I bought a new GLA250 in Mercedes Benz Nashville. It is a great experience. I don't want to waste my words praise how nice is a MB car among cars of comparable price since everybody knows it. I just want to recommend a sales person: Isabella. I can always reach her when I want to. It seems like she works 24/7. She offered a great deal to me, and explained to me very well about all functions of the car. I've heard that MB Nashville offers greatest deal among all MB dealers. I think it is true as least among all the places that I asked.

We traded our 2013 Corvette for a 2013 SL550 at this dealership, and the buying experience was fantastic, Jim Sheridan was awesome. Exactly what we expected from Mercedes Benz. I wish I could say as much for the service dept. During the test drive, it was discovered that the rear console cover was missing and the dealership agreed to replace it. Someone from the service dept came and looked at the car to determine what part to order. We purchased the car and made an appointment 3 weeks out to have the cover replaced and the navigation map updated. When I arrived for the 10:00 am appointment the service dept was completely empty, (Not a sole in sight). Eventually Trey showed up, found me in the computer and said, Oh, "Stacey handles used cars" let me take you to her. After bring paraded back and forth numerous times, it was determined that Stacey was "not here yet". Finally we arrived at the gentleman's desk that handles loaners , only to be told "I'm working on something else, I can't help her". Trey took me back to his area and handled the loaner car himself. Trey advised that Stacey would call me when she arrived. At 4:30 pm I had heard nothing from Stacey so I called her to get the status, Once again Stacey was not in the building. The person that I spoke with told me that the part had not been ordered and that they would have to keep my car 4 more days until Tuesday. At 4:45 pm Stacey finally returned my call, and was nice enough to bring the car around so that I could come by and retrieve my glasses and garage door opener. Had I known that it would take 5 days for this repair I would have scheduled it for another time. I don't want to sound unappreciative, as I do appreciate the loaner, but I prefer my own car, and the courtesy of some type of communication would have been great. In complete contrast, one week prior to this fiasco, while traveling, I had a need to visit the Mercedes Benz service department in Pineville / Charlotte North Carolina. Everyone was pleasant, professional and helpful. I understand that we are all bound by the people that we can find to employ, but perhaps your service department leadership team should visit Charlotte location for a period of instruction.

Bought our first Mercedes from Patrick Simms. We had a great experience with Patrick, who was very courteous and knowledgeable about the cars. We experienced a very easy buying experience with no high pressure sales pitch. The only problem we encountered was a problem with the store's email system. They were emailing us and we were not receiving them, causing us to wonder if they really wanted our business. I hope they get this glitch with the email checked. I certainly would recommend this dealership and especially this young man to work with for your purchase!

Big mistake buying a vehicle at night. Next morning when I looked it over,I was not happy with things I didn't notice that night. Just 2 days after purchase, my car has to be TOWED back to dealership! I understand things can happen even with new vehicles, but this isn't something you expect from a high end vehicle only days after purchase. The only good thing I can say about this dealership, is that Lerome and Jon in service were very friendly.

Called service department for trouble with sprinter. Was advised to bring it in and they would look at it in 3-5 days. Wouldn't set appointment. This is unacceptable and not the kind of service expected from mercedes. Have dealt with several other dealers and Nashville is by far the worst. On twi previous seevices also had problems. The first time was for routine service. Took 6 hours for service that should have taken 2. They said it took 2 hours to remove air filter. I did it in 7 minutes. The second time needed tires. Coirdinated ahead time so tires would be on hand. When dropped vehicle off was informed it may need to stay overnight because they didn't have the tires. This is a pattern which has only gitten worse these past two years. Have attempted to speak with leadership, but they will not return phone calls.

Recently had the need for an emergency repair when my car stalled on I-65 S. I contacted Roadside assist for a tow; I called Rob Posey, my service advisor and let him know that I was on my way with my car being towed. I was accommodated immediately upon my arrival. By 9:00 am the next day, the car was diagnosed, I was contacted; by 1:00 p.m., my car had been repaired and I was on my way. MB of Nashville is always ready for business--that's the best way to be.

I came in to check on the suspension of my car. It was raising and lowering randomly and was worrisome. My rep, Stephen Horvath, was fantastic. I was given a loner car while they deciphered the problem. When the issue was finally discovered, Stephen was in touch with me detailing the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. He was thorough with descriptions and pricing. He also informed me of a brake pad issue that they also discovered. I came back to the dealership when he informed me that my car was ready. Unfortunately, once I got to the dealership, Stephen told me that he didn't feel comfortable giving me back my car----he notice that it had dropped an inch or so and was curious if it was truly fixed thoroughly. I appreciated his candid approach and willingness to accept their part in the situation. He upgraded my loner and was incredibly apologetic and gracious. It turned out that there was, indeed, something missed. They fixed it at no charge to me----because they had missed it. I came back to pick up my repaired car and it was washed and ready to go! Things happen and mistakes get made, and I understand that. But it's how you handle them that makes all the difference....Thanks Stephen!

Alena is awesome! This is the 3rd Mercedes we have bought from this dealership and the customer service is always above par. But Alena has been the best to date. I called and scheduled a service B for our R350 Bluetec. That process was easy and the service department worked with me to get the drop-off time I needed. That where the good ends. I'm not to concerned with the cost of the service, but more so with the quality of service provided. Within two months of the service the Adblue warning came on. I looked back at the service record and it stated that they drained and filled the Ablue tank. There is no way possible that this could have happened and the light coming on so quickly. We have tried several time to talk to the service department and keep getting the run around. We have left messages and no one has returned our calls. At first we called twice a week and spoke to the service secretary (which she transferred me to the service person responsible for our account). Then I started calling everyday for two weeks, I continue to wait to speak to someone. As this is the only dealer in this area, I will be forced to take the vehicle to a non-Mercedes repair shop. This wasn't the only issue, we purchased two new tires and now have issues with the tire pressure monitor. We didn't have issues prior to this. These things make me doubt the quality of service that was provided or if it was provided at all.

Leased a 2016 GLA 250 for my wife and we were extremely impressed with the customer service and sales process. Kirt Kuhn was our Product Concierge at Mercedes Benz of Nashville. He was very thoughtful and thorough from the moment we walked into the showroom. He took the time to answer all of our questions and took my wife for a test drive even though it was late in the evening. He met with her again over the next couple of days with appraisals and working out the features on the vehicle to find the one she wanted. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was all ready to go. Kim Underwood had all of the financial papers ready and had us through the process fast. She worked with us prior to our arrival so that everything was in order and ready for signatures. She explained everything in detail, yet in a very simple and informative way. She made sure we had all of our questions answered. Unfortunately our automobile broke down between Nashville and Huntsville. Mercedes Benz of course towed our car for free to the nearest dealer but unfortunately it was closer to Nashville than Huntsville. Basically I bought a lot of parts (thousands of dollars) via service from the Nashville dealer and unknown to me all the problems the car had were not corrected. After I drove the car home from the Nashville dealer. The car would not start and the fluid leak was still there. This time it went to the Huntsville dealer and they corrected all problems for $200-$300 total. I did give the Nashville dealer 1 star since they paid for the $200-$300 total. If you live in Nashville, I suggest driving to Huntsville for your service. I know one Nashville customer who did when I ran into him at service while he was returning a Mercedes loaner car provided while his car was in the shop. He was very happy and I would be too if I did not have to go without a car and my service was done right.

