Everyone there was extremely friendly also very informative and helpful. The gentleman I had the pleasure to meet Mike Louis was A1 and superbly spectacular with his customer service and knowledgeable intellect. He kept his word on follow ups, and made sure that I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience. Coming in ( and I didn’t have an appointment it was a walk-in mind you) I didn’t have a long wait and even when it was time to pickup the service was extremely great. I will definitely be back there to get my car serviced without a doubt. Thanks Mike and the whole Mercedes team for a wonderful job keep up the great work peace love and blessings 👊🏾💯

Our Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant Brittney Jackson exceeded our expectations. She was so friendly and down to earth while maintaining the utmost professionalism. It's nice to see people in sales that are respectful of their clients, not over bearing and pushy like with some dealerships. When we had a problem with the car detailing company that is contracted through Mercedes, Brittney was quick to correct the problem. She came and picked up my car from my home to take it back to the dealership to be properly cleaned and left me with a loaner car. When she returned she came with a small gift and lots of sincere apologies. She did what she could to make us happy. I love to see that there are people that still take pride in their work and shine for their employers. Thank you Brittney and everyone involved with making our vehicle purchase so smooth and stress free. Keep up the good work!

Rodney in the service department was very thoughtful an attentive of all my car needs .. I appreciate genuine care.. like most car dealerships I’ve dealt with in the pass, I could tell Rodney wasn’t just about getting a person in and then getting them out...He listened, he ordered me a loaner vehicle , so if he anticipated the service appointment was going to take a long time , or if I had plans and could not wait due to I had other errands ...Rodney made sure I could take care of them by providing a LOANER vehicle and then I could pick up my vehicle later in prestige condition!! Thanks Rodney, I definitely appreciate your top notch customer service skills at MERCEDES-BENZ of ORANGE PARK....oh let me not for get Harris at check out ,he was very well versed on what was done ✅ and my completed work total payment... thanks also Harris ... you are appreciated also..

The service we received from Kayla was beyond exceptional! She kept us informed the entire time our vehicle was having repairs done and even got us a loaner car to use while ours was there! We live out of town and Kayla has always been very accommodating along with returning calls in a timely manner. Kayla has excellent customer service skills. Exactly the type of service you would expect from Mercedes!

I have to say that I’ve never had a good experience whatsoever with Mercedes at all since owning my car since June 2020. I made an appointment for an oil change for 8:30am, arrived at 8o’clock, dropped off my vehicle & came back at 12:30pm. My car had yet to have the oil changed and was told it was going to be another 45 minutes to an hour. I spoke with the service advisor and the manager and was pretty much told that making an appointment doesn’t guarantee a service. The appointment only guarantees you with the service advisor to acknowledge the receipt of your vehicle and schedule accordingly with the technician. Ranking by service. I did get a text message at 8:37 AM where they did acknowledge receiving my vehicle. Then I was told that a lot of times people who drop off their cars and are waiting in the lobby are the ones that are going to get done first so this makes no sense whatsoever because why did I even make an appointment?? Nor was this even discussed or disclosed on their website where an appointment was made. The service advisor called me to go over my oil change & charges but apparently I was supposed to tell her when I needed my car back. I paid $175 for an oil change and made to feel like I was the one in the wrong. Do not buy Mercedes because their service sucks. This isn’t the only Mercedes location I’ve encountered theses types of issues. Once that sale is made, they do not care about service. It’s very sad because I worked very hard to buy my dream car and have been very disappointed. I had better service with my previous (lower priced) vehicles.
