I had a very informative salesman, Amir Samadani, who took his time to explain everything about my car. As for my GLA 250 I couldn't be happier as it has everything I need in a car. Being disabled I need something that doesn't sit really low or too high off the ground. The South Seas Blue GLA 250 is perfect for me as it fits the criteria and bright blue is my favorite color! Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville has a wonderful selection of cars to choose from but, the GLA 250 stole my heart. If you're looking for a new or used car I suggest you check with Amir Samadani and he will be happy to find your perfect car.

The service department is having some major customer service issues.i had to wait for about 45 minutes before I could get any help. When I finally got some help after asking several people for help the service advisor couldn't locate my tag or keys. My car was dropped off and the service advisor forgot it was there. Ask for service manager but he never came. I filed a complaint because my service was bad the last visit. The GM was contacted but I did have to drive out of town without the repairs. After returning home the car was repaired.

I recently purchased a CPO ML350 for my wife. We were both dreading buying a car because dealing with the dealership is normally a hassle. Greg Melbo was our salesman and spent a great deal of time explaining the options on the car. There was no pressure to buy because we told him we were also looking at buying an Acura. Once we drove the Acura we came back to the ML350. Greg and the dealership were the main reasons we chose the ML350.

I have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the worst experience in buying ever. I traveled 6 hours to purchase a used truck at this dealer. I sat around for almost 4 hours waiting to see numbers on paper. Other customers that were there purchasing new Mercedes obviously received better customer service. My salesman would walk off and disappear for up to 20 minutes at a time leaving me sitting at his desk. Have know idea where he kept going. After another two hours jacking me around on pricing, low balling by $4k on my trade which was a practically new 15k mile truck, knowing I had a 6 hour drive back, they finally said they couldn't meet my offer. Finally left and 5 minutes down the road the salesman calls offering me a different deal which I couldn't do. Ten minutes later the general manager finally calls after I'm already on the highway home saying they'll meet my offer. Another 2 and a half hours later at the dealership I'm finally ready to sign papers and then they tell me I can't take the truck home because my wife isn't there to sign. I assumed I could have her sign them and mail them back. Ok fine, they're going to drive the truck to me the next day. Get a call the next morning saying the driver called in sick. Can't deliver till Monday and it's Saturday. I argued and they finally found someone to deliver as promised. There's a whole lot more to the storey, but I'd be typing all day. Will never buy from them again. If you are buying an $80k to $100k Mercedes you'll get great customer service I'm sure.

When I arrived at the dealership, Greg Melbo immediately made me feel both welcome and comfortable. Greg totally explained the car's features, always asking if I had any questions or concerns, and was just wonderful start to finish. The most frustrating car buying experience ever. The car salesman, Dan, was wonderful. However, his ability to provide an excellent car purchasing experience was severely hindered by the disorganization and lack of communication within this dealership overall. The sales manager, Bernie, is the most unreliable person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He failed to return calls over the course of a week regarding reconditioning issues that were not identified in the certified pre-owned inspection. The resolution of these issues was agreed upon during the sale of the vehicle. After trying for a week to contact him, I was able to convince the inept receptionist to demand he take my call because it was obvious leaving multiple messages was not effective. He scheduled an appointment for the reconditioning issues and application of resis-tall($699) but failed to relay this to anyone. So I show up to drop my car off on the date of the appt. and surprise no one has a clue. So a quick drop off of the vehicle turns into an hour and fifteen minute circus, Bernie was present but failed to provide any aid. He is only concerned with the sale and fails to provide any service following the initial sale of the vehicle. There are a few details which I won't delve into that caused my frustration to reach an unbearable point. As long as, the sales management team is apathetic and unreliable I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I will say when I made the GM aware of these issues he was very accommodating. If I could have dealt with him from the onset my experience most likely would have exceeded my expectations.

Called to make appointment for air filter problem and Mercedes Apps (which have never been set up on my car that we have had over 1 year). First available appointment was mid-week the following week. Took car in for 8:30 am appointment Wednesday. Air filter was covered under maintenance and replaced while I waited. When trying to connect to the web for Mercedes App, was told it probably needed a system update. They could not do it while I was there. Had to reschedule for another appointment next Tuesday. Will have to make a return visit for additional service.

They deserve minus 10 not even oneAfter trying to buy a car for the last month from this dealer I get the car with no document. They send the contract with the wrong price and wrong model number by FedEx twice . They either don't respond to e mails or phone calls. I now have a car in front of my house in Florida with no documents. I call the sales man Mr Waite and he inform me that the paper work was send by US mail now they got the money so they don't care and why the car documents were not send with the car or why it was not send by Fedex over night . I ask him if he can e mail me copy of the document his answer "possible". Can you send it now. He responds I have to go through 4 system to do it and 24 hrs later I don't have it.

