shuffling papers in front of my husband to sign. There are many limitations and conditions on these service products (e.g., not protected if the damage is caused by an acorn). Generally, these service products are *not* provided by Mercedes and there a lot of fine prints! Some of his oral descriptions (e.g., lifetime warranty etc.) do *not* match what the service contract says! Beware! Read everything you sign, *especially the back*. Further, when it comes to the purchase contract, the clause for the liquidation damage is *unconscionable*. It essentially indicates that it would take your deposit which is the same amount as your *down payment* if you breach the contract, e.g., when you do not want go through the sale after signing the contract. I refused to sign the liquidate damage clause and the finance person got really annoyed and asked his manager to come in. When I indicated that I want to think about the whole purchase further, they backed down. In the end, I did not initial the liquidated damage clause and signed with the note indicated that we agreed that the liquidated damage clause does not apply. Be very careful with everything you sign or initial. Ask for a copy of everything in the folder they keep, including any worksheets.

I was looking for a certified pre-owned Mercedes, and visited with multiple dealerships in the area. I'm highly particular about the colors and condition of my cars, and knew it wasn't going to be easy to find the perfect car. When I first arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood, I was immediately greeted by Samir as I looked at their vast selection of pre-owned cars. His knowledge of the cars and inventory is very impressive, but most importantly, Samir listened to my concerns, and addressed them perfectly. He was incredibly patient as we test-drove several cars, and did a great job pointing out all the features and benefits of each one. After an afternoon of test-driving, I just needed a little time to consider my options. There was no pressure at anytime to "buy now", and Samir did an incredible job following-up with me as I pondered my choices. On my second visit to the dealership, later the same week, Samir found an even more impressive car for me to see, that had just arrived off-lease. Sure enough, the colors and condition were absolutely perfect. There were no games during the negotiation process, and they gave me a fair value for my trade-in. Trisha in finance was also incredible. The process was quick and painless, and she expedited the paperwork and registration very quickly. Like Samir, she is also a very experienced professional, who is kind, caring, and honest. She made what is typically a stressful and nerve-racking experience to be fast, fun, and even enjoyable!I'm rarely a person who writes reviews, but my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood has been nothing short of truly outstanding. If you're looking for a new or CPO Mercedes, I'd definitely suggest getting in touch with Samir. He's the most professional person I've ever had the experience of working with at a dealership; and most importantly, he listens to your needs, and addresses them 100%. The lease of my current Mercedes expired and I had to go through the daunting motion of replacing the vehicle. The buying process was made easy thanks to the excellent service by Vinny Pintone who was knowledgeable about the product,efficient in the sales process and offered a great value. There was no need for me to shop anywhere else. In addition the business manager and vehicle return department rounded off a great purchasing experience.

My interaction with this dealership was the worst customer service experience of my entire life. I dealt with a very rude salesperson by the name Chris Essor. His behavior towards me could only be described as indifference and nonchalant. I must confess that after notifying his superiors of my encounter, they tried a great deal to regain my trust and confidence in their dealership but the damage had already been done.

He went above and beyond helping us find the car we wanted. I can honestly say that it was a fun experience and we love the car. We found Chris to be very professional and personable. I have shopped other Mercedes Benz dealership's, however, at Westwood, I was treated without pressure, and found everyone I dealt with to be extremely nice and helpful. My salesman was extremely one of the nicest I've ever dealt with and things could not have gone any smoother even when dealing with the fiance department. I purchased a new E350 coupe back in May of 2013. I was pleased that they were able to prep the car for delivery the very same day. Additionally, I was pleased that I was able to get the dealership to quote me a very competitive price through email, which saved me from the usual "come on down" shenanigans. I think buying a car should be a succinct process, and that's exactly what happened at MB Westwood.

I purchased a 2005 MB SL 500 convertible in June of this year from MB of Westwood. The car had approximately 48,500 miles on it at time of purchase. After driving the car 4 months and about 4,000 additional miles I began to experience transmission issues to the point where I coild no longer drive the car.Because I live 30 miles from the dealership I towed it to a local MB dealership. After 3 weeks it was determined the car needed $4,800 in transmission repair work. I authorized the work and I contacted MB of Westwood to ask for some help with this expense because I only owned the car 4 months and only put 4,000 miles on it. Though I never expected them to pay for repairs I was expecting some reasonable relief from that dealership. I was and I am shocked that the answer was a very quick no. In addition I was told that I knew I had purchased a car that was not certified due to its age. Needless to say with the MB reputation I was very surprised at this response.Though my experience with the salesman was good I would defintely not recommend MB of Westwood to anyone for purchase of a new or used vehicle. When you spend the kind of money for a car like this I dont think it unreasonable to expect reasonable consideration in a situation like mine. This is just another example of being sure you do your homework and look at these reviews before purchase. MB of Westwood has not earned my respect and should get yours either. Having shopped here with a friend I returned two months later to buy my own '14 E350 4matic. The dealership didn't hound me and let me browse at my own pace. They were fair with my trade but more importantly acted like they truly wanted and valued my business every step along the way. I have plenty of Mercedes dealers closer to me so going there was a little bit of a hike, but I felt it was worth it to be taken care of so well. A shout out to Oksana who was/is a class act and was a true professional.

Their service covers almost everything, including get registration and plate. so i was just sit there, signed all my paperwork and wait for my car to arrive. I had a wonderful experience there, so I highly recommend this dealership.

I just bought a 2014 GLK last week from Mercedes Benz of Westwood. I stopped there initially on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately greeted by a salesman, Joe Z. We took a GLK out for a mini test ride (my choice I didn't want to go far) and he explained all the benefits of owning a Mercedes. I explained I was still in the decision process but was impressed with this car. I shopped other manufacturers the next day in addition to test driving a Mercedes at a different dealership. I actually decided to make an offer but the dealership was so unprofessional I walked out. The next day, Monday, I emailed Mercedes Benz of Westwood explaining I was ready to buy and had encountered an unpleasant experience at a different Mercedes dealership. I provided them with what I wanted for options. Roxie immediately contacted me and we negotiated a price. She was a total pleasure to deal with! I then went up to MB of Westwood for my trade in value and decided on a 2014 vehicle instead of the 2013 I had negotiated. Joe Z took over as we had originally met him two days earlier and I was able to negotiate a great deal with superb assistance from Steve B, the sales manager. I picked up my new GLK the next day and am loving my new car!!!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!!

My husband and I planned on purchasing a GLK350 4 matic from this dealership. We thought the price we were offered was on target. Turns out the car we were buying did not have any of the features we thought we were purchasing. We felt great amount of pressure to purchase add on's like extended warranty on car and tires. Jason Wong the business manager led us to believe that we would have a lot of problems with the Mercedes and buying the extended warranty would be the only way to avoid very costly repairs. We opted out of purchasing the car and lost confidence in the Mercedes Brand. The Sales manager Dennis Wilson was really great and tried to make up for our negative experience. Our confidence in the character of the dealership could not be restored. We went to another dealership, had a fantastic experience, and bought the car from them. Price was not the deciding factor, as both dealerships matched each other in price. The customer service at Herb Chambers in Natick was far superior than prime. High integrity of the Herb Chamber staff is what won our business.

Came to this dealership to take a look at a fully loaded CPO GLK350 that was priced to sell. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by sales rep Jim Tully. He was hospitable and engaging with honesty during the whole sales process. There was no pressure and all my options were laid out on the table. During the process management came by and introduced themselves. Everybody was friendly and nice. After agreeing on numbers we were introduced to finacer Pablo Taveras. Again one of the most pleasant dealership experiences. Pablo was quick to get the best possible financing. Also he was a great guy to deal with. He wasn't lying when he said best customer satisfaction. Since purchasing I have gotten call backs from Jim and Pablo with answers to questions after purchase. This my wife and I first Mercedes and we highly recommend westwood.

