Brian Parker, Scott Lambert, and the rest of the team have been doing an amazing job from the time I have moved to Virginia through the time of this posting! They, along with the rest of the service team and appropriate staff, have given me great treatment. They gave me related SUV and other classes, to ride as far as the loaners go. They informed me of the status and spent extra-time and were very empathetic. I will definitely return! Also, John and others in the parts store are great. Natalie, Julie, and others at the front-desk/reception/cashier's area are great. I had to get additional keys last year and his staff was great. A lot of others names I could mention, too. Literally made an appointment online the same day, and Chris was more than happy to accommodate me, even though he was already dealing with another customer. I unfortunately did not get to drive all the cars I was looking at since once was parked in the showroom, but he was very quick to help me set up an appointment for later on during the week. Even when I was just standing around waiting to go on my test drive, another saleswoman approached me out of nowhere asking if I needed assistance; What fantastic service indeed. The cars Mercedes Benz sells matches the customer service of this dealership, kudos to all of the staff.

My experience purchasing a used Audi A8 at Mercedes Benz of Midlothian was 100 percent positive. I would recommend anyone to do business with them. I live over 8 hours away and Chris Moss' professionalism made it a smooth transaction. He was upfront with the details of our deal and provided plenty of information and photos to help me make my decision. Upon arrival to the dealership our deal didn't change, no hidden fees and the car was just as clean as promised. Wayne and the entire staff was amazing. They took their time helping and answering all questions I had pertaining to my purchase. I ended up ordering a car and they kept me updated the entire time until I picked the car up. Wayne even stayed after his shift to ensure he was there to help when I picked the car up. Our car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz Midlothian, VA was unlike our previous buying experience 11 years ago. No haggle , no pressure, just pure professional knowledge of their vehicles. We returned 4 times before purchasing our GLC 300, and every time we returned, we were treated with the same respect and again no pressure, just there to be of assistance. However, once it came to working with price, this dealership was willing to assist and meet a comparable price. I would highly recommend this dealership and I am thankful for our salesman, Brandon B.. Love our new Mercedes!

I have purchased many cars in my life. Never have I been so impressed. From start to finish. When I purchased this car my salesperson, Kathy Pierson far exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism and knowledge paid off for me. She found the exact car I wanted and I purchased it before it was even cleaned. It was a trade in and she knew it would be the car for me. She was right. The car did have a couple of blemishes that were worrisome. This too, was no problem. The fine tuning department took care of everything.Most recently I brought the car in for the yearly inspection. Not only did it pass with flying colors, it was clean and shiny when I picked it up. Over the years, he has proven, time and again, that he is expert in diagnosing problems with my ML350 as well as recommending solutions that have, in every instance, solved each issue in a discrete and focused manner. I just switched to your dealership as it is closer to my new residence. My new service man is Travis Melton and he is good. He was very personable, business like and helpful. One of the things that really impressed me about him is that when he put me in the loaner car he gave me explicit directions on things I needed to know about this new car that were not the same on mine, so I felt comfortable and confident driving away. That is something one doesn't think about very often, but it is important when it happens! Also, getting in touch with me was a challenge that Travis met with a smile. Between a cell phone and a home phone that were never in the right place that day, he ended up leaving multiple messages all over. I apologized but he took it as all in a day's work - what a man! I'm glad this dealership is on my side of town!

His attitude is always upbeat, his explanations of repairs are broken down in easy to understand terms and he always provides an assurabce of repairs to be made. Kathleen Pierson is an excellent sales person. Through out my purchasing process, she was very helpful and attentive. She and Rick worked together to get me the best deal possible. I travel one hundred miles to have my car serviced at Midlothian Mercedes because I trust their service dept. I have purchased two Mercedes from them. I wanted to purchased my third Mercedes from them, but after waiting three months for them to find the car I wanted. I went ahead and purchased from another dealership. I blame the salesman that was suppose to be searching for the car I wanted. He never even contacted me. I would have to contact him. He dropped the ball. I don't blame the dealership. I will try to purchase my next Mercedes from them. They are the best.

