I have been a Mercedes Benz customer since 2011, but after this experience with Mercedes Benz of Westmont, I believe that relationship is over. Up to this point, I have received the highest level of service from every other MB dealership I have worked with, but MB of Westmont has shattered that reputation. I have never felt so taken advantage of in any transaction I have ever had, and this is certainly my most unpleasant car buying experience. I purchased a CPO 2012 C350 sight unseen via email with salesman Mike Moran. I live in Wisconsin, and the selection for this particular car is non existent in the cheese state. We agreed on price, and I requested financing through MB Financial. The agreement was that I would drive down, return my leased C300, and drive back in the C350. The sales experience was pretty standard and everything only took about an hour and half. The only difference was that they set me up with Bank of America instead of MBFS. Mike handed me my paperwork for the lease return and said for your records.Once I got home, I discovered that the car had subtle, but substantial damage to the front end. The grill was detached from the front bumper and both headlights are misaligned. There were also some mismatching on the body panels, and paint chipping. This type of damage is shocking, considering the car was CPO and the Carfax did not reveal any accidents or body work. Here is a link to a video showing the damage: https://youtu.be/ZEAlgS3a02U. When I took the car to my local MB dealer, they were able to confirm that the car had been in some kind of accident and was not properly repaired. I sent Mike numerous emails to try and rectify this, and he did not respond. Even an email to the GM did not precipitate a response. This leads me to believe that they deliberately Certified a car they knew to be damaged and took advantage of an out of state buyer.I then got a letter from MBFS stating that I owed upwards of $600 for lease end fees. After digging out the copies of the lease end paperwork for my records I discovered that the lease end fees were only waived if I purchased a CPO Mercedes AND I financed with MBFS. Mike knew this and deliberately deceived me at the dealership so I would not question it, or insist on switching to MBFS.As if that werent enough, Mercedes of Westmont was supposed to handle the title and license plate applications for my Wisconsin plates. My temporary tags are expiring this week and I still havent received my plates. I called the Wisconsin DMV and they have not even received the paperwork. It has been a month since I purchased the car. I have called twice and sent numerous emails to get this rectified, including to the GM, and have not received any kind of response. This is simply a case of gross incompetence. Lastly, I recently checked up on my credit report and found out that they performed five hard inquiries, which will negatively affect my credit score for the next two years.I will certainly never do business with Mercedes of Westmont or any Autonation dealership ever again, and I most likely will no longer be a Mercedes Benz customer. The shame of it is that I actually do enjoy the car, but I have no confidence in it mechanically and after this week I wont be able to legally drive it until MB of Westmont files my paperwork.

He made sure that I understood how everything worked-and there was a lot to know-but he was extremely patient in answering every question I had. Once again, it was a good experience. The test ride gave me a real feel for the upgrades made since my last 300D sedan. While I have become accustomed to the "green light" that must be deactivated before a smooth ride, I think Mercedes put the cart before the horse with that feature.

I'll start with I've been having service performed at this dealer for close to 20 years now. That said, I pulled into the service area a little after 6pm and per the sign, pulled all the way forward. I remained with my vehicle there for 15 minutes. Viewing activity going on around me, I thought for a moment I'd become invisible. Finally another customer in for service pulls in behind me. That's not correct, he stops in the middle of the lane, roughly two car lengths behind me. A service rep immediately is out to greet the man. After about another 15 minutes they're done and now want to move his auto out. I'm then asked what I'm waiting for! My reply is "service". I do not think the young man was a service writer, but possibly a porter. He did have a nice uniform on. After my reply he seems puzzled and somewhat annoyed for whatever reason. He tells me to pull back around and get back in line. I'm not sure if I said something or it could of been the look on my face. At that point he said he would pull my auto back around and I could wait by it. Shortly later I'm greeted by the service writer. He asks if I have a appointment and my last name. The remainder of the consultation seems awkward at several points. I got the feeling of imposition several times though out the meeting. Especially when I was asked if I needed a ride. I stated I had reserved a loaner when I made the appointment. That along with the handful of email reminders I received with the details of my service, including the need for a loaner. I felt there was plenty of documentation to support the loaner and wasn't sure how it could of been overlooked. So after stating a need for a loaner the writer spouts that one might not be available, but he'd look into it. After we wrap up in his office, he steps out for a minute or two and comes back with keys to a loaner. We quickly finish up paper work he shows me the loaner functions and I'm off.The service was performed very well as always. My car was returned clean and with all my setting in tact.I was disappointed with my treatment in the service bay. I can honestly say I've never had an experience like that at this dealer or any other for that matter. In the midst of it all I was considering my alternatives in the future. I have other MB dealers about the same distance away.Can't really say if I will or will not come back to this dealer.