Thank you for your interest in my resent experience in Mercedes Benz Huntsville. Unfortunately, it wasn't what I was expected. I really got a bad experience and seems there's not transparency.I carried my vehicle on July 5, 2015 at 1pm to Mercedes Benz Huntsville for a first service maintenance. They asked me routine questions and they do verifications in the system. Before leave my car, I ask to the associate if is going to be any charges for the service, or if its included in my package? He told me that all is included and there's no going to be any charges.Around 5pm, when they contact me to pick up my car, they charge me $280.05 They forgot to verify in the system if is included or not and apparently is not covered (supposedly). They said that they can't see anything in the system because I bought my car in Mercedes Benz Garage Isla Verde in Puerto Rico. I felt cheated. That wasn't what they told me before I leave. Also, a recommendation, the customer service it feels like more dispatched than customers service.

Yesterday was annual service day. Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville is very organized with the whole dealership but especially the service department. My service manager/organizer/etc. was George Burton. Not only does he make sure my car is taken care of, he kept me informed along the way of what was happening to my car. If I had been his only customer it would have been easy but Mr. Burton was juggling many others at the same time. I arrived on time so there was a service tech ready to take my car for a check-up. Everything was in order and on time. I could not be happier with my car and the service of Mr. Burton and this great company. I give them five gold stars as well as a 10 rating.

I'm not one to usually take the time to write a review but I have had such an awful experience 3 different times that I felt other potential buyers should know about it. I LOVE my Mercedes ML350-would probably buy another one if the customer service in the "Service" department was better. I will not buy another Mercedes simply because I don't want to deal with the service department again. My biggest complaint with the dealer is that they can never seem to put ANYONE on the phone, all the receptionist does is send me to someone's voicemail. I have NEVER received a call back from someone at the dealer regarding any questions I have had. To make an appointment, I basically had to call several times to get one and then I got there and they didn't have me on the schedule. Once they did get me back, it took most of the day for them to do a "routine service" check. (Note: I have a 2 year old.) Of course once I got face to face with someone at the dealer, they magically become very accommodating but trying to do anything over the phone with them is impossible. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back.When on a trip without my husband and with my daughter and my husband wanted to get the car checked before I left--he called three different times and no one ever called him back. I then called on my way out of town to find out what the problem was and asked on someone's voicemail if they would call me back to try and make it right. No one has ever called.

The car is probably okay but we are use to the C class and after 3 days, we realize the E class is not for us. Wish we had never leased it.

This was by far the easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. I visited the dealership for the first time on a Saturday to take a general look at the Nissan since I was still unsure about what kind of vehicle I wanted to purchase. Mr, Melbo was the first person I saw when I entered the dealership to I inquire about the vehicle I saw on the cars.com website. He was very professional and offered to check if the car indeed was located at the dealership. He offered a test drive that me and my husband took. Upon returning I expressed my concern about a few things pertaining to the design of the car. I was very relieved that Mr. Melbo didn't try to pressure me into making a decision on the spot. Instead he offered to answer any questions and gave me his card in case I wanted to get in contact with him. I returned the following Tuesday with my daughter to " check the car out from a woman's point of view" and Mr. Melbo had absolutely no problem letting me take the car out for another test drive/, in fact he encouraged me to take my time.. There appeared to be miscommunication. Scott thought I was going to pick up my car while waiting for an ordered part to come in the following week. I tried to reach the driver on a Saturday but was unable to do so, which meant that the car was there over the weekend. The driver seemed unable to fit me into his schedule. This wasn't a huge issue for me, but I was disappointed. I tried to reach him starting at 8 am that morning and finally gave up at noon.

My wife and I were in the market for a CPO vehicle and didn't consider Mercedes-Benz until looking at what was available on their web page. I used their schedule a drive feature from their web page to set a time to drive two vehicles. Tonarius Gooden was the sales rep that called and confirmed the appointment and vehicles to drive. He was the one who met us at the door when we arrived the next day. We found him to be very knowledgable of both vehicles, allowed long test drives, and promptly met all of our requests. I was impressed with his sales manager, Byron Steward, also. We bought one of the vehicles after considering it for a couple of days with no real pressure from Tonarius or the sales staff. An excellent experience all the way around and I recommend the dealership and the sales personnel.

On multiple scheduled service visits I have been extremely disappointed. I have to drive greater than an hour to get there so when I arrive for my scheduled appointment I expect the service rep that I'm scheduled with to be there and be ready for me. The past two times the rep I was scheduled with was still at lunch and I had to wait in the lounge area for more than 30. On the last visit for a limited routine maintenance I was there for four hours! I expect more from a luxury car dealership. My time is valuable and should be respected.