They went out of their way to address even the minor issues with our new Sprinter Crew van even though it is considered a commercial vehicle by Mercedes-Benz. I can only say extremely positive things about the service, parts, and sales personnel there. Their Service Manager Gary Patel and their Service Technician Michael Wolf were excellent to work with and went out of their way to take their time to provide information and explain all the details of what and why they were doing to our new Sprinter. In the future it will be well worth making the 100 mile drive from Huntsville to do business Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. Unfortunately people too often comment on line about negative experiences and do not take the time to comment on positive experience. While driving to Nashville on I40, my GLE350 SUV had the engine symble illuminate amber. I called Mbrace and they assured me that I could continue to Nashville and have it serviced without damage. Upon arriving at Mercedes of Nashville, I was greeted by Lola in the service department. I explained my circumstance and problem. She had it back in service and repaired within 2 hours. I always felt like dealerships were pushy and always out to make sure they came out on top. But at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville, I didn't feel pushed. AT ALL. I bought a 2013 Altima and the price was unbeatable! Brad was AWESOME. He was laid back which made me feel better and if didn't know the answer to my question, he found out ASAP. Even though they were busy, I never felt rushed and when Brad had to multi-task I never felt forgotten. When I notified him of a problem with my door, he got me in immediately. After dropping off my car, they fixed it immediately and I know Brad was a big reason for that. My first car experience was perfect! I have told all my friends to go there!

With a de facto monopoly for MB in the Nashville market, I think that they slid by for a long time...especially in the service dept. Overbooking, slow turn around on simple service jobs, loaners not available or not kept clean, "complimentary washes" taking forever, poor communication, not respectful of client time, etc. etc. BUT...lately, I have noticed improvements in most of these areas. So, compliments to them on the effort! Waiting facilities are still lacking for a luxury car dealership...but...one step at a time. Keep it up!

I found my buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville to be an outstandingly good experience. David Goodwin was the Sales Representative that really helped my wife I get the Sprinter Crew Van we had been considering buying for over a year. We first met David last year while looking at Sprinters. He was very helpful by letting us test drive and thoroughly examine their Sprinter Vans last year. We visited other Mercedes Sprinter dealers in the south east, but because David had gone out of his way to help I wanted to give him my business this year when we finally decides to get a Sprinter. There is a very long lead time to get a Sprinter with specific equipped like I wanted and David was familiar with what I wanted. When we went back in February he spent a lot of time searching the Sprinter inventory throughout the US and all the in-process Sprinters. David found the only Sprinter Crew Van probably in existence that was very close to exactly what we wanted. He continued to work with us and get the van shipped to their location in a very timely manner. My wife and I picked up our new Crew Van last week and David continued to devote his time and introduced us to the Sprinter Certified Technician and the Service Manager who were also very helpful with my special request. The guys understand my unique request to take care of activating a special feature in the Sprinter's software and made an appointment for me to bring the van back in and work with Mercedes to take care of my request. I consider this outstanding customer service typically not found anywhere else. So far I can't say enough good things about my positive experience at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and David Goodman who was excellent to work with. My wife and I have experience with several dealers selling premium cars, so far we are very pleased with M-B of Nashville. Service was poor. I had a flat tire and was only 3 minutes away. I called the dealership and i got bumped around. Someone could have said help is coming.I did not have a phone and had to borrow someone else's to make the call and had to make several as they did not call the roadside help on my behalf. Lost 1 hr in the process. roadside help technician was great and got me going in a few minutes. Had problems with the dealership as they made me feel devalued as a customer. Arrived at the dealership at 11:30 am and attendant said that they were busy and I had to wait till 12:30pm as the technicians were on break. at 12:30pm, was still waiting. it became 2:30 till I did not get any attention. when I got pretty upset as there were folks that came after me and were helped. I was surprised that the attendant did not make any efforts to log me in. Finally, at 2:30pm Lola Washburn took all my details and asked me to leave the car to be serviced. She was empathetic and considerate. i was given a loaner car and my car was ready by the end of the day. I am diabetic and was not feeling well. The 3 hour wait was grueling. I had only a tire to be replaced. They had it in stock. It could have taken less than 1/2 hr to fix. I wasted nearly 1/2 a day just to get a tire fixed and a lot of aggravation.

This is the best dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from in 30 years of buying vehicles. I was so impressed with their no pressure approach and easy financing that I am going to by my next car from them and will continue to be a future customer. I expected to be held there for hours but my wife and I walked in and out within an hour with the Lexus. I went online on Thursday and found the Lexus at this dealership. That night I filled out the finance application and Friday I called and asked to test drive the SUV on Saturday. I drove there on Saturday and my application had been approved and drove home with the Lexus the next day. I was waiting on the shock factor and it never came. The price that we agreed on was the price that I paid and it stayed that way through the whole process. That is the first time that's ever happened to me. Normally, the price gets higher the longer you are kept waiting and then when I get to the point of signing the paperwork its $ 1000 more than what You agreed on. NOT at this dealership. The price never changed and I am still amazed at the honesty and professionalism of this dealership. If I were reading this, I probably wouldn't believe it but I am real and this is all true. Try this dealership and see for yourself. They don't pressure You at all. If you want to buy it cool and if You don't cool. AWESOME DEALERSHIP and stress free process all the way to the end. Disappointed and frustrated. I paid for the car's service and waited for 30 minutes before going back in to see why my car had not been "brought around" to the front for me to leave. Went to cashier and no one there. The person from Parts had to find someone. Then, it took another 13 minutes for them to find my car and bring it around. There was no complimentary wash. The person made no apology for the terrible service. Just got out of my car and walked away. I bet I noticed at least different service people milling around and no one could help. I hope the service the technicians gave were better. I suppose I will find out.

I had to replace my keyless key fob and Gary Patel was easy to work with and took care of it with little hassle. I showed up to my appointment an hour early and he was able to work me into the schedule which was nice. I'll use the service department again for sure.

Robert Posey had been our service advisor in the past and has always gone above and beyond. So when our current service advisor was on his day off, we asked for Robert to fix an oil leak. We did not have an appointment and could not get a loaner, so we had to leave our GL 350 at the dealership. It was ready the next day all washed and cleaned. I think they need more loaners though.