We recently purchased a new GLC-300 and had an excellent experience. Jim Fico took us on a test drive and was a great guy to deal with. Jim was very knowledgeable about the brand new GLC model. Jim was also very honest and made us feel very comfortable. I went back to the dealership to pick something up a few weeks after the purchase and Jim recognized me right away and we talked for quite a while, even though we had already made the purchase Jim still had plenty of time for me. I feel this was a first class dealership. The night we purchased the GLC we were the last ones out of the dealership, even though it was after hours we were not rushed out and Dave Fricano Jr. showed us how all of the features work on the car. The Finance Manager, Christopher Seamans, was also great to deal with and went above and beyond to take care of us. We highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be repeat customers.

I have bought several cars over the years, but I must say this dealership made my most recent C-Class purchase experience the best. Our salesman Mitch Massaro was extremely easy to talk to, made us feel very comfortable, listened to what we wanted and what our needs were and didn't try pushing anything on us we didn't want. Everyone was very friendly, very helpful, and the overall experience was amazing. Jose in finance also did an amazing job helping to explain all the details, and available options to us to help protect our new baby. Nick did a great job explaining all the operations of the car and spent as much time as needed until we were comfortable with everything. They even gave my wife a bouquet of flowers before we left with her new ride thanking us. I have never had any dealer make me feel so important including other luxury car dealers I have bought from. Mitch was to the point and very informative. no wasting time with the proverbial cars sales tactics no time for that as the store was busy but he took the time we needed. Also after I bought the car Oscar was excellent in transfering my personal items and plates. Nick V did a very good job giving me an intro to the car features and how to use them. I will be back today with items i owe ie keys, title etc He will be ready to go over any items i need and i have made a list for him to explain. Another fellow was a new sales person who took over when i was called back to the dealership and agrred to buy the vehicle. He did a very good job but by them it was just getting me to the right place at the right time. The F&I fellow was pleasant and very efficient. in and out in a short period of time. I was very impressed with the size and organization of the dealership. I was blown away but the inventory storage Garage size. the vehicle that i had in mind was used with the right color right in the showroom

I had a minor break (driver-side window button) that was causing a major inconvenience. The service department was able to get me in quickly and they had the part on-hand. The replacement took less than 1 hour, and the service attendant did the research and was able to use my extended warranty to cover the cost. The repair was completed within my lunch hour and at $0 cost. It doesn't get better than that!

If you like to complain, this dealer is not for you. EVERYONE goes out of their way to do whatever needs to be done. Sales consultant, John Nuzzo, spent more than an hour, ON THE PHONE, ordering a new car for us, option by option, and then delivered the exact car we wanted. This dealer is also a strong supporter of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America! Every M-B owner should join! Some dealerships have slogans like "service after the sale." This is the real deal. Service manager, Scott Bohlen, and his crew are the reason we do not buy or service our Mercedes-Benz cars anywhere else!

We drove from out of state to buy this car having seen it online and being interested in it. The only day we could get there was a Sunday and our salesman Earl made it easy for us to see, although the dealership was closed. As it turned out we stayed the night in order to buy it. Earl was helpful not pushy... And has checked in with us several times to make sure everything is going well. They made sure the car was gassed up and ready to go very quickly so that We could be on our way. We will definitely consider driving to the Mercedes Benz dealership again when we buy another car.

One of my life-long desires was to purchase a new Mercedes upon retirement. I was driving by a Mercedes dealership and a few days later went to the Internet to review styling and options. I responded to the on-line prompts and the Monday morning, received responses on-line and telephonically from 2 locations. Since I was visiting a Client near the Dealership in Westmont, IL, I set the appointment to look at options. The salesman -Jeff Lambert - did a magnificent job of discussing options and set up a test drive. My new timetable for a purchase was 2 weeks. However, Mr. Lambert asked if he can show me options available, which include features of the various vehicles available for sale. Mr. Lambert was very professional and at no time did he pressure me to purchase. After his presentations & a test drive, I told him I was interested in the 2016 C-Class. The C-Class color scheme I wanted was not available & it would have been several days before it could have been transferred from another location. That would have suited me just fine as I only wanted the car in a few weeks. They had a white C-Class on hand which I test drove. I liked the handling and color scheme, so I told him I would take it. He prepared the paperwork, presented to the Credit Department. After approval, they prepped the car and I was able to drive it home that evening. The entire team at the dealership was very efficient, courteous, and professional at every facet. Glad to be able to fulfill one of my life-long dreams of being an owner of a Mercedes Benz vehicle!

