Just bought an S550 one week ago. Had some issues at first and could not get anyone to answer my calls and E Mails. Then I brought the car in and was treated royally. All my questions were answered in a most professional manner. I felt I got a good value. The dealership is smaller than others but they had exactly what I wanted. Overall very very good.

My wife and I went to Pembroke Pines Mercedes Benz to see the options to update our present E-Class since our lease is up very soon. We asked receptionist for the same salesperson that we purchased our last vehicle which happened to still be employed and witch we both were very happy and felts much more comfortable. The Sales person was Mr. Juan Velez.We proceeded to go through a few car options and Mr. Velez seem to be very motivated at the beginning until we started asking him about the 2017 models since he was only showing us 2016s models. then he said that the 2017 models were very expensive and that they didn't have any incentives offerings.mind you we didn't asked for any incentives....We continue to asked Mr. Velez to please give us a quote on the leasing program for a particular 2017 model that the MSRP was $ 55k.He went on and started typing away on his computer and then he printed a document that was from a previous customer ( He Claimed) so we can see how of a great of a deal he was proposing to usThe monthly payments was almost $900.00 per month with a down payment of $4000 .My wife and I both looked at each other and said that number didn't make sense at all, as we explained to Mr. Velez that other dealers were advertising the same model of vehicle with same options for way less and that the math wasn't adding up. He aggressively and rude responded that if we wanted a Mercedes Benz ? then that was the final price we will need to pay at this dealer!He didnt even go to his sales manager to assure he was giving us the best possible price, being that we were existing customers..My wife and I at that point knew he didnt value us has a customer and we needed to leave the dealership.As we walked away Mr. Velez may a comment that we had wasted his timeSorry Mr. Juan Velez for wasting your valuable time ! but this is not the way you handle a loyal customer.Hope Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines understand my point here and realize that loyal customers shouldnt be taken for granted.Julio P

Purchased a new E 350, had it a couple of days noticed the rear window screen was not closing properly and the rear passenger side wheel Center Cap was cracked... Called my salesperson Samantha Gil, she spoke with the service department they told me to bring the car in next day, The service rep Gonzalo had my car fixed within a hour and they washed it.

The service advisor could have been a little more professional. He never delivered on his promised dates that the car will be ready, did not return phone calls (most of the time), doesn't call to update when car will be ready (he promised to call, but he did not). I can understand that my car is not the only car being serviced, but atleast, I expect the service advisor to do what he said he would do.I will say that the service advisor is pleasant and easy to talk to, he just have to work on the things mentioned above..

This was supposed to be an easy and simple fix, my last visit to Mercedes Bens Of Pembroke Pines was a very frustrating one as i only came in to purchase a key since my only key stopped working all of sudden and I was told i had to tow in my vehicle in order purchase a new key.My vehicle was towed in on Aug/5 and I met with my service advisor Mr. Artilles when I explained my issue to him at which point without even giving me even 5 minutes of his time very quickly looked at my old key and said I only needed the new case and did not require a new blade for the new key mean while telling me the key would would be there next day or take a maximum of 48hr so I left the dealer trusting my advisor is going to do what he gets paid to do. Wednesday Thursday and Friday go by meanwhile I'm paying a rental since I have no car; on Saturday a gentleman contacts me and tells me that my key was never ordered by Mr. Artilles and wanted to confirm the order with me before he calls it in... (I was in disbelieve), and i told him I only needed the case as Mr. Artilles recommended and most importantly that I needed to speak to the service manager (no luck), I called numerous other times on sat and monday but was given the runaround and was told to either wait until tuesday for the key or another week when Mr. Artilles came back from vacation, of course I opted for Tuesday since I was still paying for a rental. Tuesday came and finally I was contacted by the dealer to pick up the vehicle and to be honest I was ready to put all the mistakes and bad service behind and just pick up my car but after I made the payment and was finally given the key a very helpful valet guy brings up to my attention that Mr. Artilles recommendation that I DID NOT require a blade(the metal key) was Wrong since my old blade did not fit the new key, so I went back in tried to look for a manager but all of the sudden there was no body there to help me and not surprising the manager was not available and if I wanted to even see the service manager I was supposed to wait another TWO hours... This ordeal has cost me days of work, a rental,stress, time and all of this just for a simple key. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars in services at this dealer (Out of pocket) I have no warranty, and I just feel that I was treated as a less valued customer just because I'm still holding on to loved 2004 E class.I work and make a living in service also, taking care of sick patients and to me SERVICE and CARE mean EVERYTHING for a client/patient and I truly felt very unvalued and it is not fair, it doesn't feel good... just put your self in my shoes. Today is september 3rd and I still have not received a call from Mr. Artilles or anybody for that matter this travesty has been so frustrating that I still don't even want to go back to the dealer even to purchase the rest of the key.VERY UNHAPPY.