I have had been dealing with this MB dealership in Nashville for 15 years, and most times I do need a loaner vehicle. I usually have to wait 10-14 days to get one which is no problem, but they have ALWAYS been clean and a full gas tank until this time. I could not believe it when Nick opened the door and the floor mat was dirty and even worse on the passenger side. At least the seats, dash and back seats were clean, but then he mentioned that the tank was about 3/8 full so I could bring it back the same way. He did mention that the detailing that I had requested may not be done until the next day, since they were short a guy. So I really think this is a temporary problem, since I read another review stating the same problem.

The customer service representatives are amaziing definately a 10 out of 10. Did feel like the cashier in the parts section was slightly cold and rude not as friendly as the entire service staff. I will say one thing. they do need to do something about the loaner vehicles! My loaner vehicle was filthy smelled like someone had a cat in there and stale smoke. The floor boards back and front were disgusting and I truly did not want to drive that vehilce. My clothes smelled so filthy and was quite embarassing sitting next to my CEO during a huge meeting. Please please please clean your loaner vehicles!

Took my car in for one of those problems that ruins your drive. MB of N found a computer code and made the repair. It did nothing to repair my problem, however, and I took my car back. Here is where the problem starts. I explained my engine problem in as much detail as possible and emphasized that the car needed to be driven by a service tech. I was given a loaner that was filthy on the inside and outside, it had this strange odor, as if someone had stored their dog in the car for a couple of weeks and the smell of smoke was emphasized by the cigar butt in the ashtray. Not a good start. After a couple of days, I received a call telling me that they could not find my problem after extensive driving and that I could retrieve my car. I went to the dealership, paid for a minor cosmetic repair and began to wait for my car. After 55 minutes and one inquiry, my car was finally delivered. The car was extremely dirty, which was strange since my service receipt clearly showed that my car received a "complimentary wash." The first thing I noticed when I opened my door was the dirty handprint on the inside door handle and the dirty footprints on my brand new carpeting. I began my drive home. At the first red light, my engine began missing again. Apparently they did not drive all the way to the first red light past the dealership. Would I recommend this dealer to a friend? Yes, but now I would have to add a caveat.

Here's a first. I called to get a new key, both purchased and then programmed. Short notice - my fault. While I won't comment in detail on the very favorable experience with the Parts Department, they too were exceptional. Now, the Service Department and programming. Bottom line - BEST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Now, why. 1. THEY GAVE ME OPTIONS. Said: "It would be best to leave the vehicle, but they could work me in". 2. THEY SET EXPECTATIONS, BASED ON MY CHOICE. "Could be all day, based on others scheduled, and ahead of me." 3. THEY INSURED I WAS COMFORTABLE, AND CONFIRMED EXPECTATIONS. Waiting area was well considered, whether for a short, relaxed wait or for someone needing to get work done. 4. AND THEN, THEY EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS. About 90 minutes later, the Service Manager stepped in and said I was ready. He had cautioned me when I arrived that it could be late afternoon before they could get to it and importantly, that was the expectation set before I arrived that day. 5. RESULT. My wife needs a new vehicle. Now, Mercedes is back on the list because of this level of Service. It's worth the drive!

While attending a Mercedes Benz club event, where we were meeting at the dealership to take a caravan to the Jack Daniels distillary in early March, my 59' 220s broke down. I drove it to the dealership,parked it, and went in for a brief meet and greet. Upon getting back in the car, it would not start. I tried everything that I could think of , but nothing. So,I had it pushed to the service area to see what they could do. It took three months! Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. The thorough process that mechanic Derrick Davidson took uncovered many problems and potential problems. To correct these took locating hard to find parts, ordering them and waiting for their delivery. Service technician, Jeff Mullins kept me informed along the way of all problems and estimates for the repair. I have owned this car for 37 years and it never left me stranded. It is as if it knew it needed attention, and stopped where it could get it. I am very happy with the results, and would recommend the service facility highly. In retrospect, it was lucky that I did not make it to Lynchburg that day!

I didnt want to rate my experience because I felt after someone read this entry they could decide for themselves. I brought my car into the Mercedes Dealership located in Franklin, Tn on 29 May 2015. My appointment was for 9:30am and I arrived a little early around 8:40am. I was greeted by a gentleman and then told were I could wait. I brought my car in for a new key FOB and to have the check engine light reviewed as it was on. I sat in the waiting room completeing some work and didnt give much notice to the time. I then realized it was 10:35am and I wandered out to the service area to ask if I could have an update concerning my car and I noticed it was still in the same spot I had originally parked it two hours earlier. At this point I asked one of the reps and he asked if I spoke to anyone concerning why I brought my car into the shop. I told him that I spoke with a gentleman when I arrived and that he took my keys and for me to wait in the room they have in the dealership. I was then told of the rep who would be handling my car and I met with him in his office. At this point he didnt even know that I dropped my car off for an appointment. I informed him of when I arrived and he walked out with me to my car and let me know when it should be completed. He said it should be done around 4:30pm and I asked how that is possible. He said I could bring it in for another day but I dont have the luxury of wasting my vacation days to come in and have my car worked on. Plus I am an hour away from the dealership so its not an easy task to drop on by throughout the day. I told him I will sit here at the dealership until it gets completed. So here I sit right now as I type up my current experience at the Mercedes dealership.

Bought a 2013 Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned E350 listed on the Internet and worked with Emilio Vivaldi, Internet Sales Manager. Emilio picked me up at the Nashville Airport and took me to the dealership, where we closed the purchase in slightly over an hour. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. The E350 was detailed and ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. Emilio gave me the key (fob) and told me to look it over and drive it while he went inside, which I did. He gave me a brief tutorial about the many features on the car and answered all my questions. Emilio then handed me off to Alison to take care of the financial aspects. She, too, was both friendly and efficient, and the paperwork took a bit less than fifteen minutes. As I drove toward I-65 South, I reflected on just how smooth and easy the transaction was--from start to finish. Never was there the slightest hint of uncertainty or the questioning of the credibility or professionalism of the people I dealt with at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. I commend them one-and-all and very much appreciate their making this buying experience as easy as buying a pair of shoes!

We bought a new Mercedes from this dealership for a Christmas present and was pleased with the sales agent BUT the Service Dept is not as customer friendly. We had a knot to come up on the left front tire the size of an egg. The service rep immediately said it was our fault saying that we had hit a pothole. Amazing to me how they were able to see this as there was no damage to the wheel itself and we knew we HAD NOT hit a pothole. The rep refused to believe us and said that the tire was not covered under warrant with only 3400 miles on it. Because of this person I will not ever but another Mercedes. I thought when I bought this car for my wife that I would be getting an exceptional vehicle that came with an unpeckable service but this is not the case. They were only interested in looking out for themselves and believed us to be liars.