I took my 2012 ML350 in for my yearly maintenance in January of 2013. Ever since I got my car back things haven't been the same. I took my car in for Service today because of the following.1.) Car has stalled 3 times, since I got it back from service. I brushed it off and thought it was a fluke.2.) Embrace does not work all the time anymore. I have to shut off the car a few times and start it back up to get it to work. Still not a big deal, it's minor.3.) Moisture and trigs in my passenger side headlamp assemble. Now this is major, which is what put me over the top and made me decide to bring it in. Come to find out, the caps that are on the back of the headlamp assembly for the low beams are missing. ON BOTH SIDES! Call me crazy, but that is just odd. They were definitely there when I brought it in, because I have not had any issues. I just noticed them this past week, because it has been very rainy here. Because they are missing, it is not covered under factory warranty. No one wants to fess up to how the caps went missing, unless someone stole them. But who would go through the hassle go through the fender, remove a panel, then take the cap? Plus I park my car with the wheel straightened all the time, which makes it nearly impossible to get at it. Now Erwin is telling me that the passenger side fender and bumper do not line up and that it looks like it is been in an accident. He asked me, "Did your roommate or someone use your car and get into an accident and then take it to a body shop to get fixed?" Ummm...no. No one touches my car. Clearly they are pulling straws and trying to divert the cause to something else that is astronomically bizarre. There is salty taste in my mouth, just like the taste of swallowing water when swimming at the beach.

I suffer from OCD, and Westwood always gives me peace of mind. I also love both our C280 4 Matic & E350 4 Matic. Although our cars live at the same address, one is low mileage the other high mileage. Dealers love the high mileage one because you need to replace everything every week. Westwood Mercedes stood out to me because they truly don't push stuff you don't need. Both our cars are on a Service Plan tailored to the needs of how each car lives. I receive outstanding Service, and truly feel apart of a family. They always give me a complete diagnostic of how the car is, and what may be coming down the road. I get complete value, and feel great paying my bill every time.

We dealt with Tyler Black in the service department for an inspection and license plate installation on our Mercedes. Since we are new to the state, we needed this done. Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgable and quite frankly provided the best service we have ever experienced in a car dealership. I am also not someone who praises people for simply doing their job. Tyler went above and above and deserves the recognition.

From beginning to end, my wife and I were treated with the utmost respect. We had arrived late in the afternoon after visiting another MB dealer on the north shore. I explained what I was looking for and also explained the run around I just received at the other dealer, so I wasn't very pleasant. But Chris took his time, explained the various models, price points and had someone look at my 2003 e320 for trade. After some time we were purchasing a 2011 E350, an absolute beauty. I had an excellent experience with the salesman, Vincenzo P, and all the people who were involved in the process. Vincenzo took the time to teach my teenager how to drive a manual transmission successfully. This was no small feat, and he did it with professionalism, patience, encouragement. and sense of humor. We will always remember Vinny for these attributes. We actually bought a different car, an automatic, so that anyone could drive it if need be. Vinny found the right car at a sister dealership that same day and we bought it the next day! Everyone involved in the process made it so easy for us and I appreciated that so much! We had lunch "on the house" in the dealership before we had to do the paperwork, saving us from keeling over from hunger during the process. All the employees were fast, efficient and courteous. I really appreciated the level of customer service with everyone who helped us and greeted us with a smile. Overall, we had an excellent car buying experience. Debby Lee was my salesperson. I am sure all are nice, but some people have the ability to be helpful where it matters. She was so well organized, particular about every little thing, every document in its place and ready and more than anything else, available and willing to answer any and all questions at any time of the day before and after the sale. Even after the sale, she calls regularly to this date to make sure everything is going good with the car and suggesting what are useful and practical additions - like the all weather door mats for example. Guess at the end of the day, people make all the difference.I am more than happy with the dealership and will be more than willing to recommend it to anyone - definitely will not let my friends who are in the market for a Mercedes go anywhere else.

I made 3 appointments with the dealer. Went in twice for the same problem to be fixed, wasted two mornings to find out they ordered the wrong parts after all. The first time they informed me they don't have the parts in stock, despite this being the second appointment I made with them about this issue, and the second time, after having me wait for 1 hour they informed me they have bad news, as they ordered the wrong parts. Not to mention calling and not having my calls returned and trying to make a complaint with the Service Manager who's voicemail recording service wasn't working. Completely unprofessional and misleading! I wouldn't recommend the Mercedes Benz of Westwood to anyone, friend or stranger.

This is the second vehicle I leased with Mercedes Benz of Westwood and my experience continues to be outstanding! I had the opportunity to work with Ronny on my most recent lease. I was not even sure if I was going to lease again and had it not been for Ronny pursuing the sale, it would not have happened. He contacted me a few months before my lease was up. Encouraged me to come to the dealer to see what they could offer. He had a great car and between him and the General Manager, we were able to come to an acceptable price and make it happen. Ronny was great. He is very knowledgable, helpful, accommodating and "wicked" nice! MB of Westwood has lovely facility and it is just a pleasure to do business there. The General Manager, Dennis Wilson and Jason in the Finance Department were great to work with as well. Overall, if you are going to buy a Mercedes in the Boston area, Westwood is the dealer you need to use!

Ronny made me feel very comfortable with the entire process and I learned a great deal about Mercedes Benz automobiles, how they compared with the past, and with their present competition. In so many ways small and large, the accessibility, congeniality, and transparent manner in which these guys conduct themselves is truly exemplary and something that enhances the car buying experience. I found their service dept to also be very helpful and thorough down to the smallest detail. I am very happy with my sl 550 purchase and the aftercare that has been tremendous.

Overall, a very good buying experience! We were particularly pleased that Ronny was a able to bring the car that we saw online to Cape Cod for us to inspect initially. Would have preferred not having to go to Westwood to finalize the purchase, but understand some of M-B limitations in selling CPO cars at satellite Prime locations like Hyannis. Also felt that the process of paperwork preparation and execution could have been done faster since we had an established appointment. Seemed like nothing had been done in advance of our arrival to pick up the vehicle.

I looked on the Web a lot and was surprised that most of the advertised mercedes benz on the internet were already sold when I got to the dealership and they only leave them up on the web to get you into their dealership. I went to MB Westwood and it was how you should be treated getting a car. David Shoberi was really nice and found me the perfect car and didn't force me into something I didnt want. He tailored the perfect car at a great price with an amazing warranty and Jason in the finance department got me a great rate on my loan. IF YOU WANT A MERCEDES THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Dont mind some of the other salesmen who try not to help David help me find the right car. Find him and he will get it done for you like he did for me!

The customer service at MB of Westwood is truley exceptional. Our salesman Ronny Vikstrom went out of his way to help us find, finance and pick up my car. Ronny even drove to my house (a half hour away) on his own time to help me pick up my new car when I did not have a ride to the dealership. The managers, salespeople and admin staff are polite and genuine. The professional demeanor and atmosphere of MB Westwood is an industry rarity. He succeeded, I didn't even know that I was looking for a new car, and I am thrilled with the deal I got and with the new car. Jason was great in the business office, reviewing available maintenance programs and making certain not to sell me more than I needed. The atmosphere is always friendly and positive, this is the third new car I've purchased from them and well worth the trip outside the city.

When you drive into the service bay you are greeted and directed to the service desk immediately. The service desk then introduces you to your service advisor to dicuss your auto service. All of the above is done quickly and professionally.Tyler was excellant in getting corrected my vehicle's tire TPMS issue.I am completely satisfied with his service.