I was looking for a certain model CPO Benz which my internet sales rep Adrian Ciprian helped me find. Adrian is an outstanding professional who listened and really assisted me in every way. Since I bought the vehicle sight unseen as I was out of town, I relied on Adrian's integrity and assistance more than would have been necessary had I actually been able to see the vehicle. Adrian was spot on regarding his comments and I was greatful when I got to see the beautiful car for the first time when I took delivery of it two days ago. Nothing extraordinary. We were met by one of the ladies and were instructed to wait in the "waiting area" until the arrival of the service advisor. It's a 60,000 miles service & it would take around 2 to 3 hours, and a van service was provided to us; taking us home & picking us up from home to the the facility(Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke iPines).If the service is not yet due or it may be too early, I would suggest that the service advisor should mention it to the customer and then she has the options.

I left my car for service last week Wednesday for service, did not hear from anyone until Friday night after I call for an update. Early Monday morning I got a call back from the service adviser who described the type additional repair after the diagnostic evaluation of the car. I opt out and did not want to repair the car, and told him I will come later to pick up the car( I had a loaner that was due 12 hrs. after the call). Got there for pick up, paid the diagnostic fee and was given the papers to give to the people outside to give me my car. I stood outside to wait for the car, a few minutes later I got a message asking me if I want a car wash it will take another 20 minutes. In the meantime. I am standing outside waiting for my car.CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADVISER SERVICE WAS POOR.I MAY NEVER GO BACK THERE FOR SERVICE.

I purchased my C300 from this dealer several years ago and initially had no problems with their service department. They were cordial and took care of any issues within a reasonable amount of time. However, the past few times, each time, the service has been very poor (which is why I've been taking my car to other repair shops within the past year). My most recent experience with the service department was today when I took the vehicle in at 9:00- a set appointment. 5 1/2 hours later, there was still no communication from the service department regarding any service recommendations from the technician and an estimate for the work to be done. At the 4th hour, I left a message for the service representative to call me with a status regarding my vehicle. An hour and half later, when there was still no communication, I made a second call at which time, another individual explained to me that some parts may be required and the service representative would contact me upon returning from lunch. When I expressed my displeasure at the lack of communication and the length of time it was taking, this individual became defensive and argumentative. In addition to the poor customer service, the labor fees at this dealership are outrageously high. I do not recommend this dealership's service department. You are better off having the work done elsewhere- even if it is not a Mercedes Benz dealer. Other repair shops are able to purchase the MB parts from the dealer and provide the labor for less money. And, they are more appreciative of your business.

I have a definite shake in my car when braking which I told my service adviser. He seemed like he shrugged it off when I told him and when I went to pick up the car I was told they couldn't duplicate it so they didn't do anything. Clearly they didn't take the car and drive it because I got back in the car and it did it immediately. There was also NO sense of urgency to help anyone from anyone in the service department here. I got there and everyone was either on their phones or on the computer or standing around and no one has a customer and it somehow took 20 minutes to be seen. AND THET WAS WITH AN APPOINTMENT!! Terrible.

I bought a car this week in this dealership... Not the best experience... 1. I spend almost my whole day in this dealership :( 2. The salesman was very rude... I mean if you do sales, you should know how to accept the customer's point of view... But he got mad cuz we couldnt agree on the price... After back and forth he comes and tells me that the car had been crashed :( i mean this are things u say before hand.... Anyways I requested another sales person cuz I couldnt deal with him anymore. The other guy that helped me was great but I was mad already so ... I desl with him.. The managers keep wanting to give me a "mercedes" treatment so they called it but I mean I got treated the sane way I would have been treated in the honda, ford, or whatever nonlucury dealer....(meaning I felt the same nothing luxury or special) even though they should have because I was upset... 3. I waited almost 2 hours to get help from the finance guy (which at least was very nice)- probably even nicer than managers...