I was in Nashville for the SEC basketball tournament. I live in Lexington, KY. After the Thursday evening games on the way to our hotel near the Opryland Hotel I ran into a pothole - destroying the right front tire. The small spare was put on, and I called this dealership on Friday morning. I spoke to someone in 'parts' who told me my size tire was in stock, and then was transferred to 'service'. Julie was kind to 'get my information', and told me they were pretty full on Friday, but maybe could work me in on Saturday. I arrived at the dealership about 7:45 am on Saturday for their 8:00 opening. While checking me in I was told that week they had 43 instances of tires damaged by potholes on the Interstates around Nashville. Nic, the Assistant Service Manager came to tell me the back tire was damaged as well - so I told him to replace both. About 11:00 am he came to tell me all was fixed. They made sure the 'tire pressure' signal on the dashboard was 'reattached', checked other places under the car for damage, and washed the car. The service provided was excellent; the people were very friendly, caring, and helpful. And, I was able to get to the noon game in the SEC basketball tournament. This was an A+ experience.

We were on a trip from Florida to Minnesota in an MB E350 when we hit pothole on Hyw 24 outside of Manchester, TN.. The tire blew out -we called the MB dealer in Nashville to see if they could get us in for a replacement tire - The were completely booked the next day but were able to get us in, replace our tire with a matching one and get us on our way in 2 hours - they were absolutely fantastic in their service, We can not thank them enough for the quality workmanship and their ability to accommodate us in our emergency - Thank you so much - I would recommend their service group to everyone !!!

In my case, it was Trey Billingsley who was very helpful since my service rep was out sick. Seems like the front desk lady chose a wrong job. She don't greet, ask you why you are there and even if you take the initiative and ask for a salesman, still you will have to wait for ever.When I went to buy my car I had to wait for about 35 minutes by the door before an agent was assigned. I made a call on a car in this dealership's used inventory at 2 pm on a Saturday after Thanksgiving. I live 25 miles away so wanted to ensure all things could be handled that day if I drove down to look at a specific car. Early on a recent Saturday evening, we experienced a sudden blowout of a tire on our ML350. Although the dealership was closed, their message gave me a phone number for MBUSA service. The representative there took my information promptly and arranged for a complimentary service call in just over an hour. The serviceman from the dealership changed the tire and got me back on the road. On Monday morning, Amber took my call at the dealership and made arrangements for my tire and wheel repair even though their appointment calendar was full. Brian Campbell met us when delivering the car and coordinated the repair and return of our vehicle. The phone message I had left on Saturday got routed to our sales representative, Greg Miles, who also followed up with us. I used their website first, which is terrific, found the car I was interested in and chatted with James McCarthy about it. I finally (hesitantly) went by to see about a trade. James was very open and honest about all the details and when we didn't strike a deal immediately he did not keep calling or bug me. Texting works for me and that is what he did. We went back and forth for a few days and finally got close enough to make it work. The best part is that he delivered my certified pre-owned Mercedes like it was a brand new car on the showroom floor. He took the time to go over all the intricacies of the car and showed me how to work everything. I could not have been happier and more pleased with my purchase. The finance lady was very pleasant as well! I would recommend the dealership and James McCarthy especially - he's awesome!

I dropped my car off for a B service. I advised them I would not be in town on Monday and will pick it up Tuesday morning. When I got there, the car hadnt been washed and the paperwork listed an item that need to be repaired--that I paid for on the previous visit when I spent 2300.00. Days later, the coolant light came on. I know all fluids are checked with A/B services so I was puzzled as to why this indicator light came on. I left a msg with my advisor, whom didnt return the call. I checked under the hood and too my surprise- they forgot to put the top back on after the filled the coolant.. I went to walmart and added some myself. I will never use this facility again..as the years go by, the quality of service goes down!!!!!

These guys consistently bat 1000 when it comes to servicing my cars. I own "a few" Mercedes and one of them always needs some service attention....mostly routine maintenance, not repairs necessarily. No matter how busy the Service Department is, Bill Hudson and his team are always able to fit me into their tight schedule to make it convenient for me. The customer always comes first at Mercedes Benz of Nashville, at least that's how they make me and my wife feel every time we visit the dealership. I am a car guy and I am very demanding about the performance and reliability of my cars. The service team at MBoN are equally demanding of the quality of service they give their customers and are always very respectful of the customer's time. They always get it right the first time and I have never had to take a car back to have something they missed corrected. When a dealership and their people are as good and as reliable as a Mercedes, you know they're very, very good. They continually earn my praise and deservedly so.

We have owned 3 MBs over the years and have not regretted the current one, an E-Class. Several years ago we went in to look at new models as it was time to replace. Kirk Kuhn was our salesman and he made the process very comfortable There was never and pressure and after agreeing on a price, he completed the deal to our satisfaction. Our service reo, Gary Patel is pleasure to work with whether is was for scheduled service intervals or for the little warranty repair work we have had done. All work was done promptly and correctly the first time. While you can get a MB from a lot of different locations, the service department of MB of Nashville is probably the deciding factor for dealing with them, Very much a first class establishment

I am generally pretty tough on reviews but you won't be able to tell here. I had been looking for a very specific used car and when it became (Porsche) available at MB of Nashville, i contacted the dealership. I called on a Saturday and got Roman. He enthusiastically entertained all of my detailed questions and offered good advice on the right process to pursue since the car was 700 miles from me. He sent specific pictures i asked for and followed up on Monday. By Wed, we had agreed on a price and he made all of the arrangements, delivered car for independent inspection, picked me up at airport, had all the paperwork ready for me once i arrived in Nashville. While there were many more moving parts on this sale than a normal walk-in, he had everything perfectly arranged for an easy transaction. The car was beautiful, in great condition, and NO surprises. That was key. So, i would definitely do business with MB of Nashville again and i would definitely recommend Roman! Well done and Thanks,

I've used MB Nashville for all of my routine service and been very pleased. I was driving on the highway and hit a large piece of wood, denting my wheel and damaging the tire. I called them and, despite closing in under 45 minutes, they told me they had the parts in stock and to come over. In 40 minutes I was on my way. I even got a 10% MBCCA discount! This is really great customer service and very much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

I just picked up my C250 last week and had the privilege to meet Dean Farris. He is one of the most honorable and ethical men i have met in the industry. He went above and beyond to ensure that my satisfaction as a loyal customer since 2009 remained fulfilled. I dropped the car off to replace the unit for my daytime running lamp not even owning the car for a year with a lot of frustration. However, Dean sensed my dissatisfaction and managed to address the issue properly and professionally to make sure that my business, referrals, and loyalty remain with Mercedes. Twice now we arranged for an appointment. The first appointment was 2 weeks in advance. We arrived hr earlier than the time arranged. They told us they couldnt honor the appt. Spoke to corporate hdqrs. They called us to resolve the issue. So again we arranged the time & they cancelled. Lots of left out detail but needless to say we will not be purchasing a mb product because they dont honor the service appointments. By the way, they do honor drop ins. They get priority over appointments.

