I purchased a used car from Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh and even though I normally do not like purchasing from dealers, Mr. Kun was excellent. Despite the vehicle being used and lower priced Mr. Kun provided me with his full attention, responded quickly to my inquires and came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle to me.

From our first phone call , inquiring about vehicles available, to the purchase of our new vehicle, Andy Kornreich treated us with respect, kindness and a clear understanding of what we needed in a vehicle. Our salesperson, Kirk Davis, was very accommodating on short notice and spent 3 hours with us test driving many Mercedes models (in the rain) to help my wife and I find the "right" vehicle for her interests and needs.The buying process was very smooth and we took delivery of our new Mercedes the same day. I was very pleased with the courtesy of the salesman, Dave DeRose and the efforts made by Mr. Roger Rea, Sales Manager, to meet my target price and give me a fair trade in value for my ML 350. They were polite, worked with me, and the whole purchase process was easy and enjoyable. I was able to get the E 350 that I wanted along with a fair trade in price for my car. A very enjoyable purchase experience!

A few years ago I was seeking a new luxury car. I initially looked at seveal brands and decided to pursue a MB. I had a bad experience at a more local dealership. I subsequently called MB of Pittsburgh and starting talking to Bob Hamilton. Bob has been nothing short of fabulous to work with. Noressure and knwos the product well. I've been back several times. Top notch customer service every time.

MB of Pittsburgh had the exact car I was looking, but I live in NJ. I started the process Friday morning and we agreed on the terms within a few hours and it was ready Saturday morning. The deal also required the return of my leased car. Ben Fish was extremely professional and efficient in the whole process, using text, email and phone. I drove to Pittsburgh and left the dealer at 9:30am Saturday morning. Chris was also very helpful with respect to explaining the nuances of the car at the time of delivery. They took care of everything including both the PA and NJ motor vehicle paperwork. This was a better and faster buying experience compared to my local MB dealer where I have purchased multiple. Definitely worth the 6 hour drive and highly recommend Ben.

My sales associate, Ben Fish, was fantastic, not only getting a great price for my trade-in vehicle, but also in obtaining the desired monthly payment I was confortable with. I drove over 2 1/2 hours to this dealership (over 100 miles). After arriving home and logging only a few miles on my "new" car, the ABS light along with the Stabilitrack lights on the dash lit up....I took the car to a local Cadillac dealer where a diagnosis was made of the problem. I phoned the Pittsburgh Mercedes Benz and was connected with Greg Martin. He immediately approved that my local Cadillac dealer could complete the maintainance rather than me driving 5 hours total and waiting for the MB dealer to fix the car. This showed me that this dealership was more concerned about customer satisfaction than the profit they would have made having me drive to their facility and have them perform the work... Hats off to Greg Martin!!!!! I thank him as well as Ben Fish on making this car buying transaction a great experience. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh for your next new car.

The level of service has matched the quality of the vehicle. When purchasing a Mercedes for the first time, I expecting a white glove service from the dealership. With every dealer this is not a given. Rahal has provided me with white glove service.

From the moment I entered the dealership to the time I drove away with my new purchase, I can define this dealership with two words: Top Notch! The staff is extremely professional and courteous. My sales representative, Ben Fish, worked to get me the most money for my trade in as well as obtaining a low interest rate for my loan. He applied absolutely NO PRESSURE which seems to be the norm at alot of dealerships. While waiting for paperwork to be completed, I was offered snacks, coffee and water.. I would highly recommend this dealership. I drove approximately 100 miles (over 2 hours) to get to this dealer with absolutely no regrets.. I'm highly satisfied with my purchase. Also,,,,this facility was spotless!!

Really enjoyed the responsiveness and helpfulness of Yat Kun, their Internet Sales rep. He spent a ton of extra time with us to work through a very complicated Owners Choice financing issue on my trade, and got me into the car that I wanted at a great price (not to mention allowing my three kids to smash all kinds of crackers on the floor in his office). Great experience all around with these guys.

Andy Kornreich was wonderful to deal with. Andy is very knowledgeable, professional and not pushy! My wife and I could not be more pleased with the buying experience. It took a few months to find the exact vehicle, but once Andy received a certified 2014 Mercedes E350 in polar white he reached out to us. A few emails were exchanged and the deal was done. The entire staff at Rahal was wonderful. I cannot wait to take our E350 to them to have our illuminated star installed. I would highly recommend Andy and the Rahal team to anyone that is looking for a new or certified pre-owned Mercedes Benz.

I was referred to Kirk Davis from a friend after I told her I was thinking about buying a Mercedes Benz C300 4matic. Kirk was great to work with. He was detail oriented, knew his "stuff" about the car, and was not the least bit pushy. He showed me the facility, we took a test drive, and he did not pressure me to make a decision that day. I bought the car about a week after the test drive. About 6 days later, I had low tire pressure. Called Kirk and said what do I do? Call Roadside Assistance, or bring it in? He said bring it in and they will give me a loaner, and check it out. My dumb luck, there was a huge hunk of metal in the tire. I had to replace the tire, but the service experience as a whole was painless (thanks Keith). I have already recommended Kirk to a friend who is considering buying a Mercedes for his wife. Thank you.

I have purchased at least 3 Mercedes vehicles (2 E Class, one SL) from Kirk Davis at Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh. He is the best sales representative that I have done business with. His attention to detail, willingness to exert extra effort on behalf of the customer's needs, his follow through following the sale and his genuine concern for the customer is often too uncommon in automobile salespersons. I have also had my cars serviced at both Pittsburgh Mercedes and the Wexford location. I have been satisfied with the service and my service representative at both locations. A particular shout out to Dave Gutherie at the Wexford location who has always been the great to work with.

This is an example of how even a dealership or call sales company can become too big, where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, where salespeople are too busy to respond in a timely manner. I wasted nearly 2 weeks with these people after finding a car, and then getting warranty information was like pulling teeth. The salespersons are all very courteous but that does not do me any good after they wasted my time. The worst was that I finally got a salesman working with me, who asked for me to send my personal information, which I did, only to be called in the morning to say the car was actually already sold. So why the heck was my time wasted for nearly 2 weeks. Definitely will not want to do business with them again even if they're the only Mercedes Benz dealer available.

Dealer response was quick and friendly. Told me car was in good shape but that I wouldn't be able to see the car until two days later because he was off the next day. I came to find out later the car was not inspected and needed over $1000 work. Then, on the day I was to stop down and see it, the car was apparently sold.

Ben not only contacted me via cell right away but on a Saturday evening to let me that he got my email. He sent me more pictures Monday morning first thing and made this transaction easy. I bought a car from Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh via online. I live in St. Louis, MO and wasn't able to see the vehicle before I bought it. I spoke with Steve and he was very nice, helpful and honest. He sent me additional pictures of the car via text message and was easy to contact with any questions. They were by far the best price on the internet, almost to good to be true. The car had a clean title, carfax and autocheck and passed safety and emissions in Missouri with no problem. After my purchase I received a handwritten letter in the mail thanking me for my business. You just don't see that kind of service anymore. I would highly recommend them and will definitely consider them for all future purchases.