I bought a 2010 GL 450 from Mercedes Benz of Westwood about a month ago I bought the car and it had a scratch on it so they put touch up paint on it. Never dried the same color and when I asked them the whole time they were doing it they said yes it would dry the same color! ya it didn't my nephew could of done a better job painting it. I have brought it in to have them fix which they told me they could..NEVER happened I have been leaving messages since Aug 6th for the manager Chris Palmer never has called back so then I decided to call and ask for the GM his name is Dennis. NEVER returned a call!! This place has got to be the worst I have ever seen for customer service...I would recommend going elsewhere if you want a Mercedes.

I worked the Ronny Vikstrom and had a very good experience. He was very accommodating, answered all of my questions and was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the buying experience. He was engaged and has impressed me more after the sale than during the sale process. He has come in on his mornings off to meet me at the dealership when I picked up my car and once when I dropped it off for an inspection sticker he jumped in the car and expedited the service and got me on my way in less than 30 minutes.He took all the time I needed to introduce me to the features of the car and to personnaly program my phone into the command system. He walk me through the Navigation system and explained how to program my garage door. When I explained to him that I was having trouble with the garage door he emailed me directions.Ronny's commitment to service earned my satisfaction and I am sure he will be there in the future to ensure my satisfaction and repeat business. I am not certain I would have received this attention elsewhere. I haven't with BMW, Lexus and VW (my three previous cars). These guys were really accommodating. Actually listened to what I was looking for and what my concerns were. I had to go on business and needed to put the process on pause. They waited patiently and then picked it up right were we left off. I really appreciated that.

After a month or so of doing my "homework" on a the lease of a Mercedes C300 4MATIC, I chose Mercedes of Westwood. Most of it had to do with the attentiveness of Georgina Stavropoulos. She was very friendly and made the experience very personable. Georgina while working with Shawn, her Sales Manager, were able to get me an incredible lease deal that all my friend's are jealous of and Trish in Finance made the paperwork fast and easy also. I would absolutely recommend the whole MB of Westwood "experience" to anyone in the market for a Mercedes.

Not only was she super nice, but she worked with my price range without trying to make me spend more. Her honesty and genuine want to help me made car shopping less of a chore and more fun! I was recommended to MB of Westwood by one of their sales agents Georgina, and I explained that I wanted a simple and quick purchase because I know what I want and I do not like all the sales pitches. True to her word I received a great deal that was direct and to the point and I got everything I was looking for. They were amazing - true to their word and a quick!

After months of searching online for a car that met my needs I found one at Mercedes of Westwood. I called and made an appointment, they called back to confirm the morning of the appointment. When I arrived Jessica had the car parked up front and waiting for me. Although it was not a Mercedes she had taken the time to familiarize herself with the features and functions and was able to answer questions and comparisons to "equivalent" Mercedes models.She was not pushy at all during the sales process and simply worked to get a deal that made sense for both myself and the dealership. The trade-in/pick-up of the car was smooth and went as fast as a financial agreement can be expected to take. She has followed up a couple times since then and also arranged appointments for me for some aftermarket work that I wanted performed. I just had a FANTASTIC experience here. After reading all the great reviews about Jessica Madych I asked to work with her in finding a great slightly used C300. This lady knows her business, isn't pushy at all, listens to your concerns and interests, and delivers. I drove out of there today with an absolutely gorgeous car, stress free, and got an excellent deal. There are far too many stereotypes when it comes to car sales: most derogatory. Gladly, none are evident at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood, Massachusetts. This is a class act from the moment you walk on to the property. As well, one often feels uncomfortably primed to deal by an onset of salespeople each in competiton with the other. Not here! The low key and professioanl culture of this dealership is that they are present to assist when and if you as the customer wish to express interest. I think I could have toured their showroom indefinitely without ever having to feel the need to justify my presence.My wife and I had the great fortune of being introduced to Jessica Madych. We learned she has fifteen successful and seemingly enjoyable years in the business. This was evident from her first breathe. I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this entry that if you seek a luxury car [new or used], do yourself a favor and call her in advance and schedule an appointment. She is not only a delight but she knows her craft. Cars are my weakness. I have owned nearly 60 in twenty-nine years. Way too many of those transactions tainted my passion and often left me, quite frankly, stressed, frustrated or exhausted. Working with Jess, and those who support her was like working with friends. If seeking another car, and know I will soon, I would look forward to calling her again.

This dealership and staff was so impressive that I drove 4 hours each way (on 3 occassions) to purchase a car from them, and I will again when its time to buy again. The professionalism, follow up, committment to excellence, and accomodations made on my behalf to earn my business were unparrelled. From strong pricing on my trade, in to providing a loaner vehicle for an extended period of time, and to meeting deadlines and obstacles even during a hurricane, I must say there is nothiing this dealership could have done better in handling my purchase experience. Any business is only as good as it's people and this dealer is blessed to have Jessica Madych. She is tenacious, reliable, consistent, honest, extremely educated in the product line, and was dedicated beyond my wildest expectations. There are good sales people, top sales people, and then there are rare folks like Jessica. Jessica worked tirelessly during my purchase which whick took over a week given the out of state requirements, and she worked even harder after the sale. Jessica called me every day during my first week of Mercedes ownership to make sure I was ok and getting use to the cars features knowing I was coming from years of driving Lexus vehicles. She followed up in the morning, evening, and even on her off days to see if there was something I needed. She exceeded all expectations and guaranteed that I will see Jessica first before I ever buy another car in the future. If I didn't live so far away I would hire Jessica in a heart beat to help my business grow. I wanted to buy a 4 seater convertible but was not sure which make and model to pick. I was considering MB CLK350, BMW 330i, and Audi. I was on my way to the BMW dealer when I saw the MB dealer and decided to stop by. Nick Mazzeo introduced himself and was very frindly, curteous, polite and detailed when answering my questions. I was very impressed with his service, I did not feel pressured which is a big "turn off" for me. He was able to show me a 2007 CLK550A which I fell in love with. Before I made a decision I wanted to see the BMW, so I went to the BMW dealer. Lets just say I was not treated well or curteously. That poor experience w/ that specific dealer made it real easy for me to stick with MB. The following day Nick Mazzeo appropiately called and emailed me to offer me more information and to set up a day to bring me the car for a test drive. After driving the CLK550A and after the perfect experience I had with Nick Mazzeo/MB dealer I decided to buy the car.I was very impressed with my overall experience and I will defenitely buy from them again. By the way I love everything about the car (it has been 2 months since I bought it, it drives soooo smoothly??

All too common the car buying process is characterized by the slick salesman and sales manager in the corner office that you dont see. Unfortunately, this process doesnt improve much as you move up the price scale. MB of Westwood broke that mold for me. The salesperson and the sales manager were very pleasant, very relaxed, and never an ounce of pressure. They were always very responsive to discussions on the phone or email. A very professional firm that I would highly recommend.

Let me start by saying that I despise the car buying process immensely and being on the younger side it was difficult to find sales people at the higher end car dealerships to take my husband and I seriously. This was not the case at Mercedes Benz of Westwood. Steve Avellino took the time to answer all our questions and allowed us to go on test drives of multiple vechicles till I found exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to buy at anytime and when we did find what we wanted the whole process was excuted quickly and efficently. Overall we are happy with what we got for our money and have faith that any problems that may arise in the future with our vechile will be taken care of in the same professional manner as the sale was conducted. I would recommend Merceds Benz of Westwood and Steve Avellio to family and friends in the future and will be back when we're in the market to purchase/lease again.