When my wife and I purchased our car the experience was top notch. Our sales person, Greg Miles, was awesome and continues to be. When we buy our next Mercedes, whether he's at this dealership or not will make all the difference in where we decide to buy it from. One of the things most people expect when purchasing a high end vehicle is a little extra in the way of service. Like I said our buying experience was phenomenal however, our service experience has been anything but. The "excellent service" was one of their selling points for the car but it has not lived up to the hype. We are constantly told that we'd have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks for a loaner car! And on top of that, if we're willing to sit for 4 or 5 hours and wait it's still 2 weeks just to get an oil change. We've talked to numerous other customers there while waiting that have expressed the exact same view points. The people working the Service department desk and the parts department desk act like you're bothering them if you come to the counter and ask a question. We were also told that included in every service visit was a detailed wash and clean up, which they didn't have time to complete. The sales department was exceptional however they're overall rating is severely decreased because of the poor service.

When we purchased the car we had a great experience with the salesmen! We was told about how great the service department would be with Mercedes. Well, to put it politely, service is not at all what you get with Mercedes. It seems they must have out grown their facility. We live an hour and a half from the dealership so we was told if we call the day before service we would always get a loaner car. That's a huge lie! We called for service because our car had lights on that needed addressed and it was time for an oil change. We couldn't get an appointment for a month. The. They told us they would not be able to give us a loaner at that time because they were all promised out for three weeks past our appointment. What?!?!?! If corporate doesn't address this issue soon the wonderful sales staff will lose business because of how horrible the service is. I'm not the only one talking...there was two people that approached me in the service area waiting for their cars and asked me if my experience was as horrible as theirs! They didn't even wash my car!!!! Wow....I can't believe how horrible their service is when you pay up for the price tag on their cars! I'll be shopping somewhere else next time I purchase!

Servicing my cars at the dealership is also a very painless process. The service coordinators (Tim Ford especially) are courteous, efficient and respectful of my time. The entire dealership is an exceptionally well run organization starting at the top with Harold Hamilton. There are quite a few high-end car dealerships in the Nashville/Franklin area and I have done business with a lot of them. I have an older E350 that I bought used for a good price. Apparently it was not well maintained by its first owner who turned it back to MB under California's "lemon law." I decided to pony up the cash and let a Mercedes dealer bring the repairs and service up to date and maintain it on a regular basis. I've run this car every day for three years now and I have never had a single repair or maintenance issue besides what the dealer has done during regular service. Expensive, yes. Worth it? Absolutely! MB of Nashville service department knows what it's doing.

I would give them a one at most. If there were zero stars I would honestly give it to them. I defnitely do not suggest buying any vehicle or even going to this dealership. This has got to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. Starting with their careless behavior towards me and the lack of knowledge they had and provided towards me and even other customers. First off I want to start off by saying that I have been looking for a car for a long time, and when I found this amazing car I was so excited to see it. I currently live in Texas and I thought about buying this car for a long time. Finally when I decided to buy this I had previously decided to drive up all the way to the dealership, but with my luck they said that they would send the car to me. So several days later the car was shipped to me. Before I bought the vehicle I specifically told them that I wanted absolutely no problems with the vehicle or any inspections that I had to do. I wanted the vehicle to be able to pass all the state inspections. I HAD NO CLUE THAT TENNESSE DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME REGULATIONS AS TEXAS! I took the car to a state inspection and I found out that it had some problems with the lights. They told me that the lights were too dim and the vehicle could not pass the state inspection. The funny thing is that the dealership did not let me know that I would have these problems in Texas. They told me absoulutely nothing about the Texas regulations! A while later I get pulled over by a highway patrol officer and he tells me that I need to change all the lights on the vehicle. Luckily he only gave me a warning, but I had to pay a $10 dismissal fee. After I got pulled over by the Police I got very scared, and I started to keep an eye out for lights for my vehicle. I forgot to mention that the patrol officer gave me a note stating that "You are hereby notified to appear before: Judge Hon Chuck Ruckel in Collin County.I looked online and the best deal that I could find was $4000 and some of the lights were cracked on this offer. Finally I went to the Land Rover dealership and I found some lights that were $5232.26(excluding labor) and an additionaly cost of $406.98 for labor. I figured that this was an outrageous amount of money I needed to pay so I called the dealership in Nashville and talked to them about the problem. I think they felt bad for me or something and they decided to pay $700 out of the total cost for the lights. $700 out of a $5639.24 dollar bill that is truely ridiculous and pathetic. I have to work 6 months in order to pay of this bill that nobody informed me of. 6 months. Can you imagine how hard I have to work and how much I have to sweat for some lights. The funny thing is that it is the dealership's job to tell me about any problems I was going to have with the car especially due to the fact that I specically told them to tell me anything they knew about the car and they told me nothing. They said everything was great and you would have no problems. They said that either I was going to give them a good review and out of "good faith" they would give me $700 or they said they wanted no review at all. Overall I am very dissapointed with what has occured at this dealership and if you know what is good for you I suggest you to stay away from this terrible place.

Our vehicle had mechanical problems while in Nashville on vacation. We started with Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance to get our vehicle extricated from a fourth floor hotel parking garage in Nashville's West End. Lightning Towing's driver, Brad, was unbelievable in his skill in retrieving our vehicle from that parking garage (our vehicle was facing in to the parking space, between a structural column and another vehicle; steering system locked; after getting the vehicle ready to tow, he had to turn his and our vehicle 90 degrees in very tight conditions among other vehicles and structural columns; down four parking levels; and, out on to the street via a very steep incline) with such skill and professionalism and delivering the vehicle safely to Mercedes-Benz of Nashville in a driving rain. Once at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville, Robert Posey worked with me to check my vehicle into the Service Department. Noting that we were on vacation, Robert worked to obtain a Enterprise rental vehicle for me to use until Mercedes-Benz of Nashville (Enterprise's Courtesy Vehicle driver, Ken Redmond, was the quintessential professional). Robert kept us informed of our situation with the work of the Service Department. Robert was patient and understanding with us. Robert contacted us the following day to tell us that the Mercedes-Benz of Nashville Service Technicians had successfully diagnosed and repaired our vehicle, Given my not getting back to Robert from his voice mail message till late that afternoon, Robert granted us a reprieve to return our rental vehicle the next morning and to pick up our vehicle then, due to the afternoon rush hour Nashville conditions In Nashville's West End and on Interstate 65 between West End and Mercedes-Benz of Nashville's location in Franklin. When I did arrive to exchange the rental vehicle and pick up my vehicle the following morning, Robert took the time to explain what had transpired in the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle. Robert was always patient, courteous, professional, and helpful to me during a very stressful time for me and my family. In fact, the entire Mercedes-Benz of Nashville Service Department staff were very courteous and professional to me during my visits to the dealership.