Ever since that repair I've been having problems with the oil leaking and now this fuel line and I'm just beginning to think that all tjese issues stem from the initial repair. Could the repair men have caused these issues. This is not a reflection against George. He's a great service manager. Greg Melbo facilitated my purchase of a 2011 Mercedes E350; not only did he spend a lot of his time going over all the features of the car, he sat with me and explained all the "bells and whistles" and how to maneuver through even the simplest tasks, i.e., how to fold down the back seats to extend the trunk space. He did all of this on a day when I merely went to look at the car; he went patiently through the entire process again a couple of days later when I did purchase the same vehicle. He made the loan application process painless, and his colleague Jason Cook was a pleasure to work with as well. Well it isn't often that you say it was a total pleasure to spend a lot of money. But WOW, MB of Huntsville far exceeded our expectations. Their genuine desire to help you reach the purchase of your dream car (even when you may not know all that you desire) is so overwhelmingly refreshing it is almost too good to be true. We have purchased many cars over the years, this is our third Mercedes and no one, or no dealership has receive an A++ more than MB Huntsville. Their warm and welcoming showroom and staff and no pressure approach from start to finish was so appreciated. I can't even imagine when we need another car, going any where else. Rob Callis was our first contact and he paid attention to our desires and concerns. We could not find what we were looking for on the showroom floor in the time frame we needed, he was able to search it and obtain it within less than a week!!! His professionalism and kindness is appreciated.Greg Melbo was truly the best in helping us with our purchase. His knowledge, honesty and patience was greatly appreciated. Especially his little text notes the day of pickup sharing his happiness for us and our new purchase. Ms. Love walked me through every detail of the car. I scrolled through cars.com to find my dream Toyota Prius for months!!! I finally found an amazing deal! It was a 2015 Toyota Prius Five with only 638miles on it for 10,000 cheaper than a new one!! Only $22,900!! It still had plastic on the doors!! We filled out the credit application online and Greg Melbo called us. He was super great. We told him what we wanted to spend on the car price/payment wise, etc. He called us back promptly. We put a down payment on the car to hold it. We told him we would be down Saturday to buy it. He was not like most car salesmen. He didn't use the ignorant/cheesy lingo. We were so thankful to feel like we were talking to a normal person and not some annoying salesman. We arrived and we were greeted by Gregg. He let us drive the car and we were gone all of 5 minutes before we got back and told him we wanted it!!! We went in to fill out the paperwork and thought he was witty. He said, jokingly, "we have you approved for 6yrs at500/month at 19%." We looked at each other like,"huh." Haha Once we were relieved we had a good laugh!! He had us out of there in an hour or less!!! Amazing! And we got a full tank of gas!! Thank You Greg!! I love love love love my new Prius!!

When you look for your new Mercedes-Benz, the best place to start is with Max Martin at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville (Alabama). We have bought three (3).in nine (9) months from Max Martin. We bought the first, a 2015 GLK 350 in September 2014. On May 15, 2015, Tommie was sitting still at a traffic light when a drunk driver (7:30 in the morning) rear ended him making 45 - 55 mph. She first hit him, propelling him forward approx. 50 feet then struck him again as she was leaving the pavement. All the safety features needed to protect him activated and he walked away with only minor bruises. He was wearing his seatbelt, she was not. After trip to the ER we went to the dealership. We decided the little Smart Car we had needed to be traded in for a safer one. We bought an E350 and drove it home that day.When the insurance company deemed the wrecked car "totaled", we, again, called on Max to replace it with another GLK350. We had new car replacement insurance).Max Martin is a very nice person. He is a family man, honest, a Christian, warm and friendly. When you tell him what you are looking for he listens. Then he shows you what he has on the lot or will order. He is easy to deal with, not at all "pushy". He is willing to work with you to make sure you get what you want without any pressure. I had a tire malfunction about 40 miles from home on the way to my sister's funeral. I had no luck with the MBrace feature and had to do my own arrangements for emergency assistance, so I was not happy about that. I plan on joining AAA now before I will feel secure. I was led to believe the little wrench button would connect me to help, but it was a false sense of security because it didn't do anything. it's a useless button as far as I can tell. I was able to get the tire changed and then make a regular appointment to have the damaged tire replaced a few days later.

Don advised me when I left my 2011 E550 4Matic (25,000+ miles on the odometer) for service on 4/14/15 that B Service was required at a cost of $339.95 plus tax. He later called and said that because of the age of the car ("time") that it needed a brake and transmission service at an additional $1000+. This is not true based on my maintenance manual. Trust is lost.