The sales experience here was pleasant enough. My rating has nothing to do with the sales team, but everything to do with the service department. I think one should consider the service experience you're likely to receive from a dealership when considering a car purchase. I can't imagine a worse customer experience than what I've consistently received at the MB Westwood service department. I called with a question concerning a part that had failed (rear shock) - the reason for calling was that two independent mechanics encouraged me to do so assuring me that the shocks shouldn't fail this early in the car and that despite being outside the factory warranty, it was something MB should fix. The phone call went well enough with the rep telling me that I'd need to come in so they could assess the situation. After taking time off from work to bring the car in, the response I received in person couldn't have been worse. I was informed that there was NO CHANCE they would consider covering the repair (and implied I was an idiot for even considering the idea.) Also, they wanted $150 to simply look at the vehicle and estimate the cost of repair (something both the independents I work with do free of charge.) When pushed, the quote for the shock job was 40% higher than the quote I received from two independents (a local shop and a place in Waltham that specializes in MB.) Needless to say, I left and won't be coming back from either service nor future vehicle purchases. If you want an honest, polite service experience - call your independent or find another dealership. This place is a thieve's den.

Jessica was so wonderful! The moment I walked, I went and asked to speak to a salesperson, and within seconds Jessica introduced herself to me. Jessica is friendly, outgoing, professional, respectfl, kind, courteous, I could go on forever. She made this experience so wonderful for me. I had been searching for a car for months, and dealt with many salespeople at various dealerships, but I knew immediately, that the Mercedes-Benz Westwood dealership was the right place for me. Jason, the Finance Mgr., Tom, the people at the front desk, the people in the Registry office - everyone was great. I would highly recommend this dealership, and have already begun spreading the word about Jessica and her team!!!

A companys reputation is not generally based from customers praising companies but from those complaining about them; but the true reputation of a company is how they handle problems. This being said I would enthusiastically recommend Prime Mercedes and the Prime Group to anyone. What a great team. At Prime Mercedes I purchased a pre-owned Lincoln Navigator that after I took it home I found had a few issues- none related to Prime. Prime sent out the car to Lincoln to be fixed. After I had the car for a few more weeks there were a couple more issues- again none related to Prime. I wrote out a complete list of the problems and Tom Hamilton the pre-owned manager at Prime Mercedes made it his mission to make sure everything was done satisfactory to me. Tom was attentive, professional and very accommodating. Im the CEO of a very busy company and I dont have time to waste on getting a car fixed. Tom didnt waste my time, on the contrary he took the situation in hand and made sure I was completely satisfied. Again, I would enthusiastically recommend Prime Mercedes and the Prime Group to anyone.

If their is a custermer sitting at a desk and the salesperson is not there, it would be a freinderly atmosphere if they would smile and a nod of the head. Some of the staff did so but the majority looked and gave no idercation you were there.Pricing is always a problem no one is satisfied with the price.

The issue I had was with Jason in finance, I was quoted a price for an item and then when we got the paperwork a few days later it was a different number and when we brought it to his attention he said that the increase was due to it being a different car. When we got home after delivery we went on the website and found out that we were correct in the first place and contacted Jason. While he admitted he made a mistake, it should have been corrected when it was first brought his attention. The best bright spot was Trisha in finance she was great and made the experience worth it. Emily or sales rep is great face to face, but after leaving the showroom she is still learning, but has a great upside. Overall I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

I'm a 3rd time buyer at this dealership and having owned many cars in my life and purchased at many variuos dealerships, this is my favorite one and I would not go anywhere else.It's the people who make the differancere and being in financial sales for many years myself, I can pick up very quickly if someone is trying to "sell" me, or if they care enough to "help" me. The people at Mercedes Benz of Westwood (Prime) really do care and are "several cuts above" the inductry norm.Highly suggested.

Jessica was a pleasure to deal with during my dealer experience. I traded a 2008 S 550 4Matic for a 2011 GL 450. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its performance characteristics. She worked closely with me to understand my expectations and worked with the GM at the dealership to present me a deal that was within my expectations. Jessica is customer focused and attentive to details. I plan to go back to Jessica in 2 to 3 years when I am ready for my 5th Mercedes Benz.The service department has worked on my cars since 2003 when I bought my 1st Merecedes. From the moment we stepped into the dealership almost two weeks ago, we felt the overall experience at Mercedez-Benz of Westwood was highly professional. Besides being extrememly friendly, Jessica knew every aspect of the car and has been on top of everything since we left. We've recieved follow-up emails and phone calls explaining the process to us. Our only regret is that we don't have the car as of yet.Getitng the title has taken longer than we thought, but we realize that things like this do happen. The way the dealership has handled themselves has gone far beyond our expectations.

Drove from Kingston, MA (40 miles). Greeted by Peter Charlebois who answered all our questions with utmost courtesy and patience. We test drove the E-class and left to think about it. We checked prices at several area dealerships, and got the best price from Peter. We ordered our car at the end of December 2010 and they promised delivery in 3 months. However, the car was received in two. Peter went over all the features with us as well as the various services which Westwood offered in their Service Department, and as usual was very well informed and courteous. Jason Wong was a great help in clearly explaining the various financing options, and helped us choose the best option for our needs.We highly recommend Westwood and Peter for your next MB car.

Just wanted to give recognition for the great staff at MB of Westwood. My dream car was originally a BMW 645, but when I found out I was pregnant, I realized this was not the car for me. Figuring that I would still buy a BWM, I went to the dealership only to be quickly turned away by a sales associate. When he realized that I did not know what I want, he said, "I have some paperwork to do, but you can just go browse outside." Hearing this, I simply went outside, got into my nice beat-up Camry, and drove off....never to return to this dealership again. After 2 months of searching for a car, I stopped in at MB of Westwood where I was approached by Peter Charlebois. I explained to him that I did not know what I want and instead of telling me to "browse," he went over all the cars that suited my needs. I test drove a C class, but still was not sure if that was the car I really wanted. Without feeling any pressure, I told him that I would think about it and return. I then realized that I wanted an Infiniti, but it took several weeks to find out the exact price it would cost me. When I called on the day I decided to finally buy the car, I was told that they would no longer sell it to me for the price we originally discussed. I therefore decided to buy it from a different Infiniti dealership, but somehow stopped at another MB dealership on the way where I finally found the car that I wanted. Although the staff was very helpful, I felt very pressured to make the decision on the spot and just wasn't sure of the interior color of the car. To make a long story short, I came back to Westwood to work with Peter once more. I bought my E350 within 40 minutes and I will never regret the decision. The staff has been great and a year later, Peter still stops to talk with me everytime I'm there. Can't wait to buy another car from him!

This is the second G class that I have purchased from this dealership. The sales and service experiences are absolutely world-class and, honestly, I cannot think of a better overall level of satisfaction that I could possibly have on both fronts. The sales and business teams go above and beyond what would be considered "acceptable" to make the process of vehicle selection, finance, prep, and delivery an extremely personal, warm, and bespoke experience. Also, I have been using the dealership for the servicing of my first G class since I took delivery in 2007, and every interaction has been beyond pleasant and exceedingly efficient. It is refreshing to know what to expect whenever I call for an appointment and/or arrive for service: EXCELLENCE.

The sales person was so accommodating in my several visits to the show room. She arranged for me to test drive the vehicle even before I showed any interest in the vehicle. The wife was given the utmost consideration for her comfort during the entire time. Detailed explanations of the numerous features were provided to both. Once the decision to purchase was made, Ms Madych arranged to have the new vehicle preparation completed immediately for me to drive the vehicle home that day. Several hours were spent with me trying to explain all the features. Although being an owner of Mercedes vehicles for many years, the upgrade to this model was over whelming as far as operating the many features available. She advised that although there appears to be an information overload from this initial session, her availability to further explain features would be available to me at my discretion. Newly acquired floor mats were taken from the parts department and installed per my request with minimal delay. The entire process was both exciting and pleasing.

Emily did great job, locating exactly the car I wanted during difficult Thanksgiving period when MB's supply-chain information systems came up short with inaccurate information as to delivery dates. My dealer was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable when browsing the sales floor. She didn't make my visit feel forced but was just there for whatever questions I had, and she answered them perfectly. I highly recommend Mercedes of Westwood and this sales associate specifically!