Excellent experience. Wil Turner, sales representative is extremely knowledgeable, gracious, and well schooled in technology. He easily showed me how to navigate the upgraded operating systems of the new vehicle. Everyone I met at the dealership was kind, courteous, and helpful. After spending $1465 in maintenance I was disappointed when my car would not start. Apparently someone left the lights on and ran the battery down. I had to return the next day. It had a ripple effect on my schedule, but Ryan made sure he would make it right. The next day everything was in working order, the personal note and ball cap, was a special way of thanking me for my patience. I am a business owner and customer satisfaction is paramount so good job. I understand things can go wrong, and we have the power to correct those occasions.

My service tech was great, but my car is still making a terrible noise after I was told the alternator "sounded funny but nothing seemed wrong with it." I really appreciated that I wasn't pushed into buying a new one. My bill stated that I was quoted for a new alternator, but that was not the case. I feel that $550 for basically an oil change is pretty ridiculous, though. I had been planning on trading it in for a new model (this is my 3rd Mercedes) but now I'm going to look at Lexus instead. The quality of Mercedes just doesn't seem worth the price anymore.

Expensive. If you drive a MB, you pay. B service is essentially a $500 oil change. However, the car gets a thorough going over and wear items are replaced and the service light gets turned off. The loaner car program is AWESOME though. The service people keep the car reliable and in good shape. I highly recommend the service deportment and Ryan is fantastic.

There is a consistent level of interest in the customer from arranging a loaner car, to ccntact by text or phone regarding the work being done, to the message regarding its completion time, to returning the loaner and getting back in my own car.

Our repairs were done well but I'm still not sure it was all necessary. Have to take their word for it. Mercedes are great but you need a brinks truck of money to keep them on the road. The scheduled maintenance is killer enough--if you have to have any other repair: watch out! The loaner car was superb, though. Never driven a car with that high a retail price tag. It was really fun. Service people couldn't have been nicer, too. Except for the cost, my experience was excellent.

The service was excellent, with one exception.The mechanics in the service department always inflate all my tires to the same pressure!Since my vehicle has two different size tires, the recommended pressures are different between the front and rear. Our experience in purchasing our CPO ML350 Bluetech was fantastic, all around. We worked directly with Brandon Beckner, who is the internet sales manager. Our experience with Brandon was perfect. He was extremely communicative via email and phone/text as necessary and facilitated the entire process on a very tight schedule (driven by daycare pick-up times!). MB Midlo brought in a wholesaler to review our trade-in vehicle with us, which resulted in a value slightly above current Black Book. The prices paid for both the CPO and trade-ins were arrived at fairly and very quickly, and I felt that the staff at MB of Midlothian treated us as well-informed shoppers. The lower score for the facilities is based on a very congested parking space and generally a crowded lot if you wanted to browns from vehicle to vehicle.

Ryan maintained communicaton at all times and focused on my specific concerns (engine light remained on while vehicle was in motion and my vehicle was idling. Neither had previously been a problem. My B5 service inspection was also completed. The problems have not resurfaced so far (but I have only driven my car from the dealership to my house). It is not my day to day, primary vehicle.

From the moment I set foot on the floor of the Sales Department at this dealership, I felt as welcome as I do in my own home. Everyone I met was professional, solicitous, courteous, knowledgeable, fair, patient and totally customer-focused. As a retired President & CEO of a statewide company, I would have killed to have any of these folks on my staff. My hat's off to Ron West, the General Manager of this dealership.A few months earlier, I visited the Lexus Certified Pre-Owned dealership just a mile or so east on Route 60 to look at their inventory. The people there were very knowledgeable but there's no comparison, in my opinion, between an "upscale" Japanese car and a German car that rides like a real luxury car but drives like a sports car!But, the PEOPLE at Mercedes Benz of Midlothian are the most important part of the deal.I'll list some names below but I have to make special mention here of my Sales Advisor, Kathy Pierson, who spent the major part of three separate days to be sure I found the car I wanted. She even came out to our house to program the electronic garage door opener in the car so it would function with the "rolling code" on our garage door opener. She is, quite simply, the BEST.

