We live in Reno and it was difficult finding exactly what we wanted to purchase locally so we looked within California for a few months. Working with Paul and the folks at Mercedes Benz of Stockton was a great experience from start to finish. The entire transaction was hassle-free and there were no hidden dealership markup fees. California doesn't make it easy if you live out of state but MB of Stockton worked everything out to arrange for a smooth transition of the vehicle to Nevada. After a bad experience with Walnut Creek (dishonesty) and Rocklin (lack of transparency regarding dealer markup fees), we were super pleased to work with and purchase our car at the Stockton location. We highly recommend this dealership and would definitely work with them again!

They had a Sprinter advertised.. and when I called to inquire about it.. they said it was in the process of being purchased from another customer.. later on that day they raised the price $5000 over MSRP.. I'm not into these types of games.. keep the van.. I'll keep my money.

I’m very pleased and happy to say with all the customer service I received from this place. I would say the best Mercedes Benz dealership or any dealership I have ever encountered. Jay assisted me on the phone. I don’t have much time since I run a business, but Jay made all so easy and smooth, also went out and beyond his way for me to purchase the 2019 GLA 250 , I love the car! Thank you so much Jay for working with me, you are the best. Also, once I got there, to pick up my vehicle. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. Especially, Paul and Bin who finished the process with me smoothly and let me park my old vehicle there until ready to pick it up and drive with my new GLA 250. Thank you all for an exceptional service and I will definitely refer any of my family and friends. Also, I will be definitely coming back there once ready to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you~Faryal

I have a very bad experience with this place. I leased cars before from another Mercedes dealer and never had issues with their cars. Currently I have two cars with this dealer and I am back and forth to their dealer for issues in the car and they always want to charge money. Since day #1 there is always issue, Very bad customer service. I will be finishing my lease with them soon and will never go back to them. I don’t advise anyone to deal with this place. I am very so dissatisfied with them.

In the process of learning about the Mercedes product line, customer service was simply unparalleled. The representative ensured that--despite the fact I was only "browsing"--all questions were solicited and answered. I thought good manners were a lost art, but not with the Berberian team. Although accompanying my Cousin, who was having her Mercedes serviced, I was highly impressed by staff with the Service Department as well as Sales. If at all possible, my next vehicle will be purchased from the folks at Berberian.

Bought my 4th Volvo from the dealership and my 3rd from Ken. Ken is great to work with shows pride in his work. Have had Brian in Service since 1999 and is always attentive to work. Working with both these guys are great and both are pleasure to work with for Sales and Service

Looking all over for the incredibly hard to get! A Volvo C30 that was not abused by the previous owner. Where did I find it? That's right Berberian European Motors in Stockton!
