I was traveling from SC to Fl. My car stopped on the Jacksonville bridge in the express lane, very scary. Had the car towed to Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville. The first person I met was Dalton. He was kind, understanding and professional. This has been an extremely challenging process with my insurance carrier. Dalton went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were approved and handled correctly. He kept me updated and always returned my calls promptly. I am so grateful for everything Dalton did to help me. He is a true blessing and your company is blessed to have such a fine employee.

Amber managed my emergency with excellence. I came in for express service as my tire light came on. Turns out I had a roofing nail in the tire and they patched it for me. Mercedes service is fabulous. Amber followed up with the technician and we were finished in the time they said. Plus my husband enjoyed a fabulous breakfast omelet. Thank you!!!

Just had another awesome experience at Field's Mercedes of Jacksonville. Dalton, my service advisor, provided excellent customer service during the entire process. Although I made a last minute appointment, everything was done sooner than expected. Every employee I encountered had big smiles on their faces. I have purchased three vehicles from the Field's group since 2016 (two Porches and one Mercedes) and customer service of this caliber will keep me coming back. Thanks again Dalton and Field's Mercedes for exceptional customer service.

I had been looking for a 2014 or newer Ford F 150 V- 6 Twin Turbo to replace my current truck for several months. I fouund EXACTLY what I was looking for thru Cars.com, at Fields Cadilllac, at, GET THIS: 1: 00am last Friday morning. The dealer opened at 8:30 that morning, I was there at 8:05am. No salesmen had arrived yet, but I noticed the side door was unlocked, and that F150 was sitting right there. I went in and I was greeted by the Finance person. Very nice gentleman. He proceeded to find a salesman for me, and I was test driving the vehicle at 8:35am. Bought it at 9:00am. VERY easy procedure from start to finish, highly cordial staff, and I got a deal on that vehicle that both me, and even my wife were, and STILL are astonished at. ( I am a Retired Auto Claims Adjuster, so I have GREAT resources for researching any vehicle's value. I got an incredible deal on that F150). If you are in the market for a new, or relatively new vehicle with very low miles, Cars.com is the way to go!

I called & emailed the sales person ((Sal) that followed up after I emailed inquiring about a GLC he would not return calls or respond to text. The dealership sent 2 emails following up and I responded both times letting them know the sales person was not responsive. No one responded. Total waste of my time.