I recently took my vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Huntsville service department to have side marker bulbs replaced. The bulbs cost $3.60. The service rep informed me that those bulbs are hard to replace and the labor cost would be $120. I took my vehicle to another shop to find out that the markers would pop right out; so they were replaced in about 30 seconds free of charge. I've taken my vehicle there for several repairs which now have me questioning their creditability.

We bought a 2012 C Class from Greg Melbo and identified a couple of minor touch ups. Greg set us up to come back 2 days later and provided a loaner. During the 2 days we found 4 more minor fixes. Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville and Mr. Melbo have set the standard for how an auto dealership should conduct business. My wife and I decided to shop for a new auto after driving our current car for over 8-years and 116,000 miles. After much research and demo driving many different brands, we decided upon a Mercedes-Benz. We met Mr. Melbo and discussed our requirements. After a test drive we knew a Mercedes-Benz would be our next new auto. Unfortunately, the exact auto we wanted was not available, and after an extensive search, there were none anywhere. Mr. Melbo recommended we order our new auto. He told us our new auto would be build not later than March 1, 2015, and delivered shortly after. Mr. Melbo called us on March 3rd to let us know our new auto was built and on the truck for delivery. On March 6th he called to let us know our new auto was at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville, and he would have it ready for delivery the next day. The entire experience from the test drive, through the ordering process, the build, and the delivery was exceptional, and both Mr. Melbo and Mr. Cook provided outstanding advice and support during the entire auto buying process.

After having rather cliche used car buying experiences at a few other dealerships, my wife and I decided to try Mercedes Benz of Huntsville. We would never have imagined that buying a car could be so easy and painless. We expected to be brushed aside, as we were looking for a car in the $12k range at a dealership that sells cars for six figures, but we were treated like we were buying the newest, priciest car on the lot. We knew what we wanted, and they provided, without the usual dealer tricks. They didn't try to sell us a more expensive car, or gouge us into some deal we didn't want to make; the car we came to see was out front waiting when we arrived. Our salesman was polite and honest, answered all of our questions, and was just a pleasure to do business with. Even the paperwork went smoothly and quickly.In summary, we got exactly the deal we came in to get, without any of the agony of the usual car buying experience. I will recommend them every time I get the opportunity, and I will buy from them again. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Huntsville!

I recently purchased a GL450 that I ordered in October. My salesman, Tonarious, was very helpful through the whole process. From ordering, he kept us up to date on where the car was in the building process. When it came in he let me know it was on the truck on its way to the dealership. When I got there to pick it up, he was with me every step of the way. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful!! I exchanged a few emails with Greg Melbo and after narrowing down my choices, began discussing the available cars with him on the phone. When I arrived, he had a couple of cars for me to look at and drive before I made the decision to purchase. He had very compelling offers on the price of the car, made me a decent offer on my trade-in, and carried out a perfectly smooth transaction. He even added an MB license plate to the front. We carefully went over the "you owe me" list and says he will be calling me very soon to come in and accomplish the list. He gave me a great tour of the facility, introduced me to all the key people, and we were done in a few hours. Very pleasant and ensuring experience.

I just happened to stumble upon the ad for my vehicle on the Carfax website while researching another vehicle late on a Saturday afternoon. I used the online chat feature of the MB of Huntsville website and within about 20-30 minutes, Tonarius called me to answer questions about the vehicle I purchased. There were a few he needed to check on and over the course of the following 30 minutes, Tonarius had called me back three times to provide the information i needed. I drove two hours on a Monday to test drive the car and purchased it that day. To keep me from coming back, Tonarius drove the car to my house later that week. The process of paperwork was also quick and easy with Jason and I was happy overall with my experience with the team at MB of Huntsville.

I had the best car experience dealing with Tonarius. I wanted to sell my wife's ML to get a larger car. I had searched the Internet trying to find the best value ( best value does not mean lowest cost). In the end I saved the most money and got more value (newer model, lower miles and extended warranty).I found a GL450 that was one owner, certified pre-owned and loaded at MB of Huntsville. Tonarius worked with me to get the best price on their car, he gave me the most money offered on my trade and delivered the GL450 to my home.I couldn't recommend anyone more professional or nicer to deal with than Tonarius. Make sure to shop MB Huntsville first and don't waste time or money anywhere else.