My problem was difficult to diagnose and your service department and service adviser, Scott, stuck to finding the problem. Scott called my frequently to inform me about progress. I have never had a more personable experience buying a vehicle than when I recently purchased a GLK350 from Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. Ron West's team is exceptional!! Had a great experience during our visit to the MB dealer in Midlothian. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable about the vehicle which helped us in making a decision on the purchase. He worked closely with us through the process. Once it came time to close the deal in the business managers office, that took less than 20 minutes. There was no high pressure sales tactics to add additional services like happened when I bought a vehicle from their next door competitor. Once the deal was closed, the sales consultant went over on how to operate all the items. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition. Would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.

Roshan and Brandon, the internet sales managers were great! They both were very attentive to my needs and wants for purchasing a new vehicle. They were patient, responsive to my inquires and made the whole purchasing a new car very pleasant, stress-free and informative. Roshan spent several hours letting me test ride and question him about 3 - 4 different models. Once I had purchased the car, he also spent about an hour going over all of the features in the car such as setting up the blue tooth connection to my phone, setting up the navigation system and programming the voice command features on the car. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a luxury car.

What a fantastic dealership and service department. I was driving from Washington, DC to Dallas, Texas and has my left front air shock blow out. I called the dealership first thing in the morning and they told me to bring it right in. I arrived, they were very friendly and took my vehicle right in. I told them that another dealership had recently stripped my wheel lock and they said they did not feel right sending me on my trip with a wheel lock in that condition. While one mechanic worked on my suspension, another took care of all my wheel locks without me asking. That is service! They had my car fixed, washed and back to me by lunch so I could check out of my hotel and get back on my vacation. The facilities were great. They even had computers for you to use of you didn't have one while you wait. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and would go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable. Wvwn the other customers I spoke with in the waiting room would tell me about their fantastic experiences with Midlothian Mercedes-Benz. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them for any issues. To bad they are not near my house. Thank you!

I am pleased to report what a delightful experience we had with Kathleen Pierson, our sales person, for not only this 2013 SL550, but a 2008 E350 some time ago. She devoted a significant amount of time helping us find just the right cars to meet our preferences. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the entire line of Mercedes offerings and she still continues to assist us in utilizing the technical capabilities of our automobiles (how to work all the whistles and bells). I have been driving by Mercedes's Benz on Midlothian for 6 years. I bought my first Mercedes three years ago. Started dropping my car off for services two years ago. They did a top notch job. I was surprise to see the level of care they put into serving a vehicle that I didn't buy off their lot. This year I was able to upgrade and buy a Mercedes from a certified Mercedes Benz dealer. During the buying process I was introduce to a whole new level of the place; upstairs waiting area, computer hook ups.. it was just mind blowing. When the manager takes the time out of his day to come down introduce him self, gives you a firm hand shake and says " Thank you for considering doing business with us" I said to my self right then, "I'll be back"

fast service. customer service was fine. I had to add coolant the next day since they missed it at the dealership. The low coolant light had been on before and after the service. After paying so much for the oil change and general check it was a bit ridiculous to go to the auto store and buy coolant.The customer service representative at the dealership is always accommodating, but I guess he does not do the service.

Our experience was very enjoyable, however when we had questions for the sales person, it felt like they thought they knew the answer, (and usually did,) but wanted to be doubly sure on everything, so there was a lot of double checking regarding our vehicle and other models like it. The staff is clearly knowledgeable, but a little gun-shy of providing answers without double checking their notes. Obviously, we would prefer this to situation to one where we are provided wrong information. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend them to friends, clients, and associates.

I was very satisfied with the service. I took my car in for a repair and was satisfied with the customer service friendly staff. While my car was in repair, I was given a loaner car. Most dealer ships do not offer this type of service. The repair techinican called me with an update on my repairs. Once I received my car back it had been washed and cleaned. I have and will continue to recommend Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian to my friends and family. The best quality service I have every had. Thank you for the professional serivce that was provided.