We went in for a test drive, the minute we walked in we were welcomed and treated respectfully. My husband and I look young and a lot of places think we are just kids fooling around but this place did not treat us like such.Our Sales man (Chris Anderson) was very professional and knowledgeable, not at one moment did we feel pressured or discouraged, he met our every request and worked for us to be happy about OUR choice to purchase the car instead of just test driving it! We didn't get pushed out the door after signing the contract but we also had a tech teach us the how to and where to of the new vehicle. We are very pleased with the overall experience.

After test driving another make/model (thought we would like a less expensive vehicle) my daughter and I drove 40 minutes to get to MB Westmont because we prefer them to the local dealer. The experience was great from the moment we walked in the door. Our salesman was Earl. Earl made our experience a pleasant one and did not have to do anything but take us for a test drive to convince us the Mercedes was the right choice. We traded in an 04 S430 that had 156,000 miles on it and purchased the smaller C300. LOVE the car. The service department at this location has always been top notch, but I'm happy to say we didn't have to visit them very often. We did not purchase our new vehicle for two days because of weather but when we did go in to purchase it was smooth. Earl set up all of the gadgets and had Nick show us the rest of the many great features. We purchased last Thursday and Earl has checked on us twice to be sure we are satisfied with our vehicle. We have already recommended MB Westmont many times and will definitely continue to do so.

I'm not one to complain, and I'm sorry to say that my experience with Westmont Mercedes Benz was not a pleasant one today. I've visited this facility twice in the past and the customer service was exceptional. However, I had a warning light pop as I was driving today, went into service just to have them look at it, got there, not one service person greeted me nor did they ask me if I needed help or what brought me in. In addition to being completely ignored, I stood waiting about half an hour, while two other customers drove right up, a serviceman came out greeted the other customers and asked how they could help. At that point I had to ask to speak with the manager, I explained the situation to him, he was apologetic and took care of the minor problem with my car. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident and I never have to experience feeling discriminated against at Westmont Mercedes Benz again.

I was comfortable with Jeff finding the right vehicle and never felt pressured or rushed to make a decisioin on a vehicle. Jeff was professional during the entire sale process. I highly recommend asking for Jeff when you visit MB of Westmont! Dave Fricano Jr. went through all the features of the car and made sure my wife and I were comfortable with knowing how to use the features of the car. Dave even came out to my house to program the remote for my garage door opener. He is a fantastic resource if you have ongoing questions on your vehicle. After a very positive sales experience I had another positive experience with the Alex, Sales Advisor. Alex really listened to the issue I had with the vehicle and troubleshooting which wasn't easy to get the issue fixed. I felt that Alex was concerned to make sure I was happy with my experience with the Service Center. If your interested in a Mercedes sedan I strongly encourage you to consider an "E" class.

My husband bought me a GLA 250 this past Saturday and I must admit this car is awesome!! My sales person was Earl Skylar! He was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. He had great customer service, interpersonal skills and was an all around down to earth guy. He was very hospitable from the first encounter with my husband as he provided him with his cell phone number for number to contact him at any time with questions or concerns after reviewing our car on line and scheduling an appointment to come and see the vehicle. My husband and I along with our kids loaded up in the car and took a drive out to Westmont-Mercedes Benz. When we pulled in the lot there she was "red bottoms" as I later called her! Boy was she a beauty!! We actually pulled right in back of her. We got out the car and as we entered the dealership Earl came up and approached us, offered my kids snacks and my husband and I water and then off we took her for a spin. We confirmed that this was our car and Earl immediately began the process. We explained to him that we were going with my husbands credit union and he respected our wishes. He did not pressure us to change our minds, yet he supported our decision and made sure we were fully aware of all the features and what the process would be moving forward. The following day he contacted the credit union and coordinated all the nuts and bolts and Saturday we walked in to pick up "red bottoms" Earl your hard work was amazing and greatly appreciated. I was in the market for a very specific vehicle (2012 Acura TL AWD w/ Tech Package) and Mercedes Benz of Westmont was actually the 4th dealership that I visited during my search. I was surprised to find I could manage to purchase a MB for darn near the same money as what I had looked at elsewhere. Chris from finance was great to work with as we finalized our purchase and the red roses were a great thank you gift. Follow up calls from Dave Jr and Jim Rico really made me feel even better that I walked in to "look" and walked out with a beautiful NEW sexy red C250. Thank you to all involved in making our purchase so exciting. And fun. Now I need to get back there to get more tips on my fun new car !! Highly recommend giving MB a look, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the affordability Westmont provides. Wonder if they give roses when I come in for a car wash ?? Lol.