I've been trying for three days to contact my service advisor. I went to the dealership to no avail, and I came in early the next day and he wasn't there. I went there .I know they're busy there, but three days and leaving messages and going by there. We flew in from California after repurchasing over the Internet, a new '14 E550 Conv. The plan was to drive it back home to San Diego. When we picked up the car, we noticed a few ants but were assured by their employees it was "no problem". They took the car back to the service bay and "blew" them off. However as our trip home continued, each day we found more and more ants to where we finally realized the car was INFESTED with THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of ants, in the dash, door panels, engine bay, EVERYWHERE. Fortunately they didn't "bite" as they were what were later identified as "Crazy Ants," a species which has been moving across the Gulf Coast these past few years and is now invading Florida. The dealership offered only to have the car "fumigated", a solution that's so stupid it makes your brain hurt. First off, to completely cover the "life cycle" of these ants and get into all the cracks and crevices where they hide, the car would need to be "tented" for at least 60 days. Then, assuming they were lucky enough to get them all, there would be the forever lingering SMELL of thousands of dead ants trapped thru out the car plus the poison gases they use also have an aroma which would seep into the leather and carpeting. This car will always "stink". Additionally these particular ants are very fond of chewing the insulation on the wiring in automobiles and appliances. So, even if they somehow got all the ants, there's the very strong possibility of wiring damage which might not show up for years! After several letters and phone calls we finally got MB USA to force this pompous dealership to refund us all our money for the cost of the vehicle, but of course we're still out thousands of dollars in travel expenses. PLUS, by the time we got home we had to destroy all our luggage and the clothing we had taken as they too were infested with ants. I've never even gotten an acknowledgement from the General Manager or Owner, much less an apology or a "what can I do to fix our screw up". I even contacted, "AutoNation" which evidently owns this dealership and they just blew me off. Pretty surprising, considering the Mercedes Benz "brand" and the fact that AutoNation is a huge nationwide seller of cars. Where's the person who stands up and admits they messed up and makes this right for my family? Very, very disappointed!! As to the whereabouts of the car? It stayed under "quarantine" in California at a dealership for several weeks, completely surrounded by some poisonous powders to keep these fast breeding ants from spreading. My local Mercedes dealer now tells me the car was eventually shipped back to Florida and has been sold to someone in the Lauderdale area. Wow! What do you want to bet they did not disclose this car's history to the buyer? YOU SHOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! There must be other good Mercedes Dealers in the area whose cars aren't infested. And if you do go there and they try to tell you this was just a temporary problem while they were undergoing construction, don't believe them. The sales staff told me on the side that they have had ant problems in the past and were instructed to just not the discuss it? Wow, with that mentality, perhaps we should all stay away from any dealers owned by AutoNation also, as it seems this type of corruption usually starts from the top and filters down....

The dealership facilities and sales person were fine...no complaints. The problem is that the 2006 CLS500 we saw on Cars.com and drove 2 hours to see bore no resemblance to the car we saw on the lot. The interior photos on-line could not have been of the same vehicle we saw in person. The car reeked of mold and cigarettes and was so filthy we refused to even sit in it. There is a huge slash ( 6" ) in the passenger seat that is not present in the photos. The perforated leather had black grime ground into it. The carpets were so dirty they looked stained. The steering wheel finish was worn off. Soft goods around the door sills were de-laminating as if from flooding. The interior was so badly worn that it looked it had 271,000, not 71,000 miles. I have never seen such a horrible vehicle on any lot...much less at a Mercedes dealer. This car needs to crushed.

On Tuesday, July 30, 2014, I had a wonderful experience in purchasing a luxury vehicle, I had visited several dealership before but the one that stood out the most was Mercedes Benz of Pembroke pines located at 14199 Pines blvd. But the Finance rep Loyal was ,in my opinion condescending and his effort to up sell me was annoying. Walter Hidalgo was superb. I told Walter what I wanted and he was right on it. I changed a few times and he did not care, he stayed right on it as I added and subtracted. When the car came in, the process was smooth, the car was right on with everything he described and the staff at the dealership was great. Afterwards, Walter continued his white glove service by extending visits to explain more, also keeping his cell phone open for any and all questions. What else could you ask for? I am a very picky car buyer and needed a salesperson that knew the car inside and out and who had patience and quickness to keep me in the game!! Thank you again Walter.

I flew in from GA to purchase a vehicle on 12/5/2013. We had spoken several times and I was assured that the vehicle had no mechanical issues. They also offered to reimburse me for the taxi ride from the airport ($64) First the battery was dead and I was told a light was left on. They charged the vehicle. Next the price went up $98.75 because they forgot something. They said they would send me $100 to cover the taxi ride and part of the extra expense. After completing the paperwork, I went to leave in the car and it wouldnt start. They said the dome light was on and it was just discharged. I had to replace the battery on the way home ($141). Other issues, door lock didnt work ($448), leaking Power steering ($349), and Power antenna ($453). I asked about mechanical condition before I flew in, and while it might be possible they werent aware of this, I later found an AutoNation (their buying group) inspection report listed as Description of Mechanical Repair Required all these items are listed on THEIR inspection report. They have never sent the reimbursement for the Taxi or paperwork error. I contacted Paul Chovan and Jose Roca about this several times and have not received payment, or an apology. This is not a place to purchase a vehicle..