I just wanted to say that each person we came I contact with on the phone and in person were exceptional in providing customer service. The person who we found to be the Champion was Scott. He was great. He worked us in quickly knowing we had a family energency at home. He also stayed in close contact with the mechanic and provided periodic updates in what was found, how they would fix it and how long it would take. We were there for about 3 hours. My wife and I traveled several hundred miles to buy the car from Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. The car was used and we were naturally apprehensive about what we were going to see. We were comfortable the moment we walked into the dealership, saw what they had, and talked to some employees. Very nice facilities, very friendly and professional people. You get an immediate sense they value their relationship with the customer. You also get a sense they don't just take any used car. My sales person, Kathleen's experience is quite obvious. She is pleasant, very knowledgeable, and makes you feel like she is giving you the facts and not just trying to sell a car. The car itself was a dream. Well serviced, detailed, and had the shine of a new car. I took a drive with Kathleen. She filled the car up with gas, and pointed out unique features on the car. Later on, she took me through all the options on the car, the navigation system, etc., and how to operate them. She provided me with the maintenance records, carfax, and other documentation to make me feel that I bought a very high quality used car. The buying process was nice and quick too. As we drove home, she will call to see how we were doing. When I had a question on how to operate something, she had a ready answer. She even called days later to see how we liked the car. Of course, I had a question, which she researched and called me back with an answer. Overall, this was a wonderful buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and Kathleen.

Last summer I first met with Kathleen Pearson - upon the recommendation of a dear friend - and discussed the purchase of a new car. For a variety of reasons, the purchase did not happen. Since my initial visit, Kathleen kept me constantly updated as to the cars available in the model in which I was interested. She was never pushy, but just kept me aware of what was available. On April 4th, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a new GLA. The process could not have gone smoother. Kathleen was a great help as was everyone on staff. Soon after, I had to leave the car to have several coatings put on, the service department was great. This was only the third car I have purchased in my life - I am 60 - and the first new car. My wife and I have had a wonderful experience every time we take the car in for service. We are greeted at the door with a smile from the time we enter. We never have to wait any longer than 10 minutes to get the paperwork started on our car. We also receive a loaner car, which is usually the same model as the one we drive. Everyone is friendly and make us feel like we are the most important ones in the building. We noticed our car is well taken care of from the moment it is dropped off with paper mats placed on the floor and covers on the seats. Also, to top it off our car is washed when we pick it up! I actually went to this dealer looking to get rid of a new car that I hated. I wasn't expecting to leave as happy as I did. I had been searching online and already knew I wouldn't be able to purchase the Benz that I wanted, so I went just to sell the car and ask for a ride home. I was right...I couldn't afford the car I wanted with the features I wanted. So I ended up getting the car that I only wished I could have and didn't bother to research because it was out of my price range! Everyone there was very helpful and welcoming. They really went out of their way to make sure I left happy no matter what choice I made. I left with a smile on my face and I'm still smiling!

My experience was great especially when compared to the Lexus and BMW dealerships I first visited. My salesperson Sheri was wonderul and took the time to go over everything with us and explain a lot of the features of the vehicle we were purchasing. The sales staff at the other afore mentioned dealerships acted as if they were doing me a favor by selling me their product but I felt like I was somebody at the Mercedes Benz Midlothian dealership.I'm from the old school and my occupation is also in sales and I feel that great service to your customers should still rule as king and great service was what I got at this dealership.

I had worked with my salesman for several weeks before I made a final decision. He was always gracious and helpful.Upon my decision to buy, he was efficient and helpful, donated plenty of time to the process and any questions I had.I met the sales manager who was equally gracious and helpful as was the lady who processed all the paperwork.The salesman and dealership are working with me because I have to have hand-controls installed. They are holding my car until the equipment arrives and then will deliver the car to the service center who will install it.

The cost of my repairs was covered by an extended warranty. I was provided a complimentary vehicle while my car was in the shop and updated on the status of the repairs until the car was ready. I had an overall good experience. I was treated fairly and courteously!!

