This has been my best car buying experience thus far. I highly recommend Ganni. He is just as helpful after your purchase as he is before you purchase. The last Mercedes I owned was a 2012 two years ago, so I had a bit of a learning curve. He responded to every text/email I had regarding the vehicle after I’d already took the vehicle home. He got me approved and locked in the vehicle before i arrived at the dealership. He was honest and transparent. I’ll definitely be back.

Purchased a interior/exterior protection (Perma Plate) on my smart vehicle. When an issue arouse with a stain in my trunk area that could not be removed I tried to file a claim with Perma. Perma said they could not find me in thier records. I called my service tech (Drake) to inquire why Perma could not find me in the records. Drake tells me I had only purchased a detail not a warranty. I explained to him that I had a detailed conversation with the service tech (Ben) that sold me the package. It was sold to me as a warranty NOT a detail service. Drake said his service manager would get back to me in two days or so. That was a week ago. I called this morning and left the service manager a voice message to please call me to clarify my situation. I have not heard back & don't expect I will. On top of this specific issue Drake was extremely rude when discussing this issue last week. Telling me Ben (who no longer works there) "has a great memory and will remember what I was sold at the time of the sale". Implying I was lying about what I had purchased.

I have been working with the Maitland Florida location since 2011. I have worked with only one person at the dealership based on the unbelievable customer experience I receive each time. That one person is Frank Whitton. Frank gets to know you and what you are looking for with your new car purchase. I just leased a 2017 E-300 from the Maitland location. I gave Frank very few details about what I was wanting. He had the car brought in to the dealership from another location and it exceeded my expectations. You are not just another customer to Frank, he treats as if you are his only customer. He get to know your likes and dislikes and makes note to ensure you leave pleased with your purchase. I would not think of using someone else other than Frank. He is a class act and he treats you with the upmost respect. You will not be disappointed making the phone call to Frank.

I scheduled the appointment for 9AM. They started working on my car at 9:45. They returned my car to me around 12:30 with the Engine light on. I complained about that and they told me that the light was already on when I dropped off the car, which was not true. They took the car inside again and brought it back to me around 2pm! I was very disappointed with the service delivered at this store. I wasted half of my day there just to change two tires!! The fact that they brought the car back to me with the Engine light on and not even cared about that was very frustrating. I talked to the store manager and he couldn't care less either. This is the second time I have issues at Mercedes when I brought my car for service. I hope this review will make a difference for the next time I come there or I'm going to have to change stores for my car services. This is my third Mercedes and I like the cars however the service needs to improve. If you buy an expensive car you expect to receive a good service when you come to the store, which has not been the case. I'm very disappointed and frustrated with Mercedes and really reconsidering to stay with Mercedes on my next car purchase.

I dropped my smart car off for trouble shooting and repair and the service rep called me to inform me the engine had a blown head gasket. A follow-up call from the service rep informed me the head must be replaced and the total cost was over $5000 to which I replied this was one third the cost of a brand new car and was $2000 more than the blue book value of the car. The service rep stated he would apply some discounts to the final bill which came to just over $500. For this I was appreciative and the final bill came to $5008. My car was at the dealership for just over 3 weeks. The service rep called me to say it was ready and he would explain the bill and the repairs to me when I arrived to pick up the car. I arrived the same day and the service rep was gone for the day so I did not get an explanation of the bill and the repair. Upon arriving home with the car, I noticed two bolts securing the rear lower valance panel were missing and I examined the bill and found I had been double charged for four items totaling $65.75 minus tax. I called the service rep and he stated he would pull the bill and call me back. He did not call me back so I called him twice leaving a voice mail. It took 4 days for him to call me back after I had left two messages. I explained the double charges and the missing fastners. He said he would send me the fastners so I could install them myself and he stated he would credit me back for the double charged items.This is no way to run a successful dealership and repair facility. The service rep or service manager should have been there to do a walk around to explain the repair and go over the bill. The repair facility should have sent a repair tecnician to my home to install the fastners as the part was loose and susteptable to falling off therfore was not driveable without damage to the valance panel.I did receive the fastners and I installed them myself as it was a very simple task. My wife or many other people would not be able to perform this simple task as it requires a special tool and some basic mechanical skills.I understand my smart car is not as prestidous as a Mersedes, but I am still a valued customer and should be afforded the same courtesy afforded to any customer using this repair facility.I will recommend this dealership to my friends with the warning to examine their bill and car before leaving the facility.

Glenn, was on the net searching all locations for the automobile that we had described and I must admit this was a very time consuming process due to our changing requirements. However, Glenn was our guiding light customer focused with a positive can do attitude assuring us he would locate us a car. My 2007 Mercedes E350 was having an issue with an awful smell of gasoline. I found an article from the NHTSA that mentioned about an extended warranty of that particular model on the gas tank system. The dealer got my car fixed without asking any question after confirmation of the issue. I got the car back in a couple of days and everything since to work fine so far. Great service from their personnel and quick response from the service depatment.