Jim set us up with a ML350 loaded....got me a great deal and gave me great money on my trade in. i got about 7% below sticker, 20k for my jeep and got into a low interest lease with a buy out at end of the lease. We also looked at the GL 450 for my wife....he did everything he could to try to make it work, however she still had 14 months left on her 12' GL 550 and couldn't make it work...but he is the man.

My husband and I visited several dealerships this weekend and while I can clearly see that MBoW's inventory seem to be well serviced, I don't think they were interested in selling us a car. We trade our cars every 3 years and found my ideal E350 on their lot which had been sitting there for almost 40 days and extended a fair market value offer on their car and almost agreed on a fair price for our trade in. I can't believe the sales manager let us walk over a minimal amount on a car that will be relocated to another dealer in about a week because its been sitting too long and you have in front of you a ready, willing and able buyer. My husband told them over and over that he want to buy the car but at a fair price Only. We left to view a comparable E350 we inquired about at another dealer and got a purchase order for our credit union to cut a check on Monday. I would much rather purchase from Westmont because of the great reviews and I really did like our salesman Sal who was patient and not pushy. He was also very knowledgeably answered all of our questions regarding the interior, exterior of the car and even underneath the hood. Sometimes it's just not necessary to play hardball.

I am not sure a short testimony will do justice to the fantastic treatment I get each and every time I go Mercedes of Westmont. My Salesman Jim Fico was very instrumental in helping me make up my mind about cars and I think because of his honesty, dedication I ended up buying 2 Mercedes cars and another used foreign car from him within a year and a half. My last trip there was about 3 weeks ago, where he went out of his way to make me feel great about buying an ML350. I ended up driving it home that same day and it is now nicely parked in my garage next to the gorgeous AMG E350 he sold me about a year and half ago. Don't think a minute that Jim is pushy and makes you buy cars. Not at all, he is very honest and he always make sure, it is MY CALL and it is my DECISION. I cant say enough about the great respect, honesty and guidance I receive from Jim. And I cannot forget about Kevin, who always facilitates the sale for me and so far, I am always feeling that I left with a great car, a great deal and I really do not mind telling good things about these 2 gentlemen. I cannot say enough about Mercedes-Benz of Westmont and their fantastic sales staff of whom Jim Fico is exemplary. He takes a personal interest in each customers' needs, wants, interests and purchasing preferences. Here's an example of how he managed our most recent purchase of our 2014 Mercedes e350 Sport 4matic. When he first showed me the car, I could discern little difference between the 2014 and my 2011. However, as I have learned and he taught me, beneath the 2014s subtle styling differences is a whole new animal. In fact, it is a totally different car from my 2011. Starting with an S class ride, fantastic performance, and yes even better fuel economy. My 2011 was great, getting 18 to 19 mpg, but this guy is getting 2 to 3 more mpg and with 50 more horses under the hood. Unbelievable! But thats just the start everyday Im learning new features, some of which I have never seen on any car. Like the brake hold feature which allows you to depress the brake pedal hard and release your foot for long waits at railroad crossings, long lights etc. I could rave on but suffice it to say Westmont gave us a great deal on the purchase and my trade. This is particularly pertinent, because we usually dont trade after only two years especially with such low miles on our trade, but this was really worth it. This makes our eight Mercedes from Westmont (formerly Laurel) Mercedes. You can count on it that we'll make future purchases as well. Why? Because great dealer relationships only start with the purchase. It is service after the sale that cements relationships. And Westmont Mercedes proves their worth time-after-time. That's what makes us come back for more.