I had a GREAT experience at the Prime Motor Group's Westwood Mercedes dealer. One night, after a long day at work, I decided to test drive the ML350. I buy a lot of new cars, usually on impulse every 2-3 years. However, this time I decided to do my homework and test drive as many midsize SUVs before I made a choice. I had driven the Lexus RX, Cadillac SRX, Acura MDX, the Lincoln MKX and others... That evening, when I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Ned Gompper. From there my experience was nothing but a pleasureable one. Ned asked me what I was looking for and he pulled up an ML 350 for me to test drive. From there, I was hooked. I had never driven a Mercedes. As stated above, I buy a lot of cars and this purchasing experience was better than all. It was smooth, low pressure, no hassles and they delivered on their commitments to get the vehicle I wanted... Ned was outstanding! I hope this note will entice others to test drive a Mercedes and don't forget to ask for Ned... Tell Ned, "Your Friend Ken sent you"!!Note: Ned did warn me, once I own a Mercedes, I will not want to drive anything else!

At first, my car was quoted at needing $300 work to fix its problem. It was a simple kick down switch that needed to be done. I authorized Irwin to do the work. Then I went to pick the car up and I had a bill for $700. I held my breath and kindly paid the bill trusting the problem had been fixed. My car was misdiagnosed and after doing $700 work to the car and having the same problem,Irwin assured me the problem would be fixed after having 1 more thing fixed. He was wrong. I spent $1000 and still no results. The car is still having the same problem. I have called Irwin several times, he won't return my calls to help fix the problem. It has been over 2 weeks and nothing. It seems like the only way to get thru to these guys is by having my attorney sending them a letter. This dealership isn't even affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, I wondering why?

I Have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer. Both purchase experiences were good.However, the last three times I have taken 1 of the vehicles in for service, the experience was terrible. First visit was to fix a problem, and detail the vehicle. The detail job was below standards. They fixed the primary problem, but not entirely. Problem continued to exist. I was also told that they would take care of the poor detail job, never happened!I felt like I was being treated in a low quality auto dealership.Although sales (When I informed them) asked what he could do, Service offered no resolution.Will not purchase, or use this dealership again.Watch out for their Service Department. Way below expectations!!!!!After several tlephone conversations with the service manager, I decided to return with the vehicle. The work was performed, as promised. I was satisfied and will return. I will revisit review once I have had additional positive experiences.

The Mercedes-Benz of Westwood dealership has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced; their dealers are liars and deceitful; their managers are unhelpful; and they do not care about their customers. I purchased (attempted to purhcase) a Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport 4-matic on 3/23/2010. The sales rep, Peter, told me that "Mercedes is telling us that an ETA for your car will be 8-10 weeks, depending if you want a 2010 or 2011." I have the quote in writing. For 2.5 months, Peter avoided phone calls and e-mails - often taking weeks to get back to me about questions pertaining to my order. Peter failed to keep me informed of my status eventually disappearing on May 24th (as of the date of this complaint, 6/17/2010, I still have not hear back from him despite e-mails and phone calls). Despite my telling him I wanted a 2011, he went ahead and had a 2010 built. But the build had not even begun until 6/2/2010, 9 weeks after I placed the order! The estimated delivery to the US for my build was now late July instead of mid-to-late May, a full FOUR MONTHS after I placed my order and TWO MONTHS longer than quoted. I spoke with Peter, another sales rep, and Peter''s manager. They offered me no compensation. No rental cars. No deals. No savings. Not even an apology or admission of error. Instead, Peter stoppd responding to e-mails and for all intents and purposes, disappeared. Service and poor communication were the only common denominator at this dealership. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was instead transferred to another sales rep. I sent this rep a detailed e-mail outlining my interactions with Peter and he said he would read them and get back to me. He did not. Typical "service" at this place. I eventually called him back a week later. He admitted he had not read his e-mails but would do so and call me back in 15 minutes. He did not. I called him back the next day and was transferred to another "manager" (who knows if it was actually a manager). The manager''s name is Chris Hardy. I told him I either want my deposit back, want a 2011 as promised, or would be willing to negotiate a price on the 2010 that I didn''t order. He simply said "so you want your deposit back?" This showed, among other things, how unwilling this dealership is to provide proper service to their customers and do anything to compensate me for the fact that I have been without a car for so long. 95% of my interactions with Peter Charlebois are in writing. Several times I asked to know my model year, VIN#, arrival date, etc. It literally took two months before Peter had an answer: and his answer was that my car would not be here for another two months!

After visiting other benz stores I shopped Westwood on line. They were very upfront, gave me all the info I was looking for even their best price on a C300 sport. I went in and saw Chris Palmer. He was great to deal with! I will always do business there and recommend them to others! They are a no games dealer!

At the beginning of the March, I was looking for a preowned certified all wheel drive car. I was having a difficult time finding the right car. So, I went to see my friend, of 12 years, Mahmoud. I explained to Mahmoud. What I was looking for. So, we logged on to cars.com. I had just gotten off the phone with Inskip. The car no their web site was sold. Mahmoud had gone off to do something. David Rosenberg, the owner of Mercedes Benz of Westwood, asked me what I was doing looking for a car on the internet in his showroom. I explained to him. I was looking for a G35X. Mercedes Benz of Westwood is owned by Prime Motor Group. They have an Infiniti store in Hanover. After, we looked on at the internet inventory at Prime Motor Group. David made a phone call to the Infiniti used car manager and inquirered about availability of used cars not on the web site. He had the car. I described. That night I test drove and purchased the car. About 10 days later, my friend Orelia was telling me about purchasing a Camry. Orelia had been looking at cars on the internet for about a year. We looked at the Prime Motor Group's used car web site. We saw an aceptable car. I spoke to Mahmoud about it. Later that night ,at Prime Toyota, we looked at the car and test drove it. Orelia purchased the car. Once again, pricing was no problem. Pablo, in the finance office, was straight, and most helpful. Another excellent experience at Prime Motor Group. As a result of both these purchases, it makes me want to go back to selling cars. David Rosenverg runs an excellent business.

The total experience with Mercedes of Westwood, including the experience with Peter Charlebois and Trisha Winski, was flawless. The dealership is spotless. The attention to customer is unparralled and most importantly, there were no tricks or gimmicks. There is no question where I will but future Mercedes.

Mahmoud was a terrific salesperson. Very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He completed the financial negotiation with much dignity and respect. His patience with us on delivery, walking my daughter and me through all of the controls for our 350 GLK was excellent. He made a BIG difference for my wife and I as to selecting the GLK vs an RX 350 from Herb Chambers. I have owned one MB, 3 BMW's and a Lexus. I thought Herb Chambers did a very nice job two years ago when we leased our 1st Lexus but Mahmoud did Prime proud. I expect I'll remain a MB customer for years to come as a result of his handling of our new lease. I expect that after sale care will be just as good as how we were treated in the sales process. Having worked with Steve Carrigan in the past at Clair Audi I was thrilled that I was able to reconnect with him at Prime MB, Steve is a master when it comes to understanding his customers needs, he is thoughtful and always puts the customer first. Steve is always a head of the ball, he is able to anticipate, he truly instills confidence as you make a rather large purchasing decision. He also is truly a fan of Prime and all it represents, I felt like I was buying the "best car in the best dealership".The VIP service is incredible. Ned did a fabulous job of helping us select a car fitted with all the options we wanted and was very patient with us as we were fussy about the options and color. He was an excellent communicator all along and was prompt and curteous in all of our meetings. We felt he was a strong advocate for us as we negotiated with the dealership. He really delivered a deal with very competitive prices and plenty of little extras. He partnered up well with Trisha in the documentation area to make the closing very clear and pleasurable. Trisha was unbelieveable - she sought out a fleet discount with USAA that saved me an additional $2,000. I'm an experienced, fussy car buyer and I felt like I was dealing with pros. I love my new MB and truly would gladly refer others to share the same experience.