New Lease ML 350 White Usually going to an auto dealership to lease or buy a new car is like going to a dentist to have a wisdom tooth removed. A long and painful process. Last week I was in a near fatal car accident on I-95 where I was cut off and my Bmw of eleven years tail spun out of control across all 5 lanes of traffic, got hit by an 18 wheeler tracker trailer truck and slammed into the median barrier wall. I was just about fed up with it all right up to the moment I met with David Acosta from Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines. He was literally my "car-salesman angel". Background: My brothers and I wanted to buy our mother a Mercedez-Benz for her 50th birthday. Our work schedules are very hectic which made meeting and purchasing the car all that much more difficult. All of the dealerships where we live (Miami) close early during the weekdays and are not open on the weekends. The fact that the dealerships operating ours matched our schedules and is a Costco auto-program approved dealership motivated us to make our purchase at Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines. After emailing with the dealership and deciding we were happy with the Costco invoice price we decided to make the one-hour drive up to Pembroke Pines. My Plight: After all the arguing over what color, make, model, etc. our mother would prefer, we all came to an agreement. To our luck, the vehicle wasn't in store (or any other nearby dealerships). We panicked. Our mothers birthday was the next day and we had planned a surprise birthday dinner for her that evening. We couldn't return to Miami empty handed. We needed to present her with the car in front of her friends and family that evening or weeks worth of planning would go to waste. We were ready to walk out the door. Honestly, this had become a mission. But David Acosta did such a great job of working with us and really caring about what we wanted to do for our mother. He managed to find a vehicle that matched the description we wanted to buy only two days away from delivery. We purchased it on the spot. He also provided us with a loaner for the evening so that we could carry on with our moms big birthday surprise. Needless to say, that evening went EXTREMELY well. Our mom was shocked and extremely happy with her new gift and we managed to get tons of happy tears out of her. Two days later, I received a call from David Acosta letting me know our car had arrived. I work in Brickell and that meant Id have to leave the office early and deal with horrible rush-hour traffic to and from Pembroke Pines. Knowing that, he offered to personally deliver the car himself and collect the loaner so that I didnt have to go out of my way. He even delivered all of my paperwork so that I could sign for the car from the comfort of my office. He even took the time to give me a crash-course on the vehicle. This was amazing because I didnt waste away my evening on the highway. The following day, David called to make sure our mom was happy with the car and to let us know that we could contact him if there was every an issue with the vehicle. Im extremely happy with the customer service from Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines. Im looking to upgrade my personal vehicle sometime next year and theyre at the top of my list. I highly recommend them because theyd do anything to make sure you get what you need when and how you need it. We had made a list of dealers we were going to visit and Mercedes was the first and only one we ended up going to, thanks to the very professional and informative staff at Mercedes of Pembroke Pines. We opened up the vehicles and went at our own pace, observing the details without pressure. When we were done we went inside to get more information on the ML 350 model, and happened to meet Mr. Syed Bukhari, a salesman who immediately came out to answer our questions. The rest is history. Mr. Syed Bukhari showed us all the various configurations available and explained the options to us, allowing us to make the right choice for us. We then went on a test drive and immediately made our decision. His input and suggestions were very helpful in our final decision. At no time we felt pressured to buy a vehicle. Mercedes is an expensive vehicle, but after we learned of all the safety features, we felt it would be money well spent, as their is no price on safety. The staff remained there to until 11:30PM to finish up the paperwork!! Thank you Mr. Syed Bukhari and Mr. Loyal Schlonger!!

My overall experience with the Pembroke Pines Mercedes Benz dealership was excellent. The dealership is very nice and is centrally located right off of the I75 Pines Blvd East exit. I purchased a CPO MB, which drives and looks brand new. My buying experience was very pleasant, from the "no pressure" sales process to the efficient closing of the sale. I dealt with Matthew and Pablo, both who were very personable and truly a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Visited your Pembroke Pines Dealer on Feb 25th 2013 looking for a used Mercedes-Benz. We were assisted by the salesman Moises Cisneros. His service was Excellent!!! Very informative, and patience. We test drove 3 cars. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions. We told him we wanted to make our decision by the next day and he respected our wishes. We also met his Supervisor Pablo who was also very pleasant and again not pushy. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. When we returned to sign closing papers and pick up the car, Mosies took the time to show us & answer any questions we had about the car. Even Roberto who had us sign the closing papers was awesome. It truly was a pleasure to experience this kind of Service. I Love my 2010 C350 Mercedes -Benz. Was impressed the most with Moises Cisneros.

