This dealership location gets a half of a star in my book!I've never been to a Mercedes-Benz location worldwide with such lack of customers service. Not sure if it was the color of my skin or my workout attire from leaving the gym to inquire about a model of a car. Didn't get a welcome, a goodbye or anything. Walked in and was looked at, as if I was lost. This is not the Mercedes-Benz brand customers service that I have known over 20 years.

What a wonderful experience-friend recommended we make the trip-so glad he did! From the first phone call to the delivery of the new to me car every person there was professional and so appreciative that we chose them. Darrell Kimrey was our sales consultant and he was so knowledgeable and helpful-he even called that evening to make sure I made it back home and was pleased with the car on the drive! The general manager was terrific and thanked us many times for making the trip to purchase from them-even though I'm sure he sells brand new high dollar cars to many well known sports figures he made us feel like our "new to us" car sale was just as important-and Jonathan who explained all the features on my car was so patient and told me to call anytime I had any questions- all in all a great experience!

When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by David Rodriguez, and we cannot say enough about his expertise and professionalism. We were looking for a specific car and the one he had on the lot had more extras than we wanted. However, with the help of sales director Georgia Byes they worked the best possible deal so we could drive the vehicle off the lot. Davids knowledge about the vehicle and his courteousness made this a very exciting and enjoyable experience. In this day and age it is hard to find customer service like this. I have since returned to Mercedes of South Charlotte to have my car washed and follow up on questions on how to use all the gadgets this vehicle provides. We have been to quite a few dealerships in the past and this was by far the best experience. Thanks David!

The vehicle advertised was not priced within the range I expected, but the staff was truly courteous and responded to my query quickly. My experience has been that most sellers do not contact me when requested, and rarely are they as professional and responsive as Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. It is a shame that the car was not quite right for me, as I think the buying experience would have been excellent.

I came early in the morning and they were very busy but I was greeted quickly and efficiently. I came in for a state inspection and 50,000 mile tuneup. Due to timing I was unable to get a rental however, they assured me they would have my vehicle in and out as quick as possible! They also stayed in touch with me throughout the process and I enjoyed the lounge sitting area. They also offered to wash my car.

I purchased the vehicle here and felt comfortable coming back for service since they know what's best for the vehicle. The facility is great and I am always treated with respect. They are very friendly and always go above and beyond my expectations. My vehicle sees a lot of wear with my hobbies, so with the offer to vacuum and wash before I leave, this extra step encourages me to return for future service appointments.

Had a Florida EClass early lease return & looking to purchase a new or PreOwned Cclass shipped to California! From the initial phone call Darius Brown was very cordial & informative. He made the process friendly & really showed that he cared for me to walk away with the best deal possible. They took over the last 3 payments of my lease return very easily & no questions asked & got me into a PreOwned full warranty 2015 C400 with all options I wanted for a great price comapred to the new model. Darius was patient & showed me many options & the differences before I chose the right one for me. My next 2 services are included & the finance dept was also kind & easy. They had the car shipped to Cali for me & included an illuminated star as part of the deal. I've had good experiences with Mercedes but this one was truly great & kudos to Darius & the team! Also many new & PreOwned options on the lot...I got lucky & it was all done in one day!

He has a very warm and welcoming personality, and really put me at ease with answering all my questions in a no pressure environment. My wife and I found the perfect GLK we had been searching for at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. Living in Raleigh, I gave the dealership a call and was greeted by Darius Brown. Having seen my desired model on-line, an inquiry was sent via email to the dealer and was promptly answered by Mr. Eduardo Prego of MB South Charlotte. This began what ultimately turned into a most pleasant buying experience. Mr. Prego met me at the appointed time at the dealership, thoroughly explained the vehicle, arranged for a test drive , arranged for a trade-in evaluation and finally accurately and efficiently provided a written sales offer. The entire process took under an hour and at all times I felt comfortable and unpressured. Having accepted the offer, I returned later that day to complete the paperwork (which took less than 30 minutes) and drove away in my new vehicle. All the folks at MB South Charlotte were friendly, sincere, accommodating and professional. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager are particularly great to deal with and Mr. Prego is a delight to deal with. All in all, they have earned my business for years to come!