I gave this service center the score I did because I recently had my first Mercedes routine maintenance service with Mercedes of Nashville. The previous owner whom I bought the car from had a service record with them that I enthusiastically wanted to continue (initially). I was very satisfied with my service, except for the fact that I was missing two tire-valve caps on my wheels after I paid for a rotation, balance, and inspection. Additionally, less than 48 hours after I left the dealership my check engine light appeared and I had noticeable ignition trouble. I immediately notified my service manager and we scheduled a time to come in the next day. That next day, when I first started my car, my check engine light did not appear and I had no ignition problems. I informed my service manager and we decided not to bring it in unless the symptoms continue. Two days later, my car died while parked and I was not able to restart it. My service manager towed my car to the dealership and the problem was identified. I was quoted with a $475 charge for the service required to fix the problem (crankshaft position sensor replacement). Since the check engine light was on within two days after I got my car back from the service (something that has never happened before since I bought the car) coupled with the fact that I had missing caps from my tire valves after my service led me to question my first service experience with Mercedes of Nashville. Given their timeline proximity, CLEARLY there was a relationship between my CEL appearing and my recent service. My service manager and I talked about the service for a minute and then he said he would knock $100 off the total from $475 to $375. Regardless, I respectfully declined the options he presented and drove home without having them service it that day. Furthermore, before I left the dealership, I replaced my own tire caps on their lot, essentially completing the service that I paid them to do, and embarrassing myself in the process as I did it right outside of the service bay in plain view of my service manager. I am a proud Mercedes owner, but I did not receive the type of service that I expect from Mercedes of Nashville. Sent an email to the "director of service" and havent heard back from him.

When I moved to the Nashville area, my family didn't know anyone and I never thought I could own a Mercedes. I had no idea where to go to buy a car. The first time I came to Mercedes Nashville, it was a cold rainy day and no one was coming outside to help me but Wendy Watters sure did! She was AMAZING! She helped me buy my first Mercedes and then my second one. Since our first meeting in 2012, my family has purchased seven vehicles from Wendy, and they have not all been Mercedes. She takes her time with each of us, patiently answers all of our questions and works to find just the right car that we need. My daughter has a Smart Car. My son purchased a used truck and then a Jeep. Every experience has been fantastic! She made sure that the service department has taken care of any concerns and they scheduled appointments quickly. Even Anita, in the finance office, makes it easy to do business there. We have so much fun with Wendy that sometimes when we go to Cool Springs, my girls insist that we go by the dealership just to "visit" her. She is now considered a very dear friend that just happens to sell cars! Not many people can say that about their salesperson. I recommend Wendy to anyone looking to buy a car in the Nashville area.

We have purchased high end cars from many dealerships including BMW, Cadillac Corvette, Infiniti and Porsche but, for the second time in two years, this dealership made me feel like I was the most important customer in the showroom! I traded for a Mercedes Benz GLK 350 back in 2012 and recently upgraded my wife's 2000 E320 to a 20111 ML 350. I actually had my GLK in for scheduled maintenance and met our salesman, James McCarthy, while waiting and perusing the previously owned vehicle lot. In conversation, the idea of potentially trading vehicles came up and one thing led to another and I test drove a 2011 ML 350 that peaked my interest. The best part was, there was no pressure to sell, no empty promises. Long story short, no transaction was done that day and I left when my GLK was ready and thought nothing more about trading up. However, James called me two weeks later to let me know the used vehicle I had test drove previously was still available and the list price had just been reduced $2,000. Essentially, he asked if I might reconsider trading up. I told him I was not in the mood to haggle with a manager over a price and basically laid out my terms. Long story short, we made a deal over the telephone which involved not only a drop in price on the ML 350, but a much higher allowance on our trade in. Talk about hitting the jackpot! We later showed up at the dealership to sign the necessary paperwork, James showed us how to use every option in the car, he took a picture of us with our new wheels, and we were on our way in just a couple of hours. To say the least, James was one of the most efficient, friendly and professional salesman I have ever dealt with in 30 years, not to mention the dealership staff who really made us comfortable and feel important. But honestly, I most appreciated the "no haggle pricing" and "no pressure to buy" aspect the most during this experience and highly recommend James McCarthy and Mercedes Benz of Nashville if you are in the market for a great vehicle at a great price.

This is my ninth or tenth car purchase here and every time I think they have outdone themselves in their customer-focused sales approach, they pleasantly surprise me. Mercedes of Nashville is an outstanding dealership from top to bottom and they treat their customers with respect and integrity. The sales process is almost effortless. Kirt Kuhn is by far one of the best salespeople I have experienced in my 40+ years of car buying. The used car manager (Jay Page) and New Car sales work together like a well-oiled machine to make sure they can offer a customer the best deal they can. My praise also extends to their Service Department (Tim Ford & Bill Hudson). On the rare occasion one of my Mercedes has required service other than routine maintenance, they are always prompt at making the appointment, explaining to me the required repairs and following up after the service call to make sure the car is operating properly. I am not sure what more an auto dealership can do to satisfy their customers. Anyone I have ever sent to MB of Nashville has expressed the same sentiments.

A few months ago, I purchased my second car from Mercedes Benz of Nashville. I took my car in this week for a windshield wiper repair. The service was fast, and when I went to pick up the car, every single Mercedes employee who walked passed me asked me if they could assist me. Incidentally, there was a crack in the windshield when the car was returned to me. I was so pleased and impressed with how quickly they handled the error. Any company can have great customer service under ordinary circumstances. It is how Mercedes handled the unexpected circumstance that sets them apart from other service providers. Their service department is absolutely a well-oiled machine. I will absolutely return to them for future needs.