After requesting a test drive of the new CLA on their website, I received a prompt reply from salesman, Jim Fico. He was well prepared when I arrived at the dealership later that day with answers to all of my questions about the CLA as well as the C300. He also allowed adequate test drives so that I could really get a good feel for the cars and spent time with me viewing their inventory. I bought a key from Westmont and could turn on the car and drive it but the windows and door locks would not operate so I took it to the dealer to have it checked out they told me it had some problem and needed to leave it to got diagnosed I said ok and left it on 7/30/13. Jason from service called me and said they found the problem and told me how much it would cost to repair it I told him I could not afford it now. He told me I owe $300. for the diagnostic. they returned the car back to me not running, the key does not unlock the steering wheel and can not put the car even on neutral to be able to move it. I had to get it towed to my house and now it is sitting in the middle of my driveway locked. I took this car driving there and should have got it back the same way. it is not my fault that the mechanic did not know what he was doing. now my car is worst then before I took it there. Oh they took off $100. to help me for the tow. I think this was unjust and the car should have been given back to me in the same conditions when I took it to this dealer.

I walked into this Mercedes dealership to look at a used Ford, and the sales department stunned me with the treatment that I received. Louis, my salesman, was friendly and accommodating. There was NO high pressure pitch, or any attempt to push me into something beyond my means. There was just friendly dialogue. The entire staff was very friendly, and Kevin, the used car manager, was truly professional. I visited their store on a Saturday, so I was even treated to a hot dog, burger, steak, and soda! The showroom and lounge were also very nice, but their most important asset, their people made buying a used car an absolute pleasure...By the way, I just love the 2008 Fusion that I drove away in! They cleaned it up nearly spotless, filled up the gas tank, and away I went. A++++ all around!

This was the last stop on my certified pre-owned purchase journey, and it was by far the best. I was leery from the experience I just dealt with at another MB dealership, and was kind of expecting a similar experience here. I was expecting an "indifference" sales approach, which I had just seen at the last stop. When I called MB of Westmont, I spoke to a Jim Fico. He was the one that kept me driving a Mercedes. If I had another bad experience at an MB dealership, I was ready to look at another brand altogether. Jim was patient, did not pressure me into a purchase, and the finance team got me approved for an outrageously low interest rate. The entire process was smooth. I walked in to just take a look, test drive the car, and "test drive" the dealership. This one was double the distance of at least 2 other MB dealerships, but would go back for my next MB purchase without hesitation. They are that good. So far, the service process has been smooth as well. If you're looking for an excellent sales and service process at the same place, go here. I was in the market for a new car, and after doing a considerable amount of research, I decided on Mercedes-Benz. All of my online research indicated that Mercedes-Benz of Westmont was a large, reputable dealership with a nice inventory of new and CPO cars. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this dealership, based in no small part to my dealings with Sales Professional, Wayne Anderson. The dealership has everything you would expect from a luxury car dealership (clean, well appointed, complimentary coffee, etc.), but those things alone wouldn't get you very far without the customer service to back it up. Wayne was knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz model lines as well as the specific inventory of the dealership. After listening to what I wanted, he was able to find me a few sedans that met my wants and went over the differences between them. There was no pressure, and the conversation was comfortable. I went with a 1 year old CPO E550 that I LOVE. I haven't had a service appointment, so I can't comment on that, but everything else so far has been first rate. Wayne was great, and I would recommend him to a friend or family member without reservation. A+

Our guy Earl was upfront and very accommodating. This is a big dealership with a humble approach. Everyone has a smile in their faces and there was never any pressure from Earl or any of the staff that handled us. It was straight up customer service, more power to Westmont MB.

We recently went shopping to replace our 2004 BMW 5 series. We already have had a great experience with our 2001 ML320 so we decided to go the Mercedes route for a car. We started looking at Certified Pre-owned. Our salesman was not pushy at all. He said a couple things that I found funny, like "you are going to want to adopt me when you see this deal" but it wasn't obnoxious.....he was the consummate professional. We left that first day not too sure what we wanted to do. After some advice from friends about considering a lease we went back a couple days later. The salesman had a couple of the brand new C series, in colors that he knew we were interested-in, ready for us to see. We left that night with a brand new car that we leased. The salesman, finance and guy who demoed all the gadgets in the car were wonderful!! Most people say they don't want to go through the car buying experience anytime soon. Although I don't want to have to buy another car anytime soon, I know MB of Westmont will be the first place I go!!