I'm happy to say that my wife and I just made our 1st purchase of a Mercedes-Benz in Huntsville, fifth Mercedes overall. My salesperson is Steve Watts, he is such a pleasure to deal with and I would more than likely buy from him again.On the down side, I feel that the dealer prep charges of $599.00 were excessive especially for a used car that they the (dealer) did nothing to prior to the sale. Absolutly NO wiggle room...on this issue. After the so called detail of the ML, I looked it over for myself. The detailers, in my opinion, either need adult supervision or much needed training in the art of detailing vehicles. My expericence with the service dept (Scotty) was most enjoyable.In my opinion to make me 100% totally satified with this purchase expericence I would need a refund of the $599.00 dealer prep charges, in my opinion...

This was the second car we have purchased from Nolan Ryan. We actually had a CLK350 and had to replace two tires the previous week and were at the dealership on a saturday waiting on the our new tire when Nolan came to say hi to my husband and myself . One thing lead to another and Nolan showed us another convertable and two days later we were purchasing a 2014 C250. We are extremely pleased with the service Nolan provides to us and Jason stayed late one evening to close our deal. After selling my truck via a website over the course of a day, I needed another vehicle quickly. I was in the market for a MB CLS550 for some time. I was leaving the parts department of the neighboring Nissan dealership, when I saw a 2014 Toyota 4Runner Limited on the Mercedes lot. I walked in and spoke to Nolan Ryan about the car. Since the car was for my wife, I had her come by & test drive it that afternoon. We went home & discussed the offer that evening. The following day, I called Ryan with a counter-offer, and the deal was made. This, by far, has been the easiest car purchase we have ever made. My husband and I had been thinking about selling my 2006 E350 and I was leaning toward a Toyota Avalon or Camry. That is until I set my sights on one of the newer E350 models (newer than mine) on the lot. Love at first sight! But I had a budget, so Nolan worked with me in getting me into the car within the amount I had to work with. I went in to the dealership to test drive an E350 as I wanted to trade up from my C250. I contacted Dan Dailey and although he was extremely busy he made time for me and spent about 5 hours with me looking at different options. I left the dealership initially disappointed without selecting a vehicle, but let Dan know exactly what I wanted. He called me that evening to follow up and to tell me that a lease turn-in had just come in that was a perfect fit for me. I went in the next morning, test drove it and immediately bought it. Both Dan Dailey and William Wilford provided a low stress, informative, and professional buying experience. All of my questions were answered and I'm confident that I've made the right choice. Tonarius is a great salesman! I never even had to visit the dealership. I was shopping for an Army Retirement gift to myself and I had a very long wishlist. I spoke to him on the phone about what I wanted and my budget. Within a few hours he found my desired vehicle and sent me pictures of a 2013 Chevy 1500 Crew Cab Silverado for my review. It had everything I had requested and for a great price. I was sold! There was no hassle, haggling or pressure with this salesman which made this process very simply and easy. Tonarius is the type of salesman you can trust and instantly feel comfortable working with. He was professional and maintained excellent communication with me the entire time since I didn't not visit the dealership for my purchase. My relationship with Greg started on the internet, moved to phone calls and culminated with a handshake and me leaving in a new car. Not once did he tell me "no" or that something was not feasible, he just kept working. The best part of the deal was that he included me in the negotiation process. There was a slight hiccup with the first vehicle that I originally order but Greg continued to look and look for the exact vehicle i wanted. WOW... And the found the car in Kansas City, Kansas haha. You talk about expanding your search :)))). I will always send ppl to them and I will tell them its worth the drive b/c i love my new ride. I have gotten so many compliments on it. MB-Huntsvilles and Greg Melbo are the best team of car salesmen I have ever encountered. After visiting several dealers in search of the right car Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville and in particular our salesman Greg Melbo were the first and only ones to put our desires over the inventory on the lot. They went out of their way to put us in the car we wanted NOT the car they wanted to sell. When the exact car we wanted was not on the lot they immediately went to work finding the car we wanted. After a couple days they had located worked a dealer trade and had the car ready at the dealership. The entire staff was extremely courteous and patient with us. Since we had a certificate for special pricing they were upfront and very fair in the price of the vehicle. We took delivery at night but they asked us to return in the morning in order to get a full delivery demonstration and learn all the features of this well equipped vehicle. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the experience. I am 100% confident that this friendly and customer focused service will continue through the next several years as we return for regular service. This is our first Mercedes and after this experience is not likely to be our last.

I never even had to come to the dealership until my new car was ready for delivery. David had to search the country for the car I wanted and then had it delivered across country to my home dealership here in Huntsville. I found this GLK350 online Clint helped me swiftly. With the details given quickly and accurately I was able to make a decision quickly and purchase a plane ticket to purchase the vehicle. When I arrive everything went seamlessly from the ride from the airport to the vehicle being as advertised and perfect.