I visited the dealer a week ago looking for a used Mercedes Benz. Moises Cisneros was the salesman who assisted us. We test drove 3 cars. Moises service was excellent. He knew the business and had alot of knowledge about the vehicles we looked at. We test drove 3 cars. Moises was not pushy which is what impressed me the most, Even when we told him we would need a day to make our decision he respected it. We returned the following day and purchased at 2010 C350. Moises took his time to show everything about the car. The financing was excellent. We got a very very low rate for the loan. I would highly recommend this dealer and Moises as the salesman. His supervisor Pablos was also outstanding and the Rep who had us sign the loan papers by the name of Roberto was awesome. I haven't received such good service in a long time!!!

I visited this dealership on November 8th, 2012 to test drive and purchase a vehicle that they still have advertised on the dealership website as a Mercedes Certified vehicle. It is a 2008 Mercedes CLK 550 convertible with the vin number WDBTK72F08T091104. This would not be my first mercedes, however my first experience with this dealership. I contacted the dealership ahead of time to inquire about the accuracy of the representation of the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was still on the lot, so I drove the distance to the dealership. When I arrived, I was met by the sales associate David Acosta who told me that I made it just in time as the vehicle was to be sent to auction this day, which was obviously not true as they still have the vehicle on the lot now. As David was getting the car ready, i asked if I could write down some questions that I had about the vehicle to see if he could have the sales manager answer them while we were test driving to save us all some time. One of the questions was about the price of extending the Certification Service agreement that was advertised on the vehicle. As soon as we walked outside before we even got in the car, David said would you like me to put the top down. It was a chilly day, so I was in no rush and I walked around to the back of the car and noticed the convertible roof was damaged. A tear from one side all the way to the over right above the rear window. Immediately after I noticed the tear in the roof the sales manager comes out the same door we came out, Pablo Amezaga, and says to me. "You want this vehicle certified. This vehicle can't be certified with the convertible roof this way so we cannot sell this vehicle certified." I said but this vehicle has been advertised on your website for the past two months as a Mercedes Certified vehicle. I asked Pablo if I could show him the photos from his website which stated "Buy with Peace of Mind, Buy Mercedes Certified." He said he knew nothing about that. I asked why he didn't know anything about it if he was the sales manager. He said it was a type and that there should be something about not being responsible for typos on the website. He was seemingly irritated by my questioning him and said take the car back. I was unable to test drive the vehicle. Needless to say I wasted my whole day driving to this dealership when I had previously called ahead to check on the representation of this vehicle, because this is not my first time buying a car. I asked to speak with the General manager of the dealership because I felt that a resolution should have been offered. I mean all the time things happen and mistakes are made but there is always a way to work things out. However, Pablo walked away from me after telling the runner to bring the car back to the back. The receptionist told me that the general manager was Frank Fernandez and that he was always there, but of course he just happened to not be there this day. So, she told me to call her desk and she would forward my call to his office as she said he was very very good at returning calls. So, I called the number on his card and she forwarded me to his voicemail. I left him two messages and still have not heard back from him to date 11/17/2012. I didn't want to drive all the way home since I really don't live that close to the dealership and I drove all the way there to buy this car. So, I waited in the waiting area to give Frank a chance to call me back incase he was "out to lunch." After an hour, I called Mercedes Benz Corporate and they sounded very sympathetic and gave me three names of people they said worked at the dealership that might be able to help me since Frank the GM was not there. None of these people were still employed at this dealership, I am not surprised. Mercedes told me however, that they do not control the individual dealerships. I asked the customer service representative to please have someone follow up with me since I could not believe that Mercedes would allow a private dealership to act this way and falsely advertise vehicles using the Mercedes brand name and Mercedes would not step in to do something. He told me that they would contact me in 24 hours. The next day was friday, and I did receive a call while I was at work from Ray from Mercedes Benz. I called him back three times and left three messages at his extension and have never been able to reach him or heard back from him. So, not only would I never do business with this dealership that Frank Fernandez never even contacted me back. Also, this vehicle that I mentioned is still being advertised on the dealership website as well as autotrader as a Certified vehicle even after all the people I tried to reach out to were made aware of the situation. After they knew what a bad experience this was for me due to the "typo" they felt no need to make the correction even now ten days later. To me this shows more than disregard, rather blatant misrepresentation. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business and further more shame on Mercedes Benz for dropping the ball and never reaching out to me. Needless to say I am giving other manufacturers an opportunity with my lifelong business. Hope this saves you some time.