I took my daughter's car in for service and Raphael was my service adviser. I got bad news regarding the expenses of the repairs, but I was very impressed how the whole situation was handled. A loan car was organised in no time and I was continuously informed during the day about the expenses and progress. He was conveying the extra expense in a straight forward but very polite way. Despite unforseen expenses, I drove away feeling that I got value for my money and Raphael's handling of the situation contributes greatly to this feeling.

Everything was perfect until it was time to meet the manager Yvette Marie Lookhoff. The treatment of her was fatal, the worst I have received in my life. If at the beginning of the purchase of my Mercedes I had known I would have to deal with a hostile, arrogant, rude and hurry person I would never have gone to this place to buy a vehicle. It is sad and regrettable that the treatment of Joel Sharon and Brian Fenn that premium was to be thrown overboard by the manager. An excellent customer service is based on providing quality service to customers. Employees in high positions should guide about this so that other customers do not have the bitter experience I had.

The service that I received from Mercedes Benz of Orlando in Maitland was phenomenal! From the time I walked in, I stated who I was referred to, Victor, gave him some information as to who referred me/my reason for the visit and Victor immediately introduced me to a salesperson, James. James was in the middle of handling some paperwork, but put it off to assist me. He sat me down and gave me options as best as he could. I was set on a particular car and both him and Victor did everything in their power to make sure I was satisfied with the payments as well as service. My schedule is very busy and they were patient with me through it all. I was constantly receiving updates about everything which made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. James introduced me to the Mercedes of Orlando family (service dept and others) and gave me a tour of the clean and organized facility. I would definitely recommend this dynamic duo to work with in securing your next Mercedes Benz purchase. They were awesome!

I picked up a little peanut of a car - the new Smart Pure, as a second car for traveling around town on a daily basis to save gas and mileage on my muscle car. It's really fun to drive and I feel safe in it as well. It's bright red so everyone sees my coming! I had such a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Orlando and Charlotte Dutton was the main reason. We really clicked and laughed as much as we talked :) I was there with two 10 year old boys and they were kept busy with the tv, the SNACKS and DRINKS (really great fresh baked cookies!) and the whole process was a breeze. I drove all the way from Melbourne to get there as that what the closest dealer that sold the Smart cars and it was very much worth it.

With the intent of replacing my wife's 15 year-old Buick Park Avenue, we noticed a 2012 Buick LaCrosse in your used car lot, with very low miles on it, and stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to look at it. We encountered Louai Mardini on the lot, and of helped us look at the car, and obtain additional information about it. We told him we wanted to stop by our credit uniion the next morning and get pre-apprfoved, and he informed us that they had an office in the building that worked with our credit union. I called him the next morning and advised him we were headed to the credit union, and that we expected to arrive at the dealership either late morning or early afternoon. He wqa completely prepared and set us up with a test drive, and we quickly arrived at a satisfactory arrangment vis-a-vis a trade-in on our older vehicle. The hand-off to the Finance Manager, Yvette, was arranged smoothly, and although there is a lot of paperowrk, it went well. We are totally satisfied with the overall experience, and quite pleased with the car. I'd definitely do business with this dealership again when the occasion arrives.

Because I live about 100 miles away, I wanted to have the numbers settled before I made the drive. Danielle (online sales) was a great help - sent all of the vehicle information I needed along with a written quote. I put down a deposit and drove over the next day. The title says it all. I've owned my Smart Car for three years now, and have always gotten top service from the day I bought it right through three annuals service intervals. Everything has been done right the first time and the service advisors treat me like a favorite nephew. My experience is that of an online-buyer. I identified the car from the MBUSA website and reached out to the selling dealer via Autonation's after hours chat agent. The next morning, salesperson Zachary Viter responded to my questions. We negotiated a price and transacted. Mr, Viter sorted out the logistics and we were underway.The next day a mobile notary was at my office and the following day the transporters delivered the car to my driveway.My total time spent on the transaction was less than a half hour and I never left my desk. Came in for an 8AM appointment and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Had a Service A on my car while comfortably sitting in the lounge with my computer and watching the live cam that showed the bays where the cars were being worked on. I could clearly see mine and how they were moving through the process. It was an amazing experience with Carolyn Roy as my service agent. I was out in about 90 minutes with a clean car and a service that was $10 less expensive than at other MB dealers in Orlando.