Bill Cochran has my whole family (my father, me and my wife and now my daughter) coming back to MB of Midlothian over and over. He had done everything at his end to make the deals work on both new and used vehicles. Bill has continued to follow-up on our satisfaction with the cars and their servicing. Friendliest, no pressure dealer representative with whom I have ever worked!Brian, the manager in the service department, continues the MB of Midlothian's customer satisfaction goal with his work ethic of making sure the vehicle is running properly at the completion of service interval or repair. I was overwhelmed with the detailed inspection Brian's team did on the used SLK350 I had purchased elsewhere. I feel confident now that the car was a good buy and that it will run for many more miles with MB of Midlothian taking care of the services intervals for me.

My car had a coolant leak. I discovered it after having my B service completed about 2 weeks prior. I took my car in at 7:45am. Ryan, my service professional, was quick to assess my need and assured me that my car would be repaired within a reasonable time. Was very satisfied with the service provided, only drawback on this being my first visit here is that I had to look for a service advisor and ended up waiting approximately 20 minutes before sitting down with a service advisor. I am used to driving up and seeing a service advisor when I exit my car i.e. McGeorge Mercedes in Richmond.

As always, when I visited Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, I was greeted by a smiling and friendly Service Advisor ( Scott Lambert) who kept me fully informed of the work being done. While it took a longer time than I had expected, the thorough checking and rechecking done by the Technician (J.A.)revealed that my battery DID need to be replaced. I've bought two pre-owned cars here- a 1995 Jaguar XJS convertible several years ago and a 2005 Lexus LS430 a couple weeks ago. I live in Baltimore and searched all over the Internet for the best condition vehicles in the region. The photos on their website were accurate and was definitely worth the drive. Jon (salesperson) said they only offer exceptional vehicles for resale and he wasn't kidding. Jon and Ryan (Sales Manager) were no pressure and no-nonsense which was greatly appreciated. Jon was also exceptionally responsive to my text messages throughout the process. They recognized the outstanding condition of my trade-in and really went the extra mile to get me top dollar for it. Believe me when I say there are very few dealerships that I ever recommend, but I would definitely buy here again.

I brought my 2004 C320 Mercedes Benz to be serviced. It needed several things done to bring the car up to standards. Everything was done very well. Matt was extremely helpful in assisting me and he is a very nice person. The car needed a little touch of paint and that was done and the crack piece under the drivers seat was replaced. Whoever did my headlights, did a beautiful job. They shine and look like brand new. The Mercedes Benz team did an excellent job all the way around taking care of the needs of my car. The car means a great deal to me. It was a gift from my husband who was a quadriplegic. He was injured in Viet Nam. A lot of the maintenance work was completed. My salesman, Jon Barker, and the finance manager went above and beyond my expectations to put me in my certified 2008 C300! I had more credit issues than I realized and did not think the deal would work, but when they said it would, they stood by their word! The staff here is friendly, professional and not pushy. Not only was sales amazing, but the service group is great. I have 2 cars serviced there, and Matt makes sure we feel at home. After purchasing a car, I was able to gather a few after market items for my car. The parts department made sure that I got the most fair price possible, made me feel welcomed as a new client and had everyone from the Dealership Manager down to the key techs working to support a question that I had. I have never received this kind of service from anyone, much less my previous dealership (Acura). This experience is 5 stars all the way around from sales (Jon Barker, Steven Baker and Ryan Pulley) to service and down to the folks that stayed late to make sure my car was available after work. What amazes me is that my 10 year old used car (that we didn't even buy there) gets the same level of attention as my brand new E350! Gosh, with service and support like this, I think it will be tough to get me to buy another brand. Please keep up the amazing work!!!