After having probably the worst time of our lives shopping for a new car, we stopped for a while discourged to say the least. Complition of some on-line research led us to Mercedes Benz of Westwood Ma. As it turned out it was the best move we could have made, and we ended up with the car and deal that we wanted. Our Sales person Lindsay Ciavattone was Knowledgeable about her product, listened to our concerns, and made this the best car shopping trip that we have ever experienced. Trisha Winski, one of the dealerships business managers helped us complete the rest of the deal with a minimum of fuss. A pleasant, professional salesman who knows how to do his job and do it well. It was a joy to finally culminate the deal with the 3rd dealership that I had gone too. Chris had all the paperwork ready for me to execute and get the car quickly. Although all the other dealer's contacted me and wanted to "match the price", they had had there chance. UPDATE # i really don't know who reads these posts? i've only written two in my life. it just so happens to be the same dealer in three days. purchased mine on monday, i was so impressed i purchased one for my wife on wednesday. dealt with the same two remarkable people with the addition on Desi who was GREAT. Tricia had all the paper work completed when i arrived, ever hear of sign and drive!!!! she will be the boss some day. chris palmer, the same, made the deal happen, to my advantage. but as i said in my earlier post i've been dealing with chris for fifteen years now and i'm always satisfied. these two speak volumes for the owners of mercedes of westwood. desi handled all the paparwork and again great to work with. i hope this review helps someone who is looking for a mercedes, it's sure worked for me, TWICE in one week.

While the facility itself was extremely impressive the quality of service and attention to detail are the factors that helped influenced me to purchase from Prime rather then other local dealers. Among the appreciated steps they took for me was the fact that the did not push a comparible car in their inventory (that another dealer was trying to do), they tracked down the model with the exact features that I was looking for from other dealers. To summarize they went above and beyond to be sure I was completely satisfied.

My experience purchasing the 350 GLK at Meredes-Benz of Westwood was absolutely flawless! From the minute we first drove up to look at cars we were greeted and given a thorough tour of the cars we were interested in. Lindsay Ciavattone was our Sales representative. We were pleasantly surprised with how knowledgeable Lindsay was regarding the over-all vehicle specs and if she didn't know the answer to a question she followed up on it immediately. The entire staff was very professional, not pushy, and went out of there way to serve us. We decided to special order our car and Lindsay followed up with us several times during the wait just to touch base and give us a status on the order. Jason Wong who is the Finance Manager got us the best deal possible without us even asking - he was excellent, excellent to deal with! Then there was the registration of the car. I had issues with the RMV (No fault of Mercedes-Benz of Westwood) updating my name change so they were not able to register the car until I resolved it. The dealership didn't want me to wait to get my new car so they let me take the car home with dealer plates until I was able to take care of it. Lindsay even called us on her day off to follow-up with us to make sure we were all set! Whenever we had questions and I e-mailed Lindsay and Jason, I received a response instantly. I cannot say enough about the level of service we received throughout the process. I highly, highly recommend you to purchase your new or used car at Mercedes-Benz of Westwood - they are by far the best around and you will not be disappointed!

He was genuinley concerned in providing the right vehicle at the right price to fit our needs and budget. My wife and I had been searching for the perfect family SUV and we found it at Prime Mercedes. The experience we had there was like no other we've ever had buying a car. Our Salesman Ned Gompper was on the ball and very attentive and working with Trisha Winski on the financials was stellar. The customer service we received, even buying a used car, blew us away. (Prime drove to our house, picked up our "new" car, left us a loaner and returned our car the next day registered and with the extras we ordered!) Very impressed with the good people we worked with and with the organization as a whole.

The price of the car was fair. Trisha in financing was very friendly, prompt, and courteous. After what I considered to be the worst car-buying experience of my life involving the various Audi dealerships in the Greater Boston Area, my girlfriend and I decided to drive down to the Auto Mile and see if we could find a car dealership that actually employed human beings. The Prime Mercedes dealership was our last stop of the day, and was a welcome port in the quickly growing hurricane of my negative automotive industry experience. Peter O'Malley is not only an exemplary salesman, but also the type of person you wish you knew outside of the buyer/salesman relationship. His personal attention to the customer is top-notch, and his genial manner really eased the tension of my car-buying endeavor.When Peter tells you that salesmanship is "all about relationships" you can clearly see that he believes every word; and that is the best thing about Peter: he is honest and open about the prices and the costs, and lets the car sell itself while doing anything and everything he can to put his client's tension at ease. No mean feat for anyone. But, as veteran of the automotive industry for 16+ years, Peter truly has honed his craft. When I look at the customer service option on the survey above, I wish I could rate Peter's customer service higher than a 5, it was just that good.The icing on the cake was Trisha Winski. Her smile is infectious and she clearly and deftly outlined all the options available to us when signing our papers to conclude our deal. It was refreshing to deal with her at the conclusion of a deal that was easy from start to finish, and the combination of both Peter and Trisha is one that any dealership should consider itself lucky to have. I was amazed with the level of knowledge our sales rep (Paul Wisdom)had, he was calm, curtious, and excellent at trying to meet our every demand while our two little kids which age are 6 and 2 years old were out of control while in the car. I told Mr. Wisdom that I was looking to stay within a budget and he accomadated me as best as he could. I would strongly recommend this dealer and their team to anyone that's looking to buy a car or van. I had the pleasure of purchasing my Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 4matic at MB of Westwood last Friday.I have been car shopping for more than a month and was getting tired of the sales pitches, bait and switch attempts and car salesman who new very little of the products. She keeps us updated on any issues found ( which have been few if any) and assists us to make the best decisions for us. This was my first experience purchasing a car and it couldn't have been better. I was very nervous going in and I felt as though they were careful not to put any pressure on me. I felt very comfortable discussing what I expected and what I was looking for and Prime did an exceptional job at meeting all my expectations. Not only was I provided with a thorough report and run down of price options for the car I sought out, but I was also given an alternate option that met my requirements. I feel as though everything was done to make this experience flawless, there was even a follow up call the day after I took the car home to see how I was liking it. Although the purchased car was used it looked perfect upon pick up, the detailing team did an amazing job. Mercedes-Benz of Westwood was attentive, responsive, and careful to make this experience a positive one.

My wife and I are old timers especially me and we went out for a sandwich and I decided to take a look at the Mercedes--the traffic was not moving on your street with all the construction so I decided to drive in. We looked over the cars in the lot and I said to my wife I will go in and get a brochure and she wanted to wait in the car but on way in I saw a car and called her to take a look and she did. I had a great experience from beginning to end with Prime Motor Group. It started on the internet with pre-approval and a phone call from Roxy. We had a very good experience with buying a car at Mercedes Benz of Westwood.Our sales person, Alan Schockett, was wonderful in helping us to acquire a pre-owned certified mercedes convertible. He advocated on our behalf, worked with the service department for several hours to locate the source of vibration in the car and facilitated the repairing of minor scrapes on the car in an effort to return it's appearance to pristine condition. We are very appreciative of the tremendous efforts he made to make the deal happen.Trisha Winski was delightful to work with as well. She walked us through the financial piece of the transaction in a most personable and engaging manner. Though we had limited contact with them, the repair department was also very responsive to our questions about the car.