Had 5 specific items needing attention days after purchasing pre-owned Mercedies GLK 350. 1) three chipped paint on hood was painted over poorly leaving an indentation . Layered paint repairs was expected but not completed. 2) squeaky drivers side door handle, squeaks continues.. Only service person's word was assurance request completed. 3) dirty smudges near visit on front seat passages side remains 4) having a hybrid, understand that engine cuts off at complete stop. My concern was the harshness of the engine recovering (cranking) causing the entire vehicle to shake. To me it seems extreme and when questioned, service person downplayed my concerns.. 5) while I'm excited to own my Mercedies, I feel my request have largely been ignored and I have little recourse Mr.Strick

FIrst, based on the overall average of this dealership, I am surprised at the service I received. Second, I did purchase a vehicle from the Fort Myers Mercedes store the following day. I met with Ben, the Pre-Owned manager whom stated he did not have any vehicles that fit my requirements (CLK Cabrio) but the Ft. Myers store did and that he would email me info immediately and that the email would be waiting for me once I got home (there was a horrible storm coming and I wanted to get home!). There was no email so I called him and he stated that the car was sold so there was no point in emailing me. I thought a simple "The car has been sold but..." email would have been a good substitute though. He said that there was nothing left available but that he (and I quote) "...promise I'll find you a car by the weekend." I comically reminded him that it WAS the weekend (Friday at 5 PM). Anyhow, I said okay. I never heard from him again. This is exceptionally poor service, especially from a luxury car dealership. I am disapointed that this review is even being written but I feel it necessary...mainly because I believe he judged me by my looks (old surfer dude) and not by character. Well, I did purchase a 2008 CLK350 from the Fort Myers dealership about 24 hours after hanging up with Ben.

The sales process went very well Jessie in sales did a great job. We purchase the Smart car on May 18,2014 and was picking up the car on 5/31/14. On 5/30 I had major surgery, on 5/31 my wife went and picked up the auto as agreed.. The after sales process in my opinion was done very poorly it was not as professional when we purchase a vehicle at this dealership 2 years ago. They never gave us a copy of the registration which we drove the vehicle for over a week with no registration. In addition, the inside of the auto was dirty which my wife had to clean before picking me up at the hospital. We gave them almost 2 weeks to have the car cleaned and ready. In addition, to not cleaning the car they never took the time to set the clock.

We leased a Pure Coupe this month for me to use primarily for my Pet Sitting Business. It has performed better than expected. We are averaging between 42-45 mpg and it is a joy to drive. It doesn't have the "small car" feel and it is SO maneuverable. Robert Owens' sales style is to be admired. He provided the information we needed without pressure and was more like a friend teaching us about a new product rather than someone whose livelihood depended on a sale. This car is the true "Ultimate Driving Machine" I love my 2007 S550 which has 90000 miles and looks and drives like new. Never a problem. I just bought a 2011 GL350, via long distance. Robert Owen was the internet sales person. He was prompt to reply to questions and reviewed everything we would need to bring close the deal. When we arrived the vehicle was waiting inside for inspection and was everything that was promised. Aside from the local paper work, everything prior was done long distance. Atlanta to Orlando. Nothing was changed from what we agreed on prior to our arrival. Very good experience. All the staff were exceptional.

Traded in a 2011 Yukon and a 2011 E350 and got the best of both with my new ML 350. Good looking, handles great, has all the new safety options and enough cargo space for a weekend golf trip. I've driven the S, the SL, the E350 but this one is the best all round vehicle for our lifestyle. This dealership is not the indifferent, snobby, European business like so many of their competitors and the service department is top notch. I'm happy with the new addition.

Bought a used highlander. Called back the next day to find out when the oil was changed because I couldn't find the sticker and was told they don' t change the oil prior to selling as it was a used car. Come on, that should be part of getting ANY car ready for resale. So what was the "dealer prep fee" I paid for? To wash the car and vacuum it out? Hope that $12.00 oil change savings for them was worth losing a repeat customer for. Maybe it was since I wasn't there to buy a Mercedes.

After having, shall I say, a 'less than satisfactory' experience at Mercedes Benz of Melbourne; Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce, and Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach, I was pleasantly surprised to find Mercedes Benz of Orlando both competent and a pleasure to work with. James DeLoach returned my phone calls promptly (something sadly lacking at Mercedes Benz of Melbourne...my home dealership, and Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce), and found the car I was seeking (after having actually ORDERED a car at Mercedes Benz of Fort Pierce, only to be told the car wasn't available to be ordered....TWO MONTHS LATER). This after an extremely disappointing visit to Mercedes Benz of Daytona Beach. To tell the truth, I had nearly given up on Mercedes Benz and was considering buying a BMW. I won't hesitate to recommend Mercedes Benz of Orlando to anyone who is in the market for a Benz. Love the car, too, by the way !

I was looking for a CPO SL550. I found one near me but it was a 2009 and I was looking for a 2001. Mercedes Benz of Orlando/Smart Center in Maitland Florida had the car i wanted. They were very responsive on the phone and via email and when I tool the long ride from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando they were very gracious and efficient. The whole transaction took less than two hours and that included a complicated trade in. Also,Tony in finance was very helpful and very low key for the guy who gets you in the end so to speak. All in all it was a great experience and I told them to calendar me for a 2013 in two years!