Jon, Steve and team entire team are fully focused on client service, and fairness. I've never had a better experience at any car dealer. I think I am in love, with my car, my dealer and the wonderful team. Their pricing was fair, their treatment of myself and my friends was unparlelled and they were able to help me select the perfect vehicle and give me a very fair trade in price for my old car. The most amazing thing was that the entire team stayed 90 minutes after closing time to ensure that the car was prepped, detailed and delivered all while I signed the paperwork. I am so excited for my car and for working with the team in the future. As I said, this is going to be a long and amazing relationship. When scheduling our 20K mile service on our Sprinter (for 9am the next week) we were quoted $485 (plus or minus a bit for different oil capacities) by the lady on the phone. Here's where everything goes downhill. When we arrive at 9am - we are told that the vehicle wouldn't be ready until 3. That is unacceptable. I mean, why make an appointment in that case? We also told Bryan that the brakes are squealing - he replies that there's nothing they can do for that. Really? Anti-vibration compound? Nothing? grrr...When we arrive at 3 Bryan tells us that it's almost done...6hrs and it's not done. 30min later it is finally pulled around - with squealing brakes. Next comes the bill - $842.94. Unbelievable. Crappy service, smug employees, incompetence.Next time I'll take it to Jiffy lube - probably get better service.

Before purchasing my new 430S from Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian in 2005, I had reservations about becoming an MB owner. I had heard horror stories regarding maintenance,inconvenience and expense. I gladly report that these "stories" have no validity in fact. During the 7 years since I bought my car, I have needed little service on it; it operates dependably and beautifully. I gladly report that all needed service has been accomplished during normal scheduled maintenance reviews and with no incovenience to me; I was provided (at no expense to me) a vehicle to use while service was accomplished. From touch-up painting to full detailing to parts replacement (one small part so far), MB of Midlothian performed effectively, efficiently and with exceptional courtesy. I am treated as a long-valued member of their family. I have never experienced the level of customer care that I believe to be the norm at MB of Midlothian. As for expense, my Mercedes is a gem: I've had need for only normal scheduled service over 7 years, spending far less time and money in automobile maintenance than I anticipated. I am an enthusiastic MB owner! It has been a pleasure to work with Brian Parker at MB of Midlothian. He takes better care of my car than I do. He explains what service is needed, anticipates items that I may overlook (ie. needed state inspection) and coordinates service that remarkably fits my schedule. I just don't think car maintenance can get any better than what I receive at MB of Midlothian.

Brought my 2003 SL500 in for service with multiple malfunction codes showing. Ryan was very helpful with getting the car back into safe operating condition and made several recommendations regarding the necessity for certain repairs. Jessica helped me immensely with acquiring new tail lights. She even brought the lights in just for me to look at before purchasing with no obligation to buy. Mercedes of Midlothian is nearly 40 miles away but I consider the drive to be worth it for the great service they provide.

Just returned from a visit to the Mercedes Benz Dealership on Midlothian Turnpike for service on my 2008 ML320CDI. As always, Brian Parker performed his magic and had my car ready for pick-up early in the morning. The car drives like new (53,000 miles) and it was washed and cleaned inside and out. My wife and I had been looking at certified pre-owned Mercedes in Yorktown. Unfortunately, we could not find the colors we wanted. We were going to Richmond for the weekend so we looked at the Midlothian Mercedes Website. It was exceptional and we saw a car we thought we would like. We made an appointment for the next day with Chris Dail, the site manager- -and a very good salesman. Chris could not have done a better job of representing Mercedes and his dealership! We were sold on the car at first sight. However, the real selling point is the Mercedes Certified Pre-Owned Warranty program. We got a great car with the knowledge that we could properly maintain it economically in the future. Chris made us a great deal and then Dawnn Holly did an exceptional job of completing the paperwork. We could not be happier with the car and the outstanding experience at Midlothian Mercedes.

I've dealt with alot of dealers over the past few decades; However, since purchasing a car from Mcgeorge a few years ago, I've not been anyplace else. My salesman, Chris Dail, always ensures I get the best deal, is forthcoming with the CarFax, and even a service record history. I've even purchased a few non-Mercedes vehicles and they've all been 'right'. I'm confident that even 'if' any surprises might occur, he'd take care of it. I currently own 2 vehicles from Mercedes of Midlothian and love them both.