Steve Carrigan made my first Mercedes experience a very positive one. From the time that we stepped into the showroom, he was approachable, considerate, relaxed, and interested in what we had to say. Throughout the experience he continued to address our questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism and respect. Never did I feel pressured nor have that sinking feeling some dealers give you. Throughout the negotiation process Steve presented himself in a professional and considerate manner. we reached a number I was very comfortable with. Upon delivery of the car Steve continued to provide great customer service. At the point of delivery the car did not have an inspection sticker, however, the very next day Steve drove to my house and took the car for the inspection. Now that's customer service that delivers.I have to say, once I negotiated the right price with Steve I was then schedulde to meet with the finance person. Unfortunately this experience was not as good and thus the overall rating dropped somewhat. After having gone from a no-pressure sales negotiation with Steve, I was deeply troubled that the finance person, Dina, pushed all the post-sales extras with enough sales pressure to crush your spirit. She was not willing to negotiate the price of any options and seemed to be annoyed by our questions. My wife and I quickly got the impression that this was all about sales and not servicing the customer. We walked away with a very disheartening experience. Perhaps the in-your-face approach to after sales options could be eliminated it the options were presented by the Sale staff before the sale, as opposed to after the sale, by a finance person who got caught in a number of contradictory stories. At best, the finance person should be better educated on the specific options. Basic questions were met with sub-standard responses.It's unfortunate that the post sales experience was less than positive. It distracted from the perfect experiece Steve provided during and after the sale. Would I buy another car from Steve? Absolutley, he's top notch and contributed to one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. he gets my highest ratings. As for post-sales finance, I'll pay cash next time and avoid the experience.As a whole, the dealership was top-notch. I would highly recommend the dealership.

I recently purchased a 2008 pre-owned R350 from the MB of Westwood. My sales representative was Alan Schockett. I give Alan and the dealership the highest rating. The dealership had a friendly atmosphere and was very orderly and clean. It also had a large and extensive inventory. All the people at the dealership were very accommodating to a family with small children shopping for a car. Alan was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about MB vehicles. I have previously owned Volvos and Saabs and his experience and knowledge truly helped me to make the transition to a MB. Alan was extremely helpful in our negotiating a fair trade-in amount for our Saab wagon and an excellent price for the R350. Alan made sure that the preparation of our car was to the highest standard and he went out his way to educate me about my car before I drove it home for the first time. Alan also facilitated our purchase of accessories from the Parts Department and our use of a loaner MB while our new car was being prepared. I am thrilled with my new car and we will return to Alan and the MB of Westwood for a second MB for my husband in the future.

I went in to have my car serviced because a light on my dashboard indicated there was a brake wear issue. I wasn't sure if I should get new brake pads or not and Al Erdos gave me excellent advice. He laid out all the options -- the pros and cons of waiting longer versus doing something now. I never felt pressured and I felt he gave me all the information to make an informed decision. He is an exceptional service representative -- extremely friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and prompt. In short, he is phenomenal and I had an extremely positive experience because of him.

Raymond the salesperson was fantastic, very helpful and patient as I was going back and fourth between two different models. Once we selected a car and negotiated the price my wife wanted to see the car first. Instead of waiting until later that night, they gave me the car for a couple of hours to drive to my wifes work and take her for lunch ( great selling tip guys!). The finance person, Dina was great to work with and was very easy to talk to, felt like you were at home talking to a friend. At delivery, car was in the show room and Raymond the saleperson spent an hour going over little details, including setting up my phone, pre setting my radio stations, etc. I have purchased many cars in my short 37 years, this by far was the best dealership I have dealt with. I would recommend anybody I know to visit if they are thinking of buying a Mercedes

We traveled from NY to Massachusetts to buy our car from Westwood Mercedes. Prior to going, Alan and Chris Harty arranged for one of our friends in Newton to see the car so that we would not waste the trip. Once we got the good report from our friend, we drove up and our experience continued to be very positive. Alan and the car were both waiting, and Alan was very knowledgeable about the 2008 E350 Wagon. We took a drive, and soon after, the paperwork was being prepared. Arrangements were even made, at Westwood's expense, to deliver the car by truck to our home in NY. Alan hooked up my bluetooth phone prior to our leaving, and within three days, the car was delivered. Any questions that we have had Alan has answered promptly. My wife loves the new car, and we are very pleased with our experience with Westwood Mercedes-Benz.

Great experience. Ned was great and so was the business manager Trish, I had been shopping all week and still had a few places to look before I decided on anything. I walked into MB of Westwood and drove away in a beautiful certified pre-owned vehicle with only 18,000 miles. I intended on shopping all day on Saturday as I had every day that week and making my decision on Sunday. Some how I managed to drive away with my new car on Saturday, the same day. I have spent a good deal of time working in sales and I have to say that Ned is a hell of a salesman, he had me test driving before I had even asked to and was willing to work with me on the price for quite some time. MB of Westwood even took my old car off of my hands and agreed to pay the remaining balance on my old car loan even though the car was not running and probably only worth about half of what they gave me for it. I needed to get a new car right away because of a long commute to work but I had been taking some time and doing a lot of shopping and research but after test driving and discussing the numbers with Ned, my search cut to the chase very quickly. At the time I was contemplating the purchase of another Audi which was the same year and had the same mileage as the car the I ended up with but the Benz was hands down the nicer car. Interior, exterior and options were all far and above the Audi I was looking at which was located at Prime Audi of Westwood. The salesman Rob Kelleher, was also very good at Audi but the product at MB Westwood was far superior so that is why I chose to go the route that I did.When I made the decision to purchase from MB Westwood I had already had the financing lined up at my credit union with whom I have had tremendous past experiences with. The rate at my credit union was 5.75% (much higher than the 4% of my previous loan with them but it's to be understandable) and the rate from MB Financial was 5.99%. I purchased my new car on the last day of the month and Ned wanted to conclude the purchase and get it in under the current month so he offered to lower the loan amount even further (a small amount but every dollar counts) so that the payment at 5.99% would be the same as it would have at 5.75%. Normally I would not stray from my credit union unless the rate was considerably lower, in this case it was slightly higher but Ned (salesmen), Trish (Business Manager) and MB Westwood were able to make it work and keep my payment where I wanted it. Trish the business manager was every bit as helpful as Ned during the process of this purchase, I only wish I had here last name so that I could dole out the credit that she deserves as well.All-in-all my experience with Mercedes Benz of Westwood, Salesman; Ned Gompper, Trish the Business Manager as well as the beautiful new car that I bought was excellent from top to bottom. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I look forward to dealing with all of them in the future although I will concede that I hope it's not too often since my old Audi was in the shop twice a month and I am a little tired of spending my days at car dealerships. I am sad to say that I am not off to a good start though, after leaving my rear passenger side window open over night during the first snow storm of March and hopefully the last one of the winter, typical! After owning and driving 7 series BMW's for twelve years, I decided to consider the S-Class Mercedes. I began calling different dealerships in the area and had the opportunity to talk with Adriano at Mercedes Benz in Westwood MA. Out of the many dealerships I had called, I immediately noticed a difference in his demeanor and attitude. Adriano was professional, courteous, listened to what type of car and options that I was interested in, and called me back immediately to schedule a test drive. Within a day or two, my husband and I drove to the dealership to test drive our first Mercedes 2009 S550 with sport package. Adriano is an excellent sales representative, he was prepared to answer our questions and had several cars warmed and ready to test drive. Within several days and after numerous questions and calls to Adriano for information, we purchased the 2009 Mercedes S550, and we absolutely love it!! Adriano understands his client's needs and strives to not only meet these but to go above what is necessary to find the car and options that a customer is looking for. What stood out about this sales representative is that my husband and I never felt as though we were being rushed or "sold" on any vehicle-Adriano stepped back and allowed us to make our decision at our own pace. He was truly a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with our new vehicle!

I called Frank Makrin the other morning because I heard a noise coming from my 2003 ML500 that I purchased with them several years ago. He listened through the phone and had me bring it in. Frank is so responsive and friendly every time I come in. As well as Dan the man who provides the loaner cars. It turns out that it was a carbon build up that I chose not to service at this time, however each and every time I go to Mercedes Frank has always been so professional and friendly. I bought my car a Herb Chambers, where I have also had very good sales/service experiences but went to Westwood today to have my car serviced (my new E350's windshield washer system failed). I went there to avoid major Holiday Trafic. Diane Spada, service advisor, did an excellent job in moving the process along and actually arranged to have the car hand washed as the regular washing appuratus was not being used because of fridgid weather. My thanks to the guy who washed the car. I was out in 1 1/2 hours. Thanks for the treatment.