They didn't disclose all the things wrong with my vehicle at time of purchase. We noticed a few things, that were obvious without having to tear the car apart, and brought it to their attention. Unfortunately what wasn't visible/had no knowledge of this at the time of purchase until I brought it in for service. Now they're telling me the warranty is void on my headlights because it has been "tampered"with. I had no reason to take apart my headlights to inspect it so I had no idea of this "tampering", how convenient for Mercedes Benz of Nashville! Service personnel needs work(Tim Ford and his manager mainly). Customer service here USED TO BE good up until about 6-7 years ago, then it has declined tremendously! They don't care if a customer is satisfied or not. I will NEVER spend my money here again and WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

My recent car buying experience with Tom Arena at Mercedes-Benz of Nashville was absolutely outstanding. I called Tom around lunchtime one day last week to inquire about a 2008 Mercedes S550. He took my call with courtesy and respect and patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. When I arrived at the dealership later that afternoon, Tom greeted me warmly. In fact, he had the S550 by the door waiting for me! Tom took me on a test drive which was delightful. Toms friendliness, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the S550 were outstanding. After I mentioned that my prior experience as a Lexus LS owner piqued my interest in the S550, Tom was able to make very helpful comparisons between the two cars. The negotiation process was also wonderful. Tom was 100% professional and very respectful of my time. Unlike most of my previous purchases at other dealerships, Tom checked on me often and kept me informed as the process moved forward. The delivery process went smoothly. The next day I returned for Tom to show me the car's features in detail, which he did with patience and thoroughness. He also took the time to introduce me to the staff in the service department. In sum, Tom is amazing. His warmth, demeanor, professionalism, and depth of knowledge are unparalleled. I can say that Tom is the best car salesperson that I have ever dealt with (and I have purchased many cars in my lifetime!). My overall experience at MBON was outstanding. The dealership definitely stands apart from others that I have visited over the years.

My sersvice advisor Mark Billingsley has been my service advisor since I purchased.Every service event has been a positive experience. The initial price quoted was the price I paid when I picked up the car. They even fixed little things at no charge. When I arrived for my scheduled service appointment, the advisor initially quoted a price that was more than double what it should have been. When I questioned this, he said "this was the price his iPad said it should be". After I refused to accept this, he realized that he was including extra items that were not part of the B1 service. The advisor called me at 4:30 to let me know my car would be ready at 5:00. When I arrived at 5, nobody seemed to know where my car was or what still needed to be done. I finally got my car back at 5:40. If there was another local Mercedes dealership available, i would not go back here for any reason.

My first experience at Mercedes Benz of Cool Springs was to get some repairs on my CLK350. My representative, Tim Ford, was very kind and courteous. Tim gave me an estimate for the repairs before beginning the work. When my car was ready, I returned to the dealership to find that my repair bill was $300 more than what I was told. This could have made for a VERY bad first experience, but I spoke to Tim and the dealership honored their original estimate without batting an eye...it seems the dealership had made an error in the original estimate, but they honored it without a fuss and certainly earned my future business.

The battery went dead on my 2007 C-class sitting in my driveway as I don't drive the car on an every day basis. Not wanting to go to AutoZone just to save a few bucks on a replacement battery, I called Mercedes Benz (Corporate) Roadside Assistance and they in turn, dispatched the service request to MB of Nashville who accepted the repair call. Within an hour and 1/2, the mobile tech arrived at my home (35 miles from the dealership) and he was able to install an OE (original equipement) battery and get the car running again. I paid with a credit card and am quite pleased both with the level and quality of service. The only concern I have is that the digital display in the instrument cluster does not illuminate properly now. It seems to work on an intermittent problem. Sometimes it displays just fine and then it will suddenly become "whited out" and basically impossible to read, only to suddenly return back to normal. I don't know if that's a function of the ECM needing to "relearn" everything because of the completely dead battery or not. It certainly can't be a backlight bulb blown out since the display does work properly on a periodic basis.

I didn't purchase my ML350 at this dealership - but wanted to pick up an extra key. Obviously, it's not like the old days where you stopped at the hardware store and paid $.79 to have a new key cut. So they ordered the key, notified me immediately when it arrived and set an appointment to have the new key programmed for my car. I showed up for my appointment the day after Christmas, was greeted by Tim Ford, who started the process. Twice he came in to the waiting area to keep me informed of the progress and then told me I was ready to go. My car pulled around - spotlessly clean, having a complimentary wash even with a simple key pick up. I was welcomed to "the family" in a very authentic and believable way. Recently while traveling from Montgomery Alabama we experienced difficulty with our ML 350. While on Interstate 65 we contacted Mercedes of Nashville and were advised to drive directly to their Service Center. On arriving there we were advised of a possible two hour wait. With our Dog in tow we were shown the waiting area which was very comfortable. Mr. Ben Page, the service manager was most attentive and after a short period we were informed of the problem. These folks were absolutely great to us and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Great Dealer Ship and a great service manager, would recommend to all. Having no appointment, being on a Holiday weekend and just driving in, we were treated great...Thanks MR. Page and Merry Christmas to you and all the wonderful folks who work there

Brad Snyder was the most responsive, customer focused sales person I had ever met in the car business. (And I have purchased plenty of cars in my life.) He listened thoroughly to what I wanted, and really understood my desire to make this as simple as possible. I don't have much free time, and the time I do have, I don't want to spend on a car buying experience. I knew what I wanted, when I wanted it, and how I wanted it. I simply shared this with Brad, and yesterday, the car was delivered directly to me in Charlotte. I spent a total of about 30 minutes of my time on this. Brad and his team in Nashville made it efficient AND pleasant. I never met Brad or his team in person. I never saw the car before it showed up. The car was exactly what I wanted, with exactly the options I desired. All of the financial paper work was overnighted to me and handled within a 48 hour turnaround. I purchased my wife's car from a Sonic dealership a couple of years ago and had a similar experience, where the car was delivered directly to my door, and she never had to go into the dealership. Had a very nice experience buying my new smart brabus. Emilio and anita were great to deal with and the whole experience of the dealership was great and unlike dealers of the past, and you know what i mean. I love my ML350 but their service is horrible. I tried to get a appointment for 2 days for my warranty repair. They never returned my calls. When I showed up They were very rude and lectured me for not having an appointment. I went an hour after they told me it was ready. They refused to give it to me because they were having computer problems. I finally had to call the police to get my keys back from them. I definitely will never go back.Charles B.

I had always dreamed of being a proud owner of a Mercedes until I purchased one from this dealership. I have owned my car less than 6 months, and both times I have taken it to the Service department I have left angry, frustrated, and disappointed. My first encounter with the Service department, I received a dirty, smelly loaner car and they kept my car longer than promised. While the first experience was resolved quickly, my second experience yesterday still leaves a bad taste. After being told my service was covered when I scheduled an appointment, when I brought my car in I had to pay. I dropped off the car thinking everything was fine. I informed the technician that I needed my car back by 5 pm. They waited until 4:00 pm and called me to tell me I had to pay $500 for the service. When I questioned why I was given incorrect information when I scheduled my service, the tech said he would investigate and call me back. I waited 15 minutes, and he called back to say there was a mix up, the service was covered under the previous owner. WHAT!!! I then informed him to service the car and I needed the shuttle to pick me up. I waited OVER an hour to be picked up (standing in 90 degree heat and heels!). Once the driver showed up he informed me the manager would take $100 off my bill for my inconvenience. Really!!!!I thought purchasing a luxury vehicle would be an awesome experience, but having dealt with Mercedes Benz of Nashville has been anything but. I will not take my car back there unless I absolutely have to. I will never refer any family, friends, or coworkers based upon their poor standards of customer service.

