Each time I am at the dealership I'm treated very well. Each visit is easygoing. The reps always keep me informed as to timeline and process. Any work I have done, is completed to the highest degree. Any work is completed correctly the first time. I also find the charges and pricing structure very reasonable.

Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster has consistently been the best dealership experience I have ever had. I bought a new Sprinter 4x4 here and knowing the history of these vans I bought a full warranty. While I have had to take the van in for quality and recall issues, I fully expected that and the experience has been amazing. Everything gets fixed no questions asked and I get a nice Mercedes loaner while the work is being done. I actually feel special there and they truely work to make me happy.

This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience for me. And special thanks to Andy Fox for helping out with the process. He helped me get a great deal in this crazy market. He was in constant communication with me and answered all my questions so that i was confident and happy with the purchase. I was in and out of the dealership with a new car in less than 45 minutes. Every car buying experience should be like this. Definitely I will tell my friends about this dealership and the experience i had.

As usual, the staff was friendly and courteous! The tire didn’t arrive on time but they kept me informed of the progress and it arrived a day later. They got everything else done and when it finally arrived, the mounted it and had me back on the road quickly.

I got the car of my dreams. A perfect 2017 Chevy Trax with 39,000 miles on it priced below value. And a great extended warranty which brings me more piece of mind. Andy and Rob were the best! They walked me through everything answering all my questions. They will always be my first contacts in the future.

I purchased a slightly used SLK and could not be happier with the way the people treated me during the purchase experience or the beautiful car I now own. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and found this time to be truly the best. The honesty and professional conduct by the salesman and management made my special buy a true 'reward'. I have also found the service staff unbelievably friendly and helpful through my first Mercedes-Benz experience. It will not be my last from this dealership!!I understand their new facility will be ready soon. That is all I would change from this experience.

In my opinion, this is the most unethical, slimy, dishonest, and rudest run dealership, let alone one claimed "high quality customer service oriented" Mercedes dealership. They list vehicles and then try to nickel and dime you and act as if they are doing you a favor by letting you buy a vehicle from them because others are waiting to buy it. They fail to live up to the deals on the terms they get you in the door under and yell at you. I wish I had recorded their behavior so I can send it to Mercedes Corporate because their franchise would certainly be on the line if Mercedes knew how these people really operate. Beware.