I stopped by looking at a certified 2012 E350 Mercedes Benz. I was in a hurry. Jim Fico gave me his card without pressure. I told him I would return at 2:00. Jim welcomed me, answered all my question, took me for a test drive, and did a great job. I make my living in Sales and appreciated high quality sales people. I am critical of those who are not. It turned out with the help of Jim Fricano, General Manager, and some "negotiations" I was able to drive away in a brand new MB E350. Christopher Seamans in Finance, was professional too. I received a good trade in, arranged a loan that I will pay off shortly, and received good advice. Saved some additional money by prepaying for maintenance. A good experience. Highly recommended. I just bought my first Mercedes and my first pre-owned vehicle. My salesman, Wayne Anderson, had been emailing me information about vehicles that he thought I may be interested in purchasing. It took me a while to find the car that I ended up getting, but he never gave up on me. He emailed me information on a Friday regarding a car that looked like a viable option forme. I went in on Saturday to look at it, it was exactly what I was looking for.....purchased right then. Wayne was very helpful and made the experience painless. The Mercedes SLK 280 convertible that I purchased is a 2006. It is in great condition, people who see can't believe that it is not new. For me, buying a car is about as much fun as buying a bathing suit, but Wayne helped make the experience an enjoyable one. This is also the first car that I financed and the process was quick and easy. Chris (i think that was his name)was extremely helpful and made sure that I understood each and every form (and there were many) that I was signing. I would absolutely recommend Wayne Anderson and the dealership if you are looking to purchase a Mercedes in the near future,

I call Jim, Sam and myself the 3 musketeers because with every purchase these are the gentlemen I have dealt with and I would not have it any other way. This is the complain I filed in the better business bureauThank you for using the Better Business Bureau's Online Complaint System.Filed against : Mercedes-Benz of Westmont200 E. Ogden Ave. Westmont IL 60559-1342Complaint Description:We purchased a used car worth 20K BMW to Westmont of Mercedes Benz (11/11/2010), prior this to visit the dealer we exchange email and negotiated to lower the price to 20K. He agreed to sell the car for 20K, We met with the sale rep name Jim Fico (sales) my son, my wife and I was all present asked him regarding warranty, test drive the car and do the paper works. I specifically as him regarding the warranty and I was told it comes with 60 days bumper to bumper cover, His own words "We are not mom's and pop dealership will take care of you it comes with 60 days warranty". We purchased the car 11/11 after two days the oil started leaking (transmission and valve cover) I called Jim Fico on Monday 11/15 and told me to bring in the car for service and will provide a loaner. We went back to the dealer after we purchased the car worth 20k, used it for four days (70 miles). I received a call from the service advisor the Jim Fico and Mike Amato will have to authorize the repair, waited for two days no call or communication finally I called again Monday 11/22 talked to Jim Fico and he told they will NOT cover the repair since the price of the has been lowered and no profit margin bottom line they refused to authorize repair of the oil leaked and told the already lower the purchase price from 24K to 20K. However during the test drive the sales did NOT informed us of any issue with car. In fact he told my family that any used car they sell goes to a detail checking from the dealership, this one is a BMW since the have the sister company Westmont of BMW it went to BMW for checking before selling the car. The service advisor Thomas Frizzle has been very helpful however he can't authorize any repair the unless the Mike Amato give him the approval. The bottom line we purchased a used car from Westmont of Mercedes Benz after FOUR days and 70 miles it started leaking oil (transmission and Head Casket) the dealer refuse to fix it. I was not informed of any issue during the test drive. Please let me know if you need any documentation to support my claim.

Took my car for engine oil chainge in December 2007. Just for one engine oil change, 4 employees drove the vehicle. When car was services, I way on my way to leave when I noticed that the passenger side mirror was broken. It was so obvious but they were hoping that once I drive off the dealership, they would be off the hook. However, I noticed the damage before I even got in the car.To me, this is a lack of personal responsibility. Where is the pride of ownership? How are their employees proud of what they do? It looks like all of them hate their jobs. If that is the case, I suggest the owner starts recruiting new fresh eager technicians who are deeply interested to exceed in what they do and also provide the best mechanical solutions to their customers.Don't focus on the revenue, focus on the quality service and the money will come anyway!
