I was very impressed with the work and service I received at Larson's Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma. I asked to have them diagnose a problem and they did it for me for no additional charge which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them for service on your Mercedes. I will continue to use them in the future.

I sent an email regarding a specific Sprinter late at night. The next morning I received a call back and made an appointment. Since the Sprinter I called about was not precisely what I wanted, I ordered a new Sprinter and am awaiting delivery. One important thing to know - if you are interested in an MB Sprinter, make sure you talk to Jim, the Sprinter Guy. He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I decided to have my car with Mercedes Benz of Tacoma after visited others mercedes benz dealership because their service was so nice,and mainly they had the car that i like. I came down all the way from Bellevue to got my new car. The dealer, Benson, was trying to help me out a lot. He's super nice person who is friendly and helpful. On the top of that, I was really happy with the 2015 Glk 350 i've got. They gave me a reasonable price and excellent customer service. Thanks to Benson and Mercedes benz of tacoma.

I was greatly Blessed to stumble upon Braden Lundstrom. He is without a doubt the kindest, most knowledgable, salesperson I've ever dealt with. I have brought (too many to mention), vehicles in the past; & I have had my faith restored in the car-buying-business here at Larson. I will be a return customer. I appreciate being treated with respect & the little extra things sent my way sealed the deal !

Tried getting refund of "extended warrantee"; the finance office refuse to take any calls...won't respond to voicemail. Finance staff don't get in their office until 10:00am and dodge calls all day. Also, dealership did not disclose that vehicle was in an accident "with airbags deployed". After confronting the sales department, they claim they changed their disclosure policy. Too late for us...lost several thousand dollars of resale value...Dealership could care less...not their problem. Avoid Larson Mercedes!!! We did not "Get the Hook-up" as their slogan says...We got suckered and are STILL waiting for the refund of our pro-rated extended warrantee and GAP insurance. Bought plenty of cars and have gotten better service from a Hyundai dealership. This Mercedes dealership is bad!

bought a 2008 lancer Evo which they knew nothing about. and was sold a NEW car warranty with 75k total miles on a car with 60k miles for 2600$ and was told it was additional miles not total. noe they are trying to get me to buy another car from them and they will have wiggle room in the price. as opposed to just refunding the money and doing what's right rather than make another sale

About Keith, New Car Manager Usually when the New Car Manager comes walking out, it means its time for the hard sell the gloves are coming off. In Keith case however he walked out to introduce himself. It was late and relatively quiet the first night I was at the dealership and Keith sat in on some of our conversations no pushy tactics, hard sells or double-talk. Keith was as interested in making sure the deal was competitive and fair as I was. I never felt like I was being lead down the garden path I found Keith to be an honest straight shooter with a genuine vested interest in reaching a fair deal. About The Dealership I can honestly say that everyone I worked with at Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma met and exceeded my expectations. I never felt pressured or bamboozled by sales double-talk. The process was clean, efficient, above board and frankly stress free. I freely admit I can be of those finicky, picky, overly draconian and generally irritating customers but Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma took all my idiosyncrasies and somewhat autocratic approach in stride. They worked hard to find a car that worked for me and I couldn be more pleased with the results. I whole-heartedly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma to anyone looking for their next (or first, as in my case) Mercedes-Benz.