First-time MB buyer. Met a wonderful salesman named Jason Wong who gave me a test drive of the C300. He demonstrated the strengths of the car and how it compared to audi A4. Afterward, he gave me a great deal on a black 2009 C300 and got the plates, sticker and registration done in only a few hours. When I came back to pick up the car the next day, he spent over an hour walking me through the electronics of the car so that I would be very comfortable with the vehicle. A+ service and I would recommend him to any other MB buyers. Jason Wong is really a good salesman!

This was my first experience with this dealership. Jack Fletcher - in sales was very helpful and professional. Not at all pushy. Trisha Winski - processed the lease quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the experience. I will definitely be coming back and referring friends.

In one day, within a few hours, I turned in a leased car and leased another car. The process was efficient, friendly, and totally without hassle. Having worked with Jason three years ago, I knew I could count on him to be fair and professional. When I arrived, he had all the options printed for me, making the decision process clear and simple. Once agreement had been reached, within a few minutes, Trisha had all the paperwork ready, and reviewed the details of the transaction. I have been using the service department at Mercedes Benz of Westwood and their sister Audi dealership for more than 10 years. This however was the first time I purchased a vehicle from them. I am not an easy custormer and I don't like a salesmen who tries to sell what's on the lot when it's not what I have asked for. The expeience here was great. The salesperson Alan, found the car I was looking for and we quickly negotiated a price. I have my new ML320 diesel, (getting 25mpg) very happy.

I have driven cadillacs for some thirty years, a new one every three years...mercedes benz seems so much a finer automobile. mahmoud fraihat of prime mercedes seems so much a "finer" sales representative than any cadillac sales representaive I have ever dealt with in the past.

Jason was really helpful when my boyfriend and I were buying a car at Westwood Mercedes. We walked in there without any idea of what to expect. I mean, you hear horror stories of how fake salesmen are and how they would rush you just to make a sale. Jason was a different story. He took the time out to explain to us every single detail about the cars we were interested in. We had so many questions that I started to get annoyed at ourselves! But Jason's smile never left his face as he explained every little detail for us. We were looking at a few certified pre-owned vehicles and he printed out the carfax reports for us before we even asked! He fought hard for us on the price of our car and even helped us get a good deal on the GPS! Overall, the experience I had at Westwood Mercedes was great. Every time we go back for maintenance, the people are friendly and courteous. And sometimes Jason would even pass by and say hello! Such a great salesman with a great heart! And a great dealership with quick and efficient servicing!

The entire sales and leasing experience was positive and pleasant. We got to where we need to be without any "pressure" which I appreciate.Both the sales manager and the business manager were warm, friendly and efficient.This is the second vehicle that was purchased. The service department and my advisor, Al, always respond to any questions or needs and get it right the first time. The service turn around time is usually very quick and the staff knowlegable and pleasant.

I love my new car! It is beautiful. "Z" made the entire buying experience great. Buying a car can be difficult. "Z" made it easy and enjoyable. He truly understands the meaning of a great customer experience. I was very late for my appointment to pick up my car,(I was stuck in traffic for almost 2 hours) "Z" waited and never made me feel bad about being so late. He took the time to do the final car walk thru and gave me a nice bouquet of flowers. Now I am sure everyone gets flowers at the close of a deal, but it sure made me feel better after a very trying day! Customer service was great! We were never rushed to buy the car. The salesperson spent a lot of time helping us in choosing the right car. When we stepped out the door with the key in my hand, I felt like I just got a great deal on a great car. Everyone from Westwood was very helpful; from the salesperson to the finance manager. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Boston area.

I purchased my second Mercedes Benz at Mercedes Benz of Westwood and wished I had purchased my first one from them. The dealership offers great deals, service, parts department, as well as great bagels and coffee! Steve got me the best deal, no runaround,and the best deal. I was offered every C-Class available and purchased the vehicle I wanted. He never pushed or pressured me to buy. I have recommended my friends and family to check them out. They got great deals and service too.

Al Erdos responded to my call for help before a long trip. He got me a service appointment for the very next morning, and had a free loaner car ready for me. The loaner car was a Mercedes-Benz.The service department was able to determine the cause of the problem and get it fixed the same day. They put my car in fine shape for a trip.Mercedes-Benz of Westwood maintained my previous car for its last few years. They kept it going strong until it was 17 years old, and they advised when it was time that I get a new one. I have always felt comfortable talking with Al Erdos about any concern I had with my car.

Alan was a pleasure. He made car buying a positive experience. He followed up for training and did a good job at it. I love my C300 and look forward to a long relationship with MB of Westwood. I have always driven a high end honda accord but the C300 is no comparison. I t rides unbelievable and gets 26MPG. The more I drive the C300 the more I like it.

I recently used Mercedes of Westwood for the first time for service. When I originally picked up my vehicle I had the same problem two days later. It was related to a faulty part in the door that controlled the window. I contacted Al Erdos and he had me immediately come back in. Al made sure I had a loaner, followed through to get the issue resolved, and made sure to communicate with me throughout the process. I use to bring my car to another dealer (Foreign Motors West) but will now be a client of Clair MB.I really think Clair's service was above and beyond any other MB dealer I've used in the past. It's a beautiful facility as well. They also provide MB loaner's as appose to Foreign Motors West who started putting me (6'5" 250lb) into a tiny Hyundai.

This is by far, the best auto dealership that I have ever encountered. They treat you as a VIP as soon as you enter the dealership. I have just bought my third Mercedes from them, each purchase being a very pleasant experience. The price quoted was excellent, the delivery was made with a nice bouquet of flowers and a gift basket, and a follow up gift in the mail, along with a gift card to SAKS, which was all unexpected. I referred an associate, he ended up with a high end lease of a Mercedes SUV and he was very pleased at the attitude and treatment he was given.In the past, when getting routine service or prior cars, was given a nice loaner, (a new Mercedes), they serviced my car properly, and washed it before returning it to me. They also offer a 'free' car wash whenever I want, as long as I own the car. Forget all the other dealerships in Norwood, Westwood area, this one is the TOPS. I think that one can even tell from the low key ads of Joe Clair, the spokesman for the ads on the radio. No high pressure screaming or hyped voices to 'come on down' or come ons. The sales person didn;t have detailed enough knowledge about the product they were selling( GL450). Granted the vehicel is a newer model but he couldnt; answer half the questions we had about the vehicle. And when we learned that the technology in the vehicle is considered old( wired headphones, no touch screen navigation, a cable for the IPOd in the glovey?) he indicated that Mercededs is more concered with "quality" than technology. I laughed because the lack of quality these past many years is what kept me away from their products.. I thought thatthe GL450 may be their new qulitty SUV but was extremely dis-appointed at the out-dated features/technology per se. The slaes person certainly didn't knwo the product nor the competition's products well enough to speak about them.. FYI: The Honda has substantially superior technoclogy(and updates) than the mercedes for $40K less.. I also think they have superior quality product(s) dollar for dollar

I like their rental service, in the beginning they claimed that we would always get Mercedes car loaners but I have gotten a few Toyota's and Honda's. They also advertised that if we buy the car there and we were in the area we could always come for free washes, which was a lie because it's always either not in service or they claim it will take hours. They also said when purchasing the car that they had pick up and drop off of cars in case you had no time to do it yourself but that was also false advertisement. Also for a Mercedes dealership, you would expect them to at least vacuum the interior of the car and do a better job washing it after service, but they don't do a good job of that either. My Honda dealer washes the car clean and makes the interior look brand new as well.