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. Our Sales Consultant, Mr. Darius Brown, made the purchasing process an absolute pleasure. We visited with him several times looking at a number of cars each visit. At no time did he make is feel rushed, or needing to make a quick decision. He even demonstrated many of the extensive new features of the latest vehicles including a self-parking demonstration between two closely parked cars right there on the dealership parking lot. My experience began on the phone with Darrell. His knowledge and no nonsense approach to sales is a model ALL other auto dealerships should closely follow. My tricky trade-in situation was no match for his abilities. We got the deal done and I drove away very happy! I had a wonderful buying experience at Mercedes South Charlotte. This is the second car our family has purchased from this dealership. I purchased a used 2013 C250 and absolutely love it!! Darius was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help point me in the right direction. He actually had the day off, but he drove all the way in to help us. Darius was very personable and you can tell he really cares about his clients. I loved that it was a low pressure environment, and everyone was extremely friendly. I was able to extend my warranty to 2020 with unlimited mileage, which is fantastic! I also traded in my old Chevy cobalt, they made this process super easy and hassle free. Jonathan Emmanuel is not only exceptional in concierge services at time of purchase but thereafter. Each time I approached him about a product issue no matter how small, he makes the time to help and guide me. I recall my first experience with him after the purchase. On Sunday after my purchase, I realize my car is not linked to my garage opener. I called early Sunday morning planning to leave a message for a call back on Monday. I did not realize it was his personal cell. He answered. I learned he has just arrived home from church. I was embarrassed and apologized that I would call on Monday. He insisted he could help me immediately. He walked me through setting up my garage opener in less than 5 minutes. Since then I am sold on a car dealership who has such a dedicated employee. It was customer services at its best going beyond expectations. Not surprising he continues with this level of dedication and customer service each time I approached him on a product question. Last week, while waiting for my car wash and had a question about my NAVI, I casually Jonathan about a Maybach. Not only did he answer my question, he gave me a tour of the showroom explaining various cars. This young man impresses me with his knowledge and customer service. Jonathan is approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all I believe him to be an excellent ambassador for Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. I have even provided his card to a colleague who purchased her vehicle from another Mercedes Benz to service it at Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. I encouraged her to call upon Jonathan for product guidance and help, if needed because of his knowledge base, patience and ability to guide. Finally, I wish to commend and thank the Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte team from Sales (Eduardo Prego), Service (Steven Botts), Cashier (Thursday morning--name unknown), Concierge (Jonathan Emmanuel) and complimentary car wash (attentive and polite Hispanic gentleman) for their attentiveness, helpfulness, professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. I have bought/leased 5 luxury sport vehicles within the last few years. In one case I actually had to go to Atlanta Ga to find the correct car deal to fulfill my needs. In the past there have been one or more issues where I would not give a five star rating. MB of South Charlotte allowed me to buy a rare example of a C63s Edition 1 which would normally only be offered to a high profile repeat customer or a pro sports personality. The deal was more than fair with a very attractive price and trade value scenario. The financing process also went off without a hitch. Kudos to MB of South Charlotte for a job well done. Highly recommend this dealer for any MB purchase. I will be back for any purchases going forward

I took a long train ride from NJ to Charlotte, NC to purchase a pre-owned Mercedes Benz.. I was picked up by Mr. Marty and driven to Felix Sabates Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte. That was a nice touch. At the dealership I was warmly received and the facility was top notch as is to be expected, but still, I was very impressed. Mr. David Rodriguez was very gracious and made me feel more like I was making the deal with an old acquaintance. I know that these transactions are a regular occurrence but David was genuinely, just as excited as I was, which made the purchase process so painless. I purchased a new GLK a year ago with David Rodriguez and had an excellent experience. I told him I was leaving town and needed to finish the paperwork quickly. He had the paperwork ready and the car detailed when I came in so I could drive it to my daughter's wedding. I love the 40 miles to the gallon I get on the freeway. My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes from Dave Rodriguez who was very helpful in the process and provided us with excellent communication throughout the long distance transaction. This was the first time we had purchased an automobile without a personal inspection prior to delivery so Dave made a detailed video for us and answered many specific questions for us pertaining to the car's condition. The exchange of paperwork was handled smoothly and quickly and we received the car by truck on the promised day. Overall, an excellent purchase experience.

Went in to purchase a vehicle. Got treated nicely in the beginning. Negotiated and ready to make a deal, then dealer sold the car out from under me a couple of hours later. Did not have the decency to contact me beforehand. Not respectable in my opinion. Needless to say this dealership will NEVER earn my business. I will not reccommend these people to my friends or family. Definitely not "Best of the Best" like it states on their website.

Do not expect a positive online experience (unless for new inventory); MB of S. CLT is catered to more upper class buyers who are onsite / in person. The internet sales person lacks communication skills and punctuality. I work for a financial institution; and I was ready to buy, but I guess this dealer does not feel they need to return requests for information or interest in a sale in a timely manner. They lost a sale and a future buyer.

New to the area. Went in for minor service. They try VERY hard to sell you more stuff. All of the repairs done well but one. Over-all not bad but I have been to better Mercedes dealers over the years

I bought my Mercedes C350 from this dealership and what a pleasant process it was. I live in Atlanta, found the car online, emailed about it on a Sunday, Torrey Tennant responded the same day and handled the whole process without a hitch. I had the car by Wednesday. Love it! Thanks guys!