I took my 2008 Mercedes Benz C300 with only 46,000 miles on it to be serviced because the air has stopped cooling. The car was out of warranty not because of the miles but because of the number of years. I had purchased the vehicle in Atlanta because we lived there then from a Mercedes dealership. They would not give me a loaner car and basically added freon and charged me $180 and told me they could not find a leak. The air worked for two days. I called them back on a Monday and told them I was bringing the car back. They told me they could not look at it until Friday. I told them no, I was not driving the car all week with no air and black interior. I took it in and again, no loaner. They called me later in the day and told me they THOUGHT it was the evaporator and it would be $3400.00 to repair. I, of course went through the roof. I told them that I would come and get the car and take it elsewhere to be looked at since as they had reminded me, it was no longer covered under the warranty. A short time later, the service manager Bill Hudson called me and wanted to know why I was not going to let them repair the car. He was very intimidating and acted like I was being unreasonable. When I picked up the car, my service rep Nicky told me basically that the car ONLY cost $40k brand new so what did I expect? When is $40k cheap for a car?? I took the car to a place that was recommended and it was the evaporator and the auto repair shop also expressed surprise that it had gone out so early and they also could not figure out why MB would not help me out. They advised me to call MB USA and request assistance before they repaired the vehicle. Absolutely no help there either BUT they did offer to send me a MB mug. The repair shop did the repairs with a certified MB part and the total was $1600.00. I can only assume that the service dept at MB of Nashville padded my estimate. I have since traded the car for a Lexus and needless to say, will NEVER do business with that dealership or with MB again. Any claims they make about their cars and service I found to be untrue! Good Riddance Mercedes Benz!!

We have purchased many high end cars from many dealerships, including BMW, Cadillac and Infiniti, but this dealership makes you feel like you are the most important customer in the world! We purchased a 2008 Mercedes E350, our salesman, Thomas Arena, was the best! He went out of his way to help us, and make sure we were satisfied with the car. He showed us how to use every option in the car, and answered my phone calls when I called him with more questions. He was one of the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. The dealership itself makes you feel important, the general manager came by to shake our hands, so did the used car manager, everyone was great!! We had a remote start that we left on our trade in, Thomas offered to have it removed and ship to us, 2 hours away. You cant go wrong here!! Also, no haggle pricing which is great!

I went to the Mercedes dealership with a nonfunctional DVD. At this time, the DVD was under warranty. The DVD was evaluated and determined unrepairable. The DVD was repaired with a new DVD. The DVD worked after repair.One year later, the DVD quit working again. I returned to the dealership for evaluation. The DVD was no longer under warranty. The service advisor was Mr. Frank Marshal. The DVD was evaluated and the service department said the unit needs replacement again. The appraisal was$1100.00. I chose not to fix the DVD.One week after the DVD evaluation, I was cleaning my car. I lifted the back seat and noticed a socket and unconnected plug. I connected them and the DVD player then worked?!?!This makes one wonder if the Mercedes service department is running a scam evaluation on all service work or are the employees poorly trained mechanics?I informed the manager Mr. Hamilton of the finding. He had no response or apology.

Sales is great. The car is good. I purchased it new. Service Dept is poor. Complained to Mercedes corporate who were helpful but rather cold. Time to give Audi a try. I just leased a second car last week and did not go to MBON. I advise caution.

I purchased a used BMW in November 2012 from the Mercedes Benz of Nashville dealership. The day after my purchase the car began having issues. I returned a couple days later and was introduced to Mr Page. He made arrangements for me to bring the car in and have the MAF sensor replaced (at no charge). He and Kevin Taylor in the service department put me in a loaner which was a very nice 2012 Mercedes for the day. Also Mr William McBride assisted with my arrangements. Although all of my issues were not resolved Mercedes Benz of Nashville and their staff went above and beyond to help with my 13 year old BMW. My family and I have found the entire staff very congenial. Thanks again and I will for sure visit your dealership when shopping for other vehicles.

I called Ms. Bea at Mercedes Benz of Nashville and was immediatly impressed with her knowledge of the car we were interested in and the whole process was simple and very professional. We purchased an E350 back in 2010 and it was such a great experience that we returned to the dealership a year later (2011) and purchased another E350. I knew these cars were good, but they are much better than I thought they would be once I owned one. I have an E-350. Super high-quality car especially on cornering, no rock and no roll. Salesperson, Taylor, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't play games in the negotiation process. Fair price and we looked online at all dealer pricing and comparables before striking a deal. The only thing the dealership needs to do is to make a first-class waiting area with comfortable chairs and internet access for people who need to work while waiting on their car. But the dealership is very clean and well-appointed.

I just purchased a 2013 C350 and had the best experience every. I went in just to look, but my salesman Thomas Arena was very low pressure but thorough in showing me the features of the car. He listened to the things that were important to me and didn't try and sell me on features I didn't care about. The negotiation was very simple and I got an amazing deal on an awesome car. All the things I didn't like about my experience at the BMW dealer, they took care of. Great customer service, loaner vehicle for repairs, low pressure. I don't miss my BMW 335i at all. I feel confident that I will receive the service and support I need.

It was painless each time and the support and service was outstanding. I feel like they have bent over backwards to keep me as a customer. Brad Snyder did a great job of educating me on the ML350 I got and I call him often with questions that he readily answers. The GM, Harold Hamilton, personally spoke with me about the transaction to make sure I was happy with the deal. Mercedes-Benz of Nashville is now my dealership of choice. I have bought cars at other stores in the past and it has always been a big sweaty experience. Mercedes in Franklin treated me well and it was a process that made me feel comfortable. Not a bunch of back and forth baloney trying to buy a car! The General Manager came out and thanked me for my business and they seemed like they actually appreciated my business. Overall good experience.

We were looking at several luxury SUVs, including Lexus, Porsche, BMW, and Audi. Not only did the Mercedes drive the best, but the service and sales support through the process was a cut above the others. No pressure, just a very knowledgeable presentation of the vehicle. Our schedule required us to work with two sales people and they were both great without ever angling for the sale credit. Minor issues with the service department were dealt with quickly and professionally. I have ordered another Mercedes since our inital purchase as a result.

Took my wife's 450SL to dealer to trade for SL500. 450 is in decent shape, not perfect. Was offered $2000 trade in. Tried to call salesman several times. Always went to voice mail. Left messages every time. He never returned calls. Very disappointing.
